New York’s tyrannical Governor Andrew Cuomo is reaping what he sowed.
Finally politicians from both parties are standing up to condemn Cuomo’s actions during the plannedemic and beyond. Cuomo sentenced nursing home residents to their deaths by sending covid patients into New York’s care centers. Then the spot light loving Governor had the audacity to lie about hiding the true number of nursing home deaths from the Feds.
Cuomo once again held a smug press conference and said the truth was “Political spin” and that his lies were “facts”. Cuomo was caught red handed and CNN, of course, is ignoring the entire scandal. His narcissistic brother Chrissy Cuomo, who hosts his own CNN show, has not made once remark about his brother’s scandals, and don’t expect him to report any news that would sully the Cuomo name.
Of course, the black hearted Governor made jaw dropping comments about the deaths of New York nursing home residents;
“Who cares [if they] died in the hospital, died in a nursing home? They died.”
Like we said before, the Democrats hate you. All they care about is power and money.
Of course Cuomo continues to blame the Trump administration for all his blunders. It’s a bottomless well that he goes to again and again, drawing buckets of excuses for his covid debacles.
Cuomo’s feet should be held to the fire. He needs to be recalled just like his fellow tyrant California Governor Gavin Newsom. On Monday, Cuomo did acknowledge withholding the pandemic New York nursing home death tolls from lawmakers and the public, but fell short of an apology.
Of course Cuomo will not apologize. So what that people died, who cares?

If one person refuses to comply government can, and likely will, intervene. However, if tens of thousands rebuke these unconstitutional decrees, there isn’t a damn thing govt can do to stop it… and they know it. This is why some state governors are quickly starting to retract or modify their dictates.

The Washington Examiner notes today that President Trump has been invited to attend the annual CPAC convention (Conservative Political Action Conference). However, as long-term CTH readers will note, we hold no positive opinion on CPAC.
I would question if the time has come to conclude CPAC is a gathering of the same institutional political types that got us into this mess. Y’all know my answer to that question has existed for seven years: CPAC is an assembly of fraud and abuse.
In their effort to be politically correct (aka culturally Marxist) the list of people who have been banned from CPAC is long. Robert Spencer, Pam Geller, Milo, and now Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (R, GA). Any strong voice who has taken on the leftist movement in the U.S. (without regard for the nonsense rules espoused by the Alinsky community) has been ostracized from the conservative conference.
CPAC has, in essence, become a place where the establishment GOP dictates whose voice is permitted and who is essentially too deplorable to be heard. Yes, there are some strong voices that show up, including President Donald Trump, Sarah Palin, Nigel Farage, Michelle Malkin, and other axe swinging wolverines who are deep in the fight. However, the brutally honest point is things have changed…..
There should be new rules and a new confrontational attitude if we are going to save this republic. CPAC and the pinkie raised champagne toasts just ain’t cutting it. We are on the damn precipice, and the CPAC crew act like reaching across the aisle is a possible way to avoid the gallows. This is a cycle of abuse we can no longer tolerate. We will not survive.
I do not forget when we gave Republicans control of the House of Representatives; and when Paul Ryan took over as speaker; and Ryan passed another three trillion omnibus spending bill with full support of Democrats…. and then showed up to a standing ovation at the “conservative conference.” WHAT the HELL was being conserved?
The time is now for CPAC to reform…. OR the time has come for CPAC to be abandoned in favor of a national convention that supports the 75 million+ Donald Trump voters. CPAC is not that convention… not even close.

CTH will fight beside anyone, any vulgarian patriot, who will fight the progressive left and their intent to destroy our constitutional republic…. but we cannot keep acting like we have time to convince the other side to stop destroying our nation – THEY DON’T CARE.
Those within the club, in this example the DC club, want those outside the club to accept there are two systems of rights and responsibilities. The club members have all powerful rights and no responsibilities for consequences; the non club members have lesser rights and full responsibility for consequences. “Rules for thee and not for me” is more than a catch phrase; it is an actual worldview with a history in political control. They are not hypocrites, they are living out their creed.

The CPAC assembly pretends to support of what’s left of our Republic and the assembly, bleats dismay at what’s being done to our Constitution in broad daylight. However, their words are always combined with speeches that end with “buy my book about it”… AND THOSE ACTIONS are not changing what’s actually happening.
Those whose hold on power depends on deception are always able to find an audience of those willing to be deceived.
Now, I accept the CPAC audience of those willing to be deceived is a flexible group in terms of numbers and identities; and even those who have been in that audience for some time may one day walk away from it; but why wait to accept your surrounding until your wrists are locked in the guillotine? It is time for a national MAGA conference and let those who wish to join our assembly petition for their right to participate. I wonder if you can comment on the potential of the swift system being replaced by Ripple lab’s XRP as a bridging currency between currency pairs making use of their patented “On-Demand Liquidity” system. If this is the case then it would appear the USD is set to be replaced as the world reserve currency commodities being priced in local currency.
The IMF has stated they want to renegotiate the Bretton Woods agreement. Mark Carney the Governor of the Bank of England said at the 2019 Jackson hole meeting that the USD is too dominant and proposed it be replaced by a green cryptocurrency such as XRP.
The world economic Forum is touting Ripple lab’s platform as the future.

The SEC lawsuit against Ripple seems a little sinister given that the DOJ already found XRP to be a digital asset, not a security, and has the potential to push Ripple offshore to a more friendly jurisdiction. Which the globalists would love.

ANSWER: XRP is a digital asset built for payments. It is the native digital asset on the XRP Ledger—an open-source, permissionless, and decentralized blockchain technology that can settle transactions in 3-5 seconds. The reason these people are pushing this is not about the dollar, it is to end paper money and thereby they see this as the solution to 6 years of quantitative easing which failed to stimulate the economy because the velocity of money declined as people hoarded their cash instead of spending it. This would also terminate all cryptocurrency.
Either Mark Carney and the IMF are completely ignorant as to why the dollar is the reserve currency that nobody else can displace, or they are deliberately hiding the truth which is a major default on world sovereign debt. The dollar is the reserve currency for three primary reasons.
The US dollar has no restrictions and anyone can issue debt in dollars without controls
The US dollar has never been canceled
The US economy is the largest in the world but with the core consumer market to which the world sells
Europe routinely cancels its currency which introduces risk which prevents it from being used internationally. While they have not canceled the €500 note, few people will accept them for fear of being canceled. Even India canceled its high-end notes which I have from the last time I went to India to meet with our institutional clients there. Only the dollar remains legal tender since 1861 and Trudeau had a law passed in Canada withdrawing the legal tender status of some notes by January 1sy, 2021, which now allows him to cancel all paper money at his pleasure. Canadian dollars now have a risk of cancellation as of January 1st, 2021.
Note that prior to World War I, most bonds issued by foreign countries using in another’s country currency involved the British pound which was the reserve currency prior to World War I. After that, it was the dollar that rose to the status of a reserve currency when Europe decided to blow each other up.
While Germany may be the biggest economy within Europe, the mercantile economic policy and high taxes in fear of hyperinflation since World War II has rendered the Germans near the bottom of the wealth list among the EU. The significance of this is very important. It means that Germany did not develop the same robust economy based upon consumer demand. They relied upon selling things to other countries which was why Kohl was pushing for a single currency to enable Germany to sell even more to the rest of Europe by reducing currency risk.
Pricing commodities in this XRP will by no means eliminate the dollar as the reserve currency. It would require the United States to terminate the dollar and accept XRP. Otherwise, all that will happen is introduce greater volatility forcing American companies into hedging FX risk between the dollar and XRP.
For years, all we ever heard was if they price oil in Euro that will kill the dollar. These people just totally fail to grasp the complexity behind what even makes a currency. Then we have heard how the dollar will crumble to ash because of debt. Yet total sovereign world debt is nearing $200 trillion and the USA is just under 15% of that. These people have no idea of what they are talking about. Other nations are in far worse shape not because of Debt to GDP, but because they lack the underlying consumer-based economy. This is WHY China is diligently following the US model and not that of Germany. They have turned inward and are moving to generate the world’s largest consumer-based economy which is WHY they will surpass the United States which is being taken over by the same European Marxist agenda which has relegated Europe to the third world status. The Top 10 economies in the world only include three EU countries in nominal terms:

Therefore, the push behind XRP requires 5G communication speed to be able to instantly clear transactions. Without that, you cannot replace paper currency. Consequently, the only way to move to electronic money in order to eliminate non-taxable hidden cash and the underground economy is to move toward the digital world. In the United States, in 2020, it is estimated that the underground economy is about 11 or 12% of U.S. GDP, or roughly $2.5 trillion total. Politicians look at that and see dollar sign visions in their heads.
Politicians blame their fiscal mismanagement and their political failures NEVER on themselves, but always on we the Great Unwashed who are never trustworthy. The 2021 Canadian Report is now available. We have gone into the clever change in the law that Trudeau pulled off to allow him to cancel the currency at his discretion as of January 1, 2021. In the Netherlands, a court in The Hague has told the Dutch government that an overnight curfew to reduce the spread of coronavirus should be lifted, ruling that it breaches the right to free movement. There are other courts striking down what many governments have done to the people, society, and the economy. In the Netherlands, the government wants to appeal that decision and maintain the curfew. Nevertheless, Prime Minister Mark Rutte has already asked the people to stay indoors, court ruling or not.
One of the reasons why I DIDNOT want to become a lawyer stems from an incident when I was in high school. There was a place called the Sub Shop where the students would go for lunch and after school. It was maybe 100 years from the school. The guy who owned the shop next door never liked the kids. He ran for mayor, won, and then had a policeman stand there and hand out parking tickets or whatever he could to harass us. I went to check the law using my father’s law books. Low and behold, it required the town to place parking signs so many feet apart and so many feet up from the crown of the road. They did not comply. So I told everyone to sit on the hoods of their cars, we would take the tickets, I had this.
When we all went to court, I asked the judge if I could speak for everyone since we all had the same parking ticket. I read the law and the judge was not happy, but he had to dismiss all the tickets. Next, they tried with a stop sign. The same problem it was at best 3 feet from the crown of the road instead of being up high that you could see it even if a car was parked there. Again we all took the tickets and again I asked to speak for everyone. Once more the Judge had to dismiss all the tickets, but he then admonished me and said he thought I was practicing law without a license. I responded I was not charging anyone. He came back and he was calling my father. The town of Maple Shade had to completely redo all the signs. When I got home, the judge had indeed called my father. He said to stop using his law books to defend my friends. From that moment on, my interest in being a lawyer was shattered.
There is no real RULE OF LAW. If there was ever a place for true Artificial Intelligence it is as a judge. The RULE OF LAW should be what it says – the law. But the other disastrous problem we have with the law is total political corruption. The Texas case against the state of Pennsylvania was dismissed by the Supreme Court claiming they lacked standing and there were two dissents. That was the Chief Justice refusing to hear the case claiming they had no “standing” and therein lies the crisis. Politicians can actually pass a law that says you MUST kill your firstborn sacrifice them on the first day of the New Year to reduce the population.
Nobody has the standing to go to court to argue this is unconstitutional. The ONLY time you will have any right to make that argument is when the government seeks to enforce that law. Since I do not have a firstborn because he already died, I could never go to court to challenge that law because I am NOT being harmed.
Therein lies our problem. We live under no Rule of Law for it promotes TYRANNY. Governments can do as they like but we have to be harmed FIRST. Then it will take often years to get to court and then the court can rule in our favor as The Hague just did. That means the government can be ruthless, draconian, and outright tyrannical as they have been with this COVID. Now merge this with the problem we live in a Republic – not a Democracy. People can vote for Trudeau in Canada or Johnson in the UK only in the local community and then the party elects them to be the head of state. They then strip us of all rights, destroy the economy, and impose this Great Reset which was never presented to the people for a vote. Worse still, they keep extending their measures because they know if they told the people the truth that COVID was usurped to further climate change and the Great Reset, the people would never have voted for it once they realized how many will lose their jobs.
They get to do whatever they want. (1) there is no standing unless were are one of the ones injured, (2) it can take years to get to court to ever apply the law that is the foundation of a free society.
CONCLUSION
We live under the yoke of tyranny. There is no hope for the future until we completely overturn the system. There should be a Constitutional Court where whatever law these politicians pass must be ruled on by the court BEFORE creating any harm.
People have often asked me why I have studied law and the various legal system globally such a Britain emerged from Common Law whereas France emerged from Canon Law. In having to not only being an international hedge fund manager but also having to advise international corporations and governments, one of the most critical inputs is country risk. We must first come to grips with the politics for there everything is set in motion.
