REPLY: You completely misunderstand what is possible. Nobody can save the world. We MUST go through this crash and burn. It’s just time! The very best that Socrates can offer is a new way to manage the world after 2032. I will not be around for that. These billionaires are not capable of saving the world. Some are involved in trying to force their agenda upon society and this is part of the very mechanism that will accelerate the crash and burn. Socrates will do what no human can do by providing an objective dispassionate projection. It has done pretty good on everything from the new highs in the stock market from 2009 that Barron’s commented on, only because they thought it was a stupid forecast, on June 25, 2011: “Buy Signal: An esoteric theory based on cycles that relate to the ratio pi recently signaled the start of a long-term market uptrend.” Socrates has also forecast separatist movements, Brexit and Trump victories, rising civil unrest right down to picking April for the peak of the virus just to mention a handful. Of course, the press is not interested in actually reporting on its success, for they do not want people to listen to anything I say or Socrates. That is just the agenda.

They’re not making the payments; they’re not making them high enough. The Democrats are not taking care of the people. Nancy Pelosi takes care of herself, but she doesn’t take care of anyone else.
If you look at what’s going on with Schumer: So when Schumer and Pelosi can get together and take care of the people, we’ll do something. In the meantime, we ought to stop evictions because that expires very soon. So we want to stop the evictions.

THE PRESIDENT: I think she’d be a fine choice, Kamala Harris. She’d be a fine choice.
Q Sir, you said you want to pass a short-term bill? A short-term bill. Are you saying you want to pass a short-term bill?

SECRETARY MNUCHIN: Well, we’re looking at a deadline, obviously, of this Friday. The President is very focused on evictions and unemployment. And if we can’t reach an agreement by then, the President wants to look at giving us more time to negotiate this.
THE PRESIDENT: We’re focused on those two things. We want to take care of them now. The rest, we can discuss later. They want big bailout money for Democrats that ran cities terribly. Their cities are going down the tubes. If you look at Portland, if you look at what’s going in Seattle — Democrat-run cities, whether you like it or not, they’re terribly run, and they’re always over-taxed. So they’ve taxed them too much and they run them poorly. And we don’t like that.
And what the Democrats want are bailout funds, and what we want is we want to take care of people. And we should reward most of this country that’s well run. You know, most of the country is very well run. You’re watching a Portland and you’re watching Seattle. You’re watching New York, where they had a 400 percent increase in crime. Four hundred percent. My city that I love, that I left to do this job, and they had a 400 percent increase, and it’s unacceptable.
But most of the country is very well run, and Republican cities are very well run. And it’s a shame to reward badly run, radical-left Democrats, with all of this money that they’re looking for, for cities — to throw it away on cities that are poorly run.
Q Are you confident that Russia did not place bounties on U.S. troops?
THE PRESIDENT: I don’t — I told you, I certainly read about it, and since then, I’ve talked about it. Colin Powell says it’s not true. Colin Powell is not exactly somebody that I’m a big fan of. Colin Powell says it’s not true. Other people say it’s not true.
If it were true, I’d be very angry about it. But if you look at Russia, Russia became Russia from the Soviet Union because of Afghanistan. They lost a fortune and a lot of people — a lot of people.
So I don’t know why they’d be doing it. But if you tell me they’re doing it, I will certainly take that under consideration.
Q How would you respond if Russia did turn out to have done that? How would you respond? Would you do sanctions?
THE PRESIDENT: I would respond appropriately. Nobody has been tougher on Russia. Nobody has been tougher on China. Nobody has been tougher on Iran than me, and it’s not even close. And everybody knows this. Nobody has been tougher on Russia, China, or anybody else than me, including our allies — NATO, who I got to pay $140 billion more money — $140 billion. You know what that is?
Q A lot of money.
THE PRESIDENT: And you know why? That’s to hold Russia in check, all right? I did Russia no favor. Nobody has been tougher on Russia than I am.
Q Mr. President, on NATO, you just gave the order to remove U.S. troops from Germany. How does that keep Russia in check?
THE PRESIDENT: Well, Germany is delinquent. They haven’t paid their fees. They haven’t paid their NATO fees. And they’re way off, and they’ve been off for years, and they have no intention of paying it. And the United States has been taken advantage of on trade and on military and on everything else for many years, and I’m here and I’ve been straightening it out.
But Germany owes billions and billions of dollars to NATO. And why would we keep all of those troops there? And now Germany is saying it’s bad for their economy. Well, it’s good for our economy. Germany is delinquent. They’re at 1 percent. They should be at 2 percent. And actually, everybody should be at 4 percent, not 2 percent, because 2 percent is too low. But they’re at 1 percent, and they’ve take advantage of us for many years.
And you think that’s bad? They take worse advantage on trade. And I was all set to fix that, and then we got hit with the China plague. But we’ll be fixing it.
And a guy like Biden — this country wouldn’t have a chance. With Biden, our country wouldn’t have a chance.

Q In terms of China, they closed our consulate in Chengdu. Are you planning a response for that move by China?
THE PRESIDENT: No, we’ll see what happens. That’s all right. We’ll see what happens.
Q Are you dropping the demand for FBI money — the FBI building?
THE PRESIDENT: So the FBI building — they’ve been trying to build a new building for many years — many, many years. They were thinking about going very far away, but you have to be near the Justice Department. You don’t want to be too far away, where they have to drive for an hour, hour and a half — because they had a site way out in Virginia, way out in Maryland. And I said, “The best place is right where it is. It’s the best piece of property in Washington.” I’m very good at real estate.
So I said, “We’ll build a new FBI building.” Let’s build a new FBI building — either a renovation of the existing, or even better would be a new building. So we have that in the bill. It should stay. People have wanted a new FBI building now for 15 or 20 years.
Q But Republicans don’t want it in the bill.
THE PRESIDENT: Then Republicans should go back to school and learn. They need a new building. It’s a bad building. It’s a dangerous building. You have slabs falling off. It’s not a good building from the inside, and it’s a very expensive building. They need a new building, and we can do it very easily. To me, it would be very — super (inaudible). I would make sure you build a great building at a fraction of the cost, and they can have it done quickly. So the FBI building is not new; this is something they’ve been talking about for many, many years, for decades.
Q Mr. President, on TikTok, how close are you to making a decision about banning TikTok?
THE PRESIDENT: We’re looking at TikTok. We’re thinking about making a decision. We’re going to be watching the hearings today very closely, because there is no question that what the big tech companies are doing is very bad.
SECRETARY MNUCHIN: Let me just also add on that: CFIUS — TikTok is under CFIUS review, and we’ll be making a recommendation to the President on it this week. So we have lots of alternatives.
Q Do you regret tweeting about that doctor, Mr. President? Do you regret tweeting about that doctor yesterday?
THE PRESIDENT: Regret what?
Q Stella Immanuel, the doctor — do you wish you had not retweeted that?
THE PRESIDENT: I was very impressed with her and other doctors that stood with her. I think she made sense, but I know nothing about her. I just saw her on — you know, making a statement with very respected doctors. She was not alone. She was making a statement about hydroxychloroquine with other doctors that swear by it. They think it’s great. So she was not alone.
Fake news CNN made it like, “Oh, I said this, I said that.” She was with a whole group of people. And you ought to tell your network the reason their ratings are so bad is because the coverage is so false. If CNN would be honest — and that goes for MSDNC also. But your network is so dishonest in its coverage on just about everything, and there’s an example.
I was very impressed by her. Know nothing about her; I had never seen her before. But certainly you can put her up and let her have a voice. So what they did is they took down their voice. Now, they seem to never take down the other side. They only take down conservative voices. It’s a shame.
And with hydroxy, all I want to do is save lives. I don’t care if it’s hydroxy or anything else. All I want to do is save lives. If we can save lives, that’s great.
Now, one thing: We’re doing very well on vaccines and very well on therapeutics. So that’s very important. But I happen to be a believer in hydroxy. I used it. I had no problem. I happen to be a believer. Many, many people agree with me. A great test just came out from the Ford clinic in Michigan — very respected. We’ll see how it is.
Q Mr. President, have you decided how you’re going to give your convention acceptance speech yet?
THE PRESIDENT: Well, I’m thinking about it, but we’re picking a location. Fairly soon we’ll let you know.

THE PRESIDENT: Might be. It’s something we’re thinking about.
Q Back to Germany: Are those troops — what signal does it send to Russia? Those troops were always there to defend Europe against Russia.
THE PRESIDENT: You’re right. They’re there to protect Europe; they’re there to protect Germany. Right? And Germany is supposed to pay for it. Germany is not paying for it. So why should we leave them if they were not — we don’t want to be the suckers anymore.
The United States has been taken advantage of for 25 years, both on trade and on the military. We are protecting Germany. So we’re reducing the force because they’re not paying their bill. It’s very simple: They’re delinquent. Very simple. And there are other NATO countries also.
Right now, you have 8 out of the 28 countries that have paid up. I got them to pay $130 billion a year more, going up to $400 [billion]. Most of them will be up to date. It wasn’t easy. But most of them will be up to date. The one that won’t be up to date is Germany. And we spend a lot of money on Germany. They take advantage of us on trade, and they take advantage on the military, so we’re reducing the force. Now, if they start paying their bills, I could rethink about — I would think about it.

THE PRESIDENT: We talked to Putin about a lot of different things, mostly —

THE PRESIDENT: — arms control. We’re working on a vaccine. I think we’ll have one. Oxford is doing very well. Pfizer is doing very well. We have a lot of good options.
Q They said Russia was trying to steal information about a vaccine from researchers. Did you talk to them about that?
THE PRESIDENT: You’re going to have to talk up. I can hear everybody but you.

Q On arms control, did you make progress? Are there going to be formal negotiations?
THE PRESIDENT: Yeah. There already are. We’re — we’re in formal negotiations with Russia on arms control — meaning, on nuclear arms control.

THE PRESIDENT: We’ll talk about that later. We’re going to work this first and we’ll see. China right now is a much lesser nuclear power — you understand that — than Russia. Right now, we are the great nuclear power. We’ve upgraded our nuclear tremendously since. We have the most power. Russia is second and China is third. China is surging; they’ll be there at some point. And, yeah, we would want to talk to China eventually. Yes. Okay?
Q Why not as part of a trilateral negotiation? Does China not want to be involved?
THE PRESIDENT: We thought that we would do it first. I don’t know if it’s going to work out. But we would do it first and then we go to China together. Okay? Which, I think, works out probably better.
Q Did you talk to O’Brien? Did you talk to Robert O’Brien?
THE PRESIDENT: I did. I wished him well. I haven’t seen him in a while —

THE PRESIDENT: — but he went on vacation. He came back, he wasn’t well. He tested positive. He’s doing very, very well.
Q Why haven’t you seen him lately?
THE PRESIDENT: He said he’s doing very well. I spoke to him yesterday.
Q Mr. President, are you concerned about reports that a lot of Americans wouldn’t accept a vaccine? And what could the administration do —
THE PRESIDENT: No, I’m not — I’m not concerned. Well, I’m a therapeutic person, too, you know, to be honest. I love the idea of therapeutics, where you go in, you give somebody a transfusion or a shot, and they get better. I am a big therapeutic person. But we’re doing very well on vaccines and therapeutics. Okay?
And as far as Portland is concerned, we’ve taken a very strong stand. They are anarchists. They’re radical, crazy people. And they’re either going to straighten it out for themselves — Portland, the police — and maybe if the state gets involved; that means the governor and the mayor. But they’re very weak people. They’re very weak people. These radicals, these anarchists are controlling the governor and this mayor.
The mayor went into a rally — it wasn’t accurately reported by CNN, by NBC. The mayor went into a rally. He thought he’d be their buddy. They excoriated him. They excor- — what they did to him was incredible. Lucky he had five bodyguards. But they excoriated him.
NBC — I didn’t see CNN because I don’t watch CNN. NBC absolutely covered it like he was their big buddy. No, he was in great danger of dying. He would have been dead if he didn’t have his bodyguards.
These are bad people. These are anarchists. They’re agitators. And either they do something or we’re going to do it.
In the meantime, our purpose there is only to protect our federal buildings, which we’re doing with no problem. I mean, they’re nasty and they’re vicious people, but our people are very powerful people. Very powerful.
And either they’re going to clean up Portland soon or the federal government is going up and we’re going to do it for them. So either they clean out Portland — the governor and the mayor, who are weak — either they clean out Portland or we’re going in to do it for them.
The site has been slow at times over the past two days. This is because there has been a major effort to try to take this site down no doubt to try to stop the content we produce. We have servers around the world that spin up as needed. We are adding even more high-level security and we are tracing to expose the sinister parties behind this effort. We have set up what we call a Trojan Horse where they think they have gotten in while we can watch what they do and it pings back. This is the world we live in where there is a major assault against any opposition to the leftist agenda. I really feel sorry for the fools who are brainwashed by these people. For if they were to win control, they will impose draconian restrictions which will take the freedoms of even those who think they were supporting some New Green Socialist Utopia. There will not be oppression of just conservatives or Republicans for they could pretend to be a Democrat.
They will impose restrictions upon everyone. This becomes – Paper Please to simply travel between two places. Everyone will need to be monitored and controlled in order for them to maintain absolute power.
The high Tech leaders are to testify before Congressional House antitrust investigation into the market power of major tech companies. This will in Jeff Bezos, the world’s richest person, Apple, Google, and Facebook. The House Judiciary Committee has been pushing for them to return to testify in front of its investigation into antitrust. Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has been reportedly more aggressive against the antitrust investigation. The pressure against the influence of high tech has been growing. It should be very interesting to watch today. The Onion put out a piece that is more of a satire on Zuckerberg which claimed that the US government should be broken up. To a large extent, some of the comments that the government has gone too far is not so off base. But it would be insane if he thought he could stand against the government.
My warning to Zuckerberg is he better count his fingers after shaking hands with the Democrats if they promise not to break up Facebook in return for his support to seize the White House in November. We live in very interesting times.
Individual black lives matter. Power-hungry “Black Lives Matter,” does not. Brecksville’s June 9th “Rally for Justice” organizers misstepped by using the BLM logo on Facebook for publicity.
Was their intent to support reform by protesting a tragic case of police brutality? Or was it to politicize the lie of “systemic discrimination” and “white privilege theory” by co-opting a Marxist, police-hating anti-family organization?
BLM website’s hateful, divisive content profits from people’s ignorance and funnels more money to the DNC than to needy humans. Affiliation with radical BLM was cause enough for local administration to compensate with law enforcement in riot gear who acted professionally despite enduring vulgar insults.
Rather than virtue signaling of raised signs and fists, did planners consider projects that address what really matters to metropolitan Cleveland’s black community? Why not tutor or mentor struggling children; volunteer to feed the homeless; visit prison inmates; hold BLM signs outside abortion clinics?
Injustice answered with anger, vengeance and shallow behavior leads to social and cultural destruction. Civil dialogue using critical thinking to problem solve is harder. Obscured by a failed education system, accepting the truth of our flawed shared history takes common sense and discernment.

Starting in the mid 60’s and running though most of the 70’s a large contingent of the babies born between 1944 and 1964 known as the “me generation” or the “boomer generation” started to rebel against the existing political system and society in general. The trigger for the rebellion was the Vietnam war and the draft of young men to be sent to war. However, it quickly spread to encompass many other issues like race, gender and sexuality, leading to the culture wars in the 80’s. It was a very turbulent time as society was totally changed by the boomers. If you care to read about it I recommend the book The Fourth Turning An American Prophecy by Strauss and Howe. The amassing thing about this book is that they predicted what we are going though right now.
That was the background that we grew up in and most of us turned out just fine; however there was another groups of mostly rich kids that turned out to be very bad. Their parents were the first of the Progressives who believed in the principles of Marxism; not so much in the open as the cloaked themselves in terms like socialism. and social justice and well today we have BLM and Antifa to name just a few, which are direct extensions of the movements in the late 60’s and early 70’s. To many today, who were not alive back then, they wonder where these movements came from.
The answer is found in their writing and more specifically in a book they published om May 9, 1974. The authors are: Bernadine Dohrn, Billy Ayers, Jeff Jones and Celia Sojourn. These were hard core radicals following the teaching of Saul D. Alinsky in his Book Rules for Radicals in which he taught how to make social change meaning a way to get to Marxism. This group and others goal was to fundamentally change America into a Communist country. The bock they published in 1974 outside what they wanted and do be honest the movement today will give them what they desired when they published Prairie Fire, The Politics of Revolutionary Anti-Americanism. Rather than write about it just download it and read it yourself. The copy I have a a copy of the pages in that book and so of the quality is poor but it is readable. In private the discussed the cost to make the change they wanted and it was that 25% of the US population would need to die. Before you dismiss that the Russian and Chinese conversion to Marxism cost each of those countries a much high percentage of their population.
The movement today is a combination of Marxism and Environmentalism and is a very dangerous combination, the code word for it is The Great Rest. There are other posts on my blog that explain what that is.
A dozen years ago or there about, Bill Gates became worried about Climate Change and gave a TED talk on what the world had to do to save us from extinction. In that presentation Gates stated that one of the variables in his equation had to go to zero to stop Carbon Dioxide from killing all of us. Now keep in mind that Gates does not have any degrees and knows little about anything but making money with software. We do however recognize that he was very good at that but we must also understand that he had no formal training or studies in anything else.
Gates’ vision is a world with less than a billion people and probably closer to 500 million. This world will be very clean and use only solar PV or Wind to power this Utopian Dream. Everything will be perfect and safe for those that reside in that world. Dreams of that kind are neither practical nor doable but that never stops those that have these visions: like Karl Marx who also had a vision of a perfect world Marxism. Unfortunately that vision brought us WW I, WW II and the cold war and hundreds of millions of dead people, and Marxism has still not been eliminate as an evil system.
Gates has managed to merge Marxism, Environmentalism, Climate change and World health into one Political system using technology, which he is very good at, that makes George Orwell’s “1984” look like it was done by a rank amateur. If Gates even comes close to achieving his objectives we will be living in Hell!

A lot of Americans still look at trendy political correctness as an ongoing muzzle and dare to anyone who would openly proclaim THE TRUTH. There was once a time in this great land, in the not-too-distant past, when drivers in a pouring rainstorm would actually heed—and then stop to thank—the lone, soaked man standing on the roadside with his rough-but-readable “BRIDGE IS OUT!” sign. Those days are solid gone. Today, such truly concerned people are ridiculed and dismissed as ‘extremist nutcases’ or ‘conspiracy theorists.’ And more and more people are just hell-bent to turn up the radio and drive off the bridge.
I could spend a whole article lauding and applauding the late Professor Adams. But here is another name for you … Sam Coonrod. Probably a few more know of Sam Coonrod than knew about Professor Mike. Just a few days ago, when the San Francisco Giants/LA Dodgers baseball teams all knelt around the diamond prior to the game, as the BLM ‘moment of solidarity’ happened, Mr. Coonrod kept standing. He gave three reasons for not kneeling with the rest of the 60+ other players. He said, “I’m a Christian … And I just can’t get on board with a couple of things that I have read about Black Lives Matter,” … “How they lean toward Marxism and they’ve said some negative things about the nuclear family” (and) “I’m a Christian. I just believe I can’t kneel before anything besides God—Jesus Christ.” Most of the liberal press didn’t make a big deal about Coonrod’s stance. CFP immediately spread the word. Many didn’t mention it at all. Satan certainly didn’t want people to see or hear any of that.
I was so proud of Mr. Coonrod. I made my own meme and posted it on my Facebook site. Big white letters on a solid black background—it read: “Sam Coonrod is a REAL HERO. There is NO possibility of cash or contract in standing for JESUS!” I wrote that because Sam is a ‘believer.’ He has chosen to trust Jesus for his Salvation. Jesus is the “narrow way.” (Matthew 7:13-14) And taking a stand for Jesus will not net you a multimillion dollar contract with a tennis shoe company. The major league ball clubs will not reconfigure their business strategies around Jesus people, because Jesus—His name, person and ministry—does nothing to enhance ticket sales. Okay, so I launched my meme to see who might spread it around. All my settings were such that anybody, friend or not, could see and share it. But it did not move an inch. It was, for nearly a day, invisible to my roster of friends. So I started sending the meme, one by one, to the people I knew. Not a share resulted. I contacted friends who simply could not find it.

Prior to my association with Canada Free Press, I used to write for a comparatively huge American outfit. Just as I do today, I couldn’t then seem to write too many articles without somewhere mentioning Jesus, God or the Bible. I was happy to learn that I was one of their most popular writers. That was right before an editors’ meeting in which it was decided that I would not make the following year’s cut. An editor-friend confided to me that I had been labeled as an ‘extremist Christian’ (even though I had never bombed anybody). Canada Free Press has more supported my First Amendment rights than did the big American publisher. And now, ironically, the largely liberal Internet, along with venues like Facebook, regularly ally with the forces of darkness that don’t like Christ or conservatism. And so Christian conservatism, like the original America that fought wars and sacrificed sons for our liberties, is really standing on death row. Our days are numbered, because the very real devil knows his time is short.
Ever try to argue Constitutional Republican values with socialists/communists? Veterans of such confrontations will attest to how regularly the leftists will drag the Bible into the debate. The moment they sense you are leaning toward Christianity, they will pipe up with, “You know the early Christians themselves were communists! They absolutely advocated sharing all things in common!” But your immediate response should be that the early Christian church lived well communally ONLY because God’s loving and peacekeeping Holy Spirit shed generosity abroad in the hearts of those early, true Christians. Their ‘commune-ism’ had nothing to do with a few power-hungry leaders marshaling the slaves of a Draconian, state-overseen collective which had been forcefully containerized to guarantee the safe reign of some wannabe dictators in private jets. I mean, comparing Marx, Stalin, Mao, Hitler, Maduro, etc. to Paul and the Apostles is nigh unto blasphemy. But these days the hyper-caffeinated baby philosophers – a.k.a. ‘snowflakes’—are fearless in their ignorant vainglory.

More and more people are truly awakening to the fact that the group called “Black Lives Matter” has zip to do with the life or quality of life of any black person. The BLM is entirely a crowbar by which stupid, tv-mesmerized (mostly white) people can feel morally righteous. We are watching Americans dive into believing that this is some sort of new ‘United Way’ or ‘March of Dimes’ method of pitching money at a problem that could and should have died during the eight years of president 44. But the Obamas did everything they could to thoroughly exacerbate racism while they had every opportunity to help it die. “Be confident in your blackness” Barack spouted at a Howard commencement speech. And Michelle had to remind students at Tuskegee that Southern (Democrat) whites used to call black men ‘boys.’ But the liberal media of course never challenged the logic of either statement. My immediate questions were then, “Should I have faith in my whiteness, Barry?” And, Michelle, “How stupid and needlessly inflammatory can a first lady be?” And now the whole leftist alliance is clearly visible in their straining to destroy the police and promoting the lawlessness which a defenseless America will ultimately never be able to overcome.
It was a black woman who once explained to me that our time in this life is so brief, so transitory. What real difference does it make, who does wrong to whom? The Irish endured the horrors of slavery in Ireland, England, and the fiery islands throughout the Caribbean. It was Lincoln’s dearest black friend, Frederick Douglass, who once even observed that he would rather die on an English gallows than live the life of a ‘free’ Irishman under English rule. When slavery was being abolished in England in the 1700s, African royalty made the trip north to meet with King George. They argued AGAINST abolition because they used enslavement to rid their kingdoms of miscreants/troublemakers and to fill their own pockets with gold. I take the time to mention all of this simply because real Christians of all colors should call to mind that our Creator and Lord did not come to make this a better world. The very real devil uses the brutality and discomfort of this fallen, sinful place as a distraction from the true mission Jesus came to fulfill. So many professing Christians have been sucked into the LIE that Jesus was just a big sensitive hippie. Nothing could be further from the truth. He died a horrible death to save our souls from eternal hell. PERIOD.
Communism hates freedom because freedom allows people to hear, think and speak the word of God
In a past column, I related how some of my early 70s high school classmates and I threw a fundraiser rock concert in a city park. We did that so we could raise enough money for a lawyer who would force our school board to allow us guys to wear long hair. We raised the money, sure enough, and eventually had our way with that district board. But by the time the court case was finished and long hair was allowed at our high school I had already been in college for nearly 2 years. And I then couldn’t have cared less about that victory. I mean, I was suddenly on my own and paying for my own education. And in college I could wear my hair below my ankles if I wanted. In this very unfair world, life is a lot like that: About the time you win your court case, you are already effectively dead and gone. The Democrats and the lying news machine will tell you whatever you want to hear to convince you that ‘systemic racism’ and white people are the root of all evil. But the leftists and their news/entertainment allies, under the direction of their evil masters, are making up stories in order to further distract you from the truth you should be standing for.
God generally has given people lives to live long enough to decide upon doing His will or our own. Communism hates freedom because freedom allows people to hear, think and speak the word of God. Jesus called us sheep. And we behave like sheep, mostly because we are weak creatures of conformity. It’s so frightening that the trend is suddenly making it acceptable behavior to despise and do harm to anything that disagrees with our achieving immediate gratification. It was leftist, Judas (the keeper of the money box) who complained that certain donations could have been sold and the money given to the poor. But it was Jesus (who never started a riot) who said, “The poor you will always have with you.” (Matthew 26:11) He therein did not sound very upset about financial disparity. Nor did he ever petition Caesar for better conditions for anyone. He was here to get up a crew of people who would stand for His truth rather than kneel and bow before the distracting triviality of social injustice. If you really care about right and wrong, you will, like Prof. Mike Adams and Sam Coonrod, do the best you can in all things, from your heart. Follow the will and ways of the most unjustly hated man ever on this planet. And He was the first to say that if we are really following Him, we will be hated indeed. I have no doubt of what our president meant in tweeting that the game was over for Sam Coonrod. Things will be tough for Sam—just as they are for our president and all of us who stand for what is right. Stand up and be noticed for the One who died for you.
Starting in the mid 60’s and running though most of the 70’s a large contingent of the babies born between 1944 and 1964 known as the “me generation” or the “boomer generation” started to rebel against the existing political system and society in general. The trigger for the rebellion was the Vietnam war and the draft of young men to be sent to war. However, it quickly spread to encompass many other issues like race, gender and sexuality, leading to the culture wars in the 80’s. It was a very turbulent time as society was totally changed by the boomers. If you care to read about it I recommend the book The Fourth Turning An American Prophecy by Strauss and Howe. The amassing thing about this book is that they predicted what we are going though right now.
That was the background that we grew up in and most of us turned out just fine; however there was another groups of mostly rich kids that turned out to be very bad. Their parents were the first of the Progressives who believed in the principles of Marxism; not so much in the open as the cloaked themselves in terms like socialism. and social justice and well today we have BLM and Antifa to name just a few, which are direct extensions of the movements in the late 60’s and early 70’s. To many today, who were not alive back then, they wonder where these movements came from.
The answer is found in their writing and more specifically in a book they published om May 9, 1974. The authors are: Bernadine Dohrn, Billy Ayers, Jeff Jones and Celia Sojourn. These were hard core radicals following the teaching of Saul D. Alinsky in his Book Rules for Radicals in which he taught how to make social change meaning a way to get to Marxism. This group and others goal was to fundamentally change America into a Communist country. The bock they published in 1974 outside what they wanted and do be honest the movement today will give them what they desired when they published Prairie Fire, The Politics of Revolutionary Anti-Americanism. Rather than write about it just download it and read it yourself. The copy I have a a copy of the pages in that book and so of the quality is poor but it is readable. In private the discussed the cost to make the change they wanted and it was that 25% of the US population would need to die. Before you dismiss that the Russian and Chinese conversion to Marxism cost each of those countries a much high percentage of their population.
The movement today is a combination of Marxism and Environmentalism and is a very dangerous combination, the code word for it is The Great Rest. There are other posts on my blog that explain what that is.
