Nearly $300 billion worth of confiscated frozen Russian assets have been set to the side by the West. Some of the world’s leading decision-makers have been urging the powers that be to release these funds into Ukraine, arming Russia’s enemy with the private wealth of its own citizens. Russia has finally responded to these threats near our critical turning point during the week of April 19/20, 2024.
Russian authorities released a statement to say that they are fully prepared to implement retaliatory measures.
“We also have a prepared answer,” Valentina Matviyenko, the speaker of the Russian upper house of parliament, was quoted as saying by state news agency RIA. “We have a draft law, which we are ready to consider immediately, on retaliatory measures.” While the precise retaliatory measures have not been stated, it is safe to assume that Russia will begin to confiscate Western assets. “And the Europeans will lose more than we do,” Matviyenko, who is a member of Russia’s powerful Security Council, said.
The response also comes ahead of the critical target of May 7, which also happens to be the next Russian election. The computer selected the date many years ago. The people want a strong leader who will fight to return what is rightfully theirs. The West has never technically been at war with Russia and Russia has been overly patient in awaiting a response. As it seems the funds will be released in the slush fund which is Ukraine, Russia has been forced to respond.
It is unclear how much Russia holds in foreign assets. Russian Parliament speaker Vyacheslav Volodin said he believes that Russia would be justified in seizing these assets, especially after the US House of Representatives recently voted on legislation that will expand the illegal seizure of private Russian assets. Russia noted that Europe has more to lose than America because Europeans have more invested in Russia. Europe holds the majority of Russian assets, freezing around $224 billion in assets compared to the $5 to $6 trillion held by the US.
Now Volodin is prepared for more than mere economic warfare. In January, he stated that Russia was prepared to unleash a “global catastrophe” upon all unfriendly nations for creating this proxy war in Ukraine. “Arguments that the nuclear powers have not previously used weapons of mass destruction in local conflicts are untenable. This is because these states have not faced a situation in which the security of their citizens and the territorial integrity of their countries were threatened,” he stated in January 2024. He then stated on Telegram: “With their decisions, Washington and Brussels are leading the world to a terrible war … foreign politicians making such decisions need to understand that this could end in a global tragedy that will destroy their countries.”
Now, the amount frozen surpasses Ukraine’s entire GDP, but world leaders are using it as a ruse to cover up the fact that their own nations are in a liquidity crisis. US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen falsely claims that sending off these assets to Ukraine would “incentivize [Russia] to come to the table to negotiate a just peace with Ukraine.” She knows that Moscow has been prohibited from seeking a peace treaty since this war began. Putin went on a live stream that was broadcast around the globe and said he would welcome a call from Zelensky at any time to arrange a peace treaty.
The wise have been pouring money out into anything tangible. Everything from collectible cars to art, antiques, coins, and stamps have been rising. Geopolitics have collided with plans for the Great Reset, and private assets will be used on the economic battlefield.
In this wholesale confiscation of private assets, these politicians are using the excuse of Ukraine to implement a completely new normal procedure – the confiscation of billions without asking who the funds belong to and whether there is a connection to the Ukraine war. There is no check or balance for where the money is spent or sent.
For all intents and purposes, the people who lost their life savings are mostly private citizens who have been victims of circumstance. They did not fund Russia’s invasion or have a say in their government’s decisions. Russia now states that they view this as a complete violation of international law as an act of war and they are willing to play the same dirty game.
This will change world trade entirely. People will be wary of international investments in places where they too may face illegal seizures. Why would, say, someone in China continue investing in Europe and the US when hostilities are building with Taiwan? These politicians simply fail to see the longterm damage that their policies create.
The West deliberately pushed Russia to suspend servicing their debts to Western lenders in preparation for their own excuse to suspend their own servicing of debts. As usual with sanctions, not only the person against whom the sanctions are directed, in this case, Russia, is harmed but also this has undermined the entire world economy ensuring its collapse in the years ahead. In this context, it cannot be stressed enough that sanctions historically have never worked and they know that they are generally pointless.
There is absolutely no question that we are headed into a very serious sovereign debt default. Western governments have been engaging in a Ponzi scheme, and the house of cards comes crashing down when they can no longer sell new debt to redeem the old. They need this war as an excuse to cover up their fiscal mismanagement, and they will then start all over again with digital currencies.

One of the basic rules of war is that you always keep two fronts going simultaneously. The first is the obvious battlefield. However, the second is communication. Suppose you DO NOT keep communication open through the back channels. In that case, there is NEVER the possibility of PEACE, and the war then becomes concluded only when one side is obliterated. This is what has taken place, and the demonizing of Putin is HIGHLY dangerous, for it shows there is no intention of peace. You cannot keep calling someone a piece of shit publicly and then expect the people to accept a reversal of that policy.
Demonizing an opponent is to create hatred that leads your troops to be willing to die for some greater good. Field Marshall Goring explained it well when he was on trial at Nuremberg. You always denounce the peacemakers as conspiracy theorists, or as Nuland is calling the anti-war Republicans – “Putin’s wing of the Republican Party.” Victoria Nuland is the real Commander & Chief, not Biden, who is directing this war. She has made clear that she has absolutely no intention of stopping the war. The Neocons have spent their entire lives drooling at the thought of conquering Russia and China. When Communism fell, they never changed their view. When Ronald Reagan wanted to meet with Gorbachev, sensing that Russia wanted to end Communism, the Neocons objected, and I can tell you they told him, “You can never trust a Russian.” Reagan refused to listen and met with Gorbachev, and the Berlin Wall collapsed.
There was a peace deal that this war would have been over in 6 weeks. Putin withdrew his troops from the outskirts of Kiev as a sign of good faith that the deal would be that Zelensky would have secured the rights of the people in the Donbas and agreed not to join NATO. Putin agreed to withdraw all his troops from the occupied region in return for that agreement.
The Neocons sent Boris Johnson to kill that peace deal, proving that the West, from the outset, wanted this war they spent time to create. Since then, 500,000 Ukrainians have died, countless millions have fled Ukraine, and now sending more arms will not matter if there is nobody there left standing to fight.
This is why Zelensky fired Ukraine’s top commander, General Valerii Zaluzhnyi, over his objection to the offensive and the astronomical health toll. Zelensky told the truth and initiated a draft for 500,000 fresh troops. Zaluzhnyi warned that Ukraine could not defeat Russia. The conflict with Russia had become a stalemate for months. Zaluzhnyi was very popular with the troops, and firing him was a major mistake that Zelensky, lacking any military experience, thought a general could just order people to die with no repercussions. Zelenskyy appointed the commander of Ukraine’s ground forces, Col. Gen. Oleksandr Syrskyi, to lead the army, which was a sharp blow to the morale of the troops.
Syrskyi has been instrumental in Ukraine’s biggest successes during the war, including overseeing the defense of the capital in the early days of the invasion. Syrskyi was born in 1965 in the village of Novinki, Vladimir Oblast, Russian SFSR, then in the Soviet Union, into a military family of ethnic Russians. As of 2023, his parents and brother live in Russia. This demonstrates how intermixed the entire Ukraine is with ethnic Russians as Ukrainians today. I have reported previously that Kruschev grew up there and rebuilt Kiev after World War II. He merely reassigned Crimea to be administered by Kiev when it was part of Russia. Then, his successor, Brezhnev, was born in the Donbas.
The geopolitical situation concerning the Ukraine war will catalyze World War III. Historians said Europe, with its alliances, stumbled into World War I. The same is unfolding here in the 21st century. Political leaders make decisions on the immediate event without ever even thinking about what will be the next step.
This Ukrainian War is very much intertwined with the rise of China as an economic and Military superpower. Ukraine has become the stomping ground concerning the rivalry of the three great powers: the United States, Russia, and China.
The Ukraine war has triggered a completely new dynamic in the relationship between these great powers with respect to this rivalry. What is being overlooked here is that China, and not Russia, is capable of replacing the United States as the leading world economic and military power, as we warned several years ago, back in 2011 and 2018. Our model projected that China would eventually replace the United States as the leading economic power.
A number of people did not like that forecast, but my job was to present the UNBIASED projections of the computer. I have grandkids. I hate to see the future we are leaving behind. This is the data from the Federal Reserve. The differential peak occurred in 2006 with a premium of $1.3 trillion. Even since then, China has been growing in leaps and bounds, and it may even surpass the US in the 2025/2026 period and reach a peak by 2032.
All I can do is show the trend and provide the timing as to when this will unfold. This war that the Neocons are hell-bent on launching will destroy the United States in the process. The risk of dissent and even a separatist movement because of their demonizing Trump and everyone who voted for him is causing a major divide. Even Jamie Dimon has warned the Democrats this hatred they hurl at Trump is dividing the country and our model shows the separatist movement is rising. Even more than one-third of Alaskans want to separate from the USA now.
The immediate American National Security Strategy confirms the forecast we made back in 2011 and 2018 that the People’s Republic of China is the only competitor that intends to reshape the international order economically while its political government increasingly possesses the diplomatic, military, and technological power to propel and fulfill Beijing’s ambitions to create an extended sphere of influence in the Indo-Pacific region. Eventually, China will become the world’s leading economic and military power.
This is why, in the Ukraine War, the United States Neocons aimed to weaken Russia, its second geopolitical rival, politically, economically, and militarily. Then, they intend to focus on the confrontation with China, their formidable and biggest adversary. To achieve their strategic goal, the Neocons have sought close cooperation with Europe and pushed NATO to expand to Asia.
Under this new Chancellor of Germany, his visit to Washington demonstrated that Germany was apparently ready to take on a leadership role in the Ukrainian Proxy War. However, NATO intends to bring the European allies involved in a future conflict with China together with Australia, Japan, New Zealand, and South Korea. This is the planned Indo-Pacific network of partners and allies against China. There is reason to infer that Macron’s recent statement to send Troops into Ukraine may be more of a rivalry with Germany for the lead role.
This may seem a wise move on the surface by the Neocons first to take down Russia, which they perceive to be the weaker of the two geopolitical rivals. Secondly, they will launch another Proxy War using Taiwan for canon fodder rather than directly confront China, which is clearly the stronger opponent.
I believe that the Neocons are making a huge mistake by opening a strategic military two-front confrontation against China and Russia, which is a ticking nuclear time bomb that will engulf the entire world. North Korea is producing arms for Russia, and it has instructed its army to “grid for war.” North Korea has a deal manufacturing ammunition for Russia. In return, Russia is providing the desperately needed food for North Korea.
This Proxy War in Ukraine was a turning point for Europe as a whole, for everyone behind the curtain knew it was foolish to think that Ukraine would defeat Russia. This was merely a propaganda pitch the mainstream press was fed and ran with to the detriment of the Ukrainian people. As I have pointed out, it is a psychological tactic to demonize your opponent to get the people to then hate them and apply that image to all people associated with them being in a country or politicos. It is working when you see CNN claimed journalists using hate language to describe Putin.
Zelensky has routinely lied about the casualties to keep up the propaganda. This demonstrates the determination behind this propaganda over the last two years, rendering it understandable when one knows that Germany plays a particularly important role on the geopolitical chessboard of the United States. For years, the unspoken fear was the union of Germany and Russia, which would be a formidable match of industrial production with Russia’s limitless raw materials resources. A union of Russia and Germany would represent the only power that could threaten the United States economically in that sphere comparable to China’s.
This places Macron’s shocking proposition to send NATO troops into Ukraine to appear to be taking the lead from Germany, but also because Ukraine cannot survive. The fall of Ukraine undermines this entire strategy and exposes the flaws in the goals of the Neocons. Russia never intended to conquer Ukraine. Putin only sent in 190,000 troops when Ukraine had nearly 500,000 trained by the West. The fact that Putin’s troops reached Kiev in the first weeks demonstrated the superiority of the Russian military. Sending Western troops into Ukraine, as Macron proposed, would be insane, for then it is a direct confrontation without any communication for peace.
Macron even said, “Nothing should be excluded.“ He also added: “There is no consensus at this stage.” However, Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico suggested that “a number of NATO and EU member states are considering that they will send their troops to Ukraine on a bilateral basis.”He did not offer many details, saying he could not specify why the troops would be sent and their mission.
As I warned, sending in NATO troops to Ukraine will be a Declaration of War. Putin came out and warned that Western nations “must realize that we also have weapons that can hit targets on their territory.” He added: “All this really threatens a conflict with the use of nuclear weapons and the destruction of civilization. Don’t they get that?” Putin has been criticized at home by the hardliners that he has been a fool and that this has been a war really with the USA and NATO.
I have been warning for the past two years that the prospect of creating World War III BEFORE the 2024 election was a reality. The Belarusian President, Alexander Lukashenko, has called it like it is. He is warning that the West is on the ” edge of the abyss ” of World War Three. Lukashenko has made it clear that he has “legitimate concerns” about the likelihood of a global conflict and accused the West of fuelling war tensions and pushing the world towards disaster. I cannot disagree. The F16s were for defense, and now NATO has lifted all restrictions.
“We are literally covered with an information wave of the so-called premonition of the third world war, which just a lazy one still hasn’t mentioned. And there are grounds for these fears,” Lukashenko said, according to Sky News.
Besides Macron, NATO is pushing for war, altering the terms of handing Ukraine weapons for defense to outright invasion of Russia. The head of NATO approved Ukraine to to use the F16s to fly into Russia and start bombing their cities as a deliberate provocation, praying Russia would attack so they could call them the aggressor. All they have to do is honor the Minsk Agreement, and the war will end in 24 hours. These people are filled with such hatred it is beyond description.
Let’s make it very clear. Ukraine has been destroyed, and Zelensky has so much blood on his hands it will never wash off. Ukraine cannot launch any offensive. They are pulling back and now seeking to defend themselves. They have surrendered, and they hope to retake the Donbas; and Russia is likely to take Odesa – where the Ukrainians started the civil war and the whole separatist movement by slaughtering and Russian speaking Ukrainians burning them alive in the Trade Union Building in 2014, pushing their old Nazi position of ethnic cleansing.
The Neocons should take a lesson from the Romans, who knew that war’s outcome was never 100% assured. Their god, Janus, represented the beginning and ending of conflict – war and peace. In ancient Rome, the Temple of Janus stood in the Roman Forum with doors on both ends and inside was a statue of Janus, who is always represented as the two-faced god after whom January is named. So when we celebrate New Year’s Eve, we say goodbye to the past and hello to the future, which is a concept stemming from Janus.
The Gates of the Temple of Janus were the main purpose behind the Temple itself, for it tied together warfare and religious tradition. The opening and closing of the gates were to symbolize either wartime or peace. The historian Virgil said the gates held in Discord and Fury inside the Temple during peace. When the Gates were open, this let the discord free, whereby the historian Horace inferred that if Janus himself was kept locked in the temple, then there was peace. During the reign of Augustus, it was said that the doors were shut three times – Pax Romana.
These Neocons should ponder the question: What if I am wrong? They, like Zelensky, will destroy the West and render it subservient to China in the end.
After the fall of Rome, Byzantium became the major power. When they fell in 1453, the power shifted to India, the source of all the Spice Trade. Their main rival was China, and they eventually overtook India as the Financial Capital of the World. Europe undermined them as the British conquered India and then China. But World War I and II shifted that laurel wreath to the United States. The Neocons have invited war and opened the Gates to let Discord and Flury run freely to engulf the world. This time, the laurel wreath will pass to China. Nothing ever lasts forever.

I have listened to the oral arguments and have considered this entire 14th Amendment nonsense. Some have tried to argue that it is self-executing, meaning that Congress does not need to write a statute. That is really absurd, for we are talking here about trying to overthrow the entire foundation of democracy when pretending to be defending it. That is like pushing the button to attack Russia because I knew they wanted to do so; therefore, I was acting in self-defense by pushing the button first.
States have the right to control their local elections. However, they cannot interfere in federal elections. To do so would mean that they are depriving the rest of the country of their right to vote, for a federal election cannot take place if some states remove a candidate and others do not. This is a justified argument for separating the United States.
While nobody raised the Commerce Clause refers to Article 1, Section 8, Clause 3 of the U.S. Constitution, the Founding Fathers may have never anticipated a rouge action like Colorado and Maine in banning Trump from the ballot. Still, they did address this issue of one state interfering with the rest of the nation. The Commerce Clause PROHIBITS any state from trying to impose a ban on the exports of another state to boost its own production. The Commerce Clause gives Congress the power “to regulate commerce with foreign nations, among states, and with the Indian tribes.”
The Commerce Clause expressly forbids a state from interfering in national commerce. That jurisdiction is reserved strictly to Congress. I cannot imagine how any state can claim such a power to interfere in the federal election for the national office of the Federal Government that is not a local state office.
If the Supreme Court upholds Colorado’s decision, then it is time to break up the UNION, for it is no longer viable. I fear we will see violence regardless of how the court rules.
The District of Columbia Court of Appeals rejected Trump’s Absolute Immunity claim, saying: “We cannot accept that the office of the presidency places its former occupants above the law for all time thereafter,” the judges wrote.”
The Constitution does not directly discuss presidential immunity from criminal or civil lawsuits. Instead, this privilege has evolved over time through the Supreme Court’s interpretation of Article II, Section 2, Clause 3:
The President shall have Power to fill up all Vacancies that may happen during the Recess of the Senate, by granting Commissions which shall expire at the End of their next Session.
It is generally accepted that the President is absolutely immune from civil liability for suits arising from actions relating to official duties. This includes all acts in the “outer perimeter” of those duties. However, the President is not immune from actions arising from unofficial conduct. In fact, nobody was actually given immunity by the Founding Fathers. It has been the course have have credited immunity – not the Constitution.
“Prosecutorial immunity” is also a judge-made doctrine that cloaks prosecutors in near-absolute immunity from suit. Under this doctrine, prosecutors cannot be sued for any actions related to their job as a prosecutor, no matter how egregious the behavior. For example, prosecutors cannot be sued for knowingly prosecuting an innocent person, withholding evidence of innocence, or even fabricating false evidence of guilt.
Prosecutors can do whatever they want, and you have ZERO rights, even human rights, against those in the Deep State. This entire question of immunity to me defied the Declaration of Independence, and this is the intent of the Constitution to restrain government. With ABSOLUTE IMMUNITY, they can fabricate evidence, put you on trial, and execute all knowing that you were innocent. This defies everything that the Constitution intended.

In 1768, two citizens of Annapolis, Maryland, were murdered by Marines from a British ship. Even though there was overwhelming evidence against them, the Marines were acquitted.
I doubted that the Washington, D.C. Court of Appeals would ever rule in favor of Trump. They have their marching orders. To me, either nobody has absolute immunity, or everyone does. There is NOTHING in the Constitution that grants such immunity to anyone! That very proposition stands in direct confrontation with the Declaration of Independence. If this disgusting Jack Smith, who indicts Trump in Washington, which he can control for a crime he has to prosecuted in Florida, shows that he is violating the very intent of the Sixth Amendment. But he is ABSOLUTELY IMMUNE for anything he does to the nation or Trump. That is wrong!
They had President Nixon hands down, and yet they pardoned him to save dividing the nation. Those ideas no longer exist, and the entire problem here is these prosecutions have torn the nation apart and polarized the people. They have set in motion the ultimate division of the United States – it cannot stand as a united nation when one side tries to impose a dictatorship, their ideas offending even the religious beliefs.
In Greek Democracy, it is true that women had no right to vote. What is overlooked is the fact that they did not need one. This was all before SOCIALISM, and there was not even an income tax. The head of the household voted like a congressman for everyone in the house. But those were questions like war. Even if someone killed another, the victim’s family is prosecuted – not the state. The ONLY crimes where the state became evolved were those directly against the state of offending the gods, as was the case with Socrates. With socialism, then laws were made directly against behavior, and income tax was applied to everyone. Thus, everyone then had a right to vote. This is what is tearing the country apart – this belief that one side gets to dictate behavior. What if Muslims gain political control and then dictate you have to have four wives? What if Mitt Romney were president a issued an executive order allowing multiple wives? This is the whole problem that is terminating the union.
So, unfortunately, this entire immunity question is NOT law – it is the discretion of judges, and therein lies the crisis. The Founding Fathers relied upon the definition of law articulated by Lord Coke and Blackstone. Nobody seems to care anymore.

Let me explain something very important. George Soros’ son has come out and said that Trump would not go away unless he is in prison. I am not at liberty to say at this time, but the FIX IS IN and Trump will be imprisoned in the Washington, DC case.
Soros has funded the case in Colorado to kick Trump off the ballot. This is a war for the very soul of the United States. I have had to look at these forecasts projected by the computer, and it is certainly not my aspiration in life. People keep telling me this is my destiny. Perhaps so. But I do not relish laying out these forecasts, for I wish I could prevent the outcome, but OI cannot. No protest can be mustered to prevent this. We have to crash and burn. Only then will the blind finally see, and those who have understood these forecasts will get to perhaps spread the word.
They have done everything they possibly can to stop Trump, for they KNOW he will do his best to prevent their agenda. Yet, unfortunately, the computer has warned that either side will NOT accept the 2024 election. They are outright pushing to put Trump in prison. The Attorney General has now come out pushing for a speedy trial in DC because they think throwing Trump in prison will be the only thing that will stop him.
My deep concern is that we are approaching the 19th cycle of 8.6 from the American Civil War. This only adds to the rising tensions, which will escalate into 2026. These people are so desperate to impose their totalitarian state that they refuse to back off. If they cannot imprison Trump, they will assassinate him. We are approaching the last 8.6 years in this cycle, and they will be the darkest days of our lives. My concern is if the Supreme Court yields to this conspiracy to imprison Trump, it could be like the Dread Scott decision, where they tried to reduce the tension by claiming blacks could not be citizens of the United States and that they were, in fact, property. They thought they were cutting the baby in half to prevent a civil war. But that decision led the people to vote for Abraham Lincoln, who, by the way, was also taken off the ballot in several states. If they buy this argument that Trump was acting as a candidate and NOT as President, then they probably will think that putting him in prison will lower the tensions. That will not end well for them.
World War III is already in motion. There will be no state of peace, and Zelensky was put in that position to facilitate this war. I warned when he took office that this would be the guy who started World War III. Zelensky is nothing like what you think. In the EU, another crisis is brewing. The EU has extended the p[remission for Ukrainian refugees currently living in the EU. The Council agreed to extend the temporary protection for people fleeing Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine from March 4th, 2024, to March 4th, 2025.
However, Zelensky’s general mobilization and a state of war have been in effect in Ukraine since Feb. 24th, 2022, with all men aged 18 to 60 considered eligible for military service and subject to conscription. Men are prohibited from leaving Ukraine, and now the EU is recording the refugees, thereby documenting those who are avoiding Zelensky’s draft.
During a state of war, travel abroad for men in Ukraine is restricted. All military-eligible individuals are forbidden to leave Ukraine, except in cases specified by Cabinet Resolution No. 57. Some military-eligible individuals, lacking the right to leave, have illegally crossed borders and sought asylum in the EU, the United States, or Asian countries. Ukraine lacks a system for holding such individuals to account, but that is rumored to be in the works. Zelensky wants all men returned to die on the battlefield. At this time, Russian soldiers outnumber Ukrainians 4 to 1.
Trump would indeed end the war in 24 hrs. Cut off all funds for the Ukrainian government employees whom Biden is paying their salaries and pensions. Insist that Zelensky honors the Minsk Agreement and the war is over. Those in power right now want war, and they have no intention of ending anything.
Here are the computer projections for the 2024 election. Trump should win, as you can see on 4 out of 6 models. But Models #3 and #4 are shocking. These show such a landslide with 61% to 35% and 59% to 37% projections that this scares the hell out of the globalists. Of course, everyone and their career prostitute at Davos tunes into our political forecasts because they have been correct, are purely unbiased, and are the only REAL Artificial Intelligence with a 40-year track record. They may not like what they see, and they certainly do not like me. The prospect that the next presidential election in 2028 will NOT EVEN TAKE PLACE is a very high probability, according to our computer.
I am NOT putting this out here as some Trump supporter. Personally, I cannot see how they can possibly allow him to win under ANY circumstances. If they put him in prison, they can always claim he committed suicide to get rid of the mess. Since they will be terminating all physical money, replacing them with CBDCs, they won’t ever have to put his picture on a coin where they will constantly be reminded of their treason.

There is such a thing in the Federal Constitution known as the Supremacy Clause. No state statute can overrule the Constitution. These four judges have actually violated their oath of office, and this could easily rise to the level of Treason. I find it curious that the new Civil War film talks about war with the West, including Colorado. They really should separate, for they do not support the very fabric of what the Constitution stood for.

This attempt to use the 14th Amendment for a non-violent act that did not wage war to overthrow the government during the Civil War is the first time anyone has tried to use this prohibition. There was no insurrection since not a single person on January 6th was charged under the Insurrection Statute. This is so bogus it is insane. The Supreme Court would have to rule against this abuse of process, and if they did not, like the Dred Scot Decision, it would necessitate civil war. It was passed as a punitive act, and it is highly questionable if it would really be Constitutional as applied.

ANSWER: Yes, when Rome fell, gold continued in the East under the Byzantine and Islamic Empires. However, in Europe, the last Western emperor was Romulus Augustus (475-476AD) who was a puppet anyhow. The first gold coin to reappear in Western Europe was that of Frederick II of Sicily (1231-1250AD). The Augustale was a gold denomination of about 5 and a half grams which Frederick II introduced to Sicily in 1231AD, and it was primarily issued for international trade.

He has indicted a new defendant: Mar-a-Lago property manager Carlos De Oliveira. They cannot win a case without a co-defendant. They need someone to take the stand and perjure themselves as the prosecutor, then will rehearse them on what to say in return for no time. This is how they win CONSPIRACY cases. They desperately need a co-defendant. They threaten them with 20 years to life unless they testify for the government. They need that to prove “intent,” for otherwise, they can just infer from something. The co-defendant will get on the stand and say Trump told him x, y, z, and the jury would have to find him guilty.
For virtually every crime in this country, you are charged with CONSPIRACY, and then they threaten someone to testify against you. This is the law of tyrants. They always go for the conspiracy charge if they cannot prove a direct crime.

We have all seen those videos of Killer Whales playing with their prey before killing it. This is sadly what is taking place with NATO. All these people do is promote war. Meanwhile, we have warmongers cheering that the NATO “exercise” dubbed “Air Defender 2023” went “live” as a show of force against Russia and it should actually enter Ukraine and destroy all Russians. Allied air forces began the largest deployment exercise in NATO’s history on Monday (June 12, 2023). Twenty-five nations are taking part in the two-week-long “Air Defender” exercise, with around 10,000 personnel and 250 aircraft. Of course, Sean Bell of Sky News is advocating that NATO should be the aggressor and launch World War III all for the Donbas which has been Russian for centuries all because of an administrative border drawn by Khruschev. We should all lose our future, our cities should be destroyed, all because some people just outright take pleasure in killing other people. This hatred of Russians seems to be systemic in the minds of these warmongers.
Our computer is not showing anything starting World War III. But the week of July 17th into August is far more serious. These people who gather at NATO are playing with the lives of everyone to exercise their power. As I have warned, no matter what government, once you hand ANY power, they will always ABUSE IT. I have listened to so many Western commentators who all downplay Putin at every stage in this insane game. Putin is well aware that this is NOT a war between Russia and Ukraine, this is a war between the USA and NATO using Ukraine and Europe as its cannon fodder. Merkel admitted that the West deliberately negotiated the Minsk Agreement only to buy time for Ukraine to build this army to wage war against Russia. Why should Russia or China now negotiate with the United States knowing they do not honor their agreements? The West wanted this war. They need it to justify defaulting on all sovereign debt and resort to digital currency with Bretton Woods II. Even CNN reported that the West started the Ukrainian Civil War before they were told to bury that news.
The Ukrainian people wanted peace and that is why they voted for a comedian because he was not a politician and he promised peace – not war. Then on February 23rd, 2022 to make sure Putin would invade, he publicly announced that Ukraine would pursue nuclear weapons. Putin’s Speech to the Russian people on February 24, 2022 points out the endless expansion of NATO and how the West abandoned the Minsk Agreement which was the “path of a peaceful conflict settlement.” He also mentions the quest to arm itself with nuclear weapons and says Russia will not let that happen.
The Western Press is so biased, they refuse to seek peace and in the process, all they are doing is cheering on World War III. Now when Putin is sending tactical nukes to Belarus which also gave up its nukes when it became independent like Ukraine, is in direct response to this thirst for war that NATO is pushing for. Putin now understands that the objective is the total destruction of Russia. They ignore these threats as if they are not nonsense, but he is speaking to the Neocons and NATO. President of Russia Vladimir Putin: Citizens of Russia, friends,
I consider it necessary today to speak again about the tragic events in Donbass and the key aspects of ensuring the security of Russia.
I will begin with what I said in my address on February 21, 2022. I spoke about our biggest concerns and worries, and about the fundamental threats which irresponsible Western politicians created for Russia consistently, rudely and unceremoniously from year to year. I am referring to the eastward expansion of NATO, which is moving its military infrastructure ever closer to the Russian border.
It is a fact that over the past 30 years we have been patiently trying to come to an agreement with the leading NATO countries regarding the principles of equal and indivisible security in Europe. In response to our proposals, we invariably faced either cynical deception and lies or attempts at pressure and blackmail, while the North Atlantic alliance continued to expand despite our protests and concerns. Its military machine is moving and, as I said, is approaching our very border.
Why is this happening? Where did this insolent manner of talking down from the height of their exceptionalism, infallibility and all-permissiveness come from? What is the explanation for this contemptuous and disdainful attitude to our interests and absolutely legitimate demands?
The answer is simple. Everything is clear and obvious. In the late 1980s, the Soviet Union grew weaker and subsequently broke apart. That experience should serve as a good lesson for us, because it has shown us that the paralysis of power and will is the first step towards complete degradation and oblivion. We lost confidence for only one moment, but it was enough to disrupt the balance of forces in the world.
As a result, the old treaties and agreements are no longer effective. Entreaties and requests do not help. Anything that does not suit the dominant state, the powers that be, is denounced as archaic, obsolete and useless. At the same time, everything it regards as useful is presented as the ultimate truth and forced on others regardless of the cost, abusively and by any means available. Those who refuse to comply are subjected to strong-arm tactics.
What I am saying now does not concerns only Russia, and Russia is not the only country that is worried about this. This has to do with the entire system of international relations, and sometimes even US allies. The collapse of the Soviet Union led to a redivision of the world, and the norms of international law that developed by that time – and the most important of them, the fundamental norms that were adopted following WWII and largely formalised its outcome – came in the way of those who declared themselves the winners of the Cold War.
Of course, practice, international relations and the rules regulating them had to take into account the changes that took place in the world and in the balance of forces. However, this should have been done professionally, smoothly, patiently, and with due regard and respect for the interests of all states and one’s own responsibility. Instead, we saw a state of euphoria created by the feeling of absolute superiority, a kind of modern absolutism, coupled with the low cultural standards and arrogance of those who formulated and pushed through decisions that suited only themselves. The situation took a different turn.
There are many examples of this. First a bloody military operation was waged against Belgrade, without the UN Security Council’s sanction but with combat aircraft and missiles used in the heart of Europe. The bombing of peaceful cities and vital infrastructure went on for several weeks. I have to recall these facts, because some Western colleagues prefer to forget them, and when we mentioned the event, they prefer to avoid speaking about international law, instead emphasising the circumstances which they interpret as they think necessary.
Then came the turn of Iraq, Libya and Syria. The illegal use of military power against Libya and the distortion of all the UN Security Council decisions on Libya ruined the state, created a huge seat of international terrorism, and pushed the country towards a humanitarian catastrophe, into the vortex of a civil war, which has continued there for years. The tragedy, which was created for hundreds of thousands and even millions of people not only in Libya but in the whole region, has led to a large-scale exodus from the Middle East and North Africa to Europe.
A similar fate was also prepared for Syria. The combat operations conducted by the Western coalition in that country without the Syrian government’s approval or UN Security Council’s sanction can only be defined as aggression and intervention.
But the example that stands apart from the above events is, of course, the invasion of Iraq without any legal grounds. They used the pretext of allegedly reliable information available in the United States about the presence of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. To prove that allegation, the US Secretary of State held up a vial with white power, publicly, for the whole world to see, assuring the international community that it was a chemical warfare agent created in Iraq. It later turned out that all of that was a fake and a sham, and that Iraq did not have any chemical weapons. Incredible and shocking but true. We witnessed lies made at the highest state level and voiced from the high UN rostrum. As a result we see a tremendous loss in human life, damage, destruction, and a colossal upsurge of terrorism.
Overall, it appears that nearly everywhere, in many regions of the world where the United States brought its law and order, this created bloody, non-healing wounds and the curse of international terrorism and extremism. I have only mentioned the most glaring but far from only examples of disregard for international law.
This array includes promises not to expand NATO eastwards even by an inch. To reiterate: they have deceived us, or, to put it simply, they have played us. Sure, one often hears that politics is a dirty business. It could be, but it shouldn’t be as dirty as it is now, not to such an extent. This type of con-artist behaviour is contrary not only to the principles of international relations but also and above all to the generally accepted norms of morality and ethics. Where is justice and truth here? Just lies and hypocrisy all around.
Incidentally, US politicians, political scientists and journalists write and say that a veritable “empire of lies” has been created inside the United States in recent years. It is hard to disagree with this – it is really so. But one should not be modest about it: the United States is still a great country and a system-forming power. All its satellites not only humbly and obediently say yes to and parrot it at the slightest pretext but also imitate its behaviour and enthusiastically accept the rules it is offering them. Therefore, one can say with good reason and confidence that the whole so-called Western bloc formed by the United States in its own image and likeness is, in its entirety, the very same “empire of lies.”
As for our country, after the disintegration of the USSR, given the entire unprecedented openness of the new, modern Russia, its readiness to work honestly with the United States and other Western partners, and its practically unilateral disarmament, they immediately tried to put the final squeeze on us, finish us off, and utterly destroy us. This is how it was in the 1990s and the early 2000s, when the so-called collective West was actively supporting separatism and gangs of mercenaries in southern Russia. What victims, what losses we had to sustain and what trials we had to go through at that time before we broke the back of international terrorism in the Caucasus! We remember this and will never forget.
Properly speaking, the attempts to use us in their own interests never ceased until quite recently: they sought to destroy our traditional values and force on us their false values that would erode us, our people from within, the attitudes they have been aggressively imposing on their countries, attitudes that are directly leading to degradation and degeneration, because they are contrary to human nature. This is not going to happen. No one has ever succeeded in doing this, nor will they succeed now.
Despite all that, in December 2021, we made yet another attempt to reach agreement with the United States and its allies on the principles of European security and NATO’s non-expansion. Our efforts were in vain. The United States has not changed its position. It does not believe it necessary to agree with Russia on a matter that is critical for us. The United States is pursuing its own objectives, while neglecting our interests.
Of course, this situation begs a question: what next, what are we to expect? If history is any guide, we know that in 1940 and early 1941 the Soviet Union went to great lengths to prevent war or at least delay its outbreak. To this end, the USSR sought not to provoke the potential aggressor until the very end by refraining or postponing the most urgent and obvious preparations it had to make to defend itself from an imminent attack. When it finally acted, it was too late.
As a result, the country was not prepared to counter the invasion by Nazi Germany, which attacked our Motherland on June 22, 1941, without declaring war. The country stopped the enemy and went on to defeat it, but this came at a tremendous cost. The attempt to appease the aggressor ahead of the Great Patriotic War proved to be a mistake which came at a high cost for our people. In the first months after the hostilities broke out, we lost vast territories of strategic importance, as well as millions of lives. We will not make this mistake the second time. We have no right to do so.
Those who aspire to global dominance have publicly designated Russia as their enemy. They did so with impunity. Make no mistake, they had no reason to act this way. It is true that they have considerable financial, scientific, technological, and military capabilities. We are aware of this and have an objective view of the economic threats we have been hearing, just as our ability to counter this brash and never-ending blackmail. Let me reiterate that we have no illusions in this regard and are extremely realistic in our assessments.
As for military affairs, even after the dissolution of the USSR and losing a considerable part of its capabilities, today’s Russia remains one of the most powerful nuclear states. Moreover, it has a certain advantage in several cutting-edge weapons. In this context, there should be no doubt for anyone that any potential aggressor will face defeat and ominous consequences should it directly attack our country.
At the same time, technology, including in the defence sector, is changing rapidly. One day there is one leader, and tomorrow another, but a military presence in territories bordering on Russia, if we permit it to go ahead, will stay for decades to come or maybe forever, creating an ever mounting and totally unacceptable threat for Russia.
Even now, with NATO’s eastward expansion the situation for Russia has been becoming worse and more dangerous by the year. Moreover, these past days NATO leadership has been blunt in its statements that they need to accelerate and step up efforts to bring the alliance’s infrastructure closer to Russia’s borders. In other words, they have been toughening their position. We cannot stay idle and passively observe these developments. This would be an absolutely irresponsible thing to do for us.
Any further expansion of the North Atlantic alliance’s infrastructure or the ongoing efforts to gain a military foothold of the Ukrainian territory are unacceptable for us. Of course, the question is not about NATO itself. It merely serves as a tool of US foreign policy. The problem is that in territories adjacent to Russia, which I have to note is our historical land, a hostile “anti-Russia” is taking shape. Fully controlled from the outside, it is doing everything to attract NATO armed forces and obtain cutting-edge weapons.
For the United States and its allies, it is a policy of containing Russia, with obvious geopolitical dividends. For our country, it is a matter of life and death, a matter of our historical future as a nation. This is not an exaggeration; this is a fact. It is not only a very real threat to our interests but to the very existence of our state and to its sovereignty. It is the red line which we have spoken about on numerous occasions. They have crossed it.
This brings me to the situation in Donbass. We can see that the forces that staged the coup in Ukraine in 2014 have seized power, are keeping it with the help of ornamental election procedures and have abandoned the path of a peaceful conflict settlement. For eight years, for eight endless years we have been doing everything possible to settle the situation by peaceful political means. Everything was in vain.
As I said in my previous address, you cannot look without compassion at what is happening there. It became impossible to tolerate it. We had to stop that atrocity, that genocide of the millions of people who live there and who pinned their hopes on Russia, on all of us. It is their aspirations, the feelings and pain of these people that were the main motivating force behind our decision to recognise the independence of the Donbass people’s republics.
I would like to additionally emphasise the following. Focused on their own goals, the leading NATO countries are supporting the far-right nationalists and neo-Nazis in Ukraine, those who will never forgive the people of Crimea and Sevastopol for freely making a choice to reunite with Russia.
They will undoubtedly try to bring war to Crimea just as they have done in Donbass, to kill innocent people just as members of the punitive units of Ukrainian nationalists and Hitler’s accomplices did during the Great Patriotic War. They have also openly laid claim to several other Russian regions.
If we look at the sequence of events and the incoming reports, the showdown between Russia and these forces cannot be avoided. It is only a matter of time. They are getting ready and waiting for the right moment. Moreover, they went as far as aspire to acquire nuclear weapons. We will not let this happen.
I have already said that Russia accepted the new geopolitical reality after the dissolution of the USSR. We have been treating all new post-Soviet states with respect and will continue to act this way. We respect and will respect their sovereignty, as proven by the assistance we provided to Kazakhstan when it faced tragic events and a challenge in terms of its statehood and integrity. However, Russia cannot feel safe, develop, and exist while facing a permanent threat from the territory of today’s Ukraine.
Let me remind you that in 2000–2005 we used our military to push back against terrorists in the Caucasus and stood up for the integrity of our state. We preserved Russia. In 2014, we supported the people of Crimea and Sevastopol. In 2015, we used our Armed Forces to create a reliable shield that prevented terrorists from Syria from penetrating Russia. This was a matter of defending ourselves. We had no other choice.
The same is happening today. They did not leave us any other option for defending Russia and our people, other than the one we are forced to use today. In these circumstances, we have to take bold and immediate action. The people’s republics of Donbass have asked Russia for help.
In this context, in accordance with Article 51 (Chapter VII) of the UN Charter, with permission of Russia’s Federation Council, and in execution of the treaties of friendship and mutual assistance with the Donetsk People’s Republic and the Lugansk People’s Republic, ratified by the Federal Assembly on February 22, I made a decision to carry out a special military operation.
The purpose of this operation is to protect people who, for eight years now, have been facing humiliation and genocide perpetrated by the Kiev regime. To this end, we will seek to demilitarise and denazify Ukraine, as well as bring to trial those who perpetrated numerous bloody crimes against civilians, including against citizens of the Russian Federation.
It is not our plan to occupy the Ukrainian territory. We do not intend to impose anything on anyone by force. At the same time, we have been hearing an increasing number of statements coming from the West that there is no need any more to abide by the documents setting forth the outcomes of World War II, as signed by the totalitarian Soviet regime. How can we respond to that?
The outcomes of World War II and the sacrifices our people had to make to defeat Nazism are sacred. This does not contradict the high values of human rights and freedoms in the reality that emerged over the post-war decades. This does not mean that nations cannot enjoy the right to self-determination, which is enshrined in Article 1 of the UN Charter.
Let me remind you that the people living in territories which are part of today’s Ukraine were not asked how they want to build their lives when the USSR was created or after World War II. Freedom guides our policy, the freedom to choose independently our future and the future of our children. We believe that all the peoples living in today’s Ukraine, anyone who want to do this, must be able to enjoy this right to make a free choice.
In this context I would like to address the citizens of Ukraine. In 2014, Russia was obliged to protect the people of Crimea and Sevastopol from those who you yourself call “nats.” The people of Crimea and Sevastopol made their choice in favour of being with their historical homeland, Russia, and we supported their choice. As I said, we could not act otherwise.
The current events have nothing to do with a desire to infringe on the interests of Ukraine and the Ukrainian people. They are connected with the defending Russia from those who have taken Ukraine hostage and are trying to use it against our country and our people.
I reiterate: we are acting to defend ourselves from the threats created for us and from a worse peril than what is happening now. I am asking you, however hard this may be, to understand this and to work together with us so as to turn this tragic page as soon as possible and to move forward together, without allowing anyone to interfere in our affairs and our relations but developing them independently, so as to create favourable conditions for overcoming all these problems and to strengthen us from within as a single whole, despite the existence of state borders. I believe in this, in our common future.
I would also like to address the military personnel of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Comrade officers,
Your fathers, grandfathers and great-grandfathers did not fight the Nazi occupiers and did not defend our common Motherland to allow today’s neo-Nazis to seize power in Ukraine. You swore the oath of allegiance to the Ukrainian people and not to the junta, the people’s adversary which is plundering Ukraine and humiliating the Ukrainian people.
I urge you to refuse to carry out their criminal orders. I urge you to immediately lay down arms and go home. I will explain what this means: the military personnel of the Ukrainian army who do this will be able to freely leave the zone of hostilities and return to their families.
I want to emphasise again that all responsibility for the possible bloodshed will lie fully and wholly with the ruling Ukrainian regime.
I would now like to say something very important for those who may be tempted to interfere in these developments from the outside. No matter who tries to stand in our way or all the more so create threats for our country and our people, they must know that Russia will respond immediately, and the consequences will be such as you have never seen in your entire history. No matter how the events unfold, we are ready. All the necessary decisions in this regard have been taken. I hope that my words will be heard.
Citizens of Russia,
The culture and values, experience and traditions of our ancestors invariably provided a powerful underpinning for the wellbeing and the very existence of entire states and nations, their success and viability. Of course, this directly depends on the ability to quickly adapt to constant change, maintain social cohesion, and readiness to consolidate and summon all the available forces in order to move forward.
We always need to be strong, but this strength can take on different forms. The “empire of lies,” which I mentioned in the beginning of my speech, proceeds in its policy primarily from rough, direct force. This is when our saying on being “all brawn and no brains” applies.
We all know that having justice and truth on our side is what makes us truly strong. If this is the case, it would be hard to disagree with the fact that it is our strength and our readiness to fight that are the bedrock of independence and sovereignty and provide the necessary foundation for building a reliable future for your home, your family, and your Motherland.
Dear compatriots,
I am certain that devoted soldiers and officers of Russia’s Armed Forces will perform their duty with professionalism and courage. I have no doubt that the government institutions at all levels and specialists will work effectively to guarantee the stability of our economy, financial system and social wellbeing, and the same applies to corporate executives and the entire business community. I hope that all parliamentary parties and civil society take a consolidated, patriotic position.
At the end of the day, the future of Russia is in the hands of its multi-ethnic people, as has always been the case in our history. This means that the decisions that I made will be executed, that we will achieve the goals we have set, and reliably guarantee the security of our Motherland.
I believe in your support and the invincible force rooted in the love for our Fatherland.
