Poland Farm Protests Encounter Prepared Government Response, Confrontation Turned Violent

Posted originally on the CTH on March 7, 2024 | Sundance

I visited Warsaw twice last month and can provide some ‘boots on the ground’ background context for what is taking place as the Polish farmers begin protesting against the regime of Prime Minister Donald Tusk.

The first thing to understand is that Warsaw is to Poland almost exactly as Washington DC is to the United States – which is to say, a capitol subculture of leftists and WEF minded globalists totally disconnected from the social mindset of the rest of the country.  The Warsaw of the 80’s and 90’s Solidarity Movement no longer exists, which explains the installation of Tusk in opposition to the generally lulled to complacency Polish people.  Sound familiar?

“European agriculture policies and Ukrainian cheap grain, burning tires outside of Prime Minister Tusk’s office, as up to 100 THOUSAND more protestors expected to flood streets of Warsaw.”

The protests are not about Ukraine farm products (Western narrative); they are protesting the Build Back Better (Green New Deal) climate change nonsense regulations that will put them out of business and hurt the Polish people.

The German farmers and middle class workers organized their logistics brilliantly.  The farmers approached Berlin from every angle, using all the arterial roads as points of entrance to surround the city.  The German farmers came into each artery in two columns: column A at the front and column B in the back.

Column A drove into the city; column B remained outside the city blocking the streets.  It was a smart way logistically to protest, and German officials could not respond because they were blocked.  German truckers and transportation workers assisted the protest with non-compliance highlighting their support.  The German government acquiesced to the farmers.

The French farmer protests learned from the Germans, and they too were successful in their logistical protest against the French government.  The French government acquiesced to the French farmer’s demands.

However, the Polish government saw the effective strategy as it began spreading around the EU. Tusk brought into Warsaw an advanced police group.  As the Polish farmers moved into the center of Warsaw, they encountered a heavily fortified Polish security force.  Tempers flared and physical confrontation was the outcome.

WARSAW, Poland (AP) — Poland saw its most violent protest by farmers and supporters yet Wednesday as some participants threw stones at police and tried to push through barriers around parliament, injuring several officers, police said.

Police used tear gas and said they detained over a dozen people and prevented the protesters from getting through to the Sejm, the Polish parliament.

Farmers are angry over European Union climate policies and food imports from Ukraine that they say threaten their livelihoods. Such protests have occurred across the 27-member EU in recent weeks, but this one was decidedly angrier than earlier demonstrations in the central European nation.

Police noted on the social media platform X that its officers “are not a party to the ongoing dispute” and warned that behavior threatening their safety “cannot be taken lightly and requires a firm and decisive response.”

The deputy agriculture minister, Michał Kołodziejczak, said he didn’t believe that “real, normal farmers caused a riot in front of the Sejm today,” and that it was necessary to isolate “provocateurs and troublemakers.”

He did not say who he thought was behind the violence.

Farmers on tractors blocked highways leading into Warsaw while thousands of their supporters gathered in front of the prime minister’s office before marching to the parliament. Some trampled a European Union flag and burned a mock coffin bearing the word “farmer.”

Farmers were joined by miners, foresters, hunters and other supporters. They blew horns and set off firecrackers and smoke bombs, despite police warnings that the use of pyrotechnics was banned. Some protesters burned tires.

The protesters are demanding a withdrawal from the EU’s Green Deal, a plan meant to fight climate change and protect biodiversity, including with plans requiring farmers to reduce the excessive use of polluting chemicals to boost their crops. The protests have led politicians to water down some provisions. (read more)

The area around the U.S Embassy in Warsaw is no longer a place of well-kept landscape honoring Ronald Reagan and the Polish Solidarity Movement.  All of those pesky vestiges of freedom are in disrepair or being removed.

That said, let us hope (😉) the American resistance movement is watching the logistical success of the truckers and farmers in Germany and France.

Let the people enter the capitol for protest marches, while the support system infrastructure disrupts the arteries that encircle the core.

And Here Comes April/May 2024

The Supreme Court has set April 25th as the oral argument for the decision on whether Trump has immunity. I do not know why events will always show up with our cycle targets. I have come to believe that the PRESSURE in the system compels actions to take place on these cyclical targets. Our turning point in the Ukraine-Russia War is April 19/20th. Then we have May 7th for the ECM, which was calculated back in 1977, and it turns out to be the precise day the president of Russia will be sworn in.

ECM Ukraine 8.6 R

I cannot predict what the fundamentals will be during April—I can only make a human guess or speculate. What I find most curious is how events keep aligning with our cyclical model ascertained by Socrates as well as the Economic Confidence Model frequency.

1 ECM 2032 Pi Turning Point 1 Annotated

For those who constantly claim this is just a coincidence, this 51.65 wave began in 1985.65. For this turning point to be the inauguration day of the President of Russia after the March elections coming in as Mary 7th, 2024 (2024.35), I would remind you that at the start of this wave, I laid out that the 2016 election would be the FIRST time a third party president could win. That was Donald Trump since the RINOs were just as hateful of Trump as the Democrats. Why? Those in Marxville DO NOT LIKE outsiders.

Trump inaugeration 2017.05 sworn in

Trump was inaugurated on January 20th, 2017. That was also the PRECISE day from the start of this wave, 1985.65 + Pi—31.4 years.  Add that together, and you end up with 2017.05. Take 365 days x .05 and you get 20 days into the year – the precise day Trump was inaugerated.

1929 Wave Hitler on Pi
1998 911 Pi Target

The Pi target during the 1929.75 Wave was 1932.89 (Mov 20th/21st) – the precise day that Hitler was offered the Chancellorship of Germany. Even the 911 attack was precisely the same Pi target. I can go on and on; I will write a book on the ECM this year.

New Yorker Secret Cycle

The New Yorker called it the Secret Cycle. There is a hidden order to our very existence that is simply the rhythm that answers the question of everything. It is why no nation has ever endured, for they always crumble to dust, and empires, nations, and city-states have all been buried in a common grave for more than 6,000 years.

DJIND Y Array 2 2 24

The ECM does NOT include the timing arrays that Socrates produces. The computer analyzes the time ENTIRELY on its own, and there is no human intervention. So when the Timing Arrays correlate with sowing 2032, I take that as a CONFIRMATION because it is NOT included in that Timing Array.

Someone put an array into Microsoft’s Copilot to see if it knew what it was. This was its response.

Then, Socrates does Pattern Recognition completely differently than anything out there. It catalogs patterns, and it has over 100,000 possibilities and counting. I have not yet released the analysis of when a specific pattern appears and what pattern comes next.

CHAOS DJ

I have separate Chaos Models that reveal that there is no such thing as a RANDOM WALK. That is the excuse used by people who only see the world in a linear, straight line. They cannot see the dynamic world around them or connect the dots. Unfortunately, this is the danger of politicians making decisions in the immediate self-interest and NEVER once considering the next step. Here is Tony Blair’s apology for the Iraq War – they were wrong.

Here is MacNamaria on Vietnam – also saying we were wrong.

the REALITY of human society. We are again heading into World War III and it appears they are completely STUPID and once more never considering what happens if Ukraine defeats Russia in Crimea? What is the next step? Or is this really a plot to reduce the world population by 50% because of CO2? I thank God I am not 18 years old. Humanity is its own worst enemy. We do not need aliens to invade the blanet to wipe out civilization. We are doing quite well on our own.

Scared of the National Debt? You Should Be.

NationalDebtNYCVBillboard

A new billboard launched in New York City’s Times Square is sounding the alarm on America’s growing national debt crisis. “Scared of the national debt? You should be.” US national debt spiked past $34 trillion at the top of the year and continues to rise due to massive spending packages. Now that America is committed to funding two largescale wars and 7.2+ million new migrants, America will continue sinking deeper in a hole.

The Committee to Unleash Prosperity (CTUP) funded the billboard and said its aim to inform the voting public on the policies that will destroy this nation. CTUP says that this is a bipartisan problem that must be revealed to average person. Their website quotes Milton Friedman:

“Keep your eye on one thing and one thing only: how much government is spending, because that’s the true tax … If you’re not paying for it in the form of explicit taxes, you’re paying for it indirectly in the form of inflation or in the form of borrowing. The thing you should keep your eye on is what government spends, and the real problem is to hold down government spending as a fraction of our income, and if you do that, you can stop worrying about the debt.”
Friedman Milton Autograph

The average person does not realize that these “free” aid packages to Ukraine, Israel, Taiwan, the migrants, climate change, etc., come at the expense of the US taxpayers. YOU are paying for all of these measures. Government has and will raise taxes in order to fund these fiscal measures but they will NEVER collect enough revenue from the people to cover their spending. Then these measures lead to rising inflation where goods cost significantly more and our dollar is worth significantly less.

The Congressional Budget Office stated that national debt reached 97% of GDP by the end of 2022.  I repeatedly point to Jerome Powell’s 60 Minute interview where he breaks with Washington to point out how utterly unsustainable government policy has become. “How do you asses the national debt?” the interviewer questioned the Fed chairman. “We mostly try very hard not to comment on fiscal policy and instruct Congress on how to do their job,” Powell answered, adding that Congress has oversight on the Fed and not the other way around.

@60minutes

60 Minutes witnessed migrants struggling to get through coils of sharp wire to illegally enter the U.S. #60minutes #eaglepasstx #borderpatrol #usborder #migrants

“In the long run, the US is on an unsustainable fiscal path. The US federal government is on an unsustainable fiscal path and that just means that the debt is growing faster than the economy,” Powell finally warned, later adding, “effectively, we are borrowing from future generations.” He warned that we must begin to prioritize fiscal policy immediately to fix this unending crisis. Again, his comments were unprecedented as his agency is largely unable to criticize Washington. How is the Federal Reserve supposed to regulate price stability when their overlords are doing everything possible to steer the nation’s economy off the deep end?

So what can the public do and what’s the point of this billboard? It begins with your voice and ends with your vote. Stop supporting these endless wars, they are only hurting the nation from within and are NOT meant to attain victory or liberate anyone. We are not helping the people of Ukraine by prolonging their war. We are not saving the world by throwing money at climate change policies. We simply do not have the resources to fund millions of migrants who continue to show up at the border every minute. All of these policies are hurting the economy and, ultimately, the future of America and the American people.

Schwab Did Not Invent Stakeholder Economics

Stakeholder Economics
Milton Friedman

Everyone knows I became friends with Milton Friedman. Back in 1970, Milton exposed how Stakeholder Economics was inefficient and stupid long before Schwab claimed he invented it. Milton stated that such a role was that of government, not corporations, whose #1 fiduciary obligation was to its shareholders. Under Schwab, I could say, “OK, I will go public; everyone sends in money. I will give you shares in return and then say — OMG, there are people starving in Africa!” So, I decided to give 50% of all the profits to them and not my investors. This is Stakeholder Economics.

NYT 9 13 70 Freedman v Stakeholder

The New York Times wrote on September 13th, 1970:

“WHEN I hear businessmen speak eloquently about the “social responsibilities of business in a free‐enterprise system,” I am reminded of the wonderful line about the Frenchman who discovered at, the age of 70 that he had been speaking prose all his life. The businessmen believe that they are defending free enterprise when they declaim that business is not concerned “merely” with profit but also with promoting desirable “social” ends; that business has a “social conscience” and takes seriously its responsibilities for providing employment, eliminating discrimination, avoiding pollution and whatever else may be the catchwords of the contemporary crop of reformers. In fact they are—or would be if they or any one else took them seriously— preaching pure and unadulterated socialism. Businessmen who talk this way are unwitting puppets of the intellectual forces that have been undermining the basis of a free society these past decades.”

Texas AG Ken Paxton Pledges Revenge Against All Bush Republicans Who Targeted Him and Donald Trump

Posted originally on the CTH on March 6, 2024 | Sundance

NBC is clutching their pearls as Texas AG Ken Paxton celebrates dozens of victories for his endorsed state candidates who primaried Bush-supported Republicans.  Additionally, his endorsements and support for the challengers in Texas has led to an additional ten runoff elections, including the potential removal of Texas House Speaker Dade Phelan who led impeachment proceedings against him.

The media uses terms like “revenge” and “anger,” however, most of the MAGA coalition smile and think of Paxton as the leading candidate to be nominated by President Trump for U.S Attorney General next year.  Yeah, this article is buckets of awesome.

TEXAS – Out of the 70 candidates on the ballot yesterday that Texas GOP Attorney General Ken Paxton endorsed, 33 won their primaries outright, while 10 have advanced to a runoff.

Paxton helped defeat seven Republican state House members who voted to impeach him last year on corruption charges. He also boosted nine other GOP candidates for state House seats.

His endorsed candidates unseated three Republican judges on the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, who had angered Paxton by keeping his office from prosecuting voter fraud, and a handful of other incumbents.

“Texans have spoken loud and clear,” Paxton wrote on X, the platform once known as Twitter. “The victory of Judges David Schenck, Gina Parker, and Lee Finley, endorsed by my office, marks a significant moment in our state’s legal history. It sends a powerful message that Texans demand judges who prioritize the Constitution and uphold the rule of law.”

Paxton isn’t letting off the gas, in no small part because his top target — Texas House Speaker Dade Phelan, who led impeachment proceedings — is heading to May runoff election.

Paxton, along with Trump, endorsed one of Phelan’s opponents, Republican activist David Covey.

“Today’s election results have revealed that the battle for the soul of Texas is far from over,” Paxton wrote in a post on X early Wednesday, addressing the outcome of Phelan’s race. “This runoff is not a defeat, but rather a call to arms for all who stand for the principles of the America First movement. Let this runoff be a rallying cry for all conservatives across Texas.”

The Texas runoff elections will occur on May 28, a little over a month after Paxton’s first court appearance on April 15 for charges of securities fraud. (LINK)

Machiavellian Mitch McConnell Strategically Endorses President Trump

Posted originally on the CTH on March 6, 2024 | Sundance

Those who understand the long history of Mitch McConnell as a Machiavellian-minded Senate Leader well understand how this is playing out.

John Thune’s prior endorsement of Donald Trump sets the stage.  Nikki Haley withdrawing from opposition to Donald Trump, on behalf of the financial and professional political class who underwrote her effort, was a transparent predicate.

Now comes the Machiavellian leverage move by Senate Leader Mitch McConnell, who falsely positions his support without conditions as a lull toward a duplicitous intent.

In the background, the DeceptiCon move will be to support something akin to California Democrat Senate candidate Adam Schiff as an installment move within the upper chamber.

Schumer/McConnell planning for Thune’s installation with an agreement to acquiesce appointment of Schiff to replace SSCI Chair Mark Warner as a background move to impede the threat that a successful Trump reelection represents.

That’s the type of senatorial ploy we should expect.

If MAGA has not learned these lessons by now, then nothing has been learned about the nature of opposition.  That is simply the way of the UniParty Senate.

(Via ABC News) – Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell, a longtime critic of Donald Trump and a frequent target, on Wednesday endorsed him in the 2024 presidential race.

“It is abundantly clear that former President Trump has earned the requisite support of Republican voters to be our nominee for President of the United States,” McConnell said in a statement Wednesday, just after Nikki Haley suspended her campaign.

“It should come as no surprise that as nominee, he will have my support,” McConnell added. “During his Presidency, we worked together to accomplish great things for the American people including tax reform that supercharged our economy and a generational change of our federal judiciary – most importantly, the Supreme Court.”

“I look forward to the opportunity of switching from playing defense against the terrible policies the Biden administration has pursued to a sustained offense geared towards making a real difference in improving the lives of the American people.”

Advisers close to Trump and McConnell had been in talks for six weeks over an endorsement, sources confirmed to ABC News, as well as an overall strategy to unite Republicans to win back the Senate in November.

The conversations between the two campaigns went through a single channel: Chris LaCivita, a top campaign adviser to Trump and Josh Holmes, a longtime political strategist to McConnell. (read more)

Break the cycle of abuse. Learn the dark arts of how our national abusers operate.

There is no intent on “uniting Republicans” in the general sense that is sold to a gullible and victimized public.

Our focused emphasis is always directed to the wrong syllable. This is not accidental.

EXAMPLE: Remind yourself when Republican Senator Lindsey Graham expressed outrage at the Christine Blasey Ford construct against SCOTUS nominee Justice Brett Kavanaugh, Graham pointed national attention inwardly toward the political construct. Never once did Graham identify Monica McLean (FBI), Michael Bromwich (DOJ), David Laufman (DOJ) and/or the Lawfare operation who controlled Blasey-Ford. {GO DEEP}

This type of intentional omission and deflection is purposeful.  This is simply how the Senate operates.

Cap on Credit Card Late Fees Hurt Financially Illiterate Americans

Posted originally on Mar 6, 2024 By Martin Armstrong

CreditCardDebt.Chart_

The Biden Administration implemented a new rule that will cap credit card late fees at $8. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has praised the measure, estimating it will save Americans over $10 billion annually in late fees, or around $220 annually per person as 45 million Americans have experienced these fees within the last year, but this measure may be more harmful than helpful.

Credit card debt in America is at an all-time high of nearly $1.13 trillion and continues to rise as around 56 million Americans carry credit card debt. The typical late fee payment is around $32, but this is merely the fee for missing a payment and does not account for compounded interest. It seems like common sense, but one must realize that the average person is not financially literate. The concept of basic finance is not a mandatory requirement for the public education system, leading many people to live off debt, well beyond their means, with no chance of recuperating. America has the leading median level of credit card debt among all developed nations. There is a widespread belief that one can afford certain goods if they are approved for a line of credit, which only benefits the banks.

Debt Hole Cannor Climb Out

Now, the banks are certainly profiting on late fees, which account for about 15% of credit card profits based on the CFPB’s 2021 Consumer Credit Card Market Report. Do these fees deter reckless spending? A 2022 ABA-led survey found that 46% of respondents said they made it a priority to pay off their credit cards on time to avoid late fees. That particular study found that a fee of $10 was enough to redirect one’s attention to their financial obligations. Another study by the Harris Poll and NerdWallet found that Americans were more likely to make a payment of their cards if a $30 fee was implemented.

Again, one must understand that the average person cannot compute the cost of compounding interest. Borrowing money is not a legal right and should be done with the utmost caution. Simply forgetting or dismissing financial obligations has consequences.

The banks will find a way to profit off the people in other ways. It is the nature of banking. Rob Nichols, the president and CEO of the American Bankers Association, explained that other measures could be implemented that will hurt everyone. “The Bureau’s misguided decision to cap credit card late fees at a level far below banks’ actual costs will force card issuers to reduce credit lines, tighten standards for new accounts and raise APRs for all consumers – even those who pay on time,” Nichols said. This is yet another Biden Admin policy favoring the financially irresponsible at the expense of others.

So, what is the CFPB recommending as an alternative? CBDC. The agency is first suggesting digitizing banking so that consumers have instant access to their credit scores and spending habits. Again, these numbers are disregarded by a portion of the population. The agency is patronizing all Americans by stating we are not intelligent enough to know when to pay off our monthly debts without digital notifications and reminders.

Financial literacy is desperately needed in America. So, while the Biden Administration is breaking its arm patting itself on the back for this surface-level win for the everyday man, the ruling does nothing to combat the growing personal debt crisis.

The Constitutional Crisis Coming for 2025

Alaska Supreme Court
Constitutional Crisis

QUESTION: Thank you so much for your in-depth analysis on the legal front. With your latest post, I assume that our vote may not count in the end. Congress will refuse to certify a Trump victory, calling him an insurrectionist because the Supreme Court held that only Congress can pass legislation to address that disqualification. That means that there would have to be turmoil for if Congress all flipped to the Democrats, they would have to pass legislation and then the president has to sign it. But they would take office the same day Trump does. Do you have any thoughts on this? I see the Constitutional Crisis you referred to.

I’m glad you did not become a lawyer. You help a lot more people this way.

Cheers.

SF

Vote Does it Count 2

ANSWER: It would have been nice if the Supreme Court ruled on the insurrection allegation. But if Colorado, Maine, Illinois, and any other Marxist state usurped jurisdiction they did not have, that ended the inquiry. If you read Justice Amy Coney Barrett’s separate opinion, she points out the problem with the Democratic-appointed Justices. True, they had to agree that Colorado had no jurisdiction even to decide the case, much less charge him. The majority wrote:

“We conclude that States may disqualify persons holding or attempting to hold state office. But States have no power under the Constitution to enforce Section 3 with respect to federal offices, especially the Presidency.”

This was correct, or a single state could interfere in a federal election that would violate the civil rights of everyone else in the country. There was absolutely nothing in the Constitution that delegated to the States any power to enforce Section 3 of the 14th Amendment against federal officeholders and candidates. The three Democrat-appointed justices—Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor, and Ketanji Brown Jackson- wrote that the majority went too far. What Justice Barrett points out is that their rhetoric was inflammatory.

The Democratic dissenters are a forwarding of the Constitutional Crisis to come. They said the ruling “shuts the door on other potential means of federal enforcement” and that “we cannot join an opinion that decides momentous and difficult issues unnecessarily.” They even added, “Although we agree that Colorado cannot enforce Section 3, we protest the majority’s effort to use this case to define the limits of federal enforcement of that provision.”

Barrett Justice Amy

The dissenters are arguing that Section 3 is self-executing, in which case the Democrats will rally to their words and REFUSE to certify a Trump victory. The majority said Congress must pass legislation. So the Constitutional Crisis will erupt when the Democrats refuse to certify Trump leaving Biden in office, and then the whole thing goes back to the courts.

Justice Barret saw this crisis unfolding. She wrote: In my judgment, this is not the time to amplify disagreement with stridency, she said, adding that “particularly in this circumstance, writings on the Court should turn the national temperature down, not up.”  She also issued a warning. “For present purposes, our differences are far less important than our unanimity: All nine Justices agree on the outcome of this case. That is the message Americans should take home,” she wrote, referring to the dissenting minority.”

So many markets are starting to show Panic Cycles between September and November. This Constitutional Crisis will come in January 2025 over the certification of the vote. The country is so divided, and the Democrats have expended all their energy on hating Trump. This hatred is not so unlike the period encompassing the Social War of Rome, about 40 years before Caesar was forced to cross the Rubicon. When the Marius faction seized control, they simply executed all the supporters of their opposition – Sulla. The hatred of Trump is so intense it is reminiscent of the Social War period.

Today, the Democrats will reject the vote no matter what. They will claim that the 14th Amendment is self-executing and refuse to certify Trump without passing any legislation. They will point to the language of these three Democrats on the Court. That means the entire decision if January 6th was an insurrection or not will become the turning point.

CSP500 Y Array 3 5 24

When I look at the long-term timing arrays, we have back-to-back Yearly Directional Changes 2024/2025. If the Democrats pull that trick, they will clearly destroy the confidence in the United States, the rule of law, and the foundation of everything. Even when we turn to the US government 30-year bonds, 2024 is a Directional Change. Everything is poised for a major Constitutional Crisis, pretty much like Rome.

Supreme Court Unanimously Rejects Removing Trump from the Ballots

Trump v Colorado Decision

COMMENT: Marty, the Supreme Court bought your argument that there is no subject matter jurisdiction for the states to remove Trump from the ballot. Even the Democrats on the Court unanimously agreed that states do not have the authority to enforce Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment. You were right.

“This case raises the question whether the States, in addition to Congress, may also enforce Section 3. We conclude that States may disqualify persons holding or attempting to hold state office. But States have no power under the Constitution to enforce Section 3 with respect to federal offices, especially the Presidency”

BP

REPLY: If this had not been political nonsense, it was a case that should have been dismissed as frivolous. A court is supposed FIRST to determine if it has the jurisdiction to hear the case. This was such a biased maneuver by those who brought the actions and the judges involved that it illustrates more than anything how BROKEN and MORALLY CORRUPT our legal system has become. It is no more trustworthy today than it was in Rome before the fall.

As I submitted to the Court, there cannot be such jurisdiction to allow one state to prejudice a national election for all. Under the precedents, those involved committed a crime because their motive was to interfere in the 2024 election. These people are only concerned on winning at all costs and to keep the prospect for war alive. They advocated the overthrow of the government, which is the very thing they have accused Trump of.

As I wrote to the Court, allowing a single state to interfere in a national election undermines the very structure of the Constitution. One rogue state cannot block everyone else in the country from voting. Elections are for the people to decide – not backroom deals and conspiracys of bureaucrats seeking to retain power.

Even the concurring opinion of Sotomayor agreed there is no state jurisdiction to enforce the 14th Amendment. She wrote:

“Allowing Colorado to do so would, we agree, create a chaotic state-by-state patchwork, at odds with our Nation’s federalism principles. That is enough to resolve this case.”

“The American people have the power to vote for and elect candidates for national office, and that is a great and glorious thing. “
