Palantir CEO Dr. Alex Karp Outlines Future of AI Race During Reagan National Defense Forum

It’s not AI per se’ that poses the problem, rather it is the ability of AI software to connect, filter and process multiple databases of stored information in real time, creating a tracking and tracing system, that can be weaponized and poses a problem for those who do not want the USA to turn into a full surveillance state.

When you combine government required “Real ID” with, enhanced facial recognition software, then connect the identity to a metadata library of all the public and private electronic information of a person, what you end up with is the ability to conduct total surveillance of a targeted individual without constitutional limits and privacy protections. This is the larger problem with Palantir’s partnership with government systems.

It is a conversation no one is having before the capability is reached.

That said, Palantir CEO Alex Karp appeared at the Reagan National Defense forum, and does a great job advocating for the U.S. to win the artificial intelligence race. Karp believes it is possible to insert “values” into the software at strategic places of connection, and thereby control the outputs. The question within the AI race then becomes, whose values? Ours or our enemies?

In a series of video segments placed onto a Twitter Thread, you get a good sense for what Palantir, Karp, Peter Thiel, Elon Musk and newly appointed White House Czar of AI, David Sacks, are trying to do inside this global race toward artificial intelligence as applied to government systems.

“Palantir is the largest by market cap defense startup in the world. Many of the people in this room are former Palantirians. Basically, your future is powered by us. We were the most hated, most pariah, most disliked. We used to do meetings in the backyard of the backyard because you couldn’t be seen with Palantir.

“The DOGE… this is crucial stuff. We have to measure- what is it being spent on, what is the output. Is the input more than the output? The only thing that will cure a legitimacy crisis I s measurement. Anything else is a platitude.

“No one’s listening. Everyone’s thinking you have an agenda. Everyone thinks you’re working back from who you like. My favorite example of this are analysts on Wall Street. The whole methodology they have is just a way of telling you if they like you.

“In a legitimation crisis, you’ve got about 6 months… we need to prove there is no one who can stand up- we don’t have Ronald Reagan now.

“The rubber meets the road for the West and you’re attacked and massacred, you have to fight, and you have to fight to win.

“My sometimes former party, you know it’s like- Israel’s done very well. My version is- that’s how you roll. Why don’t we learn from that? We don’t learn from it because we have way too many people in this culture who are living in the faculty lab of their own ideology.

“Business 101- what worked? We’re not allowed to learn from what worked because a lot of people are committed to an ideology that will not allow them to win. The American people notice that. A lot of this comes down to legitimation.

“We want to know that Americans are being put first. If you’re getting in the way of that, the American people are not happy.

“America is in the very beginning of a revolution that we own- the AI revolution. We own it. It should basically be called the “US AI revolution.”

“Every single relevant company in the world, is in this country. The second tier of those companies are in this country. The JV of these companies are in this country.

“There is no other place to do technology really at scale besides America. Europe has basically decided to regulate its basically anemic and nonexistent tech scene out of production. All of those people want to come to America. The American tech community is booming”

“These are very dangerous technologies. If we didn’t have the world’s worst enemies, I’d be up here saying we should regulate this, charge energy, slow this down. And we do have to have a conversation about who controls these technologies.

“People didn’t adopt American values because they thought inherently, they were superior, they adopted them because they worked.

“We have to win. We have to be ahead of our adversaries. We can’t have rules that are only for us and not for our China. Because then, we will get rules- their rules. And we will not like those rules.

These are going to be hard conversations. But do not forget, we need to win so we can dominate the conservations. Because we could lose.

“I suspect our GDP is going to grow in a very different way from our allies. That’s going to adjust a lot of perceptions about us, for good and bad.

“One of the things we’re going to end up having to do in Europe is- how do we do a tech transfer so that they can have GDP growth?

“Between ’61 – ’92, France’s GDP growth was significantly better than the US’. 85% of the top 50 companies by market cap are American. I would bet that’s going to be above 90% by this time next year.

“You can imagine America healthy and strong in 200 years… but you can’t really imagine that in a lot of other western cultures.

“Palantir… we reduce everything to the core principle.

“We have a splendor of riches in this country. We have the most successful builder looking at our institutions. Americans want to know that the institutions are efficient, safe, and correspond to their purpose.

“I’m sure there will be some rough patches, but I don’t know how you do better than Elon looking at these things. I’m pretty supportive.

“The difference between A+ in tech and B-, is the difference between a helicopter that flies, and doesn’t. This compounds into every area.

“For the sake of our country, I think we should expose policymakers to Maven. This stuff is determinative for life and death. It’s not a playtoy. It’s going to change everything. Just because the LLM on your desk kind of is, that’s like uranium in the ground. Processed correctly, it changes the world!

“We’re really really focused on the best of the best of the best of the best of the best in building things.

Dr Alex Karp also joined Liz Claman on Fox Business to talk software’s role in government efficiency: “Palantir exists to serve this nation. We need to know what’s working and what’s not… Software is enormously efficient. The underlying economics are ‘Both sides get more’… Transparency will not only be cheaper, the output will be better.”

Bottom Line:  It is possible to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the risks and benefits to AI when combined with government surveillance interfaces (DHS) and government-controlled databases (NSA).   It is possible to understand the risks and walk into the future with eyes wide open.

However, on the issue of how this makes the surveillance state far more likely, the conversation is not happening.

As Palantir CEO Alex Karp outlines repeatedly there are indeed great risks, and we need to have this conversation as a nation.

Majority of Americans Will NOT Take Updated COVID Vax

Gone are the days when people queued for hours to receive the latest and greatest COVID vaccine to protect against the new strain of the season. A new poll by Pew Research Center has found that 60% of Americans will probably not take the updated vaccination.

There are the diehards who “trust the science,” with 24% saying they likely will receive an updated COVID injection and 15% already have. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention was revered a few short years ago, but now, the majority is ignoring their guidelines, which state that EVERYONE older than six months of age should get vaccinated.

Republicans are less likely than Democrats to accept the vaccination at a rate of 81% to 39%. About 61% said they will not take the vaccination because they do not believe they need it. Studies have proven it does not prevent transmission or infection. What’s the point? Another 60% are understandably concerned about the potential life-altering or ending side effects.

The survey was taken before the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic wrapped up its two-year investigation. We can finally leave the bat theory to rest and stop blaming the pandemic on some wet market in China. The 520-page report concluded that COVID-19 “most likely emerged from a laboratory in Wuhan, China.”

The investigation also found that MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING MEASURES WERE NOT BASED ON SCIENCE. “[P]rolonged lockdowns caused immeasurable harm to not only the American economy, but also to the mental and physical health of Americans, with a particularly negative effect on younger citizens.” Where is the outrage? We were unable to leave our homes or see our own family members due to these draconian laws based on NOTHING. Schools closed, businesses shut permanently, and the entire world came to a halt based on the guidelines from these corrupt health agencies. Dr. Fauci admitted he was uncertain where the six-foot separation guideline emerged from and shrugged it off as if it didn’t utterly change society on a global level.

The subcommittee has also pointed blame at the World Health Organization for lacking transparency in a bid to shield China from criticism. They cannot definitively say that the leak was deliberate nor can they say that governments were studying a bioweapon. But there are countless unanswered questions.

COVID to UKRAINE

The final report suggests that individual states may need to begin stockpiling their own medical supplies. Furthermore, they would like to move away from medicine exported from China. “Many of the medications taken by Americans are manufactured overseas. But further, the active ingredients in these medications, the chemical compounds used to make them, are overwhelmingly made in China. So much so that the supply has been described as China having ‘a global choke hold’ on the chemical components of medications distributed nationwide,” the report says.

It is improbable to think that this virus naturally spread globally at a rapid speed. All the COVID vaccine manufacturers took a major hit in the markets on the very day that Trump announced he was hiring Robert F. Kennedy to head the Department of Health and Human Services. Will they ever release the ingredients in the actual vaccine? Will those who demanded lockdowns, masking, and distancing without evidence face their day in court? Justice has NOT been served, and one can hope that those responsible will be prosecuted. The upside is that people have lost all trust in “the science” and are beginning to think independently.

Russia Forced to Face WWIII is Probably Inevitable

Zelensky continues to betray his own country following orders from the Neocons, who used Biden to authorize long-range missiles to be launched deep into Russia, which cannot be targeted without American satellite information and coordinates. There is no way he can launch missiles into Russia and expect that Russia will not respond. This was not intended to force Russia to peace talks when the Neocons sent Boris Johnson to kill any peak deal, and now we see more than one million Ukrainians have died since. As the NY Times wrote, General Mark A. Milley, then President Biden’s chief military adviser, suggested that neither Russia nor Ukraine could win the war. This is all about trying to get Putin to attack anything so NATO can invoke Article 5 to try to force Trump to send troops to Europe to wage this war against Russia.

Putin has told why he ordered his troops to bomb Ukraine’s energy infrastructure. Putin dispatched as many as 90 missiles and 100 drones. More than a million Ukrainians were left without power by the bombing. ‘This was a response to the Ukrainian attacks with British and US strikes last week,’ Putin said. He added that Russia is still selecting new targets in Ukraine, which may include decision-making centers in the capital Kiev.

Meanwhile, European leaders are desperate to create World War III as the European Union is in economic trouble. The head of the German secret service, Bruno Kahl, is arguing to invoke Article 5 over any hybrid attack. They can now create a false flag, calling it sabotage to justify triggering Article 5. Handing Ukraine these long-range missiles has shifted the focus inside Russia, and it can no longer be denied that World War III is underway for this is NATO and the USA are in a proxy war with Russia, and they are escalating it rapidly, fearing Trump takes office and then he would be anti-war. It is no joke that even the Greens in Germany are pro-war under the theory that (1) it will destroy the energy production of Russia and (2) reduce the population making Bill Gates, Buffett, and Soros so happy.

Did we get enough to save the planet?

The increase in Russian armed forces means that Putin has been forced to accept that this is World War III, and there will be no peace negotiations before Trump comes to power if they don’t try to assassinate him again. A military confrontation with NATO and the USA is a very possible outcome.  Already, they are spinning the Russian Risk of interference in the upcoming German elections. German intelligence chief Bruno Kahl said at an event organized by the international relations think tank DGAP in Berlin that Russia’s hybrid warfare raises the risk that NATO may have to consider triggering the mutual defense clause, Article 5 of the treaty. They want World War III so bad that they can taste the blood.

Putin has been trying to sit on his hands. He knows that a direct confrontation will be devastating to much of the world. He is NOT a warmonger, but those behind him are just as insane as our Neocons and the leader of Europe, who have collectively been drugged, it seems, by NATO. Putin has had no choice but to increase the Russian armed forces as he is compelled to confront that a direct military confrontation with NATO becomes more likely with every passing day.

Russian President Vladimir Putin Discusses the Motives of the Biden Administration and His Perspective on President Trump

During an appearance in Kazakhstan today, Russian President Vladimir Putin had a press conference with Russian journalists who asked questions about the current conflict with Ukraine.

Before getting to the video, it is worth mentioning that our western viewpoint of Russia respecting strength; is not entirely accurate. There is something Russians respect more than strength, brutal honesty.

One of the things that separates Russians from their eastern European counterparts, is their keen ability to detect and dismiss bullshit. If you watch Russian engagement, from either inside or outside of Russia, their non pretending is truly an artform. Even the silent space between their words is something remarkable to watch.

In this first video segment, Russian President Putin is asked about the motives of outgoing U.S. President Joe Biden to escalate the NATO conflict with Russia. President Putin responds by outlining genuine, factual and honest motives that political pundits in the USA pretend not to know.  It’s fascinating to watch:

Why the presser? Why the questions? Why the willingness? Look, I’m no Putin whisperer, but I can see a brutally obvious motive of Vladimir Putin speaking directly to President Trump, through the media. For a myriad of reasons, including the honesty of his responses and statements, this approach seems completely logical and practical.

This next segment is even more interesting.

In this segment, Vladimir Putin is describing his views on President Trump and the status of his perspective toward Donald Trump against the backdrop of what Putin witnessed. Of course, the opportunity for passive aggressive snark is available, and Putin would not be Russian if he did not take the opportunity troll the U.S. government at the same time. WATCH:

Silent Prayer Prohibited in the UK

Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Keir Starmer’s reign is akin to how America would have looked under a Kamala Harris presidency. The people have lost their ability to speak freely, and citizens are facing legal charges for speaking against Starmer’s regime. The New World Order is beginning right before our eyes.

A British Army veteran was convicted of expressing “disapproval of abortion.” This man spent 20 years proudly serving his nation. Yet, the Public Spaces Protection Order has deemed him a criminal for silently praying outside an abortion facility. He has been conditionally discharged and forced to pay a $12,000 (9,000 pound) fine for daring to pray in public.

The above video shows how disillusioned the authorities have become. “What is the nature of your prayer?” the police asked, to which the man replied he was praying for his deceased son. He was then told that he was praying in a “censorship zone,” where even your THOUGHTS can be criminalized.

Censorship zones were enacted in England and Wales on October 31, 2024. The zones are deemed “safe access zones” or “buffer zones,” and often span 150 meters around abortion clinics and hospitals. Protesting in any manner, handing out abortion alternative pamphlets, and any form of prayer – including silent prayer – is strictly prohibited. Scotland and Northern Ireland also implemented similar zones this October.

Another woman by the name of Isabel Vaughan-Spruce was arrested twice in Birmingham for silently praying in a buffer zone. Father Sean Gough has his day in court for the same crime. Both individuals were acquitted but now the government is no longer issuing slaps on the wrist.

The public is absolutely outraged. The army officer has received a petition with 60,000 signatures in his favor. Keir Starmer has failed to make a direct comment about the public outcry. People are understandably concerned over the government’s increasingly authoritarian policies. The Labour government has done away with the Freedom of Speech Act (2003) that was intended to protect free speech on university campuses. Starmer is looking for new methods to crack down on how people communicate online, and is not considering an amendment to the Online Safety Act that would punish people for speaking out against the government’s agenda online. Starmer has deemed any speech that goes against his wishes “misinformation” that must be criminalized.

Why are all the Build Back Better nations racing to eliminate free speech? The World Economic Forum (WEF) listed misinformation and disinformation as the most severe short-term global risk in its 2024 Global Risks Report. Schwab’s alliance demands international cooperation to stifle free speech. It calls for a “multi-sectoral approach” to ensure all media and tech companies carry out the government’s plan to defend the people against themselves.

Regulating Crypto Under Premise of Climate Change

Governments are enacting subtle regulations over crypto. Texas has come out to demand that crypto miners report their power usage to the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT). The state claims they need this information to regulate its volatile power grid.

Public Utilities Commission of Texas (PUCT) Chairman Thomas Gleeson stated that miners must provide all information from location, ownership, to energy output. “This is another example of the PUCT and ERCOT adapting to support a rapidly changing industrial landscape,” he said. ERCOT believes there will be a new load of 152 GW by 2030.

“The rule approved today will give the PUCT and ERCOT better awareness of virtual currency mining operations around the state, which have unique power consumption characteristics,” the commission said. “The information provided in the registration will help ERCOT manage the grid reliably as more virtual currency mining facilities connect to the grid.” Failure to register will result in a $25,000 DAILY penalty PER VIOLATION.

ERCOT already has access to energy usage meters. It is quite peculiar that they are expecting individuals to begin self-reporting. This is part of a broader trend to regulate crypto. New York, not reliant on a grid of any sort, wants 70% of its electricity to be renewable by 2030, but only about 29% of energy comes from a renewable source. The state has enacted a two-year moratorium on certain types of crypto mining, stating that they need to study the impacts that energy consumption will have on the climate. The days of having an unregulated crypto market are numbered.
