Has the Rule of Law Collapsed in Germany?

I want to explain an incident when I was doing a world tour for the Forecaster Movie. In Europe, there would be a question-and-answer period after the film concluded. I was in Frankfurt, and a woman stood up and said this is what was wrong with America. It always protected the bankers. She was stunned at how they could keep me in prison on civil contempt with trial and no defined charges at all. She said this was not the first example of the corrupt American legal system.

Then, a German lawyer stood up and corrected her. He said in Germany, what the US did to me, they do all the time to Germans.

Reiner Fuellmich, is an attorney and international freedom advocate. He has taken a major step to investigate the criminal activity of politicians in COVID. Because Germany did not charge him, they would have to put on a case and extradite him back to Germany. They illegally kidnapped him from Mexico, which is a complete violation of international law.

This is a warning to everyone. The rule of law has completely collapsed. Nothing matters anymore. These governments are simply desperate because they know they are losing power. Just as the US imposed sanctions on Russia, that divided the world economy and sent a warning to every other nation that if they do not do as the United States Neocons demand, they too will be removed from the global financial system. The ramifications now have many preparing alternatives to this insane tyranny.

There is nothing we can do. Just as Communism collapsed from its own weight, the West will suffer the same fate by 2032. This is NOT my wish nor my opinion. Our computer’s forecast has been spot on when it comes to its geopolitical forecasts for many years.

German Authorities KIDNAP Reiner Fuellmich in Mexico – Interview with Fuellmich and the COVID Investigation Committee

Reiner Fuellmich, an attorney and international freedom advocate, has been detained by German authorities. Fuellmich is the leader of the International Crimes Investigative Committee and works with the Corona Investigation Committee, which is working to unveil the criminality surrounding the release of Covid and the criminal response that engulfed basically every country in the world. I was asked to speak on this committee in April 2022, and I can tell you that Fuellmich is no criminal. His only crime is being a staunch advocate of the people and investigating the government’s crimes against humanity.

The charges against Fuellmich remain unclear at this point, but he was reportedly lured into the German embassy in Mexico, where he was kidnapped. What are his charges? It was not an arrest as he has not committed a crime. He was led to believe that he was exchanging his passport at the embassy when he was taken away. This is clearly a case of the government silencing dissenters who defy them by speaking the truth. The people brave enough to speak on these topics know the risks involved.

Protests against the German government are being planned by those who support Fuellmich and his crucial work against the medical tyranny imposed during COVID. The arrest of Fuellmich will exacerbate the criminalization of politics, and the timing of his arrest is suspicious, as it comes amid the start of the next major global conflict.

Emanuel Pastreich of  Global Research posted the following message, explaining why we must not allow what remains of the rule of law to be abolished.“We know that if we do not stop this effort to destroy the rule of law, at every level, to create a separate realm that belongs only to the very wealthy and powerful, that we are guaranteed a global fascistic system which will, if it can, exterminate us in precisely the way that was attempted in Europe in the 1940s. I want to also stress that this effort to suppress someone working so hard to enforce the rule of law and to bring the truth to everybody, at precisely the moment that a drive is on to start a world war between Israel and Iran, including the United States, and conceivably many other countries, is no coincidence, but in fact they are parallel. One is an effort to force-feed us war as the basis for law, governance, and the economy; and the other is an attempt to destroy all the foundations for the rule of law and for rights for citizens. Finally, I want to say that although I fully understand those of you who have felt skeptical, doubtful, of my campaign, and who feel that perhaps someone like Robert Kennedy Junior, or perhaps Professor Cornel West, would be more appropriate, maybe more famous, or maybe (freer) to show up (in) the media, to be on CNN or Democracy Now, that there is good reason to at this moment to support me because I am literally the only one who is capable of addressing the true crimes and the true threats that we face today. If we cannot name the crimes, if we cannot identify the enemy, there is no way that either beautiful words, or rapid action, can have any possible positive outcome. And we know all too well that these invisible powers have already set up for us a baited gambit, giving us false choices, whether it be between Trump and Biden, or Hamas and Israel –the Israeli military, choices which are intended to confuse us and to divide us against each other so that we cannot come together in opposition to this domination of the entire world by the billionaire class.”

Travelers will need Authorization to Enter the EU in 2024

Be prepared as the freedom of movement will begin to decline as we move toward 2032. Starting in 2024, those traveling to Europe will need to apply for authorization through the European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) before their visit. The new regulations are called the European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS). When the system launches in early 2024, it will require ALL visitors who currently travel to Europe visa-free, such as citizens from the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, to apply for travel authorization and receive approval prior to their departure.

The authorization is not exactly a visa and does not require visa-like obligations to travel, the European Commission claims. The goal of ETIAS is to increase security within the EU as they can no longer identify the enemy. America and others have compromised their borders and there are many with ill will amongst us. They claim the length of time that Americans will be able to spend in Europe as a tourist is not changing, but how will anyone be able to travel outside their respective country during an ongoing global conflict? So US passport holders are allowed to stay up to 90 days within a 180-day period, but for any stay longer than 90 days, a special visa is required.

If you travel outside of your respective country, depending on where you live, you’re on your own. Biden has abandoned American naturals in Israel and Palestine, forcing those in Israel to take out a loan merely to travel to a neighboring country. Restrictions are rarely removed once implemented as the US saw after the Patriot Act was introduced post-9/11. Our ability to travel and move freely throughout nations is coming to a halt.

Special Council Prosecution of Trump is to Violate Everyone Right to Vote

We have a MAJOR problem with this special counsel, Jack Smith. He sought a gag order to prevent Trump from criticizing President Biden. That had absolutely NOTHING to do with his criminal case. As Epoch Times has pointed out, Smith charged Trump and used grand juries from Washington because 60%+ have responded that they would find Trump guilty before hearing any evidence.

District of Columbia County, DC, is so LEFT that it would fail a drug driving test and be unable to walk a straight line. In the District of Columbia County, DC, 92.1% voted Democrat in the last presidential election, 5.4% voted for the Republican Party, and the remaining 2.5% voted Independent. There is absolutely no way anything Trump says would influence the jury pool in a city that is so un-American because it lives off the graft of Washington.

Asking for a gag order to stop Trump from criticizing Joe Biden directly proves that this guy belongs in prison and should be removed as Special Counsel. He has violated everyone’s civil rights, and a class action suit against him and the Justice Department should be filed instantly. This has NOTHING to do with January 6th but with the 2024 election. In New York, that prosecutor is unworthy of having any license to practice law whatsoever. She has moved to strip Trump of business licenses in New York. He should sell everything and get the hell out of the most corrupt state in the Union. That was selective prosecution, for anyone who borrows money will always list their assets at the top of valuation. Under her theory, you could shut down virtually every company with loans in New York. She looks the other way regarding the bankers who have disrupted the economy numerous times.

Under 18 USC 594, Smith is now guilty. Attempting to interfere is still a violation. He has conspired with others in Washington to interfere in the 2024 election. These people are insane. NOBODY will believe the 2024 election results. This will be the last nail in the coffin of the United States.

There is no possible way these Republics will survive. Already, Brazil and Argentina looked at what the US is doing to Trump and said that’s a good idea. They are using criminal law to stop political opponents.

2024 will be the catalyst that turns even those on the fence about the integrity of government. This is why they are bringing in digital IDs and will impose travel restrictions based on your political views. Governments have become so corrupt that instead of reform, they will knuckle down and try an authoritarian approach to sustain their power.

It gives me no pleasure to warn that our computer has been projecting chaos post-2024.  All governments start out being benevolent. But because our Founding Fathers failed to impose term limits, we ended up with career politicians who spend their lives there, and thus, they no longer see themselves as part of We the People. Unfortunately, our children and grandchildren will never know how great it was growing up in the 1950s and 1960s. The world they will face is now obsessed with how you think and if you are LEFT v RIGHT.

Suspicious Trading – Did America Know Hamas Planned to Invade Israel?

It is no secret that politicians use their insider information to select stocks. A recent trade has raised eyebrows and raises the question of whether those behind the curtain knew that the Hamas attacks were coming, or worse, the whole thing was planned.

Josh Gottheimer is a Democrat Congressman from New Jersey. On September 25, Gottheimer just so happened to purchase numerous shares of Northrop Grumman Corp (NYSE: NOC) for around 425 per share. Northrop Grumman Corp also just so happens to be one of the largest military defense contractors in the world and it conducts the majority of its business with the US Department of Defense.

Hamas penetrated the Iron Dome two weeks later on October 7. The stock spiked 11% on the day of the attack and is trading a bit below 500 at the time of this writing. Lucky trade? Solid company? The trade itself doesn’t seem off until you look a bit closer. Gottheimer is also an overseeing member of the National Security Agency and Cyber Subcommittee, a branch of the Department of Defense that partners with all the three letter agencies and every branch of the military. As explained on their website, “NSA Cybersecurity prevents and eradicates threats to U.S. national security systems with a focus on the Defense Industrial Base and the improvement of U.S. weapons’ security. It also strives to promote cybersecurity education, research, and career-building.”

If this were a case of insider trading, it indicates that American intelligence agencies had been preparing for October 7. Again, no one has yet to discover how Hamas invaded what was possibly the most secure border in the world. Something does not add up here.

“Barry’s Fingerprints Are All Over This”…

In discussion of the Middle East, the current dynamic of Hamas attacking Israel, and the necessary, albeit perhaps painful response that will now be delivered by Israel, some have noted Obama’s fingerprints are all over this.  It’s true, and it is worth remembering the history of this as it pertains to the U.S. triggering the Arab Spring as the first deployment of Obama’s foreign policy.

Obama didn’t travel to Cairo, Egypt for his first foreign policy trip accidentally; he did it with great intent and purpose.

The layers and layers of ideologues he and Hillary embedded in the institutions of the State Dept are as deep as the layers of ideologues Obama embedded in Main Justice and the intelligence community.

The time when Barry needed to give directions is long past. The embeds are self-aware, acting on purpose, and the outcomes we see today are simply manifestations of that activity.

It is also worth remembering there’s an entire new generation of people, who were in their 20’s and 30’s comfortably oblivious to what was taking place between 2009 and 2017, when the embeds were installed.  That era of the American people is only now starting to have their own slow awakening to the damage as it surfaces.

When Obama aligned with the Muslim Brotherhood, only a small percentage of the American people actually saw the big picture and realized the potential for long term issues.  Few people understood the nature of how political Islam would manifest with the extremist ideologues under their guide of the Brotherhood as an organization. Al-Qaeda, al-Nusra, ISIS, Hamas, Hezbollah et al, all fall under the extremist rubric of the Brotherhood, or what might be considered authentic Islam.

The zookeepers of the Middle East watched as the Obama network supported the opening of the big cat cages.  The aftermath was predictable, and within that dynamic, those zookeepers who survived have had enough of the Obama/Biden crisis.  That’s why you see people like Abdel Fattal al-Sisi (Egypt), King Abdullah II (Jordan), and Mohammed Bin Salman (Saudi Arabia), completely shunning Joe Biden.  They’ve simply had enough.

President Donald Trump represented a new dynamic within this complex relationship, a new dynamic that was actually respected and appreciated for the lack of cultural demand and the simple honesty he presented.  Yes, with Trump there are positive things that can be accomplished in common cause, but that’s not the Obama/Biden ideological approach.

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese Chairman Xi Jinping are only able to influence the Middle East because the leadership within the Middle East has tired of the American manipulative agenda under Obama/Biden.  Egypt joining BRICS, and the expansion of the trade bloc, is one small geopolitical step in the diminishment of the overall American influence.  Beneath the surface, all respect for the USA is gone, at least for the Obama/Biden approach, and we are seeing that play out in current events.

Yes, Barry’s fingerprints are all over this current dynamic; and yes, the leadership in the Middle East has tuned out their voices.

The zookeepers give cursory and polite responses, but under the surface there is no influence left.

Obama/Biden and the larger ideological West will chase windmills and solar nonsense; the rest of the world won’t have time for that.  It’s a completely different geopolitical landscape now, despite the ideologues in the U.S. institutions pretending they have influence.

Barry is a pathetic narcissist who will never admit to his failure.  However, the history books -just like his own autobiographical author- will reduce him down to a pathetic ego-driven small man of little character.  Biden will be an asterisk.

Kissinger: Allowing Migrants in Europe was a Grave Mistake

Where will the displaced people go when their homes are destroyed during this senseless war? No Arab nation has offered to take in Palestinian refugees. They fear the US and West knocking on their door too as the enemy hides behind the civilians. Henry Kissinger recently came out and said that Europe made a “grave mistake.”

“It was a grave mistake to let in so many people of totally different culture and religion and concepts, because it creates a pressure group inside each country that does that,” Kissinger stated. This comes on the heels of pro-Hamas, not pro-Palestine, protests emerging across Germany. In fact, violent protests are emerging across all of Europe. “The Middle East conflict has the danger of escalating and bringing in other Arab countries under the pressure of their public opinion,” Kissinger noted.

Egypt, Palestine’s neighbor, has made it clear that they will not permit their Arab brothers and sisters to enter. Egypt has deployed troops to its border with Palestine to ensure no one enters.  King Abdullah II of Jordan also said that refugees are not welcome. “There will be no refugees in Jordan and no refugees in Egypt,” the king stated. “That is a red line, because I think that is the plan by certain of the usual suspects to try and create de facto issues on the ground,” Abdullah added. He believes Israel is trying to send residents of Gaza toward the Rafah border.

“The whole region is on the brink of falling into the abyss,” Abdullah said. “All our efforts are needed to make sure we don’t get there. We have a common goal to prevent a conflagration in the region,” the chancellor said. “I once again expressly warn Hezbollah and Iran not to intervene in this conflict.”

Now Biden is heading to the Middle East to show others how weak our nation has become politically. Blinken wants to establish safe zones for the Palestinians across the Middle East, but the leaders there are saying NO do not involve us in your war. No Arab nation will open its border to Palestinians, but the West, with a completely different standard of reality, must do its part to accept people who do not fit in their society. And then those same people later chant that they want to see the very nations that accepted them destroyed.

Why Was the 1987 Crash Important Even for Today

It is amazing how these people claim to be analysts yet do not understand the first thing about what took place behind the chart. I was there at your WEC in Princeton the weekend of the crash. I don’t remember if it was videoed. If so, you should post that.

REPLY: Your statement is a sad epitaph on analysis these days. The “pretend analyst” is a Fed watcher who never looks beyond the shore. There is nothing you can do with these people. If they cannot look beyond a domestic economy, they are not analysts – plain & simple. Because I warned them back in 1985 that they would create a crash within 2 years by manipulating the dollar down 40%, when the Crash Came in 1987, that is when they were forced to call me.

When they began to realize that lowering the dollar by 40% also created a bear market in US assets for foreign investors, including US debt, they held the Louve Accord.  Yet, look closely at the chart. The dollar had already bun its decline. It had nothing to do with the central banks. Those in charge know less than the average investor. They proceed, always assuming they have power – but over what they do not comprehend.

They then announced that the dollar had fallen far enough. When the dollar continued to decline, that is when the market realized that the CENTRAL BANKS COULD NOT CONTROL THE WORLD ECONOMY. Once that took place, that is what unfolded as the 1987 Crash. My biggest accomplishment was to persuade the Brady Commission not to impose restrictions on the market when the formation of the G5 created the crisis. But the government will NEVER blame itself. The most significant accomplishment I was able to do was to get the Brady Commission to at least imply that foreign exchange had something to do with it.

The lesson of 1987 is NOT in the chart. It is behind the chart. Once the public realized that the central banks were not actually in control, that is when the panic took place. Today, when interest rates rise without the Fed’s actions because of the Neocons constantly threatening the world and China over Taiwan, that is when panic will strike. It all goes nuts once people realize that the government is just a ship of fools with ZERO sailing experience. That is when gold will break out. It is that CRACK IN CONFIDENCE that will cause the panic.

European Commission Announces Triple Funding for Palestinian/Hamas Effort

EU President Ursula von der Leyen has pledged to provide the Palestinian/Hamas effort with $50 million in supplemental assistance to support the resistance effort against Israeli retaliation.

EU Announcement – “President Ursula von der Leyen spoke to the Secretary General of the UN António Guterres this afternoon, in the context of her on-going contacts with regional leaders.

Following this call, she said: “The Commission will immediately increase the current humanitarian aid envelope foreseen for Gaza by 50 million euros. This will bring the total to over 75 million euros. We will continue our close cooperation with the UN and its agencies to ensure that this aid reaches those in need in the Gaza strip. The Commission supports Israel’s right to defend itself against the Hamas terrorists, in full respect of international humanitarian law. We are working hard to ensure that innocent civilians in Gaza are provided support in this context.”

Commissioner Lenarčič said: “The Commission is doing everything in its power to provide humanitarian support to civilians in the Gaza strip. This tripling of EU humanitarian assistance will help ensure that civilians in Gaza can be provided with the basic necessities required. Voters Making a Difference – Republican DC Members Scared to Vote Against Jim Jordan for Speaker, Wall of Opposition Crumbling

The media and punditry are saying it’s the pressure of Jordan, but really, it’s the pressure of the voters that’s scaring the crap out of the Republicans in the House.

The block of opposition to Jim Jordan’s nomination in the House is crumbling, as their phones, emails and fax machines are being lit up by voters demanding support and threatening a removal primary against any House member who tries to stand in the way of the people.

Jordan has vowed to take his nomination to a House floor vote and force the Republican Party to take a stand. This is a solid strategy that puts any no vote against the will of the electorate.

WASHINGTON – Twenty-four hours before the full House will vote on whether to hand Jordan the gavel, the Judiciary chair and his allies have managed to chip away at a significant bloc of opposition that many in the House GOP saw as insurmountable just days ago.

That includes two lawmakers who had publicly vowed not to support Jordan: Rep. Ann Wagner (R-Mo.), who had publicly railed against Jordan’s behavior towards Majority Whip Steve Scalise, and House Armed Services Chair Mike Rogers (R-Ala.), who had also backed Scalise’s bid and has been critical of the House Freedom Caucus’s tactics in recent years.

Another holdout, Rep. Vern Buchanan (R-Fla.), posted on X Monday that he would be “offering my support on the House floor” to Jordan. Buchanan, a senior member of the Florida GOP delegation, is another significant get, given three Republicans from the Sunshine state are still holding out.

Some House Republicans also raised eyebrows at the nod from Rep. Ken Calvert (R-Calif.), a senior appropriator who has been similarly skeptical of the ultraconservatives’ demands this Congress.

“I feel real good about the momentum we have and I think we’re real close,” Jordan told reporters Monday, vowing to take the contest to the floor at noon regardless of whether he’s formally landed 217 votes. (read more)

Y’all know how I feel about Jordan in general terms, but hopefully the MAGA base and President Trump’s influence can overwhelm the right wing of the Uniparty vulture.
