It should be clear by this time that popularity has nothing to do with electability. Trump filled rally after rally in state after state with countless, full-house, full-stadium crowds, and such numbers do not lie. There really was a red wave in the midterms, but it was macro-engineered to a trickle, as should have been expected. The scam of “malfunctioning” voting machines, the shortage of paper ballots, the tsunami of mail-in and late ballots, the temporary closing and slow-downs of polling stations, and so on would have been sufficient to determine an electoral result. 2020 was an early run for 2022, which in turn should be regarded as a template for 2024. I am absolutely sure that the Dems are now, even as we speak, preparing favorable ground for the next presidential election. As Stalin is reputed to have said, “It’s not the people who vote that count, it’s the people who count the votes.” To make Trump responsible for Democrat malfeasance is wholly misguided.
DeSantis is now the favorite among many Republican voters and almost all conservative commentators for the Party presidential nomination. Such passionate advocates seem to have missed two essential points:
In a rigged electoral system, no Republican candidate, not even DeSantis, can be expected to win a national election. DeSantis cruised to victory in Florida because, as governor of the state, he had the means and the authority to ensure a clean election. But he would be helpless against a massive crime organization, aka the Democrat Party, which effectively controls the electoral infrastructure, the physical apparatus, the paid loyalty of election workers, and the federal agencies that oversee the process. If the system is not repaired and made answerable to the people, there will never be a Republican president again.
Should DeSantis run in 2024 and lose — which is increasingly likely in the current adulterated circumstances — the sequel would be devastating. Florida would be at the mercy of the next gubernatorial race since DeSantis is a unique political figure and could not be readily replaced. Additionally, DeSantis himself would have become a kind of displaced person, neither an American president nor a state governor. An invaluable political talent would have been sacrificed to the untutored enthusiasm of his supporters. If the American republican experiment is now in dire straits, it would then be expeditiously destroyed. A slim hope will have become an utter disaster.
Trump has obviously made his mistakes. As Alicia Colon writes on American Thinker, “There is no question that Donald Trump is a flawed human being like most successful businessmen.” She goes on: “Whenever I read the complaints from Trump haters, it’s all about his personality, his tweets, his misogynism, his sexist remarks, blah, blah, blah. This is infantile, high school criticism that has no place in political punditry.” Similarly, as J.B. Shurk writes, everything that the establishment class “has fraudulently peddled against Trump—that he’s imperious, mercurial, uncouth, unworthy to hold office, a Russian spy, a warmonger, an insurrectionist, a ‘denier,’ a criminal—is nothing but an endless barrage of psychological warfare directed against MAGA voters.”
Trump’s flaws of character — and who is without them — do not alter the fact that Trump is an indomitable fighter and the most successful president in recent history. His ego is concomitant with his strength; the two cannot be separated. To turn against him now and indulge in gutter journalism, righteous schadenfreude, or in considerations of realpolitik largely because a number of his chosen endorsements succumbed to a corrupt and rigged electoral machine is a sign of conservative defeatism and, in some cases, of self-enamored mobbing. We were quite happy with his major and unprecedented policy successes: making America energy-independent, restoring the manufacturing base, revisiting trade deals to benefit American workers, creating a surge in employment and prosperity, laboring to put a stop to illegal immigration, appointing conservative judges, rebuilding a depleted military, and establishing renewed American pre-eminence on the international stage. Now we are ready to consign him to the golf course. How quickly gratitude turns to recrimination.
Rather, this would be the time to rally the troops and to work indefatigably, as I argued previously, toward cleaning up the Augean Stables that are now the condition of American politics. Trump is still “the Donald.” Republicans need to get their act together instead of unintentionally justifying the betrayal of the RINO Machiavellian elites and foolishly consolidating the Democrat campaign against the very nation they presumably hold dear.

If CTH had a small part in helping people to reset their reference points around modern electioneering, well, that’s a good thing.
The difference between “ballots” and “votes” is previously explained {SEE HERE} and absolutely critical to understand before moving forward.
Thankfully a large percentage of conservatives, intellectually honest independents and even some establishment republican donors have read our research and are now starting to have the ‘votes‘ vs ‘ballots‘ conversation. That understanding is critical, because any conversation that does not accurately identify and accept the problem is futile.
Having said that, please do not think we are smarter than the RNC. We are not. Miss this point and you miss the next ‘ah-ha‘ moment.
The RNC club knew exactly what the DNC club were doing in their 2022 midterm “ballot submission assistance” program. Yes, that’s exactly what “ballot harvesting” is called now. “Ballot Harvesting” is illegal in many states, “Ballot Submission Assistance” is not.
Progressive political activists in the state of Arizona are now scrubbing the footprints of their ballot submission assistance programs. Wait, Arizona(?) you say. Yes, Arizona a state where “ballot harvesting” is illegal, but email, fax, online and in person drop-off is possible. Ballot assistance is essentially the same harvesting process but in a smaller and more individualized scale.
REFERENCE and CONTEXT is critical to understanding.
After Eric Holder left the Obama administration as Attorney General, he was hired by the State of California to defend against the Trump administration in early January 2017 (LINK).
Why?
When Eric Holder left the Obama administration, his firm was contracted by California during a process of linking the motor vehicle registration files to the Secretary of State voter registration system. Holder was advising on part of a technology system being constructed to bridge the DMV and SoS offices. You might know this as a “Motor/Voter” process. However, former AG Eric Holder had a very specific function in the construction of this technology bridge.
The process of adding voters to the registration rolls when they receive or update their driver’s license was seen as an opportunity to expand the voter rolls. Making the voter rolls as big as possible is the key to the utilization of mass mail-out balloting. I will skip the part where California started giving illegal aliens drivers licenses for a moment – you can obviously see how that would play with motor/voter rolls – instead I am choosing just to focus on the specifics of the Holder aspect.
The DMV needed to connect to the SoS office. This was simply a part of a tech system that needed to be built. CTH has previously spoken with the lead engineer, a member of a very small technology group, who worked in the California information technology (IT) unit that was tasked with building the system that connected the DMV to the SOS. [NOTE: I invite the state of California to sue me as they will likely claim what you are about to read is not true.]
In the process of connecting the two state networks together, there needed to be a “flag”, essentially a check box, where the applicant to the DMV would attest to being legally authorized to vote. It is a positive affirmation, a check box, that says the Driver’s License holder affirms they are legally eligible to vote. That affirmation (the technical flag in the process), when affirmed, then transmits the information to the SoS office with the DL operator identity, and the California driver is automatically added to the SoS rolls and registered to vote.
During the time when Eric Holder was the legal counsel for the California Secretary of State, the technology team was constructing the internal data processing systems.
The lead engineer in the unit was instructed to code the data transfer in such a way that even if the “check box” was left unchecked, the registration data would transmit from the DMV to the SoS office.
Essentially, instead of only those who affirmed their legal eligibility by checking the box, everyone -including those who did not check the box- would get a DL and would automatically have their information transmitted to the SoS office. Everyone who received a driver’s license or state issued id was automatically going to be registered to vote, regardless of their legally authorized status. That request led the engineer to contact me.
I wrote about it, published the details, then the engineer freaked out as he/she realized there was only a very limited number of people who could expose the issue. He/She was worried about his/her safety and family and asked me to remove the article. This background is how I know the details of who, what, when and why the California mass mailing ballot process was being constructed.
In the 2018 midterm elections we all watched the outcome of that process surface in the weeks following election day. As each day passed more and more California mail-in ballots were being counted and day-by-day Republicans who won on election day 2018 watched their lead evaporate.
What happened in the California 2018 midterm election surrounding state-wide ballot distribution, collection (harvesting) and eventual presentation to the counting and tabulation facilities, was the BETA test for the 2020 covid-inspired national ballot mailing process.
The outcome we are seeing from the 2022 midterm ballot collection program was not just similar to the 2020 general election ballot collection program, it is a direct outcome of the refined BETA test from 2018. Now we have multiple states following the California mass distribution of ballots approach. Washington state, California, Arizona, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, New York, New Jersey, Michigan, there’s a long list.
In many states mass mailing of ballots is now codified in election law. Activist election lawyer Marc Elias now coming in behind the construction team of Eric Holder with the legal arguments to support the ballot collection programs.
The Importance of Election Rolls – As you can see from the California initiation point (Motor/Voter), in order to most effectively use the mass distribution of ballots as an electioneering process you first need a massive state secretary voter file in order to generate, then mail, the physical ballots.
Remember, votes require people – ballots require systems.
Any institutional system that can link people into the SoS system to generate a larger registration file for ballot distribution is a net positive. The key point is not to generate voters, the key is to generate ballots – the more the better. Mass printing of ballots is the origin of the electioneering process.
Any state or federal system that links a physical identity to the secretary of state voter rolls is good. Any system, like the USPS postal change of address system, that would remove physical identities from the state voter rolls is not useful. The goal is to maximize the number of systems that generate registration, that eventually generates ballots.
Beyond the Driver’s License issue, it’s everything. Sign up for public assistance, get registered to vote. Sign up for state benefits, get registered to vote. Sign up for a state id, get registered to vote. Sign up for state college, get registered to vote. Sign up for a grant, get registered to vote. Sign up for unemployment, get registered to vote. Sign up for any state system and get registered to vote. Get married, change names, change addresses, etc, that’s how the voter rolls expand and that’s how the massive distribution of ballots is created.
The states then fight against anything, any effort, any process, that would purge voter rolls or fix incorrect voting rolls. To use the new electioneering system, the system operators need ballots created, they no longer need votes. They need ballots.
Downstream from this process that’s where you find the “ballot submission assistance” programs. This is where the local community networks, regional activist groups and widespread community organizers come into play. Instead of advertising or the previous electioneering systems around candidate promotion and Get Out The Vote (GOTV) efforts, the majority of donations to the DNC are now used in the ballot assistance programs.
SIDEBAR – Now keep in mind, the origination of the ballots starts with expanded voter rolls. The rolls contain the registry status of people, regardless of their accuracy or inaccuracy.
If you were going to hire a printing company to send out fancy wedding invitations, you would need to provide that third-party with the names, addresses and details of the invitation recipients, right? Now, overlay ballots into a similar framework. Do you remember the recent issue of Konnech (CEO Eugene Yu), an election technology company, indicted for transmitting the data files of every registered voter in Pennsylvania (and more) to China?
Inside that Konnech story is how the modern ballot creation issue connects to the activity of Eugene Yu. Did pre-printed ballots arrive en-mass, in the U.S.A, as a result of the massive data files transmitted to China? That might be a sticky-widget for quite a few interests. Then again, what state just dropped the charges against Yu on the day after the midterm election? Oh, California. I digress…
The RNC and DNC are Corporations. Please understand that both the RNC and DNC are not government entities. They are each private corporations with their individual agenda, rules and memberships. These are corporations that function more like private clubs.
When it comes to ballot collection as a newly enhanced modern electioneering process, the RNC club isn’t incompetent or stupid, they knew what the DNC club was doing.
The RNC club operated in the 2022 midterm election to support (willful blindness) the DNC club effort. Why? Because the RNC club wants to remove the problems they have with the populist movement. The issues are big.
The RNC Club wants, as billionaire donor Ken Griffin explained from his discussions with Ronna McDaniel, Ron DeSantis and Kevin McCarthy, to remove the populist elements within the Republican party, vis-a-vis MAGA, and realign with the multinational corporations on Wall Street. “He wants to improve the diversity of the GOP and blunt the vein of populism that has complicated the party’s relationship with the corporate world — two things he’s consulted with House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy about.” (link)
As you can see, the issue of “votes” -vs- “ballots”, is not a singular issue for American voters. We have a mixed bag of mutually aligned common enemies in this process.
Republican politicians will support any process, including mass mailout ballot distribution and collection, regardless of its corrupt status, that will eliminate what they define as the problem within their club.

For his weekly monologue Neil Oliver outlines the reality of the British government no longer pretending to represent the people of the United Kingdom, but openly represents corporations and the interests of multinationals.
While the general topic of a disconnected governing body is referenced toward how the U.K. government is disregarding the opinion of the British citizens, the overarching theme outlined by Oliver also applies to the United States. WATCH:
(Transcript) – Does Britain still exist? Or is it being dismantled to make way for something else?
Obviously, there are some square miles of dry land off the coast of mainland Europe still going by the name of Britain. Britain is still on the map.
As a for instance, if you pay a people smuggler some thousands of bucks and say, take me to Britain, he will know where you mean and will transport you to a rendezvous with a British border force vessel or an RNLI lifeboat financed by donations from the British public, and either will cheerfully ferry you to the British coast where you will be collected and taken to a fine hotel and given food, money and access to all the facilities a person might need all of it paid for by taxes from those same British people millions of British people who are themselves painfully short of money and struggling to feed themselves and heat their homes.
Those taxes are predicted to rise, so that more of our money might be flushed out of Britain, away from the British, towards those deemed more deserving.
… but does that name, Britain, still define a sovereign country in any meaningful sense?
The crisis on the south coast is only part of a bigger problem. These islands of ours offer free accommodation, three meals a day and cash – no questions asked – plus more chance of bagging a council house than anyone actually born here. Who wouldn’t jump at the chance? But the setting aside of the border to make way for thousands of new arrivals every day is only a symptom of a homegrown sickness.
Ironically, in the aftermath of all the damage done to the personal immune systems of millions, billions of people worldwide, by the policies and medical practices of the past two years, Britain herself has been similarly weakened, deep down:
Instead of keeping the country safe and well those entities supposed to function like the nation’s immune system parliament, the institutions of state the civil service, the judiciary, the police have turned on the British people instead, and upon the structures that ought to protect us from harm. Like someone suffering from auto-immune disease, our national immune system is now destroying the healthy cells which is to say us, the British people.
Any country is a fiction when you get right down to it. For continued existence, every country depends on enough of the people who happen to occupy that space sharing the same idea about where they live. If enough people believe in the existence of Britain – and are prepared to give their all to maintain Britain – then Britain prevails. If the day comes when too many have forgotten what Britain is, or simply don’t care if she exists or not, then Britain is no more. The dry land will still be there, the roads and buildings, but that is all.
This is the time of remembrance, when we claim … claim to honour the ancestors who gave the last full measure of devotion to protect this country and see it handed on intact to future generations: “When you go home, tell them of us and say … For your tomorrow, we gave our today.”
Those words are graven in stone all over this country.
Today’s leaders have no loyalty to Britain or the British – none that I can see. Maybe a few still FEEL some loyalty – but are just too demoralised or scared to declare it, far less to do anything about it.
Whatever loyalties the rest of them have, on both sides of the aisle … they lie elsewhere, not honestly declared.
For one thing, they are loyal to those entities that DO make all the meaningful decisions, which is to say the markets and the banks. It was the markets that wanted rid of Liz Truss and Kwasi Kwarteng and so they went.
Now we have Rishi Sunak – the prime minister none of us voted for and therefore don’t want. Like Jeremy Hunt – blatantly the markets’ choice of chancellor – his loyalties lie anywhere but with Britain and the British. Imagine how both men drool at the prospect of a CBDC and the surveillance society it will force upon us.
If we are led by figures committed to objectives that are against our interests – are we even obliged to obey their diktats when they are undoing everything Britain has been?
Are the needs and wants of the British people to be set aside in favour of the needs and wants of everyone else, anyone else in the world?
I ask those questions sincerely.
Since we’re talking about the markets and the banks, we might as well focus on what it’s all about, all of this upset and upheaval, which is control … control of the people via control of our money.
At a time when British people are struggling in ways that have been unknown to millions for a very long time, a vast mountain of the money they pay in tax is being shoveled elsewhere. For the crime of having been born in the home of the industrial revolution that changed the world for the better and lifted billions of people out of poverty, this latest generation of British people is to be punished, diminished, made dependent upon a State that openly despises us and treats us with contempt.
Setting aside, for example, the fact that China has pumped out more pollution in the last 8 years than Britain managed in the 220 years since the Industrial Revolution began … more of the taxes paid by British people might be handed to the Developing World … perhaps China included, who knows … as our penance for making it possible for 8 billion people to be alive in the world at the same time … courtesy of cheap, efficient energy, plentiful food and all the benefits born of the modern medicine and technology OUR ancestors’ efforts made possible.
The fire kindled here more than 200 years ago made life better, made life possible, for billions. And in return we are to be mugged in broad daylight, our wallets emptied, and our hard-earned cash handed to anyone around the world that wants it.
A good whack of China’s recent output of CO2 came from burning coal to make our wind turbines and the rest of the vanity projects that let our remotely-controlled leaders spout lies about cutting emissions, but hey-ho … never let the facts get in the way of a good global scam.
Back to the point, British money … earned by hard-working, struggling British people … is being funnelled out of Britain and into the wider world as fast as the leaders can make it flow. Cynic that I am, I conclude that all possible efforts are being made to impoverish and so destroy once and for all that upstart aspirational middling class whose very existence so infuriates today’s rulers.
Natural law is summarised in three words: do not steal. It underpins all lawful behaviour. Do not steal the life of another … do not steal the private property of another … do not steal the product of a worker’s labour, which is to say taxation … do not steal a person’s rights. Do not steal. It’s simple. But that simple foundation of lawful society has been set aside for the benefit and enrichment of the few.
Every day and more and more, those calling themselves our leaders are stealing everything. They look us in the eye and steal from us. During lockdown they stole our rights and liberties … they stole the livelihoods of millions … they stole mental and physical wellbeing. They stole the way things used to be. They are stealing the futures we had planned for our children.
There is a line of Latin that goes:
Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?
It means, who will guard the guards themselves? Those words focus our attention on the situation that arises when people with the power to supervise others are not, themselves, subject to the same scrutiny. It applies also when those who entitle themselves to make the law, also empower themselves to enforce the punishments. That is the definition of tyranny that our constitution was shaped to prevent.

There’s a Covid enquiry out there. The same people that caused all the harm are now deciding if they did the right thing or not. I think we all know what conclusions they will draw. I ask again, Who will guard the guards themselves?
The UK Border Force – in place to protect and maintain the border – might as well be working in partnership with the people smugglers. The same company involved in border control has the government contract for housing asylum seekers. This is a conflict of interest alongside an inversion of their role.
The police – a citizen police force supposed to protect the British public does next to nothing to keep law-abiding citizens safe from real, violent crime and instead monitors what people say on social media. When they’re not being thought police, they either dance the Macarena with protesters the State likes or take the baton to those it doesn’t.
SO, WHAT SHOULD WE DO NOW?
Philosopher Thomas Hobbes wrote about how, without observance of right and wrong, human life was, “solitary, poor, nasty, brutish and short”. He concluded that such chaos was ended only if individuals agreed, via a social contract, to surrender some liberty to a sovereign on condition that that sovereign would keep them safe.
Who is honouring their part of our social contract now? We, the people, have been doing so … not least because, legally, we have no option.
It is interesting to recall the words of the American declaration of independence:
“Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness … that to secure these rights, governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed … that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness.”
I say that by their actions over the last many years, our leaders have made the social contract null and void. They are not protecting our freedoms and rights – nor Britain herself.
On the contrary, they are working in league with others to remove those rights and freedoms and to unmake Britain. If they will not honour the social contract, then why should we?
While we were distracted our governments assumed outrageous powers over us. Body and mind we are being crushed and numbed.
The time for accepting all of this has long passed.
Here’s the thing: where should OUR loyalties lie now?
With those who by their actions have made plain they respect us not a jot?
… or with each other, those who have seen through the lies and the transparent grasping for power and control. On this Remembrance weekend I would honour those who gave their lives for a free world and a country called Great Britain.

There was always a strong suspicion the woke corporations were holding back negative employment intentions until after the midterm elections.
Well, as expected, the U.S. multinationals are starting to announce advanced downsizing.
(CNBC) – Tens of thousands of tech workers have been laid off within days, as tech giants including Meta, Twitter, Salesforce and others shed headcount going into the final stretch of the year. At least 20,300 U.S. tech workers were let go from their jobs in November, and more than 100,000 since the beginning of the year, according to Layoffs.fyi, which tracks layoffs in the field.
Tech workers reported huge drops in confidence in their job security through the summer, as news of layoffs, hiring freezes and rescinded offers put a damper on what’s so far been a worker-driven Covid pandemic recovery.
But the latest headlines are all converging at once as businesses course-correct on over-hiring and acknowledge how rising interest rates are thwarting their growth plans, says ZipRecruiter chief economist Julia Pollak. (more)
Nov 11 (Reuters) – Walt Disney Co (DIS.N) is planning to freeze hiring and cut some jobs as it strives to move the Disney+ streaming service to profitability against a backdrop of economic uncertainty, according to a memo seen by Reuters on Friday.
Chief Executive Bob Chapek sent the memo to Disney’s leaders, saying the company is instituting a targeted hiring freeze and anticipates “some small staff reductions” as it looks to manage costs. (read more)
As noted by Yahoo News, a “wave of layoffs” has begun that encompasses dozens of medium and large corporations [SEE HERE].
The layoffs, outlined in Yahoo, cover real estate, tech companies, banking, finance, automakers, EV startups, and brick and mortar stores like 7-11 and GAP. It should not come as a surprise, but it is sad to see, nonetheless.
Within the economy, a great pretending can only last so long… then reality hits.
The skilled trades should likely end up in the best employment situation, with the tech sector the worst. Service industries are also one of the first sectors hit when employment becomes an issue.
With rising interest rates, high inflation, excessive inventories, a shrinking production economy, extreme energy costs and diminished disposable income as a result of inflation and gas prices, there was going to come a time when it all starts to congregate. 2023 looks to be the year when economic pretenses collapse under the weight of having to admit a recession exists.
People laugh at Donald Trump for questioning the results of the 2020 US Presidential Election, where Joe Biden secured more votes than any other president in American history. How quickly they forget that the entire DNC rejected Trump’s appointment for the duration of his presidency. They denied previous elections for every political tier, and some refused to concede. They said Trump incited the January 6 protest by questioning the election results, as if they have never questioned the authenticity of an election.

The concept of “fascism” was originally entered into the Encyclopedia Italiana by Italian philosopher Giovanni Gentile, who stated that “Fascism should more appropriately be called corporatism because it is a merger of state and corporate power.” Benito Mussolini would later take credit for the quote as if he had written it himself, but it’s important to note because it outlines the primary purpose of the ideology rather than simply throwing the label around at people we don’t like as a dishonest means to undermine their legitimacy.
Despite the fact that leftists today often attack conservatives as “fascists” because of our desire to protect national boundaries and western heritage, the truth is that all fascism is deeply rooted in leftist philosophies and thinkers.
Mussolini was a long time socialist, a member of the party who greatly admired Karl Marx. He deviated from the socialists over their desire to remain neutral during WWI, and went on to champion a combination of socialism and nationalism, what we now know as fascism. Adolph Hitler was also a socialist and admirer of Karl Marx, much like Mussolini. It is actually hard to find where Marx, the communists and the fascists actually differ from each other – A deeper sense of nationalism seems to be one of the few points of contention.
Though Marx saw the existence of nation states as temporary to the proletariat and to the ruling class, he noted that the industrialists were erasing national boundaries anyway. Marx argues in the Communist Manifesto with some optimism:
“National differences and antagonisms between peoples are already tending to disappear more and more, owing to the development of the bourgeoisie, the growth of free trade and a world market, and the increasing uniformity of industrial processes and of corresponding conditions of life.”
Marx saw the development of corporate power as useful and the next necessary step towards socialism, noting that joint-stock companies (corporations) and the credit system are:
“The abolition of the capitalist mode of production within the capitalist mode of production itself.”
In other words, corporations are viewed as a tool for the eventual transition to a socialist “Utopia” and the death of free markets. Once again, we see there is very little difference in motive between the political left and the fascists. The natural progression of every form of Marxism, communism, socialism, fascism etc. all ultimately lead to a kind of globalist ideology and erasure of cultural separation. The methods might differ slightly but the end result is the same. Some think this is a good thing, but it is actually quite poisonous.
Globalism requires an overarching social dynamic, a single hive mind, otherwise it cannot survive. If people have the ability to choose or create better options (or different options) for living then globalism loses significance. The existence of choice has to be erased. This is a behavior that the political left has fully embraced and they are more than happy to work hand-in-hand with corporate oligarchs to make their ideal system a reality. Long gone are the days of the anti-corporate progressive – They LOVE corporate dominance, but only if those companies promote and enforce leftist models for society.
Mussolini’s fascism is at the root of the very corporate governance that leftists applaud and lust after today. They have far more in common with fascists than they realize.
The new fascism is a re-branded philosophy best represented by something called “Stakeholder Capitalism.” It is a term often used by globalists at the World Economic Forum and the head of the WEF, Klaus Schwab. The media friendly definition of Stakeholder Capitalism is:
A form of capitalism in which companies do not only optimize short-term profits for shareholders, but seek long term value creation, by taking into account the needs of all their stakeholders, and society at large.
But who are “all stakeholders” in the opinion of the WEF?
Well, according to Klaus Schwab they are all of human civilization, now and in the future. In other words, the goal of SHC is for corporate leaders and globalist bureaucracy to take responsibility for the entire world, not just their own employees, shareholders and profits. And such leaders would not be acting as individuals, they would be acting as a collective. In other words, SHC requires all major corporations to act as a single unit with a single purpose and a unified collectivist ideology – An ideological monopoly.
As Klaus Schwab states:
“The most important characteristic of the stakeholder model today is that the stakes of our system are now more clearly global. Economies, societies, and the environment are more closely linked to each other now than 50 years ago. The model we present here is therefore fundamentally global in nature, and the two primary stakeholders are as well.
…What was once seen as externalities in national economic policy making and individual corporate decision making will now need to be incorporated or internalized in the operations of every government, company, community, and individual. The planet is thus the center of the global economic system, and its health should be optimized in the decisions made by all other stakeholders.”
The SHC concept is deceptive on its very face because it pretends as if corporations will be held accountable by the public within some form of “business democracy,” as if the public will have a vote on what the corporations do. In reality, it will be corporations telling the public what is acceptable to think and do and corporations in conjunction with governments using their power to punish people who do not agree.
The great magic trick is that these same unified corporations use the shield of “private property” and business rights as a means to control society without repercussions. After all, a primary principle of conservatism and the US constitution is private property rights. So, stepping in to disrupt corporate governance would be violating one of our own beloved ideals. It sounds like a Catch-22, but it’s really not.
As mentioned above, corporations are at their very core a socialist concept: They are created through government charter, handed legal personhood and given special protections from government. They are NOT free market entities, and Adam Smith, the originator of most free market ideals, stood against corporations as destructive and prone to monopoly.
As long as they receive protections from government including monetary stimulus and bailouts, corporations should not enjoy the same private property protections as regular businesses do. They are parasitic creations, alien to the natural business world. In a freedom-based society they would be dismantled to prevent authoritarian outcomes.
Stakeholder Capitalism is also an incredibly arrogant premise because it assumes that corporate leaders have the wisdom or objective intelligence to expand their role beyond business and into social and political spheres. This has already happened in many respects with much chaos created, but open corporate governance is the end game and it is anything but objective or benevolent.
What are some examples of this kind of corporate/political governance (fascism) in action?
How about Big Tech social media censorship leaning HEAVILY against conservatives and liberty activists? How about evidence of collusion between Big Tech companies and government, such as the Biden Administration and the DHS working closely with Twitter and Facebook to actively remove voices and viewpoints they don’t like? How about corporate leaders colluding to destroy conservative based social media competitors like Parler?
How about ESG loans funded by corporate backers such as Blackrock or globalist non-profits like the Rockefeller Foundation?
If all corporate lenders applied ESG to their loan practices, all individuals and businesses would have to adopt leftist social ideologies and dubious environmental claims in order to have access to credit. ESG is a monetary incentive created by corporate elites to keep all other businesses in line. If it continues, ESG could wipe out political opposition to globalism in the span of a single generation.
And, what about the Council For Inclusive Capitalism? This is the most blatant expression of open global fascism I have ever seen, with money elites and politicians working in concert with the UN and even religious leaders like Pope Francis. Their goal is to institute a single centralized world governing platform built around the same agendas outlined in ESG and SHC, making corporations members of a new global council which they refer to as “The Guardians.” They aren’t even trying to hide the conspiracy anymore, it’s right out in the open.
Klaus Schwab takes special care to mention often that global crisis events are the “opportunity” that is needed to push the public into the arms of Stakeholder Capitalism through a nexus point called “The Great Reset.” Meaning, he thinks that widespread fear and desperation must exist (or be engineered) to perpetuate the SHC framework quickly.
Obviously, the globalists are on a shrinking timeline, though it’s hard to say why. They are tearing off the mask faster in the past two years than they have in the previous decade. More than likely they understand to some degree that if they go too slow the public will have time to mount a defense against them.
They will conjure all kinds of distractions and scapegoats to prevent liberty minded people from hitting them back. They’ll aim us at Russia, they’ll aim us at China, they’ll aim us at useful idiots among the leftists. They’ll aim Russia, China and the leftists at us. They will try to send us to war, they will call us insurrectionists, they will call us terrorists, they will say we started the whole collapse and that we are to blame for the world’s ills. None of this matters. What matters is that the globalists at the top pay the price for the harm they cause.
When the head of the snake is removed, only then can we sort out who is to blame; who were the heroes, who were the villains, and who were the idiots. Only then can we rebuild with true freedom in mind.
