As expected, the goofy Judge Arthur Engoron gave a ruling Friday [FULL pdf HERE] ordering President Trump to pay nearly $350 million in penalties for “business fraud.” However, without any victim and with the banks testifying on behalf of Donald Trump, who exactly is he supposed to pay?
Obviously, President Trump and his lawyers are appealing this ridiculous judicial ruling. All the banks and lenders did their own due diligence on financing terms with Donald Trump. This judge genuinely is goofy.
All operational loans and Trump Org. business loans were paid back. There were no defaults or banking interests adversely impacted. There are no victims of what the New York State calls “fraud,” yet this judge has decided President Trump must pay $350 million in damages and must dissolve business interests in the state for a period of three years.

Engoron banned Trump’s two adult sons, Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr., who are executive vice presidents of the company, from running New York companies for two years and fined them more than $4 million each. And he ordered a court-appointed monitor to continue overseeing the company’s operations for another three years, requiring the company to seek her approval prior to submitting any financial disclosure to a third party. Lawmakers should be required by law to pass a financial literacy test before taking office. California has repeatedly raised the minimum wage as the cost of living continues to rise. They have not lowered the amount of taxes that the state will collect from these workers. California has the highest debt of any state in the US, with some reports estimating it to be around $520 billion. The cost of living continues to rise, but would raising the minimum wage actually help?
Now, I am not against raising the minimum wage. In Florida, I voted for a hike in the minimum wage in 2020 that would increase the minimum wage gradually to $15 an hour. Under the mandate, Florida’s minimum wage rate increased to $10 an hour in September 2021. The minimum wage then will increase by $1 each year until it reaches $15 an hour in 2026. The minimum wage rate applies to all public and private sector employers, regardless of size or number of employees. I voted for it because by 2026 we should see a rise in inflation due to shortages.
I would prefer to see the minimum wage qualified by age. The youth should not be discouraged from seeking their first job due to wage mandates that force employers to downsize. Small businesses were decimated after COVID lockdowns and increasing health care costs have made it difficult for small businesses, especially those service-oriented, to hire additional staff. This is why we see an increasing number of self-check-out options, automated jobs, and outsourced customer service positions in countries outside of the US.
Barbara Lee, a Democratic candidate in California, is advocating for a $50 minimum wage, which would equate to approximately $104,000 per year for a full-time worker. “In the Bay Area, I believe it was the United Way that came out with a report that very recently $127,000 for a family of four is just barely enough to get by,” Lee said. “Another survey very recently: $104,000. For a family of one, barely enough to get by low income because of the affordability crisis.”
California already has a $20 minimum wage in place. Countless employers were forced to let go of employees and raise their prices to meet this requirement. In no reality should a minimum wage employee receive a six-figure salary as it simply is not worth the cost to the employer or consumer. Minimum wage jobs were intended to be entry-level. Inflation will continue to rise
I believe they are seeking to raise the minimum wage to unsustainable levels in an attempt to usher in Universal Basic Income. The Federal government is not permitting migrants to work and using them as the test subjects for UBI. The cost of living will continue to rise as government spending is only rising with no chance of stopping due to numerous wars. Politicians should not be allowed to toy with the minimum wage to buy votes as it is detrimental to the economy.

George Soros has acquired a 40% stake in Audacy, America’s second-largest radio network that broadcasts over 220 stations across the country. The man who openly meddles in global politics on behalf of the global elite pounced on the opportunity to purchase a large portion of the agency when it fell into bankruptcy, shelling out $400 million.
Soros purchased Vice Media last year for $350 million when it fell into bankruptcy, as his team is keenly preparing for the upcoming elections. George Soros and his son Alex openly discuss their plans to infiltrate politics. There is no conspiracy or theory here, as the Soros machine has explained their plans. Those outside the US may not realize that radio stations were one of the last platforms for conservative voices. Soros is taking over to stifle all dissent to make it appear that those on the right, half of America, is a fringe minority.
George Soros is 93 years old, and his heir, Alex, 38, is far more interested in politics than his father. Alex announced that he is dating Hillary Clinton’s longtime aide Huma Abedin. Talk about a match made in hell. Hillary Clinton had a close relationship with George Soros and welcomed him into Washington.

Alex Soros recently called for the assassination of the Democrat’s main, if not only, opponent, Donald Trump. Alex posted a picture of $47 dollars in cash next to an image of a bullet hole, subtly calling for a hit on the nation’s 47th president. Trump “either winds up in prison or he winds up in power,” according to the younger Soros.
The mainstream media is bought and paid for by the globalist elite. They determine what information the public may learn and have the power to deplatform anyone who speaks out against their agenda.

Amazingly, against all common sense, an elderly British couple received a letter in the mail from their city council (municipal government) informing them that the authorities were preparing to seize their newly purchased £200,000 home and use it to house migrants. They then charge you for any repairs they have to do.

ANSWER: Look, this is all propaganda from the Neocons, especially Victoria Nuland and her sister-in-law running the Institute for the Study of War. When Khrushchev ran the Soviet Union, his comment that we will bury you was more of a religious cult where they really believed that Communism was the way to the future. The Neocons got all riled up over that and took the opposite position that they would spread democracy to the world. That became the Cold War. The problem is Communism fell, and their ideology switched from anti-communism to racism – anti-Russian.
Remember McCarthyism? He created such a communist scare in the United States he was turning everyone against one another. He accused Democrats of being Communists and the American Civil Liberties Union of being a communist organization. McCarthy was manufacturing evidence to haul in people for interrogation. McCarthy’s methods wwere finally episoded in the television documentary series See It Now, hosted by journalist Edward R. Murrow, which was broadcast on March 9, 1954.
Those were different days when North Korea tried to invade the South. Vietnam, we assumed, was all really about communists. The Neocon McNamara apologized before he died that we sent 50,000 Americans to their death for what he said was really just a civil war, and we should learn from those mistakes. We have not.
The days of empire-building are gone. Russia has NO INTENTION of returning to communism. The people would overthrow the government if they tried. The Russian people have their freedom and are not interested in returning to communism. They cannot. They all now own where they once lived and have credit cards and mortgages. This is NATO propaganda to remain relevant in a world where Russia is no longer some communist in a quest to spread its philosophy to the world.

When everyone realized they benefited from being part of the Roman Empire for the common market and could sell their goods throughout the Empire, the people would not support rebellion as long as they were profiting from being part of Rome. When China and Russia benefited from integrating into the world economy, their people would never allow their governments to wage war. Remove that economic benefit, and then naturally, the people will rise and demand retribution against those who have stolen their livelihood.
The Neocons think putting sanctions on Russia would cause the people to overthrow Putin; they are dead wrong. They will only inspire hatred of the West. They are not stupid. They know the cause of their economic problems – the hatred of the Neocons.

“I promise you if I’m elected president, you’re going to see the single most important thing that changes America,” Biden announced on his campaign trail in 2019. “We’re gonna cure cancer!”
Many have since forgotten the loftiest, most absurd campaign promise in recent years. Sadly, there are those who actually believed funding and research would be put toward cancer research instead of killing off the young and healthy at war. The National Institutes of Health has identified 100 different types of cancer that develop for various, largely unknown reasons. The FDA permits known carcinogens to exist in our food and common households products, citing that they have minimal risk. Has anything been done under Biden’s presidency to aid in researching cancer?
The Biden Cancer Moonshot is a White House initiative aimed at reducing the deadly impact of cancer and improving patient experiences in the treatment and survival of cancer. Over $330 million has been earmarked for this project, a small cost compared to government’s spending on less important matters. The objectives of this initiative include reducing the cancer death rate by 50% over the next 25 years, improving access to cancer screenings, understanding and preventing toxic and environmental exposures, and preventing more cancers before they start. No, Biden was not able to “cure cancer” during his first term, but he is hoping this forgotten program will reduce the rate of cancer in 25 years.
The American Cancer Society believes that cancer cases will hit an all-time high in 2024, with two million Americans receiving that awful diagnosis. Cancer among those between 55 and 64 has risen, with colorectal cancer being the leading cause of death for men, while breast is the most lethal cancer for women. Genetics? Environmental? Other? Researchers are uncertain.
Americans cannot afford cancer treatments, and healthcare issues are the leading cause of bankruptcy. Drug companies, insurance companies, and health providers are permitted to extort Americans for top dollar and no one is intervening in a meaningful way. As this was Joe Biden’s promise to America, he certainly could have passed legislation preventing Americans from being decimated by these industries.
There was a Senate hearing on February 8, 2024, involving the CEOs of Bristol Myers Squibb, Johnson & Johnson, and Merck. Senator Bernie Sanders confronted the CEOs, highlighting the obvious discrepancy between drug prices in the US and those in other countries. He underscored the findings of a majority staff report, which revealed that these companies charge Americans the highest prices globally and have substantially increased prices over the years. The report noted that from 2004 to 2008, the median price of new innovative drugs from these companies was $14,000, which surged to a median price of $238,000 from 2019 to 2023. The CEOs defended their pricing and are refusing to lower costs.
Do not believe promises made on the campaign trail, as these politicians will pretend they can solve every crisis known to man. The Biden Administration could focus on improving cancer research now, not in 25 years, and they could certainly curtail these sinister health agencies from profiting on the pain of the American people.

I found Marjorie Taylor Greene’s interview with Tucker Carlson quite enlightening. I never really formed an opinion of her one way or the other. The image that floated around was she was some sort of radical. After listening to the interview, I can confirm what she said about how Washington Works was correct. You are not supposed to make a motion from the floor. All motions are to be through a committee. This is how Congress restricts your representation. What she has stood for on most occasions was rather common sense. Congress is bought and paid for, and that is why these people keep sending billions to Ukraine with no end in sight. The fact that both Republicans and Democrats hare Greene so much, that alone means we need to listen because the rest do not have our interests at heart.
As I have said many times, I can run for Congress, tell you whatever you need to hear to vote for me, and then when I get there, I am supposed to vote the party line. This is the entire problem as to why I warn that Republics are the most corrupt form of government known to history.
This is the reality of the Business Cycle. You get a picture of the leadership cycle when you throw in politics. The economic hard times inevitably will cause the rise of strong men to come to the rescue, such as Thomas Jefferson and the Founding Fathers. They, in turn, result in the Business Cycle and produce good times that ultimately peak with the typical euphoria. However, the prosperous good times lead to mismanagement and corruption, which take hold, and the Business Cycle begins to decline. The once-boom times of euphoria are rapidly supplanted by hard times as incompetent and corrupt leaders undermine the foundation that created the prosperous times. As the economy then crashes and burns, taking the business cycle down, this, in turn, will lead once again to the rise of strong leadership. This, the Business Cycle of Leadership follows the same time frame.
I have often been asked how Socrates can forecast elections without polls. It looks at the Business Cycle, and human nature simply never changes. Just follow the money. We have nobody representing our interests anymore. That is a sad state of affairs. The only solution is to vote according to the voting records of the person entrenched in Washington politics.
