QUESTION: Marty, I have been following you now for a few years. You seem to be never wrong. You always say it is not your opinion. Is there some secret to how you do this? Nobody else seems to even compare. Or is it all just the computer?

ANSWER: We all are human and as such we make mistakes. I understand that the big picture with war and events seems to be never wrong. That is Socrates – not me. I have been wrong in regard to my interpretation at times, but the cycles are always correct like the ECM.
I was one of the first International Hedge Fund Managers. I had even warned Congress back in 1985 that they should merge the CFTC and SEC because complying with one meant you went to prison with the other. They forced funds management offshore. We are all connected. You cannot have gold rise to $10,000 and the dollar turns to dust and nothing else happens. The world economy is like a set of dominoes. If you get the first one right, all the rest will follow.
These people who try to forecast one market can NEVER be correct for the wildcard always comes externally. Right now, the Ukraine war is impacting the global economy and markets. You could not asses the impact by simply watching the Fed. If it were not for (1) the stupid lockdowns of COVID disrupting the supply chain, then (2) this proxy war against Russia and imposing the absurd sanctions on them when they are a key supplier around the world in many areas, then inflation would not have risen and the Fed would not be raising interest rates. Those in power simply only look in front of their nose. Every action has a ripple effect that impacts long-term events. We cannot escape that. I have designed Socrates to survive me. It is not my opinion and when I do express my opinion I state the difference. Even my interpretation of an array can be wrong, not the array.
Everything is connected. We cannot escape that. Without Socrates monitoring everything around the world and writing its own reports on over 1,000 instruments globally, there is nobody who can possibly compete with a personal opinion. The world is far too complex for an individual to see everything from a personal gut feeling.
Because I had focused on currencies from the collapse of Bretton Woods and was called into the first bank failure in 1973 because of a 7% move in currencies, my company attracted clients from around the world. I had to see the world through everyone’s eyes – not just the dollar. In July 1985, I took the back cover of the Economist for 3 weeks announcing the end of deflation/peak in the dollar, and the reemergence of inflation, which led to the Japanese Bubble in 1989. Interest Rates peaked the very day at 1981.35. The end of that wave was 1985.65 the month of July. It was the beginning of a Private Wave which will end 2037.25.
We published charts back in Barron’s during the early 1980s showing gold in dollars compared to a basket of currencies. We ended up with the largest institutions in the world because our reports went out on telex and the communication costs per market were $225 per day. Only the biggest institutions could afford our services. Then came fax, and then email which has expanded our reach to everyone these days. But make no mistake about this. People may criticize me and others are desperate to try to prevent people from using us. It is either because they cannot compete and pretend this is my opinion rather than a computer, or they want to manipulate the markets and we just get in their way.

I was in conversation with people I know in Europe. It is like the entire world has flipped upside down. This Climate Change Agenda is something far more sinister than anyone in mainstream media is willing to print for it has really little to do with saving the planet. If you are pro-War with Russia, which is all the mainstream media and politicians, then you are now “progressive” and/or “liberal” and if you are against the war then you are a right-wing extremist. It is just fashionable to now desire World War III. Never in my wildest imagination when I stood up at our 2011 World Economic Conference in Philadelphia and put up our forecast that our model on war would turn up in 2014, did I ever expect war to become fashionable.
I remember the ’60s when there were protests against Vietnam. No way that those protesters were labeled as “right-wing extremists” and the pro-war were “liberals” as is the case today. I will admit, that at first, I was pro-war believing that Communism was a great threat. I grew up during the ’50s when we would have drills and we were told to hide under our desks in case of a nuclear attack. Those drills in grade school had an impact on me. It really made you think that the Communists wanted to kill everyone. I remember the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis and walking with my friends when I was just 12 years old talking about geopolitics. It was an era of mental conditioning and we seem to be going through a similar process with Climate Change and War.
NETFLIX and AMAZON are both refusing to air anything that is anti-war calling them right-wing extremists. We seem to be dealing with a complete inversion of the thinking process that I noticed in reading all the newspapers to write the Greatest Bull Market in History back in 1986. Before 1929, rising interest rates were bullish for the stock market for it showed there was still a demand for money. After 1929 and the dawn of socialism, suddenly rising interest rates became bearish because the Federal Reserve wanted us to stop buying and save our cash.
Here is a photo of Prohibition agents standing with a still and mason jars used to distill hard liquor in the Washington, D.C. area on November 11th, 1922. This was a similar movement where women blamed liquor for drunk and/or lazy husbands. Nationwide Prohibition lasted from 1920 until 1933. The Eighteenth Amendment—which illegalized the manufacture, transportation, and sale of alcohol—was passed by the U.S. Congress in 1917. In 1919 the amendment was ratified by three-quarters of the nation’s states required to make it constitutional. It lasted for 13 years.
During this 13-year period, Prohibition spawned the rise in candy as well as soft drinks. Coca-Cola was popular and was often sold at Soda Fountains that were common in drug stores. In fact, even in the 1950s, the Pharmacy on Main Street in the town I grew up in still had a soda fountain, and recall going after school and having a milkshake.
Indeed, Patent Medicines were all taxed. Some companies printed their own tax stamps. Even Coca-Cola was initially created as a medicine. It seems logical that Pharmacies end up creating soda fountains. Even during the early 1960s, you would go to the local Pharmacy for a milkshake.
There were the “WETS” who staged a major protest on June 14, 1919, at the U.S. Capitol to support an appeal for the exemption of beer and wine from Prohibition. They did not listen to the WETS any more than they are listening to cries for peace – not war today. When our computer projected that war would start in 2014 and had pinpointed Ukraine, looking ahead post-2024, the world will be engulfed in war. There seems to be nobody interested in peace. They are now cheering for World War III. Hiding under the kitchen table or your desk in school is not going to work in a nuclear war.

Thank you for your efforts to write your discoveries down into publications so that they will be available for the benefit of civilization after you have passed on. I am very much looking forward the “The Geometry of Time”. Like many groundbreaking thinkers of the past, you may end up being someone who suffered resistance and exploitation during your lifetime for your ideas, but who was respected for their contribution long after. And if you are given an ear by governments when this debt crisis blossoms and their backs are finally against the wall, it wont hurt to have polished manuscripts of all your work, backed up by all the the historical evidence of its validity, to pass-out to them. In fact, that may be the point where you can, late in life, make you biggest lasting contribution. If governments, central banks, and economists would give real consideration to how historically accurate your analysis of cycles has been and to your solution to the debt crisis, and if there is by-then a large number of your publications of your legacy-knowledge in circulation, your work may finally grow from ‘cultish’ adoption to more widespread adoption.
That, IMHO, would be a good thing for everyone (and for their children to-come).

REPLY: Thank you. I have learned over the years that I cannot change things. When I was called in back in 1985 and they were creating the G5 (now G20), at first I thought – Wow! I made it! Then you realize that after everyone testifies, they stand up and announce their predetermined conclusion. So I wrote to Reagan because the conclusions were nothing that anyone testified about. I was told that I went out of committee and I would never be called again. I replied, good! Who needs this!
Anyone who claims they advise the CIA or whatever, they do not listen. I have been called only because I wrote to Reagan and told them to screw off. The people they pay are just pawns. Every bill they pass needs some study and they tell you what the conclusion is today. They said back in 1985 if I was a “good boy” I could earn $5 million a year. I said no thanks.
Because I wrote to Reagan back in 1985, when the 1987 Crash took place they were forced to call me since our model forecasted that even right to the day – which was the ECM target.
Ever since we get called when they want the TRUTH rather than someone who will say whatever they need to keep the fees flowing.
Like Keynes, before the Great Depression, they considered his ideas as absurd. When it all comes crashing down, then, and only then, will they consider adopting the ECM and living with the cycle instead of fighting it. The Secret of the Universe is that absolutely EVERYTHING is cyclical.
I have three more books to finish. The Geometry of time, The ECM Book, and In the Blink of an Eye. Dealing with so many governments around the world over the past 40 years has indeed given me both a front-row seat and a unique perspective. All I can do is hope to pass this along for what comes after 2032 when we get to hit the Cntrl-Alt-Delete button on governmental structures and redesign this mess from scratch once again.
The War Against Nitrogen Fertilizer is More Than You Realize

COMMENT: As an ex-soldier, whilst reading your posts regarding the Right to bear arms, Nitrogen fertilizer, and Diesel fuel I suddenly got a brain warp to the past. In Rhodesia with sanctions on us, we developed a bomb using Nitrogen fertilizer, blue soap, and diesaline. It was similar to napalm. When the change came to Zimbabwe all our weapons were taken away from us and locked up. We also had to reapply for licenses for any private weapons. This shows that when you have an informed and prepared public the government is at a disadvantage. The current attack on fertilizer, auto fuels, and guns shows just how scared the WEF and their one world order are desperate to control these three commodities. WHY?

REPLY: I think you bring up a very good point that is often overlooked. Nitrogen fertilizer can be used to make bombs. They are doing their best to try to outlaw all guns. It seems they want more crazy people shooting up schools and then they demand the end to guns every time. There is no question that those in power KNOW the monetary system is collapsing. They have put forth Guaranteed Basic Income (GBI), NOT because they care about the people, they ONLY care about retaining power over the people. The EU has wiped out most pension funds with negative interest rates since 2014 and decrees that they must have government bonds between 70% and 90%. Scandinavia is outside of the EU.
The GBI is to prevent millions of people from storming the Parliament with pitchforks when they wake up and their pensions are gone. Eliminating guns and even Nitrogen fertilizers are part of the effort to disarm the people. What is taking place in the Netherlands and this insane demand to end Nitrogen fertilizers under the pretense of Climate Change is more suited for a B-Rated SciFi movie with green lizard aliens coming to eat all humanity. They are using Climate Change for Political Change.

People around the country are looking at the Georgia Senate runoff between Democrat Raphael Warnock and Republican Hershel Walker. Lots of people wondering what is going on. Well, last night the Republican Party of Georgia gave an excellent example of what it means to be Republican in Georgia.
Republican Lieutenant Governor Geoff Duncan appeared on CNN to share his opinion of Republican candidate Hershel Walker. As Republican Duncan outlined during the interview, he stood in line for an hour, took a ballot at the polling location, and then decided he could just not vote for a Republican in Georgia, so he turned around and walked back out without voting.
Republican Geoff Duncan had no issue pushing this on CNN much to the smiles of the CNN producers, Democrats and the Warnock campaign. This is what it means to be a Republican in Georgia. WATCH (01:08 prompted 30 seconds)

The 2022 goal of the Republican Party of Georgia is in alignment with the 2022 Republican National Committee. The goal of Mr. Duncan and others is to remove the populist movement within the RNC by destroying the Make America Great Again grassroots movement.
Was Duncan censured? No. Was Duncan criticized by fellow Republicans? Again, no. Was Duncan ostracized for promoting an election position against the interests of the Republican Party? Yet again, no. Did RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel rebuke the effort to undermine Walker as carried out by Republican Geoff Duncan? Rhetorical at this point, I know.
In the bigger or big pictures, Republican Lt Governor Geoff Duncan is doing what professional Republicans do. He also knows there’s nothing to fear from it because he is operating on behalf of the majority Club interests who support his agenda. However, somehow this will be President Trump’s fault.
Another Appeals Court Rejects Biden Administration Student Loan Cancellation Program – Supreme Court Agrees to Hear Case in February

Federal education loan payments have been suspended ever since early 2020 when COVID was used as a justification to delay payments. The current extension on the delay, a pre midterm bribe for young adults, runs through June 2023 and then people with the loans have to start paying again.
In the interim, Joe Biden had a plan to relieve up to $10,000 in federal student loans for low-to-middle-income borrowers and up to $20,000 for qualifying Pell Grant recipients. However, that arbitrary Biden decree encountered multiple legal setbacks including rejection by a federal court in St. Louis and another in Texas.
Earlier today, the New Orleans-based 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals again rejected the Biden administration’s request to pause the Texas order vacating the $400 billion student debt relief program in a lawsuit pursued by a conservative advocacy group. {LINK} The Texas ruling from U.S. District Judge Mark Pittman was one of two decisions that prevented the Department of Education from moving forward.
The St Louis case, also lost on appeal and based on a similar finding that Biden cannot subvert congress for this spending, has now travelled to the Supreme Court who have agreed to hear oral arguments in February but will not intervene to stop the lower court rulings.
Washington — The Supreme Court said Thursday it will take up a court fight between the Biden administration and a coalition of six Republican-led states challenging the legality of the president’s student loan forgiveness program.
Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelogar asked the Supreme Court last month to lift an injunction from a federal appeals court that blocked implementation of the plan, but told the court that if it denied relief, it should agree to consider the merits of the case instead.
The court said in a brief order that it will hear arguments in February but will keep the program on hold for now. Last week, President Biden extended his pause on federal student loan payments until June 30, 2023, to give the court time to consider the dispute.
“We welcome the Supreme Court’s decision to hear the case on our student debt relief plan for middle- and working-class borrowers this February,” White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said. “This program is necessary to help over 40 million eligible Americans struggling under the burden of student loan debt recover from the pandemic and move forward with their lives. The program is also legal, supported by careful analysis from administration lawyers.” (more)
In response to the decision from the Texas court, the Biden administration announced it had stopped accepting applications for the debt relief program.
President Trump Special Master Appointment Overturned by Appeals Court – If Secret Search Warrant is Valid, All Seizure Valid – But You are Not Allowed to See Search Warrant, Because National Security

The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals having previously ruled the special master cannot review classified documents, also ruled today against the special master having any involvement in the filtering of seized documents from Mar-a-Lago. [Ruling Here]
Previously, the lower court appointed a special master to review the seized documents and ensure no privileged material was exploited by the DOJ. However, the appellate court determined the DOJ can independently define a national security interest and classify documents with no legal basis for challenge, therefore the special master cannot filter classified documents.
Today the appeals court essentially said if the search warrant was legally predicated and legally valid, and if the search warrant was used legally, then all the seized documents are valid for the investigative purposes of the DOJ – regardless of their content. The only way to fight the authority of the DOJ seizure is to challenge the legality of the search warrant. However, here’s where things get weird.
President Trump’s lawyers have been: (1) blocked from receiving a non-redacted search warrant; (2) denied access to the underlying probable cause affidavit used to predicate the search warrant, and (3) denied the full contents of the documents that were seized as part of the warrant (they are not allowed to see). Yet somewhere in this convoluted mess, we are supposed to believe a 4th amendment violation doesn’t exist.
Florida – […] The ruling by the three-judge panel, including two Trump appointees, goes into effect in seven days, absent intervention by the full circuit court or the Supreme Court.
“The law is clear,” the judges found. “We cannot write a rule that allows any subject of a search warrant to block government investigations after the execution of the warrant. Nor can we write a rule that allows only former presidents to do so.”
The order effectively eliminates what federal authorities had described as a major obstacle in their ongoing criminal investigation into whether Trump illegally retained highly classified records after leaving the presidency and obstructed efforts by the government to recover them. He denies wrongdoing.
The appellate judges had signaled in a hearing last week that they were likely to order an end to the special master’s review. They repeatedly expressed concern that the appointment of third-party judge Raymond Dearie by U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon in Florida lacked any clear precedent. (read more)
As it stands right now, President Trump has not been permitted to see the documents that support the search warrant, nor the scope of the search warrant as issued (the DOJ is claiming national security interests). The appeals court today is saying as long as the hidden search warrant is valid, all seized documents are valid.
How is President Trump supposed to challenge the legality of the seizure if the DOJ isn’t required to produce the legal basis for the warrant?
The legal challenge against the underlying warrant is the key issue.
In a recent court filing [Document Here], President Trump through his legal counsel has requested Judge Cannon to unredact and unseal the search warrant affidavit used as the predicate for the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago. Apparently, the DOJ have yet to provide President Trump with the constitutionally required predicate documents to support their search.
While asking the court to provide the affidavit to the defense team, the lawyers for President Trump are noting the fourth amendment protects everyone against warrantless searches and seizures, and that same protection also guarantees the target the right to receive and review the claimed justification for the warrant.
The unredacted affidavit is obligated to be supplied so that it can be determined if the search warrant was legally valid and predicated. General search warrants are not legally permitted. The warrant must specify what is being searched and why. The DOJ is fighting against this affidavit release. The Trump lawyers are asking the judge to make a decision.
The West Simply Wants War With Russia

If you dare suggest peace, you suddenly are painted as a Putin Supporter. The West simply wants war and this is really about Climate Change. Even the propaganda pretending this is all Putin and if somehow he was removed, the world would be better is utter nonsense. We may see the reality of that come April/May 2023. The West is perfectly fine with sacrificing the Ukrainian people for their agenda. They are just collateral damage that they are willing to sacrifice until the last Ukrainian dies.
There are people who know Russia as I do. The press will not air their views or question the narrative they have been instructed to push because it goes against their desired agenda. Former Commander of US Army General Ben Hodges admitted that Putin’s successor will be “much worse.” Hodges said. “We see the North Caucasus and (Chechen leader Ramzan) Kadyrov, who is anticipating Russia’s possible collapse and is trying to protect himself somehow. I absolutely don’t call for regime change in Russia – this is the choice for the Russian people to make, but we must understand that whoever comes after Putin will be much worse.”
What the Western news is presenting is worse than propaganda – it is a deliberate lie. The West is really waging war for Climate Change. This is why not a single Western leader is calling for any peace or negotiation. My mentor in geopolitical analysis has been Henry Kissinger. Henry has publicly stated that EVERY president has always invited him to the White House but not Biden.
On the other side of the world, the US has been supplying military equipment to Taiwan since 1979 under the Taiwan Relations Act. Before Biden, the US has agreed to acknowledge the One China policy that states Taiwan is under Chinese rule. “A direct confrontation should be avoided and Taiwan cannot be the core of the negotiations because it is between China and the United States,” Kissinger stated, going as far as to say neutrality is crucial to “overall peace.”
In pledging to defend Taiwan from any Chinese attack, the president has made war with China much more likely. He has openly reverse policy with China since the days of Nixon. The Climate Change people in his administration driven by the insane Progressive Green Movement, has done everything possible to create World War III with no regard for humanity because the planet takes top priority. I suppose a bunch of nukes flying around is good for the planet if it removes more of we – the new plague of vermin.

COMMENT #1: The “Dutch Farming Crisis” crack-down in Netherlands says it all.
As a former UK citizen repatriated to The Netherlands, life in Holland has been ideal, plenty on the super market shelves with a strong export market of food to rest of Europe.
Food growing science at it’s finest. Economical, productive and effective for all.
The recent crack down on farmers to curb use of Nitrogen base fertilizer (Nitrogen being the most abundant gas on the planet!!!) has come as an unexpected and unjustified shock, to Netherlands and the good of all. Within the time frame of one year, we have gone from a land of plenty to a land of maybe. Not wasting one once of food, meanwhile stocking up on goods in case the supplies are no longer there tomorrow. It’s not how I envisioned bringing up my two boys, but reflects strongly on the tales my parents told me of their experiences surviving the second world war.
Klaus and his rotten army have done what they set out to do. To bear hardship on the population.
But my parents survived and lived to see a better world, I too strive to follow in their footsteps.
PS. incidentally, Ammonia is a by-product of burning water as a fuel.

Your article about the Dutch farmers is all true. But this story goes deeper. Is not about them stopping theirs farms because of these insane climate policies. All eyes are on the farmers while the big industries and airports aren’t even part of the discussion.
All this of course knowing that nitrogen is just another fake crisis.
What they really want is the land of the farmers. They claim they need it to build houses. There is an enormous shortage of affordable houses. Partly because these insane politicians claim houses can’t be build because of the nitrogen problems. All the while the same politicians are welcoming ten of thousands of refugees and immigrants. This while our own young people can’t even get or afford a house.
So in the end the farmers need to be removed of their company and property because our corrupt leaders are flooding our country with immigrants. Immigrants that are here because of the free money. They don’t share our values, they don’t want to work. They just want their free lunch.
It’s all part of their Great Reset.

REPLY: I have spoken with scientists in the field and this entire agenda is just so outrageous. I suppose this is our fault for electing people with ZERO experience to public office who just real the cue cards that are written for them. This only adds to the chaos our computer projected for 2023 which we first published back in 2019. I an stunned myself to witness how everything is unfolding as our computer forecast well in advance.
I have said before, I had the mandate from Hong King to negotiate with Australia to try to buy land for them to move before the hand-over back to China in 1998. I met with former Prime Minister Paul Keating. Nothing I proposed was acceptable. I finally asked – Is this racist? He said no! They are fleeing communism and would vote conservative. He was the Labour Government. Australia would not let Hong Kong move because it would have changed their politics.
All of this overwhelming hoard of refugees into Europe and what Biden is doing in the United States, is all about trying to shift the balance of power to the left assuming all of these people who have nothing will vote for them and shake ever last penny from those who have made our countries what they are today.
Between the Climate Change nonsense and this mass invasion of the have-nots, they are destroying our very way of life all to simply retain power.
