Divide and conquer is a common technique used by businesses to prevent unionization. Numerous studies throughout the years have discovered that highly diverse workforces have a far lower risk of forming a union. The same phenomenon is found through divisive politics, which aims to weaken the strength of the people by dividing us from our identities as citizens and instigating an emotional response that causes us to align more so with our race, gender, religion, social class, and voting patterns rather than citizens of a nation. In the workforce, DEI initiatives are only intended to weaken the power of the collective.
Whole Foods created a heat map to track the risk of unionization and compiled data from the National Labor Relations Board. The company looked at “external risks,” “store risks,” and “team member sentiment.” Stores in closer proximity to other unions had a higher rate of external risks, as did stores with a higher percentage of families living under the poverty line in the store’s respective zip code.
Store risks showed a direct correlation between diversity and unionization:
Team member sentiment was also adversely affected by diversity. Once again, employees were more likely to feel that management was singling out people based on race than believe that management had implemented unfair practices against the collective workforce.
Amazon, the parent company of Whole Foods, has been combating unionization efforts for years. Both companies promote DEI initiatives and tout high scores on the Human Rights Campaign’s CEI scoring. In truth, they spent money to learn how to weaken the power of their workforce.
At a higher level, we see these same divisive practices from world leaders who hone in on our differences to diminish the power of united citizens. This is why we see woke policies, DEI hiring, and an increased insistence that we defend our individual identities that we were never at risk of abandoning. It is why they want us to feel confused in our own skin, the reason they ask children in elementary school to choose their pronouns and sexuality. This is why the slavery reparations argument resurfaces every few months and why they want to impose late-term abortion in the Bible Belt rather than allowing individual states to decide. Everyone is focused on defending their identity based on race, religion, etc., rather than realizing that those at the top effectively turned neighbor against neighbor.

Crime in the UK has become so insane that employees at coffee shops and grocery stores are now wearing body cameras for their own safety. The government wonders why average citizens are taking to the streets to protest. What has changed among the demographic of the UL to cause violence toward these workers to increase by 50% in the past year?
Grocery chain Lidl has invested £2 million on body cameras. Employees in every store will be required to wear a body camera as a safety precaution. Popular coffee chain Pret A Manger has also begun asking their employees to wear a camera that will be turned on in “specific circumstances.”
Shoplifting across the UK has doubled from last year, with 16.7 million recorded incidents, according to the British Retail Consortium (BRC). The BRC believes that thieves have looted over £2bn so far this year. More alarming, the BRC has reported 1,300 cases of violence and abuse against retail workers DAILY.
News reports cite that shoplifting and violence have simply increased since COVID. Who is assaulting food and retail workers? The UK was once considered a developed nation where people could go to work or shop at the store without the fear of violence. The UK, America, Canada, and every nation that has seen the demographics of their population drastically change in a short amount of time are experiencing a massive uptick in violent crime. Open border policies are turning modern societies into second-world nations with low-trust societies.

Some were led to believe that the hotels offering shelter to migrants were on some philanthropic mission. Quite the contrary as these hotels were paid by their respective Sanctuary Cities with taxpayer funds. Marriott International is now suing one of its franchisees for breaching their contract by collaborating with New York City to turn the hotel into a migrant shelter.
The Aloft and Element hotel in the Jamaica neighborhood of Queens managed to fill every room in its establishment after partnering with New York City. The franchisee, Pride Hotel LLC, failed to notify Marriott that it was converting its establishment. The average room was prices at $156 per night but some reports state the city paid up to $300 per night. Marriott claims that the “lucrative contract” resulted in “significant harm” to the establishment and is seeking $2.6 million in damages.
American taxpayers funded the migrant shelters. The media misled the public into believing that big businesses simply made room out of the goodness of their hearts to house these illegal persons. Yet, New York City spent an estimated $4.88 billion in taxpayer funds throughout the past few years on illegals, with up to $2 billion being spent on migrant shelters. About 80% of the shelters, 153 of the 193 in the Big Apple, were hosted by hotels.
We leave our veterans and homeless on the streets to rot. These Sanctuary Cities have spent untold amounts on promoting open border policies and question why their city budgets are imploding. Absolutely nothing has been done to curb the migrant crisis in New York City and we should only expect the situation to worsen if the open border candidate remains in power.

Kamala Harris has vehemently denied that she was in charge of overseeing the migrant crisis. “I can think of nobody who is better qualified to do this,” the president told reporters at the White House in 2021 when he appointed Harris as border czar. Biden announced that Harris would focus on the “root causes” that were causing millions of people throughout the world to enter America.

The term “border czar” may or may not have been used. However, Kamala was absolutely responsible for overseeing the situation at the southern border. Harris refused to visit the borer for weeks until Donald Trump took such a trip. “You haven’t been to the border,” Lester Holt said in an interview three years ago. “And I haven’t been to Europe, Harris smugly said. “And I mean, I don’t understand the point that you’re making. I’m not discounting the importance of the border.”
The Democrats openly promoted America has a free haven for anyone seeking shelter. That is the root cause. They reversed all of Trump’s immigration policies and opened the floodgates. Those who made it to America were provided with free health care, shelter, food, cell phones, pre-paid cards, and more. They were and are permitted to commit crimes without prosecution.
Over 1.82 millions have been apprehended at the border in 2024, an increase from the 1.79 who showed up during the same period last year. America has spent billions if not trillions on socialism for these future blue voters. Harris refuses to accept responsibility. She sees what is happening in the UK as the people are rising up against the government in an effort to expel these aliens.
Kamala Harris was in charge of the border – period.
Donald Trump brought up the topic during his interview with Elon Musk. “She’s such a liar because she was called the ‘border czar’ the first day, and it was on the headlines of every newspaper, ‘She’s the border czar.’ And she never even went there. She went to one location which had nothing to do with where the problem is.”
Vote me into office, and I will solve the problem. Well, you’re already in office. Not only did you not solve the problem but you failed to acknowledge that it existed. “We have a secure border in that that is a priority for any nation, including ours and our administration. But there are still a lot of problems that we are trying to fix given the deterioration that happened over the last four years,” Harris said in 2022 as millions of people illegally entered America.
Harris has not revealed her plans for the presidency at the time of this writing. Again, we must base it on her past actions. The migrant crisis has been a calculated invasion promoted by the Democrats. This was the intended outcome – a nation overrun by illegals who may vote blue, prop up the dollar, and usher in socialism. Vote blue if you’d like Harris to “finish the job” of utterly destroying a once great nation.
Britain has lost its historical roots and, thus, its mind. Britain has embraced the very idea of George Orwell’s 1984 as a good idea. They now engage in a desperate attempt to imprison anyone who dares to criticize the government because they know they are losing power. Instead of looking objectively at what they have done to their country, they have embarked on the most tyrannical approach to imprison people who disagree with government policy regardless of what it might be.
I don’t know what to say anymore. I loved living in Britain. It brings such sadness to my heart to see the direction of Britain and the entire West. Yes, these harsh actions will stir the sentiment even more and risk civil war in Britain. This is why they will turn to war with Russia for they need desperately to create a distraction to survive politically.

The UK police are now threatening not only British citizens with arrest for posting things they don’t like on social media. Still, they are now even threatening to extradite people from other countries who dare to challenge their tyrannical regime, which is obviously in fear of losing power. They have no INTERNATIONAL jurisdiction to impose their laws on the rest of the world.
Since the American Revolution was against the monarchy, why would they comply with international law at that time and send someone back to England for a crime committed in America to be punished by a king they did not recognize? The American Constitution established territorial jurisdiction for the first time. So, someone convicted of a crime would be punished in America for his crime in America. Now, the problem has become a question of rights under the Constitution. Did a foreign citizen have a right to a fair trial? The definition of “We the People” had to extend to anyone tried in America, regardless of citizenship.
The touchstone in United States v. Verdugo-Urquidez was correct, constitutionally speaking, for it extended to one’s connection to this country in compliance with territorial jurisdiction. The court declared that this “We the People” definition applied consistently throughout the Bill of Rights and did not limit rights to anyone.
Britain is in dire straights. All we hear about is the US debt, but things are far worse in Britain than in the USA. Britain has some £2.6 trillion in “unfunded” public sector pension entitlements, and it keeps hiring more and more government workers. Additionally, Britain is legally mandated to hit a net zero target, which the government has already estimated will add at least another £300 billion to the government’s costs over three decades. When you look around, Wales has 28% of its population on public subsistence. Yet all of this is just the surface.
The new Labour government in Britain intends to go after non-doms, and they will leave Britain and take their spending with them, adding to the necessary pressure. Letting in unqualified migrants and forcing wealthy non-doms to leave is only going to result in rising taxes in Britain and long-term civil unrest. However, the real crisis will be the burden of taxation that is consuming economic growth. The Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR) has pointed out that the tax burden in Britain will rise to 37.7% of GDP by 2027-28, up from 33% in 2020. This will only further reduce the long-term economic growth of Britain.
Looking at the tax burden as a percent of GDP, the United States was at 27% in 2020, and Canada at 32%. In 2020, Germany in 2020 stood at 37%, with the highest in the world being France at 46.2%. Civil unrest begins to rise when you actually cross 31%, and revolution tens to unfold after 50%. Governments never learn from the past. Virtually every revolution in history is because of taxation.
Shakespeare’s famous quote, “The first thing we do, let’s kill all the lawyers,”is not actually about lawyers. You have to understand the context. Private individuals were not allowed to have lawyers in those days – only the king could have lawyers. The right to counsel only came with the American Revolution and the Constitution. Therefore, Shakespear was talking about the “PROSECUTORS” of the king – not private lawyers.

Jake Cade led the second tax revolt in England after the Black Death, and the king’s “lawyers” (prosecutors) aggressively seized homes and prosecuted people wrongly at that time who could not pay taxes. Politicians need to look at history. When you extract over 30% of GDP, people begin to circumvent government. This is why they want digital currencies and eliminate paper money altogether for taxation purposes. Exceeding 40% GDP unleashes civil protests. Quite incredibly, even the Labour chancellors of the 1970s, such as Denis Healey, who ()famously promised to tax the rich “until the pips squeak,” failed to comprehend that the rich can hoard their wealth and end investment, whereas the working class cannot hoard their labor. As you approach 50%, you are asking for revolution.
Thierry Breton, the EU Commissioner for Internal Market, has sent Elon Musk a letter threatening to take legal action against X if he doesn’t censor his interview with Trump. This appears to be the EU now engaging in foreign election interference in the United States. Bureaucrats can now try to silence anyone for whatever reason they like from a global perspective.
