The Insanity We Face

COMMENT: In response to the Blog Alert: A 20 Year-Old Tears Apart the PDR Test.
There is no COVID-19 virus. There are various [flu] virus illnesses. I suspect that all the testing is doing is observing a natural shedding/cleansing by our immune system and we probably would have observed the same thing back in the stone age had they the testing we have today going on then. We’ve been wholeheartedly deceived. Taken advantage of. Abused. Manipulated. Threatened. Falsely accused. Isolated. Mocked. Silenced. Because the powers, the principalities and the rulers of this dark episode used it to their misguided advantage.
There’s no need for a vaccine. There’s a need for a [Nuremberg] investigation and trial.

REPLY: All you have to do is look around the world and you see that there is a global agenda here. Only fools see this as Trump v Biden. Step back and look globally; they are all in the league to bring about a “New Norm” of totalitarianism. In Britain, they have now banned even sex between couples. If they do not live together, they cannot have sexual contact. Is this why they are passing laws that remove ALL RIGHTS? They can burst into your bedroom and claim you are having sex and are not social distancing.

Our computer has been warning we would be entering a period of extreme authoritarianism. Sure, I could be like these other people running ads a “The Guy Who Called Authoritarianism Coming.” But in reality, this is why we need a computer. I can relay what the computer projects, but there is no way any human could have forecast the extent of this collapse in democracy. I warned this would be the end of this 51.6-year wave back in 1985. I simply relay what the computer projected — not my personal opinion or belief.

What is unfolding is akin to being invaded by some alien race from Mars or something or our politicians have been replaced by pod people pretending to be human from the worst B-Rated SciFi 1956 movie, “Invasion of the Body Snatchers.” What we are going through is just insane and what we face will be rising civil unrest and revolutions in different parts of the world.

Small COVID Victory – Pennsylvania Restaurant Owner Wins Fight Against Unilateral State Decrees…

Posted originally on The Conservative Tree House on October 21, 2020 by sundance

A Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, restaurant took their COVID-19 $10,000 state fine to court and said “not guilty.”   The judge agreed with their legal position that Governor Tom Wolf’s unilateral decrees were arbitrary, unconstitutional and not enforceable.

(Via Breitbart) […]  “The crux of the legal argument is that orders that have been issued by the Governor and The Department of Health are legally unenforceable. Judge Garvey agreed with that argument,” said Eric Winter, the restaurant’s lawyer.

The restaurant, which is owned by siblings Michael Mangano and Christine Wartluft, opened its doors in May as restrictions ran rampant throughout the state in an effort to “make a living.” (read more)

If one restaurant and/or bar opens, the state can and will target the owner. But if every bar and restaurant in town opens; and if everyone ignores and dispatches the silly dictates of the local, regional or state officials; there isn’t a damned thing they can do about it.

Unfortunately, the cost of fighting back against these dictates is considerable. Lawyers and legal fights cost money; thus the state enforcement authorities start out with a massive advantage to deny freedom.

However, the power of the local, regional or state authority comes from the expressed consent of the people. As soon as the majority of people deny that consent, those officials and state authoritarians lose all of their power.  Mass civil disobedience works specifically well in countering arbitrary dictates.  The reason most do not fight is their fear. Yes, it really is that simple.

(Local CBS News) […]  Masks and social distancing were not required at the restaurant and they didn’t have plexiglass barriers.

The restaurant’s spokesperson Mike Magnano said, “We were absolutely ecstatic. You know a lot of people said a lot of different things about Taste of Sicily. We were selfish. All we cared about was business and money and it’s like we need to make a living.”

Magnano said after being closed during the statewide shutdown, Taste of Sicily opened back up to full capacity in the yellow phase citing financial struggles.

“Seeing that again, the business needed it. The family needed it and they needed to do things to survive. They went ahead and reopened. And at that point, they had great support from the local level elected officials,” said Eric Winter, Attorney for Prince Law Offices.

Magnano’s attorney Winter said the Department of Agriculture tried to cite the restaurant for things they couldn’t lawfully cite them for. Winter adds citations have to be prosecuted by the attorney general or local district attorney.

Taste of Sicily pleaded not guilty. Judge Carl Garvey ruled the family business was unconstitutionally cited and the restaurant was found not guilty.

“The crux of the legal argument is that orders that have been issued by the Governor and The Department of Health are legally unenforceable. Judge Garvey agreed with that argument, “Winter said.  (read more)

This case appears to be a good example of Blue rules inside Red territories.  The local officials were on the side of the restaurant.  Once again highlighting just how fragmented the application of COVID-19 rules are depending on very specific areas and regions.

This situation, and the acceptance of an environment that is not conducive to freedom, is what helps drive many people out of the blue states, regions and even pockets.

In the aggregate Americans do not like these arbitrary dictates; and when you travel to freedom zones you will notice there are large numbers of very affluent democrats who have hypocritically fled from the choking outcome of their politics.  Those far-left ideologues who can afford to leave blue regions do so; leaving the working class to cope with the crisis they create.  It’s the most hypocritical reality imaginable.

It’s madness really.

Bill Gates and MIT Unveil Quantum Dots to Mark Children

Armstrong Economics Blog/Disease Re-Posted Oct 21, 2020 by Martin Armstrong

Bill Gates and MIT unveil quantum dot technology to mark children’s skin so they can be scanned for vaccine compliance and anything else to be determined later. The MIT researchers have been funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the National Cancer Institute. This new technology uses nano-crystal dyes called quantum microdots. These patterns of dye contain data that can for now mark that a vaccine has been received into the person’s body.

This pattern of dye is embedded under the skin as a vaccine is injected into the human recipient. Therefore, these dots can be injected into the body without our knowledge or consent under laws being prepared in many countries. These dots are bio-compatible micro-particles that are 20 microns in diameter. This arrangement allows the dye to remain fixed in place under the skin upon injection.

There is a much grander agenda going on. Bill Gates does not want to increase the world population, he was raised to worry about it. Simply put, I find it inconsistent that this guy is really trying to help humanity rather than limit the population when he is also developing chips that remotely control birth. Gates has been focused on India and Africa to reduce population growth.

This is why Republic forms of government are so dangerous. He only has to bribe politicians to create a totalitarian state. Democracy is where the PEOPLE decide these issue on a direct vote. This is why I am against career politicians of any party. They are for sale to the highest bidder.Categories:Disease

Mark Meadows Informs Court President Authorized Declassification of Documents Did Not Order It…

Posted originally on The Conservative Tree House on October 20, 2020 by sundance

Federal Judge Reggie Walton saw an opportunity to give media (Buzzfeed and CNN) their request for all documents from the Weissmann/Mueller investigation when President Trump wrote a tweet on October 6, 2020, re-emphasizing declassification.  Seemingly Judge Walton wanted to interpret the tweets as authority for the declassification of material underlying the Mueller probe.   As a consequence Walton asked for clarification from White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows.

Mr. Meadows responded to the request from the court with a one-page statement:

(link)

Meadows affirmed that President Trump was just re-authorizing AG Bill Barr to execute the same declassification authorities previously granted on May 23, 2019.   The president’s tweets were not “orders”.   Judge Walton has scheduled a hearing for Wednesday to address the sufficiency of the White House’s response.

Homeland Security Creates National Center for Countering Human Trafficking – Media Run Away (Literally)…

Posted originally on The Conservative Tree House on October 20, 2020 by sundance

Earlier today the U.S. Department of Homeland Security launched the first ever national Center for Countering Human Trafficking (CCHT), and DHS Secretary Chad Wolf held a 30 minute press availability (remarks here) to announce the new federal agency.

The DHS press release is HERE and the White House press release is HERE.  However, in a stark example of how liberal media refuse to discuss this topic; perhaps motivated to protect their Hollywood allies who participate in sexploitation; and perhaps because major Democrat donors are connected to the human trafficking industry; check out what happens when DHS officials open up the Q&A portion: [36:39 of video – prompted]

Not a single question from the media about the new federal agency. Total silence. Nothing. Not a single question about what is now commonly accepted as a national crisis and modern day slavery.  The DC/National media are totally disinterested…. Let that settle in.

WASHINGTON—U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Acting Secretary Chad Wolf announced Tuesday the opening of the DHS Center for Countering Human Trafficking, the U.S. government’s first-ever integrated law enforcement operations center directly supporting federal criminal investigations, victim assistance efforts, intelligence analysis, and outreach and training activities related to human trafficking and forced labor.

The center, which has been operational since early September, is based in Washington and led by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), a global leader of criminal investigations into human trafficking and sexual exploitation. The center will be staffed with law enforcement officials from Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and across DHS, as well as subject matter experts and support staff from 16 DHS components—all focused on the “4 Ps” of the center’s mission: prevention, protection, prosecution and partnerships.

“Human trafficking is modern day slavery. There is no other way to say it,” said Acting Secretary Chad Wolf. “The words are strong because the actions are evil. The forms of exploitation, sex trafficking, forced labor, and domestic servitude that constitute human trafficking are antithetical in every way to the principles of human dignity that Americans hold dear. The launch of this Center for Countering Human Trafficking represents the investment of resources, attention, and time by President Trump to combat and dismantle all forms of human trafficking.” (read more)

President Trump Shares a Tarmac Debate Prep Session – Video and Transcript…

Posted originally on The Conservative Tree House on October 20, 2020 by sundance

The new White House communications group is making a big mistake by delaying the uploads of the impromptu pressers.  The problem started about two weeks ago, and has continued to worsen.  This recent example was from yesterday and took 28 hrs to surface.

In this tarmac presser President Trump outlines how the impromptu pressers are part of his debate prep.  He then gives a real-time example.  WATCH:

[Transcript] –  THE PRESIDENT: Hello, everybody. You know our senator. You know our governor. They’re great — both of them. And they’re doing a terrific job.

We have a big — two speeches today. And we have thousands and thousands of people waiting. There’s never been anything like this, I will say that, with — I’m being very humble. I’ll say that, Jeff. Is that okay? But there’s never been anything like it. We have tremendous crowds. You saw the lines. They formed two days ago.

So we’re going to make two stops. And you’re going to be with us a little bit, and I know you’re going to be with us a little bit.

And we have a very exciting election coming up. We’re doing very well in North Carolina, very well in Florida, very well pretty much everywhere. We’re looking — we’re doing very well. And when people find out really what we’ve done and how good the economy is and how it’s coming back, the numbers are fantastic. So we — we seem to be in very good shape.

Any questions?

Q Stimulus. Can you give us the latest on stimulus talks? On stimulus talks.

THE PRESIDENT: Yeah, we’re having talks today. We’re discussing it today, very solidly. We’ll see what happens.

Q Have you talked with Leader McConnell?

THE PRESIDENT: Nancy Pelosi, at this moment, does not want to do anything that’s going to affect the election. And I think it will affect the election negatively for her.

So we’ll see what happens. But there are talks going on as we speak.

Q Have you talked with Leader McConnell about this?

THE PRESIDENT: I don’t want to comment on that. But the Republicans will come along.

Q Mr. President, why did you criticize Dr. Fauci? Does it have anything to do with his high standing in public sentiment?

THE PRESIDENT: No, I think, really, Dr. Fauci is a very nice man, but we let him do what he wants to do. He gets a lot of television. He loves being on television, and we let him do it. Sometimes he says things that are a little bit off, and they get built up, unfortunately.

But he’s a nice guy. I like him. But he’s called a lot of bad calls. He said don’t wear a mask and he said don’t ban China. They were bad calls. He admits that. And I don’t hold that against him. If I did, I wouldn’t have him. I think he’s a nice a guy.

Q Why don’t you fire him?

THE PRESIDENT: Huh?

Q Why not fire him?

THE PRESIDENT: I don’t want to. I don’t want to hurt him. He’s been there for about 350 years. I don’t want to hurt him.

Q You’ve been saying that Dr. Fauci said not to wear a mask, but he’s been saying to wear a mask for months.

THE PRESIDENT: Well, he used to say don’t wear a mask. So, you know, you have people on both sides of it. But I’m okay —

Q So why are you still quoting that?

THE PRESIDENT: Excuse me. I’m okay with masks. I like it. I think it’s good. A lot of people like it. This gentleman has done an incredible job in Arizona, and he’s taken a very tough stand. But he’s let his economy grow. And, frankly, if they would’ve done that in Michigan and various other places, where the governor just shut it down for everybody except for her husband.

His attitude — you know, they had a spike, and he let the spike play. And they were careful. And now your state is really in great shape.

GOVERNOR DUCEY: Thank you, Mr. President. Thank you.

THE PRESIDENT: What a job. So proud of him.

Q Your Chief of Staff said today that there will be a lawsuit filed on Section 230 on the tech companies. Is it your —

THE PRESIDENT: Who said that? Who said that?

Q Mark Meadows said that, as soon as today, there could be a lawsuit filed.

THE PRESIDENT: Well, you know —

Q Is that from the White House?

THE PRESIDENT: — they’ve given — they’ve been given great protection. And when they take down people like Charlie Kirk — you know, Charlie Kirk is a terrific person. And I was — I just heard that he was taken down. And how can you take down Charlie Kirk? He’s mainstream conservative but solid as a rock. He represents a point of view, and he’s putting up something from the New York Post, which is a respected newspaper. I’ll tell you what: The biggest winner in this whole thing is a newspaper called the New York Post, the oldest paper in our country.

So what they have done is really — I’m very proud of them.

Q Are you filing a lawsuit? Or is the campaign filing a lawsuit?

THE PRESIDENT: You’ll be seeing very soon.

Q Mr. President, do you understand that when it comes to the science and a new virus, things change; scientists learn new things and that’s why Fauci and some scientists changed their recommendations?

THE PRESIDENT: You don’t understand. I understand well. You don’t understand, and you never have understood.

Q Is this election going to be a repeat of 2016, given the polls?

THE PRESIDENT: I think so. I think we’ll do better than 2016. We’re way ahead of where we were in 2016, and I’ve done things that nobody has ever done. We built the greatest economy in the world, and we’re building it rapidly again.

If you look at Arizona — you look at the job they’ve done. And I’m just leaving other states. I mean, every one of these Republican-run states are doing phenomenally. The Democrat-run states are not, but they’re not going to affect our numbers very much. I think they’re going to open up on November 4th. They’ll be opening up on November 4th.

And, by the way, the fact that Kristen Welker is, you know, a dyed-in-the-wool radical-left Democrat, or whatever she is —

Q It’s not true, Mr. President, and you know it.

Q That’s not true.

THE PRESIDENT: Okay. Okay. And then ask — why are you defending her?

Q That’s not true, Mr. President.

THE PRESIDENT: Then ask her: Why did she delete her account? Would you please have her put her account back?

Q Mr. President, you’ve dealt with her, and you know she’s a fine journalist.

THE PRESIDENT: And you know what? It’s not going to affect — I know you want to stick up. It’s not going to affect me. I’m going to be there. But, you know, I told you about the last one, and I was right. And I told you about Savannah Guthrie, and I was right. And I’m telling you about Kristen Welker. Kristen Welker should put all of her statements back on. She deleted her entire account. She shouldn’t do that.

Q What are they going to do with the mics? Are they trying to have —

THE PRESIDENT: The what?

Q Are they trying to have the moderator be able to turn off the mics? Is that what —

THE PRESIDENT: I have no idea.

Q Mr. President, what are you doing to prepare for the debate, sir?

THE PRESIDENT: I’m doing this.

Q (Inaudible.)

THE PRESIDENT: What am I doing to prepare? I’m doing this. I’ve done — I’ve done very well in debates. And, you know, you do what you do. You just do what you do.

The last debate, I had two on one. I usually have two on one, at least. And I did well in the last debate, and we did well with Savannah Guthrie, based on reports. But all you can do is — look, you know, you go around; we do interviews with you. This is like — I call this “debate prep.” This is actually tougher than a debate, if you want to know the truth.

Q Will you do the testing before the debate? And will you authorize your —

THE PRESIDENT: Say it?

Q Will you do the testing before the debate? And will you au- —

THE PRESIDENT: The testing?

Q Yes, the COVID testing. Will you authorize your doctors to tell us when —

THE PRESIDENT: Sure. I would have no problem with it.

Q — the last negative before you —

THE PRESIDENT: I’m — not only am I free — positive, or whatever — what would you call it? I’m totally free. Right? Not only am I free, I’m immune, they say. They say if you’ve had it, you’re immune. Now, the question is, are you immune for four months or for the rest of your life? That’s the only thing we don’t know.

Q Will you authorize your doctors to tell you when you tested negative last, before the last event?

THE PRESIDENT: Sure. Is that very important to you?

Q Yes, sir, it is.

THE PRESIDENT: You seem to be so intent. But if it’s so important to you — why is it so important to you?

Q Because we want to know how long you may have been —

THE PRESIDENT: I know. But why? Why?

Q We want to know if you followed the rules from the debate commission.

THE PRESIDENT: I know. But why is it so important to you?

Q Will you authorize your doctors to release that information?

THE PRESIDENT: Look at the dedication. Yeah, my doctors have already given it. You know, my doctors have given more information than has been given on any human being in the history of the world.

Q But have not given that detail, Mr. President.

Q Mr. President, can you tell us why — what your campaign strategy seems to be to call Biden a “criminal”? Why is that?

THE PRESIDENT: He is a criminal. He’s a criminal. He got caught —

Q He was the Vice President of the United States.

THE PRESIDENT: Read his laptop. And you know who’s a criminal? You’re a criminal for not reporting it. You are a criminal for not reporting it.

Q I’m asking your strategy.

THE PRESIDENT: Let me tell you something: Joe Biden is a criminal, and he’s been a criminal for a long time. And you’re a criminal, and the media, for not reporting it. Good luck, everybody. Have a good time. Have a good time.

McConnell Announces Full Senate Vote on Judge Amy Coney Barrett, Monday Oct. 26th…

Posted originally on The Conservative Tree House on October 20, 2020 by sundance

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has announced the full senate vote for Supreme Court Nominee, Judge Amy Coney Barrett, will take place next Monday October 26.  The nomination is expected to be voted out of the Senate Judiciary Committee this Thursday.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) announced Tuesday that the Senate will vote to confirm President Trump’s nominee Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court on Monday, Oct. 26.

With a 53-47 majority, and just two Republican senators opposed, Trump’s nominee is on a glide path to confirmation that will seal a conservative hold on the court for years to come.

Without the votes to stop Barrett’s ascent, Democrats have few options left. They are searching for two more GOP senators to break ranks and halt confirmation, but that seems unlikely. Never before as a court nominee been voted on so close to a presidential election.

Senate Democratic leader Chuck Schumer decried what he called the “farcical” process to “jam” through Trump’s choice, even as the coronavirus outbreak sidelined GOP senators. (more)

Voter Turnout May Reach 61%

Armstrong Economics Blog/Politics Re-Posted Oct 20, 2020 by Martin Armstrong

As of the weekend, more than 26 million people have voted, according to the U.S. Elections Project, a turnout-tracking database run by the University of Florida political scientist Michael McDonald. That’s more than six times the number of votes cast by the same point in 2016. Of course, the 2016 election produced almost 129 million votes. That means about 20% of the people have voted. Although the emphasis of this being 6 times the previous vote, this is not necessarily indicative of a major increase. We also have this created pandemic which has been created to terrorize the population.

The total number of people registered to vote is 239,247,182 or those eligible being 257,605,088. We should see a tsunami in voting this year. We see a minimum, of 55% turnout with an ideal projection of about 61%. The 2016 turnout was 55.5% compared to the previous election of 54.9%. The low was the 1996 election at 49% when Bill Clinton won.
