Federal Court Mail-in Ballot Ruling in Unrelated Election May Impact Tight PA Primary Senate Race

A recent appeals court ruling, unrelated to the current year ballot counting, may have an impact within the close Pennsylvania senate primary race between David McCormick and Mehmet Oz.  Currently Mehmet Oz is ahead by around 1,000 votes [NYT LINK]

The court ruled that mail-in ballots without a date on the envelope may be counted in the prior election.

“The three-judge panel’s judgment said the state election law’s requirement of a date next to the voter’s signature on the outside of return envelopes was “immaterial.” They said they found no reason to refuse counting the ballots that were set aside in the Nov. 2, 2021, election for common pleas judge in Lehigh County.

This ruling happens as the current mail-in ballots in PA are being counted.  McCormick is slightly winning the mail-in ballot count, so his team quickly sent the ruling out to all Pennsylvania voting districts.

HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — A federal court ruled Friday that mail-in ballots without a required date on the return envelope must be allowed in a 2021 Pennsylvania county judge race, a decision that could complicate the ongoing process of vote counting in the state’s neck-and-neck U.S. Senate Republican primary.

Elections officials, lawyers and candidates are scrambling to understand and respond to the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decision, which was issued late in the day without a written opinion laying out its rationale.

It had an immediate effect in Pennsylvania’s too-close-to-call Republican primary contest for U.S. Senate, where counties are still adding up votes in the race between celebrity heart surgeon Dr. Mehmet Oz and former hedge fund executive David McCormick.

McCormick has been doing better than Oz among mail-in ballots and McCormick’s campaign quickly wrote to the state’s 67 counties to advise them of the decision and request a hearing if they won’t count the ballots in question. (read more)

Australia Election – COVID Knucklehead Scott Morrison Out, Climate Change Knucklehead Anthony Albanese In

Posted originally on the conservative tree house on May 21, 2022 | Sundance

After allowing the various state premiers to brutalize the citizens in each of the states with catastrophic COVID restrictions, mandates and compliance regulations, the conservative Prime Minister of Australia, Scott Morrison, has lost his feeble attempt to win reelection.

Australia has replaced Morrison with Labour party candidate Anthony Albanese.  The COVID dictator is out, and the Climate-Change dictator is now installed.  Good luck Australia.

(Via MSM)  […] “We hand over this country as a government in a stronger position than when we inherited it when we came to government (in 2013),” Morrison told a gathering of Liberal supporters in Sydney late Saturday night.  He said it had been a “privilege to lead this great party and lead this great nation” but that he, as leader, would “take responsibility for the wins and the losses”.

“As a result I will be handing over the leadership at the next party room meeting, to ensure that the party can be taken forward under new leadership,” he said.

“It’s a night of disappointment … but it’s also a time for coalition members and supporters all across the country to hold their heads high. We have been a strong government. We have been a good government. Australia is stronger as a result of our efforts over these last three terms.”  (read more)

(Via Politico) – […] Opposition leader Anthony Albanese will be sworn in as prime minister after his Labor party clenched its first electoral win since 2007.

Labor has promised more financial assistance and a robust social safety net as Australia grapples with the highest inflation since 2001 and soaring housing prices.

The party also plans to increase minimal wages, and on the foreign policy front, it proposed to establish a Pacific defense school to train neighboring armies in response to China’s potential military presence on the Solomon Islands on Australia’s doorstep.

It also wants to tackle climate change with a more ambitious 43 percent reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by 2050. (read more)

Record Early Voting in Georgia as Major Primary Race Takes Place Next Week

Posted originally on the conservative tree house on May 21, 2022 | Sundance

May 21, 2022 | Sundance | 209 Comments

The early voting in Georgia is breaking all state records.  According to the GA secretary of state office statement yesterday, “through Wednesday, May 19th, over 565,000 people have early voted in Georgia—a 189% increase from the same point in the early voting period in the 2018 primary election and a 153% increase in the same point in the early voting period in the 2020 primary election.  This represents a voting scale 3x the rate of the 2018 mid-term election.

Obviously, Georgia voters are enthusiastic to vote in this primary.  The GA SoS reports party votes as, “Republican: 353,161, Democrat: 258,200, Nonpartisan: 4,017” through May 18th.  Yes, republican voters are far outpacing democrat early voters, but that shouldn’t be too surprising given the top of the ticket on the Democrat ballot is an uncontested primary race to install Stacey Abrams as the 2022 Democrat governor candidate.

Despite being in an uncontested race, the team behind Stacey Abrams is working hard to drive out their voter base.  As the Washington Post noted, Abram’s group ‘The New Georgia Project’, is working diligently to help Georgia Democrats make the right ballot selections.  Additionally, another allied group called ‘Black Voters Matter’, is using the ‘Souls to the Polls‘ strategy to make sure black voters get the primary outcome that matters most to them.

Against all of this extra emphasis on early voting success in Georgia there is a weird dynamic on the Republican side of the equation.  According to most general reporting from the media, there is a lot of enthusiasm on the GOP ballot to keep Brian Kemp as governor; however, oddly enough, it seems like Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger is being positioned for defeat.  At least that’s the perspective of Politico and other similarly minded media.

Traditionally, if the historic pattern of republican ballots was used as an example, if the incumbent governor (Kemp) wins, then generally the incumbent secretary of state (Raffensperger) would win.  However, in this 2022 Georgia mid-term that’s not the narrative being established ahead of next Tuesday’s outcome.

The MSM political perspective is that republican Brian Kemp will easily win the primary for governor, but Brad Raffensperger will lose a primary challenge to republican Jody Hice, a Trump endorsement.   It would certainly be unusual for a Trump endorsed top of ticket candidate David Perdue to lose, and the Trump endorsed office on the next line to win – but that’s the general narrative and they are sticking to it.

The Trump-endorsed David Perdue camp is hoping to keep establishment Governor Brian Kemp under 50% and force a run-off special election.   However, the Trump-endorsed Jody Hice camp is looking for an outright victory in their secretary of state race.  Funny that.

DATA POINTS:

♦ Early voting in Georgia is setting records.

♦ Democrats have uncontested top of ticket candidate Stacy Abrams.

♦ Despite being uncontested, Stacey Abrams is pushing a massive voting effort.

♦ Black Votes Matter and The New Georgia Project are working earnestly.

♦ Republican Governor Brian Kemp is very confident of victory.

♦ Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger is not so confident.

If one were to be a deep weeds political walker, you might suspect the data points could all be reconciled if the New Georgia Project was actually coordinating an effort for Democrats to vote for Brian Kemp, because the primary race is open to cross party voting.  However, that’s crazy conspiracy theory.  I’m certain it’s something else.

We will find out the outcome next Tuesday.

AUGUSTA, Georgia — Republicans in Georgia still seething about the 2020 presidential race say they would rather sit out the election in November if Trump’s candidate, former Sen. David Perdue, loses an upcoming GOP gubernatorial primary than ever support incumbent Gov. Brian Kemp.

The animosity towards Kemp, whom several MAGA Republicans described as a “Judas” and “betrayer” for certifying Joe Biden’s win in 2020, is unlikely to affect the outcome of the May 24 primary. But it may hurt Kemp’s chances this fall in an anticipated rematch with presumed Democratic nominee Stacey Abrams, the woman he narrowly beat in 2018 — with Trump’s support. (read more)

Devin Nunes Reacts to Court Testimony that Hillary Clinton Approved Pushing Trump-Russia Collusion Fraud to Media

At least in the DC sphere, Devin Nunes was one of the first politicians to point out that Hillary Clinton’s campaign was behind a coordinated effort to manufacture the Trump-Russia collusion story as an election strategy.

Yesterday, Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook, testifying in the Sussmann trial, admitted that part of the effort involved creating and pushing the false Alfa-Bank story, where data servers in Trump Tower were communicating with Russia and the Trump campaign.  Mook admitted to having discussions with the campaign leadership about pushing the fraudulent story, and Hillary Clinton approving the strategy.

While none of the statements/admissions by Robby Mook was new information for readers here, Devin Nunes reacts to the first public admission by the Clinton campaign manager. {Direct Rumble LinkWATCH:

The Disease Cycle Turns Up April 2022

Amstrong Economics Blog/Disease Re-Posted May 21, 2022 by Martin Armstrong

There is a serious question if these people pushing vaccines, like Bill Gates and Klaus Schwab, are oblivious to the danger of creating unnecessary vaccines by mandating the world get vaccinated that will force viruses to mutate. Are they deliberately trying to create a massive crisis in health? Bill Gates brags he is vaccinated and boosted. If that is true, then he could end up being one of the first to go. Now Australia is already reporting that there are new variants emerging that infect people and the vaccines have been circumvented. COVID was NEVER a serious disease. The same group of people who died were typically those who die annually from the flu. But this time, Gates may have created the worse pandemic in history that will be one that cannot be stopped.

Klaus Schwab must be running short on cash. He is holding DAVOS now in the spring rather than January. The rich, famous, and most powerful are invited to return for their annual brainwashing event in Switzerland, following a two-year coronavirus-induced hiatus. But this time, Klaus has demanded they all be vaccinated and tested to attend, suggesting that the vaccine indeed does NOT prevent getting COVID.

I warned back in 2020 that our models on the cycle of disease were showing a target of 2022 – not 2020. It looks like the computer will be correct again. It looks like 2020 was the precursor and the insane mandatory vaccinations of the world have led to the mutation of COVID which can become a real serious threat Bill Gates can be counting all the money he will make from more vaccines, but this fool obviously took the Blue Pill and lives in a fantasy world where vaccines work PROVIDED the same disease does not co-exist in animals.

I have warned that all we need to do is just look at the antibiotics. The overuse of these drugs has led to superbugs evolving that are now incurable. The CDC has even stated that the overuse of antibiotics has led to superbugs. Interestingly, even the World Economic Forum (WEF) report published in 2014 warned that ‘The world will run out of effective antibiotics.” The WEF stated the link between the overuse of antibiotics was causing antibiotic resistance and superbugs in hospitals. This has increased the death rates of many people. The WEF concluded that antibiotic-resistant bacteria posed the greatest risk to human health. Others have noted that bacteria are growing stronger and acquiring resistance to multiple drugs. (Spellberg, Bartlett, & Gilbert, 2013). So my question is WHY did the WEF insist upon 100% vaccination knowing that will subject society to a devastating loss of life long-term? Was this the true goal?

The Spanish flu pandemic of 1918, the deadliest in history, infected an estimated 500 million people worldwide—about one-third of the planet’s population—and killed an estimated 20 million to 50 million victims, including some 675,000 Americans. The 1918 flu was first observed in Europe, the United States, and parts of Asia before swiftly spreading around the world. The first mention of influenza appears in an April 5, 1918, weekly public health report. The report informs officials of 18 severe cases and three deaths in Haskell, Kansas. The target month here in 2022 for the start was also April. We appear to be getting the mutations of COVID along with the sudden spread of Monkey Pox. And BTW, all the studies showed that masks were “USELESS” back then as well.

CDC Greenlights Pfizer-BioNTech mRNA Booster Dose for Children Aged 5 to 11 Years on Limited Evidence

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) convened the meeting of their Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) after an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) amendment issued by the U.S Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on May 17 expanding the eligibility for the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine booster dose for children ages 5 to 11 years at least five months after completion of a primary series. Responding to the policy question posed by CDC, and “based on the balance of benefits and risks,” ACIP voted in favor of the following Interim Recommendation: “A single Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine booter dose is recommended for persons ages 5-11 years at least 5 months after the primary series, under the FDA’s Emergency Use Authorization.”

The FDA’s decision was based on data generated in a subset of children participating in the same clinical trial (C4591007) that supported the original EUA for a primary series in this age group in October 2021. For the evaluation of safety, 401 children were followed for 1 month after a booster (3rd) dose was given at least five months (range 5 to 9 months) after completing a two-dose primary series.

Federal Judge Blocks Biden Administration from Lifting Title 42 Immigration Control, DOJ Will Appeal

Posted originally on the conservative tree house on May 20, 2022 | Sundance

A federal district court judge in Louisiana has blocked the Biden administration from lifting the CDC Title-42 restriction at the southern U.S. border.

The Title-42 rule blocks illegal aliens based on the COVID pandemic threat.  The CDC wants to lift that order allowing an additional surge of illegal aliens to cross the border.

WASHINGTON – […] The pandemic-related health order, which was implemented in March 2020 to control the spread of Covid, was set to expire on Monday. The measure gave the U.S. the authority to immediately expel asylum seekers without a legal process, and Friday’s ruling means an even longer waiting time for migrants seeking refuge in the United States.

Louisiana U.S. District Judge Robert R. Summerhays, an appointee of former President Donald Trump, ruled that the restrictions must stay in place until a lawsuit by 24 states, led by Arizona, Louisiana and Missouri, is resolved in the courts. In the April 3 lawsuit, filed after the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced plans to lift the public health order, the states argued the policy needed to remain to avoid “wave of illegal migration and drug trafficking.” (read more)

The White House announced the DOJ will immediately appeal Summerhays’ decision. However, it’s unlikely the restrictions will be lifted by Monday as previously planned by the CDC.

Here’s the White House statement:

White House – “The Administration disagrees with the court’s ruling, and the Department of Justice has announced that it will appeal this decision. The authority to set public health policy nationally should rest with the Centers for Disease Control, not with a single district court. However, in compliance with the court’s injunction, the Biden Administration will continue to enforce the CDC’s 2020 Title 42 public health authority pending the appeal. This means that migrants who attempt to enter the United States unlawfully will be subject to expulsion under Title 42, as well as immigration consequences such as removal under Title 8.

As the appeal proceeds, the Department of Homeland Security will continue planning for the eventual lifting of Title 42 in light of CDC’s public health judgment, at which point anyone who attempts to enter the country unlawfully will be subject to Title 8 Expedited Removal proceedings, if they do not have grounds to remain in the United States.” (link)

Elon Musk Announces Intent to Assemble Litigation Department of Hardcore Streetfighters, Saying “There Will Be Blood”

Posted originally on the conservative tree house on May 20, 2022 | Sundance

In a series of tweets today, Elon Musk, the Tesla/SpaceX CEO, world’s richest man and tech billionaire who recently announced he is voting republican, announced his intent to set up what he calls a “hardcore litigation department” filled with “hardcore streetfighters” because “there will be blood”:

This announcement is bookended by Elon Musk’s deal to purchase the Twitter social media platform, a resistant internal company ideological adversary, and a warning from the political left with Business Insider publishing an alleged sexual misconduct story.  Indeed, it does appear that Elon Musk is preparing for a war that will likely include the Fourth Branch of Government as an adversary.

Additionally, Elon Musk is drawing attention to the corruption in the 2016 election by spotlighting the trial of Hillary Clinton lawyer Michael Sussmann.  Mr. Musk notes in his remarks that discovering the Trump-Russia collusion story was a hoax put together by the Clinton campaign, media and allies in government, “makes you wonder what else is fake.”

For CTH readers, and those who followed the series of events since 2016, the trial of Sussmann is not revealing anything we didn’t already know.  However, for people who did not follow the deeply corrupt construct, the Sussmann trial is creating a new awakening.

Musk notes he found out about it a month ago “and was blown away”:

We must remember the vast majority of people in the U.S. have no idea the scale of corruption that took place within the Trump-Russia and Spygate operations. This trial is becoming a vending machine for red pill distribution.

Also, perhaps keep in mind where you were a few years ago.  Imagine, as an example, all of these newly awakened people finally discovering and accepting the FBI are the bad guys.   It likely took many CTH readers multiple years and dozens of examples before that acceptance was grounded.

These are bitter pill acceptances, that eventually do lead to major changes in the social fabric and cohesion of a nation; but it’s a painful journey.

Final thoughts…  Do not dismiss the importance of what Elon Musk is doing.  In addition to introducing millions of Americans to something they are newly experiencing, this shift in cultural opinion is akin to Musk playing the role of John Galt and swinging the social control pendulum away from the government.

As we keep watching, do not forget to pause and notice there are many new social, cultural and political battles we are winning.

Be of good cheer, our assembly is growing, and we are gathering significant resources.
