REPLY: Jack Smith was never formally appointed by the president and had to be confirmed by the US Senate. He not only lacks Constitutional authority to prosecute Trump, but he has pulled off a serious constitutional question that the Sixth Amendment was all about.

Yes, Ed Meese, who was attorney general under President Ronald Reagan, filed an amicus curiae (“friend of the court”) brief before the DC Circuit Court of Appeals last month where he pointed out that Smith’s appointment was unconstitutional. Thus, this prosecution of Trump is therefore illegal – null and void.

Meese wrote in his brief that Smith was  “not properly clothed in the authority of the federal government, [and] Smith is a modern example of the naked emperor.”

Sixth Amendment

Smith has violated the intent of the Constitution for the Sixth Amendment was to secure your right to counsel and to be put on trial in the “district wherein the crime shall have been committed” because the King would charge you in England for a crime in the colonies where he KNEW an English jury would always rule in favor of the King but a trial in the colonies would rule against the king. Smith charged Trump in Washington DC, where he had a 95%+ Democratic bias for a crime in Florida. He had to charge him in Florida for a trial to pretend he was complying with the Sixth Amendment but cleverly indicted him in Washington when that is not where the crime took place.

Then you have the whole dubious prosecution in Georgia where the District Attorney appointed her lover as the prosecutor of Trump, who was a private lawyer and not a government employee. Then, in New York City, arguing that Trump overvalued assets on bank loans that were paid off as if that was defrauding a bank that has their own appraisers. Virtually every borrower in New York City could be charged under that theory.

All of these prosecutions are seriously disturbing and are stretching the law to the point that there is no rule of law. This shows how desperate the LEFT is to seize control of this country at all costs. If the Constitution no longer matters, the historical response is always a violent revolution. There does not seem to be anyone willing to defend the actual law. Defeat Trump at the polls – not by illegal and questionable prosecutions.

Martin A Armstrong is back on the 2 Vikings podcast again. He is a former financial advisor and hedge fund manager who gained prominence for his economic forecasting abilities. He started his career in the early 1970s and quickly became known for his unique approach to analyzing financial markets.   One of Armstrong’s notable contributions to the field of economics is the development of the Economic Confidence Model (ECM). The ECM is a cyclical model that aims to predict economic and political events based on a series of mathematical calculations. According to Armstrong, these cycles repeat over time and can be used to forecast market trends with remarkable accuracy. Armstrong’s forecasting abilities gained widespread attention in the late 1980s when he accurately predicted the Black Monday stock market crash of 1987. His model also successfully predicted various other major events, including the Japanese asset bubble collapse in the early 1990s and the Russian financial crisis in 1998.

In addition to his economic forecasting work, Armstrong also founded Armstrong Economics, a research firm that provided economic analysis and consulting services to clients worldwide. The company’s clients included governments, central banks, and major corporations.   While he gained recognition for accurately predicting major market events, he also faced legal troubles and was convicted of contempt of court. Armstrong spent several years fighting the charges against him and was ultimately convicted of contempt of court for refusing to hand over computer files related to his forecasting models. He was sentenced to prison in 2000 and remained incarcerated until 2011. You can see his story in the documentary “The Forecaster.” During his time in prison, Armstrong continued to write about economics and finance. He gained a following of supporters who believed in his forecasting abilities and viewed him as a victim of government persecution. Armstrong’s writings, which were published on his website, often delved into topics such as market manipulation, government corruption, and the flaws of the financial system. Since his release from prison, Armstrong has continued to publish his economic insights and analysis on his website. He has also been involved in various legal battles related to his case and has become an advocate for reforming the justice system. Armstrong continues to share his economic insights through his website but remains a controversial figure in the field of economics.

Obama and Biden like Iran.  Obama and Biden are facilitating a pro-Iran policy.  Obama and Biden don’t want to do anything against the interests of their pro-Iran position.  That’s the simple baseline.

As a direct consequence, the same U.S. intelligence community that proclaimed the Hunter Biden laptop was disinformation, now modify their prior intelligence to proclaim that Iran likely doesn’t have any control over the various terrorist networks they support.  As a result, Biden cannot conduct a retaliatory strike against Iran because Biden cannot prove a direct link to Iran.

Our intel agencies are essentially falling on the sword of ‘some people did something, but we can’t be sure.’ See how this works?

WASHINGTON – Intelligence officials have calculated that Tehran does not have full control over its proxy groups in the Middle East, including those responsible for attacking and killing U.S. troops in recent weeks, according to two U.S. officials familiar with the matter.

The Quds Force — an elite branch of Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps — is responsible for sending weapons and military advisers as well as intelligence to support militias in Iraq and Syria as well as the Houthis in Yemen. The groups have varying ambitions and agendas, which sometimes overlap, but Tehran does not appear to have complete authority over their operational decision-making, the officials said.

While the disclosure means it may be particularly hard to predict what actions these groups will take, it also could lower the chance of the U.S. getting pulled into a direct confrontation with Iran. Any indication that Tehran was directly involved in ordering or overseeing the attacks would make U.S. retaliation against Iran more likely. (read more)

EU Farmers Escalate Protests – France Concedes to Demands

The popular farmer and trucker protests in the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Romania, France and now Belgium are continuing.

Sensing the problematic nature of the uprising, watching the protests escalate to direct confrontation at parliament, and facing considerable political opposition on many domestic issues, the French government of Emmanuel Macron has agreed to the terms of the French farmers. However, the two major labor unions associated with the farmers in France are not asking for the protests to stop until they see the agreement of the French government in writing.

Protesting farmers blockaded multiple roads and camped outside the European parliament building in Brussels on Thursday, ahead of a EU leaders’ summit in the Belgian capital. The demonstrators lit two fires outside and placed their tractors in front of the European parliament building. Farmers have been protesting across Europe against the globalist agenda, rising costs in the agriculture sector and targeted taxes by the various governments.

(Associated Press) – France’s two major farmers unions announced they would lift country-wide blockades Thursday, shortly after the prime minister introduced new measures aimed at protecting their livelihoods that they described as “tangible progress.”

However, farmer activists who have snarled traffic along major highways around Paris said they would stay put at least another day to see the government commitments in writing, and both unions said they would closely monitor any government implementation.

“We don’t want to hear words of love. What we want is proof of love,” said Thierry Desforges, a farm union member at road blockade of the A6 highway in Chilly-Mazarin, south of Paris.

Thousands of French farmers have been demonstrating for a couple of weeks across the country in protests over low earnings, heavy regulation and what they call unfair competition from abroad. Similar protests also have extended across Europe, including at the European Union headquarters in Brussels.

Prime Minister Gabriel Attal, whose earlier promises to address farmers’ issues had failed to quell the French protests, announced a new set of measures Thursday.

They included tens of millions of euros in aid, tax breaks and a promise not to ban pesticides in France that are allowed elsewhere in Europe — which French farmers say leads to unfair competition. Attal also said France would immediately ban imports from outside the EU that use a pesticide banned in the bloc.

Arnaud Rousseau, president of France’s biggest farmers union FNSEA, and Young Farmers union President Arnaud Gaillot said Thursday that they were calling on their members to suspend the protests.

[…] At the Chilly-Mazarin blockade, Damien Greffin, a FNSEA representative, said farmers still need time to “better analyze the measures” as some appeared to him “a bit deceptive.”

Desforges, a fellow FNSEA member, remained cautious about proposals that concern the EU because “we know how Europe works, the countries still need to agree.”

Regarding domestic proposals, “we really need to wait and see if they are turned into law,” Desforges added.  (read more)

SAF – NYPD Believe 5 Illegal Aliens, Who Beat Cops Then Received Bail, Left Town on Charity Bus Heading to Sanctuary in California

The only reason this story gained traction was because CCTV video was involved.  With tens of millions of violent illegal aliens throughout the country, just imagine how much crime is occurring without detection or without widespread public knowledge.

In New York City, five illegal aliens acting as a pack of wild dogs were caught-on-camera attacking two NYPD cops in Times Square.  They were tracked down and arrested.  However, after appearing in court, they immediately received bail.

As noted by the NY Post, “Footage of the incident on West 42nd Street shows an NYPD officer and lieutenant telling a group of migrants to move along before a scuffle breaks out. The officers sustained kicks and punches as they attempted to wrestle some of the individuals to the ground.”

In an update, after receiving bail the five assault criminals have now hopped a charity bus heading to California to avoid prosecution.

NEW YORK – Four of the migrants cut loose without bail after allegedly ganging up on two NYPD cops near Times Square may be on the run, The Post has learned.

Cops believe the group hopped on a bus bound for California on Wednesday after giving phony names to a church-affiliated nonprofit group that helps migrants get rides out of the city, according to law enforcement sources.

Four migrants were charged with assault on a police officer and obstruction immediately after the shocking, caught-on-video attack Saturday in Midtown: Darwin Andres Gomez, 19, Kelvin Servita Arocha, 19, Wilson Juarez, 21, and Yorman Reveron, 24.

All were released without monetary bail, though Reveron, who had prior arrests on his rap sheet, was put on supervised release.  A fifth asylum-seeking suspect, Jhoan Boada, 22, was hit with the same charges and also released without bail Wednesday. (read more)

We know it is only going to get worse.  Almost none of these released illegal aliens have an independent financial support system.  Considering the cultural norms and outlooks held by the mostly young adult males, as the reality of their situation hardens, we can expect extreme antisocial behavior to manifest throughout the country.

To gain a perspective on how quickly this is happening, head to your local indoor shopping mall.  Sit on a bench as an observer, maintain full situational awareness and look around.  You’ll see it just as clear as you are reading this type.  The “slowly at first” is currently metastasizing and spreading throughout most population centers.

Be aware of your surroundings, and if you have young vulnerable females in the family – be extremely diligent with their safety.

No Crime – Democrat Staffers Who Produced Anal Sex Video in Hart Office Building Will Not Be Prosecuted

Aidan Maese-Czeropski, an aide to Democrat Senator Ben Cardin, filmed himself having anal sex in the Hart Senate Office Building hearing room.  The video was shared on a platform where gay men share their pornographic sexual activity.   The Daily Caller received a copy of the video and published the story.

After the story went viral, Senator Ben Cardin removed Mr. Maese-Czeropski from his staff and delivered the following statement.  “Aidan Maese-Czeropski is no longer employed by the U.S. Senate. We will have no further comment on this personnel matter.”

Apparently, no laws were broken according to DC police.

UPDATE: The U.S. Capitol Police announced Thursday they have declined to press charges following the filming of a “sex video that was recorded inside the Hart Senate Office Building on the morning of Wednesday, December 13. 

“After consulting with federal and local prosecutors, as well as doing a comprehensive investigation and review of possible charges, it was determined that — despite a likely violation of Congressional policy — there is currently no evidence that a crime was committed,” the agency said in a statement to Fox News. 

“Although the hearing room was not open to the public at the time, the Congressional staffer involved had access to the room. The two people of interest were not cooperative, nor were the elements of any of the possible crimes met,” Capitol Police continued. 

“The Congressional staffer, who has since resigned from his job, exercised his Fifth Amendment right to remain silent and refused to talk to us,” authorities also said. “Our investigators are willing to review new evidence should any come to light.”  (read more)

Understandably, most Democrats downplayed and/or ignored the indecency exhibited by the behavior.  However, given recent events in the world of leftist politics, the extreme nature of the degeneracy is simply another step in the direction of leftism in both culture and politics.  As Representative Mike Collins (GA-10) noted, “Gay porn in the Senate, swearing in ceremony on child porn in Virginia, tranny tap dancers in the White House, and Satanic statues in Iowa,” the vile nature of the leftist perversions are on full display.

History is replete with examples of Marxism (satanic influenced depravity and indecency), advancing through society with public expressions of cultural evil, degeneracy and perversion.  Boundaries of civility are not just removed; they are destroyed in favor of perversion.  The absence of moral behavior in the Senate chamber is not a new phenomenon, but the scale of recent indecency reflects a toxic exhibition of evil as manifest.

Soros Meddling in Texas

George Soros is using his fortune to support the establishment once again and now has his sights set on Texas. Amid the Texas border standoff, Soros has spent nearly $3 million to support five separate groups in Texas determined to flip the state blue.

Texas Majority PAC, funded solely by Soros and his Democracy PAC II, has been operating off the radar since December 2022. “Texas Majority PAC is a research and development institution dedicated to flipping Texas blue by building year-round Democratic infrastructure in the key regions of Texas,” the description notes. “TMP invests in partners running voter engagement and turnout programs in an effort to bring their work to the scale required to win statewide office in Texas.”

Those affiliated with the group are confident they will continue to receive funding. Soros personally provided the group with $1.4 million and funneled an additional $850,000 through his Democracy PAC II. “We need millions of more dollars and hundreds of more full-time staff to do this,” the group’s executive director, Katherine Fischer, told The Texas Tribune. “Texas Majority PAC works with partners across the state to create the conditions that will make flipping the state possible.”

Soros Austin Defund Police

What conditions are required to flip Texas? The group has been extremely vague but there are numerous theories. Again, this is only one of FIVE known groups that Soros is bankrolling.

Texas is a Republican state, but Trump barely secured the Lone Star State in 2020 when he defeated Joe Biden by a mere six percentage points. Donald Trump received 52.06% of the total vote, which amounted to 5,890,347 votes. On the other hand, Joe Biden received 46.48% of the total vote, which was 5,259,126 votes.

Texas Majority PAC is run by staffers from  Beto O’Rourke’s 2022 failed campaign. O’Rourke lost the 2018 Senate race against Ted Cruz and has not sought any office since. Ted Cruz is up for re-election this year, and rest assured this PAC will do everything to prevent him from winning. O’Rourke was an outspoken advocate for illegal immigration and removing any border between the US and Mexico.

Texas is narrowly holding on to its red state values. One of the “conditions” that could flip Texas is the very issue Governor Abbott is fighting to prevent – illegal migration. These globalists will continue the invasion of Texas in a sinister attempt to flip the state, thereby removing any barriers that would prevent illegal immigrants who they see as future blue voters.

Would You Die Fighting for the Biden Administration?

Americans Sgt. William Rivers, 46, Spc. Brianna Moffatt, 23, and Spc. Kennedy Ladon Sanders, 24 were killed by an Iranian drone strike in Jordan that injured 40 others. This was one of over 150 attacks on US troops stationed in the Middle East, and Washington has yet to respond.

“While we are still gathering the facts of this attack, we know it was carried out by radical Iran-backed militant groups operating in Syria and Iraq,” Biden said. “We will strive to be worthy of their honor and valor. We will carry on their commitment to fight terrorism. And have no doubt—we will hold all those responsible to account at a time and in a manner our choosing.“

The enemy has been identified, but the solution has not. The country requires strong and courageous leadership during these uncertain times. The lack of transparency from the Biden Administration is causing the public to cower as they have no confidence in the US government. Now, rumors are swirling that a US draft could be imminent.

America neither has the manpower nor financial power to back these endless wars. Press Secretary Jean-Pierre offended the families of the three heroes by proudly saying they died “fighting on behalf of this administration.” Now, this is precisely the problem – NO ONE wants to die or fight for a government that continually disrespects its troops and leads them to certain death on behalf of foreign interests.

“Our deepest condolences go out and our heartfelt condolences go out to the families who lost three brave folks who are military folks who are brave who are always fighting and are fighting on behalf of this administration of the American people obviously more so importantly,” she said.

Now, two Navy SEALs died fighting in Somalia last week, and some members of the Democratic Party are now offering support to Somalia rather than the fallen soldiers. America’s enemies no longer fear retaliation and see the US as divided and weak without anyone at the helm.

In reality, Biden will sign whatever the Pentagon puts in front of him. His administration has done nothing but implement policies to destabilize America, as we must remember the goal of the Build Back Better governments is to dethrone America as the world’s leading superpower. How will America respond? Who will fight the war? We saw how Biden handled Afghanistan, discharged troops for refusing the COVID vaccine, and threw veterans on the streets to make room for the migrants.

This is why Socrates has been honing in on September as an important month for what may be this generation’s first military draft.
