ANY company engaging in WOKE should be brought to court for what they are doing is patently UNCONSTITUTIONAL and lawyers should start to wake up and bring class action lawsuits against Target, Budweiser, and North Face as well as every other company engaged in this activity of promoting transgenderism has rendered college degrees irrelevant. If you check a box, no qualification or experience is required.
This claim that WOKE is somehow establishing EQUALITY is total nonsense. Gays are now being discriminated against as part of this propaganda movement behind Transgender. When companies make targeted racial composition goals for their employees, they have to engage in discrimination to achieve those goals. That is discrimination to not hire a white person who is more qualified because the White House wants a black girl – not even a black man as its spokesperson.
Hiring people based on race and gender is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. It is outright discrimination and whatever job is open should go to the most qualified – not to check some box of this discriminatory and unethical Human Rights Campaign (HRC). Here you have a pretend organization claiming it stands for human rights advocating abortion and ignoring any human rights of the unborn. They are a front for propaganda that is to actually divide the nation and deliberately target religious issues such as abortion and seek to give low “grades” to Christian beliefs.
The worst kept secret in corporate HR departments across the country is this thinking that they MUST deny employment based on qualification and instead check boxes to satisfy this unethical organization masquerading as human rights. If we are really talking about EQUALITY, then the most qualified person should get the job. In our company, we have every race, creed, and nationality from Asia to Europe. We hire based on qualification – not race or religion.
Human Rights Campaign (HRC) should be brought to court for they are denying qualified people employment. Not that they are claiming to be about Human Rights when they are openly engaging in the violation of our Civil Rights. Any company with an HR department engaged in checking boxes should be hauled into court on a class action for unconstitutional civil rights violations. This is the ONLY way to stop this agenda from pretending to be about equality when it is really about discrimination.
BlackRock and Vanguard own almost everything you see. BlackRock is responsible for creating the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) social credit score based on a company’s climate policies. The corporate equality index (CEI) is akin to the younger brother of the ESG score and dictates a company’s woke policies. BlackRock and Vanguard, World Economic Forum partners, support these social credit scores, and the companies in which they own a significant share are altering their policies to appease these titans.
BlackRock has been extremely vocal about the need for the ESG score. Republicans have condemned the ESG score for being a political tool. Blackrock CEO Laurence Fink penned a letter in January 2018 called “A Sense of Purpose” in which he decided that BlackRock needed to involve itself in social issues. Fink said the government fails to prepare for the future and “society increasingly is turning to the private sector and asking that companies respond to broader societal challenges.” He continued: “Society is demanding that companies, both public and private, serve a social purpose. To prosper over time, every company must not only deliver financial performance, but also show how it makes a positive contribution to society. Companies must benefit all of their stakeholders, including shareholders, employees, customers, and the communities in which they operate.”
“Without a sense of purpose, no company, either public or private, can achieve its full potential. It will ultimately lose the license to operate from key stakeholders. It will succumb to short-term pressures to distribute earnings, and, in the process, sacrifice investments in employee development, innovation, and capital expenditures that are necessary for long-term growth. It will remain exposed to activist campaigns that articulate a clearer goal, even if that goal serves only the shortest and narrowest of objectives. And ultimately, that company will provide subpar returns to the investors who depend on it to finance their retirement, home purchases, or higher education.”
Fink went on to say that BlackRock was willing to sell off assets of companies that fail to remain in “the relevant index.” “Companies must ask themselves: What role do we play in the community? How are we managing our impact on the environment? Are we working to create a diverse workforce?” Fink continued. As a World Economic Forum member, Fink is adhering to Agenda 2030 and the plans for the Great Reset. Instead of merely managing assets, those at the top attempting to restructure society.
It is common knowledge that BlackRock backs the climate change agenda and penalizes companies that fail to obey. However, not many realize that the asset manager is also responsible for the woke agenda. These companies are not trying to appease the LGBTQ+ community; they’re trying to appease BlackRock so that they can maintain high social credit scores and maintain funding.
When we look at our Computer’s timing arrays for the 30-year bond, it did show a target last week with a Directional Change. So far the market has held that low and has been consolidating. When we look at the Array, we do not see a crisis with the debt ceiling. However, the next Fed Meeting is July 25-26 and when we look at our Array, we see that is when there is a Panic Cycle.
There is NOBODY in Washington who is ever interested in actually paying off the debt. Even AOC has come out and said there should be no debt ceiling – just print until the cows come home, but that may be a problem when Bill Gates and the WEF want to kill all the cows.
In that regard, we are only making things chaotic. The government should just print the money and not borrow in the first place for they are competing with the private sector which is the ONLY real creator of worthwhile jobs.
Meanwhile, the Neocons are hoping to start a war with massive air drills in Europe going to even Church, which they do not believe in God, and lighting candles just in case he does exist to please make Russia attack. If not, hell, they will just say Russia attacked as they lied and claimed that Vietnam attacked us and Iraq had weapons of mass destruction. War is on the horizon and that is the MOST inflationary influence of all.

ALL my sources have been screaming from the beginning that this Ukrainian war has been instigated by the US which has been taken over by a silent coup of the Neocons. The BRICS (Brazil, Russia, Iran, China, South Africa) alliance is stronger than ever. The 15th annual meeting will be hosted in Cape Town, South Africa, and government leaders are urging all to attend. However, the International Criminal Court (ICC) has an outstanding warrant for the arrest of Vladimir Putin and South Africa is a member state.
President Cyril Ramaphosa understands the importance of the BRICS alliance and considered abandoning the ICC entirely before backtracking on his stance. Instead of leaving the ICC, South Africa now declares that it will grant diplomatic immunity to Putin to permit him to attend. “It is hereby published for general information that the Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, in terms of section 6(2) of the Diplomatic Immunities and Privileges Act 2001, has recognised (the meetings),” the department said. The terms in the United Nations Convention should prevent the ICC from arresting Putin, who is considered a war criminal for the invasion of Ukraine.
Specifically, the ICC charged Putin “for the war crime of unlawful deportation of population (children) and that of unlawful transfer of population (children) from occupied areas of Ukraine to the Russian Federation (under articles 8(2)(a)(vii) and 8(2)(b)(viii) of the Rome Statute).” Commissioner for Children’s Rights in the Office of the President of the Russian Federation, Maria Alekseyevna Lvova-Belova, is also wanted by the ICC for the same charges. The Kremlin has denied that the deportations were forced and said that they were attempting to save Russian children living in Ukraine. Ukraine only entered the ICC in March of 2022, but numerous countries, including China and the United States, do not recognize “the court of last resort.” Lvova-Belova told news outlets that she was proud of her work in removing children from an active war zone. “It’s great that the international community has appreciated the work to help the children of our country, that we do not leave them in the war zones, that we take them out, that we create good conditions for them, that we surround them with loving, caring people,” she stated.
So, will Putin take the risk? On the one hand, his presence would signal that he is unafraid of international law. On the other hand, the Neocons would delight in an opportunity to arrest the Russian president to begin WW3. A country would need to be extremely careful to arrest the head of a country with nuclear capabilities in the middle of a war.
Target achieved a 100% score on the Corporate Equality Index (CEI) in 2022, and was rated #4 by the Human Rights Campaign for being one of the wokest companies. This arbitrary social credit score goes against American values and people are protesting with their dollars. Target managed to lose $10 billion in ten days after the public became aware of their aggressive rainbow marketing campaign geared toward children. Will Target become the next Bud Light?
In my opinion, Target’s campaign was far worse than Bud Light’s because it was targeting the most vulnerable among us – the children. Not only did Target sell clothing for children and toddlers promoting the woke agenda, but they also attempted to normalize “binding” and “tuck-friendly” clothing for “transexual children.” Any parent forcing their toddler to bind or tuck their genitalia is likely not fit to be a parent.
The top designer for this abhorrent apparel was Erik Carnell, a woman turned man who mixes trans art with Satanic symbols. “Satan respects pronouns” is one of Carnell’s designs that did not make it to the big box retailer. He has pictures online wearing devil horns and outright mocking Christianity, the only religion that is acceptable to mock openly. He advocates violence against “normies” with slogans like “burn down the cis-tem” and an image of a guillotine labeled “homophobe headrest.” Erik was forced to take down his personal website after the Target controversy, but said he did so due to a growing demand for orders. His art is also colorful and cartoon-like to appeal to children. If a major retailer partnered with an artist who mocked Islam or Judaism, there would be a much larger backlash.
Target is attempting to employ major damage control, but it is too late. Bomb threats have been called into numerous stores by people within the LGBTQ+ community who are angry that the retailer is pulling attire for transexual children. “Target is full of cowards who turned their back on the LGBT community and decided to cater to the homophobic right wing redneck bigotswho protested and vandalized their store,” one of the threats read.
Target managed to lose 14% of its value within ten days because it attempted to pander to the woke crowd. Videos are going viral of moms cutting up their Target credit cards and a rap song about boycotting Target even reached a top spot on the iTunes charts. Someone needs to tell the top shareholders that the people do not approve of the woke CEI score, and the people will not allow the Human Rights Campaign to normalize rainbow marketing. This has absolutely nothing to do with gay rights and everything to do with grooming children. We read what the United Nations wants to promote. Target made a fatal mistake by going after our children.
Berkshire Hathaway managed to score a total of zero imaginary woke points on the Corporate Equality Index. The Human Rights Campaign (HRC) investigates how woke a business has become, solely on LGBTQ+ policies, and assigns it a woke credit core (CEI). I mentioned in another post how this score has become increasingly harder to obtain, with the organization making obscene demands regarding employer-funded healthcare and practices. So is Warren Buffett secretly homophobic to receive the lowest possible CEI score? No.
Buffett simply declined to report Berkshire Hathaway’s business to the Human Rights Campaign. The company did not suffer as a result. No one is forced to report their company’s policies to this agency, and yet nearly all Fortune 500 companies do. The HRC states it has over “1,200 participants,” meaning companies are choosing to pander to the woke agenda.
The HRC has been cracking down on businesses for over 20 years and the requirements have become completely ridiculous. “We get surveys all the time … on all kinds of things, and we basically don’t answer them,” explained Buffett in a 2014 interview, and added it’s Berkshire’s practice not to respond to surveys. Furthermore, Buffett does not dictate policies for the companies under Berkshire.
So yes, it really is that simple. Companies need to come together and agree to refrain from reporting to the HRC and giving any credit to this social score. The HRC, backed by Soros, has turned human rights into a culture war that is destroying companies (see: Anheuser Busch). It has taken numerous failed marketing campaigns for companies to realize that the woke agenda is bad for business. I know a gay man who said he detests “rainbow marketing” and finds it offensive. These businesses try to appease the HRC but should focus on their clients. I disagree with Buffett on many topics, but this is one case where I believe he is correct.
The Democrats defeated a proposed bill that would require voters in Texas to be citizens of the United States. I could not simply enter a country where I do not have citizenship and vote in their elections. Sen. Brian Birdwell (R-Granbury) brought Senate Joint Resolution (SJR) 35 to the Senate floor where it passed in a 29 to 1 vote. However, House Democrats found a way to kill the proposal.
SJR 35 would have prohibited “persons who are not citizens of the United States” from voting under the Texas Constitution. This is a massive issue since tens of thousands of undocumented persons have entered the US from the Texas-Mexico border. No one technically voted against the bill, as that would make the scheme too obvious. Instead, 54 Democrats registered “present, not voting” in order to prevent the measure from receiving the 100 votes needed to pass.
Rep. Matt Schaefer (R-Tyler) condemned these actions by saying, “An open border is the long-term strategy.” This is why they do not want people to provide identification to vote. You cannot even rent a book from the library without identification. The plan is overtly obvious and shows that one side of the political aisle has absolutely no respect for the US election process.
Politicians echo the popular opinion of the time to gain votes. They act in their own self-interest and do not care about the people. Joe Biden now prides himself of being the wokest president in American history, but those views are not his own. Biden in 2006 is a completely different person from Biden in 2023, highlighting his steep mental decline in recent years that prevents him from speaking clearly. “I can’t believe the American people can’t see through this,” Biden said in 2006.
Biden repeatedly states in this video that he firmly believes “marriage is between a man and a woman.” People can love who they want and society has progressed since this video. However, the current definition of progress has taken the gay agenda so far that it threatens basic rights for those in the gay community. We went from gay marriage to discussing childhood castration for kids who “feel” they are a different gender. There was gay and straight, man or women, and now we have 107 different gender identities. The website linked italicizes currently as there will be more than 107 in the years to come as people completely lose touch with reality. In comparison, there were only 72 genders to choose from last year.
There are endless issues facing our nation and the only reason they harp on the woke agenda and promote the CEI score is to create a cultural divide in America that has now become a cultural war. “We already have a law, the Defense of Marriage Act,” a clear-headed Biden said. “We’ve all voted — not, where I’ve voted, and others have said, look, marriage is between a man and a woman and states must respect that. Nobody’s violated that law, there’s been no challenge to that law. Why do we need a constitutional amendment? Marriage is between a man and a woman.” Biden admitted that no one was challenging anyone’s way of life and it was a misuse of Congress’ time to harp over such issues. Yet now something about LGBTQ comes up during every White House press briefing (Joe Biden never attends or addresses the people), and the nation is experiencing a mass mental health and identity crisis.
COMMENT: Martin, I’m gay and I agree with you on this transgender drivel, especially letting male-born athletes compete in women’s sports. It is becoming scary for those of us who are just gay. We are being thrown in the same category as this transgender agenda. I too have been to Thailand. The Ladyboys in Thailand are numerous and are accepted in society. They are smart enough to not make a political issue of it as is taking place here in America.

I have worked in Washington. There is ABSOLUTELY nobody who is a career politician in either party who will really stand up for the people. They are under pressure all the time to conform to the unelected party bosses.
I have met many heads of state in my 40 years. I have said the truth. Trump was the ONLY such person who ever impressed me as actually being human. His statement that he wanted to bring our boys home from Afghanistan because he was tired of writing letters to their parents to thank them for their son’s sacrifice of dying for his country. He actually said what are we doing there? They are fighting over borders for a 1,000 years. What difference will we make?
No head of state EVER spoke about the people. It was always about their policy. I have come to see that we are just the pawns – expendable pawns at that. There are always more of us to come. So you may find Trump’s statement and his arrogance at times as distasteful. We will never find someone perfect. But all of this is irrelevant. For there is NOBODY coming on some white horse to save the day. Back in the ’70s, I hired a death mute – Danny. He taught me sign language and we could communicate and laugh together. I had a major surgeon as a client and he said that he probably could restore his hearing. I offered to pay for everything for him and he declined. He was afraid to hear sounds. He grew up that way and was in his late 20s and did not want to change. He taught me that what I thought would be a generous offer was really just me thinking that normal was the ability to hear. We cannot judge others by ourselves.
One of our staff who is black, was rather upset about the whole Black Lives Matter movement. She explained that it was being usurped by non-blacks. There was clearly a strange agenda behind the curtain. Soros and his defund the police agenda was to create civil unrest and cause the country to get prepared for this one-world government.
Ruth Bader Ginsberg was the first woman to make it to the Supreme Court. She was an advocate for women’s rights. But she came out and explained that the entire Abortion Movement was a fraud. They called it women’s rights and have indoctrinated many women who passionately take that position. They have been cleverly manipulated by the Gates crowd and the Rockefeller Foundation for their real goal was to reduce the population. Gate’s father started the whole Planned Parenthood and placed them in minority areas to reduce their population on a racist basis. Like his father, Gates has targeted Africa to reduce population.
Now, the total number of people who identify as Transgender is 1.6 million out of a population of 331.9 million (2021). That is 0.0048%. Now, how has this become such a major issue? There is absolutely NO WAY this Transgender group had the money or the clout to turn this into such a huge issue. Diving deep behind the curtain and you will find, just like abortion, it is being funded for the purpose of reducing the population – and has NOTHING to do with Pride or gay rights. They are being exploited just as women were told it was their right to have an abortion – kill that baby and save the planet.
This Transgender nonsense is in fact destroying the right of the Gay Community because they are being thrown in with this Transgender nonsense advocating changing children’s sex without parental knowledge all before puberty. Remember the lockdowns? The whole COVID nonsense was a scam to end commuting and terminate offices bringing in virtual work from home all to reduce gas consumption. That was also a manipulation of society for climate change – not for health. There are people still to this day wearing masks driving alone in a car. They have been mentally damaged by these tactics.
