Regarding the handling of ‘classified documents’ Special Counsel Robert Hur testified today that President Trump and Vice-President Biden had identical outcomes. However, whereas Donald Trump is cognitively normal, Joe Biden is suffering from a diminished mental state, frequent confusion and absent remembering. Therefore, the elements needed for “intent” in the criminal statute did not apply to Biden.
Donald Trump is fine; Joe Biden has lost his marbles. According to prosecutor Robert Hur, that explains why there are two tiers of justice amid an identical set of infractions. As a consequence, the American people are expected to be okay with the reasoning for a DOJ double-standard. WATCH:

President Joe Biden apologized for his remark during the State of the Union address; however, it was not for the reasons one would hope. At the urging of Marjorie Taylor Greene, Joe Biden reluctantly mentioned the case of Laken Riley, a nursing student who was murdered by an illegal migrant who was permitted into this country due to Biden’s open border policies. The left has condemned Joe Biden for using the word “illegal” to describe migrants, and Joe Biden is now backtracking on his stance of using the word “illegal.” That is where the outrage lies. No one in his voter base cares about the innocent young American girl.
When speaking without a teleprompter, Joe Biden says whatever comes to his mind. “Technically, they’re not supposed to be here,” President Joe Biden said when asked if he regretted using the term “illegal” to describe the very people who are, in fact, breaking national law by entering our country. It is astonishing that a portion of our nation is demanding justice for the illegal migrant who brutally murdered an innocent girl. Biden could be reportedfor speaking this way in California.
Joe Biden should be apologizing for disrespectfully calling Laken “Lincoln Riley” during his speech despite Greene shouting her name loud and clear. Some believe that he did not want what remains of the right-wing press to have that soundbite. He used his favorite line during his speech regarding how he understands her parents’ pain since he, too, lost a child. It always comes back to the Big Guy. The difference is Laken Riley’s death was preventable, and he directly aided her murderer.
He should apologize for allowing that rapist back into our country after he was deported the first time. But that would be racist, according to the left. Biden told MSNBC that he regrets calling that man an “illegal” and wished he had used the word “undocumented” to describe the murderer, juxtaposing his own views to Donald Trump, who is racist for wanting a secure border.
The president is cowering to his base and showing deference to a man who deserves none.
This man is an illegal immigrant who brutally murdered Laken Riley.
President Biden should be apologizing to Laken’s family.
Speaker Mike Johnson replied to Biden’s interview by calling him an “embarrassment” who cowered to his voting base. “President Biden should be apologizing to Laken’s family,” Johnson demanded. A migrant murdering a white female does not fit their twisted narrative, and so they are dismissing it entirely.
Biden did not speak out once about Laken Riley or any of the other Americans murdered by illegal aliens. However, he is still continuing to promote the narrative of police brutality, racism, and revenge for George Floyd. Floyd, a violent criminal with substance abuse issues, receives more of the president’s attention than our upstanding citizens because his image has been memorialized to enrage his voter base. Revered George Floyd once held a gun to a pregnant woman during a robbery, but the government is passing laws in his name and making him a martyr.
I will continue to call on Congress to pass the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act, so we can make police reform the law of the land.

Still no mention of Laken Riley or any of the other Americans killed by migrants who “technically are not supposed to be here.”
Why is the president failing to pass laws to protect the women of this nation? Well, he simply does not care. He has the ability to help secure our border but chooses not to. And people still vote for this fool? Unbelievable.

The interesting aspect to this report is that the former Obama aides and officials now criticizing the physical and mental acuity of Joe Biden are all named and doing so on the record. This datapoint aligns with my retained perspective that Joe Biden will be replaced as the 2024 presidential candidate during the Democrat convention in Chicago.
If Biden is not replaced, it simply means the larger and more influential Obama political team are allowing him to fail. However, because there is still sufficient risk to the Obama legacy for a second Trump term, the most likely outcome is a switch to another candidate (Newsom/Rice) during the nomination convention.
(New York Post) – Former aides who worked directly with then-Vice President Joe Biden in the Obama administration have called current fears over his age “a very real issue” — with some alarmed at how he has become more “frail” and “mumbly.”
“If you watch Joe Biden speak, oftentimes he sounds frail and he sounds more frail than he used to, even in 2019 and 2020,” Jon Favreau, the chief speechwriter for Obama when Biden was vice president, said in a recent episode of the “Pod Save America” podcast.
“The voice sounds frail, and he shuffles more because of the arthritis in his back,” Favreau said, adding that the oldest-ever president also appears “mumbly.” (read more)
Jon Favreau, Dan Pfeiffer, David Axelrod and Jon Lovett are all on the record within this report. It is doubtful they would be so publicly critical without a background intention. Quite simply, they would not be undermining Biden if they thought he was their only possibility…. not this late. They have another alternative in mind.
Jill and Joe Biden believe they have enough political supporters to carry them through the convention. However, the Obama coalition is much stronger than the limited Biden influence. Watch closely for signs of a convention replacement. I still do not see anything that stops that approach from being a very strong possibility.

The average American spends between $250 to $550 per month on groceries, while a family of four spends around $1,311.50 to $1,582.90 monthly. The average retiree on Social Security receives $1,767.03 monthly overall as of December 2023. Illegal migrants, who have never paid a penny into our tax system, are being provided with $1,984 in food alone per month.
That’s right, the state of Massachusetts is now spending $64 per day to feed each migrant. They are living in far better conditions in the migrant shelters than they were in their home nations. Their breakfasts costs around $16, lunch $17, and dinner an astounding $31. Most hardworking Americans cannot even afford to feed their families at this cost, but they’re expected to give a portion of their pay to feed the illegals.
These costs do not even cover shelter, healthcare, or other “free” services. There are 20,000 migrants in Massachusetts alone. State budgets are already beyond capacity and yet they are eagerly funding this calculated disaster as homeless citizens and veterans starve and freeze on our city streets.
Food contractorsare also taking advantage of this opportunity. The state awarded Spinelli Ravioli $10 million in a six-month, no-bid contract to provide these luxury meals. The state was able to secure the funding by claiming they were in a state of emergency.
Now, this is just the budget to feed migrants in one state, but EVERY state is experiencing a serious crisis. The federal government continues to incentivize people to cross into the US. They are receiving the better life that was promised to them and are above the law. This simply cannot continue. The average American lives paycheck to paycheck but the government will attempt to squeeze more taxes out of every citizen until there is nothing left to give.

“I promise you if I’m elected president, you’re going to see the single most important thing that changes America,” Biden announced on his campaign trail in 2019. “We’re gonna cure cancer!”
Many have since forgotten the loftiest, most absurd campaign promise in recent years. Sadly, there are those who actually believed funding and research would be put toward cancer research instead of killing off the young and healthy at war. The National Institutes of Health has identified 100 different types of cancer that develop for various, largely unknown reasons. The FDA permits known carcinogens to exist in our food and common households products, citing that they have minimal risk. Has anything been done under Biden’s presidency to aid in researching cancer?
The Biden Cancer Moonshot is a White House initiative aimed at reducing the deadly impact of cancer and improving patient experiences in the treatment and survival of cancer. Over $330 million has been earmarked for this project, a small cost compared to government’s spending on less important matters. The objectives of this initiative include reducing the cancer death rate by 50% over the next 25 years, improving access to cancer screenings, understanding and preventing toxic and environmental exposures, and preventing more cancers before they start. No, Biden was not able to “cure cancer” during his first term, but he is hoping this forgotten program will reduce the rate of cancer in 25 years.
The American Cancer Society believes that cancer cases will hit an all-time high in 2024, with two million Americans receiving that awful diagnosis. Cancer among those between 55 and 64 has risen, with colorectal cancer being the leading cause of death for men, while breast is the most lethal cancer for women. Genetics? Environmental? Other? Researchers are uncertain.
Americans cannot afford cancer treatments, and healthcare issues are the leading cause of bankruptcy. Drug companies, insurance companies, and health providers are permitted to extort Americans for top dollar and no one is intervening in a meaningful way. As this was Joe Biden’s promise to America, he certainly could have passed legislation preventing Americans from being decimated by these industries.
There was a Senate hearing on February 8, 2024, involving the CEOs of Bristol Myers Squibb, Johnson & Johnson, and Merck. Senator Bernie Sanders confronted the CEOs, highlighting the obvious discrepancy between drug prices in the US and those in other countries. He underscored the findings of a majority staff report, which revealed that these companies charge Americans the highest prices globally and have substantially increased prices over the years. The report noted that from 2004 to 2008, the median price of new innovative drugs from these companies was $14,000, which surged to a median price of $238,000 from 2019 to 2023. The CEOs defended their pricing and are refusing to lower costs.
Do not believe promises made on the campaign trail, as these politicians will pretend they can solve every crisis known to man. The Biden Administration could focus on improving cancer research now, not in 25 years, and they could certainly curtail these sinister health agencies from profiting on the pain of the American people.

Republican senators Boozman, Capito, Cassidy, Collins, Cramer, Crapo, Hoeven, Ernst, Grassley, Kennedy, McConnell, Moran, Murkowski, Romney, Rounds, Sullivan, Thune, Tillis, Wicker, Young, and Cornyn all voted to send $95 billion to Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan to protect their borders while leaving our borders unprotected.
Most people just don’t realize the nature of the opposition we face. ¹The elected representatives simply don’t care what our opinion is, they will do whatever serves their interests and too hell with the voters.
WASHINGTON DC – The Senate approved $95 billion in aid to Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan aid by a 70-29 vote early on Tuesday morning, sending the bill to an uncertain fate in the House, where Speaker Mike Johnson is giving the legislation a frosty reception.
Despite a last-ditch effort from conservative opponents of the bill, Johnson‘s cold water and former President Donald Trump’s attempts to kill the legislation, Republican support for the deal actually grew overnight, with 22 GOP senators voting in favor of the package — a kind of rejection of those in the party, like Trump, who argued any aid should be structured as a loan. ¹Now, imagine if we had some simultaneous triggering mechanism that could abruptly initiate a total work stoppage, a general labor strike, in the states or hometowns of the aforementioned senators. Perhaps that would get their attention.
At least there are a few states where both senators held the interests of their voters in mind. Florida, Missouri, Vermont, Alabama, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Nebraska all voted against the Ukraine spending bill.
After Hur’s report, Biden’s camp announced he would hold a rare press conference. Some of the world panicked, picturing a presidency under Harris. Instead, Biden took to the podium to blame his staff for mishandling documents and stated that he was the victim. The second he decided to go off script and return to the podium to answer questions, his undeniable mental impairments were on full display as he could not remember the names of world leaders or even speak coherently. Mind you, this all happened on the same day that the Putin-Carlson interview was released, and the world saw a well-spoken leader juxtaposed to who the US currently has in office.
Ipsos’ Knowledge Panel found that 86% of respondents believe Joe Biden is too old to serve a second term, with 73% of Democrats admitting their party’s choice of candidate is not fit for the job. Around 62% of Americans believe Trump, 77, is also too old to serve as president, with only 35% of Republicans agreeing. When the same question was presented in September 2023, only 74% stated Biden should not run for a second term due to his age.
He is mentally unfit to stand trial but mentally fit to run the world’s top economy? His own supporters are beginning to realize that Biden’s mental health is rapidly declining, and his staff cannot hide the truth. I do not know how anyone could honestly cast a vote for Joe Biden at this point. His age is not the problem — we are witnessing the establishment prop up a man suffering from a form of dementia. Simply compare videos of him as a Senator to the Biden we see today. We have been watching his mental decline in real-time and it is astonishing to the rest of the world that this is who we selected as our leader.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott has done more to prevent America from invasion than the entire federal government. Abbott has explained countless times that the Biden Administration is simply lying to the American people by claiming that the situation is out of the president’s hands. More so, he rightfully believes the federal government is now, more than ever, INCENTIVIZINGillegals to cross into our nation.
New York City Mayor Eric Adams requested and was approved to receive $53,000,000.00 to provide to illegal migrants. Every migrant will receive a free pre-paid debit card each month on top of the free shelter, healthcare, and electronics that the government has provided them. Homeless citizens, veterans even, do not receive this luxury. Adams said the program will save taxpayers in the state $7.2 million annually when there is no reason for citizens to pay for illegal aliens in the first place. TheAssociated Press posted a story to clarify that they are receiving debit cards and not credit cards, as if it is better that they will not be expected to repay.
“[The program] sounds like insanity is behind it because it really is offensive, it may be the most reprehensible thing that I’ve seen take place over the past 48 hours,” Greg Abbott told reporters, noting that these people have shown no respect for America or the legal system. “What’s going on in New York is outrageous and Americans across the country are angry, not just about what’s going on in New York, but the underlying cause for it, which is Joe Biden’s open border policies,” he said.
Biden has the power to secure the border immediately. Instead, he is incentivizing people from around the world to cross into US territory to receive their taxpayer-subsidized life.
“Biden says he needs Congress to give him the power to do whatever he needs to do to secure the border. The fact is as we all saw from what President Trump did, the president of the United States has the power. I must emphasize this. There are laws in the United States that require the president to deny illegal entry to any illegal immigrant and then if they do get in the United States, he has a legal obligation to detain those illegal immigrants,” Abbott explained.
The role of the president in securing the border is derived from the powers vested in the Executive Branch, as the president can issue executive orders to direct executive officers or clarify and further existing laws, which can include measures related to border security. This can include issuing executive orders to implement and enforce immigration laws, enhance border security, and provide resources for border enforcement. Additionally, Article I, Section 10, Clause 3 of the Constitution recognizes states’ sovereign power to repel invasions, which some argue provides a constitutional basis for states to take action to secure their borders in the absence of sufficient federal government action.
These socialistic programs almost guarantee that more people will cross into America in the days and weeks to come. Article 3, Section 3 of the Constitution defines treason as “levying war” against the United States or “adhering to [the] enemies [of the United States], giving them aid and comfort” and that is precisely what is happening to our once great nation.
