The details of the Joe Biden $33 billion supplemental budget allocation have been released.  I would strongly urge everyone to read the proposal which now heads to congress for passage {SEE pdf here}.

The spending request outlines a massive amount of money for various ideological foreign policy initiatives under the guise of Ukraine relief (it isn’t).  The proposal outlines a kickback and bribery scheme.

Some of the spending includes an allocation of funds to the State Dept including funds to USAID to “provide $8.8 billion to the Department of State for economic support and assistance to the people of Ukraine and other affected countries, including direct budgetary support, as well as support for food security, democracy, anticorruption, cybersecurity, counter-disinformation, human rights, atrocity documentation, energy, and emergency infrastructure needs.” {pdf page 41}  The request specifically authorizes the transfer of these funds globally, outside of Ukraine.

Apparently, the State Dept is going to set up an international version of DHS “disinformation governance board.”  But wait, it gets worse…

U.S. taxpayers are also going to subsidize farming in Europe and fund the climate change initiatives by paying for the development of alternate energy sources. “This would include [$500 million] support for small- and medium- sized agrobusinesses during the fall harvest and for natural gas purchases by the Ukrainian state energy company.” {page 44}

Mechanisms to legalize defense contractor kick-backs: “This request would authorize Ukraine to utilize Foreign Military Financing Program funds appropriated in this Act and prior Acts to the Department of State to contract directly with U.S. companies to procure defense related materials which would facilitate the delivery of military assistance and security sector support.” {page 48}

Mechanisms to spread the money all over government institutions without prior approval: …”This request would provide the authority to reprogram funds appropriated in this Act and prior Acts making appropriations for the Department of State, foreign operations, and related programs for assistance to Ukraine without regard to any minimum amounts specifically designated in such Acts. This authority would provide the needed flexibility to match resources with evolving needs and decrease reliance on new appropriations.” {Page 50}

The last segment is a massive change in the U.S. government power to seize Russian private property and assets, sell them to whoever Biden chooses, and then give the proceeds of the sales to U.S. politicians, friends, family members, or perhaps Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

It is an international version of current DOJ civil asset forfeiture.  The United States government (DOJ, Dept of Treasury and Dept of State) takes ownership of any targeted Russian asset, sells the asset (to whoever they choose, including personal family members) then take the proceeds and distributes them to whoever they choose in the U.S. or Ukraine government.

Example:  Confiscate a $200 million oligarch yacht, sell it to Hunter Biden (or Black Rock / Vanguard) for $50,000, give the $50k to Zelenskyy and then have Black Rock / Vanguard deposit $10 million in James Biden or DNC bank account.  {Page 52}

DHS Secretary Admits Scale of Illegal Alien Crisis, 1.5 million Unlawful Border Entrants Since January 21st

The scale of the illegal alien influx into the United States is starting to get more attention.  One of the reasons for the increased spotlight is the scale of the numbers DHS is forced to admit.

In this brief video segment {Direct Rumble Link} DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas admits since January 21st: 836,000 released illegal aliens, plus 207,000 unaccompanied children (UAC’s), plus 200k to 400,000 that got away and avoided detention.  Add that up and we have 1.3 to 1.6 million illegal aliens through the southern border in the last three months.  WATCH:

That 1.3 to 1.6 million DHS admitted estimate is since January 21st.  The general scale is around 500,000/month.   That scale aligns with the DHS projections of 18,000 per day moving forward after Title 42 is dropped.  18,000/day equals 500,000/month.

There’s no reason to believe the numbers were less in the month of January, so we can add another 500k to the currently admitted number of 1.3 to 1.6 million.  Putting the current year illegal alien releases around 2 million through the end of April, with a projected 4 million more to come this year.

That’s a total of 6 million illegal aliens in just 2022.   The current illegal alien population, already inside the United States, is well north of 40 million, likely closer to 50 million.

Moderna Poised to Commit Infanticide

Moderna is officially coming for toddlers and infants under five. The company submitted a formal request with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), claiming the vaccine is 51% effective among toddlers under two and 37% effective in the two to five-year-old range. Instead of the standard two-100 microgram doses, the youngest among the population will receive two 25-microgram doses.

“I think it is likely that over time they will need additional doses. But we’re working on that,” Moderna’s Chief Medical Officer Dr. Paul Burton stated.

They will continue to force vaccines on everyone in the population. There is no telling the long-term effects of injecting a gene-altering medication into a baby, but Big Pharma is willing to risk lives for profits and government is will risk lives to retain control over a scared and uninformed population. Only 475 children under five have died from COVID, according to the Associated Press. There is absolutely no need for a vaccination for this demographic.

There are reports of babies dying through breast milk contaminated with the vaccination. Countless top doctors have warned against vaccinating children in general. Even the World Health Organization has even admitted that healthy adolescents do not need boosters, despite Pfizer filing a claim to have theirs approved for the five to twelve-year-old kids. Not to be outdone, Pfizer said it will have a vaccine for babies by the summer.

Since parents are reluctant to destroy their child’s development, the powers that be will continue to force mandates. They will push for universal passports to document everyone, including the youngest, most vulnerable members of society. They want us to inject ourselves repeatedly from birth until death for a virus that even Fauci no longer calls a pandemic.

We have Enemies Within Our Own Governments Seeking War & Agenda 2030

There is a discussion now to ban Russia from the G20 meeting. Whatever can be done to create World War III is in full motion. Meanwhile, Biden wants to not just seize the private property of Russian individuals like yachts, homes, and anything else he can just seize, he wants to sell off the assets he has stolen from private individuals setting a precedent following the actions of Iran when they seized all assets of foreigners. Biden is completely destroying the world economy and burning down the very foundation of international law. This is destroying global investment for this action by the United States is not only unprecedented in the history of civilization, but it will send a warning signal to even the Chinese – sell everything and get out before Biden robs you blind.

Then the British Defense Secretary said that he would not be “surprised” if Putin used the May 9 celebrations in Russia, which mark the day the Soviet Union defeated Nazi Germany, to “mobilize the Russian people en masse” against the West. It is just unimaginable how these leaders are doing EVERYTHING they can possibly do to create World War III. In all honesty, if the shoe was on the other foot, you would launch a first strike and take out all the capital cities in a matter of minutes.

There is no way to EVER return to normal! Biden appears to be following the Agenda 2030 of Klaus Schwab. There are no peacemakers here. This appears to be a strategic maneuver to make the United Nations emerge as the great peacemaker and in the process, fulfill the idea of handing all sovereignty to the United Nations and a one-world government. It has been alleged that Soros is funding migrants to invade the United States and the Democrats will suddenly grant them all citizenship and fill out the mail-in votes for them since they are unfamiliar with the fine print of why they are allowed in during a period of rising food shortages to make it worse for real Americans.

This is now about raw power – and the Agenda 2030 is in full swing. These people will reduce the world population, but they will be using war to clean house.

Strategically, the people behind Putin would love to see him nuke Kyiv at this point as a warning to the West – is this what you really want? Putin is far more cautious than the people behind him just as we have reckless people writing the scripts for Biden. It is one thing to study how society functions, it is another when these people want to play God. I would not live near any of the capitals nor in Geneva. These people will fail. They do not understand what they are unleashing.

Never since World War II have we ever seen such reckless people in power. Every American President since FDR has strived for world peace. Today, all we have is total insanity. This is DELIBERATE – it cannot possibly be because of stupidity. The military swore an oath to defend the country against both foreign and domestic enemies. I think we have people who have seized control of governments worldwide who are both domestic and foreign.

The Oath of Enlistment (for enlisted):

“I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.”

When Nero (54-68AD) died, Rome fell into another civil war. Of the four main generals to issue coins declaring themselves to be Emperor, history warns that the military could split and we will find those supporting the LEFT and RIGHT actually fight for power. Those behind the Biden Administration are completely tearing the country in two and the division that they have created will never be smoothed over.

Even when Commodus was assassinated leaving no heir, once again we see the Roman Empire divide and the military choosing sides. Once more, there were four generals moving for power.

Over the course of the next 10 years into 2032, we will see the United States split. There will emerge a division in the military once they come to actually see that this is no conspiracy theory by Agenda 2030 is in full swing. Even in Canada, Trudeau has openly confirmed that he has committed Canada to Agenda 2030. Of course, he is a Schwab indoctrinated Young Global Leader.

Sunday Talks, Homeland Security Secretary Mayorkas Says DHS Prepared to Facilitate Import of 500,000 Illegal Aliens Per Month

Skipping past the discussion of the DHS “disinformation board,”….. While appearing on an ironically named CNN broadcast “The State of Our Union”, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas tells John King’s ex-wife, that for several months (“since Sept 2021″) DHS has been preparing to start handling and processing 18,000 illegal aliens per day (540,000/mo) as soon as CDC Title 42 is lifted.

If DHS estimates are accurate, between now and the November mid-term election, DHS will import an additional 3,000,000 illegal aliens from various nations around the world, through the U.S-Mexico border.

Cumulatively, this arrival estimate will put the number of illegal aliens arriving in the United States during Joe Biden’s first two years in office somewhere north of 10 million people. For scale, that’s an imported group of illegal aliens three times the size of the population of Mississippi.  WATCH:

If his own estimates are correct, in combination with prior arrivals, the aggregate number of illegal aliens will easily exceed 50 million by the end of the year; more than twice the population of Pennsylvania and Ohio combined.  Illegal aliens living in the U.S. will exceed 15% of the total population.

Approximately one-third of the United States workforce will be illegal aliens.

Democrats are Hemorrhaging Voters as They Double Down on Policies That Create Pain for Americans

Despite warnings from their ideological fellow travelers and defenders in the U.S media, the Biden administration refuses to turn away from the insanely destructive policies.  The working class of America are responding to the disconnect by rejecting Democrats.

More voters are recognizing the Biden policy agenda is specifically intended to harm Americans and tear down the core U.S. social, cultural and economic systems that led to prosperity for your nation. NBC looks at the scale of the divide that leftist policies have created. Non-urban voters are fleeing away from the democrat party creating a massive cleaving between rural and urban voters. WATCH:

Unfortunately, the installation of Joe Biden was intended for exactly this purpose.  Biden is considered a disposable tool by the people behind the administration.  Biden was specifically selected for his value as a pliable and disposable political figurehead, put in place for one term of massive intentional harm without concern for political consequence.  It is a feature, not a flaw.

Abbott Sends Illegal Migrants to DC

Governor Greg Abbott of Texas has sent at least 10 buses of migrants to the nation’s capital. Abbott has long criticized President Biden for failing to secure the border. “By busing migrants to Washington, D.C., the Biden Administration will be able to more immediately meet the needs of the people they are allowing to cross our border,” Abbott said. “Texas should not have to bear the burden of the Biden Administration’s failure to secure our border.”

A growing number of Republican lawmakers are urging Abbott to declare an “invasion” of Texas as border security and law enforcement simply cannot manage the inflow of illegal aliens. Texas could declare an invasion by invoking Article IV, Section 4, and Article I, Section 10, of the Constitution. National troops and Department of Public Safety officers would be sent to immediately secure the US border.

Since the Biden Administration is openly allowing migrants to cross the border, declining to provide bordering states with assistance, other heads of state such as Governor Doug Ducey of Arizona and DeSantis of Florida have threatened to declare invasions as well. Both Abbott and Governor DeSantis have threatened to send migrants back to Biden’s home state of Delaware. No one knows how to handle the large influx of undocumented people.

Abbott worries federal prosecutors will hunt down state law enforcement if an invasion is formally declared. Additionally, many already have some form of documentation to enter America. “These are people who already have papers to roam freely into the United States,” Abbott said. “As soon as we drop them off across the border, they would just come right back across the border. And so all we would be doing is creating a revolving door.” Biden’s desperate attempt to gain Democratic votes by allowing illegal immigrants into the country is creating a crisis.

Elon Musk destroyed Bill Gates over the weekend after texts between the two were leaked to the press. This may be the first time someone has put Bill Gates in his place and publicly shamed him for his hypocrisy. Per usual, Gates had his hand out looking to “discuss philanthropy possibilities” with a fellow billionaire. “Cool.” Musk replied. “Do you still have a half billion dollar short position against Tesla?”

Gates said he simply forgot to close his position out, and then mentioned “philanthropy possibilities” again. Musk told him to kick rocks. “Sorry, but I cannot take your philanthropy on climate change seriously when you have a massive, short position against Tesla, the company doing the most to solve climate change.”

Doubling down on his anger toward Gates for a multitude of reasons, Musk began tweeting comedic representations of untouchable Bill. An unapologetic Musk compared an image of the Microsoft founder with the new Apple emoji of a pregnant man. The insult was a subtle nod to the insanity of woke culture that Gates is supporting through funding. From the vaccines to unexplainable meetings with Jeffrey Epstein followed by an immediate divorce, Bill Gates is rapidly losing his good-guy image.

ANSWER: Schwab’s Great Reset is the ATTEMPT to create a one-world government. Nonetheless, this will fail. These idiots actually thought that they could force regime change in both Russia and China and then they would open their arms and embrace this one-world government dream of Schwab.

The reality is that capital investing internationally is now at risk from both illegal assets seizures as the West has done to people who are just Russian as well as currency fluctuations due to geopolitical posturing. What the West has done to Russians has crossed the line. Now any other country that simply disagrees with a country can point to this precedent and seize all the assets of private citizens. On top of that, SWIFT abandoned its integrity and has shown the world it is simply a political tool. This has set China in full steam ahead mode to replace SWIFT thereby ENDING the Globalization of the world financial markets.

QUESTION: Marty, your forecast for the collapse of the British pound is looking more and more on target. I cannot believe that Johnson has sent special forces into Ukraine and even threatened to use nuclear weapons against Russia as a rogue state outside of NATO. Putin’s response that London will be the first to go in a nuclear war is actually understandable since Johnson has committed British special forces to war in Ukraine. What’s the timing on the fate of the UK?

ANSWER: Nothing indicates that London will be nuked in the near term. Johnson has totally lost his mind. Russia would now be completely justified in assuming Britain has just declared war on Russia and as such seize all British assets in Russia. The failure of the FTSE to exceed the 2018 high warns that the decline is in motion but the low may not be until 2032. There is clearly a rise in volatility and a Directional Change next year. As far as the pound is concerned, this year was a Directional change and it has broken last year’s low. A break of the par level opens the dollar to a collapse down to the mid 80 cent level. This most likely reflects the prospect of a European war.

as the disaster in Europe is unfolding I would like to ask what Socrates is predicting for Switzerland and the Swiss Franc.
Could Switzerland be a place to hide? And could the Swiss Franc serve as a hedge against the fall of the Euro?

ANSWER: Here is a chart of the Swiss franc long-term. The dollar is pushing higher and it will rise to test the 12300 level. Exceed that area will also war which is confirming we are looking at a European war. The Swiss will NOT be the hedge it once was. The New York Times just reported: “Switzerland, a favorite destination for Russian oligarchs and their money, announced on Monday that it would freeze Russian financial assets in the country, setting aside a deeply rooted tradition of neutrality to join the European Union and a growing number of nations seeking to penalize Russia for the invasion of Ukraine.”

It is just amazing to me that no matter what country we look at, we have the absolute most braindead leaders ever to claim office in human history. I know people hate the dollar, but we will see the dollar RISE initially in this confrontation. Eventually, the collapse in world currencies and the rise in the dollar will be the catalyst to seize all capital and force it into a digital currency.

When we look at the currencies around the globe, they are all confirming that war lies on the horizon. I hate this forecast, but this is not my personal opinion. This is when we need Will Smith to bitch-slap all the leaders. Honestly, there is not a single one who is competent. They are all just carrying out the advice of those behind the curtain who simply want war.

Have you by chance retrospectively looked back at all the currency changes that have been made concerning the acceptance of other currencies in place of the dollar from the ECM turning point? All the deals that have been cut……

If I am not mistaken there are quite a few significant changes that have been made in the past month+ to circumvent the dollar’s hegemony in global trade….and If my memory serves, there was a BIG event that day or 1 day before or after that started the ball rolling

ANSWER: There was a major shift in the trend for the dollar despite the fact that people thought it would crash based on shifts in trade to the Yuan. When we look at most, we see this shift in trend took place the week of the ECM turning point of March 14th. The Euro bounced and that was the highest weekly closing because it turned back down.

When we turn to the Yuan, despite the rhetoric, the dollar has risen even with the deals surrounding the yuan being priced in oil and some central banks adding it to their reserves. One would expect the dollar to decline, not rally. However, the markets are showing something else ios at foot.

Now if you really want your mind twisted, here is the chart of the Russian Ruble. The week of March 14th saw a reversal in trend, but it was not the crash of the Ruble, but the dollar.

All the markets we look at are lining up for what appears to be a war on the horizon. Look at gold. Here too we see the week of March 14th marked the shift in trend to the downside.

The markets are defying those who keep preaching the dollars down. It seems no matter what they say, they just end up being wrong again. The only possible way to see the trend is through the global eyes of Socrates without personal biases and assumed economic relationships.

Rhode Island Lawmakers Propose Doubling Taxes for Parents of Unvaccinated Children

Democrats in Rhode Island have prepared legislation that could double taxes for parents of unvaccinated children. Senator Sam Bell, who is championing the bill, claims that there is a need for a universal mandate. Under the proposed law, unvaccinated residents would face a $50 monthly fine for noncompliance. Employers would also be required to mandate vaccines for all employees or face a $5,000 fine per violation. The biggest burden – “Any person who violates this chapter shall be required to pay a monthly civil penalty of fifty dollars ($50.00) and shall owe TWICE THE AMOUNT OF PERSONAL INCOME TAXES.”

To receive an exemption for a minor, three separate doctors must confirm that the child is “not fit for immunization.” Then the state would need to investigate each claim and determine whether or not the parents should be financially ruined. So even if three different doctors say that a child should not be vaccinated, the state may override them.

Biden lost his bid to implement a federal vaccine for employers last year, but the battle is not over. State lawmakers still have the capabilities to force compliance through any means possible. Bell wants to make the state of Rhode Island unlivable for the unvaccinated. While this is unlikely to pass, the fact that they are still attempting to force vaccinations in April 2022 shows that the war on medical freedom has not ceased.
