I mentioned how the Corporate Equality Index (CEI) is the reason companies are going WOKE. This is the imaginary social credit score based on a company’s adherence to WOKE policies. The Human Right Campaign (HRC), a massive international political lobbying group that dictates the CEI score, employs 39 million workers globally. George Soros and the Open Society Foundation fund the HRC directly.
The 2023 Corporate Equality Index toolkit has a point system for various woke policies. The new policy has expanded these woke policies and makes it increasingly difficult for companies to operate outside of the far-left narrative. For example, spousal and partner benefits can earn a company up to 20 possible points. An employee does not need to be legally married for their partner “regardless of sex” to receive benefits, which include surrogacy benefits, expensive IVF treatments, foster care assistance, cryopreservation, and adoption assistance.
Transgender-inclusive healthcare benefits (25 possible points) entail a full page of demands, including puberty blockers and hormone therapy for minors, and reconstructive surgical reassignment surgery (including reconstructive chest, breast, and genital procedures). Employers “MUST” offer these procedures to all employees. They must also offer at least five out of 10 “essential services,” including travel expenses, tracheal shaving, facial feminization surgery, voice modification surgery, voice therapy, and hair removal surgery.
Outreach or engagement to the broader LGBTQ+ community is worth 15 points, meaning that businesses must show they are either trying to recruit more gay employees, working with gay-friendly third parties, providing philanthropic support to at least one LGBTQ+ organization, and more. This criterion is forcing businesses to recruit other businesses into the woke agenda. Forget qualifications! As long as they’re part of the gay community, they’re hired.
The criteria for a 100 CEI score rose dramatically in just one year. Religious organizations or employers are demonized for holding true to their values. Are we really forcing employers to pay for breast augmentations and voice therapy? The most disturbing piece is that employers must now provide “gender-affirming care” procedures to the CHILDREN of their employees. If you look around, nearly every business is adhering to this agenda as the CEI social credit score has become just as important as the ESG climate social credit score.
QUESTION: What do you think about Target now selling books on this transgender stuff for even first graders? This has gone full circle from recognizing their rights to pushing their influential anti-religion on everyone else. We should boycott Target like Bud from what I see.

ANSWER: This has indeed gone from equal rights to denying civil and religious rights of everyone else. Target rolled out its Pride collection offering over 2,000 products, including books for kids aged 2–8 with titles like “Pride 1,2,3,” “Bye Bye, Binary,” and “I’m Not a Girl.” Target also suggested “The Pronoun Book” to kids aged 0–3.
If they wanted to crucify Epstein as a pedophile for having girls 16 and 17, which are legal ages in Europe and Asia, they do not even teach sex education at such a tender young age. Barbie and Ken dolls did not have genitalia when my daughter was growing up. So now showing child pornography is prison time but not books like these teaching sex to pre-puberty children?
I am just glad I am not raising kids today. I would agree to not shop at Target and I would no longer take my children to Disney.
It is one thing to discriminate against LGBTQ, and another to promote it shoving it down children’s throats at such a young age. This is all going too far and instead of promoting equal rights, it is severely dividing the country offending the religious rights of others. How about we teach atheism in first grade that there is no God and it is all fiction? Would that be acceptable? The world has really gone insane. Civilization works ONLY when everyone benefits – not by dividing it into groups and pitting them against each other.
The Christians were persecuted BECAUSE they refused to respect the beliefs of others. When Rome started to fall, they were persecuted because the Romans thought they offended the gods by refusing to show any respect for other religions. From a historical perspective, this LGBTQ movement is no longer about inclusion and equal rights. This becomes a movement that has no respect for other people’s religious beliefs and is promoting their beliefs and forcing them upon everyone else. This is clearly offending the First Amendment and is courting our own demise.
I fear when the History of the Decline & Fall of Western Civilization is written, as our computer is projecting, there will be an equal parallel to the religious divisions that also tore Rome apart. We are becoming so divided, it will be IMPOSSIBLE to stand together as one nation or society. During the 1840s, gun battles were taking place even on the streets of Philadelphia between Catholics and Protestants. We are messing around with a tinder box. This is feeding into the cycle of our demise for 2032.

On Monday night Sai Varshith Kandula, 19, of Chesterfield, Missouri, attempted to crash a U-Haul truck through the security perimeter of the White House. He was arrested while saying he was attempting to kill and kidnap Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
Oddly, during the event the Capitol Police never called the bomb squad, never moved the crowd or media back away from the truck, and simply opened the vehicle and started placing the contents -including a swastika flag- on the ground for the media to photograph. The entire event, including the way the authorities handled the truck, was seriously sketchy.
Kandula was then federally charged with threatening to kill, kidnap or inflict harm on a president, vice president or family member, assault with a dangerous weapon, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, destruction of federal property, and trespassing, according to U.S. Park Police. However, yesterday the DOJ dropped all the charges except depredation of federal property.
Considering that J6 attendees have been charged and locked up for simply parading around the Capitol Hill building, the contrast of the way the authorities are handling Sai Varshith Kandula is rather stark.
CNN — The man accused of crashing a U-Haul truck into a security barrier near the White House Monday night praised Adolf Hitler to investigators after his arrest and said that he aimed to “kill the President” if necessary to overthrow the government and install himself in power, according to court documents.
Sai Varshith Kandula, 19, of Chesterfield, Missouri, is in custody and has been charged in federal court with one count of depredation of property of the United States in excess of $1,000. US Park Police originally arrested Kandula on several charges, including threatening to kill or harm a president, vice president or family member.
Kandula, in handcuffs and wearing a t-shirt and shorts, appeared in DC Superior Court Tuesday afternoon, US Park Police told CNN, and was held in custody without bail. He has not yet entered a formal plea in federal court – where his case is expected to continue with an initial appearance on the single charge Wednesday – and a lawyer for him in that case has not yet been named publicly.
The Secret Service said no agency or White House personnel were injured in the incident.
The truck, which carried a Nazi flag among other items, crashed into security barriers on the north side of Lafayette Square at 16th Street just before 10 p.m. ET, the US Secret Service said. A preliminary investigation revealed the driver may have intentionally struck the barrier, the agency later said.
Kandula made threatening comments regarding the White House at the scene, including that he wanted to kidnap and harm President Joe Biden, law enforcement sources told CNN. Authorities are considering the role mental health may have played in this incident, one source said. (read more)

REPLY: Yes, very interesting. This is no doubt the major turning point on debt and this is on a global scale. It is not the collapse of the debt just yet nor the dollar.
The Republicans and Democrats are refusing to agree on the debtceiling crisis. The government will be unable to pay its bills and the US will default if an agreement is not reached. Yellen has reached out to every media outlet and large corporation in the US to warn of the “catastrophic” consequences. Of course, they’ve always managed to increase the limit in the past as America cannot afford to default on its debt obligations. The Democrats insist on spending with no end in sight, while the Republicans are demanding some sort of budget. Biden and McCarthy met on Monday to discuss, but neither side will budge.
Biden said the GOP is taking an “extreme position,” but what are they demanding? The GOP wants to set discretionary federal spending at $1.47 trillion for the next fiscal year, with an increase of only 1% in future years. The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) said this would reduce the deficit by $4.8 trillion in the next decade.
The promise Biden made to students must be repealed for the Republicans to accept the ceiling. Biden implemented this policy to buy young votes and had no fiscal plan in place to finance such a lofty goal. The GOP believes student loan payments are being unfairly subsidized by millions of American taxpayers, many who already paid off their own student debt. Biden’s plan also does nothing to address continually rising tuition costs. The CBO believes this cut will save taxpayers about $460 billion over the next decade.
Biden’s IRS Army must also be defunded. The GOP wants to rescind the $71 billion that the Biden Administration used to hire 87,000 new IRS agents. We never had a need for so many agents in the past, and it is unlikely that they will shakedown $71 billion from average American families.
The Republicans also want to take back unobligated COVID relief money. Six separate bills were passed between 2020 and 2022 and the government is still shelling out money for a pandemic that has ended. The CBO stated this would save the US $30 billion in spending over the next 10 years.
The climate change agenda is costly. Republicans are demanding that Biden eliminate some of the tax breaks his administration provides to green-friendly companies. They’re negotiating exactly how to position some of the perks for biofuel. In general, the CBO believes this will save the US $570 billion over the next 10 years.
Increasing America’s ability to become energy dependent is crucial. Biden ripped away America’s ability to function without energy exports on his first day in office. The country needs coal, natural gas, and oil to function and energy inflation remains a serious problem. The energy bill, labeled HR1 as it is of top importance, would also boost production of lithium, cobalt, nickel, and other minerals.
The Republicans would also like to limit social programs and government handouts. Able-bodied adults under the age of 50, without dependents, must work a minimum of 20 hours a week or they may lose their SNAP and food stamp benefits. Those who are unemployed but on Medicaid and able-bodied will also be required to work a part-time job. The CBO stated 15 million Medicaid recipients would be required to work part-time, and 1.5 million could risk losing federal funding.
Unsurprising since the neocons are on both sides, no one has asked Biden to end the blank checks to Ukraine. America has sent hundreds of millions to Ukraine and is receiving nothing in return. Our own border is overrun and yet we just pledged another $300 million of American taxpayers’ money to secure Ukraine’s border. The funding for this war will create unprecedented inflation and cripple our economy.
The most disturbing aspect of our “new norm” is this push to indoctrinate impressionable children to accept the woke agenda. I did not want to write about this subject because it makes my blood boil. But you need to know. This is starting at the United Nations, the global agency that is working toward creating a doomed one-world government. Reports began circulating from the UN in March about legalizing pedophilia.
Normalizing pedophilia is happening on an international level. This is part of the Great Reset. They are slowly implementing the idea that adults have the right to sexually assault children as they demonize all morals and values that once existed. There is no room for God in the Build Back Better agenda with branches that spread far. There is no room for parents either as children are molded by the leftist schools they attend as mom and dad work their lives away to get by with the new norm for the cost of living. The woke agenda is working to normalize this concept by introducing children to drag queens during school hours and telling them that they can choose their gender before they even know their ABCs.
Popular retailer Target, working to maintain that CEI score, put out a ton of LGBTQ+ attire in the children’s section. Target is now selling “chest binders” and “packing underwear” for CHILDREN. They sell shirts that say “trans rights are human rights” in toddler sizes. Toddlers can’t even use the restroom alone, but they can be an advocate for transexuals? Children cannot drive to the store and purchase the clothing themselves. Their brainwashed attention-seeking parents are indoctrinating them to accept a warped reality not supported by biology. As DeSantis said in a recent speech, pronouns were not an issue “until about two weeks ago” when teachers began demanding that kindergarteners choose their pronouns.
The video above discusses the books that parents want to be banned from school. “BOOK BANS? BUT HITLER!” the liberals scream. No. I think even Hitler would be disgusted by this demonic ideology. These books depict graphic pornography and are inappropriate for children. Even the man who made the video said the terms were something he did not need to know as an adult. He and others in the gay community are appalled that people want to bring children into the LGBTQ+ ever-growing arena. LEAVE THE KIDS ALONE.
We the people outnumber the ruling elite. They have to pit us against one another and divide us based on gender, sexual orientation, politics, and wealth so that we do not seek out those truly oppressing the people. “Gender-affirming care” includes childhood castration and sterilization. News outlets are reporting that Jeffrey Epstein allegedly attempted to blackmail Bill Gates after discovering he was having an affair with Mila Antonova, a Russian bridge player. Epstein wanted Gates to join him in creating a multi-billion dollar “charitable” fund with JPMorgan Chase. Epstein attempted to use Gates’ affair with Mila as leverage but failed. It is peculiar that they are now releasing this story to the mainstream media.
Boris Nikolic, a close adviser to Gates, introduced Mila Antonova to Epstein. Epstein went on to pay for her to attend coding school and even provided her with housing. “I just thought he was a successful businessman and wanted to help. I am disgusted with Epstein and what he did,” Mila told reporters. There is a good chance this young woman did not know she was being used as a pawn.
Gates did not want to join forces with JPMorgan Chase and Epstein, but they were adamantly requesting a $100 million contribution from him. “In essence, this [fund] will allow Bill to have access to higher quality people, investment, allocation, governance without upsetting either his marriage or the sensitvities [sic] of the current foundation employees,” Epstein penned in an email to executives from JPMorgan on August 16, 2011. The following day, Epstein emailed the executives to say: “Bill is terribly frustrated. He woud! [sic] like to boost some of the things that are working without taking away from thoses [sic] that are not.” The banking executives and Epstein agreed they could not create the fund without Gates.
The fund flopped after years of attempting to lure Gates into the scheme. But Epstein refused to let it go. In 2017, Epstein reached out to Gates and asked him for reimbursement for putting Mila through school. Tuition costs mean nothing to these men; he wanted to remind Gates that he could blackmail him. It appears Epstein took this grudge to the grave. Days before his alleged suicide in 2019, Epstein appointed Nikolic as his backup executor. “He couldn’t have listed Bill because that would have been too obvious, so he chose me,” Nikolic told the WSJ. “I have come to believe it was likely a retaliatory move against Bill Gates.”
Why are they releasing this information in 2023? Gates already lost his wife for a 20-year affair he had with an employee. While the article does look bad for Gates, it is even more incriminating for JPMorgan Chase. Let’s follow the money. First, JPMorgan Chase and CEO Dimon is under investigation for its dealings with Epstein. The Wall Street Journal who broke the story is owned by News Corp, which is owned by the Murdoch family. The Murdoch family owns 42% of FOX, and has attempted over the years to combine News Corp with FOX. Rupert Murdoch personally defended JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon in the past when his bank was amid scandals. Murdoch called Dimon “One of the smartest, toughest guys around.”
So, what happened? It is no secret that FOX is one of the only conservative news outlets available, and Dimon is a self-described Democrat who is also a member of the World Economic Forum. FOX consistently criticizes the ideals Dimon and JPMorgan support. I do believe these articles are intended to paint JPMorgan in a negative light. The WSJ paints Gates as almost a victim and says he was “threatened.” The same publication also published an article at the end of April entitled “JPMorgan’s Ties to Jeffrey Epstein Were Deeper Than the Bank Has Acknowledged.”
Could this be political? Perhaps Rupert Murdoch, a personal friend of Bill Gates, wanted to expose the story to sugarcoat his friend’s ties to Epstein. There is speculation that the Murdoch press giant is a huge proponent of vaccinations, a cause near and dear to Bill’s heart. Murdoch has made numerous donations to the Gates Foundation as well. Microsoft once intended to compete against News Corp but then decided to work a deal over Sky Global Networks. The connections between Dimon, Murdoch, and Gates are deep. However, it appears that Murdoch and Gates may be against Dimon and are using the power of the media to undermine America’s biggest bank.
Italian Prime Minister Georgia Meloni tuned out Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau as he attempted to explain to her “democracy.” Is democracy when you jail peaceful protesters and lock them and their associates out of their bank accounts? Is democracy when you force all citizens to stay inside and force them to receive a vaccine to enter or exit the country? Perhaps democracy is when you set up the best-disguised eugenics program in the modern world. Justin mounted his high horse to discuss LGBTQ rights in Italy.
Naturally, Italy is a Catholic nation engrained in traditional values. “Canada is concerned about some of the positioning that Italy is taking in terms of LGBT rights, but I look forward to talking with you,” Trudeau reprimanded Meloni at the recent G7 meeting. Meloni later called Trudeau a “victim of fake news.” Italian newspaper Libero ran an article the following day featuring Trudeau in his famous Arabian nights blackface costume entitled “Questo Buffone Vuole Darci Lezioni” meaning “This Buffoon Wants to Teach You Lessons.” Clearly, the Italian people do not want a woke leader to change their values.
Gay marriage is legal in Italy. However, the government only considers the biological parent in a same-sex union to be the parent. Additionally, the government has condemned the woke agenda. “Being a man or a woman is rooted in who we are, and can’t be changed,” Meloni said. Meloni also called surrogacy a form of “slavery” and controversially said that children need a mother and a father.
The people of each nation should choose who leads them. Meloni’s government is what the majority wanted and Trudeau has no place changing Italian values. Italy has undergone numerous measures this year to prevent it from being pulled into this concept of a one-world government and culture. Italy banned the use of synthetic or cell-based cuisines and bugs “to safeguard our nation’s heritage and our agriculture based on the Mediterranean diet,” Meloni’s Health Minister Orazio Schillaci stated. Only in 2023 would we need to ban bugs in food. The nation also passed a ban on Anglomania or English words and reiterated that Italian must be the country’s primary language. Abortion is legal within the first 90 days of pregnancy in Italy, but medical providers can choose not to perform them for religious reasons. In Canada, you can abort yourself once you turn 18 through MAID.
Nations that wish to retain their individual identities will need to fight. The European Union is anything but united because each nation is still holding on to its personal identity. The people at the top, the WEF global elites like Young Leader Trudeau who support the Great Reset, actually think we can erase history and Build Back Better to be one united world. It’s not happening.
Let’s make one thing clear. Russia is NOT flying jets over Ukraine – it sends in missiles and drones. Why is Biden sending the Jets to Ukraine? Zelensky swears they will not be used to invade Russia. However, they will be used to attack Crimea where the people there are Russian and have always been. They are not Ukrainian and this is a territorial grab for the sole purpose of starting World War III. I have actually heard that Russia must be destroyed because they are an orthodox Christian nation that opposes LGBTQ.
BudLight is the classic example of WOKE Management. I stopped in a restaurant and at the bar, a guy said to the woman next to him – you better not order a Bud. She said “Hell no!” And people started clapping.
It is one thing if this LGBTQ is about ending discrimination. What seems to be happening is people are starting to find this offensive and the net result is it is increasing discrimination – not eliminating it. The whole thing – don’t ask don’t tell was reasonable. It is just as offensive if someone is trying to convert you to their religion regardless of what it might be. Everyone is entitled to their own space and beliefs. When you start to force them upon others, all that will emerge is confrontation.
To actually hear that Russia must be conquered because it reject LGBTQ, is now asking for World War III over this issue?
The Biden Administration is perfectly fine if Ukraine uses the F16s to attack Crimea, which is exactly what they intend to do. Russia has already made it clear that an attack on Crimea is an attack on Russia. This is precisely what the American Neocons are hoping for so they can claim that Russia is the aggressor – not them. They want Russia to attack the USA or NATO and then they will launch nuclear war against Russia.
QUESTION: I am writing to you today to seek your expert advice on a much-discussed topic in France: the Lagleize Law. As you probably know, this law, if passed, could radically change the way property ownership is structured in France.
The Lagleize law proposes to separate the ownership of the building from the land on which it is built. This means that a buyer could become the owner of his home without owning the land on which the property is built. In exchange for occupying the land, the owner of the building would pay rent to a freehold land agency (FLO).
I am particularly interested in the potential impact of this law on the French property market. Do you think that the Lagleize law could lead to a decrease in property prices, as some suggest? Or do you think it could have other effects, such as creating new investment opportunities or solving some of the problems in the current property market?
In addition, I would also like to know your views on how this law compares with similar legislation in other countries. For example, the UK has a long tradition of “leasehold” where land and buildings are often held separately. Do you think that the Lagleize law could have similar effects to those observed in the UK or in other countries with similar legislation?

ANSWER: Europe is a Marxist paradise. The left has dominated Europe and when you just look at our Real Estate Index for each country, there is just no comparison. Of course, the left will always interpret the way to stop inflation they cause is to always confiscate property.
The entire “Commune” project began in France. They convinced Marx that Communism is the answer to stop the business cycle. We can see how that devastated human society in Russia, Eastern Europe, and China. Nevertheless, this Lagleize Law is in line with this same thinking but they are trying to do it just for landownership. As Socrates has written: “Keep in mind that given the dramatic decline of 70% from the last high established during 2015, that if we continue to move in the same direction after one target, then the move will not subside until the next target in time is reached. We have elected 2 Bearish Reversals from the last high thus far to date.”
We have not elected any Yearly Bearish Reversals in US property. It is highly questionable that the government could even try that since the 5th Amendment states plainly in what is known as the Takings Clause:
“nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”
Whenever we analyze the law, we MUST look at the historical reason for its creation. The genesis of the Takings Clause can be found in Section 38 of the Magna Charta, which declared that land would not be taken without some form of due process. King John (1166–1216), who signed that document, almost immediately denounced this undertaking to his barons. However, that promise eventually made its way into the coronation oaths taken by kings, and, in England, it became a protection against the confiscation of lands without some form of a hearing.
I had to study international law in order to even be in a position to advise clients on global investment. On this subject, I found Sir Edward Coke (1552-1634), who was the Lord Chief Justice of England, really defined the English Common Law. He wrote the “Petition of Right,” which established specific rights, of alleged ancient provenance, against the powers of the King to prevent tyranny. He eventually compiled everything in the law and prepared a full-volume series called the “Institutes of the Laws of England,” which set out his views on the role of the common law in protecting ancient rights against royal power.
Sir William Blackstone (1723-1780) wrote a four-volume series entitled the “Commentaries on the Laws of England,” which was used as a foundation for legal education in England. However, the founding of the United States relied upon his Commentaries to establish the American foundation of law. I would refer to his Commentaries to seek an understanding of the intent behind the Constitutional provisions as do US Supreme Court Justices from time to time.
You must understand the basic differences in law between nations before you dare step foot into that jurisdiction. The #1 mistake is to assume your legal tradition will apply in a foreign jurisdiction. For example, under common law, a wife or clergy cannot testify against a defendant. However, children can be forced to testify against a parent. Under French Civil/Canon Law, no family member can be forced to testify against another even a brother-in-law. The Canon Law recognized the sanctity of the family unit whereas the English King did not.
There is no constitutional prohibition against confiscating all the land in France and handing it to the State. In Fact, during the 1789 French Revolution, they confiscated all the land of the Catholic Church. On November 2nd, 1789, in the midst of the early enthusiasm for the Revolution and to solve the fiscal crisis of the Monarchy, the French Constituent Assembly passed a law to confiscate all Church property and to redistribute it by auction. The Assignat notes of the French Revolution were issued from 1790 – 1796. To buy the land, you had to exchange coins for these notes.
So as you can see, history repeats. They confiscated land before, so the same idea resurfaces once again.
