You have to understand the way the government prosecutes its cases. If you look closely, all cases are charged with CONSPIRACY. That means the proof is NOT the crime itself, but only an AGREEMENT to commit a crime. Bankman-Fried’s ex-girlfriend, Caroline Ellison, who was also the CEO of Alameda Research, a privately-controlled hedge fund, and Gary Wang, co-founder of FTX, have both pleaded guilty earlier this week, according to newly unsealed court documents. That means the case is already over.
Caroline Ellison and Gary Wang cut deals so they get less time, or even no time, in return for throwing Bankman-Fried under the bus. They would take the stand and will be prepared by the prosecution and artfully say whatever they are instructed to maintain the government’s 99% conviction rate.
With their pleas in hand, in addition to all the press against Bankman-Fried, there is no way he could ever win a trial. His lawyers will be urging him to take a deal. That will be the end result with no trial and no shot of the truth EVER surfacing. All the money laundering from Democrats funding Zelensky, who then in turn handed cash to FTX who then was the 2nd largest donor to the Democrats for the Midterms, will remain hidden from ever gracing the history books without someone doing a FOIA 25 years from now.
One of the few New York Judges who exposed the corruption in the prosecution, Jed S. Rakoff, wrote: Why Innocent People Plead Guilty. They will threaten someone with 25 years in prison. Plead guilty and say what we need you to say, and you will get 5 years or less.
So, any hope that putting Bankman-Fried on trial is a fool’s dream. The whole money laundering scheme with Zelensky funneling cash back to the Democrats will never see the light of a jury.
The ONLY question will be is he too found dead from suicide? This is the same jail where Epstein supposedly committed suicide. This is the same place they tried to kill me, but I survived after being in a coma for several days. High-profile cases NEVER see the light of day – EVER!

REPLY: You bring up an interesting analogy. Ukraine is being used as a pawn in this entire scheme to create World War III to justify defaulting on all debt – i.e. Schwab’s You’ll Own Nothing & Be Happy. You certainly have brought up a very good scenario.
The Great Jewish Revolt began during the reign of Nero (54-68AD) which was the first major rebellion of the Jewish people against the Roman occupation of Judea. It lasted from 66 – 70 AD and resulted in probably hundreds of thousands of lost lives and the ultimate destruction of their Temple. Most of our knowledge of the conflict comes from Roman-Jewish scholar Titus Flavius Josephus (37-100AD), who first fought in the revolt against the Romans, but was then kept by future Emperor Vespasian as a slave and interpreter. Josephus was later freed and granted Roman citizenship, writing several important histories on the Jews.
The fact is that the Romans had occupied Judea from 63 BC onward. While there were some tensions among the advocates of independence, the freedom of religion that had become the cornerstone of Rome was really its backbone. Yes, they conquered many lands. They allowed the people to retain their own religious beliefs and this the Christians would call paganism because there were many gods but none of them were viewed as a creator – more of superbeings who protected them.

The story of how the Jews also wanted their autonomy like the Donbas from Ukraine, in both cases there was a rise in nationalism with the aim of freeing the Holy Land from the earthly powers of the Romans, and in the case of the Donbas, the oppression of Ukrainians to the blind eye of the West.
In addition to the Romans, the Jewish peasantry was also angry with the corruption in the Jewish priesthood class as they were pawns of the Romans. It was the Jewish priests who turned Jesus over to the Romans. They were indeed very corrupt not unlike the corruption that had plagued the high priest in Rome who Julius Caesar was forced to overthrow. At the end, when Nero died leaving no heir, the Roman Empire fell into civil war. Vespasian (69-79AD) was forced to crush the Jews out of fear that if he did not, other provinces might rise up and demand freedom as well.
It is an interesting comparison as Kyiv has sought to oppress the Donbas and any student of history knows the hatred of Ukrainians v Russians. Why should the Donbas remain a second-class group of people oppressed by Ukrainians? The West only cares about destroying Russia and you are the pawn in the middle.
While the NY Times was still supporting Bankman-Fried, if the truth is ever really allowed to surface, you will find that FTX was I believe funneling kickbacks to the Democrats from the billions they handed Zelensky. Ukraine pleads for money and I have warned DO NOT SEND ANY FUNDS TO UKRAINE. If you want to help the people, donate to Red Cross – not the Ukrainian government. It is the most corrupt government at least in Europe if not the world. They keep putting out total BS to keep the money flowing. Why was Ukraine pouring money into FTX rather than taking care of its own people?
I was asked by a reporter from the NY Post did I think Republic National Bank was laundering money through my accounts with all the errors, AS THEY WERE DOING IN MADOFF! I told them I had no idea. The error would be backed out the next day and I did not see where it came from and if it went back to the same account or anyone. They do this ALL THE TIME! Back during the 1970s, in the aftermath of the oil crisis of 1973, developing countries used the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) for political purposes. The UNCTAD had been set up in 1964 as a counter to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) which in itself was the forerunner of the World Trade Organization, WTO. They were demanding grand changes in the management of the global economic system. Their demands were embodied in the Declaration for the Establishment of a New International Economic Order (NIEO), which had been adopted by the United Nations General Assembly back in May of 1974.
It’s stunning today to read the NIEO demands from 1974 since they are almost exactly the same as what the UNCTAD and previous Director General of the WTO (2002-2005), are currently calling for. Today, they are still calling for the suppression of volatile commodity markets as they did back in 1974. They seek preferential trade access to rich country markets, intervention in foreign exchange rates, controlling cross-border capital flows which capital fears a government needs to leave, continue aid to underdeveloped nations, and let us not forget favorable debt rescheduling (defaults). On top of this, they want the United Nation to be in charge of regulating multinational corporations to ensure that they comply with national laws and foster the technology transfers that they want.
All this represents is a drastic turn to a world of authoritarianism as they do what Karl Marx tried and failed – ELIMINATE the Business Cycle. Our ECM Model on the United Nations’ next turning point comes up to March 18/19th, 2023. This is leading into the chaos between January and May of 2023, which is also 31.4 years from the fall of the USSR.

By now everyone is aware of the U.S. intelligence community relationship with social media. Factually, and not surprisingly, dozens of former IC officials are still currently working in Twitter and hundreds more are identified working inside Facebook. This is the overlay to the second part of why Twitter File Release #8 was so carefully curated.
In Part 1 [Go Deep Here], we walked through President Obama’s use of social media during the 2010/2011 ‘Arab Spring.’ This was the origination of the U.S. government using Twitter, Facebook and other social media platforms as tools to accomplish their strategic objectives.
In Part 1 we also walked through specific examples of identical ideology and specific actions displayed in the 2011 elections (Egypt), and 2020 elections (USA). The similarities are not coincidental, and we left off by saying 2011 was the BETA test for what we saw in 2020.
The term “BETA test” implies a test run where lessons are learned and then later applied to the live version. In this outline we are going to show exactly what the main lesson from the test was, and how that learning applied to the 2020 election.
The use of social media to install Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi was successful. However, the Obama administration ran into a problem in the aftermath.
Immediately after taking office, Mohammed Morsi disbanded the courts, cancelled the Egyptian constitution and began implementing Sharia Law. A terrified and awake Egyptian people immediately realized their leader was installed by western political scheme, fraud and deceptive use of social media by President Obama, Hillary Clinton and U.S. intelligence assets. The Egyptians took to the streets.
After weeks of citizen protests and nationwide uprisings, the Egyptian military came into the picture on the side of the Egyptian people.
Well known commanding General Abdel Fattah al-Sisi was respected by both the people and the military overall. General al-Sisi agreed to support the demands of the people and the military removed Mohammed Morsi from office using the constitutional framework as a guide. General al-Sisi then took charge and organized a national election after civil order was restored.
A reluctant General al-Sisi was elected to be president of Egypt by a vote of over 80% of the national population. President al-Sisi then returned secularism to Egypt and provided security for the Christian minority. Abdel Fattah al-Sisi showed the strength of his support by visiting Coptic Christian churches and slowly returning peace and stability to the country.
In later years al-Sisi would remove radical elements of the Islamic State from Egypt, secure the border with Israel, destroyed Hamas terrorist tunnels, brokered peace between the Arab world and Israel and his reputation and influence increased exponentially. Through each of these actions President al-Sisi was despised by the Obama administration and U.S. State Dept now being run by Secretary John Kerry.
♦The key takeaway from this Egyptian example, was the ability of the military to upend the plans of the Obama administration.
During the Arab Spring BETA test, the use of social media to manipulate political outcomes worked. The political outcome was achieved, Morsi was installed. However, the military stepped-in and pulled the nation away from radical totalitarian chaos.
The lesson learned by the Obama administration in 2011/2012 was that military support could defeat their deployment of intelligence operations through social media, even if the installed political outcome of the IC operation was successful.
Put simply, the BETA test identified the military as a threat to the strategy.
Now, move forward in 2013, 2014, 2015 through to today. What have you watched happen to the U.S. Military?

Take that BETA test forward into 2020 when the ODNI, DHS, FBI, DoD and IC influence over social media was deployed domestically to support Joe Biden.

White House occupier Joe Biden welcomes Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, they will hold a meeting, likely a press conference and later an address Congress. When someone ever writes about this period in a couple of hundred years, they will call it the Age of Corruption. An ex-MEP has labeled the EU as fundamentally corrupt. The head of the EU, Ursula von der Leyen, claims she cannot find any communications between here and Pfizer. We have world leaders who conspired to force the use of vaccinations that were never tested to any degree and have killed as well as maimed many. On top of all of this, they are INTENTIONALLY trying to create World War III so they have an excuse to default on their debts which they have had no intention of ever paying off. So why borrow every year if you never pay off the debt? Those they have killed or injured with mandatory vaccines, while they probably took water injections, and now trying to create a world war is all just unimaginable. All of this to hide (1) their corruption, and (2) to cover up their mismanagement of everything.
I have known heads of state. I never embraced Margaret Thatcher in such a manner. That embrace was an outright disrespect for the entire people of Europe. All of this for money.

Democrats on the House Ways and Means Committee used an arcane law, well over 100 years old that permits the Chairman Committee, Chair Richard Neal (D-Mass.), to review the personal tax filings of any American, in order to obtain Donald Trump’s personal tax filings from the IRS.
However, even in the hands of the committee, strict privacy laws still applied to the tax filings unless the committee interceded and voted to make them public. That’s exactly what the Democrats in the committee did today with a party-line vote.
The Democrats have set a new precedent in congress for any party in power to demand the tax filings of any individual American and then release them to the public. When the Republicans take control of the committee in January 2023, will they demand the Tax returns of Barack Obama, or Hillary Clinton or Joe Biden, or Mark Zuckerberg, or Chuck Schumer, or Jeffrey Epstein, or Nancy & Paul Pelosi and then make them public?
WASHINGTON DC – House Democrats said they will release several years worth of former President Donald Trump’s tax returns in the coming days after a party-line vote Tuesday night to make the long-hidden filings public.
Lawmakers said it would take some time to first redact sensitive information from the documents, such as Trump’s Social Security number and address.

One might think the U.S. Inflation Reduction Act would be constructed in such a manner as to help Americans by reducing inflation. However, not only does the Inflation Reduction Act not help reduce inflation, but the climate change bill carrying the name The Inflation Reduction Act is now the cause for complaints by Europe and Asia because the falsely named spending bill doesn’t help their economy.
The issue stems from the part of the climate change bill that provides a $7,5000 federal tax credit for electric vehicles. As the bill was written the vehicles needed to be assembled in the USA with battery components mostly sourced from the U.S.A. Europe and Asian automakers are not happy because they want their vehicles, made in Europe and Asia to benefit from the tax credit.
Of course, the first thing Joe Biden does is tell Europe and Asia he will modify the rules to permit vehicles made outside the USA to benefit. The exact opposite of the intended construct of the bill in the first place.
But,… that’s multinational corporate globalism in action.
WASHINGTON—The Biden administration on Monday delayed proposing detailed rules for new tax incentives for electric vehicles, following strong pushback from European and Asian allies that the subsidy program discriminated against their companies.
The Treasury Department said details on the battery-sourcing requirements that electric vehicles must meet to qualify for up to $7,500 in tax credit will be released in March, instead of by the end of this year as earlier planned.
The department said, however, it will release “information on the anticipated direction” of the battery requirements before year-end to help manufacturers prepare to identify vehicles eligible for the tax credit. It didn’t specify what information would be made available then.
The EV tax incentives, part of the Inflation Reduction Act that President Biden signed into law in August, are designed to accelerate a transition to cleaner vehicles. But it also includes complex requirements aimed at boosting domestic production of electric vehicles and batteries, setting off complaints from European and Asian governments as well as auto makers.
To qualify for the full $7,500 in tax credit, vehicles must go through their final assembly in North America, a requirement that disqualifies many electric vehicles from non-U.S. car makers since they are typically assembled overseas.
The new rules also require EVs to have at least 40% of their critical minerals for batteries sourced in the U.S. or countries that have free-trade agreements with the U.S., starting in 2023. That threshold is set to rise to 80% by 2026.
At least 50% of the components in the batteries must be manufactured or assembled in North America by 2024, with that percentage rising gradually to 100% by 2028.
A Treasury official said the department needed more time as it works through the complexities of crafting the technical rules.
Following a meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron in early December, President Biden said the U.S. could offer what he called tweaks to the program to make it easier for European countries to participate.
The Treasury Department said the details on battery requirements will come as part of a notice of proposed rule making in March and noted that the new requirements will take effect only after the proposed rule is issued. (read more)

The legal shenanigans in NYC are also off the wall. Lawyers routinely hire girls to sleep with the opposing counsel to get info. Now, you might think this is limited to the private sector. NOPE! Inside sources confirmed to me that the Southern District of New York pays for “paralegals” whose main role is to sleep with the prosecutors. In turn, prosecutors have girls sleep with the defense counsel on legal spy missions. I was told directly by a lawyer who was on a major terrorist case.
Using seductive young women is a standard operational procedure in many fields. Israel’s fearsome Secret Service best agents are hot women rather than the James Bond type. This is the standard new breed of super-spy.
I will not mention the name of the country, but I was asked to open an office there and stock it with women so a certain royal head of state could visit the office and pretend it was for economic advice. I declined, even though I would have received more than $10 billion to manage the office.

When I first was released, I began getting emails to my private account that were coming from Canada. At first, I thought it must have been someone I knew. I was playing along trying to remember who she was. Being a programmer, I decided the trace the origin of the emails for I had a gut feeling that something was not right. They were coming from Russia via Canada. I was getting photos swearing she loved me and I was clueless as to who she was.
At first, I thought it was a scam. I asked if she needed money. She said no. Then I thought she was just trying to get into the USA. I asked if she needed a letter of invitation to get a visa. She said no – she had one. My assistant Danielle at the time said this girl is really coming. I then said if she had any trouble, to call the head of the Minister of Interior who I knew at the time. That was the last I heard from her.
Remember Elliot Spitzer, Governor of NY. He removed Hank Greenberg from AIG who rejected creating insurance on the mortgage pools at the request of Goldman Sachs. Removing Greenberg made the whole Mortgage-Backed CDO Lending possible and the collapse of the 2007-2009 crisis. Spitzer was fed info I believe to remove Greenberg by Goldman Sachs. It was Goldman who then sold the idea to AIG when Greenberg was removed.
Spitzer was just a pawn. He thought he was really cleaning up Wall Street. Then when Spitzer turned on Wall Street, guess what? The Patriot Act ordering banks to report anything suspicious turned up checks Spitzer wrote to a hooker. So the Terrorist laws were then used to get rid of Spitzer to save Wall Street Investment Bankers.
Oh, remember the former head of the IMF who also stood in the way of the whole crisis? Dominique Strauss-Kahn became a target when he was the IMF chief and began to comment critically on the role of the world financial system. I was personally invited to Washington where Edmond Safra of Republic National Bank paid for the IMF dinner that rented the entire National Gallery. I was invited to demonstrate to me how the NY Investment bankers had the IMF in their pocket. Strauss-Kahn was conveniently sent a maid to create a sex scandal to shut him up when he saw the corruption in the IMF. They removed him under false accusations and cleared the way for the IMF to become a tool. That is how the whole Long-Term Capital Management crisis developed because they bribed the IMF to keep the loans going to Russia so they could buy their bonds by paying outrageous amounts of money.
Sex has always been a tool for getting into someone’s corner or organization. After reading Whitney Webb’s books, I was flying back from London with my assistant after finishing a conference there. I stood by the curb in New York waiting for the limo to pick us up. There was a provocative black girl standing there who began to chat me up for I had just landed flying the Concord, which I do miss.
