Zelensky Pleading for World War III

I have warned from the start, Ukraine CANNOT be trusted and Zelensky is the man who would start World War III. Everything you worked for your entire life will be forfeited because of this actor. Look at the way he dresses. He is pretending to be poor and at war as if he was a soldier. I CANNOT stress enough, the sheer unbridled hatred of Ukrainian toward Russians is off the chart. They will massacre the Russians that have lived in the Donbas for centuries. That region should have been separated and those people have a fundamental human right to determine to live free of the hatred from Kyiv.

Those who listen to the propaganda that this is all Putin are surrendering not just their own future but their children and grandchildren. No matter what I write, I cannot stop our total collapse into war. It is NEVER the people who wage war, it is always those in power. In this war, they need to cover up the collapse in the monetary system. But they are wrong. They think they can destroy Russia and there will be no nuclear war.

The US just agreed to a military partnership with Israel for we are looking a the Middle East erupting into war. I cannot believe how DUMP our leaders really are. If the shoe was on the other foot, I would launch the missiles from North Korea against the South and Japan, China takes Taiwan, Iran kicks ass in the Middle East, and Russia nukes Kyiv and Warsaw. Both Hitler and Napoleon lost because you CANNOT wage a war on multiple fronts. The US thinks it can use the bodies of other nations and just supply the arms. If I wanted to take down the United States and Europe grinding them into the dirt, you wage war on four fronts simultaneously. Neither Europe nor the United States has the boots on the ground to defend against such an onslaught.

It was the sheer hatred of that region that started World War I. There is no resolution. Ukraine will fight for its total annihilation. Take out Kyiv and then ask, is this what Europe wants and the United States? One Russian nuclear sub can surface offshore and fire 60 warheads. One 200-megaton set off in the Irish Sea will wipe out all of Britain.

Back in 2014, I wrote: ” Divide Ukraine along the historical language faultline and call it a day.” The borders claimed by Ukraine were merely drawn by Kruchev for administrative purposes. Then everyone was Russia. Ukraine was never a country and that is why it embraced ethnic cleansing and the German Nazi Movement. But today, they are not to be trusted with anything. The military support should END. After all, it was the USA that began the civil war using the interim government in 2014 instructing them to immediately send troops to wage war on the Donbas. The Ukrainian people wanted peace and that is what Zelensky promised. No elected government in Ukraine began this war. It was all at the direction of NATO and the USA. That is why Markel played Putin as a fool to just buy time for Ukraine to build its army.

This is a situation that will NEVER be resolved without dividing the country along ethnic lines. The Middle East is no different between Sunni and Shite. There will never be a resolution. Christianity had its Protestant Revolution and there is no way all of Christians will return to the Pope. The same division exists in Ukraine as well as the Middle East. – Accept it and move on.

United Nations Preparing for their One World Government

The resolution “Towards a New International Economic Order,” reaffirmed the United Nation’s need for power to continue working towards a new international economic order based on the principles of equity, sovereign equality, interdependence, common interest, cooperation, and solidarity among all States. It passed from 123 to 50.

Back during the 1970s, in the aftermath of the oil crisis of 1973, developing countries used the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) for political purposes. The UNCTAD had been set up in 1964 as a counter to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) which in itself was the forerunner of the World Trade Organization, WTO. They were demanding grand changes in the management of the global economic system. Their demands were embodied in the Declaration for the Establishment of a New International Economic Order (NIEO), which had been adopted by the United Nations General Assembly back in May of 1974.

It’s stunning today to read the NIEO demands from 1974 since they are almost exactly the same as what the UNCTAD and previous Director General of the WTO (2002-2005), are currently calling for. Today, they are still calling for the suppression of volatile commodity markets as they did back in 1974. They seek preferential trade access to rich country markets, intervention in foreign exchange rates, controlling cross-border capital flows which capital fears a government needs to leave, continue aid to underdeveloped nations, and let us not forget favorable debt rescheduling (defaults). On top of this, they want the United Nation to be in charge of regulating multinational corporations to ensure that they comply with national laws and foster the technology transfers that they want.

All this represents is a drastic turn to a world of authoritarianism as they do what Karl Marx tried and failed – ELIMINATE the Business Cycle. Our ECM Model on the United Nations’ next turning point comes up to March 18/19th, 2023. This is leading into the chaos between January and May of 2023, which is also 31.4 years from the fall of the USSR.

Europe and Asia Complain the U.S. Inflation Reduction Act Doesn’t Help Their Economy Enough, Biden Working on Solution

One might think the U.S. Inflation Reduction Act would be constructed in such a manner as to help Americans by reducing inflation. However, not only does the Inflation Reduction Act not help reduce inflation, but the climate change bill carrying the name The Inflation Reduction Act is now the cause for complaints by Europe and Asia because the falsely named spending bill doesn’t help their economy.

The issue stems from the part of the climate change bill that provides a $7,5000 federal tax credit for electric vehicles. As the bill was written the vehicles needed to be assembled in the USA with battery components mostly sourced from the U.S.A. Europe and Asian automakers are not happy because they want their vehicles, made in Europe and Asia to benefit from the tax credit.

Of course, the first thing Joe Biden does is tell Europe and Asia he will modify the rules to permit vehicles made outside the USA to benefit. The exact opposite of the intended construct of the bill in the first place.

But,… that’s multinational corporate globalism in action.

WASHINGTON—The Biden administration on Monday delayed proposing detailed rules for new tax incentives for electric vehicles, following strong pushback from European and Asian allies that the subsidy program discriminated against their companies.

The Treasury Department said details on the battery-sourcing requirements that electric vehicles must meet to qualify for up to $7,500 in tax credit will be released in March, instead of by the end of this year as earlier planned.

The department said, however, it will release “information on the anticipated direction” of the battery requirements before year-end to help manufacturers prepare to identify vehicles eligible for the tax credit. It didn’t specify what information would be made available then.

The EV tax incentives, part of the Inflation Reduction Act that President Biden signed into law in August, are designed to accelerate a transition to cleaner vehicles. But it also includes complex requirements aimed at boosting domestic production of electric vehicles and batteries, setting off complaints from European and Asian governments as well as auto makers.

To qualify for the full $7,500 in tax credit, vehicles must go through their final assembly in North America, a requirement that disqualifies many electric vehicles from non-U.S. car makers since they are typically assembled overseas.

The new rules also require EVs to have at least 40% of their critical minerals for batteries sourced in the U.S. or countries that have free-trade agreements with the U.S., starting in 2023. That threshold is set to rise to 80% by 2026.

At least 50% of the components in the batteries must be manufactured or assembled in North America by 2024, with that percentage rising gradually to 100% by 2028.

A Treasury official said the department needed more time as it works through the complexities of crafting the technical rules.

Following a meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron in early December, President Biden said the U.S. could offer what he called tweaks to the program to make it easier for European countries to participate.

The Treasury Department said the details on battery requirements will come as part of a notice of proposed rule making in March and noted that the new requirements will take effect only after the proposed rule is issued. (read more)

Campaign Team Behind Ron DeSantis Organize Political Stunt via State Grand Jury to Exploit Vaccine Controversy for 2024 “Win With Ron” Platform

The political branding and campaign team behind Florida Governor Ron DeSantis have structured a “Win with Ron 2024” strategy constructed around the politicization of the COVID-19 vaccine. Yesterday, the team launched the effort through the governor’s office [Details Here].

The polarizing federal vaccine and mask mandates continue to create an opportunity for exploitation by political interests. The WWR ’24 team see the opportunity within the republican base for Ron DeSantis to create a 2024 lane by presenting himself in alignment with medical autonomy in a similar vein that a candidate might create with strong support for the second amendment.

To accomplish this brand strategy, the people around DeSantis need to pretend the Florida Governor did not advocate for lockdowns and vaccines in 2020 and 2021; even going so far as to threaten the liquor licenses for non-compliant bars and restaurants. Through a series of continuous and carefully organized drumbeats surrounding the later held position on medical freedom and autonomy, the WWR24 team attempt to rewrite history in advance of his 2024 GOP nomination announcement.

The branding and image strategy for Ron DeSantis has been carefully mapped since early 2022 and includes the coy game of pretending to be above the national political fray while simultaneously dropping into national political issues at carefully constructed moments.

COVID-19 has been poll-tested amid the base of the republican party and positions have been established based on surveyed responses. That’s the background for a rollout that took place yesterday in Florida complete with the creation of a Florida Public Health Integrity Committee. The Florida governor grabs headlines by asking for a state grand jury to “hold the federal government and Big Pharma accountable.”

The ‘medical freedom‘ rollout yesterday included a simultaneously timed 2024 election primary poll showing DeSantis with the highest favorability rating.

As noted within the announcement, “Governor DeSantis has filed a petition to impanel a statewide grand jury to investigate crimes and wrongs in Florida related to the COVID-19 vaccines and further recommend enforcement methods.” Notably absent from the announcement was his own culpability promoting the same programs he now rails against. This hypocrisy is the calling card of political engineering.

Steve Bannon began to weave some of this together earlier today, while being careful not to offend the ~~Cruzbots~~ DeSantis-bots, Harmeet Dhillon sycophants. You can watch Bannon carefully narrate this dynamic in the video below.

However, I have pledged not to participate in the insufferable pretending – so I am being more direct.

In addition to the organized, televised and highly publicized DeSantis panel PR rollout, which I will note was not needed unless the goal was to enhance public visibility for the enterprise – a staged performance, the team managing DeSantis had a prescheduled follow-up with the assist from Rupert Murdoch, Fox News and Laura Ingraham. {Direct Rumble Link} WATCH:

Previously Rupert Murdoch offered the WWR24 team to support their efforts throughout all his media companies including Fox News, Fox Business, New York Post, and the Wall Street Journal.

In addition, the billionaire who considers himself kingmaker for the GOP has given DeSantis an unknown number of millions for his book contract with Murdoch owned Harper Collins publishing house.

Fed Announces 0.5% Interest Rate Hike as Cycle of Inflation Shows Plateau

As we have often discussed on these pages, inflation would ultimately moderate and plateau not because prices were dropping but rather because of the calendar cycle.

As the economy cycles through a year of large price increases, the current inflation rate cycles through to the period when prices first increased. This calendar cycle means continued price increases are lower as a percentage and thus the inflation rate appears to modify despite prices continuing to rise. [BLS Report]

This scenario, prices remaining high and continuing to climb – yet lower as a percentage, now provides the justification for the federal reserve to state inflation is moderating.

(Via NBC) – Amid signs that price growth in the U.S. economy is rapidly cooling, the Federal Reserve announced Wednesday it was slowing the pace of its rate-hiking program designed to tackle inflation — but that more hikes were still on the table.

The Federal Open Market Committee said it was increasing its key federal funds rate by 0.5%, after announcing four-straight 0.75% hikes at its most recent meetings. In its Wednesday statement, the Fed said it continues to target an inflation rate of 2% over the long term and would continue to increase the federal funds rate to do so.

“Inflation remains elevated, reflecting supply and demand imbalances related to the pandemic, higher food and energy prices, and broader price pressures,” the committee said.

But bringing down inflation is likely to come at the cost of higher unemployment in the short term: The Fed said it now projects the 2023 unemployment rate to average 4.6%, equating to hundreds of thousands of more jobless workers compared with the current rate of 3.7%.

The Labor Department on Tuesday reported that annual inflation clocked in at 7.1% in November — the lowest reading in more than a year. While it is still high compared to the 2% level at which the Federal Reserve typically seeks to hold down inflation, the most recent number signals that the galloping price growth earlier this year is fading. Prices will never drop because the supply side pressure from a new energy policy remains as the driving factor.

Demand has dropped throughout 2022 as the U.S. economy, gauged in units of product sold, has contracted. Consumers are not buying non-essential goods or services as the costs of housing, fuel, heating, electricity, overall energy and food prices continue rising.

Despite the economic contraction that is lowering energy use, rapidly increasing energy costs continue to be the driving force of inflation.

This period of depressed economic activity will continue as unemployment begins to become problematic. As a nation we will remain in this economic malaise as long as Green New Deal, Build Back Better, energy policy is maintained.

On the positive side the economic shrinking is reversable with new energy policy; however, the opportunity to make that change is several years away. In the interim, the cost of living will remain the biggest challenge for the foreseeable future, and the inbound open-border migration will keep wages depressed.

Under the economic program of Joe Biden wages must be depressed in order to avoid production inflation (higher labor costs) from piling atop the energy policy inflation. Thus, the border influx will continue.

The gap between the haves and have nots is also going to explode in the next five years.

Poland to be Next Country to be Sacrificed

Poland is creating the most powerful Army in Europe at the prodding of the Biden Administration. It will now surpass even Germany as well as Turkey. They are building a major force with the potential to invade Russia on a conventional level. They call this the “Plan for the Defence of the Fatherland.” They have been instructed by the Biden Administration to increase their army from 110,000 soldiers to 250,000 professional soldiers.

Jaroslaw Kaczynski, right, leader of Poland’s ruling PiS party, and Defence Minister Mariusz Blaszczak made the announcement. Kaczynski justified this “radical strengthening of the armed forces” with a worsened security situation as a result of Russia’s “imperial ambitions” and the “hybrid attacks” by Belarus. War is made by leaders, not the common people of any country. Putin has NEVER displayed any “imperial ambitions” and those days are long gone. Nobody wants to occupy Europe any more than they want to occupy the United States.

This is all needed because the monetary system is collapsing and we have reached the end of the road of fiscal mismanagement of borrowing every year, running deficits under socialism to bribe voters. Politicians no longer even know how to run for office without such promises. But they are reaching the capacity to sell their debt. As interest rates rise, nobody wants long-term debt. The only way to escape this debt crisis is to create war. That will be the excuse to default on all the debt and start all over again, hopefully with a reduced population. So the Polish are to be the next culture to be sacrificed at the altar of sovereign debt.

COMMENT: Mr. Armstrong, I just want to congratulate you on creating Socrates. I am a real estate aficionado and Socrates has beaten the Case-Shiller Index which peaked in June of 2022 and even the Redfin Index which peaked in May 2022. Socrates peaked at a high in December 2021 ahead of everyone. Your model has shown a 34% drop into October where everyone is saying a 20% drop by the end of next year is likely. I just wanted to write because you and Socrates have beaten everyone in the real estate forecasting business and you do not even make that a big deal. Socrates is amazing.

I just wanted to share that because you do not even bother pounding your chest about real estate.

REPLY: Socrates is forecasting so many aspects of the world economy I do not have the time to pound my chest and if I did, I would probably end up in the hospital for it gets so many things right. It covers a fair sampling of real estate around the world and I do know we have many major real estate companies tuning in. Thank you for your comment. Governments Are Headed into Major Catastrophe

I pointed out at the WEC that all my efforts to try to defeat my own model have failed mainly because in our Republics, which are not Democracies, no politicians care about the future – only the next election, Whenever I would be in meetings and warn that we cannot keep borrowing indefinitely with no intention of paying anything off, the response was always twofold (1) they won’t be there in 20 years, it will be someone else’s problem, and (2) we are the government so we are the exception.

The Crisis in the London debt market was profound. The institutions no longer wanted the long-term debt for (1) interest rates were rising, and (2) pouring money into Ukraine for a proxy war with Russia always undermines the currency and leads to inflation. With the expectation of rising interest rates, whatever you buy in the long-term today is worth less tomorrow. It is like trying to buy stocks in the middle of a crash. Of course, those in government are indeed ignorant of how the economy functions in addition to science.

We lack expertise in government and the very structure of our governments being Republics dominated by Socialism, means that politicians are always only interested in the next election and constantly run for election with promises of free giveaways like they use to do 30 years ago – open a new bank account and get a free toaster.

There is simply no possible way to prevent the collapse of our Republican forms of government. But since the media promotes always one-sided leftist fake news, they will be leading us down the path of authoritarianism for the cancel culture is all about silencing any opposition. As Sagan points out, without skepticism we are doomed. What we must start planning for is the reconstruction of a new form of government post-2032 when this one collapses like Communism from its own corruption and weight. No revolution will be even needed.
