Can a Federal Judge Hold You Til you Die in a Civil Case?

QUESTION: I read Zero Hedge on where a Federal Judge Declares Constitution Void, Threatens Civil Defendant With Death. These judges are really out of control. How can they keep someone in a civil case in prison until they die?

ANSWER: Because the Court of Appeals do absolutely NOTHING to defend the citizens in the country, we have judges who are drunk with their power. Appeal courts will NEVER chastise a judge. Very early in my case before there was any contempt, I met with three law firms that were representing me from – New York, New Jersey, and London. Right there in the meeting they were talking about how the receiver Alan Cohen was speaking ex parte with the judge and this is why we will cannot get a fair trial. I said file to recuse the judge! My lawyer at Tenzer Greenblat in New York immediately said – this firm will never file a recusal motion. If we did, our firm would be prejudiced by all the judges in New York. That is why I went pro se. It was clear that law firms have a self-interest and will not defend clients if it will hurt their firm. They sell you down the river destroying our constitutional system. My recommendation is NEVER hire a lawyer from the same town. Their business depends upon the judges in that town so they WILL NEVER defend you if it will harm their business. This only adds to the arrogance of judges.

Anyone who dares to support the justice system deserves to be in a personal lock-up. I met one of the claimed terrorists who had a box cutter on the train in Texas during the 911 incident. The government knew he was innocent so they put him of diesel therapy, which is when they move you to a new prison each day to prevent any lawyers or press from finding you and you cannot make any phone calls in transit. This kid was in the holding cell and inmates told him to ask me for help because I had legal training. He handed me papers they gave him to sign. He was starved. Tortured. You could see all his chest bones for he lost all fat appearing from some famine torn country yet in the care of the American Justice System. I read the the papers they handed him. They said he was waiving all rights to sue the US government in return for him being deported that night. The press knew he was innocent and lawyers were trying to find him as was his family. They wanted to cover it all up and get rid of him before he could tell anyone what they did to him.

The CNN reported after the fact: Ayub Ali Khan and Mohammed Jaweed Azmath were caught in a wave of detentions that began in the days after the September 11 hijackings of four U.S. airliners. “We have not found any ties to 9-11, and it doesn’t look like we’ll be able to do so in the future,” said one source. 

The two men took a flight that day from Newark, New Jersey, which was grounded in St. Louis, Missouri, when the Federal Aviation Administration imposed a nationwide “ground-stop.” Traveling together, the two then boarded a train for San Antonio, Texas.

Police arrested them in Texas during what was called a routine drug sweep of the train.

Authorities say the men were carrying box cutters similar to ones used by the hijackers, $5,600 in cash and hair dye. During a strip search, investigators discovered both men had shaved all their body hair — just as the hijackers had been instructed to do in a so-called “mission manual” left behind by the 19 suspected hijackers.

People often express condolence for what I went through. I was also given the strength to stand unbroken and defy them eye to eye. So in that respect, what I learned and observed from the inside of how these people really treat human beings is an experience that has been absorbed into my character. We learn and progress through life. I survived even their attempt to kill me. I speak out because I can and because that is what they tried to stop. These people are the ultimate definition of evil.

In my case, to stop me from going to trial and to look at all my defense papers, they threw me into solitary confinement, took all my legal papers, told me if I wanted to go to trial it would be with absolutely nothing. After reviewing my defense, they came and admitted they did not want to go to trial. They knew I would call all the bankers to the stand and I have a very good memory. You can take my research, but that does not erase it from my mind. I would interrogate them and expose every manipulation in a public forum and their greatest fear was (1) I knew the financial system, and (2) I knew the law. That was a deadly combination they could not overcome if they wanted to protect the bankers.

The compromise was finally they wrote the script I was to read as any hostage held by some terrorist. Constitutionally, if you plead you are supposed to do it in your own words and the judge is supposed to make sure it is not coerced. This was completely illegal, but nobody does anything.

I refused to plead to any pretend conspiracy so the compromise was I failed to tell my clients the bank stole the money when I learned on Friday and went to my lawyers Monday morning. They said I should have told all institutions over the weekend the bank stole the money even if I was not 100% sure of the outcome and they might return it.

I had resolved myself that I would simply die in prison indefinitely. You come to peace with that decision and look forward to not waking up one day. You are in the hands of the most ruthless judicial system in the world, which has no checks and balances whatsoever. It is like you are in some B-Movie of some corrupt Banana Republic – but you are in the United States. I self-surrendered because I thought it would show you are willing to stand trial. Then my lawyer Richard Altman tells me, you should have fled to Britain and then you would get an extradition hearing. The US government would have to actually put on a case to show evidence that if committed something.

The government tried to kill me after the plea but before sentencing. They left one inmate’s door unlocked as they did mine. I was taken to the hospital in a coma for a few days, but survived to their dismay. I have no compassion for anyone who works in the Justice Department and would never hire a lawyer who ever worked for the government. There is nothing these people will not do to win. You have zero rights and they will kill you and go celebrate at dinner afterwards. You cannot possibly image the type of people who gravitate to these positions. I believe they are the kids who tortures cats and dogs for fun

Macron’s Victory May Be Disaster for Merkel

Angela Merkel was the first phone Emmanuel Macron made after the election.  My point about the election for Macron was the worst possible outcome for the Euro was not just reflected in yesterday’s outside reversal to the downside. Merkel has already made it clear that she will not relax  Eurozone spending rules to help Macron. The defeat of Le Pen has sealed the fate of Europe because there will be no reflection upon how to reform the EU to save Europe.

Only a sublime idiot would now think everything in Europe will be just great. We are looking at a major hard landing for Europe. Keep in mind that local governments even in the USA are doomed for all they can do is raise taxes further crushing their population and destroying their own economy.

Nonetheless, there is a lifetime in politics between the May victory for the establishment in France with Macron who cannot possibly help calm France and the election of Merkel in the fall. The biggest disappointment of Obama was being the first Black President, hopes were so high for a real change. When everyone saw he did the same thing as Bush, this set the stage for the Trump victory. Republic or Democrat offered nothing.

Our computer was correct in forecast the mainstream political parties in France would be defeated. That took place. Now the expectations are so high for Macron to change things, when the French people realize he is the same as what they had under Hollande, the backlash can still come before the German elections. The civil unrest in France is unbelievable. The tension there you can cut in the air with a knife.

Macron will fail and with him, the dream of Brussels.

Macron won about 65% to Le Pen 35%. Even Obama came out in support of Macron which obviously confirms Macron is the supporter of the establishment – not change. The bias of the global press is clear in their labels. They label Emmanuel Macron as the “independent centrist” and Marine Le Pen as the “far-right” as applied by CNN – and we all know they are always for the establishment and against the people. Indeed, CNN seems to play the roll of Marie Antoinette who journalists reported she said “Let them eat cake” or in French “Qu’ils mangent de la brioche” upon learning that the peasants had no bread to eat, which back then was enriched with eggs and butter. Mainstream media has no regard for the people and only attempt to manipulate the people to maintain the status quo. Mainstream media do not want to rock the boat any more than the bankers. They want to keep everything as is and are distinctly part of the problem why we are in this economic mess. The mere fact Le Pen beat all the mainstream parties since World War II distinctly illustrates that all is not well in the land of Oz these people live in. Le Pen’s showing that about one-third of the population are fed-up with the status quo forewarns this is not over yet.

Still in France, that status quo is an economic storm of giant proportions that the Socialist Hollande has created destroying the French economy with every decree he introduced. France is a country that is bitterly divided and at great risk itself of yet another French Revolution. France is suffering from tremendous high unemployment, little to zero potential job growth, cursed by stagflation, and security worries that are the greatest among the European states. The unilateral act of Merkel accepting refugees supposedly from Syria that ended up being a wholesale invitation for anyone from all Islamic countries has devastated France who was never asked by Merkel in advance to accept these refugees. But Merkel’s unilateral act to save her own polls during her hardline position against Greece, demonstrated why the EU is a total failure. You have heads of states who can make independent decisions and the whole of Europe must suffer.

The French government has struggled to cope with immigration and integration crisis set in motion by Merkel, which is undermining both the French economy and French security. France has suffered terrorist attacks from the very people embraced by Merkel’s policy It is only a question of when will the next French Revolution unfold. Civil Unrest is also rising in France and this may lead to a much broader revolutionary movement. The terrorists who attacked Paris were then linked to the terrorist attack in Brussels.

History repeats because the passion of man never change. We are looking at France in the same strange position as when Louis XVI ascended to the throne. Then too the country was in the middle of a financial crisis and France was on the verge of bankruptcy. This was due in part to France’s costly involvements in the Seven Years’ War. In May 1776, finance minister Turgot was dismissed, after failing to enact reforms to correct the crisis.

On August 8th, 1788, the royal treasury was declared empty, and the Parlement of Paris, which was an assembly of nobles, refused to reform the tax system or loan the Crown any more money. To win their support for fiscal reforms, the Minister of Finance, Étienne Charles de Loménie de Brienne (1727 – 1794) , declared May 5th, 1789 for a meeting of the Estates General, which was an assembly of the nobility, clergy and commoners (called The third Estate), which had not met since 1614. Then on August 16th, 1788, the treasury suspended all payments on government debts going into default. Finally, on August 25th, Brienne resigned as Minister of Finance. He was replaced by Jacques Necker, a foreigner who was a Swiss banker. Necker was appointed Comptroller-General of Finance but could not be made an “official minister” because he was a Protestant.  Nevertheless, Necker was very popular with the common people.

On September 23rd, 1788, Necker reassured French bankers and businessmen should agree to loan the state 75 million livers, on the condition that the Estates General will have full powers to reform the system. The political turmoil was unleashed. On December 27th, 1788, over the opposition of the nobles, Necker announced that the representation of the Third Estate will be doubled, and that nobles and clergymen will be eligible to sit with the Third Estate.

The financial crisis was astute. Necker realized that the country’s tax system subjected the lower classes to a heavy burden and was extremely regressive, simultaneously, numerous exemptions existed for the nobility and clergy. Necker warned that the country could not be taxed higher. He further argued that the tax exemptions for the nobility and clergy had to be reduced. He also proposed that the government borrow more money to solve the country’s fiscal shortages.

Necker actually published his report to support this claim showing the accounting of the crisis. He actually underestimated the deficit by more than 36 million livres or 6 million silver Ecu. Necker proposed restricting the power of the Parlement to protect the nobility. Necker also argued to be made a minister giving him the power to push through reforms. The King refused and Necker was dismissed.

We have reached that crossroads of economics/civil unrest that runs throughout history. We are on the verge of a serious Sovereign Debt Crisis once again. Here too we have governments seeking to track every penny and to eliminate cash to begin to just seize money from people’s accounts while cancelling passports to prevent anyone from leaving a country if the government believe you have money they can tax.

Mix in the same factors, regardless of the century, and you end up with the same result. Only a fool ignores the past and says this is the 21st century. That is how history repeats because those people never look back and ask – if we do this, what will happen? There have been 21+ civil uprisings in France since 1229. That is in line with the 8.6 year frequency  (8.615 * 4.307) = 37.104. This does not bode well for the future as suspected.

With Obama’s endorsement, Macron appears to be in line with out model that forewarns of a real economic crisis in Euro as we head into 2018.

Macron’s Victory at 65% is Part I – Part II Parliament Elections in June

Le Pen conceded but will lead her Party in the Parliamentary elections next month. Macron paid a token gesture saying he understand the anger of 35% of the people who voted for Le Pen. Nevertheless, while the mainstream parties collapsed in France warning that the entire population really voted against the establishment, the sad part comes when the French people wake up and realize that Macron will not save France and if anything Brussels will now move aggressively to lock-down Europe to prevent another BREXIT. Brussels, based upon reliable sources, will seek to secure their own survival and move to federalize Europe to protect their own jobs.

To those who has asked if I would consult with Macron’s government, let me put it mildly. First, he will never call me and two, it would be a huge waste of time. This simply has to play out now. Brussels will NEVER reform or asking if there is something they are doing wrong. Europe will have to crash and burn politically before change will ever come.

The computer was correct back in 2015 when it projected Le Pen would beat both the Socialist and Conservatives. Now the second part of that forecast was just set in motion. There will be no reform for Europe so we are looking at a very hard landing.

Obama Intervenes in French Election Proving Macron is Establishment and represents no change for France thereby sealing its doom. Of course, Obama is doing exactly what they he and his mainstream media backers say Putin is doing – trying to influence the French election.

Obama intervened in the British Referendum telling the Brits they would have to get at the back of the queue and would be ignored if they left the EU. Macron will send France and the EU down really hard. He represents no change for France and will commit the country to go down with the EURO Ship.

Turnout is low so far and Le Pen ballots are torn in many places around the country to invalidate them in the count. The ESTABLISHMENT will do what it takes to rig the game as alway

Macron Hacked – But it Looks Like Anti-Establishment Anti-Soros Movement

Emmanuel Macron and his staff were the target of a major co-ordinated computer hack on Friday night with only 48 hours before the election. This is similar to the cyberattacks that hit the Democratic Party during Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign last year. Macron’s campaign announced Friday that tens of thousands of its internal emails and documents were leaked to the public via a file-sharing website Pastebin. The government has ordered that the French media is not aloud to publish the content of any messages to make sure the truth remains hidden. Mainstream media is following suit even outside of France. Some nine gigabytes of data were posted by a user called EMLEAKS to Pastebin, a document-sharing site that allows anonymous posting.  They posted: (see below)

The similarity with the DNC hack raises the question if this is part of a collapse in government confidence because the targets in the Clinton and Macron incidents were clearly against”establishment” and anti-democratic forces. The DNC and Macron supporters clearly have one thing is common – maintain the status quo and no real change to government.

It was on June 14, 2016, when Crowdstrike published a study commissioned by the DNC, in which they accused the Russian government of breaching the DNC’s computer systems. They have a debatable track record and I would not take them seriously. In fact, I highly question any real ability to trace a professional hack. When we were being attempted to hack into our systems back in 1999, we traced it to Langley, Va, but to do so it had to be live. Trying to trace who was trying to get in after the fact was pointless, and all we could do was trace it to a location. After the fact, it is impossible to trace for one can relay the origin around the world.

Of course everyone is again blaming Russia. This is raising a much more deeper issue. Is this really part of the rising civil unrest and not Russia? It’s not like there is no anti-establishment/anti-Soros movement. The politicians call it “populism” but that is what they all call any anti-government movement whenever government becomes too correct. Here is a cartoon from 1896 showing William Jennings Bryan as the Populist Presidential Candidate of the Democratic Party.

Putin himself has come out publicly in support of maintaining the EU. Everyone blames Russia and even claimed Putin supported BREXIT, Newsweek reported: “If you search Putin’s speeches or official statements since the official announcement of the British referendum in February 2016, you won’t find any mention of it.” Indeed, there is no indication that Putin wants to see the EU break apart either. A search of his comments produces the opposite result, which tends to make sense. There is no advantage to having the EU fall apart to Russia, but it may actually present greater risks.

It is popular to blame Russia for everything. That was an Obama strategy to deflect criticism about the content of the leaks from the DNC. The press has been touting Putin conspired with Trump to beat Hillary. The top Democratic member of the Senate Intelligence Committee,California Sen. Dianne Feinstein, says she has yet to see any evidence of collusion between Donald Trump advisers and the Russian government. Nevertheless, all the mainstream media continue to imply Putin and Trump conspired yet they never discuss the contents of the Podesta emails revealing how corrupt the DNC really was.

Macron is coming out and claiming there are fake documents being released. This seems to be a desperate measure and he hopes he will win so he does not have to verify anything he says. How can someone read 9 gigs of data in less than 30 minutes to claim they include some fakes? But there is something deeply wrong here. It seems doubtful that any documents incriminating Macron are fake. None were fake in the Podesta email hack. So if this is a common source being Russia, then why fake documents with Macron but not Podesta?

The hack is real and the incriminating evidence shows the same disdain for the French people as the Democrats had for the American people. What they reveal is clearly the conspiracy of the “establishment” to sell out the French people just as the Democrats did in 2016.

The source of the hack is more of an anti-establishment anti-Soros movement that is building globally. Many people see this as a war against Soros and his attempt to recreate the world in his own vision. I have warned that I too oppose Soros, and I believe he is trying to fund civil unrest on a global scale.

Soros is allegedly behind funding civil unrest in Poland and Hungary and countless other places including the United States. Perhaps with hindsight we will see that Soros is trying to take over France.

Healthcare Still a Mess

QUESTION:  I read the obamacare repeal blog. I agree with the tax part. But removing pre existing conditions and most of the coverage protections when majority of families in US is one disaster away from bankruptcy and dying without coverage. is that right?

ANSWER: No. There was a very simple solution. The healthcare industry should be nationalized as are utilities (not ownership) because it is a necessary monopoly. Any price increase must be approved and lawsuits must end. There should be predefined limits for damages not open-ended.

Anyone with problems of health that were uninsured should have been covered by Medicaid. There was no need to change the insurance of 300 million people for 20 million.

They made student loans non-dischargeable in bankruptcy to help bankers. What they should do is the reverse – exempt hospital bills from being able to garnish wages or assets or push anyone into bankruptcy.

Healthcare and Education have become abusive because they bribe politicians to keep their funds flowing. If they really had to compete, prices would decline.

Nobody should suffer and nobody should die because they lack money. That is how the justice system works. You get a court appointed lawyer who job is to lose – that have a near perfect record of losing every case about 99%. Any wins are by stupidity of prosecutors not brilliance of defense lawyers.

Hospitals have been doing their pest to put private practitioners out of business. You join the club, or you are out. Sound familiar?

French Election Commission Tries to Quash Macron Document Release…

The French election commission and all French media are attempting to keep presidential candidate Emmanuel Macron’s email and document release from having an impact on the election; even going so far as to warn people that reading the content might be illegal.

With 9.9 gigabytes of data uploaded to Pastebin it sets up a rather unusual issue if Macron happens to win the election and the content of the email and documents show manipulation and coordination of the candidate by interests external to France.

Via Reuters – France sought to keep a computer hack of frontrunner Emmanuel Macron’s campaign emails from influencing the outcome of the country’s presidential election with a warning on Saturday it could be a criminal offence to republish the data.

Macron’s team said a “massive” hack had dumped emails, documents and campaign financing information online just before campaigning ended on Friday and France entered a quiet period which forbids politicians from commenting on the leak.

The data leak emerged as polls predicted Macron, a former investment banker and economy minister, was on course for a comfortable victory over far-right leader Marine Le Pen in Sunday’s election, with the last surveys showing his lead widening to around 62 percent to 38.

“On the eve of the most important election for our institutions, the commission calls on everyone present on internet sites and social networks, primarily the media, but also all citizens, to show responsibility and not to pass on this content, so as not to distort the sincerity of the ballot,” the French election commission said in a statement on Saturday.

However, the commission – which supervises the electoral process – may find it difficult to enforce its rules in an era where people get much of their news online, information flows freely across borders and many users are anonymous.

French media covered the hack in various ways, with left-leading Liberation giving it prominence on its website, but television news channels opting not to mention it.

Le Monde newspaper said on its website it would not publish the content of any of the leaked documents before the election, partly because the huge amount of data meant there was not enough time to report on it properly, but also because the dossiers had been published on purpose 48 hours before the election with the clear aim of affecting the vote. BREAKING: Confirmed Authentic – Massive 9 Gig Dump of Emails from French Presidential Candidate Emmanuel Macron…

Well this is stunning to say the least.  After initial denials the campaign of French Presidential candidate Emmanuel Macron is now confirming the authenticity of a massive upload of emails from his account.

The 9.9 Gigs of emails, outlining some very sketchy deals by the presidential candidate, were uploaded to Pastebin a document sharing site – SEE HERE –  Initially no-one was able to confirm the authenticity, and the campaign of Macron denied.   WikiLeaks began an attempt to authenticate the release.

However, the authentication is no longer necessarily warranted as the campaign is admitting they were hacked, and the content appears to be directly from the accounts of Emmanuel Macron:
