The collapse of the Clinton Foundation is in full swing demonstrating that this was all really about selling influence. All the bad press for the Clinton Foundation combined with Hillary’s loss has sent her political donations running for the hills. The Clinton Global Initiative was their pretend centerpiece to which they claimed its goal “convenes global leaders to create and implement innovative solutions to the world’s most pressing challenges.” This was their claimed effort to influence world leaders while, of course, raising cash for the Foundation.
The Clintons are now shutting down that effort and laying off all staff as of April 15th, 2017. The Clinton Foundation said in a filing with the New York Department of Labor reporting it will layoff all staff citing the discontinuation of the Clinton Global Initiative. No wonder Bill was so mad at Trump – the faucet was turned off.
QUESTION: Marty; Do you still see 2017 as the end in the decline in gold or 2018? Also, I think I now understand that coins are better than bullion for confiscation purposes. Right?
ANSWER: We are starting to run out of time. We elected a minor Monthly Bullish of 1142 at the end of December, so that has given us the bounce. The benchmarks come into play in 2018, but they could be the first high rather than a low and that would confirm a change in trend. The 2015 closing is the lowest, and that would be a three-year reaction from the highest closing of 2015. Markets never act randomly. The failure of 2016 to produce the lowest closing was for a reason. It was not a fluke.
Yes, coins are better than bullion for they have some historical value. Their historical value could be an excuse to prevent confiscation if government simply declares that “gold is for criminals,” as they are trying to do with cash. I believe Trump would not go along with that move, but keep in mind that the left is the most violent of all. They pretend to be tolerant, but they are only tolerant if you agree with them. They have no problem assassinating anyone else.
The left has painted Trump as some sort of Nazi racist. They fail to understand that “Mexican” is not a race any more than “American,” just as “Muslim” is not a race any more than “Christian.” They mix up their slogans and accusations to get people chanting this nonsense because they are too stupid to think on their own. I would keep in mind that these people will try to assassinate Trump, for in their mind the rich have to be destroyed. They are very dangerous people.

Al Sharpton seems to be doing whatever he can to mislead minorities in a very dangerous way. He has been organizing civil rights activists vowing to defend what they say are hard-fought gains in voting rights and criminal justice prior to the presidency of Donald Trump. Sharpton is not stupid. He knows what he is doing. Why did he not do this against Obama who kept defending police? Why now?
It was the Clintons who signed in the Mandatory Miniumum sentences. Since the Clintons signed that act, the prison population has more than doubled. It use to be a prosecutor did not care if you went to prison as long as he won the conviction. Then it all changed. Prosecutors get no credit for their career UNLESS someone goes to prison.
I was running the legal library having to give advice to people in prison based upon the law. The unit manager came to me and gave me an old Chinese guy they just put in prison and said “Here – he’s yours!” A asked what do you mean? He said “You speak that stuff!” The prisoner did not speak English and was probably in his eighties. I responded: “I do not speak Mandarin. I know Japanese. “Oh its all the same. He’s yours!” It turned out he drove on federal property with an expired drivers license and was sentenced to 30 days in prison. There was another guy we had to laugh about. He was in prison for shooting a moose on federal property. It got to the point we would ask – What are you in for? Farting in a federal building?
Al Sharpton had more than 20 years to lead a protest about the injustice of the criminal system put in by the Clintons. Of course, they are Democrats. Can’t do that. OMG, people might find out the truth! Sharpton is brainwashing these people as if Trump is somehow going to make this worse? Where has he been for the past 25 years?
Trump is not a racist nor has he EVER said anything about rolling back civil rights since they really do not exist right now anyhow. This is all about stirring people to protest about things they do not even know what they are yelling about or are they yelling about the wrong people. This is just nut

The city of Aomori was buried in 2.56 meters of snow. The temperature fell in Iwate prefecture to minus 16.5°C establishing the new record low. Even downtown Tokyo recorded minus 2.3°C, while Nagoya recorded a minus 3.6°C . Osaka, on the West coast, posted a minus 0.6°C.
