There appears to be a Deep State move to create a new Iron Curtain to ban China from the world economy unless they comply with the New Green Deal. Reliable sources are warning that a Democratic victory will witness the raising of this new Iron Curtain to force China to its knees. The US is already planning to purge Chinese tech companies fully from America’s internet. The potential of Trump receiving bogus info in preparation for this real agenda is highly likely. The DOJ announced today they are requesting data from several states that mandated COVID-19 patients be sent into nursing homes. “Data will help inform whether the Department of Justice will initiate investigations under the Civil Rights of Institutionalized Persons Act (CRIPA) regarding New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Michigan’s response to COVID-19 in public nursing homes.”
[DOJ Press Release] – Today the Justice Department requested COVID-19 data from the governors of states that issued orders which may have resulted in the deaths of thousands of elderly nursing home residents. New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan required nursing homes to admit COVID-19 patients to their vulnerable populations, often without adequate testing.
For example, on March 25, 2020, New York ordered: “No resident shall be denied re-admission or admission to [a nursing home] solely based on a confirmed or suspected diagnosis of COVID-19. [Nursing homes] are prohibited from requiring a hospitalized resident who is determined medically stable to be tested for COVID-19 prior to admission or readmission.”
“Protecting the rights of some of society’s most vulnerable members, including elderly nursing home residents, is one of our country’s most important obligations,” said Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Division Eric Dreiband. “We must ensure they are adequately cared for with dignity and respect and not unnecessarily put at risk.”
According to the Centers for Disease Control, New York has the highest number of COVID-19 deaths in the United States, with 32,592 victims, many of them elderly. New York’s death rate by population is the second highest in the country with 1,680 deaths per million people.
New Jersey’s death rate by population is 1,733 deaths per million people – the highest in the nation. In contrast, Texas’s death rate by population is 380 deaths per million people; and Texas has just over 11,000 deaths, though its population is 50 percent larger than New York and has many more recorded cases of COVID-19 – 577,537 cases in Texas versus 430,885 cases in New York. Florida’s COVID-19 death rate is 480 deaths per million; with total deaths of 10,325 and a population slightly larger than New York.
The Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division is evaluating whether to initiate investigations under the federal “Civil Rights of Institutionalized Persons Act” (CRIPA), which protects the civil rights of persons in state-run nursing homes, among others. The Civil Rights Division seeks to determine if the state orders requiring admission of COVID-19 patients to nursing homes is responsible for the deaths of nursing home residents. (read more)

Democrats of “using COVID to steal an election”
They are the same people who watch their cities burned down by the riffraff called “peaceful protesters” in Antifa and Black Lives Matter—without a word of rebuke from even a single Democrat; the same people who watched the Democrat Convention go down without a word against the pillage of America by street mobs with Democrats choosing to look the other way.

The first recriminations came raining down on the millions of Americans ready to vote Republican from Nancy Pelosi who accused GOP outright of being “the enemy of the people”.

“The Russians were there and they are there now 24/7 trying to interfere in our election, but they’re not the only ones,” Pelosi said. “We take an oath to protect and defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic. And sadly, the domestic enemies to our voting system and our honoring of the Constitution are right at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue with their allies in the Congress of the United States.”
“The speaker then urged Democrats to “mobilize,” “organize” and not allow Trump to “deter anybody from voting.”
“And again, support the postal system, which is Election Central,” Pelosi went on. “They’re doing everything they can [to] suppress the vote with their actions, scare people, intimidate by saying law enforcement will be there, diminish the role of the postal system in all of this. It’s really actually shameful. Enemies of the state.”

Carter Page appears on Fox News for an interview with Maria Bartiromo to discuss a book he is publishing about the DOJ and FBI targeting him for surveillance and identifying him as “an agent of a foreign government” in 2016 and 2017.
Interestingly, Page notes [@02:56] he had five interviews with the FBI in March of 2017, and he connects those interviews to the possibility of leaks to the Washington Post. However, it would be interesting to find out the exact dates of those interviews because the FISA application identifying him, leaked by James Wolfe, was delivered to the SSCI on March 17, 2017, as a “read and return” document. It was after March 17th when the Washington Post wrote the article mentioned by Carter Page.

There is strong circumstantial evidence when the FISA application was delivered to the SSCI on March 17, 2017, that only James Wolfe and SSCI Vice-Chairman Mark Warner reviewed it. First, it was “read and return”, back to the equity provider, FBI SSA Brian Dugan. Second, if any other member of the SSCI had reviewed the application it’s doubtful they would have been requesting to review it in December ’17 and early ’18. Common sense would indicate only Warner and Wolfe saw the application, and Warner never informed the committee of his review; hence their later requests.
Additionally, another unusual aspect to the FISA application delivery surrounds the 2018 letters written by Chairman Nunes (HPSCI) and Chairman Bob Goodlatte (House Judiciary) to presiding Judge Rosemary Collyer, where both chairman were being blocked by the special counsel from obtaining the FISA application and both were seeking to gain it from the FISA Court.
Collyer informed Goodlatte and Nunes that their request of January 16, 2018, was putting the judicial branch in a precarious position between the executive branch and the legislative branch.
Judge Collyer informed the committee chairman they needed to exhaust all other possible remedies for production prior to requesting intervention by the judicial branch.
However, notably in her return correspondance to the legislative bodies, FISC Judge Collyer never informed Nunes and Goodlatte about the FISA application having previously been provided to the legislative branch in March 2017.
She never mentioned it….. Why not?
One possibility for not informing the legislative branch is that Judge Collyer knew FBI Agent Brian Dugan was using the FISA application as part of his leak investigation, and the need to retain investigative value kept her from revealing the March 2017 delivery.
The original request from Nunes and Goodlatte was January 16, 2018. The response from Collyer was February 15, 2018, which is really interesting.
On February 9th, the text messages between Senator Mark Warner and Chris Steele’s lawyer Adam Waldman were released. On February 13th, the DOJ informed Ali Watkins about the court order granting FBI Agent Brian Dugan the authority to capture and review her text messages, phone and email communications. All of these events are connected.
FISA Court Presiding Judge Rosemary Collyer responded to the January request from the House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes and House Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte. (full pdf’s below – #1 and #2)
There was an underlying issue not being discussed within the communication – yet visible in the corner amid their engagement. That issue was the possibility SSA Brian Dugan may have modified the FISA documents as part of his leak investigation.
When the Dugan investigative file was then reviewed by the special counsel (due to their primary investigative authority) the Mueller team needed to cover the modification; hence their release of that specific document on July 21, 2018, came with redactions of all dates.
The special counsel would have received this investigative file from Dugan in the middle to end of January 2018. Around the same time Nunes and Goodlatte were writing letters to Judge Collyer.
This mid to late January time-frame appears to be when Dugan’s file was scrubbed of the direct evidence tying Warner/Wolfe to the leak. It appears the special counsel then gave Warner a ‘head’s-up’ about the captured text messages that were part of Dugan’s investigation. Vice Chairman Mark Warner then coordinated a plausible justification for his communication with Waldman; and in short order, February 9, 2018, those texts were released to diffuse the controversy.
In essence, the FISA documents held by the court *may not be* identical to the FISA documents released by the Department of Justice. With good reason to suspect something was afoot, yet Dugan’s background work was unknown to Goodlatte at the time, Goodlatte was seeking to compare the DOJ copy (taken from Dugan, but he did not know that) with a clean FISC copy. In hindsight Goodlatte was on the right trail.
Why didn’t Judge Collyer inform the legislative branch of the prior production to the SSCI?
Why didn’t any other senators -including SSCI committee members- know the FISA application had been delivered for review and return on March 17, 2017?
Was Mark Warner the only senator who knew of the FISA production March 17, 2017?
The motive for Warner to request the FISA application in March, and then seek to leak the content, is easily identifiable. At the time (early 2017) the political resistance was trying to convince the public that Trump-Russia collusion had happened. This was an effort to undermine the administration and get a special counsel put into place.
Warner leaking the reality of the FISA application’s existence stirred the media into action because now the media could push a narrative that Trump must be colluding with Russia or there would not be a valid FBI investigation of it…. and the FISA court was validating the issue with their own approval of a FISA warrant.
The leak of the FISA application served to prove there was some measurable validity to the fraudulent claim of Trump-Russia collusion… or else, so the narrative was spun, there would not be an FBI investigation into it. That’s how the resistance drummed up the need for a special counsel to continue the operation against President Donald Trump.
That’s why Senator Mark Warner wanted to leak the FISA application; and it appears he used SSCI Security Direct James Wolfe to pull it off.
The transcript of the oral arguments from the August 11th DC Circuit Appeals court has been released. [pdf available here]. The DC Circuit held a full panel hearing to decide the outcome of the unopposed DOJ & defense motion to drop the case against Michael Flynn.
You will remember Judge Sullivan injected himself into the case by approving an amicus to argue against dismissal; this led to a request by the Flynn defense for a writ of mandamus overriding Judge Sullivan. Initially a three judge panel agreed with the writ giving Sullivan 30 days to dispose of the case; however, Sullivan appealed to the full panel (en banc). The first appellate court ruling was stayed, and the full panel heard oral arguments earlier this month. That transcript is below.
The panel of appellate judges included Judge Srinivasan, Judge Henderson, Judge Rogers, Judge Tatel, Judge Garland, Judge Griffith, Judge Millett, Judge Pillard, Judge Wilkins and Judge Rao. However, with Judge Griffith retiring at the end of this month, it is likely the ruling will be announced very soon; could be this week.
Regardless of what decision is reached, the announcement should be anticipated prior to Judge Griffith being replaced by recently confirmed Trump nominee Judge Justin Walker. That means we could see a decision announced this Friday, or by next Friday at the latest.
The judges could remove Judge Sullivan and reassign the case. In that event it’s likely the next judge would simply accept the motion to dismiss. However, the DC circuit could also deliver a ruling that allows Sullivan to retain the final disposition with strong guidance on any subsequent activity.
Given the extra-judicial path of this case essentially anything is possible. That said, the DC appeals court likely doesn’t want this decision being reviewed any further (SCOTUS). It would make sense for the DC panel to seek a face-saving exit for Sullivan that doesn’t put Flynn’s defense in a position to appeal to Supreme Court Justice Roberts for intervention.

Sarsour is a former leader of the pink cap-wearing anti-Trump Women’s March, all of whom have a special place in the hearts of the Democrats.

Make that “no role in the Biden campaign whatsoever” other than being a spokeswoman at the Democrat convention that officially named him as their candidate for the 2020 election!

Last week, the Democrat Party pushed out their version of truth, which normal people would call propaganda, but the words spewed out at their convention rang hollow. In fact, anyone suffering from a hangover due to the poisonous propaganda spread across the airwaves should be cured through a good dose of the GOP Convention this week. Yet, some of the propaganda that spewed forth from the “Demorants” at the convention is too hard to not comment on, too hard to pass up, especially speeches given by Hillary Clinton as well as Barack and Michelle Obama.
The Lies of Michelle Obama
One of the most startling realities that emerged from the Democrat Convention was Michelle Obama’s remarks in the keynote speech on the opening night were fact-checked by Associated Press, and that left-leaning news source called out Ms. Obama for the lies she tried to get away with as she repeated the outdated Leftist mantra that President Donald Trump was responsible for “ripping migrant children from their parents and throwing them into cages.” This had been frequently used Democrat propaganda until some intelligent Democrats sorted it out, and were shocked by the lies of their leaders.
After fact-checking such lies of the leadership, some of the more honorable Democrats who had tweeted out photographs of “kids torn from their families and thrown into cages” from 2014, felt it important to delete their tweets unless they embarrass President Obama. Others, who cling to the lies, like Michelle Obama, or are too stupid to acknowlwedge the lie, continue to propagate it. Such actions are a simple admission from those who continue with the mantra, that they feel they can get away with circulating such lies among people too ignorant to know any better. What Michelle did was to bring the issue back to the surface.
It was President Obama’s Administration that built and used those cages to hold the kids of illegal migrants in temporary custody while their parent’s immigratin status was worked out.The Trump Administration followed similar policies of the Obama Administration in dealing with such a glut of illegals at the U.S.-Mexico border, and used the same or similar chain-link enclosures where migrant children were temporarily housed.
Michelle Obama was attempting to stir anger again that stirred emotions at the height of President Trump’s “zero-tolerance” immigration policy. The pictures of the children in cages were taken by the Associated Press, so they would know the truth of the matter. The fact that they would clarify it immediately after the lies were told is significant. May truth regain respect.

Actually, truth was rarely on display in the Democrat rantings last week, and it is noteworthy that Hillary Clinton also took her own jab at Trump “If he had put his own interests and ego aside, seeing the humanity in a child ripped from her parents at the border…” The extreme irony of such a statement in light of this summer’s shootings of so many innocent children shows how shallow and devoid of genuine concern for human life Democrats are.
These two women, two mothers, could bring up the years’ old issue of the illegal immigrant kids at the border being ripped from their parents (during the commission of criminal entry) while not saying one word about innocent black and white children who were killed on Independence Day—who were murdered—ripped from their parents forever. How heartless. And to think, these are considered two women to look up to as leaders in the Party proclaiming that “Black Lives Matter.” How hypocritical and self-serving. If these two women could put their own self interests and egos aside, there may have been some few words of compassion expressed in conjunction with the mention of the immigrant children.
Sadly, in their world only certain people matter. Truly, they show up as queens of ego. But Hillary Clinton went a step further in her admonishment of Trump in that full sentence: “If he had put his own interests and ego aside, seeing the humanity in a child ripped from her parents at the border, or a protester calling for justice, or a family wiped out by natural disaster, that would have been a good thing for America and the world.”
So, by Clinton’s perspective of reality, as well as the rest of the Democrat leadership, “the protestor calling for justice” obscured the anarchist destruction, the Antifa violence, and the BLM terrorism. All they seem to see, or pretend to see, is the “peaceful protestor” that a mainstream media portrays in their own version of propaganda. While it may have been hard for her to face reality head on, she was able to do her job as a good Democrat leader in endorsing Joe Biden and Kamala Harris as her Party’s 2020 nominees. Or, was it Barack Obama’s nominees?
Democrat Deep State Spying while Obama was POTUS. Obama incompetent or complicit
In reality, much of the Party and the Democrat convention has been immersed within Obama’s shadow. Obama’s nefarious influence permeates the Party. His former Vice President currently is holding the proverbial “scepter of power” bestowed upon him at the convention. Yet, the real scepter is more in the hands of Kamala Harris. But, Obama as the puppet master showed up, and his cynical and vitriolic character was on full display last week. So were his attempts at his own version of reality.
In former President Obama’s speech on the 19th, he warned about President Trump, “This administration has shown it will tear our democracy down if that’s what it takes to win.” Such an Alinsky-esque tactic is way too obvious in the basics of accusing the opposition of the crimes oneself has committed. Of course, it is a slow justice system that is narrrowing down the various suspects in the crime of the century against “democracy.”
The audacious and nefarious process of spying on American citizens for political purposes that were initiated at the highest levels of our government to undermine a campaign of an opposition candidate, and then to undermine the outcome of a duly elected president of the United States is a good example of tearing down democracy, in order to win. Only, those efforts originated in the Democrat Deep State while Obama was POTUS. That either makes Obama incompetent or complicit. May justice be restored.

Obama may also be found instrumental in utilizing the services of Al Sharpton and other less infamous individuals in instigating the rioting and violence of the Black Lives Matter terrorist organization. While Sharpton seems to have been the link between the Obama White House and the various rioting groups over what appeared as injustice in various racially charged events during the tenure of Obama, it was quite apparent that none of the Democrat support puppets at the convention did not decry the violence, rioting, and murders due to the anarchists, Antifa, and Black Lives Matter terrorists—Neither did Obama.
Instead of condemning the violence and the murders of innocents, Obama has gone on record for praising such young people who are taking to the streets as part of a “Great Awakening” of the youth who are “eager to take on some of the core challenges that have been facing this country for centuries.” So, citizens should see that Obama’s perspectives of reality are not only reflective of his warped mentality, it is being instilled in many of the gullible and naive young people who have not seen Obama for who he really is – a man of tremendous ego, narcissism, who honestly appears to care more about himself and his “legacy” than he does about the lives of the citizens of this country. His words were totally hollow.
Even more lame is that people don’t really know Joe Biden, the man who wants to be POTUS. Sadly, Biden didn’t have any new hollow words; according to the Gateway Pundit, they discovered he merely re-used the same hollow words from 2008.

What is going on in New Zealand and Melbourne is the complete rejection of every principle of liberty, which has degenerated into a tyrannical coup. These are the very same actions by those governments that sparked the American Revolution. We have to wonder about this forecast of Socrates about rising civil unrest on a global scale. I had assumed it would be because of the debt collapse and rising taxation. But we are witnessing such tyrannical actions from Europe to New Zealand and Melbourne that this appears to be using the virus to suppress what they realize will be the collapse of their governments. They are turning our Free World into Venezuela. These tyrannical people in office now will perhaps eventually suspend elections when they realize they themselves would be booted out.
They have suspended all warrants and authorized the police to simply break into anyone’s house if they suspect you are violating COVID regulations. This is precisely the same tyranny that sparked the American Revolution. The king authorized Writs of Assistance which allowed the government to arbitrarily search whatever they suspected for any reason. John Adams, Second President, listened to the 4-hour speech of the defense lawyer James Otis (1725-1783) who argued against the king’s Writs of Assistance in February 1761. History repeats for there are few people in government today that even understand what is at stake with the actions being taken in the name of this virus. This also proves that there is NO DIFFERENCE between kings and career politicians. Liberty cannot exist with pretend representatives of the people.

One of the most essential branches of English liberty is the freedom of one’s house. A man’s house is his castle; and whilst he is quiet, he is as well guarded as a prince in his castle. This writ, if it should be declared legal, would totally annihilate this privilege. Custom-house officers may enter our houses when they please; we are commanded to permit their entry. Their menial servants may enter, may break locks, bars, and everything in their way; and whether they break through malice or revenge, no man, no court can inquire. Bare suspicion without oath is sufficient.
