His accusations would be downright laughable were it not for the fact that it is the Democrats who are trying to compromise “the integrity of the election”.

It is Obama’s wife, Michelle, who through her initiative ‘When We All Vote’ who is masterminding the universal Mail-In Vote for Election 2020—under the phony cover of being “non-partisan”.

“Obama, responding to those remarks, accused Republicans of having tried for years “to discourage people’s votes from counting in all kinds of ways,” like voter identification laws and gerrymandering, but said Trump’s threats were “unique to modern history.”

This from an ex-president, who along with his protege Hillary Clinton, defiantly refuses to believe the result of the 2016 election that saw Donald Trump elected as president with 63-million votes!

“What we’ve never seen before is a president say, ‘I’m going to try to actively kneecap the Postal Service to encourage voting, and I will be explicit about the reason I’m doing it,’” Obama said of Trump, who has pushed for in-person voting.

“That’s sort of unheard of, right? And we also have not had an election in the midst of a pandemic that is still deadly and killing a lot of people.”

Obama and his surrogates are counting on people being too afraid of catching the pandemic to come out to the polls and vote in person.

“Despite the risks involved, there appears to have been little public discussion about simply postponing the election that year.”

Back to Obama:

“So in that circumstance, the thing I’m most worried about is … how do we protect the integrity of the election process? How do we make sure that people’s votes are counted? How do we police and monitor how state officials are setting up polling places and ensuring that every vote is counted?” he continued. (NBC)

“Trump has so far resisted congressional Democrats’ efforts to add billions of dollars to the Postal Service budget to help fund the extra work needed to process more voting by mail as a result of the coronavirus pandemic — although he later suggested he would not veto such funding if it were part of the next coronavirus relief package.

“Trump has repeatedly claimed that mail-in voting, used in the United States since the Civil War, invites fraud. There’s no evidence of widespread voter fraud in the United States, according to numerous investigations and studies.

Meanwhile, the truth is that Obama, who meddled in the 2016 election but lost, is now meddling in the 2020 election to try to return the Democrats to power.

Ican’t think of a more important time in the history of our Constitutional Republic than now. In this election year, the political Left is trying to sell their party on fixing problems they helped create, while President Trump is fighting to continue the existence of the United States of America as we know it. That is no overstatement. We are living a seesaw with weight being amassed on the Left from forces both foreign and domestic. The Right is beginning to awaken, running to add their weight on the side of freedom. Trump, in the meantime, is doing his best to hold it together, preventing the disintegration, quelling the voices of treason. He needs our help.

When Rep. Gohmert (R-TX) introduced a resolution several weeks ago to ban the Democrat Party for their historical support of slavery, racism, and hatred, he did not go nearly far enough. This same Party, this disloyal opposition, is now working feverishly to destabilize our country in order to hand it over to globalists through the promoting of rioting and violence. They’re using questionable and overblown race issues, an irrational fear of COVID-19, and angst over climate change they say, if left without remedy, will end the world. The fact that they are working hand in hand with foreign entities toward that goal is the very definition of treason. They indeed deserve nothing less than dissolution.

We know COVID-19 is real. The question is whether it was manufactured or natural. Its suspiciously timed release immediately after the failed Trump impeachment, the controls, the questionable and confusing remedies, the lock-downs, the suicides, the deaths, both genuine and those marked as Covid related in spite of the actual cause. We also have the unnecessary deaths of thousands of the elderly, the millions of failed businesses, the 16,000+ prisoners released on the public, the suspension of Trump rallies. All have taken a mighty toll. And in an election year, how convenient. In spite of the thousands of doctors and nurses speaking out against the over-reaction to this minor pandemic, and the unreasonable and skeptical resistance to inexpensive medicines, this world swamp is well on its way to destroying the lives of millions of Americans, and their ability to feed, clothe and shelter themselves and their families. The nonchalance of these lawless individuals show no consideration of what they have unleashed on the American public. It is a price they have decided the public must pay for their vision of the ‘common good’.

The rioting, violent deaths, looting, and destruction of public and private property have long since overshadowed any concern about the memory of George Floyd. Along with the COVID-19 pandemic they are the two horsemen of the Apocalypse. Both riders are cultivating anarchy upon the world, funded by globalists, toward a point in the next few months where they believe people will demand order at any price. And the price will be steep…less freedom, less prosperity, more government! These are traitors and international criminals of the highest order.

President Trump established his contempt for these despots and their sycophants in Davos at the meeting of the World Economic Forum in January. He established himself as an enemy of their socialist autocratic vision of the world. Trump told the Davos gang in no uncertain terms that the United States will not be playing along in their desire to diminish our country to pay for the hundreds of years of self-inflicted despotic rulers of so many wretched countries with yet another group of despots.

Not two days after president Trump told Davos where to stick it, the former Nazi George Soros said it all…“The 2020 election will determine the fate of the whole world.” A month after Trump’s Davos speech the Vatican, through Jeffrey Sachs (a socialist, Vatican, and Bernie Sanders advisor) said of the United States “…it is a dangerous country right now and will continue to be a dangerous country if Trump wins reelection.”

Davos is hoping for good news to digest at their next meeting in January, 2021…that President Trump will no longer be president and the United States will be delivered to them. I am not the first, and certainly I hope not the last, to make the clarion call that we, as a nation, are in a critical place.

And so here we are, make your choice. Do we take a turn on the road to a dark place paved by traitors and foreign autocrats where your decisions are no longer yours to make, or do we continue our trek back to the greatest economy in the strongest country the world has ever known. If patriots have anything to say, and they will, the United States will stand as a beacon of hope for the rest of the world to emulate. President Trump was right; the future does not belong to globalists, but to patriots.

More and more Americans are being forced out of denial to face the reality that their country is on verge of being lost, with the barbarians not only inside the gates, but driving policy for the rest of us.  When Democrat mayor after mayor bends to the demands of Black Lives Matter (BLM) to defund their police in the aftermath of violent protests, property destruction and looting, locals freak out knowing that bad actors will be emboldened and violence will escalate. BLM doesn’t even try to hide that its leaders are Marxists and that it has effectively become a paramilitary wing of the Democrat Party.  BLM has received millions of dollars through the Act Blue online fundraising interface, the same portal used by the Democrat Party.

An America that has been demoralized from poisonous seeds planted for decades starting 50 and 60-plus years ago by cultural Marxists

So how is it that almost every week there are dozens of black-on-black murders in American cities with little or no media attention, but the death of one black man, George Floyd, by a white cop in Minneapolis causes half a million people to protest in nearly 550 cities in nearly every state within 48 hours? According to the data science firm, Civis Analytics, between 15 and 25 million people in the United States participated in protests associated with BLM in the aftermath of George Floyd’s death. How is such a phenomena possible?

It is the result of an America that has been demoralized from poisonous seeds planted for decades starting 50 and 60-plus years ago by cultural Marxists, whose main roots trace back to the Institute of Social Research at Frankfurt University in Germany.  When Hitler came to power in 1933, the key leaders and members of the “Frankfurt School,” such as Herbert Marcuse, Eric Fromm, Theodor Adorno, Max Horkeimer, and Wilhelm Reich fled and came to the United States, where they worked themselves into professorships and influence at various elite universities such as Berkeley, Columbia, and Princeton.

While the Frankfurt School was neo-Marxist, it was more interested in breaking down civilization through attitudinal and cultural change than in redistributing wealth. They incorporated Marxist class theory into sociology and psychology and assimilated Freud’s theories on sexuality. Thus, Marx’s dialectical theory of perpetual conflict was joined to Freud’s neurotic ideas, creating a sort of Freudian-Marxism. Their stated goal was a total transformation of society by smashing traditional norms such as monogamous relations and the traditional family—accomplished by legitimizing unhinged sexual permissiveness with no cultural or religious restraint.

Saul Alinsky, Herbert Marcuse and others from the Frankfurt School were all well-read in the cultural Marxist theories of Italian Communist Party member Antonio Gramsci, the most important Marxist theoretician of the 20th century, who authored the Prison Notebooks.  For them, the take-down of America would be best facilitated through cultural transformation by way of gradual demoralization of the population and subversion of the system through infiltration rather than through confrontation and revolutionary militancy. According to Marcuse, “the long march through the institutions” meant, “working against the established institutions while working in them.”

So the answer to the aforementioned question as to how the death of one black by the chokehold of one white cop could turn America upside down is that the demoralization of America through cultural Marxism had already been accomplished.  Since the 1960s two generations have been conditioned psychologically and culturally in neo-Marxist themes of class, gender and race conflict, white guilt, white supremacy, the devaluation of human life, and the alleged immoral basis of the founding of the United States. These themes have been subliminally promoted in K-12 public schools and universities, the media and Hollywood for the last forty odd years. So when the Covid-19 shutdown hit, heightening unrest and adding to the numbers who could take to the streets because of the explosion of people out of work and forced into unnatural “sheltering.in place,” it was the perfect storm.

The second reason America’s survival is at greater risk today than it was in prior tumultuous times like the 1960s is that there are far more leftists in local, city, state, and national government than ever before. Starting in the 70s and 80s more than half a dozen training programs and think tanks were established to help radicals succeed in community organizing and in local and state politics—the most notable being the Conference on Alternative State and Local Policies (CASLP), a spin-off from the then Marxist Institute for Policy Studies located in Washington, D.C. CASLP provided instruction and model legislation to help leftists get elected and govern as city council members, commissioners and mayors.

Barack Obama was trained in community organizing at the Industrial Areas Foundation that was founded by Saul Alinsky in Chicago. Hillary Rodham (who later married Bill Clinton) was also quite taken with Alinsky, having interviewed him twice during the course of writing her senior thesis on Alinsky methods at Wellesley College in 1969.

The offspring of the 1960s generation—the so-called Generation X and the Millennial age groups have been so repeatedly exposed to cultural Marxism and false historic narratives that many are alienated from the U.S. and brainwashed beyond moral relativism into thinking that they can create their own truth and reality. For them, socialism sounds and feels appealing, and the facts about socialism resulting in misery, repression, poverty and death in every country in which it has been adopted are just an alternate reality that can be dismissed. They call this state of mind being “woke”—which provides an ultimate virtue signaling status.  But for most, being woke has come about not by reason and critical thought but by a combination of being coddled, brainwashed and living in an echo chamber that has bred intolerance and moral arrogance—a powerful combination upon which Satan himself could hardly improve.

Violence and destruction of property are also part of wokeness, especially if and when they can be spun into defunding the police—a phenomena now embraced to a greater or lesser degree in Minneapolis, New York City, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Atlanta, Detroit, Chicago, Seattle, Portland and Los Angeles. And this being an election year, Democrat mayors are apparently willing to sacrifice their cities to violence and destruction while some governors are willing sacrifice their state’s small business constituents to economic shutdown and bankruptcy in order to achieve the political end of defeating Donald Trump.

None of this makes sense to the vast majority of Americans with common sense and the normalcy bias that prompts them to think of the present and future being connected to the past. The barbarians are not only inside the gates, but they are being enabled by woke Democrats who now run the cities and states.

The survival of the American republic requires not only a reasonably informed electorate, but also one that appreciates the relative merit of the nation’s heritage. What obliterates the woke narrative is the simple truth that the constitutional American republic with its rights and obligations under law, the free market economy together with common sense and traditional values have driven more creativity and prosperity than any other system in human history.

President Trump appreciates that heritage and wants to build on it. Joe Biden and the Democrat Party have embraced the woke agenda and the social media cancel culture, and have accepted the visible toppling and removal of America’s historic statues and monuments and the expungement of virtue from its history in order to remake and transform the nation.  The choice in the November elections could not be more clear cut and the consequences more profound.

What everyone needs to remember is that people who want to tear down America and who were comfortable with the perpetration of the highest crime against America of orchestrating a coup to abrogate the peoples’ vote will surely exploit the Covid-19 pandemic to engage in lesser crimes of myriad election fraud schemes to defeat Trump. To overcome that, patriots need to double and triple their efforts to mobilize a land-slide voter turn-out of like-minded people.

President Donald Trump is quietly turning a stinging defeat at the Supreme Court over an illegal amnesty for hundreds of thousands of young illegal aliens into what could end up being a victory for the Constitution and the rule of law.

The Supreme Court, of course, has no authority to tell the president of the United States that he cannot rescind an illegal executive amnesty ordered by his predecessor in the same manner it was instituted.

Normally, presidents of both parties rush to raise their arms in surrender whenever the black-robed life-tenured politicians on the high court demand it.

After the chief justice of the day overreached in Jackson’s opinion, the 7th president allegedly uttered the following immortal words: “John Marshall has made his decision, now let him enforce it.”

Now the Trump administration is taking heat over its failure to immediately resume processing of illegal aliens under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program after the Supreme Court, headed by the ever-weaselly John Roberts, found in a particularly bizarre ruling June 18 that it failed to properly rescind the Obama-era program that was created with the mere stroke of a pen.

Maryland-based U.S. District Judge Paul Grimm, an Obama appointee, criticized the Trump administration July 24 for not yet complying with the high court’s order, including not yet updating informational pages on government websites.

“That is a problem,” Grimm said. “As for the inaccuracy on the website, that has to change and that should be able to change very quickly. … It creates a feeling and a belief that the agency is disregarding binding decisions by appellate and the Supreme Court.”

U.S. Department of Justice lawyer Stephen Pezzi told Grimm that new DACA applications were being “held” and “placed into a bucket” while DHS officials figured out what to do with the program.

“It is a distinction without a difference to say that this application has not been denied, it has been received and it has been put in a bucket,” the judge said.

The Trump administration is sending out mixed messages and “that puts applicants in doubt,” whined John Freedman, attorney for the DACA recipients.

“It puts immigration lawyers in doubt. Nobody knows what’s going on,” Freedman said. “It reinforces impressions that … the administration, the defendants are not complying with the rule of law.”

But Freedman has it backwards.

The federal judiciary, not President Trump, is violating the law, commentator Daniel Horowitz argues.

“The courts are defying the law, the Constitution, and 130 years of their own settled case law that illegal aliens have no standing to sue for a right to remain in the country against the will of the political branches of government. It is they who are defying the law. Moreover, as Hamilton noted in Federalist #78, the courts ‘must ultimately depend upon the aid of the executive arm for the efficacy of its judgments.’ Thus, Trump declining to actively use his powers to violate immigration laws duly passed by Congress is not defying the courts; it’s following the law being defied by the judiciary.”

“You see,” Horowitz writes, “this case is different from almost every case that comes before the courts.”

“Typically, the courts will invent a contrived right and demand that the other branches take an action they need not take. In this case, the court is jumping two steps by demanding Trump not only refrain from deporting illegal aliens, but affirmatively use the tools of government to grant resident documents to people whom our law explicitly prohibits from having them. [italics original]

“If separation of powers means anything at all and we are to preserve a country of checks and balances, Trump must not issue these visas.”

Horowitz has it exactly right: not processing DACA applications has the effect of upholding the rule of law, as opposed to upholding the perverse version of the rule of law proffered by Chief Justice John Roberts and the other four liberals on the Supreme Court.

Trump’s patriotic stalling buys him time to decide what to do about the much-mythologized 700,000 to 800,000 individuals eligible under the DACA program.

These people are a subset of about 4 million “DREAMers,” many of whom failed to apply for relief under DACA, but who could qualify under a further amnesty were one to be granted. Law-abiding Americans, including Trump’s political base, are adamantly opposed to the lawless program and amnesties in general.

The current dispute between the open-borders left and Trump grows out of the Supreme Court’s 5-4 ruling earlier this summer in Department of Homeland Security (DHS) v. Regents of the University of California that the administration did not follow every jot and tittle of the Administrative Procedure Act (APA), when it rescinded the program that temporarily prevented young people who came to the United States illegally from being deported.

The APA requires the government to fully explain the reasons for certain decisions, though few before the infamous ruling believed it applied to Barack Obama’s kingly fiats.

“The dispute before the Court is not whether DHS may rescind DACA. All parties agree that it may. The dispute is instead primarily about the procedure the agency followed in doing so,” wrote Chief Justice Roberts, who has been deservedly ridiculed by conservatives for this and a series of grotesquely absurd recent rulings.

“The appropriate recourse is therefore to remand to DHS, so that it may consider the problem anew.”

The court, under pressure from the illegal-alien left, invented an elaborate excuse to keep the program in place, reasoning in effect that because the decision to rescind DACA affects many people and would disrupt the lives that these illegal aliens have unlawfully been living in the U.S., the cancelation of the program needed to be stopped.

Conservative Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch, and Brett Kavanaugh wisely dissented from the main finding in the majority opinion.

“Today’s decision must be recognized for what it is: an effort to avoid a politically controversial but legally correct decision,” Thomas wrote.

Thomas accused the members of the court’s majority of creating their own extra-legal solution to the DACA problem out of whole cloth.

“The Court could have made clear that the solution respondents seek must come from the Legislative Branch. Instead, the majority has decided to prolong DHS’ initial overreach by providing a stopgap measure of its own. In doing so, it has given the green light for future political battles to be fought in this Court rather than where they rightfully belong—the political branches. Such timidity forsakes the Court’s duty to apply the law according to neutral principles, and the ripple effects of the majority’s error will be felt throughout our system of self-government.”

If President Trump continues to work to counteract those ripple effects, America will be better off.
