Dirty Business – ICIG Atkinson Receives Ethics Complaint Against CIA ‘Whistleblower’, Goes to Schiff Basement for Talks…

ICIG Michael Atkinson is the link that connects Spygate to the Schiff Impeachment Effort

Chad Pergram noted that Intelligence Community Inspector General (IGIC) Michael Atkinson was spotted today going into HPSCI Chairman Schiffs’ basement bunker for discussions with the impeachment inquisitors.

This is interesting because it was reported today that ICIG Atkinson has now received an ethics complaint about a GoFundMe account set up by the CIA ‘whistleblower’ attorney, Mark S. Zaid, to finance the ongoing efforts of CIA operative Eric Ciaramella.

The dirty dealing is getting thick.  Attorney Mark Zaid has claimed to be working pro-bono for his CIA client.  Meanwhile Adam Schiff is threatening anyone and everyone about keeping the CIA client hidden and anonymous; and the media is all-in with efforts to support the protection.  A narrative created by a CIA operative favorable to the coup.

So what exactly is this current $228,000 for? (goal $300k) And who is this group “Values United” who is organizing it?  That’s where the letter to ICIG Atkinson comes in:

(Source)

It appears “Values United” is a laundry operation, established in coordination with lawyer Zaid, to fund the coup against President Trump.  However, the issues start to take on significance when we overlay the background of ICIG Michael Atkinson.

Keep in mind ICIG Atkinson has dirty hands here.  Within the ongoing OIG FISA investigation by Michael Horowitz and John Durham, Atkinson has a conflict of interest that has not yet been disclosed and could very likely be influencing his decision-making.

The CIA ‘whistle-blower’ Eric Ciaramella had no first-hand knowledge; everything within his originating complaint was based on hearsay. The CIA operative never informed the ICIG about prior contact and coordination with the House Intelligence Committee (Adam Schiff). The CIA operative never disclosed congressional contact on the complaint form; and the complaint forms were changed specifically to accommodate this CIA operative.

ICIG Michael Atkinson never reviewed the Trump-Zelenskyy call transcript and facilitated the complaint processing despite numerous flaws.  Additionally Atkinson ignored legal guidance from both the director of national intelligence (DNI) and the Department of Justice Office of Legal Counsel that highlighted Atkinson’s poor decision-making.

This makes the activity of ICIG Atkinson very questionable.  What exactly is his purpose within this enterprise?  Well… given the nature of Atkinson’s background, it appears his prior work in 2016, during his tenure as the lead legal counsel for the DOJ-NSD, likely played a role in his decision.

The center of the 2016 Lawfare Alliance election influence was/is the Department of Justice National Security Division, DOJ-NSD. It was the DOJ-NSD running the Main Justice side of the 2016 operations to support Operation Crossfire Hurricane and FBI agent Peter Strzok. It was also the DOJ-NSD where the sketchy legal theories around FARA violations (Sec. 901) originated.

Michael K Atkinson was previously the Senior Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General of the National Security Division of the Department of Justice (DOJ-NSD) in 2016. That makes Atkinson senior legal counsel to John Carlin and Mary McCord who were the former heads of the DOJ-NSD in 2016 when the stop Trump operation was underway.

Michael Atkinson was the lawyer for the same DOJ-NSD players who: (1) lied to the FISA court (Judge Rosemary Collyer) about the 80% non compliant NSA database abuse using FBI contractors; (2) filed the FISA application against Carter Page; and (3) used FARA violations as tools for political surveillance and political targeting.

Yes, that means Michael Atkinson was Senior Counsel for the DOJ-NSD, at the very epicenter of the political weaponization and FISA abuse.

If the DOJ-NSD exploitation of the NSA database, and/or DOJ-NSD FISA abuse, and/or DOJ-NSD FARA corruption were ever to reach sunlight, current ICIG Atkinson -as the lawyer for the process- would be under a lot of scrutiny for his involvement.

Yes, that gives current ICIG Michael Atkinson a strong and corrupt motive to participate with the Pelosi-Schiff/Lawfare impeachment objective.  Sketchy!

It now looks like the Lawfare network constructed the ‘whistle-blower’ complaint aka a Schiff Dossier, and handed it to allied CIA operative Eric Ciaramella to file as a formal IC complaint.  This process is almost identical to the Fusion-GPS/Lawfare network handing the Steele Dossier to the FBI to use as the evidence for the 2016/2017 Russia conspiracy.

This series of events is exactly what former CIA Analyst Fred Fleiz said. Fleitz has extensive knowledge of the whistleblower process. Fleitz said last week the Ukraine call whistle-blower is likely driven by political motives, and his sources indicate he had help from Congress members while writing it.

“I can promise you, because we are not going to let him go; [Atkinson] is going to tell he truth about what happened”…

Senator Grassley Questions “What the Game Is” With IG Report?…

Senator Chuck Grassley has questions:

There is a background story happening in DC where re-authorization of the USA Freedom Act is needed prior to expiration on December 15th. Techno Fog points out the bulk NSA data collection and FISA(702) surveillance programs are part of this reauthorization.

On November 6th, the Senate Judiciary Committee held hearings on the reauthorization.  “Senators expressed their displeasure Wednesday with the Trump administration’s inability to answer questions about the National Security Agency’s collection of data records” (link). Which begs the question:

Is the current Inspector General report on FISA abuse being delayed due to the need for congress to reauthorize the very same programs the IG is about to criticize?

For context to this question, and considering the potential for some surprising revelations within the IG report on FISA, it is worth noting the Office of the Director of National Intelligence held back the the findings of FISA Judge James Boasberg that strongly criticized the FISA-702 process for a year.

The Judge Boasberg report was written in September of 2018 but not released (redacted) until last month.

There is a serious problem here…

Misrepresenting Our Forecast for the Start of Big Bang 2015.75

COMMENT: I find it really shocking how people are slandering you claiming you forecast that 2015.75 would be the collapse of everything instead of the peak in governments and the beginning of the decline and fall. You have made that very clear that this was the turning point to begin the change. It was the precise day Russia sent troops into Syria. It was the start of the massive migration of refugees to Europe. It was the start of the shift in politics that led to Trump’s victory the following year. It seems that there are people desperate to try to prevent others from listing to you. I think they are conspiring against the people.

HS

REPLY: I know. It is an outright misrepresentation of our forecasts and it is deliberate. Our post back in 2014 laid it out clearly:

“As we approach the start of BIG BANG (2015.75), which is 26 years from the first crack in Marxism 1989 first observed in China followed by the fall of the Berlin Wall within months, ever since the world has been drastically altered economically. The collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991 was part of this process. That was not a CIA plot, but the unraveling of the Marxist Era. We should witness dramatic political and economic changes going into 2020.05. The bottom of the ECM 2020.05 will also be 31.4 years from the start of the fall of Communism that should culminate in the final stages of the collapse of Socialism. This is part of the cause of BIG BANG that will become focused most intensely between 2015.75 and 2020.05.”

December 28, 2014

I think the collapse in the confidence of governments has been indeed the pronounced characteristic of this 4.3 year part of the wave. The European and Japanese Bond markets have been destroyed. Both governments are on life support. I think we have some very serious sovereign debt problems and we are looking at that on the state and municipal levels. Why would someone claim we have been wrong and misrepresent that there is no sovereign debt crisis? It certainly seems that they are spreading propaganda to help keep the banks and governments in play.

Socialism is making a major play to win the 2020 elections here in the States. We have an obvious coup unfolding against Trump carried out by the CIA, FBI, and NSA. This target is 31.4 years from the START of the fall of Communism. It is the START of this trend in Western Society NOT THE END!!!!!!!The 2020 election in the USA will be the most contentious since the 1960s and we should expect a rise in civil unrest. It will turn into a major political battle at the peak of the next wave – 2024.

They simply try to assume this is my personal opinion and they are incapable of looking at the global economy and how it is all connected. Focusing on a single component blinds them from seeing the whole.

I fully appreciate we can bring legal action against them and have sent that question to our lawyers.

Will Hillary Run in 2020?

QUESTION: Do you think Hillary will run in 2020?

WK

ANSWER: I would say yes. I know that the big Democratic donors are yelling they will not fund Warren. Hillary has been cagy, but the coup against Trump is in full motion. The FBI just came out of the blue to say they exonerate Hillary. You have to read the fine print. What they are saying is NOTthat she is innocent, but she did not KNOWINGLY violate the law. You would be prosecuted for such an act for the presumption is you know what the law is. In Hillary’s case, the FBI has turned the law upside down. They are doing that to clear the way for her to run in 2020. The FBI does NOT exonerate anyone else. They NEVER comment on investigations as a matter of policy. They ONLY recommend charges and NEVER pronounce someone as innocent. This is obviously a ploy to prepare Hillary for 2020 to overthrow Trump. They just want to go to war.

That said, Biden is a joke. She has intentionally attacked Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbard indirectly saying she is “cozy” with Russia in the past. She is already bringing up the Russians again. It certainly appears she is just waiting for the herd of candidates to beat each other to a pulp and then step in.  The big-money donors will fill the coffers for Hillary – not Warren. Nobody seems to believe that Joe Biden has a shot at beating Trump. So the game is in play.

The primary elections are scheduled to take place from February to June 2020 in all fifty U.S. states, the District of Columbia, five U.S. territories, and Democrats Abroad. So Hillary will jump in perhaps on the ECM turning point in January 2020.

Hillary is supported by the intelligence community for she will take the country into war. Trump is anti-War. He has explained the hardest part of the job is writing letters and meeting families whose children or husbands have died in some military action. Over 40% of Americans believe that the US is sticking its nose in too many affairs overseas which in turn results in terrorist attacks against Americans. The intelligence community is trying to overthrow Trump at all costs. They know Hillary will declare war on Russia which is what they desperately want for Xmas.

I do not BELIEVE that even Hillary would defeat Trump in a fair election. But just as the 2016 election was our target for the first potential third-party candidate, 2020 is the target for the start of civil violence. We will run our analysis on the 2020 election. Just as a warning – it appears to be the most violent since the 1960s, and it appears to be the most likely to be rigged. That warns that if Trump were to lose, it would not be a fair election. The intelligence community and the neo-cons want war and the collapse of socialism needs an excuse to divert people’s attention from the unfunded liabilities they cannot meet. A serious war will help raise patriotism, they hope, and that will be the excuse as to why you must not blame the government when your benefits cannot be met.

Reflections on ‘Sapiens’ & ‘The Strange Death of Europe’

I have just re-read יובל נח הררי Yuval Noah Harari’s bestselling book ‘Sapiens’ and finished reading Douglas Murray’s (from the The Henry Jackson Society) new, excellent and already bestselling book ‘The Strange Death of Europe’. Both have something very important to say about the state of our world. Here are a few thoughts of my own about the books and the work that needs to be done to protect our society.

DOJ-FBI “Small Group” Promote Defense of Spygate Operations – Former FBI/DOJ Officials Nervous, Hiring Lawyers…

The activity of the “small group” of coup plotters consists of three generalized subsidiary agencies: (1) DOJ/FBI, (2) CIA/ODNI, and (3) The State Department.

Within each “small group faction” a years-long review of their narrative constructs shows the groups have specific and unique media outlets for their offensive (’16, ’17) and defensive (’18, ’19) propaganda efforts.

•The DOJ/FBI faction of the “small group” leaks to narrative engineers at the New York Times and NBC. •The CIA/ODNI faction utilize the Washington Post and ABC; and •the State Dept. faction use CNN and CBS. Each faction uses the same reporters & pundits for their distribution. This pattern, albeit generalized, has been consistent for several years.

The originating media entity -utilizing the leaks, opinions and agenda of the faction most concerned- starts the process. The secondary media groups come in for support – reporting on the reporting; and then reporting on the reporting of the reporting… and so on. This process provides a concentric distribution effort to bolster the originating premise.

Similar to the Journ-o-list effort of Ezra Klein, all of the ideologically aligned reporters share information for the larger process of defending the prior activity and advancing a unified narrative. [Reference Buzzfeed’s Ali Watkins sharing leaks from SSCI Security Director James Wolfe to her peers at WaPo and New York Times while she had sex with the source to keep the information pipeline open.]

It is important to remember this concerted process whenever we are reviewing media articles concerning the matters of interest to each of the “small group” factions.

In essence, the propagandists within the media are the same; and the sources for the positions reflected in the articles are the same. Wash, rinse and repeat depending on the identified risk.

So today we see NBC and the New York Times going “out front” on behalf of their interests. Referencing the faction each outlet represents we see the *reporting* is to defend the interests of the DOJ and FBI.

The first “small group” report is from NBCToplines:

  • The Durham investigation is more broad and therefore more troubling.
  • Durham is moving to interview current/former CIA and current/former Intelligence Community operatives.
  • The CIA and Intelligence Community operatives are hiring lawyers prior to speaking to Durham.
  • The Durham investigation appears again looking at the ICA (Intelligence Community Assessment); which again is the part of Small Group operation which constructed the ‘vast Russian conspiracy’ (election interference) narrative.
  • The Small Group is worried the investigation has now shifted into a possible criminal probe.
  • The Small Group members themselves have NOT been questioned. This is making them nervous; hence the reporting.
  • Barr and Durham visiting Italy, the U.K. and Australia to speak with Mifsud, Halper and Downer respectively is really making the Small Group nervous.

Here’s the key NBC paragraphs, emphasis mine:

(Via NBC) A review launched by Attorney General William Barr into the origins of the Russia investigation has expanded significantly amid concerns about whether the probe has any legal or factual basis, multiple current and former officials told NBC News.

[The “multiple current and former officials” are members of the small group.  Based on the outlet and the material, these members are DOJ and FBI officials].

The prosecutor conducting the review, Connecticut U.S. Attorney John Durham, has expressed his intent to interview a number of current and former intelligence officials involved in examining Russia’s effort to interfere in the 2016 presidential election, including former CIA Director John Brennan and former director of national intelligence James Clapper, Brennan told NBC News.

Durham has also requested to talk to CIA analysts involved in the intelligence assessment of Russia’s activities, prompting some of them to hire lawyers, according to three former CIA officialsfamiliar with the matter. And there is tension between the CIA and the Justice Department over what classified documents Durham can examine, two people familiar with the matter said.

[Here we see Durham doing what we suspected five months ago. {Go Deep} Durham is looking at who put together the December 2016, Joint Analysis Report (JAR); and the January 2017, Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA); essentially the originating documents that promoted the vast Russian conspiracy and set the cornerstone for a special counsel investigation therein.]

With Barr’s approval, Durham has expanded his staff and the timeframe under scrutiny, according to a law enforcement official directly familiar with the matter.

[This is common sense.  If the ICA is a false political document, then guess what?  Yep, the entire narrative from the JAR and ICA is part of a big fraud (it is).  Then the construct of the special counsel probe (remember the “originating” construct), was false. (it was)]

[…] If Durham is conducting a criminal investigation, it’s not clear what allegations of wrongdoing are being examined. The Justice Department has not detailed any, and a spokeswoman declined to comment for this story.

“I don’t know what the legal basis for this is,” Brennan said, calling the probe “bizarre.”

[…] Justice Department officials have said that Durham has found something significant, and that critics should be careful.

[…] Skeptics who have been trying to track Durham’s movementssay he has yet to interview key figures, including former deputy FBI director Andrew McCabe, former FBI agent Peter Stzrok and former FBI general counsel James Baker.

[“skeptics”?  Who are they?  …and why are they “trying to track Durham’s movements”?]

“Nobody who knows anything has been interviewed,” said a person in touch with those former officials.

[So the group is talking to themselves and using a third party to push their collective discussion into the media.  Important to note.]

[…] A Western intelligence official familiar with what Durham has been asking of foreign officials says his inquiries track closely with the questions raised about the Russia investigation in right-wing media.

[So some entity in the intelligence community, likely outside the U.S. , is in contact with the small group and keeping them apprised of what Durham is doing?  Interesting. Pay attention to what NBC is admitting here… Corrupt officials, co-conspirators, within the intelligence apparatus are monitoring John Durham; relaying information back to their allies; who then talk among themselves and coordinate media leaks based on the information they are able to extract from the tracking.   That’s a big admission.]

[…] The Senate intelligence committee examined the allegations about Downer, Mifsud and Halper, as part of its bipartisan investigation into the intelligence community’s assessment that Russia was responsible for attacking the 2016 election, and found nothing to substantiate any wrongdoing, a committee aide said. (read full article)

[Again, notice how the small group is utilizing the SSCI, and it is a committee aide within the SSCI that is leaking to NBC.  We already know the SSCI was completely compromised by the effort to remove President Trump from office. {Go Deep}  Part of that SSCI effort led to the discovery of SSCI Security Director James Wolfe leaking the FISA application to the media.  The SSCI was/is part of the coup/impeachment effort.]

Next up we look at the New York Times….

Part Three, DEEP STATE INVOLVED: Democrats involved in Ukraine, Russia cover-up

PART THREE: Was President Trump withholding funds from Ukraine just to gather dirt on Joe Biden, as the recent whistleblower complaint says? Or does it go much, much deeper than that? Glenn argues Trump was really looking for evidence of collusion between Democrats, Ukraine, and Russia to begin the 2016 Russia investigation against him. And it turns out, the deep state may have been involved. There were Democrats in bed with Ukraine during the Obama administration from ALL levels – including those working for Hillary Clinton at the time. Trump only trusts his personal attorney Rudy Giuliani to get to the bottom of this.

Part Two, BIDEN A SMOKESCREEN: Democrats covering Russia investigation origin in Ukraine

PART TWO: Democrats and the media will try to make you believe the whistleblower complaint shows President Trump trying to gather dirt on Joe Biden in regards to his relationship with officials in Ukraine. But it goes way further. Glenn theorizes that Democrats within the DNC were working with the Ukrainian government before an entirely new — and unexpected president — took power there. Democrats likely thought everything was buttoned up…but now allegations (from The Hill’s John Solomon) show Ukrainian officials were IN COLLUSION with U.S. officials from the Obama administration to dig up dirt on Trump to begin the Russian investigation before the 2016 campaign. Glenn argues THAT’s the information Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani, and Attorney General Bill Barr were looking for.

Part One, COMPLAINT TIMELINE: Whistleblower accuses Trump, Giuliani of Ukraine Collusion

PART ONE: Glenn and Stu explain the entire timeline of the President Trump administration’s dealings with Ukraine. Though the whistleblower doesn’t make his accusations clear in his complaint, it seems he (or she!) is alleging President Trump and Rudy Giuliani threatened to withhold funds from Ukraine until the president would “play ball”…or gather dirt on Joe Biden. And that’s what Democrats are trying to build a case around for impeachment. The guys detail exactly what happened over the last year, specifically in regards to Trump’s relationship with the former prosecutor general, Leshchenko.
