Michigan High Court Rules President Trump Cannot be Kept Off Republican Primary Ballot

Leftist groups are apoplectic knowing the 2020 ballot fraud will be almost impossible to execute again in 2024. As a consequence, they have dropped to multiple vectors of defense including the filing of lawsuits under a stretched Lawfare provision of the 14th Amendment.

The radicals claim the Constitutional Amendment disqualifies certain current public officials who are defined as participating in an insurrection. The leftist claim questioning fraudulent results in a manipulated national ballot harvesting operation, is akin to an insurrection.

Questioning a leftist worldview is violence, but violence from leftists is free speech.

President Trump, the overwhelming majority of Americans and courts -sans Colorado- has dismissed the lawsuits as politically motivated. Today, a Michigan high court dismissed another attempt by the far left to keep President Trump from the Republican primary ballot.

In a brief order {pdf HERE}, the Michigan Supreme Court rejected an appeal over a lower court’s decision that parties can place whichever candidates they choose on presidential primary ballots. The justices were “not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this court,” according to the order.

(Politico) – Michigan’s highest court said Wednesday that Donald Trump can appear on the state’s Republican primary ballot, but the court declined to weigh in for now on whether Trump is eligible to run in the general election and serve again as president.

The court turned away an appeal from Michigan voters who argue that Trump should be barred from the ballot because of his efforts to subvert the 2020 election and stoke violence at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. The voters cite a provision of the 14th Amendment that, in some circumstances, bars people from holding public office if they have “engaged in insurrection or rebellion.”

[…] “The Secretary of State’s role in presidential primary elections is chiefly that of an administrator,” the Michigan Court of Appeals wrote. “In particular, when it comes to who is or is not placed on the primary ballot, the statutory scheme leaves nothing to the Secretary of State’s discretion.”

In a statement following Wednesday’s order from the Michigan Supreme Court, Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, a Democrat, said she was “gratified” the state judiciary upheld her office’s approach of not striking Trump from the primary ballot. She has argued in the past that she lacked the authority to do so procedurally.

The challengers vowed to try to knock Trump off the general election ballot, should he ultimately receive the GOP nomination. (read more)

White House Insists Media Praises Bidenomics

News outlets are circulating that the White House is “deeply frustrated” that the media is not glorifying the unseen success of Bidenomics. A source told the Hill that meetings are taking place to discuss how they can gaslight the public into believing that the Biden Administration has improved Americans’ financial situation.

“The meetings are intended to discuss messaging on his age and his accomplishments. There has been concern among his inner circle that the messaging has not been strong or consistent enough to break through with the public,” the anonymous source told the Hill. The majority of Democrats even do not want Biden in office, but the establishment will ensure he remains in power so that they can pull the strings.

We had Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen claim most Americans are happy with their financial situation. White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, America’s full-time gas lighter, continues to defend Bidenomics and celebrates imaginary victories. “Coming out of the pandemic, when the president walked into this administration, the economy was in a tailspin, it was, and so the president did everything that he can to make sure that we get this economy back on track,” she recently stated. This is on track with the Build Back Better agenda that Biden originally campaigned on. Burn the nation to the ground and celebrate as it is rebuilt into something unrecognizable. The economy was in a tailspin due to the pandemic and lockdowns. Biden kept COVID restrictions in place for as long as possible and then celebrated once lifted. So now he believes he created a robust workforce when more people than ever before are working numerous jobs to make ends meet.

Then they claim that the rallies in the markets are due to Biden’s policies, which is simply untrue. Capital has been fleeing to the USD amid war. We recently saw the Dow make new highs, which is indicative of the big money, indicating that foreign investments are reaching the US. Biden’s policies have cause the public to lose confidence in the public sector completely. Hence, money is pouring into equities instead of treasuries as they are no longer safe.

You cannot pull the wool over our eyes. We will not fall for the gaslighting BS as Biden desperately attempts to find ANYTHING to campaign on. Bidenomics is a failure.

Prosecuting Cyber Criminals

The next war will be fought through technology as one can invade through the use of technology. We have seen hackers infiltrate foreign nation’s infrastructure in an attempt to disrupt water, electricity, or the power grid itself. However, a recent case involving a teenager shows that governments are still scrambling to determine how they will prosecute cyber criminals.

Arion Kurtaj is an 18-year-old man who joined the elite hacking group LAPSUS$. Now, this kid has a true talent for hacking. He managed to infiltrate Nvidia. He hacked into BT/EE (a mobile provider in the UK) and demanded a ransom of $4 million in crypto. While in police custody, Kuraj pulled off his final stunt by hacking into the gaming company Rockstar using a hotel TV, a cell phone, and an Amazon Firestick. Kurtaj proceeded to release clips of the highly anticipated but unreleased video game GTA6. Rockstar was forced to pay out $5 million in response.

Now, the UK authorities are claiming that he is no longer fit to remain in society. Kurtaj happens to have autism, so the judge in his case sentenced Kurtaj to LIFE in a mental institution. His entire life is over at 18 as they are grouping him in with the most dangerous members of our society. The psychiatrist in charge of his assessment said the young man “continued to express the intent to return to cybercrime as soon as possible. He is highly motivated.”

A life sentence in a mental institution for hacking is absolutely absurd. Rapists and murderers spend less time locked away. He is a thief, but labeling him a domestic terrorist is unwarranted. Governments are terrified of geniuses who can break into the system. I have no doubt that the UK will attempt to use this man for their own cyber warfare if they can force him to comply.

Intel Invests $25 Billion in Israeli Manufacturing

Israel cannot lose the war. It is a vassal state created and funded by the West. Palestine’s allies simply cannot defeat the nations who have big plans for the future of Israel. We know about the nuclear power plant in Israel installed by the West to gain a stronghold on the Middle East. We know about the plans for an alternative canal that will rival the Suez and permit the West to gain control over trade in the region.

Now, independent companies are also investing in Israel. The Israeli government recently issued the largest grant in the nation’s history to Intel Corp for $3.2 billion. In exchange, the company plans to build a $25 billion chip plant in the southern region. Intel shares rose when the news was first released.

The Kiryat Gat site selected for the manufacturing plant is a mere 26 miles from Gaza. Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich said, “This investment, at a time when Israel wages war against utter wickedness, a war in which good must defeat evil, is an investment in the right and righteous values that spell progress for humanity.” According to Smotrich, investing in Israel is the best way to defeat evil.

The plant is expected to open in 2028. Companies are betting on a clear victory for Israel. Intel is one of many companies with plans to expand in Israel in the coming years. The semiconductor chip industry is extremely competitive as every manufacturer began investing heavily in expansion amid the chip shortage that began a few years ago.

Now, Intel would not spend $25 billion on a manufacturing plant next door to Hamas if they were not confident that Israel would win the war. Israel would not be funding 12.8% of Intel’s project if their leaders were not confident that their allies would continue to protect the nation for however long it may take.

Hey, Why Not – Trump VP and Expanded Cabinet

Apparently, the exercise of considering a Trump administration and potential cabinet for 2025 has kicked up quite a conversation.  As an outcome, perhaps some expanded food for thought is worthwhile, and maybe even a little fun and educational at the same time.

I come at this discussion as a person who continually tries to navigate the mechanics of the silo system in Washington DC.  Additionally, many of the positions at the top of the silos, what we would consider cabinet members, have various levels of influence from ‘moderate‘ to ‘none at all‘ depending on the construct of the individual agency (silo).

As an outcome, the nuts and bolts of what we want to see happen, let’s call that generally ‘elimination of political corruption’, are slightly disconnected from how it is possible to happen given the nature of how each institutional silo is constructed.

Some silos are more impervious than others. Some cabinet members are more functionary than others, and in some instances, the deputy is more important than the primary.

To get deep in the weeds, we need to understand each silo as a completely autonomous operation; holding various levels of attachment to the overall DC system depending on how the silo is structured and, in some cases, weaponized.

Then we need to evaluate overall skillset from a very practical, non-pretending level.  There is one shot at this, and the construct of the Trump 2.0 administration must begin with the end in mind.  That end includes accepting that one four-year term will not be enough to remove the embeds that were seeded over the course of 12 prior years.  Some systems need to be taken down to nothing, others can be steered with extreme effort by those who can operate effectively inside the machine.

The reason for a Vice-Presidential selection like Dr Ben Carson has been previously outlined {SEE HERE].  Carson appears to have the faith, stability and integrity to be a stabilizing force amid the sea of chaos that is created when war against evil enterprise begins.

The value of having a faith servant in the role of close counsellor to President Trump cannot be overstated.  If Carson is not the correct person to take the role, Carson would be the first to announce it…. which, ultimately, makes him more qualified.

Good is going to have to battle Evil, and at the same time the entire nation will need stability, optimism and a resurgence of faith.  In short, no one is winning this political war without putting God, righteousness and prayer at the forefront as the DC temple tables are turned.  When it gets ugly, and it will get extremely ugly, something just inherently tells me, Carson will rise.

Perhaps if I expand the list, a bigger understanding will be possible.

This time I shall endeavor to put context behind the names and add some specifics to the silo challenge.

♦ UN Ambassador: Tulsi Gabbard

The Dept of State is the front agency for the Central Intelligence Agency.  When the CIA wants to seed an operative, they are given State Dept credentials.  Whoever is running the State Dept will have a working relationship with the CIA Director.  Grenell already knows how this works; he will be able to support the Trump Doctrine on day one with a full understanding of institutional context as the downsizing through attrition begins.

♦ CIA Director: Robert Kennedy Jr

♦ Deputy CIA Director: Kash Patel

See how that works?  RFK Jr can put up or shut up, but Kash Patel is the insurance policy in the event RFK Jr is bearing false witness.  The core agenda is carried out by the Deputy, while the Director is the functionary receiving silo information to satiate the executive (Trump).  What happens in the layers below the functionary are what really matters.  Kash has eyes-on, without the distractions of the functionary role.

♦ Defense Secretary:  Vivek Ramaswamy.

♦ Asst. Defense Secretary:  Eric Prince.

Many people understandably freak out with a Def Sec with no experience in military.  However, the Def Sec is designed to be civilian led military; the President is the commander in chief.  The Def Sec executes military efforts to support the President.  This is the problem with having career military as Def Sec, they regard the institution as more important than the instructions they receive. [See Mark Milley and/or James Mattis and/or Alexander Vindman, they go rogue.]  The U.S. military needs to be managed now, brought to heel and Wokeism removed.  Ramaswamy, a functionary, can put up or shut up.

Again, see how that works?  Prince becomes the insurance policy.  The nuts-and-bolts guy to make sure the military silo is carefully reconstructed and the flag officers that need to be removed and replaced are removed and replaced.
