Only 10 of the 195 nations on board for the Paris Agreement have met the February 10, 2025, deadline to release their “nationally determined contributions” (NDCs). These NDCs are presented as detailed blueprints for how nations will continue cutting emissions to meet each five-year global stocktake (GST) goal. The problem is that 95% of nations have no plan in place.
The Paris Agreement began ten years and trillions of dollars ago, but no noticeable progress has been made. The United Nations admitted back in 2019 that the Paris Agreement or Accord was destined to fail. Even if every pledging nation met 100% of the UN mandates, they would still fall 2/3 short of meeting their targets. They admit that even if every country involved in those accords complied with their pledges between now and 2030, temperatures would still rise by 3 degrees Celsius by 2100. It is astonishing that nations continue to buy into this agreement that is destined to fail because the targets were created with no regard for naturally occurring weather cycles.
Yet, 195 nations agreed to continue tackling this losing battle. The GST is split into three phases: data collection, technical assessment, and consideration of outputs. Governments and climate scientists have compiled over 170,000 pages spanning over 252 hours of meetings and the final advice from the United Nations is always the same – nations are failing to meet their objectives.
Of the 10 nations who complied with the latest deadline, the US and UK were the only G7 nations to submit plans. The US submitted its plan before Donald Trump pulled out of the Paris Agreement. This is yet another example of how the US has been funding globalist initiatives.
Brazil, the United Arab Emirates, New Zealand, Switzerland, Uruguay, Andorra, Ecuador and Saint Lucia also met the deadline, but the UN has warned that the UAE, Brazil, and Switzerland have plans that are “not compatible” with meeting the 1.5C target by 2035. The UN said that the UK is potentially on the right track if it agrees to INCREASE SPENDING to help other nations meet their goals, a role formerly filled by the US.
“Without dedicated efforts to ramp up finance, you’re not going to achieve the triple [renewable] energy target, so that’s definitely something that needs to be reckoned with in the global stocktake outcome,” the Centre for Science and Environment told Carbon Brief.
Anyone can make a pledge and pander to the climate social justice warrior crowd. That does not mean they intend to follow through. The pressure is placed on the nations who can pay up and are expected to cover the costs for others. Numerous nations who have been touting their lofty climate goals like Australia and Canada plan to release their GST plans after elections as it a bargaining chip. The goal can never be achieved but that will not prevent the United Nations from squeezing every last cent out of member nations.
There is still outrage surrounding the elimination of the EPA. People do not realize just how much money this agency blew through on absolutely nothing. Biden admitted that the Inflation Reduction Act, the most expensive spending package in US history, was about CLIMATE CHANGE at its core and had nothing to do with inflation. Those at the EPA called the act “Biden’s climate law” and were eager to spend the proceeds. Efron told an undercover journalist that they were preparing to spend the money as quickly as possible right up until inauguration day.
The EPA was aware that Trump would likely eliminate their impractical agency. “We gave them [nonprofits] the money because… it was an insurance policy against Trump winning. Because they aren’t [a government agency], they’re safer from Republicans taking the money away,” he said. The EPA awarded nonprofits between $50 and $100 million EACH toward the end of Biden’s presidency.
The Biden Administration effectively permitted this agency to “throw gold bars” off the edge of the Titanic and needlessly spend public funds. All of these investigations lead to the same conclusion. The government provides nonprofits with a large sum and those agencies then funnel the money to smaller agencies, whether its related to climate change or funding terrorism. This is precisely why Trump attempted to freeze all federal funds upon taking office.

In a strange way, the timing of this research publication release aligns with my current concerns about DOGE revelations within the USA about the USAID and CIA activity.
In short, I worry the “old system of control” mechanisms are no longer needed. The Western global intelligence apparatus, driven primarily by the USA intelligence community, is moving on from public influence operations that required widespread convincing and propaganda. I fear a “new system of control” will be technologically driven and triggered by newly created technological mechanisms.
This is where Real ID, Facial Recognition, Palantir AI and govt funded technological interfaces could come into play.
The Western IC have moved beyond the phase where they were asking for permission and trying to control public opinion.
They have beta-tested alternative approaches where our permission was no longer part of the system. See covid-19 and all the responses therein.
They are moving into the phase where the outputs happen regardless of our opinion. Fully engaged control.
The old system, represented by the USAID approach toward influence, is no longer needed.
The new technologically driven system of control is no longer dependent on human willingness. Technology controlled by government, with the assist of AI and partnered with private sector, will control the options and the outcomes.
They Western IC (Five Eyes) are installing a technologically driven surveillance state in the Australia, Canada, The U.K, New Zealand and the USA.
Australia, NZ and the EU were the proving ground for health driven control operations, COVID passports – now digital ID’s (EU, UK), emergency control of banking systems (Canada), the interface with politically exposed persons; population lockdowns (NZ, AU), etc.
In the USA our constitution creates some impediments; enter the voluntary introduction of bipartisan AI.

In terms of trends determined by higher highs and lower lows, such as your analysis of the Democratic party in the US, stats like the crazy one below could probably tell a similar tale pertaining to the global warming fraud.
Just yesterday, a friend and I considered that winters in this part of Arkansas are colder than when I was a kid. While I don’t have the data to back it up, anecdotally, the winter trend is towards colder norms rather than warmer norms. Four years ago was a record low (in my lifetime) at 12 below.

REPLY: We have a lot of weather data, and this entire claim of global warming and that humans are the cause of climate change is not only stupid, it is arrogant. There is no evidence of what these people claim. The English Court ruled against Al Gore and his movie that his climate film presented nine ‘errors’and was thus inappropriate. The climate zealots want to ignore that ruling and pretend it never happened.
Here is the data from New York City with records back to 1869. There is a normal climate cycle, and nothing shows any dramatic change in trends. We are headed into colder weather, and let us hope that the rise in volcanic activity does not produce one or two VE7 eruptions. Our computer warns that we are also at rise of a rise in volcanic activity. That can block the sun and result in a volcanic winter, so you should have food stashed for crops will fail during a volcanic winter, and people will starve.
There is a cycle to everything, including climate!

Nearsightedness or myopia occurs when objects look blurred at a distance. The British Journal of Ophthalmology recently published a report that found a significant increase in myopia among children and teens since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020.
“Emerging evidence suggests a potential association between the pandemic and accelerated vision deterioration among young adults,” states the report. The researchers carried out 276 studies across 50 countries with a total of 5,410,945 participants. Instances of nearsightedness in children and teens has tripled in the past three decades, which one could assume is the result of an increase in screen time as children stare at tablets, phones, and computers for hours on end.
Yet, there was a significant increase in cases of myopia after the pandemic. “Myopia has increased dramatically during the period of COVID,” said Lisa Christian, associate director of clinical practice at the University of Waterloo School of Optometry. “When we’re indoors, we’re focused on near work most of the time, we’re looking at one spot. When we’re outside, we’re looking far away, so we’re relaxing our eyes.”
The University of Waterloo confirmed these findings in a 2018 study that found that one hour of outdoor time could reduce a child’s chances of developing myopia by 14%. “Time spent outdoors was the only child activity to have a significant impact on myopia,” the study stated. Studies in Germany and Australia found similar results.
Developing eye problems at a young age poses a great health risk in the long-term. “As your prescription gets bigger and bigger, you are at risk in your lifetime of other health issues related to the eye,” a pediatrician and ophthalmologist from Calgary stated. Those with a prescription of -6.00 or higher are at an increased risk of developing retinal tears, glaucoma, and cataracts. To the extreme, these issues can lead to vision loss.
The British Journal of Ophthalmology stated that nearsightedness will affect over half of children worldwide by 2050. This is an important study to pin as an additional repercussion of COVID lockdowns. Children were prevented from going outside or living anything that resembled a normal life. Those repercussions did not end with the lockdowns. And yet, no one has been held accountable for the crimes against humanity that changed the world.

ANSWER: Whoever made up this BS is most likely from the Deep State trying to control capital flows and economically imprison everyone. There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING that is a store of wealth. Looking, Investopedia defines this term:
“What Is a Store Of Value?
A store of value is an asset, commodity, or currency that maintains its value without depreciating. “
It does not matter what money might be. There has been a boom and bust in every economy regardless of what they have used for money. This is an entirely Marxist Utopian idea. Why? Because to be some store of value means it CANNOT FLUCTUATE!!!!! This has stemmed from people who (1) do not understand that there are business cycles and (2) think, like Keynes and Marx, that the government can eliminate the business cycle and smooth out the economy. I had a conversation with Paul Volcker, former Chairman of the Federal Reserve. Paul admitted that the business cycle always won and that the “new economics” (Keynesian Economists) failed back in the 1970s (see his Rediscovery of the Business Cycle).
Arthur Burns, Fed Chairman, came up with the same conclusion when Bretton Woods collapsed: that the business cycle always wins. Everything rises and falls based on supply and demand. Anyone telling you that Bitcoin is a “store of wealth” is either outright lying to you or they are ignorant of what they are talking about. Nothing ever is a store of wealth because everything rises and falls.
This is why the central banks cannot control inflation, no less money supply. I you sell an office building for $1 million to another person in your country, the money supply is not impacted. However, if you are in Britain as back in 1985, when the pound fell to $1,03, Americans were buying up everything like it was on sale at Harrods. The Brits thought the Yanks were crazy buying at the top of the property market and they were wrong for everything boomed thereafter. Why?
If I bought an office building in London at that time, I would have to bring in the cash from America, convert it to pounds, and buy the building. Thus, I increased the domestic money supply with important cash, and the central bank had nothing to do with that. NOTHING is a store of wealth EVER, no matter what it is, because everything will rise based on demand and crash when you can’t give it away.
This is why empires rise and fall. Nothing has ever remained a flat line in terms of value.
