ANSWER: I have been warning from the outset that cryptocurrency is by no means something that is remotely close to what the marketing was all about. It is not a safe alternative to the dollar, central banks, or anything else. It has been subject to confiscation as in the latest $1 billion seizure.
The U.S. government seized an unprecedented $1 billion worth of bitcoin linked to Silk Road, which the government alleges was run by Ross Ulbricht, who is now serving life in prison after being convicted of running the operation. The “Justice” Department said it was the largest seizure of cryptocurrency in the history of the agency. The London-based blockchain analysis firm Elliptic claimed it picked up on the massive movement of bitcoin instigated by the DOJ. The company reported 69,369 bitcoins — worth about $1 billion — had been moved out of a bitcoin wallet, which had the fourth-highest balance of any in the world.
As I have stressed, Bitcoin is an extremely trackable method of exchange. It offers no real security that the market people have claimed. The U.S. was able to track down those funds through a unit within the IRS that specializes in tracing virtual currency transactions. The IRS agents were able to identify 54 new bitcoin transactions executed by the Silk Road, which appear to be the proceeds of some of that illegal activity. The agency was then able to trace that money to a specific bitcoin address that appeared to have hacked the bitcoin funds from the Silk Road. In a federal court, they do not even need to trace every bitcoin. They trace a small sample and then claim everything is a fraud.
You will find countries outlawing cryptocurrencies and then in the final straw, they will most likely seize everything and then put it into whatever digital currency the government has created at whatever exchange rates they decide which may even be a discount to whatever the fair market value may be. There will be no recourse. Even when Roosevelt confiscated gold, private contracts that required payment in gold were all nullified. That went to the Supreme Court arguing the President could not alter private contracts.
In PERRY v. UNITED STATES, 294 U.S. 330 (1935), the case was of extraordinary economic, political, and legal importance. The government’s outstanding obligations were substantial. The Treasury calculated that the difference between paying in gold and paying in deflated dollars was worth over $50 billion dollars to the government, and the attorney general warned the justices of the U.S. Supreme Court that there would be economic “chaos” were the government to lose the case.
They can do whatever they like. The court held being paid in dollars rather than gold was no loss.
The allegations of fraud are coming in from so many sectors concerning particularly Pennsylvania and Michigan. The Postal Worker who the Democrats claimed recanted his allegations of ballot tampering at the Post Office has provoked the worker to come out and deny that as just another lie.
“I am right at this very moment looking at an article written by the Washington Post. It says that I fabricated the allegations of ballot tampering,” Mr. Hopkins said in a video posted on Twitter. “I am here to say that I did not recant my statements. That did not happen. That is not what happened.”
There is no question the election fraud has taken place. It is statistically impossible for piles of votes to appear only for Biden. The Pennsylvania lawsuit claims that 21,000 dead people voted. While there are claims that Soros linked voting machines were used by key states, I have been unable to verify this allegation. Florida’s voting machines have become the model for the nation after the last debacle. But they did require a ballpoint pen and not a sharpie which was correctly handed out in Florida.
However, in Pennsylvania, which is resisting any recount, has not only allowed untold dead people to swing the state from Trump to Biden, but it has also now surfaced that more than 20,000 absentee ballots in Pennsylvania have impossible return dates and another more than 80,000 have return dates that raise questions, according to a researcher’s analysis of the state’s voter database. Some of the return dates precedewhen they were even sent out.
Meanwhile in Michigan where it has become your civic duty to keep voting long after you are dead, has devolved into a real unbelievable mess. The Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel sent a Cease and Desist Order to Journalist Demanding he erase his #DetroitLeaksVideo Showing Voter Fraud Training — OR FACE CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. YouTube naturally removed it.
Georgia’s secretary of state announced a ‘full, by-hand’ recount of presidential election vote will take place. Meanwhile, the Trump campaign has now found dead people voting also in Georgia. Then there are people alleging that over 500,000 votes were switched from Trump to Biden by software that others are claiming they have verified.
This is no longer simply Trump v Biden. There are so many frauds coming from every different source that even if one is true, the election has been stolen. But it really does not matter for w if all the allegations prove correct, the Democrats will never accept that and we will probably end in civil war either way. Many will not stand by and allow the Democrats to alter the country with a 50.5% popular vote. This is turning into a grudge match that will not end nicely.
Pennsylvania is often at the top of the list of voter fraud in the country. This is not a small number of ballots. Pennsylvania is violating EVERYONE’S civil rights and there should be a major class-action suit filed ASAP. We all now have a right to file a class-action lawsuit under 18 USC 241 for Pennsylvania and Michigan have violated the civil rights of everyone in the country.
Section 241 has been an important statutory tool in election crime prosecutions. It has long been held to apply only to schemes to corrupt elections for federal office. It has been applied to stuffing a ballot box with forged ballots, United States v. Saylor, 322 U.S. 385 (1944); United States v. Mosley, 238 U.S. 383 (1915) as well as preventing the official count of ballots in primary elections, United States v. Classic, 313 U.S. 299 (1941), which may come in handy in this election. This means private suites can be filed claiming that interfering with the ballots is a civil rights violation to all in the country.
Destroying voter registration applications is also applicable (United States v. Haynes, Nos. 91-5979, 91-6076, 1992 WL 296782, at *1 (6th Cir. Oct. 15, 1992)), as well as destroying ballots (United States v. Townsley, 843 F.2d 1070, 1073–75 (8th Cir. 1988)).
Anyone who exploits the infirmities of elderly or handicapped people by casting absentee ballots in their names is also a violation of civil rights, United States v. Morado, 454 F.2d 167, 171 (5th Cir. 1972), just as anyone who illegally register voters and cast absentee ballots in their names, United States v. Weston, 417 F.2d 181, 182–85 (4th Cir. 1969).
Anyone who threatens injury, threaten, or intimidate a voter in the exercise of his right to vote is also a serious actionable issue under this statute, Fields v. United States, 228 F.2d 544 (4th Cir. 1955). This even extends to someone who impersonates qualified voters, Crolich v. United States, 196 F.2d 879, 879 (5th Cir. 1952).
Even after the previous election, Hillary tried to bring down the Trump Administration. It was her dream to be the first woman president. The hostility is simply ongoing. Never before was the nation this divided since the Civil War. When the South Won, they tried calling their slaves “apprentices” and they were still beholding to their “master” using terminology to try to retain the system. The House Democrats are blaming each other for losing seats to the Republicans. Then we have Governor Cuomo of New York advocating that Biden just take control now, which would be a revolution. Trump of his powers NOW! These people do not even want to wait until January for they are fearing any investigation whatsoever.

REPLY #2: Viruses will always mutate which is why the flu shot is different every year. The question really is very clear. The common cold is a Coronavirus. Is this really a mutation of this virus that appears to have been manufactured in a lab or is it something completely different? QUESTION #3: Hi Marty, I’ve been reading a lot of climate studies lately, and as someone who has generally trusted the scientific consensus, I was quite surprised to find how unscientific the anthropogenic theory is. It seems to be an assumption more than anything, as very few scientists seem to be investigating other possibilities. I spent a couple of years in university studying biology before I realized what a waste of money it all was. During my time there I developed a suspicion that much of modern science is driven by confirmation bias, and this, unfortunately, seems to add fuel to that fire.
Although I did not find anything conclusive in my research to confirm this hypothesis, it seems as though we are headed into a period of global cooling. During the cooling in the 70s, Atlantic Multidecadal and Pacific Decadal oscillating waves were in sync, rather briefly in the grand scheme of climate cycles, while moving downwards. This is projected to occur in the next 10 years. In addition, solar induction cycles seem to indicate we are due for the end of this interglacial, and both Antarctic sea ice, as well as the Jacobshavn glacier recently, are growing. I have noticed that this corroborates Socrates’ prediction of a major economic contraction in the near future. Economic contractions historically seem to occur during times of global cooling, although I have not dismissed the possibility that this is a coincidence.

REPLY #3: Yes, this is very clear in economic analysis. Take Thomas Picketty and Klaus Schwab. They are really Marxists at heart. Therefore, all their research begins with a predetermined conclusion. The same is indeed taking place in climate change. Confirmation bias takes place from the direct influence of desire on beliefs. Julius Caesar even said back then that people believe what they want to believe. When people would like a certain idea or concept to be true, they end up believing it to be true. They are motivated by wishful thinking. This error leads the individual to stop gathering information when the evidence gathered so far confirms the views or prejudices one would like to be true. Even this manufactured pandemic. They have been putting in the new how many cases rising dramatically, but not the deaths. They have so terrorized people they simply believe what they want to believe.
They know this basic principle so they use it against the people. This is why there will NEVER be a return to normal. The multitude of the sheep will no longer shake hands, keep their distance, and look at everyone as some sort of threat.

The recent events made me think if the speed of spreading the information affects the cycles, specifically the frequency. I mean the frequency should increase since more people can be affected by positive or negative information coming from the world. REPLY #4: You are mixing two interesting aspects. The spread of information really remains the same. Rome overthrew its king in 509BC and Athens its tyrants in 508BC. The spread of information may seem to have increased because of TV, but it still takes time to filter into the population which seems to be about 6 months before everyone truly knows of some external event.
The second part is what we call the Revolutionary Cycle which is 86 years and does follow the 8.6-year frequency of the ECM. That is entirely different from the movement of information. It appears that the first generation acquiesces. The next becomes more subversive but they complain. The third generation seems to be the one that takes up arms. This is why I call this Communism 3.0. It is the third attempt to subjugate the world to this philosophy of tyranny.

How could this have happened? It’s not enough to say they were bought off. The question is WHY? Why Germany now? Britain? Italy, Canada, New Zealand and Australia?

REPLY #5: The basic underlying incentive is the collapse in Socialism. Even since the ECB lower rates to negative in 2014, every effort to stimulate the economy by creating money has failed. They have reached the point of no return. They have been bombarded by those pushing for socialism using Modern Monetary Theory to just print money for there will never be inflation looking at the 2014-2020 period.
They also know that pensions are collapsing. More than 50% of the municipalities are insolvent. They cannot meet the pension obligations to state employees. They fear that state workers will realize they have nothing and then the entire government collapses.

On February 10, 2020, ahead of the election, the Department of Justice charged Chinese hackers for taking the identity of 145 million Americans. Here we have a Romanian intelligence officer coming forward saying that they have access to the IDs of 50 million Americans to engage in voter fraud. With all the IDs that have been hacked, about 50% of all Americans, have been able to create driver’s licenses and even vote for people.
We have heard from people reporting that when they went to vote, they were told they already voted. All the allegations of this Romanian Intelligence Office at least appear to have taken place from IDs being stolen to people claiming they were told they already voted.
It has long been a joke in Chicago that once you voted in 1920, you keep voting long past you are dead and buried. It’s your civil duty in Chicago. So far, a total of 353 of the 3,141 counties in America located in 29 of the nation’s 50 states already have 1.8 million MORE registered voters than residents, according to an analysis by Judicial Watch. Project Veritas has released the full, unedited, audio of U.S. Postal Service whistleblower Richard Hopkins being questioned by federal authorities after he disclosed ballot manipulation in Erie, Pennsylvania.
The interview was conducted by USPS Office of The Inspector General, Russell Strasser, and Postal Inspector Charles “Chris” Klein. This is the interview where the Washington Post falsely reported that whistleblower Hopkins recanted his statement.
When someone repeatedly states “I’m going to be honest with you,” as Russell Strasser does in this interview, it is a key indicator the conversation is dishonestly being constructed. If someone is honest they do not need to qualify the standard. This was a very sketchy interview done with a purpose to manipulate the whistleblower.
What can be more un-American than stealing an election?

After reading the Washington Post story, whistleblower Richard Hopkins tells the newspaper their story is false, he did not recant. However, the Washington Post refuses to remove the story, instead they re-write it several times attempting to retain the falsity.

The media has repeatedly shown groups of millennials celebrating the theft of the 2020 election by socialist Democrats. To patriotic Americans, people who love America, the celebrations are shameful, and many are asking: “Don’t they know what socialism is? When I told a millennial that communist Russia was a socialist republic, he said, “if that’s true, like you claim, then I’m confused.” He said that was not what he was taught, and he asked: “Are you trying to tell me that socialism and communism are the same?” He didn’t know that communism and fascism are nothing more than socialism by another name. He didn’t know that they all share the same totalitarian doctrine.
For instance, under socialism, communism and fascism, the people are subordinate to the state, and all opposing political and cultural expression is suppressed and punished. That’s totalitarianism! In fact, they all impose a form of government in which the state exercises absolute control over all aspects of life; including rounding up dissenters and either incarcerating them in concentration camps (gulags) and/or exterminating them in death camps. Socialism, no matter what it’s called by academics, is plain and simple totalitarianism.

It’s totalitarian because absolute control is centralized under a ruler or a ruling class and opposition (dissension) is forbidden and punished. Academics may call it a utopia, but in reality, it’s an oppressive tyranny, and unfortunately, the younger generation doesn’t have the knowledge to recognize it for what it really is.
Moreover, millennials aren’t the only generation to have been brainwashed by the media and academia. I was brainwashed too, but I was lucky enough to have honest people guiding me. However, I understand their misguided mindset because I was a victim of academia too.
For instance, I used to listen to older men, my co-workers, talk about politics. I remember thinking that they don’t know what they were talking about, although their life experience and knowledge far exceeded mine. Back then, I considered myself a realist. What I mean by that is, “if I can’t see it or touch it, then it doesn’t exist. If it doesn’t conform to what I was taught, it’s false.” Sadly, the younger generation seems to have the same mindset.
Back then, I weighed things against what I was taught by academics before making any conclusions. However, I learned over the years, through experience, that if I didn’t have all the facts, or my knowledge of the subject was inadequate, incorrect or misguided, my conclusions were always wrong. On the other hand, if I had all of the facts and adequate knowledge of the subject, my conclusions were right 100% of the time.
Like millennials, I was a product of the educational establishment that brainwashes us into believing that anything that doesn’t conform to or support the beliefs of academics is either false or wrong. Knowing that, we can’t expect the younger generation to reject oppressive totalitarianism when they have been taught it’s a humanitarian utopia called socialism.
Finally, America has entered the darkest hour in our history since the Civil War. We can only hope the younger generation will wake up before they have to experience socialism for themselves. However, unless they are exposed to the truth about socialism, I doubt they will wake up before it’s too late. All I can do is expose socialism for what it really is – Hell on Earth.
