The Democrats sense they are going to lose this election. There are stark indications. First, Biden is nowhere to be found. He hides in his basement being hidden from reality by watching CNN. Then Hillary tells Biden not to concede the election under any circumstances and then Pelosi advises Biden not to debate Trump, “It will only legitimize Trump as President and give Trump an opportunity to make you look bad.”

There are also reports that the Democrats are going to cheat in Trump’s favor so as to report that Trump is conducting a fraudulent election. They can prove it, of course, because they did it.

The Democrats have made a Devil’s bargain

If the Democrats lose this election, it is not difficult to imagine that they will go nuts, slash out at anything that moves in the wrong direction. The mobs are sufficiently riled and waiting for orders.

To partly paraphrase Victor Davis Hansen: The Democrats have made a Devil’s bargain. Marxists under Sanders provide the anarchy and chaos while Democrats watch their cities burn, having agreed to do almost nothing. They will keep COVID-19 alive as long as possible to keep the economy down. Never mind the human toll. When Democrats win, and at the time they were convinced they would win, Sanders will halt the rioting, having delivered a destroyed middle class, a badly wounded America. The Democrats will take the credit, looking like peacemakers. Sanders will then demand payment, a socialist America ready to be delivered to the globalists. And he will get it.

I believe the Democrats are in a pickle. They can’t reverse course and know that after the election or before, when the Durham investigations are over, there will be arrests and a call for their disbandment.

It started as a race struggle, accusing almost everyone of racism, but it was a feint. It now has morphed into a battle of the classes. A true Bolshevik Revolution. The battle to destroy the middle-class, the essence of America and Americanism. Marxism can never survive in a country with a strong middle-class. These are the hard working, and above all, self-reliant people that make America what it is, filled with opportunity for upward mobility, allowing people the fruit of their labor, a basic Biblical concept. The Left must eradicate them for Marxism to take hold. The globalists have demanded it, the Left has promised to deliver it. California has been the most successful with 4 million of their middle-class having exited these past 15 years.

The division between political camps is growing wider every day, if that is possible, but only one party is widening the distance. The Democrat Speaker of the House calls Republicans ‘enemies of the state’. Biden says that President Trump wants more violence. These accusations make no sense, of course, but they make it easy for us pundits to figure out Democrats. If you always translate what they say in opposite terms you will find their truth. When Pelosi says Republicans are enemies of the state, it is the opposite. When Biden says Trump wants more violence, it is the opposite. When Democrats say that Trump is working with the Russians, it is the opposite. They make it so easy.

Mobs are murdering people while private and public property is being destroyed. Families have lost their livelihoods. COVID-19, an historically minor pandemic, has been allowed to infect our society, shutting down the greatest economy we have ever seen. The human cost of expanding the power of Democrats grows daily, but they remain willing for hard-working Americans to pay the bill.

But now, the mood of the American people is beginning to change. Lest the polling organizations look foolish, they are forced to show the changing emotion of the country going against them. Once again, the Democrats have gone too far and took too big a bite.

There is no greater threat to evil than an aroused American public. We are beginning to see it. No more turning cheeks. No more being mere spectators. No more watching hoodlums attack innocent people. If the government will not or cannot protect you, you must decide to protect yourself and your family. Evil will always back off when confronted with equal or greater force.

If you don’t like what you see, wait until October

Don’t think it can’t happen here. It is happening here. The Left has thought of everything…a pandemic to shut down the economy, mandatory face masks that psychologically turn people into faceless sheep, Trump rallies halted, race riots because several Blacks resisted arrest resulting in the police being neutralized, giving the rioters carte blanche.

If you don’t like what you see, wait until October. This is not the America as we knew it. There are forces at work that will do anything to rid themselves of Donald Trump. And they don’t care about you. The police have been effectively neutered, are under siege and most likely will just show up after the fact to pick up the bodies left by the mob.

We have to decide that we will not be led as sheep to the slaughter.

For the most part, you will be dealing with a mob. A mob is nothing but a dangerous, brainless herd. A mob will do things the individual taking part would never think of doing. A mob does not consider consequences, it has no empathy, and certainly hasn’t thought of any alternatives.

You must defend yourself. How you do that is your affair. Stay away from any crowds. Stock up on groceries. If the Leftists go postal, the trucks will stop rolling. Find out what kind of self-defense laws your state has. They will either be Stand Your Ground, Castle Doctrine, or Duty To Retreat. Vermont is listed as having ‘Other Defense Laws’. States like Montana, Wyoming, New Hampshire, and 23 other states have Stand Your Ground Laws where a person has no duty to retreat before using deadly force. A Castle Doctrine state generally will allow deadly force in one’s home or car. A Duty To Retreat state is the most restrictive of self-defense. They require you to retreat no matter where you are, IF POSSIBLE. States like New York, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin are Duty To Retreat states. Do your homework and learn your particular states’ defense laws. They do change.

There is room enough for everyone in this country, but no room for traitors

We must not be driven down this path by scheming politicians, a sanctimonious and ignorant media, and cigar smoking men in dark places whose only interest is garnering more power and treasure.

We need to put this uprising to bed. We must decide that to remain as divided as we are will ultimately destroy this nation and millions of lives. If you think this all sounds irrational, again, wait until October. We can only hope and pray that thinking Americans on both sides of the political fence will find common ground and help put down this rebellion.

The Southern Democrat uprising in 1860 saw much pounding of chests and visions of glory. Four years later that glory faded with only death, suffering, and destruction enduring. There is room enough for everyone in this country, but no room for traitors.

History has been thrust upon us. We will either be a witness to a greater America or the greatest catastrophe this nation and the world has ever experienced. Without America, there will be no where else to go.

Persons are dying across USA in pursuit of social justice goals, needlessly losing lives for poor decision-making, driven by false values. These folks put themselves in harms way following a new religion which encourages reckless self-endangerment to publicly highlight their woke state.

In fact, the comparison between the new liberal religion and the Bible could not be starker. For the Marxist Woke Religion demands personal confrontations to demand misanthropes cease racist, sexist or capitalistic monstrosities or suffer, including physical attack. And so Woke Religion adherents are making a dramatic public display of their leftist piety, drawing them into ill-advised peril.

Woke v. Christ
Contra, Christianity has no demand for public confrontations of non-believers. Nor is there a call for revenge or violence for wrongdoers. Instead, Christian theology has a strong element of pacifism and states personal justification is divinely derived. Believers don’t have to prove righteousness by battle.

Social Justice Warriors in Action
In the recent Kenosha, WI shootings, a young man running down the road with a long gun was shouted out as someone who had just shot others. In response, a number of unarmed men began to chase him. As the runner fell, dropping his weapon, a few men converged on him, one fighting for the weapon and kicking him. As the young man gathered back his gun, he rolled over and began shooting.

The shots rang out, men fell, and yet astonishingly, unarmed men kept rushing the shooter and three or four were wounded or killed. Why would unarmed men attempt to tackle one with a loaded gun fleeing after shooting others? The woke feel the need for dramatic, public excoriation of wrongdoers, hoping to be leftist heroes while fighting oppression. A theological explanation would include that the Woke religion, being earth bound, demands immediate proof of fealty and a tertiary delivery of justice.

Nanci Pelosi, US Speaker of the House, when questioned about the rights of crowds tearing down statues, indicated she was disinterested, but accepted the inherent justice of such decisions. This is Ocholoracy, or Mob Rule. Karl Marx, Pelosi’s thought leader called criminals, beggars and vagabonds the “lumpenproletariat,” in his “Eighteenth Brumaire.” Generally, Democrats appear to accept the “wisdom of the mob,” claiming their reactions are part of public justice.

Earlier, in Portland, Ore, several Social Justice Warriors confronted an apparently deranged man on public transport for publicly insulting Islam. In response, the man stabbed both, killing one. So, how necessary was this confrontation? What did it achieve? Was the death of this SJW a monument to Woke Religion? Do SJWs believe they will be protected in public conflict by their personal righteousness?

CONCLUSION
Is Woke Religion a cultic public menace? Andrew Sullivan wrote, “We have a cult of social justice on the left, a religion whose followers show the same zeal as any born-again Evangelical.” Observing riots across America, one concludes millions are adherents of the Woke Religion. This includes violence borne of Antifa and BLM. But if the Left does not openly take control of this Marxist horde, and demand they stand down from public revenge, there will be no end to the open worship, defense of and bloodletting associated with this Ochlocratic menace. Mob Rule, wedded to this new cult, will bring a level of terror and violence reminiscent of the French Revolution.

Has political correctness changed the way many Americans address each other?

It seems that Barack Obama forewarned us about his plans to fundamentally transform America. Unfortunately, very few were able to read between the lines.

One of the more obvious tactics was to change the assignment of the title “racist” and take it from a mostly benign, but rude, expression to a serious character assassination.  Of course because he was the first Black president folks took that name seriously with a bit of fear.

At the moment, anyone identifying another by race or color, even though the identification is made in the context of what is being discussed at the time, the general population became very cautious in choosing their words, regardless of not having a biased bone in their bodies.  White people did accept being identified as a privileged White or a “White guy,” and took no serious exception to it because it was assumed we should be ashamed of what we are.

People of color who resisted playing that game, received the title of “Uncle Tom”, even if they’re a normal person and do not present themselves as a member of a previously enslaved race. There is, of course no mention of modern day slavery in the Middle East. One can only wonder where the slave drivers and hatemongers of today are spreading the same plague of slavery today.

I have spoken to numerous people whose take on “Press One for English” is a petty gripe in the face of today’s problems. However, make no mistake about why you are forced to press one for English, when you call certain places. One of the most heinous of these is medical groups where you’re needing to discuss health care issues, but cannot do so unless you press one. In my opinion that is not only a racist requirement but, more pointedly, a dictatorial demand. In a country like ours, one that is welcoming to law-abiding individuals who seek to become citizens and join Americans as one of them, should not have to start out with the same bitter taste of a dictatorship which mimics the one they left behind.

American Indians became Native Americans regardless of not identifying those who were here before them. Be assured that this is not to suggest that one should be offended at the subdivision of races, in particular: Whites (regardless of shade)  African Americans, Hispanics, et al In moments of doubt for purposes illusive to logic, we become whites, blacks, browns, and a myriad of others. “PC” begat gays and soon after lesbians of all colors, but designated as whatever their sexual preferences are. Soon after, the wonder of transgender even among children so young they could not yet be designated except by their chromosomes and the formation of genitalia.

Some depraved PC groups have managed to bring the concept into kindergarten classes in the public school system.  Soon, drag queens and pedophiles initiated a process of distortion in the minds of these yet-to-be-developed babes.  This was certainly not for the sake of mentally impacted children rather to bring acceptance for unaccepted
members of society, but at the cost of innocent children and the rejection by Christian parents, the most-hated members of society by liberals and the Politically Correct denizens of the Democrat Socialist Progressives to destroy America. Look at what has become of the PC hyper-think of supposed kindness, that now dominates conversations to the point that simple chats can go from one meaning to another that then become offensive and “racist.”

Beware all worried citizens in Democrat-controlled Blue Cities, pillaged by Black Lives Matter and Antifa anarchists: “They’re not going to stop”.

That is the pre-election promise of Senator Kamala Harris, the new Hillary Clinton, with whom defiant Democrats plan to replace Joe Biden, if elected—but only when they have to admit that Biden’s failing health prevents him from serving as president.

The harum-scarum of the street mobs won’t stop “because this is a movement”, according to Harum-Scarum Harris.

Citizens whose small businesses will be burned down will be frightened out their wits by Harum-Scarum ways.

Senator Kama Harris is not just the voice of Democrat wind-up doll, cognitive-challenged Joe Biden, worse, she’s the coming voice of Black Lives Matter—INSIDE the White House.

“They’re not going to stop,” she said of the protests. “This is a movement.” (Hollywood Reporter, June 18, 2020)

“They’re not going to stop before Election Day in November, and they’re not going to stop after Election Day,” Harris continued.

“Everyone should take note of that on both levels, that they’re not going to let up and they should not and we should not.”

“Harris said that the protests must continue in order to make a difference and shared that she made a “conscious decision” to become a prosecutor because she doesn’t know one Black man that has never been racially profiled.

“The only way we’re going to truly achieve change is when there are people in the system who are willing or pushing to do it, and when there are those folks who are outside of the system demanding it,” she said.”

Shockingly, Harris openly admits that it is the destructive street mob movements getting the Democrats where they need to be:

“Some of the success that we’ve been able to achieve around criminal justice reform would not have happened in recent years were it not for Black Lives Matter,” Harris added. “These movements provide a counterforce to get us to where we need to be.” (Hollywood Reporter)

The legend in her own mind thinking she spins is that she became a protester while still a baby in a stroller:

“The first protest I ever attended was in a stroller when my parents were marching in the ‘60s,” she said. “It’s kind of something I’ve done my entire life.” (Hollywood Reporter)

“Noting that her parents were politically active, Harris said that she learned that the greatest movements in the country “have been born out of protests” and “understanding the power of the people to take to the streets and force their government to address what is wrong, the inequities, the inequalities, the unfairness.”

“Almost every one of those marches has been about one fundamental ideal in our country, which is equal justice under law,” she said. “And fighting to make sure that we have a government and a country that, at least every few steps, gets closer to achieving that ideal.” While the United States has not yet reached equality for all, Harris said that protests “are the catalyst to getting there.”

“The senator added that attending recent protests in Washington, D.C., gave her hope, saying that she saw “people who seemingly have nothing in common, who know they have everything in common, people of every race, age, gender together and seeing the commonality.”

“Harris also spoke about her relationship with presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden in another segment.

“When asked if she would consider becoming his vice president, Harris, who’s been widely reported to be on Biden’s shortlist for the role, said that she’s “honored to be part of the conversation” and will do “everything in my power” to help Biden win the election.

“Despite her recent support, Harris had previously criticized Biden during the Democratic debates.

“It was a debate,” she said of her harsh words to Biden while she was still in the running to become the Democratic nominee. “Literally it was a debate. It was called a debate. Everyone traveled to the debate. There were journalists covering the debate where there would be a debate of differences of opinions and issues.”

“I am 1,000 percent supportive of Joe Biden and I will, again, do everything I can do make sure he is elected,” Harris added.

“I’ve known Joe a long time and I care about him deeply,” she continued. “As you know, we all have family members or friends with whom we have disagreements. That doesn’t overcome or overshadow the commonality between us and the connections between us.”

Claiming activism since her days in a baby stroller, Harum-Scarum Harris must have known when she celebrated having to get out of the Democrat primaries with only 2 percent popularity among what some called “the busload of crazies”, that she would be pegged as Sleepy Joe’s running mate back on December 3, 2019.

American citizens now know, one and all, that Kamala Harris Harum-Scarum days won’t be gone until she is.

Meanwhile, she’s not kidding about being the Black Lives Matter White House Insider if elected.

During the Republican National Convention the internet exploded with accusations and articles regarding the Hatch Act.  Well known liberal left websites like The Huffington Post, and media outlets like the Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, and New York Times, jumped on the bandwagon.  The Party of hatred and false accusations was at it again.  The Democrats, however, this time figured they had something on the GOP that could finally stick.

Except, it doesn’t.

The Huffington Post warned, “President Donald Trump’s insistence on using the White House for much of his nominating convention may be pressuring hundreds of staff into violating a federal law prohibiting political activity on government property, ethics experts said. While the president and vice president are exempt from the Hatch Act, employees who work at the White House ― both political appointees and civil servants ― are not exempt, meaning any federal employee who helped stage the various video productions at the Republican National Convention this week or the speeches by Trump and first lady Melania Trump could be exposed to the law’s penalties, which can range from a reprimand to being fired.”

The Los Angeles Times scolded, “Inevitably, White House staffers will have to be involved in the logistics for setting up and delivering the speech, as they were in all likelihood for Melania Trump’s speech on Tuesday and for the videos from the White House that have played at the convention.  Even if the employees voluntarily choose to work on such things, it would still violate the Hatch Act. Federal employees are flatly barred from participating in political activities. And pressuring them to do so is a criminal violation under the law.”

Not so fast.

An article by David Asp for Middle Tennessee State University explains, “The Hatch Act, an attempt to regulate corruption and possible intimidation of federal employees in the civil service by their elected supervisors, was enacted by Congress in 1939. The act banned the use of federal funds for electoral purposes and forbade federal officials from coercing political support with the promise of public jobs or funds. Sen. Carl Hatch, D-N.M., introduced the act after learning that New Deal–era government programs, specifically the Works Progress Administration, were using federal funds overtly to support Democratic Party candidates in the 1938 elections.”

The goal was to ensure the Hatch Act remained true to its original intent without necessarily quelling the First Amendment Rights of federal employees.

If you read the law in its current form, including all of the amendments, you learn that The Hatch Act applies to “federal civilian executive branch employees,” with rare exceptions, as well as to some state, Washington, D.C., and local government employees whose work involves federally funded programs (remember, the 1940 amendment).

The goal based on the current law is to ensure federal programs “are administered in a nonpartisan fashion, to protect federal employees from political coercion in the workplace, and to ensure that federal employees are advanced based on merit and not based on political affiliation.”

The federal employees in question are then divided into “less restricted” and “further restricted” categories.  The less restricted the employees, the more leeway they have when it comes to “taking part in partisan political management or partisan political campaigns.”  If they do so, however, they are not supposed to use their titles or positions “while engaged in political activity,” pressure workers to take part in campaigns or use politics to interfere in business pending “before their employing office.”

The employees with heavier restrictions tend to be those working in intelligence or enforcement agencies such as the FBI or Federal Election Commission. They are not allowed to engage in partisan political management or political campaigns.

To the staff, the event at the White House was like any other event.  They were not engaged in political activity, they were simply doing their job.  They were not promoting their political agenda in a corrupt manner, nor were they being forced to promote a political agenda through political activity.  They were simply doing their job of setting up chairs, editing film, or whatever.

As for the accusation regarding Secretary of State Mike Pompeo delivering a video from his federally paid for trip to Israel?  He took a moment of his own free time to make the video, and presented himself as a citizen, family man, and American rather than Secretary of State.  The funds to get him to Israel were not for the purpose of the video, therefore federal funds were not misappropriated.

Could some of the Republican National Convention, considering that much of it was at the White House, if you are a nit-picker, be riding the line between violation and non-violation?  I suppose if you really wanted to pick it apart, you could say that.  But based on original intent of the law, and the evolution of the law through amendments, the reality is that no, the Republican Party did not violate the Hatch Act.
