Hollande Objects to Any Special Deal for Britain to Stay in EU

Sometimes you really have to ask: Is French President Francois Hollande simply clueless? At a European Union summit, Hollande said he opposes Britain’s demands for special treatment for its financial markets as a way to keep Britain in the bloc. Hollande has bluntly said that Britain cannot veto what happens in the Eurozone. Hollande’s socialist agenda will never yield. He is so out of touch with reality. If Britain remains in the EU, it will be the end of the financial markets in Britain. You definitely want to get your money out before you cannot. There is little doubt that Hollande will outlaw shorts, and that will destroy liquidity. This may be the final straw that diverts the financial capital of the world to Asia

The president of the German secret service, Hans-Georg Maassen, has come out and warned that the uncontrolled immigration has created a serious safety risk to Germany because the authorities no longer know who is in the country. If people think U.S. politics are going in the gutter, look at Germany where politicians have created a clash between polarized left and right-wing extremism. Maassen warned that an Islamist or right-wing attack in Germany could lead to an explosion of social unrest. Maassen has virtually shown that Merkel’s decisions have placed Germany at serious risk, but has also fueled the movement to end the Eurozone.
Merkel’s decision happened at the worst possible timing. As the European economy turns down further, the cost of the refugees will send taxes even higher. The civil unrest our model has been predicting is on schedule. It is linked to the economy and when that turns down, this cycle will turn up.

The Republicans have declared war on Trump simply because they fear any outsider will cut them off from rolling in the perks. They have attacked Trump personally demonstrating that they are brain dead. This is no more about Trump as an individual, it is simply ignoring why the people have voted for him to start with – they have had enough of career politicians. Today was crossing the Rubicon. There is no returning. What if Trump wins? The confrontation with Congress would be unbelievable. They should have listened to the people instead of rejecting their message regardless of who Trump is or is not.
The establishment has many ways to ensure they keep control of government. They can suppress Trump, but in the process, they will expose how corrupt they truly are. The Bankers own both the Democrats and Republicans. They will steal the election one way or another by rigging the counts, brokering the convention, or playing games with the electoral college. The likelihood of this ending nicely does not exist. Our models not merely warned of this for 2016, but they were pointing to the same impact coming in Congress. By the time we get to 2018, this is not going to resemble anything we thought once existed. So today, the Republican Party signed their own death warrant. They are no more “conservative” than Trump or Hillary, and they prefer Hillary to Trump any day. Trump is Ross Perot 2.0. Come 2018, that will be more of the same.

In my opinion what Trump should do is remind the RNC that they need to Honor there agreement they have with him; since it appears to be sponsoring others to take him out. If this is not the case then they should remind people like Romney that what the just did is uncalled for. If he thinks he can do better than Trump then he should get in the primaries and battle it out out with the ones actually running.

Apple Wins Against FBI in Drug Case

The government is demanding Apple to create a program to hack phones under the excuse of “terrorism” as a threat to national security. The FBI in New York ordered Apple to unlock the phone of a local drug dealer, but Apple refused. On Monday, a federal magistrate judge in New York said no. Magistrate Judge James Orenstein denied the FBI’s request as part of the criminal case against Jun Feng, who had already pleaded guilty in October to drug charges. The FBI’s request as part of a drug case clearly shows what they are up to. The government wants to eliminate all encryption for anyone suspected of any crime, which would include taxes.
Apple is correct. There will be no end in sight if they create hacking software for the government. Once you establish a precedent, then they will apply it to every type of crime right down to just “investigating” if you owe taxes. There need not be any charges. All they would need to do is claim in court that they “suspect” there is a crime. That is how the system works.
In my own case, the government demanded I turn over all the tapes I had on the market manipulations by the New York banks. The excuse? Perhaps they might lead to missing assets. The bank later pleaded guilty and returned the “missing assets.” Of course, they never prosecute the banks in New York. They will say anything to get whatever it is they want, but they will NEVER say the truth. Apple is defending a major issue here and our freedom depends on it. This is NOT about a single phone in a terrorist case. They will expand this precedent to everything.
