Twitter File release #10 was shared by journalist Matt Taibbi on Christmas Eve [Outline Here]. In many ways this is the most important release so far; not from the context of the internal Twitter communication Taibbi cites, but rather from what it means in the bigger picture.
As with the prior releases, Taibbi is describing the evolution of a process we suspected, discussed, outlined and then documented at CTH for several years. Taibbi is outlining exactly how the public-private partnership behind Jack’s Magic Coffee Shop was created. Each new revelation, and Elon Musk’s reaction to that revelation, is pointing toward Musk not having any knowledge of what was going on in the Coffee Shop Production Space.
Taibbi shares the scale and scope of contacts into Twitter from a variety of government agencies including the CIA. However, as the public-private partnership over the platform moderation continued in time, access to controlling content expanded from federal agencies to even state and local officials. In essence, the control over platform content evolved into a whole of government approach.
This is a critical inflection point in the evolution of the Twitter file release because the ramifications now begin to surface publicly. Taibbi walks through Twitter being overwhelmed by the inbound instructions from various agencies. The FBI acting as the gatekeeper for Homeland Security, Defense Dept, CIA, State Dept., and other partnership agencies within government through the “Foreign Influence Task Force” (FITF).
As Taibbi provides context for the internal conversation, “The operation is far bigger than the reported 80 members of the Foreign Influence Task Force (FITF), which also facilitates requests from a wide array of smaller actors – from local cops to media to state governments. Twitter had so much contact with so many agencies that executives lost track. Is today the DOD, and tomorrow the FBI? Is it the weekly call, or the monthly meeting? It was dizzying.”
It is easy to get immediately focused on the granular details of the operation to control the public conversation.
Yes, various government agencies including DHS, FBI and the CIA were telling Twitter what content was permitted and what content to remove. However, it is important to stand back and look at the big picture as it is being described.
Remember, as an outcome of these contacts real consequences to users took place.
Not only was content removed and users suspended, but also in the expanded dynamic of the social media space, people were blacklisted, deplatformed, demonetized, de-banked and had their support systems removed.
Content creators, adverse to the interests of government agencies, on multiple platforms, were attacked in this process that extends far beyond Twitter.
As Taibbi again notes, “The government was in constant contact not just with Twitter but with virtually every major tech firm. These included Facebook, Microsoft, Verizon, Reddit, even Pinterest, and many others. Industry players also held regular meetings without government.” This is far beyond a first amendment issue, now we are entering the space where government is targeting not only the voice of specific people, but also their platform, their incomes, their livelihoods and ability to operate.
Twitter File release #10 is an inflection point, now showing government using multiple social media platforms to target specific people. How much deplatforming and demonetization was done at the request of a government agency? Those questions are where this is going….
Keep in mind, these files are only as they relate to Twitter, yet these files as outlined by Taibbi show government agencies searching platform content using keywords. “They have some folks in the Baltimore field office and at HQ that are just doing keyword searches for violations. This is probably the 10th request I have dealt with in the last 5 days,” Taibbi shares as one example in paragraph 27.
If the FBI (DHS, CIA, ODNI, DoD, DoS) had assigned personnel to do keyword searches on Twitter, it stands to reason they were doing content review on YouTube, Google, Facebook, Instagram and yes, even WordPress-Automattic. Those government agencies then reach out to the platform control officers with instructions on content and account removal. Let that sink in for a moment.
I would strongly urge everyone to read the entire outline provided by Taibbi, and (as I see his eyes starting to fathom exactly where this story is going) I give him credit for this qualifier at the end. “The CIA has yet to comment on the nature of its relationship to tech companies like Twitter. Twitter had no input into anything I did or wrote. The searches were carried out by third parties, so what I saw could be limited.”
The larger objective of U.S. government involvement in social media has always been monitoring and surveillance of the public conversation, shaping and influencing public opinion, and ultimately controlling outcomes. Put another way, the illusion of freedom.

REPLY: If we put aside personal desires and the fact that people tend to judge others by themselves, just looking at the numbers will always reveal the truth. What is taking place is propaganda and the further division of the country. Just look at these charts which are the total number of seats on Capitol Hill occupied by each party as a percentage of the total. You can see that the Democrats are well below the Downtrend Line and the Republicans just edged ever so slightly above their 50.65% against 50.57%.
When I have warned that Socrates is forecasting this is the fall of socialism, this is not my personal opinion. The Democrats have been losing ground. Holding a majority and ramrodding through their agenda with less than a 51% holding is seriously destroying the country and it is creating such a deep fissure that there will be no choice but to watch the United States crumble. There are plenty of unheard separatist movements in the United States. There is a big one in California to break up the state, but there was also a movement that wanted to separate from the United States if Trump was reelected. Then since 2014, there has been a growing movement to separate New York City that wants nothing to do with New York City. Even going back to 2012, there were petitions involving 36 states where people wanted to secede from the United States. All of these tensions will increase dramatically starting in 2023 into the capitulation by 2032.

Anyone who trusts the government is an absolute fool. I have stated that the First Amendment was intended to protect us from free speech. The interpretation is that as long as the government does not “direct;y” censor the people, whatever social media does is fair game. But they have violated that line and have been acting UNCONSTITUTIONALLY by handing lists to Twitter of people they want to be censored. Since I was also blocked on Twitter, I assumed I too must have been on that list.
Yet Democrats like Adam Schiff, who in my opinion is a traitor to the Constitution, are clamoring to go after Musk and reestablish censorship of people. Back in 2012, President Obama had the Democrats give him the power to actually shut down the entire internet on claims of hacking. That’s right – the ENTIRE Internet! It was the Democrat Diane Feinstein for called Edward Snowden a traitor and would have gone for the death penalty because he exposed the government was illegally conducting surveillance of its citizens, which turned out to even be President Trump.
This is why the United States will collapse. It is simply beyond any control. As long as we have a representative form of government, a Republic, there is no hope for the future. This is why this time it will fall and hopefully we get a shot at creating a real democracy. Last time it was a collapse of Monarchy. The Founding Fathers had great ideas, but without term limits, you end up with a professional political class who sees us as the dirt beneath their feet. The basic premise of Jack’s Magic Coffee Shop was to use Twitter as a platform built upon a mission to control and influence public opinion.
As a result of the evolution, the growth of the public-private partnership, content moderation flows through DHS. If the system operators allowed you to see that your opinions were not in the minority, it would be a risk for those in power. The foundation of the mission would be compromised. It really is that simple.
Against the backdrop of Twitter triggering suspensions and content removal for any account critical of U.S-Ukraine policy, apparently Elon Musk is perplexed about the system operators of his platform acting to support government and control public opinion.
Either Elon Musk really doesn’t know who is operating his platform, or this is a very public exhibition of Mr Musk pretending not to know. You decide.
Meanwhile, the FBI is claiming {Direct Rumble Link} that anyone who notices their influence over the platform content is a “conspiracy theorist” intent on delivering harm to the United States by spreading disinformation. It’s as if the powers that be within the FBI are desperate to keep the American people gaslit.
There comes a time in the maintenance of any fraud, where the victims start to become aware of their surroundings. Perceptions, perspectives and prior opinions begin to change. For those benefiting from the fraud, the loss of control starts triggering all kinds of reactions.
The need for control is a reaction to fear.
The illegitimate regime of Joe Biden was installed by the collective weight of an intentionally manipulated domestic information control operation. That operation was run and influenced by the United States intelligence community, through the U.S. social media system (Twitter, Facebook, etc.), with the full support of a complicit legislative branch.
Set that cornerstone and then everything that comes after that process, including the need to control future elections, is a process of risk mitigation.
That reality is the ultimate reason why there is a disconnect between the American people and our government.
Every government and social institution are now predicated on the retention of fraud. The U.S. system of government is now exhausting itself, spending the majority of time and institutional energy, maintaining the lies that underpin it.
One of the key institutions charged with maintaining that pretense is the FBI.
“Anti-law enforcement violent extremists – may pose the “greatestthreat” domestically this year and likely into 2022″, the DHS narrative continues.
Perhaps I am wrong, but the only time I can recall in modern U.S. history that aggressive and illegal federal activity was halted mid-effort, was the example of the Clive Bundy ranch in 2014. Armed citizens forced federal authorities, including the FBI, to back down. In response to their loss, former AG Eric Holder vowed to revive “a domestic terrorism task force.” Contemplate that response against the 2021 statements of the FBI saying domestic violent extremists (DVE’s) represent the greatest threat. Can you see the connective tissue?
From the worldview of the DOJ/FBI, law-abiding U.S. citizens – pushed to the point of taking up defensive arms against federal agents – are a threat. Ergo, the newest definition of “Domestic Violent Extremists, or DVEs”, to define who the FBI view as their most substantive enemy. Two years after the Bundy Ranch standoff, the FBI shot and killed LaVoy Finicum, fulfilling their promise to eliminate extremists as defined by their worldview.
The FBI was fully aware of the Boston Marathon bombers, the Tsarnaev brothers, before they executed their plot. The FBI took no action. The FBI knew about the San Bernardino terrorists, specifically Tasfeen Malik, and were monitoring her phone calls and communications before her and Syed Farook executed their attack killing 14 people and leaving 22 others seriously injured. The FBI took no action. The FBI knew Colorado grocery store shooter Ahmad Alissa before he executed his attack. The FBI took no action.
The FBI knew in advance of the Pulse Nightclub shooter (Omar Mateen) and were tipped off by the local sheriff. The FBI knew in advance of the San Bernardino Terrorists (Tashfeen Malik). The FBI knew in advance of the Boston Marathon Bombers (the Tsarnaev brothers) tipped off by Russians. The FBI knew in advance of the Parkland High School shooter (Nikolas Cruz). The FBI knew in advance of the Fort Hood shooter (Nidal Hasan), and the FBI knew in advance of Colorado grocery store shooter Ahmad al-Aliwi Alissa. The FBI took no action.
Consider the case of the first recorded ISIS attack on U.S. soil in Garland, Texas in 2015. The FBI not only knew the shooters (Elton Simpson and Nadir Soofi) in advance, the FBI took the shooters to the venue and were standing only a few yards away when Simpson and Soofi opened fire. Yes, you read that correctly – the FBI took the terrorists to the event and then watched it unfold. “An FBI trainer suggested in an interview with “60 Minutes” that, had the attack been bigger, the agency’s numerous ties to the shooter would have led to a congressional investigation.”
Remember, shortly before the 2018 mid-term election, when Ceasar Syoc – a man living in his van – was caught sending “energetic material that can become combustible when subjected to heat or friction”, or what FBI Director Christopher Wray called “not hoax devices“? Remember how sketchy everything about that was, including the child-like perpetrator telling a judge later than he was trying to walk back his guilty plea because he was tricked into signing a confession for a crime he did not create.
Or more recently, the goofball plot to kidnap Gretchen Whitmer that involved 18 suspects, twelve of them actually working for the FBI as the plot was hatched? And we cannot forget the January 6th. DC protest turned insurrection effort, which is clearly looking like an FBI inspired and coordinated effort.
Have we forgotten the Atlanta “Olympic Park Bombing”, and the FBI intentionally setting up transparently innocent, Richard Jewel?
Then, there’s the entirety of the FBI conduct in “Spygate”, the demonstrably evident FBI operation to conduct political surveillance against Donald Trump using their investigative authorities; and the downstream consequences of a massive institutional effort to cover up one of the biggest justice department scandals in the history of our nation. The original effort against Donald Trump used massive resources from the DOJ and FBI. Heck, the coverup operation using the Mueller/Weissmann special counsel used more than 50 investigative FBI agents alone.
And of course, the FBI still had 13 extra agents available to rush to a NASCAR racetrack to investigate a garage door pull-down rope that might have been perceived as a noose; but the serial rape of hundreds of teenage girls, eh, not-so-much effort – even when they are standing in front of the FBI begging for help.
[At this point, I am increasingly convinced by evidence the FBI themselves are the perpetrators involved in sex trafficking and human smuggling. Perhaps as part of a dark money operation to continue funding a mission unknown to the public]
It is important to realize what exactly happened in the case of the Olympic gymnasts and the rape of hundreds of teenage girls. When the victims and parents told the FBI about what Larry Nassar was doing, the FBI did not bungle the investigation. The FBI did not investigate. But worse…. after the parents kept coming back to the FBI to ask what was going on; and report that other parents were now reporting that new rapes and assaults were ongoing; the FBI told those parents an investigation was ongoing. Except it wasn’t. The FBI was lying.
As the FBI was telling the victims they were investigating Larry Nassar, the FBI was doing no such thing. The FBI was lying to the victims and their families. The FBI was not taking any action whatsoever to address the multitude of claims against Nassar.
After the FBI was caught lying about their conduct, they then lied to the internal oversight, the OIG, about everything surrounding their conduct. The FBI didn’t make a mistake, or drop the proverbial ball, they intentionally and specifically maintained the sexual exploitation of teenage girls by doing absolutely nothing with the complaints they received. This is not misconduct, this is purposeful.
Then, as if to apply salt to the open wound of severe FBI politicization….what did the FBI do with the Hunter Biden laptop?
What the Federal Security Service (FSB) is to the internal security of the Russian state; so too is the FBI in performing the same function for the U.S. federal government.
The FBI is a U.S. version of the Russian “State Police”; and the FBI is deployed -almost exclusively- to attack domestic enemies of those who control government, while they protect the interests of the U.S. Fourth Branch of Government. That is the clear and accurate domestic prism to contextualize their perceived mission: “domestic violent extremists pose the greatest threat” to their objective.
Put another way, “We The People”, who fight against government abuse and usurpation, are the FBI’s actual and literal enemy.
Let me be very clear with another brutally obvious example. Antifa could not exist as an organization; capable to organize and carry out violent attacks against their targets; without the full support of the FBI. If the FBI wanted to arrest members of Antifa, who are actually conducting violence, they could do it easily – with little effort.
It is the absence of any action by the FBI toward Antifa, that tells us the FBI is enabling that violent extremist behavior to continue. Once you accept that transparent point of truth; then, you realize the FBI definition of domestic violent extremism is something else entirely.
The FBI is no longer a law enforcement or investigative division of the U.S. Department of Justice. The FBI has evolved into a political weapon of a larger intelligence apparatus that is now focused almost entirely on self-preservation, even if that means destroying civil society in the United States.
Anyone who continues to push the fraudulent “honorable FBI rank and file talking point”, is, at this point in history, willfully and purposefully operating to deceive the American people on behalf of government interests who are intent on control. It is not a difference of opinion any longer. It is a matter of just accepting what is staring us directly in the face.
You have to understand the way the government prosecutes its cases. If you look closely, all cases are charged with CONSPIRACY. That means the proof is NOT the crime itself, but only an AGREEMENT to commit a crime. Bankman-Fried’s ex-girlfriend, Caroline Ellison, who was also the CEO of Alameda Research, a privately-controlled hedge fund, and Gary Wang, co-founder of FTX, have both pleaded guilty earlier this week, according to newly unsealed court documents. That means the case is already over.
Caroline Ellison and Gary Wang cut deals so they get less time, or even no time, in return for throwing Bankman-Fried under the bus. They would take the stand and will be prepared by the prosecution and artfully say whatever they are instructed to maintain the government’s 99% conviction rate.
With their pleas in hand, in addition to all the press against Bankman-Fried, there is no way he could ever win a trial. His lawyers will be urging him to take a deal. That will be the end result with no trial and no shot of the truth EVER surfacing. All the money laundering from Democrats funding Zelensky, who then in turn handed cash to FTX who then was the 2nd largest donor to the Democrats for the Midterms, will remain hidden from ever gracing the history books without someone doing a FOIA 25 years from now.
One of the few New York Judges who exposed the corruption in the prosecution, Jed S. Rakoff, wrote: Why Innocent People Plead Guilty. They will threaten someone with 25 years in prison. Plead guilty and say what we need you to say, and you will get 5 years or less.
So, any hope that putting Bankman-Fried on trial is a fool’s dream. The whole money laundering scheme with Zelensky funneling cash back to the Democrats will never see the light of a jury.
The ONLY question will be is he too found dead from suicide? This is the same jail where Epstein supposedly committed suicide. This is the same place they tried to kill me, but I survived after being in a coma for several days. High-profile cases NEVER see the light of day – EVER!

You and Henry Kissinger are the lone voices who have told the truth and how the West cares nothing about the people in the Donbas. REPLY: You bring up an interesting analogy. Ukraine is being used as a pawn in this entire scheme to create World War III to justify defaulting on all debt – i.e. Schwab’s You’ll Own Nothing & Be Happy. You certainly have brought up a very good scenario.
The Great Jewish Revolt began during the reign of Nero (54-68AD) which was the first major rebellion of the Jewish people against the Roman occupation of Judea. It lasted from 66 – 70 AD and resulted in probably hundreds of thousands of lost lives and the ultimate destruction of their Temple. Most of our knowledge of the conflict comes from Roman-Jewish scholar Titus Flavius Josephus (37-100AD), who first fought in the revolt against the Romans, but was then kept by future Emperor Vespasian as a slave and interpreter. Josephus was later freed and granted Roman citizenship, writing several important histories on the Jews.
The fact is that the Romans had occupied Judea from 63 BC onward. While there were some tensions among the advocates of independence, the freedom of religion that had become the cornerstone of Rome was really its backbone. Yes, they conquered many lands. They allowed the people to retain their own religious beliefs and this the Christians would call paganism because there were many gods but none of them were viewed as a creator – more of superbeings who protected them.
Some complained about having to pay taxes to Rome. The story of the zealots trying to entrap Jesus into a conspiracy asking him where he stood on the question of taxation he resolved by asking whose portrait was on the coin. The tension began to rise when Emperor Caligula (37-41AD) demanded in 39AD that his own statue be placed in every temple of the Empire. Caligula was rather mad and many say he saw himself as a god. Indeed, Zelensky has outlawed your religion as part of the Moscow Russian Orthodox Church demanding you now obey his replacement of a Kyiv Patriarch. The Romans did the same insofar as they appointed the High Priest of the Jewish religion.
Though the Zealots were always rebellious, Jewish tensions rose sharply when Nero plundered the Jewish Temple of its treasury in 66 AD. This followed the Great Fire of Rome and Nero was short of cash and he was the first to begin debasing the coinage. Like Henry VIII who also was broke raided the Catholic Church, Nero did the same to the Jews. He seized large amounts of silver from the Temple. The story of how the Jews also wanted their autonomy like the Donbas from Ukraine, in both cases there was a rise in nationalism with the aim of freeing the Holy Land from the earthly powers of the Romans, and in the case of the Donbas, the oppression of Ukrainians to the blind eye of the West.
In addition to the Romans, the Jewish peasantry was also angry with the corruption in the Jewish priesthood class as they were pawns of the Romans. It was the Jewish priests who turned Jesus over to the Romans. They were indeed very corrupt not unlike the corruption that had plagued the high priest in Rome who Julius Caesar was forced to overthrow. At the end, when Nero died leaving no heir, the Roman Empire fell into civil war. Vespasian (69-79AD) was forced to crush the Jews out of fear that if he did not, other provinces might rise up and demand freedom as well.
It is an interesting comparison as Kyiv has sought to oppress the Donbas and any student of history knows the hatred of Ukrainians v Russians. Why should the Donbas remain a second-class group of people oppressed by Ukrainians? The West only cares about destroying Russia and you are the pawn in the middle.
While the NY Times was still supporting Bankman-Fried, if the truth is ever really allowed to surface, you will find that FTX was I believe funneling kickbacks to the Democrats from the billions they handed Zelensky. Ukraine pleads for money and I have warned DO NOT SEND ANY FUNDS TO UKRAINE. If you want to help the people, donate to Red Cross – not the Ukrainian government. It is the most corrupt government at least in Europe if not the world. They keep putting out total BS to keep the money flowing. Why was Ukraine pouring money into FTX rather than taking care of its own people?
I was asked by a reporter from the NY Post did I think Republic National Bank was laundering money through my accounts with all the errors, AS THEY WERE DOING IN MADOFF! I told them I had no idea. The error would be backed out the next day and I did not see where it came from and if it went back to the same account or anyone. They do this ALL THE TIME! Madoff simply pled guilty and that prevents a trial so you will never know the truth. I believe he did so to protect his family. The banks claimed they had no idea! That was simply a lie. I have warned from the start, Ukraine CANNOT be trusted and Zelensky is the man who would start World War III. Everything you worked for your entire life will be forfeited because of this actor. Look at the way he dresses. He is pretending to be poor and at war as if he was a soldier. I CANNOT stress enough, the sheer unbridled hatred of Ukrainian toward Russians is off the chart. They will massacre the Russians that have lived in the Donbas for centuries. The US just agreed to a military partnership with Israel for we are looking a the Middle East erupting into war. I cannot believe how DUMP our leaders really are. It was the sheer hatred of that region that started World War I. There is no resolution. Ukraine will fight for its total annihilation. Take out Kyiv and then ask, is this what Europe wants and the United States? One Russian nuclear sub can surface offshore and fire 60 warheads. One 200-megaton set off in the Irish Sea will wipe out all of Britain.
Back in 2014, I wrote: ” Divide Ukraine along the historical language faultline and call it a day.” The borders claimed by Ukraine were merely drawn by Kruchev for administrative purposes. Then everyone was Russia. Ukraine was never a country and that is why it embraced ethnic cleansing and the German Nazi Movement. But today, they are not to be trusted with anything. The military support should END. After all, it was the USA that began the civil war using the interim government in 2014 instructing them to immediately send troops to wage war on the Donbas. The Ukrainian people wanted peace and that is what Zelensky promised. No elected government in Ukraine began this war. It was all at the direction of NATO and the USA. That is why Markel played Putin as a fool to just buy time for Ukraine to build its army.

Ask the why question five times to any complex problem and you get to the core of the matter.
Why is the Biden administration allowing tens of thousands of illegal aliens, aka ‘migrants’, to cross the southern border every day?
The answer is not complex.
Because the Biden administration wants tens of thousands of illegal aliens to cross the southern border every day.
If they didn’t, they wouldn’t.
The question is not why are they crossing, the question is why does the White House want them to cross?
A person of reasonable disposition would recognize that a corrupt and illegitimate administration, installed by an apparatus of government, is not really calling the shots.
As the Twitter Files have shown, albeit filtered as they are, U.S. candidate Joe Biden was installed by the collective weight of an intentionally manipulated information control operation, run and influenced by the United States intelligence community.
The installation itself sets the cornerstone for the understanding of every action that flows from it.
In general terms, the daily number of the inbound aliens must necessarily exceed the daily number of the American people who awaken to accept they are being victimized by the installed apparatus.
If 10,000 more Americans are negatively impacted every day and as a result awaken every day to the internal corruption, it only makes sense -from the perspective of the people in control- that 10,000 plus one is needed as replacements to retain stasis.
The scale of the inbound population must match the scale of the loss of support for the regime that exists amid the current population. In the larger measure that sets the forward looking standard for the influx.
If fewer people were inbound than the number awakened, the regime remains under threat. It’s a math issue.
Consider the 30,000 ft mindset of a Fabian socialist, or an ideology based on fundamental change, the threat is always a growing numerator. The denominator must expand to compensate for the growing numerator.
Now, keep history of the Solidarity movement at the forefront of thinking. In the U.S. example the numerator is awakening Americans and the denominator is the U.S. workforce.
Put aside armed or violent conflict for a moment and consider the ultimate threat to the regime as represented by the historic reference of the Solidarity movement. If millions of Americans went on a general labor strike in protest to the political policies that are creating a diminished lifestyle, they would be striking from the position of knowing greater benefit in the past. The population, in this case the U.S. workers, would be striking because they are losing something. They are losing their standard of living.
How do you mitigate that risk?
The easiest way to mitigate the risk is to replace the disgruntled population with a new population who view the current standard of living as better than what they had.
The diminished standard is still far higher than the living standard the migrant holds as a reference. Therefore, if there is any national movement to push back against the regime, the new migrants have no vested interest in it. They simply replace the workforce that is protesting.
How would the Polish Solidarity movement have succeeded if Lithuanian, German and Ukrainian workers flowed into Poland to replace the striking masses. Or for this context, how does an American worker solidarity movement succeed if Mexican, Honduran, Guatemalan and El Salvadorian workers simply replace them.
You ask me why I continue to say the U.S. labor unions need to dispatch their communist leadership and quickly align with MAGA? This is why….
NEW YORK — Some of the biggest cities and states led by Democrats are expecting an influx of migrants as soon as the nation’s Title 42 border restrictions are lifted — and they’re worried they won’t be able to handle the surge.
Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker said the state is scrambling to find housing ahead of the bitter cold winter while Chicago received more than two dozen migrants on Tuesday. New York Mayor Eric Adams is predicting 1,000 migrants a week will arrive in the city and is already weighing reopening a controversial tent encampment to accommodate them.
“Our shelter system is full, and we are nearly out of money, staff, and space,” Adams said this week. “If corrective measures are not taken soon, we may very well be forced to cut or curtail programs New Yorkers rely on, and the pathway to house thousands more is uncertain.” His administration is calling the migrant issue an “unprecedented emergency.
Title 42, an immigration policy put into place during the pandemic, was scheduled to be lifted Wednesday, but Chief Justice John Roberts temporarily blocked the border rule at the urging of 19 Republican-led states, which appealed the plan to open up the nation’s borders again.
The stay by Roberts is temporary, and states are bracing for what’s next if — and when — Title 42 is eventually lifted. There’s added anxiety too over whether Republican governors will transport thousands of migrants to Democratic-led strongholds by bus or plane, as Texas Gov. Greg Abbott and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis did this year.
Over the last month, thousands of migrants have crossed into the U.S. at the Texas border ahead of the expiration of Title 42, a Trump administration pandemic policy that allows the U.S. to expel migrants in order to stem the spread of the Covid-19 virus. Last weekend, the mayor of El Paso declared a state of emergency to help manage the rush of people while Abbott deployed hundreds of Texas national guard and state troopers along the border to block migrants from entering the U.S. (read more)

That operation was run and influenced by the United States intelligence community, through the U.S. social media system (Twitter, Facebook, etc.), with the full support of a complicit legislative branch.
Set that cornerstone and then everything that comes after that process, including the need to control future elections, is a process of risk mitigation.
That reality is the ultimate reason why there is a disconnect between the American people and our government.
