DOJ Says It Will Appeal Court Decision to Overturn the Federal Transportation Mask Mandate, if the CDC Asks Them to

On one hand, Joe Biden needs to appease the base of his Covidians who identify themselves through the prism of COVID. On the other hand, the overwhelming majority of Americans are done with the COVID fear mongering.  What to do, what to do?

Trying to split the baby, Biden’s DOJ announces [SEE HERE] it will appeal the federal court ruling that overturned the federal Transporation covid mask mandate, but only if the CDC tells them to.

DOJ PRESS RELEASE – […] “The Department of Justice and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) disagree with the district court’s decision and will appeal, subject to CDC’s conclusion that the order remains necessary for public health.”

“If CDC concludes that a mandatory order remains necessary for the public’s health after that assessment, the Department of Justice will appeal the district court’s decision.” (link)

Keep in mind, the federal court ruling specifically centered around the arbitrary nature of the original mandate, which exceeded the scope of CDC legal authority, compounded by the CDC breaking its own rules for public feedback in the implementation.

The mandate created by Joe Biden did not have legal structure.  It was a dictatorial fiat that exceeded the capacity of the executive branch to create.

Congress could easily write a law authorizing mechanisms for the CDC and TSA to use in enforcement of a federal Transportation mask mandate; but they won’t – because the public would never support it.  So now, a political DOJ has to wait for a political CDC to determine whether they still have any currency of influence amid the politics of COVID.

I doubt the CDC will attempt to go through the process to legally reinstitute the mask mandate.  The political science just doesn’t support it.

However, as with all things leftist, narcissistic and Covidian, the moonbat tribe evaluate their worth through the prism of how much they can force others to endure.  So, there’s a possibility the religious leaders within the CDC Church of Big Pharma, may just decide to inflict more social damage.

The Insanity of the Biden Administration – Decline & Fall of the West

The Biden Administration has been fully subordinated to the Great Reset. It is highly debatable if Joe is really doing anything. During an international crisis, he still takes off weekends and heads to Delaware. Gee, perhaps I should run for President and get weekends off instead of having to work 7 days a week during a crisis. OMG – I never knew I could work less as a leader of the questionable free world given the 2 years of COVID imprisonment.

Biden’s pick of Sarah Bloom Raskin for the Chair of the Federal Reserve will completely destroy the integrity of the Federal Reserve. Installing another Climate Change zealot is just beyond belief. There is no aspect of the economy that the Biden Administration has not undermined which he is desperately trying to blame inflation of Putin. From the perspective of China and Russia, they are watching their greatest adversary commit suicide. One does not step in to prevent that for it becomes an easy victory. Biden is even trying to cut a nuclear deal with Iran, which is the leading terrorist nation that was kept at bay by Saddam in Iraq who we removed. Biden will hand them money which will only be used against the United States. They will join Russia and China against the West – make no stupid mistake about that.

In all honesty, I have NEVER seen such total propaganda coming from ANY Administration as that of this one. No lie was told by any previous administration Republican or Democrat that has ever reached the level of total absurdity as what is coming from Biden and Pelosi. Pelosi actually said that government spending no longer increases the National Debt. The only possible way for that to happen is you stop borrowing and just create money. The end of Keynesian Economics. In Pelosi’s own words she actually said:

“When we’re having this discussion, it’s important to dispel some of those who say, well it’s the government spending. No, it isn’t. The government spending is doing the exact reverse, reducing the national debt. It is not inflationary.”

Then Pelosi claims that it is “Global Inflation” and that is why this is Putin’s fault. But sanctions have never work not even once in history, and they knew imposing these drastic sanctions would further the commodity shortage they already caused with the lockdowns. Then in the middle of international war, the Navy actually refused to deploy a warship because its Commander remained Unvaccinated! So you cannot defend the country unless you are vaccinated? I am sure Xi and Putin are having the biggest laugh of their life.

We are heading into war because this is not just part of the Great Reset to recreate another Bretton Woods and default on National Debts that have become no longer sustainable, but the Biolabs conducting “research” as the Neocons claim, were involved in creating Bioweapons that genetically target specific ethnic groups. They have collected a lot of DNA samples with all the COVID tests. Remember Macron refused a COVID Test by Russia because they would then have his DNA. Once you have a person’s DNA, you can create a disease that is targeted that will kill just that person. The biological weapons have advanced and this is what Russia and China are concerned about where the Neocons refuse to allow inspections.

Putin has been very consistent about stopping the advancement of NATO. It was 51.6 weeks into the Biden Administration when Russia insisted that Finland not join NATO which they rejected. In the Balkans, the Russian invasion of Ukraine has obscured the intentions of Bosnia and Herzegovina to also join NATO, which Moscow vehemently opposes. We are looking at Serbia, which is pro-Russian, also looking to oppose NATO on their border. While the West claims that NATO is defensive and not offensive, that is not what their actions suggest. They have kept trying to move forward against Russia and once NATO troops enter, they bring mobile nuclear weapons. For Ukraine to have entered NATO, that would have been the same threat to Russia as when they attempted to install nuclear weapons in Cuba during the Kennedy Administration.

In war, both sides twist the facts to support their own agenda. These Neocons have been pushing US policy regardless of the administration. The only one who stood up against them was Trump which is why they had to ensure he was removed.  Presidents appear to be afraid of the Neocons for they are a government of their own within the government.

Here is that interview where Chuck Schumer confirms that no politician will EVER investigate the intelligence branch or the Neocons for they hold unbridled power to do as they like when they like. The Neocons create the narrative and they direct the country to their agenda.

We must be focused on the weeks of 03/28, 06/06, and 09/12 geopolitically looking ahead and 2023 looks crazy both in geopolitical terms as well as economically.

Senator Lindsey Graham Calls for the Assassination of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Things Are Getting Out of Control

In a public tweet tonight, Senator Lindsey Graham calls for the assassination of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The propaganda push from the U.S. government is actually quite remarkable to watch unfold.   I mean seriously, there’s a point when you don’t go all-in because there has to be an exit option.   We are in very tenuous place, because no one is thinking about an off ramp…. it’s full speed ahead.

If Lindsey Graham, Joe Biden, NATO, the EU, World Bank, International Monetary Fund, Word Economic Forum and the multinational corporations in this alliance of Public/Private geopolitical partnerships, succeed in the fight against Vladimir Putin – I promise you, we are not going to like the world on the other side of their victory.

A few weeks ago, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau sent a clear and specific message to citizens in Canada when he sanctioned the trucker’s bank accounts.  Joe Biden, NATO and EU are right now sending a clear message to the citizens of the world, as they sanction Putin’s bank accounts and the Russian economy.

If you can’t see the connection, you are not thinking carefully enough about it.

Everything will be different now.

Reverse the scenario a little. How would Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Tim Cook or Jeff Bezos feel if another country, perhaps China, decided to confiscate their wealth and yachts or whatever else they deemed to be wealth – including their business operation inside China, or India or any nation that wanted to curry favor with China – because we invaded Iraq, or Syria, or (fill_in_blank)?

Previously, these geopolitical sanctions would target government, not people, regardless of how rich they are or who they agreed with politically.

What we are seeing is a full-blown alignment of interests between globalist government and their partnered multinational corporations and financial institutions.

This is not a good thing to witness regardless of the outcome in Ukraine.

Think about the direct message and the implications here. Think about the world of multinational corporate compliance and how they will kneel to the dictates of political power in the aftermath of this current enterprise.

If this collective group of multinationals and government interests succeed in this approach, everything will change.

If you think corporations, Big Tech and Big Banks, et al, are controlling and politically motivated now?  Good grief, just wait.

The global future being outlined in this NATO/EU/WEF strategy to use private industry as a weapon, is like the government attack on Canadian truckers/supporters taken to an exponential scale.

Now, overlay your pending requirement to walk around with a digital identity and you can see exactly how easy it will be to de-person, which is one layer higher than de-bank.

I mean seriously, think about this approach toward Vladimir Putin.  What I just described above is our future if the globalists defeat Putin.  Another question to ask yourself is – what happens if Putin wins?

How does the international assembly of government approach Russia in the aftermath?  A G20 summit?  Ha!

What do you think Putin and his allies like China, Iran, Saudi Arabia and possibly India, South Africa, Brazil will do now?

What globalist Rubicons are being crossed right now that can never be reversed?

The dollar lost as a global trade currency?  The end of the petro-dollar?   These are very real possibilities, perhaps even probabilities now.

The collective NATO/EU/WEF alliance is also all-in for their climate change “Build Back Better”, Great Reset.  Meaning that collective group, of which the United States is an ideological member as a result of the current administration, is economically attached to a renewable energy pain.  Russia, China, Iran and Saudi Arabia are not.

Half of the world will be stuck in the economic quagmire chasing windmills, solar power and renewable energy.  Meanwhile Russia, China, Iran, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, and possibly Brazil, India and more will have a major strategic economic advantage by sticking with oil and gas.

There’s one super rich guy who can see this problem.  Unfortunately, there is only one voice right now with the bravery to even begin to touch on the issue of corporations in bed with government as a bad thing.  Ironically, that one guy is Elon Musk.  

Elon Musk is like the long-term thinking person in the aftermath of 9/11 saying:

The First Casualty of War Is the Truth – The Current Western Propaganda for Ukraine Is Epic in Scale

When we shared yesterday that all interested observers should be very wary of the information from media sources around Ukraine, there was a reason for that.  Question everything. Take nothing at face value.

If you have never experienced the propaganda push surrounding war, the totality of the inbound bullsh*t can be destabilizing, overwhelming and unnerving.  It’s one of the reasons why CTH doesn’t share immediate information.  Everyone has an agenda.

Everything we are seeing in U.S. media surrounding U.S. interests in Ukraine is a massive propaganda operation with the headquarters in the U.S. State Department and U.S. intelligence community.  The sense of sympathy you are feeling is part of an intentionally manipulative operation from within this DC matrix.

The images, pictures, videos, speeches, soundbites and the cinematography broadcast by U.S. corporate media are all purposefully intended to create a very specific outlook within the American people toward the issues in Ukraine.  The leftist United Nations, and the leftist U.S State Dept, will work together on this just like they have done in the prior examples (Ukraine 1.0, Libya, Egypt, etc.).

It is very easy to become a victim of psychological warfare intended to manipulate our opinions.

The neocons, war promoting agents working on behalf of the UniParty and the collective globalist interests, are all united in their effort.

Unfortunately, almost everything being transmitted from corporate news into our psyche is part of a battle for your mind.  The goal is to create a self-fulfilling prophecy.

This is why people who are familiar with these types of tactics often tap-out when the drumbeats get loudest.

After Success With Chavez and El Chapo, Hollywood Actor Sean Penn Heads to Ukraine To Document Russian Invasion Against Zelenskyy

Like a bad penny, the Hollywood actor shows up right before bad things happen; Vice News is likely in the background of the cinematography.

Previously, Sean Penn headed to Venezuela to showcase support for Hugo Chavez, and that led to millions suffering starvation.  A few years later, he turns up in Mexico supporting infamously brutal drug lord Joaquín Archivaldo “El Chapo” Guzmán. Conspicuously, right before the FBI nabbed El Chapo.  Now Penn resurfaces in Ukraine to document the downfall of Ukranian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Hollywood is one of the more famous State Department Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO’s).  They have been involved in deep state shaping of public opinion for quite some time.

Please pay attention to this little sentence: “Penn previously visited Ukraine in November 2021 to prepare for the documentary.”  If you find yourself wondering how Sean Penn would know in November of last year that Ukraine would fall to a Russian invasion four months later, well, you are a conspiracy theorist or something.

(Via Yahoo) […] Penn was photographed in Kyiv, Ukraine’s capital, on Thursday attending a press briefing about the conflict. The Ukrainian government publicly thanked the Oscar-winning actor for coming to the country.

“The director specially came to Kyiv to record all the events that are currently happening in Ukraine and to tell the world the truth about Russia’s invasion of our country. Sean Penn is among those who support Ukraine in Ukraine today. Our country is grateful to him for such a show of courage and honesty,” the Office of the President of Ukraine said in a statement to Newsweek.

Penn has visited the Office of the President during his visit. He has also spoken with Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk, local journalists and members of the Ukrainian military.

According to a translation, the statement continued: “Sean Penn is demonstrating bravery that many others have been lacking, in particular some Western politicians. The more people like that—true friends of Ukraine, who support the fight for freedom — the quicker we can stop this heinous invasion by Russia.”

Penn previously visited Ukraine in November 2021 to prepare for the documentary. Yahoo Entertainment reached out to a rep for the director for comment. (read more)

Hong Kong Approves Vaccinating 3-Year-Olds

Hong Kong is taking extreme measures to fund Sinovac Biotech after announcing children as young as three may receive the vaccine. This comes after various news outlets promoted stories of young children allegedly dying from the virus, however, they are not reporting if the children had pre-existing conditions or any other illness that could have contributed to the deaths. It would not be the first time the mainstream media has lied about the number of children falling ill from COVID.

The chance of a child dying from COVID is not statistically significant. Dr. Peter McCullough, a top cardiologist who was previously world-renowned before speaking out against vaccines, has warned that the vaccine can cause heart injury. “When kids get myocarditis after the vaccine, 90 percent have to be hospitalized, they have dramatic EKG changes, chest pain, heart failure, they need an echocardiogram,” he said, adding “they need medication to prevent heart failure.”

The ingredients in the vaccine are unknown. The long-term consequences are unknown. What is known is that injecting an experimental mRNA vaccine with unknown risks into a toddler is wrong. The chance of a child dying from COVID alone is so low that it would border on being a freak accident as there is a less than 0.03% chance of death among children. Big Pharma and those profiting would absolutely love to mandate vaccines for children to attend schools. Hong Kong permitting three-year-old toddlers to gene therapy is a horrifying experiment and only time will tell of the consequences.

Devin Nunes Will Depart Congress to Become CEO of Trump Media and Technology Group

Interesting developments that add a more fulsome context to the Axios report about alternative Tech platforms earlier in the day.

Several news outlets are now reporting that Congressman Devin Nunes (R-CA) will exit his congressional seat at the end of this month and take a position as CEO of the newly formed Trump Media and Technology Group (TMTG).

Many people are wondering why hire a congressman and not a technology expert.  To wit, I would say Trump’s not hiring a congressman.  It looks to me like he’s hiring a professional with specific expertise in the intelligence arena.

If you think about the bigger battleground, a technology CEO with subject matter expertise in the U.S. intelligence system is a skillset to be appreciated.

NY Post – Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.), a prominent ally of former President Donald Trump, will leave Congress at the end of this month to head up Trump’s new social media company. 

Trump Media & Technology Group announced the appointment of Nunes as CEO in a Monday evening statement. 

“The time has come to reopen the Internet and allow for the free flow of ideas and expression without censorship,” Nunes was quoted as saying. “The United States of America made the dream of the Internet a reality and it will be an American company that restores the dream. I’m humbled and honored President Trump has asked me to lead the mission and the world class team that will deliver on this promise.”

Trump described Nunes in the statement as “a fighter and a leader” who “will make an excellent CEO of TMTG.”

“Devin understands that we must stop the liberal media and Big Tech from destroying the freedoms that make America great,” the 45th president added. “America is ready for TRUTH Social and the end to censorship and political discrimination.” (read more)

This announcement follows an interesting sequence of events (citation links in the dates):

♦ October 20 – Donald Trump announces the basic outline of Truth Social, an upstart social media system for MAGA supporters.  The financing would come through Digital World Acquisition Group (DWAC).  Shares of DWAC skyrocket after the announcement.

♦ October 24 – CTH receives a tip that Patrick Byrne is investing $1 million in Locals (launched by Dave Rubin Dec 2019)

♦ October 26 – Rumble and Locals announce they are merging into one company. Rumble purchases Locals.

♦ November 02 – Rumble announces they are relocating the company HQ to Florida.

♦ December 01 – Rumble announces an IPO through Cantor Fitzgerald.

♦ December 04 – Trump Media and Technology Group (TMTG) announce $1+ billion raised in private equity, through Digital World Acquisition Group (DWAC).

♦ December 06 – Axios writes article about rise of “right-wing” social media infrastructure. Focuses on financial aspects.

♦ December 06 – SEC opens an investigation of the equity fundraising through DWAC.  “Trading of Digital World’s shares has driven TMTG’s valuation from $875 million in October to close to $4 billion.”

♦ December 06 – Devin Nunes is announced as CEO of Trump Media & Technology Group.

♦ December 06 – Rumble announces a deal with TMTG through Cantor Fitzgerald.  “Howard Lutnick, the CEO of Rumble’s parent company Cantor Fitzgerald, stated on Monday that they have worked out a distribution deal with Donald Trump’s planned “Truth” social media platform.” … “Truth and the 45th president are going to use Rumble’s infrastructure, their technology, their cloud distribution capability, so they are going to be a service provider, a tech provider to the president’s Truth Social,” Lutnick told interviewer John Bachman on his “John Bachman Now” show.

Great. So in essence, Trump Media will use the tech architecture of Rumble.  There will be a partnership.

That’s the sequence of events as to how these two networks (Rumble & TMTG) came into the position they are now.  Let me say with clarity and emphasis, I want to see these platforms succeed.  I will support, as we do already, each and every platform against the interests of Big Tech, and I will encourage all Treepers to support each platform.  That said, there’s something in this timeline that looks disconcerting to me:

  • Patrick Byrne invests in Locals.
  • Locals merges with Rumble.
  • Rumble goes into an IPO with Cantor Fitzgerald
  • Trump forms TMTG.
  • TMTG Raises funds from private equity ($1 billion+ DWAC)
  • SEC investigates TMTG equity funds from DWAC.
  • TMTG announces Devin Nunes CEO
  • Cantor Fitzgerald announces Rumble will partner with the newly formed TMTG.

This is the sequence of events.

The Axios article and SEC moves on same day point to someone on the inside of the organizational network (TMTG/Rumble) tipping off someone outside.  And the people they are tipping off are not good characters.  This is someone deep enough inside this newly forming media/tech operation to walk media and government insiders through the plans and funding sources, and trigger those simultaneous responses.

If you see that pattern, stay with me.

The next logical question is to ask who and how?

From my perspective, there is one big glowing worm in this new social media operation.

Byrne engages with NRA, NRA comes under federal investigation….

Byrne engages with Donald Trump Jr, DJT Jr. comes under federal investigation…

Byrne engages with Sidney Powell, Powell comes under federal investigation…

Byrne engages with audit groups, audit groups come under federal investigation…

Byrne engages with TMTG, TMTG comes under federal investigation…

Oddly enough, Byrne never comes under federal investigation; only the people he touches….

Stop me if you see a pattern.

And let’s not forget the Friday night meeting at the White House (Powell, Flynn, Byrne, Cipollone, Meadows, Guiliani) which surfaced in the New York Times via leaks the next morning (Saturday), and then Byrne using Twitter the following day (Sunday) to post pictures of himself at the White House and frame a story of the meeting.

Consider yourself warned.

Eject the Fed.

I’m sure President Trump and Chairman Nunes are well aware of the potential risks. Also, I have zero insider knowledge and only work from what data points are publicly visible, and Byrne as a DC operative is educated conjecture on my part {supported here}.  That said, this wouldn’t be his first rodeo, and sunlight is the best disinfectant.

In this Australian-produced documentary from Sky News, former President Trump speaks on the matter. “Some of the intelligence is classified, and I can’t talk about it, but common sense tells you… I don’t know if they were bad or it was incompetence, but one way or another,” Trump states.
