The group Proud Boys who are conservative also ignored COVID-19 restrictions to show their support for these draconian lockdowns. The protests against Cuomo are starting to show resistance. Governor Cuomo’s unconstitutional grip around New York City has tried to crush the people and the economy. Cuomo is destroying their fundamental rights. With no arrest warrant, NYC Sheriff’s officers arrested Mac’s Public House owner Danny Presti for attempting to operate his business and feed his family.

Comrades, a shop owner in North Carolina has been given a citation by local COVID Compliance Authorities for non-compliant signage in their store allowing previously free-range citizens to enter the establishment without masks.

If the promotion of respiratory freedom, by free and independent citizens in a private commercial building, is now a violation of the COVID regulations; well, how long before that intrusive citation applies inside your private residence.  Think about it…

WENDELL, N.C. — A North Carolina store owner has been cited for encouraging customers NOT to wear masks in her store. Police said the signs violate Gov. Roy Cooper’s mask-wearing order, which was imposed to preserve public health during the coronavirus pandemic.

Wendell General Store owner Regina Harmon was cited Wednesday with one count of aiding and abetting the violation of an executive order, news outlets reported.

Wendell police received a complaint that Harmon’s store posted signs stating: “Masks not required, exceptions to every rule” and “We request that you not wear a face covering, for the safety of our customers and staff.”

Wendell Police Chief Bill Carter said officers investigated and cited Harmon after consulting with the Wake County District Attorney’s Office. (link)

The Wendell General Store has a website [SEE HERE] it is a good thing to stand with them and express your support.  Letting people know they are not alone is a very critical component to overwhelming the authoritarian state.   Support and fellowship is key.

Many people talk of a foreboding sense. A sense that something is very close to erupting on the surface.  I believe, and have said for months, the eruption will come as a result of overreach by control authority in reference to COVID dictates.  We are very close.

The power of government comes from the people; or as we say in the U.S. “from the consent of the governed.”  When the people lead, the politicians are forced to follow.

Without implied consent the municipal or state government has no power.  None.

As a result, the nonsense ends when the majority of We The People no longer give our consent.

How do We The People retract our consent? We simply refuse to comply.

When the majority of people simply refuse to comply with unilateral dictates, and laugh in the faces of those who attempt to enforce them, the government no longer has power.

If one person refuses to comply, the government or control authority can, and likely will, intervene. However, if tens of thousands rebuke these unconstitutional decrees, there isn’t a damn thing govt can  do to stop it… and they know it.  A non-compliant snowball becomes an unstoppable freedom avalanche.

Local, regional and state officials know they can control the behavior of an individual. If one barber shop opens, the owner becomes a target. However, those officials also know they cannot control the behavior of the majority. If every barber shop and beauty salon in town opens… there is absolutely nothing the government can do about it.

If one restaurant and/or bar opens, the state can target the owner. But if every bar and restaurant in town opens; and if everyone ignores and dispatches the silly dictates of the local, regional or state officials; there isn’t a damned thing they can do about it.

The power of the local, regional or state authority comes from the expressed consent of the people. As soon as the majority of people in that municipality deny that consent, those officials and state authoritarians lose all of their power.

Yes, it really is that simple.

They want you to think otherwise, but it is not true.  If WE THE PEOPLE demand freedom and stand together the control authority is useless.

Those who construct the systems of control need to weaponize fear.  Fear of arrest; fear of losing a business; fear of losing liberty or financial security.  Local, regional and state officials rely on fear.  As soon as the people are no longer fearful, the control ends.

The overwhelming majority of dictates around COVID-19 mitigation are not laws. There was no debate; no input from representative government; and no option for the public to weigh-in on the decisions.

All unilateral rules are arbitrary, and despite many proclamations to the contrary, they rely upon voluntary compliance.  As soon as citizens no longer voluntarily comply, the term of the rules has expired.  If masks are so effective then why didn’t government give masks to prisoners, instead of releasing the inmates?

Liberty is inherent.

The removal of liberty requires consent.

Last week the United States Supreme Court granted injunction requests from the Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn and two Orthodox Jewish synagogues to block New York’s coronavirus-related attendance limits on worship services. Today the Supreme Court ordered a federal district court [link] to take a second look at a California church’s challenge to state restrictions on indoor worship services.

The Supreme Court is currently the only institution holding the thin and frayed constitutional line…

NOW HEAR THIS GEORGIA VOTERS – You are currently wide-eyed to the reality that republicans are often, perhaps always, no better than the other wing of the same uniparty bird in DC. The establishment GOP is indeed an enemy to our republic.

HOWEVER, the U.S. Senate is the only institution right now that can block the destruction of the Supreme Court. The power to consent and confirm lies in the Senate.

As much as there is righteous anger pointed toward the republican party establishment for their duplicitous and Machiavellian construct, YOU MUST get out and vote for the republican senators in the run-off election, because if you don’t the leftist hoard will overwhelm the battlements of SCOTUS.

Think strategically. Act purposefully. Hold The Senate !

Stunning CCTV video footage of State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, shows that after poll monitors and media were told counting was done, four workers stayed behind to count mystery ballots. In the video the workers are seen pulling out suitcases containing ballots from underneath a table set up to hide their appearance.

The video evidence from Fulton County was played before the Georgia Senate Oversight Committee, members of the Press, and President Trump’s legal team.

CALIFORNIA – All residents within the city of Los Angeles should continue to remain in their homes and follow the city’s “safer-at-home” order, which mirrors guidance from L.A. County, according to the mayor’s office.

A public order posted on the mayor’s website Wednesday detailed many of the restrictions.  People may lawfully leave their residences only to engage in defined essential activities.

Those experiencing homelessness are exempt from the requirement to stay inside.

Failure to comply with the new health order will constitute a misdemeanor subject to fines and imprisonment, according to the document. The mayor urged the Los Angeles Police Department and the city attorney to “vigorously enforce this.” (read more)

Please report subversives to the LA Ministry of COVID Compliance, so they may be blocked from the benefits of the new union; and re-educated with enhanced support.

“Is It A “Barr-trayal?”

If Attorney General Bill Barr says he can’t see any evidence of election fraud, then he’s not looking. Justice may be blind, but Barr is wearing blinders.

He needs to take off his Deep State Swamp-colored glasses and start prosecuting those behind the fraud.

That might not happen. I’m worried he will do what he’s been doing with the Russia collusion coup attempt by Deep State traitors. That is, mostly nothing. He’s been foot dragging and marking time until Trump’s term expires. The round man failed to put anyone behind bars.

There is sworn testimony and affidavits confirming election wrong doing. The Dominion computers have been hacked, stripped, and invaded by communist China. Counterfeit ballots on pallets. Dead people have voted. Mailed-in fraudulent ballots were rampant. Trump votes were tossed out and Biden votes were counted a half dozen times extra. Late ballots that appeared out of nowhere were back dated. The fraud goes on and on—especially in the swing states.

Barr is a former CIA associate and Attorney General for George H.W. Bush. He’s a Deep State man. Why Trump chose him baffled me. Now he’s showing his true swamp colors. CNN and the rest of the lying media were celebrating.

Way to go, Bill.
