Why Goldbugs Get Crushed

QUESTION: This is what infuriates those that like gold. All of the shorting. Why? No other sector looks like this. So how is it that gold miners are restricted but no other sector sees shorting to the extent that restrictions are in place??? Gold is $1600 and these stocks traded double this price in 2008 with gold at $800. You ask why “goldbugs” are so angry, this is your answer.

ANSWER: For decades, I have watched “The Club” rally the metals and then crash them because the goldbugs treat it as a religion rather than a market. Every rally is touted as, here we go, the world will crash and only gold will survive. The Club uses that sentiment against them all the time for they know it is easy money. When they step back and look at the metals as markets, then they will win. Many other markets have made long-term profits but they are always demonized by the goldbugs. Why? I believe that some of the people promoting gold are the very ones involved in selling it to them. Everything has a cycle. It goes up and goes down. These chants from the goldbugs are not realistic and they cost countless people their life savings as they get sucked in by people who act like used car salesmen.

Short sale restriction is a rule that came out in 2010 and it’s also referred to as the alternate uptick rule, which means that you can only short a stock on an uptick. You will note that there is no such thing as a long buy restriction where you can’t buy a stock as it’s going up.

Inevitably, the goldbugs blame shorts. That is NEVER the case in any crash. The real cause is that you have exhausted the buying. When you run out of buyers, that is when markets become vulnerable. The smart do not short, they sell to take profits. That starts the decline and the hated short-player is blamed but never found.

The short selling rule came in only because of shorting Lehman Brothers. When the shorts turned on Goldman Sachs, they pulled the strings. But those were shorts looking at reality, not speculative. There has NEVER been a discovered mythical short position that causes the entire market to collapse.

I have stated countless times that gold will rally ONLY when the general public perceives there is a crisis with the government. Forget deficits, quantitative easing, and fiat currency. They will never convince the average person to take gold seriously. When you begin to look at the market without emotions and trade them up and down, then you will see the light.

All you Democrats…you entertained the hard left, beckoned them, invited them in to your ‘big tent’. You thought you could use them, manipulate them, and control them. You thought they cared. You thought you were so cool, playing world-class politics, having a slick answer for everything.

You have been had and you deserve it.

He spent much of his pre-political career collecting unemployment checks, thrown out of a hippie commune for not pulling his weight… had a brief stint as a porn writer, and voted against a crackdown on pedophiles and internet child porn as late as 2003.

He managed to convince the city of Burlington, to hire him as their mayor at the age of 39. In the state of Vermont yet, the ‘Freedom and Unity’ state. Doesn’t say much for mottos anymore.

He was more honest than you were. He never pretended to be anything else. He honeymooned in the Soviet Union, was smitten by Fidel Castro, and you still wanted him…or was it his supporters you wanted? To add insult to your injury, he is not even a Democrat. But, he says he is now. He is defining your party with every other Democrat candidate now trying to deny their socialist leanings except maybe Bloomberg whose comfort zone is to just pay cash for the office and get a receipt. I’m not that sure you disagree with the senator all that much, it’s just his candor you hate. A fine mess you’ve gotten into.

You Democrats have much to answer for, a chance to remedy past sins…slavery, Jim Crow laws, segregation…de jour and de facto, KKK lynchings, voting rights for blacks and women, voter fraud, a lousy education system, unrestricted abortion, open borders, free speech restrictions, the erasing of your history, fake dossiers. You enticed the poor and blacks with free stuff, absolving black fathers of any responsibility. It was never about people, was it? It was about votes and power. You beguiled many and kept them right where you wanted them…dependent on you in exchange for votes.

You are now scrambling to get rid of him, not the fictional Democratic Socialist, but the Marxist Communist sicko that you know he is. You danced with him and now you want to call it a night. The hard left he leads is aroused, smelling victory, and you think you can just dismiss them out of hand. Think again. It just might be too late. Your priorities for too long have been misplaced and you are now reaping the whirlwind

You’re in a panic and it shows

You will try desperately to attempt the ‘it’s not you, it’s me’ routine. But, the Devil will not let you go so fast. He will blow the trumpet to his supporters, of which they are now legion, and they will hear the charge. I will bet that you will continue your out-of-step dance lest you lose a large segment of your tent. You will play all sides, hoping for the best, leaving a nation wondering what you stand for. The dance could easily take you over the cliff.

Yes, you did have a brief shining moment, but it was a long time ago, and it has since been another downhill slide. You have long squandered any trust you had as a viable political party in this country. You need a winner and you finally realize it is not him, nor any other candidate you have to offer. You’re in a panic and it shows.

You have a choice…keep on your present course and face oblivion, or stop the nonsense, show the nation your loyalty is first to your country, and everything it stands for and come back home to the country you say you love.

Democrats Starting to Split Over Bernie – Is the End of the USA Near?

One of the biggest donors behind the Democrats is Bernard Schwartz who is the CEO of BLS Investments. Schwartz has been trying to plead with Pelosi to support someone in hopes of stopping Bernie Sanders. The Democrats are in turmoil. This is what you get with the socialist agenda that boils down to publicly bribing people to vote for them for the free stuff they intend to rob with a pen from other people.

We really need a class action to be filed and taken to the Supreme Court against socialism. It is an affront to everything else the Constitution stands for. You cannot have Equal Protection of the Law if you are allowed to discriminate based on what someone earns. If it is illegal to discriminate against gender, race, or religion, then why is it suddenly OK to hate someone because they have more than you?

If the Ten Commandments prohibits socialism, then this not only violates the Equal Protection of the Law, but it violates the First Amendment and the foundation of Judaeo-Christian beliefs. When will lawyers stand up for the people and simply use GoFundMe to raise money, for surely they will not donate their time even to save their own ass.

I have written before that it is UNCONSTITUTIONAL to impose discrimination in tax rates. The left will immediately scream that the rich deserve to be destroyed. To them, I say go to California and separate from the rest of the country. They hate the rich but will never look at the opposite side of the coin. Why is the lifestyle of the average person declining? It is not because someone else makes more than they do. It is because the politicians are lining their pockets and then the majority of people are too stupid to figure out who really is to blame. It is like someone robs your house. You come home and they get arrested. It is not their fault, but yours because you should not have come home.

If we do not outlaw this dangerous dialog, we will see the destruction of the United States, as was the case with Russia. There will be blood in the streets, and the future of our children utterly destroyed!

Bernie Sanders has momentum on his side. His promise of free stuff is just too tempting for many who have not learned the lessons of history.

Bernie calls it socialism, but rest assured he is still well rooted in Marxism. Whatever nomenclature the old hippie prefers, socialism is asking for trouble. It always ends in failure, poverty, tyranny, and suffering. It’s a lesson of history his supporters seem to have forgotten or never bothered to learn.

Some Trump supporters want Bernie to win the nomination because they know that he and his socialist platform will be easily defeated. Many in the Democratic establishment abhor the thought of Bernie as their nominee because they also know he can’t win. They’ve already concocted a variation in their Russia conspiracy theory. They say Putin is now pulling strings to get Sanders is nominated, thus assuring the reelection of his puppet, Trump. The Swamp just won’t give up on the ‘Russia Russia Russia!’ conspiracy claptrap no matter how many times it has thoroughly been debunked.

I don’t want Bernie nominated. Such an event will only make future socialists seem more acceptable. The ongoing drift toward socialism is just too darned dangerous. We need smaller and less obtrusive government, not socialists bureaucrats micro managing every aspect of our lives. Can’t have anyone hurting B Control freaks such as Bernie want to steal our labor via taxes and then redistribute it as he and his functionaries see fit. You can bet he will still have his three houses, though—and perhaps more. Yes, he’ll want to live in a luxurious dacha while sending those who resist into gulags.

Free speech would end in order to achieve Bernie’s ’social justice.’ During the debate in South Carolina, Bernie was actually booed and he didn’t like it! If he had his way, booing socialism would be against the law. He would make sure hate speech laws got enacted and enforced. Guns would be confiscated. Can’t have citizens fighting back when private property is outlawed.

Bernie offers us a terrible conflagration that will be fueled by the loss of our freedom. Millions of people died due to communist tyranny in the 20th Century. The cold ashes of history should not be forgotten.

Speaker Pelosi Says She Would be Comfortable With Fidel Sanders at Top of 2020 Ticket…

It’s a great time to be watching Democrat politics and the unending efforts of the national media to protect them from themselves.

The leading candidate for the Democrat party is an avowed socialist, Fidel Sanders.

Meanwhile, the strongest fall-back candidate for the party that rails against the rich; the only candidate likely to save them from Fidel; is a former republican billionaire, mini-mike Bloomberg.  The former New York City mayor Bloomberg made himself famous by railing against guns, soda, Slurpees, salt, and hot-dogs at baseball games.  You couldn’t make this stuff up if you tried.

WASHINGTON – House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) on Wednesday said she would be comfortable with Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) as the Democratic presidential nominee in November.

The congresswoman was asked the question as she was leaving a closed-door meeting in the House basement Wednesday morning.  She replied with one word: “Yes.” (link)

Internet Frauds From Hacking Emails to Dating Site Frauds

The amount of fraud taking place on the internet is in the billions. They will hack your email and then have money wired to Hong Kong. That is a popular destination. One guy lost $450,000 in three days. Then there are the fake nurses who claim to be working for the United Nations seeking love on dating sites. They are naturally on their way home, targeting lonely old men. At the last minute, they get robbed or lose their wallet and ask for hundreds to a couple of thousands to be wired, of course, to Africa. The money probably goes into the vault where some guy in Nigeria has hundreds of millions of dollars, and nobody to leave it to unless you give him your bank details.

The more common frauds on dating sites are girls looking to shake down lonely old men with promises of love. They are ready to hop on a plane at a moment’s notice provided you send them the money to buy the ticket. Others have a broken phone and need you to buy a new iPhone so they can tell you how much they love you. There are also guys conning windows with a whole host of excuses to clean out their bank accounts.

We are all aware of credit card fraud. I had it done to me once in an airport about 20 years ago. A legit company wanted me to read my credit card number over the phone and the guy in the next booth was writing it down. Obviously, I will never read my card over the phone again. The other time, I have no idea how someone was using my card to download music from iTunes. When I called the credit card company, they first tried say I had to call iTunes to have them change my account. I had to get angry and explain I did not have an account at iTunes. They finally reversed three months of charges.

Things have changed and they will change even more. We have to realize that we are moving to digital currencies and the unusual hype that has been spun around this coronavirus is very suspicious. A virus can live on paper for some time. China is disinfecting its paper currency. I would not be surprised that the West are hyping this virus to insane levels to use it as an excuse to eliminate paper currency that will aid tax collections.

If you have a family member, tell them to require approval for any wire from their account. Bank of America has a secure pass where they send an authorization to your phone with a number you must type in to send any wire. If your bank does not have something similar, it may be time to switch. As for those with lonely relatives trying out the internet, tell them to NEVER send money to anyone you have never met face to face. Those two precautions are vital in this new world of online fraud. Use some common sense. If some girl is a nurse working for the UN and everything is stolen, the UN will help her — not you.
