Not to be deterred by such pesky inconveniences as a Supreme Court decision, immediately after the high court ruled the vaccine mandate was unconstitutional federal overreach – the White House told employers to enforce the vaccine mandate anyway.
White House Spokesperson Jennifer Psaki said the Biden administration would “not be deterred” by the Supreme Court decision, and all employers should immediately continue to “initiate vaccination requirements.” WATCH:

After making frequent statements that “democracy is under attack”, and recently proclaiming the choices are between “democracy and autocracy” while attempting to force medical treatments on unwilling subjects, today Joe Biden asked social media companies to crack down on any speech that does not comply with the officially approved government narrative. {Direct Rumble Link}

The Supreme Court ruling is AVAILABLE HERE. The court ruled 6-3 to strike down the big issue of the OSHA vaccine mandate for businesses with more than 100 employees. However, the court did allow (5-4) the federal vaccine mandate for federally funded healthcare agencies. Justices Roberts and Kavanaugh joined the communists to allow the healthcare worker mandate to continue.
“OSHA has never before imposed such a mandate. Nor has Congress. Indeed, although Congress has enacted significant legislation addressing the COVID–19 pandemic, it has declined to enact any measure similar to what OSHA has promulgated here,” the majority justices wrote in an unsigned opinion.
(Via Associated Press) – The Supreme Court has stopped the Biden administration from enforcing a requirement that employees at large businesses be vaccinated against COVID-19 or undergo weekly testing and wear a mask on the job. At the same time, the court is allowing the administration to proceed with a vaccine mandate for most health care workers in the U.S.
[…] The court’s conservative majority concluded the administration overstepped its authority by seeking to impose the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s vaccine-or-test rule on U.S. businesses with at least 100 employees. More than 80 million people would have been affected.
[…] In dissent, the court’s three liberals argued that it was the court that was overreaching by substituting its judgment for that of health experts. “Acting outside of its competence and without legal basis, the Court displaces the judgments of the Government officials given the responsibility to respond to workplace health emergencies,” Justices Stephen Breyer, Elena Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor wrote in a joint dissent.
When crafting the OSHA rule, White House officials always anticipated legal challenges — and privately some harbored doubts that it could withstand them. The administration nonetheless still views the rule as a success at already driving millions of people to get vaccinated and for private businesses to implement their own requirements that are unaffected by the legal challenge.
[…] The vaccine mandate that the court will allow to be enforced nationwide covers virtually all health care workers in the country. It applies to health care providers that receive federal Medicare or Medicaid funding, potentially affecting 76,000 health care facilities as well as home health care providers. The rule has medical and religious exemptions.

Comrades, the Premier of Western Australia, Mark McGowan has announced new rules for vaccine passports in the state. Premier McGowan says life will become “very difficult” for the state’s unvaccinated, as he unveils the toughest proof-of-vaccination rules in Australia.
Let me be very clear, these rules and regulations are going to lead to unintended consequences that government officials have never considered. The pain this will bring upon the vaccinated, yes, the vaccinated, will be of such consequence the government will be defending itself for years from the backlash of unintended consequences that global leaders have yet to fathom. REPLY: I do not think you need to believe in God to be good regardless of who you envision to be God. The Greeks believed more in super-beings, not gods who created you. Even this gold aureus of Diocletian on the reverse pictures the Greek three Fates. They were the ones who judged you. Zeus could only make a recommendation. He neither created you and the world nor judged you upon death. Hence, we still call our future is dictated by fate. The Roman goddess Fortuna was pictured with a cornucopia in one arm and her hand on the rudder of a ship symbolizing she could change your future on a whim. Simply because they were not Christian had nothing to do with the morality of the people predating that religion. Greek philosophy predated Christianity by hundreds of years.
Most of us have a conscience that guides us. Those who are egotistical seem to be absent that core trait. That may be the better explanation than calling it religion per se. An instinctive sense of morality. It does appear that those who reject any sort of image of any God and believe that it is up to them to rule the world are an egotistical difference from being even an agnostic which in itself does not imply evil. They lack any moral conscience. Just because someone professes to believe in God does not mean he is moral – i.e. Constantine the Great. Constantine only ever issued a single bronze coin with any Christian symbol out of millions. He cleverly used Christianity as the excuse to not just win the battle, but to confiscate all the wealth in the pagan temples.
Julian II of the house of Constantine rejected Christianity because, on the death of Constantine, his sons massacred all rivals in the palace who had been born by his first wife. He came to the conclusion that being Christian did not mean that they were moral.
I have been respectful of all beliefs as long as they believe in live and let live. I disagree with Marxism for it is this egotistical vision that there is no God so they will fill that role. That is not you leave me alone and I will leave you alone. That is rejected by socialists who believe that they can rule the world and dictate how others should live. They cannot believe in Freedom of Religion and simultaneously be religious which is in conflict if they stopped and thought what they are really saying.
That is the real essence of Freedom of Religion which includes having one or not. Today, there is a growing trend toward no denominational beliefs that are described as “spiritual” but do not cross that line into the egotistical world that they can reshape the world because there is no God. One does NOT have to believe in God and the last judgment to be moral. They are not mutually exclusive.
These people have created COVID and believe in reducing population which would in other times be called genocide. That is not bringing in nature and the cycles that truly dictate the future – not egotistical demigods.

Rochelle Walensky trained in internal medicine at Johns Hopkins Hospital from 1995 to 1998 and then became a fellow in the Massachusetts General Hospital/Brigham and Women’s Hospital Infectious Diseases Fellowship Program. In 2001, she earned an MPH in clinical effectiveness from the Harvard School of Public Health. and joined the faculty of Harvard Medical School in 2001 becoming an instructor, then as a professor. The old saying is those that can just do it and those that can’t teach. In this case, read up on a subject and then dictate to the rest of us. If I read a book on health but never practiced medicine, perhaps that would qualify me to work at the CDC or be a top adviser.

I actually do have a personal life. In fact, my wife of of 42 years and I are actually pretty private. Sharing personal history is not something I do everyday. However, as many of you know – I was vaccinated with Moderna twice and had a pretty significant vaccine injury. This was pretty early in the roll-out of the vaccines. It was long before the FOIA Japanese pre-clinical trial data that had so many red-flags and irregularities, long before we learned of all the issues with the clinical trials, and long before the VAERs and adverse events began to be known.
To write it, I have never been an “anti-vax” person. I have spent my career working with vaccines. I also know that some vaccines are “hot,” and are less safe. Usually these types of vaccines are reserved for extremely dangerous viruses like Ebola or Yellow fever. Where the goal is to make the vaccine 100% effective. Other vaccines, that are distributed widely, like the flu vaccines need to be very safe. The trade-off being that they are less effective. There is a whole science and art to crafting vaccines to appropriately respond to the “threat.” So, I know to read the literature, do my own due- diligence, etc before taking an experimental product or any vaccine. That is what I thought I did. The government assured us that these vaccines were very safe. I could never imagine that clinical data would be corrupted and even falsified – as we now know it was.
Anyway, back to my story. I knew in the beginning of April, 2021, that I had to travel overseas and the word on the street was that the European Union was going to require full vaccination before entering any EU country by summer (that actually never happened BTW). I knew that a full vaccination protocol was a process of weeks – and that i had better get started! Furthermore, there was a lot of buzz around the idea that vaccination would help with “long-COVID.” I had already had COVID, and just couldn’t shake a number of chronic issues that I had developed after getting the disease. Frankly, I should have done more homework on that one- because this idea really didn’t hold up to scrutiny.
Be that as it may, in April, 2021, I got vaccinated. It was early enough in the cycle, that I had no choice but to take the Moderna vaccine, as that was available in my area The vaccine was distributed at a local college, with the Army reserves administering the program.
The first shot was fine. No issues.
The second shot almost did me in. As in I almost died.
After the injection, I had the usual fatigue, muscle-ache and then the palpitations started, as well as shortness of breath. Within a couple days, it got worse – I am not someone who goes to the doctor easily, but luckily for me, I happened to have a routine appointment with my physician. She cuffed me and my systolic blood pressure was through the roof. As she is also a cardiologist, she had more tests run, started me on high blood pressure meds and we got it under control. I kind of feel like I owe her my life. A call out to the fantastic Dr. C. Bove.
This site matches up vaccine batch codes with information from the VAERS system, which is the event reporting system run by the CDC. This site matches the vaccine batches to adverse drug reactions, death, disability and life threatening illnesses from the VAERS system
According to the website above, the data reported in VAERS, reproduced on the site, show that adverse events triggered by Moderna batches have varied widely.
5% of the batches appear to have produced 90% of the adverse reactions
Some Moderna batches are associated with 50 x the number of deaths and disabilities compared to other batches.
With that knowledge, I entered my batch code in the search box. The first injection had almost no significant adverse events associated with it. The second jab, frankly shocked me

Now, I don’t know how many doses are in each batch. But I do know my batch was most definitely in the top 5%. So, not really a surprise in retrospect that I had such a serious adverse event profile.
I always felt I was lucky that I happened to be going to my physician that day, who is also a cardiologist (she is my internist – so I wasn’t seeing her for that specialty).
But just think- our government had this data way back when in the VAERs system -even last summer. This data is so compelling and yet…crickets. How many people could they have helped by releasing this data? People like me, who if I wasn’t a physician and hadn’t gone to my physician could have easily dropped dead.
What is wrong with our government that a site like this are not available from the CDC or the FDA?
People have the right to be given informed consent of risks and benefits of a medical procedure. Informed consent is not given, if the risks are hidden.
Researchers at the Statens Serum Institut in Denmark published a pre-print study suggesting that the second doses of Pfizer and Moderna vaccines may increase people’s likelihood of infection after 90 to 150 days. The same study suggested that a third Pfizer shot re-establishes efficacy for an indefinite period.
The large number of so-called breakthrough infections after second doses of vaccines suggest that vaccine clinical trials may have badly miscalculated efficacy rates.
The Danish Study
The study, which was published in December on the Medrxiv pre-print to await peer-review, explores SARS-CoV-2 protection against infection by the Omicron or Delta variants five months after one dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines.
The authors extracted data of positive polymerase chain reaction, or PCR, test results, and vaccination data from Danish registries between November 20 and December 12, 2021. The authors compared the rate of COVID-19 infections, of both Omicron and Delta variants, in unvaccinated individuals with those who received two doses of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines.
By December 12, there were 5,767 Omicron cases in Denmark. Researchers discovered that vaccine effectivenessagainst Omicron was 55% and 37% for Pfizer and Moderna respectively. Vaccine efficacy waned rapidly over five months.
Initially, vaccine effectiveness was 87% for Pfizer and 88% for Moderna against Delta but decreased over the five months, to 54% and 65% respectively.
The study found that VE was re-established after a Pfizer booster vaccine to 55% against Omicron and 81% against the Delta variants. The authors determined they lacked similar data about Moderna.
Controversially, the authors found negative vaccine efficacy – a higher likelihood of infection – against Omicron during the period between 90 and 150 days after vaccination. The authors calculated Pfizer’s vaccine efficacy at -76.5% and Moderna’s at -39% during that period for Moderna.
“The negative estimates in the final period arguably suggest different behavior and/or exposure patterns in the vaccinated and unvaccinated cohorts causing underestimation of the VE,” the authors said implying that unvaccinated people may have behaved more cautiously and exposed themselves to less risk or that more vaccinated people got tested for COVID-19 or engaged in behaviors that exposed themselves to more risk.
Data from the UK’s Office for National Statistics (ONS) shows that fully vaccinated people and those having received a booster vaccine are more than four timesas likely to test positive for Omicron than the unvaccinated. Although this data is provisional, it supports claims that Omicron is evading vaccines. The data does not show anything about the severity of the Omicron cases, or whether the vaccines protect against serious infections and severe symptoms.
Reutersfact-checked ONS’ data and claimed it does not show that vaccinated people are more likely to be infected than unvaccinated but only the probability of an infected person being infected with Omicron. “This means it doesn’t tell us that vaccines are making things worse overall, only that they are making it much more likely that a vaccinated person is infected with Omicron.”
A different pre-print paper titled “The BNT162b2 mRNA vaccine against SARS-CoV-2 reprograms both adaptive and innate immune responses” concluded that the Pfizer vaccine is causing immune system dysregulation. The paper concludes that the Pfizer vaccine reprograms innate immune responses “may contribute to a diminished innate immune response towards the virus.”
Are vaccines making us more vulnerable?
Because the Danish paper is still in preprint and awaiting peer review it is not conclusive. The study also looked at a small cohort of people in Denmark using publicly available data and lacks scale.
Negative vaccine effectiveness could be due to different behaviors or exposure patterns in vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals, resulting in an “underestimation of the vaccine’s effectiveness,” according to the authors, or because Omicron is highly transmissible and spreading rapidly. Dr. Astrid Blicher Schelde from the Statens Serum Institute, and one of the authors of the study, wrote an email to PolitiFact offering additional reasons including higher testing rates among vaccinated than unvaccinated people. Schelde also said that data from early Omicron cases might be skewed by international travelers’ more cautious behavior by unvaccinated.
Schelde said vaccinated people are not necessarily more likely to be infected with Omicron more vaccinations and booster doses are required to combat Omicron and other COVID-19 variants.
The UK Health Security Agency also reported zero or negative vaccine from a double dose of AstraZeneca, Pfizer, and Moderna vaccines after five months. A booster dose increased vaccine effectiveness to 40-60%. The report warned that these results should be interpreted with caution, due to low counts and possible biases related to populations with high exposure to Omicron.
A Norwegian paper published by Euro Surveillance in December 2021 also reported negative effectiveness of vaccines against as Omicron. The Norwegian case study focused on one “super spreader” event, where guests to a Christmas party became infected with Omicron. The authors suspected this high level of transmission between fully vaccinated people was due to the indoor location, crowding, and loud talking.
Should we be concerned?
Although the authors of the Danish study explained the reason for the negative vaccine effectiveness found in their study, other studies produced similar results with the effectiveness dependent upon booster vaccinations.
Many people have written in asking why are all the government spending like there is no tomorrow? The answer is – there is no tomorrow! This Great Rest is all about defaulting on the national debts and so they are all going nuts spending whatever they like knowing that the end game is the default. There is no longer any pretense of fiscal management. Everything will simply vanish according to the forecasts of Klaus Schwab. This is also why they have been using COVID to enforce lockdowns and terrorize people. Washington State has a bill floating around to imprison the unvaccinated because they know they are the anti-government faction. In Quebec, they are proposing taxing the unvaccinated into poverty.
NEVER in the history of government has there ever been such reckless spending and we have Chuck Schumer desperately trying to overthrow the Filibuster to usher in this dictatorship. Schummer has clearly become a traitor to our Constitution.
This is the real agenda. Do not try to think for one moment this is good for the country or it is just the politics of Republican v Democrat. All Western governments are moving as fast as they can to flood the economy so they can just force the fault and suppression of the people.
