Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals Agrees the Biden Administration Violated the First Amendment – Easily Affirms Lower Court Order, and Baits Biden DOJ to Appeal to Supreme Court

This is one of those judicial court rulings that needs to be bookmarked because the judicial panel outlines exactly what the Biden administration and Govt officials did, in their blatant violations of the First Amendment.  [SEE pdf HERE]

The Fifth Circuit court of appeals outlines how the Biden administration totally violated the first amendment, by forcing and coercing social media and other organizations to ban speech, block opinion and censor information they determined was against their interests.  Any time a progressive democrat claims their leadership would not destroy this nation, simply put the appellate court ruling back in front of their face and walk away.

[pdf SOURCE Here]

The panel decision modified the injunction against federal officials to now read:

Defendants, and their employees and agents, shall take no actions, formal or informal, directly or indirectly, to coerce or significantly encourage social-media companies to remove, delete, suppress, or reduce, including through altering their algorithms, posted social-media content containing protected free speech. That includes, but is not limited to, compelling the platforms to act, such as by intimating that some form of punishment will follow a failure to comply with any request, or supervising, directing, or otherwise meaningfully controlling the social-media companies’ decision-making processes.

At the government’s request, the Fifth Circuit stayed the order for 10 days to give the government time to petition for a writ of certiorari from the U.S. Supreme Court.  Almost like bait, the Fifth Circuit is seemingly hoping the insufferable & ideological Lawfare operatives in the DOJ will take this decision higher.

SCOTUS would destroy the Biden administration on this constitutional issue.  The evidence of what took place is overwhelming in support of the original court order against Biden, and the subsequent affirmation from the fifth circuit.

DOJ Protects Bidens Refuses to Comply with Rule of Law

Armstrong Economics Blog/Rule of Law Re-Posted Aug 31, 2023 by Martin Armstrong

The Biden Administration has been a major constitutional threat to the very existence of the United States. The Department of Justice (DOJ) informed the House Judiciary Committee on Tuesday night that it would not cooperate with subpoenas for two FBI agents involved in the department’s investigation of Hunter Biden because of the committee’s stipulations for their depositions. Never in my entire life have I ever witnessed the total collapse of the rule of law. The DOJ will indict Trump, but not any Democrat. This is the final straw. The entire purpose of the rule of law is the alternative to force. When the Supreme Court ruled that blacks had no rights, the only solution was the Civil War. We are rapidly approaching this critical turning point.

The uproar and violence over the 2016 election never saw anyone ever charged. So why now?

The Public’s Top if not ONLY Concern…

Armstrong Economics Blog/Inflation Re-Posted Aug 20, 2023 by Martin Armstrong

INFLATION

The public is not concerned about “Russian aggression,” the Trump inditement, or even the MSM wrench about aliens. No one cares — the average person is struggling to keep up with the rising cost of living. Homelessness is on the rise as people cannot afford shelter. The blank checks to Ukraine are a slap in the face of those begging for help at home. These politicians need to work for us. No one campaigning is going to make a dent in the polls unless they clearly detail how they plan to address INFLATION! And no, the problem is not limited to America. The solution cannot be a universal income, currency, or Great Reset. The economy was strong before they attempted to BUILD BACK BETTER.

Mercedes-Benz Disconnects from Russia

Armstrong Economics Blog/World Trade Re-Posted Aug 16, 2023 by Martin Armstrong

As my readers know, part of the Great Reset is to eliminate private car ownership under the premise of climate change. But technology has become a new tool that manufacturers and the global elite can use to limit the freedom of movement. German automaker Mercedes-Benz recently declared that Russians will be removed from their software. Yet, Germany is technically not at war with Russia, and this is a penalty for civilians.

Dealerships are rushing to find loopholes, such as connecting vehicles to European IP addresses. Russian customers will have access to a limited online service that shows if part of the vehicle’s system is failing. Why would someone want to maintain the payments on a luxury vehicle if they’re not receiving full support? Mercedes-Benz will no longer export vehicles to Russia, marking a 1.4 billion euro loss for the company. Their plant in Moscow was discontinued in April, where they previously manufactured 30,000 cars per year.

This opens a new door for tyranny and control as car manufacturers can now directly punish the people of any nation. Germany is allegedly not at war with Russia, but they have the ability to prevent Russians from properly maintaining their vehicles. This is just the beginning, as now car manufacturers will have the power to disconnect customers from services with no repercussions. They state that only the wealthy Russian oligarchs can afford Mercedes, but that is simply not true. These smart cars have added maintenance requirements, and the software must be updated frequently. So, they’re ensuring that Mercedes in Russia become obsolete in the near future.

Daimler, one of the largest auto companies in the world, is a World Economic Forum partner. Mercedes-Benz Group AG was formerly known as Daimler AG as the companies are connected. Yes, there is an active plan in place to end private car ownership by 2050.

COMMENT: Hi Martin,

For months now, I don’t receive about half of your blog emails, most of the time the ones that are politically the most sensitive.
For example, these last few days, I didn’t receive “Massachusetts residents… “ and “FBI carry out hit…”

Have a great day

Site Reminder and Example

CTH was essentially founded because everyone seemed more comfortable pretending about the journey than admitting the destination.  From the outset, and with a long view of the challenges we would face, I have repeatedly stated that everything on this website is free for the taking.  We are rapidly approaching the point where everyone is going to realize why that cornerstone was set.

The truth has no agenda, it just sits there -out there somewhere- waiting to be discovered. Our feelings about it are irrelevant to its existence. The core of the assembly is to look deeply at uncomfortable things, then accept them as they are and not as we would wish/pretend them to be.  We are now on the cusp of full information control – a literal technological reengineering of the U.S. internet communication network as we know it.

As a direct result, the voices who put accurate context to our national challenge are going to be targets.  Information is now being categorized according to definitions of people who do not have liberty at the forefront of online communication. The categories of information are intended to stop information averse to the interests of a few powerful institutions.  Ten years ago, people would say such predictions were fringe conspiracies.  Now, with more evidence surfacing every day, notsomuch.

Now perhaps you are beginning to see why that free information cornerstone was set. The truth has no agenda!

2021 -175 Million IP Addresses […] “Minutes before Trump left office, millions of the Pentagon’s dormant IP addresses sprang to life” was the title of a Washington Post article on Saturday. Literally three minutes before Joe Biden became president, a company called Global Resource Systems LLC “discreetly announced to the world’s computer networks a startling development: It now was managing a huge unused swath of the Internet that, for several decades, had been owned by the US military,” the Post said. CBDC & the Fall of Western Society

Armstrong Economics Blog/Cryptocurrency Re-Posted Jul 28, 2023 by Martin Armstrong

QUESTION: You said that when Rome fell it took 700 years before gold coins reappeared. Are we facing something like that again?

PO

ANSWER: Yes, when Rome fell, gold continued in the East under the Byzantine and Islamic Empires. However, in Europe, the last Western emperor was Romulus Augustus (475-476AD) who was a puppet anyhow. He was a young son, whereas today, we have senile leaders who are puppets and incapable of independent rational thought. The first gold coin to reappear in Western Europe was that of Frederick II of Sicily (1231-1250AD). The Augustale was a gold denomination of about 5 and a half grams which Frederick II introduced to Sicily in 1231AD, and it was primarily issued for international trade.

Fibonacci-1

Actually, Fibonacci (1170-1240 AD) published in 1202 his “Liber Abaci” (Book of Abacus). He introduced Hindu-Arabic numerals into Western culture. Suddenly, this allowed the calculation of numbers that were not taught in schools and was unknown in Christian circles. Only a very small group of intellectuals had access to translations of the Arab mathematician al-Khwarizmi (780-850 AD). The techniques that Fibonacci introduced were groundbreaking to re-establish a culture that lost its identity with the fall of Rome. Fibonacci illustrated practical problems on how to calculate profit margin, money changing, barter, conversion of weights and measures, partnerships, and, last but not least, interest. He also introduced some geometry and algebra.

However, Fibonacci’s work was so earth-shattering it became the topic of discussion and caught the attention of King Frederick II of Sicily. I believe it was Fibonacci’s introduction to mathematics that also inspired Frederick II to even reintroduce gold coinage in order to trade with the outside world. At the time, that included the Arabs as well as the Byzantines. The gold dinar was the Islamic medieval gold coin first issued in 696–697AD by Caliph Abd al-Malik ibn Marwan with a weight of 4.25 grams. Frederick II made his coin about 1 gram heavier in order to project economic power.

The introduction of CBDC is highly dangerous in war; even a nuclear blast also sends out an EM pulse that will destroy electronics. If I were Russia or China, I would NOT move to any sort of digital currency and then use an EMP against the United States. The entire economy would collapse. People would not even be able to buy anything. We have idiots in power who are so greedy, looking at the power this will place in their hands, they are ignoring the risks. This could mark the collapse of Western society, sending us back to the days of Barter.

The Post-2032 era would most likely be fragmented rather than national states as we know them today. There will most likely emerge regional currencies, as we have witnessed throughout history many times. Even during the Great Depression, over 200 US cities resorted to issuing their own money.

There is no Rule of Law

Armstrong Economics Blog/Rule of Law Re-Posted Jul 28, 2023 by Martin Armstrong

Anyone who thinks there is a rule of law in any country is a fool. When the movie The Forecaster came out, and I did a tour of major cities, I was in Frankfurt, and there was a question and answer period after the film. A woman stood up and said this is what is wrong with America after what they did to me. A German attorney rose and said, Germany does this to people here all the time. In Japan, they, too, have a 99% conviction rate. In all of these countries, there is no real rule of law – it is always the self-interest of the government in power. So this is why anyone else would go to prison for 20 years, whereas Hunter Biden will do no time. The Justice Department know the Hunter Laptop was real, and they have been hiding the evidence that showed that Biden takes bribes and has engaged in actual treason.

While the Constitution is supposed to be the supreme law of the land, it is circumvented ALL THE TIME. We are being stripped of our rights to free speech under the fiction that the Constitution only prohibits the government from interfering – not social media. It is a complete joke to think that you have any rights whatsoever. They are there ONLY for propaganda and to get soldiers to die on a foreign battlefield under the delusion that they are defending something worthwhile.

They are going after Trump because they fear he would fire all the Neocons and stop the war while they do nothing to Biden and put on a show for Hunter. There is no equal protection of the law – that is all just fantasies to make you think you are special when you are looked down upon as scum.

BRICS to Replace the Dollar?

Armstrong Economics Blog/Foreign Exchange Re-Posted Jul 6, 2023 by Martin Armstrong

The goldbugs cling to everything they can to promote gold at the destruction of the dollar. They are pushing the idea that China, Russia, and other BRICS countries are developing a dollar alternative. The truth of the matter is that is more fiction. Even India’s foreign minister S. Jaishankar came out and said, “There is no idea of a BRICS currency.” Foreign minister S. Jaishankar made it clear that the five-member BRICS group – consisting of Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa – isn’t currently planning to develop a greenback substitute for trade and investments.  “On what we will discuss at the BRICS meeting, we’ll have to see because there are many other issues – but there is no idea of a BRICS currency,” he said, as shown by footage from the Hindustan Times.

To even attempt to do something is absurd to create a BRICS currency like the euro would doom their economies. The #1 market remains the American consumer, and to price things in some alternative currency would undermine their own economies. People need to understand currency.

That was the entire purpose of creating the Euro. German Chancellor Kohl took Germany into the euro for the purpose of eliminating the foreign exchange risk to other European states so that Germany could then sell more products throughout Europe. The euro was to eliminate that foreign exchange rise to increase sales. The propaganda of the goldbugs who just hate the dollar is utter nonsense. They will not create some BRICS alternative to the dollar, surrendering their sovereignty to some central power as all European states did by creating Brussels. Kohl denied the Germans the right to vote on joining the euro, for he knew he would lose. That is why he refused to consolidate the debts fearing the German people would rise up in revolt against him.

The Roman Empire was the financial capital of the Western World. They traded with both China through the silk road and India for spices. Even Alexander the Great attempted to conquer India and failed. Here we have an Indian imitation of a Roman gold aureus of Tiberius. The importance of Indian imitations of Roman gold coins demonstrates that there was a PREMIUM to the coinage of Rome above the metal content, which is why the Indians imitated Roman coinage. Otherwise, they would have minted their own coins in Southern India.

Indian imitations of Roman gold coins continued into the reign of Gordian III (2388-244AD), minted in Southern India that traded spices with the Greeks and the Romans. In Northern India, there was the Kushan Empire which was the first to issue Indian gold coinage. However, the Kushan Empire was not that portion of India that was engaged in the spice trade.

All of this proves a very significant point. The coinage was not simply the metal content. If that were the case, we would not find an imitation of the coinage of the dominant financial capital at that time. Here is a gold imitation of Philip II (359-337BC), Alexander the Great’s father.

We see the same imitation of the silver Athenian Owls (Tetradrachm) minted in Arabia. The same exists in Egypt, which did not issue its own coinage. Imitations of the dominant coinage of financial capital existed throughout the centuries.

Even during the 12-13th centuries, European states also imitated the gold Florin of Florence. All of this clearly establishes that the goldbugs are simply wrong and do not understand the monetary history of the world. There is always a premium to the dominant economic empire. For right now, that is the US dollar.

For now, the dollar will retain that role up to about 2029.
