I have listened to the oral arguments and have considered this entire 14th Amendment nonsense. Some have tried to argue that it is self-executing, meaning that Congress does not need to write a statute. That is really absurd, for we are talking here about trying to overthrow the entire foundation of democracy when pretending to be defending it. That is like pushing the button to attack Russia because I knew they wanted to do so; therefore, I was acting in self-defense by pushing the button first.
States have the right to control their local elections. However, they cannot interfere in federal elections. To do so would mean that they are depriving the rest of the country of their right to vote, for a federal election cannot take place if some states remove a candidate and others do not. This is a justified argument for separating the United States.
While nobody raised the Commerce Clause refers to Article 1, Section 8, Clause 3 of the U.S. Constitution, the Founding Fathers may have never anticipated a rouge action like Colorado and Maine in banning Trump from the ballot. Still, they did address this issue of one state interfering with the rest of the nation. The Commerce Clause PROHIBITS any state from trying to impose a ban on the exports of another state to boost its own production. The Commerce Clause gives Congress the power “to regulate commerce with foreign nations, among states, and with the Indian tribes.”
The Commerce Clause expressly forbids a state from interfering in national commerce. That jurisdiction is reserved strictly to Congress. I cannot imagine how any state can claim such a power to interfere in the federal election for the national office of the Federal Government that is not a local state office.
If the Supreme Court upholds Colorado’s decision, then it is time to break up the UNION, for it is no longer viable. I fear we will see violence regardless of how the court rules.
The District of Columbia Court of Appeals rejected Trump’s Absolute Immunity claim, saying: “We cannot accept that the office of the presidency places its former occupants above the law for all time thereafter,” the judges wrote.”
The Constitution does not directly discuss presidential immunity from criminal or civil lawsuits. Instead, this privilege has evolved over time through the Supreme Court’s interpretation of Article II, Section 2, Clause 3:
The President shall have Power to fill up all Vacancies that may happen during the Recess of the Senate, by granting Commissions which shall expire at the End of their next Session.
It is generally accepted that the President is absolutely immune from civil liability for suits arising from actions relating to official duties. This includes all acts in the “outer perimeter” of those duties. However, the President is not immune from actions arising from unofficial conduct. In fact, nobody was actually given immunity by the Founding Fathers. It has been the course have have credited immunity – not the Constitution.
“Prosecutorial immunity” is also a judge-made doctrine that cloaks prosecutors in near-absolute immunity from suit. Under this doctrine, prosecutors cannot be sued for any actions related to their job as a prosecutor, no matter how egregious the behavior. For example, prosecutors cannot be sued for knowingly prosecuting an innocent person, withholding evidence of innocence, or even fabricating false evidence of guilt.
Prosecutors can do whatever they want, and you have ZERO rights, even human rights, against those in the Deep State. This entire question of immunity to me defied the Declaration of Independence, and this is the intent of the Constitution to restrain government. With ABSOLUTE IMMUNITY, they can fabricate evidence, put you on trial, and execute all knowing that you were innocent. This defies everything that the Constitution intended.
“For protecting them, by a mock Trial from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States.”
In 1768, two citizens of Annapolis, Maryland, were murdered by Marines from a British ship. Even though there was overwhelming evidence against them, the Marines were acquitted.
I doubted that the Washington, D.C. Court of Appeals would ever rule in favor of Trump. They have their marching orders. To me, either nobody has absolute immunity, or everyone does. There is NOTHING in the Constitution that grants such immunity to anyone! That very proposition stands in direct confrontation with the Declaration of Independence. If this disgusting Jack Smith, who indicts Trump in Washington, which he can control for a crime he has to prosecuted in Florida, shows that he is violating the very intent of the Sixth Amendment. But he is ABSOLUTELY IMMUNE for anything he does to the nation or Trump. That is wrong!
They had President Nixon hands down, and yet they pardoned him to save dividing the nation. Those ideas no longer exist, and the entire problem here is these prosecutions have torn the nation apart and polarized the people. They have set in motion the ultimate division of the United States – it cannot stand as a united nation when one side tries to impose a dictatorship, their ideas offending even the religious beliefs.
In Greek Democracy, it is true that women had no right to vote. What is overlooked is the fact that they did not need one. This was all before SOCIALISM, and there was not even an income tax. The head of the household voted like a congressman for everyone in the house. But those were questions like war. Even if someone killed another, the victim’s family is prosecuted – not the state. The ONLY crimes where the state became evolved were those directly against the state of offending the gods, as was the case with Socrates. With socialism, then laws were made directly against behavior, and income tax was applied to everyone. Thus, everyone then had a right to vote. This is what is tearing the country apart – this belief that one side gets to dictate behavior. What if Muslims gain political control and then dictate you have to have four wives? What if Mitt Romney were president a issued an executive order allowing multiple wives? This is the whole problem that is terminating the union.
So, unfortunately, this entire immunity question is NOT law – it is the discretion of judges, and therein lies the crisis. The Founding Fathers relied upon the definition of law articulated by Lord Coke and Blackstone. Nobody seems to care anymore.

The globalists were in a panic ahead of Tucker Carlson’s interview with Vladamir Putin, which is certain to go viral globally. The interview reveals a lot of information hidden from the public, and I would not be surprised if they attempt to scrub it from the internet once it is released. As I explain in detail in my book, The Plot to Seize Russia, government agencies began carefully plotting war with Russia decades ago. Those who have read the book will recognize that Putin revealed precisely what I had described in those pages. Everything that the media and government agencies have told the people regarding Russia is an outright lie that this interview has exposed.
The globalists did not want it to air, but Elon Musk ensured it was live-streamed on X. We will see the backlash in the coming days, weeks, and months ahead. Nothing the establishment said in advance of the interview could have prepared them for the two hours of truth that defies everything those in the West thought they knew about Russia and Ukraine.
Hillary Clinton called Carlson a “useful idiot,” as she knows that the US government has done everything in its power to make Russia the enemy. Putin said during the livestream that someone can directly ask her husband, former President Bill Clinton, if what he has said was true. But notice we rarely hear from Bill while Hillary is inescapable from the media’s spotlight. The Steele Dossier and everything else pinned on Russian interference or collusion was an outright lie. More importantly, Russia was willing and eager to join NATO. In the interview, Putin declared precisely what I stated in my novel — the olive branch to enter NATO was extended and then retracted to Russia. I released classified documents from the Clinton Administration in my book that prove there was a clear plot to conquer Russia.
“I mean, if you actually read translations of what’s being said on Russian media, they make fun of him,” Clinton claimed in an interview with MSNBC. “I mean, he’s like a puppy dog.” That is also an outright lie as Russian media has praised Tucker Carlson’s visit, and he is receiving red-carpet treatment from everyone as they want the world to know their side of the story. Russia never wanted to be an enemy of the West.
Tucker Carlson was the first American to interview Putin since the war in Ukraine began. No one batted an eye when Barbra Walters or other American journalists interviewed Putin, but Tucker Carlson is not under the control of the establishment. “We’re in journalism. Our duty is to inform people. Two years into a war that’s reshaping the entire world, most Americans are not informed,” Carlson said. “They have no real idea what is really happening in this region, here in Russia, or 600 miles away in Ukraine. But they should know. They’re paying for it.”
Let us also not forget that countless journalists have visited terrorists and warlords over the years without any backlash. ABC News even interviewed Osama Bin Laden after the 9/11 attacks and gave him a platform to bash America after the largest terrorist attack on US soil. This likely was an attempt to increase patriotism in America and act as a recruitment ad for the military.
The European Union is so fearful of the public learning the truth that they are threatening Tucker Carlson with sanctions. “As Putin is a war criminal and the EU sanctions all who assist him in that effort, it seems logical that the External Action Service examine his case as well,” European Parliament member Guy Verhofstadt suggested. Former MEP Luis Garicano stated, “[Tucker Carlson] is no longer a newsman, but a propagandist for the most heinous regime on European soil and the one which is most dangerous to our peace and security.” MEP Urmas Paet accused Carlson of aiding a war criminal, saying, “”Carlson wants to give a platform to someone accused of crimes of genocide—this is wrong. If Putin has something to say he needs to say it in front of the ICC.”
Journalism that does not align with the narrow narrative is considered propaganda, hence why governments are increasing regulations on free speech. They do not want the public to know this war was utterly preventable, or worse, that the CIA and globalists have deceived the public with a warped version of recent history. Russia is not the aggressor but rather is attempting to defend itself from foreign forces who have dishonored every agreement in an attempt to ignite a global conflict. Watch the interview for yourself. Putin is currently willing to negotiate for peace and has been asking for a peace agreement since 2014, but peace has never been an option for the West. Never forget that the next global conflict could have been prevented instead of calculated and carefully orchestrated.
The number of immigrants has surpassed 3 million immigrants entering the United States. That is more people than 5 State populations combined. Immigrants crossing the border has been a rising issue in the United States, more so since the lift on section 42 in June of 2023, which brought us back to Title 8- allowing immigrants to seek asylum. Under the Biden Administration, over 1 million immigrants have been allowed to enter the US. Both the right and the left mocked Donald Trump for building a wall, being deemed “racist and unnecessary.” Trump requested 5.7 billion to go towards this project of building the wall, and everyone put up a fit, leading to a government shutdown in 2019. Now, Biden wants to sign a bill of $118.2 billion to fund Ukraine and Israel. How that seems logical still beats me.
Hungary has already seen a tremendous number of illegal migrants drop since they finished building their fence to put a stop to illegals entering the country. From just over 6 thousand people a day entering, their numbers are down to about 870. The fencing is 96 miles long with razor wire that sends electric shocks to anyone who tries to pass. This is a huge step toward making sure that they are monitoring who comes into their country without the flood of immigrants who are there illegally to come in. A spokesperson for the Hungarian government said: “You might not like it, it’s not a nice thing, but … the only way to stop illegal border crossings is [to] first build a fence, man it, equip it, and also, in parallel, build up your capabilities in terms of legal confines, legal circumstances to be able to handle what is coming.”
I believe it is not normal for anyone to come in as they please. If governments are trying to protect their people, allowing hundreds of thousands of immigrants into the country at any given time is not the way to do it. It may seem a bit harsh to some to build a wall/ fencing, but this is a way to make sure everyone who tries to come in will take the proper steps to make sure they are brought in legally.
Large demonstrations have been happening throughout Ireland to protest the mass invasion of illegal migrants. As I said, all of the Build Back Better WEF-affiliated nations have sold out their own people to the globalist agenda, which entails replacing the current population with illegal immigrants. These people rely solely on government aid and are the test subjects for ushering in a new socialist state. President Higgins and his administration are standing idle as their nation is invaded. “Irish Lives Matter” is a new movement sparked by citizens who want their leaders to focus on issues at home.
Approximately 141,600 immigrants entered Ireland in 2023, marking the highest number since 2007, and this only includes those who were registered. This population spike comes from 29,600 returning Irish citizens, 26,100 other EU citizens, 4,800 UK citizens, and 81,100 citizens of other countries, including almost 42,000 Ukrainians.
Ireland caved to pressure from the European Union and agreed to the European Commission’s Pact on Migration and Asylum and other initiatives that permit almost anyone to seek asylum in Europe without cause. The sheer number of people entering the nation is changing the entire demographic of the country, and there has been a notable uptick in crime across all nations who have failed to secure their borders. No nation can financially support a new population, and no citizen should be expected to forego their financial or personal safety for such causes.
Ireland wants to stifle any dissent. The “Criminal Justice (Incitement to Violence or Hatred and Hate Offenses) Bill 2022” is one of the most extreme pieces of legislation to prevent free speech. Under this law, people could be IMPRISONED for simply carrying any written material that the government considers “hate speech.”
“Given that President [Éamon] de Valera himself was imprisoned for sedition in 1918, I urge your government to consider the impact of this legislation on Ireland’s proud tradition of free speech,” UN Ambassador Geraldine Byrne Nason reminded the Irish Parliament. You know the situation is dire when even the United Nations steps in to say something has gone too far. “Would the prohibition include ‘recklessly’ attributing social ills, like crime, to increased immigration to Ireland? Would it include ‘recklessly’ affirming that gender is biologically determined and that there are only two genders, male and female?” Vance later questioned.
The Irish Lives Matter movement is quickly growing in popularity. The people are livid and refuse to be silenced.
Based on data from the US Commerce Department, China is no longer America’s top supplier of goods. Imported goods from Mexico rose by around 5% from 2022 to 2023, totaling over $475 billion. Mexico has not surpassed China in exports to the US since 2002, marking a drastic shift in overall trade as tensions continue to rise between the US and China.
Chinese imports tanked by 20% over a one-year period to $427 billion. Some may point to the US-Mexico-Canada Trade Agreement that permits duty-free trade between the three nations, while others are citing the supply chain disruptions post-COVID that caused many companies to seek closer manufacturers. The real issue here is that the US and China are barely able to maintain diplomatic ties due to Taiwan.
America claims to respect the One China policy but has repeatedly stated it would not hesitate to go to war with China in the event of an invasion. The US has begun arming Taiwan and routinely conducts military drills in the Straight. China began offloading US debt not long ago as it would be utterly foolish to purchase debt from a nation that has no intention of paying it back. It would be akin to pulling a gun on someone and asking for money to pull the trigger.
We are looking at SELECTIVE DEFAULTS on sovereign debt as governments will simply stop repaying anyone who opposes them. World trade has transformed due to this major crisis, so rest assured that this was not a one-year hiccup as both nations seek to lessen their reliance on one another. War tends to support the dollar and the first two world wars are what made the dollar the reserve currency. War is completely and utterly inevitable due to the debt crisis as there is no way out.
After Janet Yellen dared to say the IRS needed to track $600 transactions on eBay and CashApps to get the rich, now it is going after those people who are taking money out of the banks and buying real estate for cash. These disgusting Americans have to be hunted down like the English did to foxes and strung up like the good old days. What’s next? They will behead people and stick their heads on the spike around the White House as a warning whatever you earn 100% belongs to her Treasury, and she alone decides what you are allowed to keep.
Yellen is not taking the Biden administration on the hunt for people investing in real estate when she needs that money to hand to Zelensky for this endless war to conquer and destroy Russia. Yellen has stated that she wants to make residential real estate transactions more transparent, targeting people who are buying property in all-cash purchases. She insists this is part of an ongoing effort to combat money laundering and the movement of dirty money through the American financial system. The problem is that her definition of money laundering is now just putting cash in a safety deposit box where the government cannot see it. Money laundering, which is 20 years in prison, was once upon a time a law to go after drug dealers. She has changed the definition to hiding money from the government and avoiding taxes.
The Treasury Department’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network is preparing a regulation that the Uni-Party will pass that would require real estate professionals to report information to the agency about non-financed sales of residential real estate to legal entities, trusts, and shell companies.
All-cash purchases of residential real estate are considered at high risk for money laundering. The rule would not require the reporting of sales to individuals as stated by FinCEN Director Andrea Gacki:
“Illicit actors are exploiting the U.S. residential real estate market to launder and hide the proceeds of serious crimes with anonymity, while law-abiding Americans bear the cost of inflated housing prices”
The nonsense Yellen is claiming this time is that this new regulation is an
“important step toward not only curbing abuse of the U.S. residential real estate sector but safeguarding our economic and national security.”
I have reported that there is a MASS MIGRATION from the Blue States to the Red States. We can see this in the stats from Zillow’s Consumer Housing Trends Report for 2023. Over 40% of real estate sales are taking place in the South, with New England being the lowest in sales and having the highest regulation and taxation.
Most people do not know, but from the very outset of the Biden Administration, targeting real estate was on the agenda as soon as Biden took office. By 2021, the White House had established plans to launch real estate recordkeeping requirements so they could hunt the rich for sport. The excuse was that they wanted to increase transparency in real estate transactions, “diminishing the ability of corrupt actors to launder ill-gotten proceeds through real estate purchases.” Wealth in real estate was unacceptable, for it was not in a bank that would secretly report any suspicious transactions without notice to you.
The Biden Administration hates the rich, for they cannot help being Marxists and only tolerate capitalism begrudgingly. The Biden Administration maintains that real estate is a commonly used vehicle for money laundering due to opaque reporting rules on purchases. The degree to which criminal activity affects housing affordability is his excuse for rising house prices – not his spending or plans for central bank digital currencies where the government can freeze all your assets on a whim as Trudeau did to anyone even donating to the Trucker protest.
Of course, it takes leftist academics to argue that this criminal activity of not paying taxes, which they define as money laundering, impacted home values in Canada. These academics, who can’t stand anyone who has more than they do, asserted that money laundering investment in real estate pushed up housing prices by 3.7% to 7.5%. Canada was especially impacted by foreign capital flowing in from China. In 2022, the federal government passed the Prohibition on the Purchase of Residential Property by Non-Canadians Act to ban foreign investors from buying residential property in Canada and to ensure the housing market remains available to Canadians. They just extended that for another two years, trying to prevent capital inflows. The foreign capital is turning more toward equities than real estate thanks to these leftist academics. They do not even consider that housing has risen because of Trudeau’s reckless spending. The foreign buyers were looking at the high-end of the market – not the average mom-and-pop house.
Yellen’s proposal is absurd. I bought a second home and paid cash to park the money out of a bank. I had to pay by bank wire, not even a certified check because you can stop payment on it or claim it was stolen after settlement. Everything is recorded, and you have to have lawyers on both sides. This does not occur with handing over a pile of cash; nobody knows who you are. I will add that when I bought a house 20 years ago, I had them add my children’s names. It was no big deal. You can’t do that anymore, for they have to report that as a gift and pay taxes on the house’s value. In all honesty, what Yellen is saying is nonsense. I am going through it myself. The money must be wired from a bank, and your bank needs the details of what you are buying. So, the likelihood of this being some money laundering scheme is remote.
As of January 1, 2024, many companies must report information to FinCEN about the individuals who ultimately own or control them. FinCEN began accepting reports on January 1, 2024. I have even to inform them if I move. They want to know everything I own, where I live, and if I move, I need to inform them. In East Germany, you could not move without the government’s permission. It certainly seems we are heading in that direction.
This is an attack on small businesses. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said in January 2024 that over 100,000 small businesses had registered for their new database. The National Small Business Association filed a lawsuit in November 2022 to stop the U.S. database from being created, arguing that it is unduly burdensome on small firms and infringes on states’ rights to regulate businesses. Of course, no federal judge will rule against Yellen regardless of who appointed them. This is a uni-party club. Perhaps now you understand why they MUST stop Trump at all costs. He is not part of the uni-party.
