COVID Data, Facts Not Fear

Twitter user Jason Bailey [LINK HERE] has done a deep dive into the latest CDC data on SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19).   There is obviously a lot of noise amid the competing COVID narratives, as politicians and media are intent on weaponizing the fear for maximum political value.  Baily provides the links and just looks at the raw data.

We know that much of the raw data underlying the CDC statistics are inflated by the way the data is collected and manipulated by the hospitals and healthcare system.  However, that said, if we just accept the raw CDC data and evaluate what they are collecting as a way to estimate the risks….here’s the outcome.

♦ Facts as of 9/4/21:

  • TOTAL CASES (US): 40,048,255
  • TOTAL DEATHS (US): 643,858

♦ DEATHS BY AGE:

  • 50-64 years: 106,674 (.27% of total cases)
  • 65-74 years: 144,020 (.36% of total cases)
  • 75-84 years: 173,655 (.43% of total cases)
  • 85+ years: 185,188 (.46% of total cases)

♦ TOTAL DEATHS account for 1.6% of total cases.

  • 78.1% of TOTAL DEATHS are over the age of 65.
  • 94.7% of TOTAL DEATHS are over the age of 50.
  • 6% of TOTAL DEATHS are attributed to Covid only.
  • 94% of TOTAL DEATHS have an average of 2.9 co-morbidities (12/6/20).

Why is COVID-19 being disproportionately hyped as such a dangerous threat, when the reality of the statistical danger is much less than the intense level of hype?   That is the key question.

Lara Logan Notes the OSHA Shift in Record Keeping that Preceded Joe Biden’s Use of The Agency for Vaccine Enforcement

Lara Logan notes how Joe Biden is using the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) as the compliance mechanism to enforce mandatory COVID vaccination as a requirement for continued employment; and contrasts Biden’s announcement against the earlier press release from OSHA in May of this year.  We wrote about it HERE.

May 22, 2021 – “An interesting about-face from the Dept of Labor and OSHA. Previously OSHA stated that any employer who required vaccinations must report adverse reactions as workplace injuries. However, OSHA is now saying they will not “enforce” that record-keeping requirement until May of 2022.”

Essentially, vaccine mandating employers don’t have to start recording vaccination reactions as workplace injuries for another year.   This is a complete reversal from the OSHA position earlier this month.  The rules have now been modified as below:

OSHA – “DOL and OSHA, as well as other federal agencies, are working diligently to encourage COVID-19 vaccinations. OSHA does not wish to have any appearance of discouraging workers from receiving COVID-19 vaccination, and also does not wish to disincentivize employers’ vaccination efforts. As a result, OSHA will not enforce 29 CFR 1904’s recording requirements to require any employers to record worker side effects from COVID-19 vaccination through May 2022. We will reevaluate the agency’s position at that time to determine the best course of action moving forward.” (LINK)

Notice the obtuse wording: “OSHA will not enforce” the recording requirement.   So long as everyone sticks to “don’t ask/don’t tell”, employers will no longer be penalized on their workplace injuries (OSHA log) and/or insurance rate from negative results of mandated, untested, non-FDA approved, vaccines.  (original article link)

Australia Bans Doctors from Prescribing Ivermectin

Australian General Practitioners have also been banned from prescribing Ivermectin to Covid-19 patients. Let us make something very clear. They have NOTHING to treat symptoms. They are effectively banning doctors from treating people with COVID-19. Politicians, I believe, have been bribed by these people to restrict treatment to only the vaccines. They are now deliberately killing people. Israel has already confirmed that the Pfizer vaccine is ONLY 39% effective. Then, nearly 50% of the people in the hospital with COVID have already been fully vaccinated. All the elderly people dying they attribute to COVID would have died from the flu.

No in universities, you better pull your children out ASAP. Textbooks are appearing in colleges that now say that the people dying of COVID are because of those people who have opposed lockdowns. We are in the midst of an all-out assault by governments who have joined this Great Reset intent upon dividing the people to hate one another and to force the suppression of all opposition.

The DEFUND THE POLICE is so they can replace all local police with a national police force so they will have no connection to the local community and will follow orders and shoot any who resist. I have warned that this is the lesson governments learn from the Nika Revolt.

CDC is Blocking Doctors from Writing Prescriptions for Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine

As you know I’m a long-time subscriber and prominent US physician. I am also a vigorous advocate of the early treatment of COVID-19. You are spot on but there is more. 

I have treated hundreds of patients with Covid-19. Starting yesterday nearly every pharmacy has blocked me and others from prescribing ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine for Covid-19. They are saying the CDC is preventing them. 

What happened to the well codified off-label use in the US. What happened to the right to try. It’s gone. And our professional leadership is in lockstep. Sickening.

Why Did So Many Doctors Become Nazis?

REPLY: As I have said, I had a respiratory issue and was tested 5 times for COVID all negative. I ended up going to a specialist at Tampa Hospital in charge of pulmonary. He told me the tests were invalid. He also said the ONLY thing they had to treat COVID patients was hydroxychloroquine. Two doctors said they believed I had COVID despite the fact all the testing was NEGATIVE. So I personally have no idea.

WHY is the CDC now interfering in how people are treated? Do we have once again a crisis in the medical profession with so many doctors subscribing to this new norm of reducing the population again? This is getting really out of hand and the Biden Administration is now posing a threat to society. Someone behind the curtail is pulling very hard strings and Biden probably would never even be consulted. All we can hope is people in media are denied these drugs and just maybe they may stand up and protect society just for once!

Independent studies have shown that ivermectin is effective:

CONCLUSION: Based on the totality of the existing evidence above, the FLCCC strongly
recommends ivermectin be used in both the prevention and treatment of all phases of COVID-19
in both vaccinated and unvaccinated populations.
Retracted Research
The totality of evidence for ivermectin is large enough that removal of any single data set, trial or
study has minimal impacts. The integrity of one study in Egypt (Elgazzar et al) out of the then 28
RCT results available, was recently called into question. While we share the concerns about this
study, the removal of its data from the most comprehensive meta-analyses did not change the
conclusion that ivermectin is highly effective in both prevention and treatment.

Australia Bans Ivermectin

If you suspect the extremely heavy-handed Australia/New Zealand COVID-19 mitigation efforts might be a beta-test for just how far a government can go to control the citizens therein, well, this latest development appears to be an affirmation in that direction.

The ruling authority in Australia has just banned doctors from prescribing Ivermectin.  The Advisory Committee for Medicines Scheduling and the Australian National COVID Clinical Evidence Taskforce, have determined that any effort to mitigate COVID-19 with therapeutics will likely diminish the goal of vaccinating the entire population.  Therefore Ivermectin, which has saved thousands of lives and is widely in use in multiple countries including India, is now official banned from use by Australian doctors.  Quite remarkable….

AUSTRALIA – Today, the TGA, acting on the advice of the Advisory Committee for Medicines Scheduling, has placed new restrictions on the prescribing of oral ivermectin. General practitioners are now only able to prescribe ivermectin for TGA-approved conditions (indications) – scabies and certain parasitic infections.  […] These changes have been introduced because of concerns with the prescribing of oral ivermectin for the claimed prevention or treatment of COVID-19. Ivermectin is not approved for use in COVID-19 in Australia. (LINK)

Consider this from Studies within the NIH:

♦ (STUDY – 1) “Moderate-certainty evidence finds that large reductions in COVID-19 deaths are possible using ivermectin. Using ivermectin early in the clinical course may reduce numbers progressing to severe disease. The apparent safety and low cost suggest that ivermectin is likely to have a significant impact on the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic globally.” (LINK)

♦ (STUDY – 2, INDIA) “There were no severe adverse drug events recorded in the study. A 5-day course of ivermectin was found to be safe and effective in treating adult patients with mild COVID-19.” (LINK)

The Australian government is banning a therapeutic treatment with a history of success in order to force the citizens into a situation where they must take the vaccine.   Here comes the black-market.

Roe v Wade & Vaccines – The Court Must Choose Right to Privacy Still Exists

COMMENT: Marty; I have always voted Democrat and I voted for Biden. But I want to say his vaccine mandate is so inconsistent with everything I can no longer vote Democrat again. I got this in the mail asking for money from the Democrats saying to defend Roe v Wade. I thought the idea was the government should not tell a woman what to do with her body. If Roe v Wade was so important, then how do they support mandatory vaccines? I have lost all trust and faith in government.

Thank you for being logical rather than just a zealot in these confusing times.

REPLY: The Democrats are no longer promoting what is best for this country. I am hearing the same from other Democrats I have known for years. Many are starting to open their eyes. Somehow, we have to get back to the middle. The Democrats are trying to figure out how to get a wealth tax into their $3.5 trillion spending spree. They may get a tax on trading and will probably implement that on everything with perhaps stocks being an exception. Even that seems debatable. This is clearly pushing Schwab-Gates agenda as we head into 2022.

You are right. Roe v Wade was based on an earlier decision Griswald v Connecticut which established the right to privacy. That was a law that married people would not use birth control. How do you enforce such a law? Does a police officer have to inspect you before having sex? It was held that such a law could not be enforced and there was the right to privacy. Therefore, Roe v Wade was rooted in that principle aside from if you agree or disagree with the subject of abortion. It is indeed inconsistent as a matter of law that you can mandate vaccines but uphold Roe v Wade and the right to privacy.

Honestly, this is becoming so messed up it is hard to keep track of all the twists and turns. Logic has completely vanished today. I would argue in court that if vaccines can be mandated, then there can be no right to privacy. I am not sure even how a judge is supposed to arrive at a logical opinion. I would certainly raise Roe v Wade to challenge these vaccines and let the Democrats choose.

White House Announces Vaccine Exemption for Illegal Aliens, Mandates on American Citizens Remain

As many have noted, the *entire* premise behind the Biden administration mandatory vaccine requirement for U.S. workers is political.  They are not even attempting to frame a legal or constitutionally valid basis for their unilateral proclamation.  Nothing about the policy is based on science, or even the possibility of executive authority.

The announcement on Thursday was a pure political ruse intended to stir support from the Democrat base, and distract from the mess they created in Afghanistan.  If the vaccine mandate wasn’t political theater, if they really believed in it, they would not be taking the visible approach seen today from the White House press secretary.

When questioned about American workers, being forced to take a vaccine under the auspices of public health – yet not requiring vaccines for illegal economic migrants, the administration shrugged and said: “that’s correct”.   Undermining their ’emergency health authorization’ premise would not be their approach if the White House really did believe they had a legal pathway to the mandate.   WATCH:

Joe Biden is a disposable front-man for the Obama group organizing the objective.  He was installed as a disposable figurehead so they don’t have to worry about political damage. The Biden term was designed for a single set of four-year rapid advancements for the Democrat Socialist agenda. The Biden poll ratings and favorability, or lack therein, do not factor into the plan of action; those issues are irrelevant.

That said, they cannot leave him wandering around the Rose Garden muttering to himself and still keep up the pretense of a presidency.  So, Chief of Staff Ron Klain threw Biden out front to push a political position doomed to fail because they need some appearance of support after millions of Democrats recently abandoned their Potemkin candidate.

Florida Appeals Court Reinstates Governor DeSantis’ Ban Against Mask Mandates in Schools, Parental Choice Affirmed by Decision

A Florida appeals court has ruled that Governor Ron DeSantis’ pro-choice school mask policy will be reinstated, and put a stay against a previous activist judge who attempted to block the executive order.  This is a freedom win for parents in Florida who will now have the option of having their kids wear masks or not depending on their individual choice.

FLORIDA – Gov. Ron DeSantis and his administration won approval on Friday to put a hold on a Leon County judge’s ruling that said the state could not enforce a ban on strict mask mandates in schools.

The 1st District Court of Appeal agreed to a state request to reinstate a stay on Judge John Cooper’s ruling amid objections from a group of parents who said the move could cause “irreparable harm” to their children amid a rise of COVID-19 cases. The decision means the state can continue to punish school officials who impose mask mandates without a parent opt-out. (read more)
