Wow, Big Tech Colludes With Wall Street to Protect Elites and Hedgefunds Against Ordinary Investors

It started with a bunch of smart ordinary Wall Street market watchers assembling on Reddit and noticing that hedgefunds were making millions destroying the stock value of GameStop (GME) -and others-  by short selling the stock and trading the position.

The hedgefunds were so greedy the short-sellers borrowed more than 140% of the total number of shares of stock of GME (GameStop) in order to destroy it.  The stock value dropped from $20 to $4 as the sharks made millions in the short-sells.  That’s when the Reddit investment community,Wall Street Bets, noticed an opportunity.

One of the issues with short-selling is that short-sellers must always eventually purchase the stocks they borrowed.  That means if the stock value increases you are committed to buying it, you will lose money, and you cannot get away from the loss in your short-sell position so long as the stock value is high.

Knowing the borrowed shares were more than the total number of outstanding shares of the entire GME stock, the rebellious alliance knew the short-sellers (hedgefunds) would have to eventually buy them.  So the independent group, mass numbers of individual investors, started purchasing shares and driving up the GameStop stock value.

The GME stock skyrocketed and the short-sellers (hedgefunds on Wall Street) were freaking out.  The higher the stock went, the more it was going to cost the hedgefunds to get out of their short position.  Billions were being wiped out as the pesky rebel alliance kept purchasing shares and driving up the value.  [Go Deep] That’s when the biggest eye-opening series of events in financial history took place….

♦ First Big Tech jumped-in to protect the hedgefunds.  The servers that handled Reddit’s investor discussion “WallStreetBets” were shut down, essentially trying to break down the communication of the rebel alliance.  They used the oft-familiar “hate speech” justification, but that was really a ruse… Big Tech was supporting Wall Street.

♦ Then the New York Stock exchange stepped-in to protect the hedgefunds by blocking trades of GameStop and other Reddit targeted stocks (Nokia, Blackberry, AMC theaters).  Ameritrade also blocked any trades.  The NYSE was essentially trying to protect the institutional investors, billionaires, from the citizens, independent investors.   Wall Street went to war against day-traders, ordinary Americans.

♦ Then the stock trading App “Robinhood” which was used by the citizens to make their trades, actually stepped-in to stop users from purchasing GameStop shares.  The Robinhood app will now only allow sales of GME and the other stocks because the app is protecting the billionaire class from their short position.

Wall Street, the New York Stock Exchange, the entire financial trading system is trying to protect the short-sellers by driving down the shares of stocks so that the short-sellers can get out of their positions.   Never has there been such blatant market manipulation by the organized efforts of the elite financial class.

Big Tech and Wall Street are working together to keep a rigged system tilted in their favor and their aligned efforts are spotlighting just how rigged that system is.

The elites don’t care what happens to the ordinary citizens in the stock market… they are protecting their own status.  All of this is brutally illegal market manipulation and collusion by the financial sector.   [Story Here and Story Here]

DeceptiCon Maneuvers, Don’t Forget Who Owns The New York Stock Exchange

With the elite financial class being increasingly exposed over the past 72 hours; and with the collusion between Big Tech and Wall Street in the public spotlight; and knowing the elite Washington DC establishment is a part of that entire corrupt system; and with millions of Americans more able to accept the scale of the issues; perhaps this is a moment to remind ourselves how the BIG CLUB works to deceive under false pretense.

Washington DC is part of the corrupt Wall Street, K-Street, Big Bank, and BIG TECH system. Everything within that system is self-serving and done deliberately with the intent to maintain a particular status for the people within it.  This is the moment of opportunity to expose just how the DeceptiCons trick us… this is information and dot-connecting that created The Last Refuge.  This is the bitter pill that needs to be swallowed.

Everything from within the DC system is designed to lie to you.  Accept that and you begin to realize how events are NEVER what they appear on the surface.

The owner of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) is Jeffrey Sprecher.  Remember the position of Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell in regards to Senator Loeffler?  Well, Mr. Sprecher is the husband of former Senator Kelly Loeffler.

Kelly Loeffler’s seat was purchased by their elite status and position.  Why would a billionaire run for an elected office paying a few hundred thousand?

Majority Leader Mitch McConnell positioned Loeffler with committee assignments based on that status of influence and affluence.

Jeffrey Sprecher and Kelly Loeffler entered politics for their elite interests.

The ruse of the DecptiCons is always that a motive to the benefit of the republic lies behind their candidacy. This is the same ruse that lay behind Mitt Romney, another DeceptiCon.  There are no purely altruistic motives behind these politicians, particularly in the Senate.

Their motives are all about status, power and greed.  They are not representatives of the people; they are representative of their own elite fellowship and interests, and this crosses both parties.  Everything else is chaff and countermeasures to ensure their position.

That is the brutal and uncomfortable reality to accept.  The entire system is corrupt.

The swamp is deep and filled with DeceptiCons who will strike at any given moment once they attain a useful position. President Trump went to Georgia to campaign for Senator Kelly Loeffler. Simultaneous to President Trump’s visible support, Loeffler’s husband Jeffrey Sprecher, owner of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), announced the NYSE will not blacklist Chinese telecommunications firms outlined in Trump’s executive order.

Background: On November 12, 2020, President Trump signed an executive order prohibiting American companies and individuals from owning shares in any of the 31 Chinese companies previously listed as enabling the People’s Liberation Army, effective Jan 11, 2021. Three telecommunications companies China Mobile Ltd., China Telecom Corp Ltd., China Unicom Hong Kong Ltd., were targeted.

Literally as President Trump was traveling to Georgia to rally in support of Senator Loeffler, the NYSE –owned by Loeffler’s husband– announced they would not delist the Chinese companies:

CNBC – The New York Stock Exchange said it no longer plans to delist three Chinese telecommunications giants.

In a late Monday statement, the NYSE said it dropped the plans after “further consultation with relevant regulatory authorities in connection with Office of Foreign Assets Control.”

[…] The exchange had originally planned to drop those listings in order to comply with an executive order that President Donald Trump signed in November. That order sought to bar American companies and individuals from investing in firms that the Trump administration alleged aid the Chinese military.

That ban is set to take effect Monday, a little more than a week before President-elect Joe Biden is set to to be inaugurated. (link)

Via Axios: “NYSE spokesperson Farrell Kramer declined to comment on what had changed in relation to compliance with the executive order. But Kramer referred Axios to a stock exchange statement saying that “in light of further consultation” it no longer intends to move forward with the delisting action.” (link)

Senator Kelly Loeffler and husband Jeffrey Sprecher, owner of NYSE

Kelly Loeffler was appointed by Georgia Governor Kemp because Loeffler is married to Jeffrey Sprecher; a GOPe party insider, mega-donor, and multi-millionaire CEO of the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE).

Jeffrey Sprecher is the founder and CEO of ICE, which now owns the New York Stock Exchange. Kelly Loeffler’s company, the financial platform Bakkt, is a subsidiary of the Intercontinental Exchange.

Corrupt as hell. All of it. Insider party schemes, combined with Deep Swamp politics and personal influence peddling for financial interests. The familiar network of personal financial benefit. In 2012 Mrs Loeffler donated $750,000 to Mitt Romney’s Super PAC.

Political connections is why Kelly Loeffler was selected by Governor Kemp, and that same pay-to-play political network is exactly why Nikki Haley originally endorsed her and campaigned for her in the 2020 election.

I have ZERO doubt Loeffler’s husband will be providing considerable financial payments to Nikki Haley in her run for the presidency. Transparent swamp dealing.

Yes, Jeffrey Sprecher owns the largest stock exchange in the world: the New York Stock Exchange with more than 2,400 listed companies and a market capitalization of about $22.9 trillion….. There are Always Trillions at Stake.

Dr. Fauci, the highest paid public official in the land, wants you to wear two face burkas. That’s right, if one works, why not two? One expert even suggested three masks, but he said that could cause breathing difficulties. “Could?”

It’s hard enough to breathe wearing just one of the damn things, but now Fauci wants to double up on that difficulty even though he knows masks don’t work. At first, he even told us they were ineffective. When the mask ‘mandates’ came out nearly a year ago I predicted that if we succumbed to wearing them that the practice will become permanent. It has—the oligarchs who are running their planned-demic want compliance. They know masks are a form of control—a form of brainwashing designed to break down our resistance to getting their deadly and unnecessary and under-tested vaccines. They’re unnecessary because COVID-19 survivability rate is 99.7 percent! We have our immune systems—we do not need to have experimental toxins forced into our bloodstreams. Once we start taking their jabs, the shots will never end. Just like the masks will never end.

The unsanitary masks are bad for our health. By impeding the inflow of oxygen and the outflow of C02, many physiological and psychological problems ensue. Masks are especially bad for young children (who rarely contract COVID-19 in the first place). Facial deformities can result. Masks hurt the development of their social skills as well as their immune systems. Masks can also lead to tooth decay, skin problems, bacterial pneumonia and they actually increase the chances of contracting the virus, which can collect in nasal passages. The masks do not stop the viral particles, which easily pass through the porous material.

So why does Fauci want us to double down on something he knows are terrible for our health? Because he’s part of the Gates-led oligarchy and they greedily hunger for more power and control over humanity. The masks are integral to their strategy of control by instilling within us a fear of non-compliance. They know mask wearing not only weakens us physically but also it breaks down our mental resistance as more and more mandates are inevitably issued from ‘authorities’ running their burgeoning police state. Where will it end? With Bill Gates and his fellow tyrannical mega-billionaire globalists stamping on our faces forever with their boot of totalitarianism.

Good News – Impeachment Will Fail, Bad News – Five Republican Senators Voted to Impeach President Trump, Murkowski, Collins, Romney, Sasse and Toomey

During senate impeachment rules processes and parliamentary proceedings today, Senator Rand Paul proposed a smart point of order requiring a senate vote on dismissing the impeachment case against President Trump.  Essentially this dismissal vote will reflect the baseline, worst case, final outcome, vote of any impeachment trial.

The Senate then took up a motion to table the dismissal point of order.  The motion to table passed 55-45; meaning 55 senators want to impeach President Donald Trump and 45 senators voted to dismiss the entire case:

The good news is this will represent the worst case scenario on the final impeachment vote 55 yes / 45 nay.  The impeachment will definitely fail in February, and President Trump now knows the disposition of the final outcome. [Though it could get better]

The bad news is 5 republican senators just voted to impeach President Trump.  They are: Susan Collins (Maine), Lisa Murkowski (Alaska), Mitt Romney (Utah), Ben Sasse (Nebraska), and Pat Toomey (Pennsylvania).

Murkowski and Toomey are both up for reelection in 2022.  However, Pat Toomey has indicated he is not running for reelection.   So the most immediate 2022 target should be on Lisa Murkowski of Alaska.

Rand Paul Pushes Back Against Ridiculousness of Impeachment – Likely to Initiate Points of Order to Call Out Republican Idiots

Senator Rand Paul (MAGA-Lite, KY) took to the senate floor to outline the insufferable nonsense behind the impeachment narrative.   Using his time to call-out examples of DC representatives initiating confrontation; and simultaneously putting the GOPe crowd on notice that he will do everything possible to put them on the record; Rand Paul fires back with some excellent oration.  WATCH:

It is also being reported Senator Paul will file a point-of-order in advance of the impeachment trial to put Republicans on record for their position.  “Rand Paul will make a point of order to dismiss the impeachment trial this afternoon. It’ll get Republicans on the record for how they might vote in a trial. You need 67 votes to convict. So if 34 Republicans vote to dismiss the trial, that means Trump will be acquitted.”

A Third Party is Needed Today!


In 2009 the Tea Party appeared as a result of the take over of the health care system by the Democrats. The result of the take over was we ended up with the Affordable Health Care Act which promised us major savings and better services with no more nasty insurance providers to deal with. Well what we actually got was much higher costs, crappy programs and dealing with a broken interface though the federal government to the doctors and the hospitals.

My wife and I participated in some of the protests in DC which were always peaceful and clean as we picked up all our trash. The Democrats and Republicans ignored us and did everything they could to stop the movement. And they were successful because we had no leader. So seven years later in 2016 when Trump announced he was a candidate for the office of the President and gave a speech as to why he was running we had no other choice available to us and latched onto him. And the rest is history.

We knew about the DC swamp but we had no idea that it wasn’t just the Democrats and their minions; it also involved most of the Republicans as well. Some call it the Uni-Party and I agree it is a single entity probably 65% Democrat and 35% Republican in my opinion. Neither party has any interest in their voters; their interests are their major Donner’s and how they can get government contracts to their extended families. On top of that any unspent campaign funds (which can be extensive after decades in office) can we transfer to their personal accounts after leaving office.

Trump made an valiant attempt to stop as much as he could of that corruption and that this the reason why they had to get rid of him by any means possible. That included the the FBI and the Russian collusion myth, the Muller report, the first impeachment (a distraction to get the Wuhan virus hidden), the Wuhan virus fraud driven by the evil Dr Fauci, and the second impeachment based on a fake insurrection narrative. There is no doubt in my mind that the deep state and Uni-Party planed the occupation of the United Sates Capital (building) where the the House and Senate meet on January 6, 2021. That movement was lead my leftist radicals posing as Trump supporters.

These previous four paragraphs would take a very long book or set of books to fully document and this is not the place for that. This short version is only to justify the needed third party.

There is only one way to save the Republic now after the 2020 election; and that is to form a new political party. the goal would be to get the citizens that were blue dog democrats, independents and the Trump republicans. In essence the MAGA collision. Lets assume that of the seventy five million that voted for trump comprise that core MAGA category, what would happen if Trump created the MAGA party and fifty million citizens switched to the new party! That would make the MAGA party bigger than the Republican party and maybe even bigger than the Democrat party.

That would make it possible for members in the House and Senate that were honest to also switch to the new party what ever its name was. That would give Trump a lot of say in the congress maybe even enough to stop what is being done.

We need to start this movement and pledge to support Trump in doing this. And by this post I do so. I thought I did in the previous post but as it turned out that FEC filing was not by Trump it was by someone pretending to be a Trump associate. This time I will restate what I wrote in that post since that was based on false information.

First, I state that I am no longer a Republican and I will not support any Republican nor give money to any Republican. I realize that there are good people in that old party but the top of the party is corrupt.

Second, I state that I will not vote vote for anyone in any of the two major party’s as neither are worth anything. Therefore, I will only vote for candidates in a new party only under Trumps leadership.

We need to get this message to Trump and for him to give up on the Republicans in DC they never did like him! And By The Way in the past 48 hours that original post of mine got over 7,100 views and lots of comments of support

Xi Jinping at DAVOS

Chinese President Xi Jinping at Davos in Switzerland attended by video. He continued to defend globalization also referring to multilateralism and climate change. However, he never mentioned either Trump or Biden but he did criticize the US trade war with China. He did warn that any conflict between Beijing and Washington would be bad for the entire world. You will recall that Biden said he would return to the UN Paris Accord to force China to comply. So his remarks were pointed at Biden with respect to confrontation and at Trump for the trade war.

Nevertheless, he played the game well and called for global collaboration on climate change, public health, technology, and saving the global economy, which the Wo9rld Economic Forum has been destroying behind the curtain with its lockdowns to reduce CO2 which is only weakening the economies in the West.  Xi Jinping made a pledge to become carbon-neutral by 2060, not 2030. He said that China will continue to promote sustainable development. China will fully implement the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development but it will do more on the ecological front by transforming and improving its industrial structure and energy mix at a faster pace and promoting a green, low-carbon way of life and production. He said: “I have announced China’s goal of striving to peak carbon dioxide emissions before 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality before 2060.”

That is to disarm the Gates contingent who have their clock in New York counting down for 7 years to support the Agenda 2030 put out by Schwab. No doubt they will try to pressure Xi to bring that to 2030, but that will fail.

China has seen its economy recover far more than in the West which is obsessed with using the virus for climate change. China will see growth come in at about 2.3% for 2020 and it will perhaps surge to 5%-8% in 2021 rejecting the nonsense of lockdowns that are destroying businesses everywhere. Anyone who has gone to Times Square will often visit Carmine’s famous Italian restaurant. With zero tourism, plays dark, and offices empty, there is no business at all. These lockdowns for the manufactured pandemic have devastated New York. There is nothing to return to. The landlord filed a notice of default for unpaid rent against the once-popular Italian restaurant. The culture of New York is gone and the only people cheering are the environmentalists. They won. They ended tourism and commuting all at once. China never took such crazy actions so their economy has survived unlike those in the West.

Trump was wrong in blaming China for the COVID virus when Fauci was experimenting with this very virus from bats and when told to shut it down, he sent it off to Wuhan. Trump was clearly dead wrong on that but the press was so supporting Fauci that it would have been political suicide to blame him. Still, Xi Jinping said international institutions, including the World Health Organization, should be strengthened.

Concerning international geopolitical relations, Xi Jinping warned everyone not to “meddle” in China’s affairs, by which he means Beijing’s actions in Hong Kong, Xinjiang, Taiwan, or Tibet. That was a clear warning to Biden to stay out of China’s affairs. He added that “to build small circles, or…wilfully impose decoupling, supply disruption, or sanctions…will only push the world into division and even confrontation.”

China is pushing to be the world leader in AI. This is also why we may be the only forecaster allowed in China on a major scale because they also know our reports on all the Chinese stocks are entirely written by a computer.

Collectibles Bull Market Exploding

The collectible market has been exploding. The first vintage issue of “Batman #1” recently sold for more than $2.2 million at auction, breaking the record for the highest amount ever paid for a Batman comic book. Even ancient Athenian Owls we were selling from a hoard that at $1,000 have been bringing $2,000-$2,750 +20% auction premium.

Even a Sicilian dekadrachm off-centered estimated at $50,000 sold for almost $90,000.

A Mark Antony and Octavia gold aureus, which had sold for 74,000 CH in 2008, sold at nearly $265,000 or a 256% increase.

Previously, the Brutus gold aureus Eid Mar, meaning he killed caesar on the Ides of March, which was estimated to bring $500,000, sold for $4.3 million.

The dramatic increases in prices being paid in the collectibles market are really turning some heads. At this point, it clearly appears that people are starting to dump the cash in anticipation of a digital currency coming this way and what the future will be now that Biden has also joined this “Build Back Better” movement. On his very first half day, he rejoined the United Nations which will only lead to rising unemployment as jobs will be deliberately destroyed and people will try to be retrained without success. They are deliberately creating what is being called the future “useless class” who will be permanently unemployable.

The Markets in Light of the Chaos

When we look around the world the final say in every election is always the vote of capital – which is international rather than confined to local politics. Biden has already shut down the pipeline from Alberta which will only be symbolic for whatever substitute will mere be brought in by ship and pumped into another pipeline. But politics is never about reality – it is only concerned about appearance.

When we look around the world, we must do so through the eyes of the FX markets for only then will we begin to see the real trends. The German DAX has made a new high in euros, but not in the main global currencies. In both dollars and Japanese yen, the DAX has not yet come close to making new highs.

Then we have the confusing trend in gold. So many have been asking for a Gold Report ASAP because nothing has made sense after all of these years touting gold is a hedge against inflation and the dollar will collapse. There is even the most bizarre analysis claiming that just a few months before Covid appeared, the Fed was busy pouring boat-loads of dollars into the US banks into the inter-lending market known as REPO to prevent bank-runs which were starting to develop. They claimed these were the same “tectonic fissures that developed prior to the 2008 crisis” when banks became so distrustful of each other’s solvency. They concluded: “If unsuppressed the lending rates would continue to rise, laying a path to bank failures and a contagion which would eventually derail the economy and undermine the dollar itself.”

This illustrates an inherent bias and how a little bit of knowledge is highly dangerous. The US banks withdrew from REPO, primarily J.P.Morgan, not because of US banks, but because of European. When Merkel said Deutsche Bank would not be bailed out, no US bank was willing to lend to Europe. The Fed had to step in to become the market maker. The misinformation is just astonishing.

The markets are totally confused. The real trend is laying before our eyes yet mainstream media calls any mention of the Great Reset is a conspiracy theory which is no a confirmation that it is the real trend or they would not be trying to play it down when we have Klaus Schwab telling the world we need this Great Reset.

The entire World Economic Forum’s advice is to default on national debts and the way to do that is to pretend it is for your benefit. They will eliminate all your debt from mortgages to credit cards and student loans, but the government would then own all the property in true Marxist style. I have been arguing behind the curtain to convert the debt to perpetual bonds and raise the interest rate to 3%. In addition, end all government borrowing, cap expenditure to GDP, and allow pension funds to invest in the equity markets. They say the rich get richer but they never explain how – INVESTMENT! Gates, Zuckerberg, Bezos, Dorsey, and Musk are all touted are super-rich but it is based on their stock holdings – not cash. Eliminate the requirement to invest in government bonds for pension funds including Social Security and the economy will boom with the creation of many jobs.

Schwab is a bottom-line Marxist. He thinks he can seize control of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and steer it in the direction he desires. I am a programmer. He is not! He has no idea how innovation takes place. It cannot be directed from central governmental power. How many times do we have to crash and burn on Marxist theories until we finally learn the lesson?

House Delivers Article of Impeachment, Trump Warns GOP of Primary Consequences

Earlier today the House democrats delivered an article of impeachment to the senate for the ridiculous accusation that President Trump incited an insurrection in Washington DC against Capitol Hill, he didn’t.

The political accusers have not yet determined if they will call witnesses to attempt to frame their insufferable story.

Meanwhile Brian Jack, Trump’s former political director at the White House, tells republicans considering impeachment that any action against Trump will lead to him coming after them in upcoming primaries.

President Trump unleashing against the GOPe Decepticons is “The Big Ugly.”

(Via Politico) A top political aide to former President Donald Trump spent the weekend quietly reassuring Republican senators that the former president has no plans to start a third party — and instead will keep his imprint on the GOP.

The message from Brian Jack, Trump’s former political director at the White House, is the latest sign that Republicans considering an impeachment conviction will do so knowing that Trump may come after them in upcoming primaries if they vote to convict him for “incitement of insurrection.”

Jack did not mention impeachment in his calls. But he wanted the word to get around that Trump is still a Republican — and for many, still the leader of his party.

“The president wanted me to know, as well as a handful of others, that the president is a Republican, he is not starting a third party and that anything he would do politically in the future would be as a Republican,” recounted Sen. Kevin Cramer (R-N.D.). “The Republican Party is still overwhelmingly supportive of this president.”  (read more)

The MAGA coalition is the most diverse, widest and deepest part of the entire American electorate. President Trump’s army consists of every creed, color, race, gender, ethnicity and orientation. It is a truly color-blind coalition of middle America patriots and middle-class voters that cuts through the political special interest groups.

Quite simply Trump’s MAGA army is the ultimate political party.

No Republican will ever hold office in the next decade without the blessing of President Trump; and there is absolutely no confidence that President Trump will not lay waste to the system if the GOP acquiesces to the transparent fraud that exists behind the impeachment scam.
