MSNBC Guest Proclaims Betsy Ross Flag Equivalent to Swastika’s and Burning Crosses…

Cultural Marxism is advanced through a process of incremental control over customs and traditions within a free society.  It’s the frog boil process. Small, violent and loud identity groups set the standard. The majority dismisses the Alinsky approach at their peril.

The U.S. confederate flag was targeted successfully. Now the same Marxists shift attention toward the U.S. Betsy Ross flag.  Eventually the target will be the current U.S. flag.  The collective process is to isolate, ridicule, marginalize and attack anyone who would point out what is happening.  The collective goal is the complete removal of national identity.

In this segment MSNBC guest Michael Eric Dyson compares the Betsy Ross American flag to the Nazi swastika and burning Ku Klux Klan crosses.  In Dyson’s worldview, to accomplish his objectives, all symbols of national unity and patriotism must be destroyed.

What’s the significance of the recent Project Veritas undercover video featuring a Google executive, through the eyes of Texas Congressman Louie Gohmert? This is American Thought Leaders, and I’m Jan Jekielek. Today we sit down with Congressman Louie Gohmert, who is representing the 1st district of Texas, now in his eighth term. We explore tech giant bias and compromised border security, two key issues the congressman believes need to be addressed to preserve the American republic.

Candace Owens: The Victim Mentality of the Left

What determines individual success in America? Do corporations like Google have too much power? What are the biggest issues facing black Americans today? Is systemic racism one of them? And how does emotional manipulation and victim mentality play into all of this? This is American Thought Leaders, and I’m Jan Jekielek. Today we sit down again with Candace Owens, a conservative commentator and founder of the Blexit movement. She is the host of the Candace Owens Show with Prager University. We discuss identity politics, suppression of conservative voices, and the mindset of victimhood among minorities, what Candace sees as a centerpiece of Democratic Party political strategy.

The Democratic Debates

QUESTION: Would you care to comment on the Democratic debate?

EH

ANSWER:  There was really nothing to comment on. The polls show Joe is at about 41%. The traditional Democrats will never vote for Bernie or Elizabeth Warren. The Millenials are the big supporters of Bernie. The Democrats are not yet ready for prime-time. There is no person to stand up against the system. Joe used his position to get his son in Ukraine and even blackmailed the government. He is part of the Hillary saga and the White House would be up for the highest bidder.

Trump spoke a good game about draining the swamp. But he is still standing in the middle of it and has not drained anything as of yet.

Hong Kong Peg & Riots

Civil unrest is continuing to rise in Hong Kong after crowds of mask and helmet wearing demonstrators fled the area to escape hundreds of riot police firing tear gas. The entire issue has arisen from Lam’s government pushing legislation that would allow extraditions to China, a move that alarmed locals and multinational companies. The clashes have embarrassed the government in Beijing. The demonstrations came on the anniversary of the former British colony’s return to Chinese rule.

In 1863, the Hong Kong Government declared the silver dollar (a form of international currency issued by many nations) to be the legal tender for Hong Kong. In 1866, the government began issuing a Hong Kong version of the silver dollar. The silver standard became the basis of Hong Kong’s monetary system until 1935, when during a world silver crisis, the government announced that the Hong Kong dollar would be taken off the silver standard and linked to the pound sterling at the rate of HK$16 to the pound.

In 1972, the Hong Kong dollar was pegged to the U.S.dollar at a rate of HK$5.65 = US$1. Between 1974 and 1983, the Hong Kong dollar floated. On October 17, 1983, the currency was pegged at a rate of HK$7.8 = US$1 through the currency board system.

The problem Hong Kong will face is as the financial crisis in Europe erupts it will push the Greenback higher. If Hong Kong keeps desperately trying to hold the peg, they will import DEFLATION and turn their economy down very hard all because of international events. The models we showed at the Singapore Conference targeted 2019 for an important turning point.

The Hong Kong dollar peg climbed as much as 0.19% to 7.7987 a dollar on Tuesday, crossing the 7.8 threshold. Local interbank rates remain near a decade high, outstripping the income a trader can expect on U.S. dollars. That’s undermining a carry trade — sell Hong Kong dollars, buy greenbacks — that had been profitable for years.

The tight liquidity is coinciding with dramatic street protests. There has been a surge in borrowing costs suddenly. Companies are hoarding cash.

Outrage for Profit – NIKE Pulls “Betsy Ross” Sneaker…

Is it possible to manufacture outrage as a profit strategy? Yes.  Brand imagery is part of the overall business model for any business. Begin with an ideological executive office; consider a manufacturing model dependent on a China/Asia supply chain; add a dose of political calculations into the mix; turn loose the actuaries and a unified CFO and CEO could easily find a way to turn market grievance into profit.

I’m not saying that NIKE is manipulating their market price.  However, I am saying if they were to consider their brand scale to enhance financial results, and buying back shares of their own stock to be timed with coordinatedmedia events, you could see a benefit behind the controversy.

It just strikes as too coincidental the latest NIKE “issue” happens at the beginning of a new financial quarter.  Nah, probably nothing.

(Via CNBCNike is pulling sneakers featuring an early American flag after former NFL football player Colin Kaepernick told the company it shouldn’t sell a shoe that he and others consider offensive, the Wall Street Journal reported Monday evening, citing people familiar with the matter.

Nike shares were falling less than 1% in premarket trading Tuesday following the news. Shares had closed Monday up nearly 2% and have rallied 15% this year, bringing the retailer’s market cap to about $134.2 billion.

Kaepernick reportedly contacted Nike officials saying he and others felt the “Betsy Ross” flag — featuring 13 stars in a circle — featured on the shoes was linked to a period of slavery. The Betsy Ross flag is one type that was flown during the American Revolution. And the shoes were set to be released in celebration of the July Fourth holiday.  (read more)

“And Arizona Governor Doug Ducey said that he will now order the state’s commerce authority to withdraw all financial incentive dollars for Nike to locate in the state because of the shoes being pulled. The move was expected to bring about 500 jobs to the area.”

Well, that makes a convenient reason for NIKE to keep manufacturing in Asia, and avoid any issues with those who might take exception.  I mean if U.S. states are opposed to the brand ideology and refuse to work with the company for U.S. jobs, well, NIKE Inc has few options right?

Having followed politics, economic and multinational corporate interests related to politics and U.S. policy, something about these NIKE moves just doesn’t pass the proverbial sniff test.

The purpose of hiring Colin Kaepernick as the multi-million face of the brand was not accidental.  The entire executive suite would be involved in the original decision and launch of the “face of Nike”.  The social justice executives made a purposeful decision to leverage political controversy as part of their brand image and business model.

Therefore wouldn’t the ever-concerned marketing department have already gone through the process of social justice evaluation for the design?  Weird.

It’s almost as if Nike would purchase hundreds of millions worth of their own shares (they did), then inject a purposeful product (they did), then wait for Q3 (they did), and time/trigger the face of their social justice brand, Kaepernick, to stand and shout (he did)… then sit back and reap financial rewards.

A bonus for Kaepernick?

Suspicious cat is suspicious.

A little more research might help…. stay tuned.

Media Polling Narrative: Crazy, Creepy, Spank-Me and How form “Top Tier”…

As anticipated the media script via democrat presidential polling narratives are now showing ‘Crazy’ and ‘Creepy’ dropping while ‘Spank-Me’ and ‘How’ gain significant positions.   CNN is now calling Biden, Harris, Warren and Sanders the ‘Top Tier’.

In a heavily promoted poll of Iowa voters, pushed hard by CNN, Creepy has dropped to 24%, Spank-Me jumps to 16%, How gains ground to 13% and Crazy drops to 9%.  All others seemingly irrelevant now.

There’s something very Big Club and Clintonesque about the DNC framework surrounding Kamala Harris.  An argument can made that she checks all the boxes for controlled candidacy.  The DNC club move to re-position California in the 2020 primary could very well be the same club motive that moved Florida in the 2016 cycle for the GOP club.

Unlike the GOP in 2016, in the DNC 2020 race there are no ‘outsiders‘; so the club rules mean more control.  [The DNC 2020 is akin to the RNC in 2012.]

Those who watched the Kamala Harris launch January 21st; then the Jussie Smollett fake MAGA lynching on January 29th; then the Feb 14th lynch legislation, and then connected the seemingly pushed narrative (all bearing the familiar sniff of Clinton Politcal-Ops) are undoubtedly noting how Harris’s campaign hired Marc Elias, who heads Perkins Coie’s political law group and was Hillary’s campaign lawyer in 2016.

If the media narrative is following the DNC script, then it does seem likely Biden was thrown into the race as a toxic white-male pinata positioned to draw the attention of the party goers.  Everyone taking a turn beating Creepy Joe then helps reset the race dynamic as the visible white male is beaten into submission.

Obviously, under this scenario, Crazy Bernie will cash-out (sell his data) before he gets hoisted into pinata position #2.

The aligned media will never allow Kamala Harris to be vetted and will defend her interests at all costs.

Unfortunately for all other candidates; and following the modern problem with media influence; the media will pick their favorite candidate and determine who gets face-time in the debates.   Despite the brutally obvious 2016 example of Bernie -vs- Hillary most grassroots democrats still have not recognized the Big Club is scripting their nominee.

Here’s the narrative as engineered and distributed:

The first Democratic debate has reshaped the presidential field in Iowa, surging support for California Sen. Kamala Harris, undercutting the standing of Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, and raising questions about the solidity of former vice president Joe Biden’s frontrunner status.

In a new Suffolk University/USA TODAY Poll, Biden continues to lead the field, backed by 24% of those who say they are likely to attend the Democratic caucuses in Iowa that open the presidential contests next year. But Harris has jumped to second place, at 16%, leapfrogging over Sanders, whose support sagged to single digits. At 9%, he finished fourth, behind Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren at 13%. (more)
