As anticipated Judge Sullivan’s court appointed amicus, John Gleeson, a special directive prosecutor appointed by the court, files his brief today [pdf here] arguing the DOJ is attempting to corrupt the court by filing an unopposed motion to dismiss.
The amicus filing itself is based on the severe anti-Flynn sentiment carried by the Lawfare community and their allies in the DC network. Accordingly, Gleeson having presented himself as a member of this resistance effort, pontificates shallow conspiracy theories about the DOJ bending to political pressure in their decision to drop the case.
As defense attorney Sidney Powell previously shared: …”The defense and the government have agreed we will file no further briefs at all after amicus files whatever diatribe he plans to file. The only document that matters is the government’s motion to dismiss, which stands on its own and must be granted under ALL precedent. Everything amicus files is improper and should even be stricken–were the law being followed.”
It is unknown what Judge Sullivan plans to do with this amicus brief; however, the scheduled hearing for oral argument before the court is September 29th.

Nineteen years ago, on this day, at this very hour, on this field, 40 brave men and women triumphed over terror and gave their lives in defense of our nation. Their names and their stories are forever inscribed on the eternal roll call of American heroes.
Today, we pay tribute to their sacrifice, and we mourn deeply for the nearly 3,000 precious and beautiful souls who were taken from us on September 11th, 2001.
To the family members of Flight 93: Today, every heartbeat in America is wedded to yours. Your pain and anguish is the shared grief of our whole nation. The memory of your treasured loved ones will inspire America for all time to come.
The heroes of Flight 93 are an everlasting reminder that no matter the danger, no matter the threat, no matter the odds, America will always rise up, stand tall, and fight back.
To every 9/11 member all across this nation: The First Lady and I come to this hallowed ground deeply aware that we cannot fill the void in your heart or erase the terrible sorrow of this day. The agony renewed, the nightmare relived, the wounds reopened, the last treasured words played over and over again in your minds.
But while we cannot erase your pain, we can help to shoulder your burden. We promise that unwavering love that you so want and need, support, devotion — and the very special devotion — of all Americans.
On that September morning, when America was under attack, the battle turned in the skies above this field. Soon after taking off from Newark, New Jersey, radical Islamic terrorists seized control of United 93. Other hijacked planes struck the North Tower of the World Trade Center, and then the South Tower, and then the Pentagon.
The terrorists on Flight 93 had a fourth target in mind. It was called: our nation’s capital. They were just 20 minutes away from reaching their sinister objective. The only thing that stood between the enemy and a deadly strike at the heart of American democracy was the courage and resolve of 40 men and women — the amazing passengers and crew of Flight 93.
Donald and Jean Peterson were grandparents traveling to vacation in California. Deora Bodley was a student headed back to college. Richard Guadagno was returning from celebrating his grandmother’s 100th birthday. Lauren Catuzzi Grandcolas was three months pregnant with her first child. Every passenger and crewmember on the plane had a life filled with love and joy, friends and family, radiant hopes and limitless dreams.
When the plane was hijacked, they called their families and learned that America was also under attack. Then they faced the most fateful moment of their lives.
Through the heartache and the tears, they prayed to God, they placed their last calls home, they whispered the immortal words, “I love you.” Today, those words ring out across these sacred grounds, and they shine down on us from Heaven above.
When terrorists raced to destroy the seat of our democracy, the 40 of Flight 93 did the most American of things: They took a vote, and then they acted. Together, they charged the cockpit, they confronted the pure evil, and in their last act on this Earth, they saved our capital.
In this Pennsylvania field, the 40 intrepid souls of Flight 93 died as true heroes. Their momentous deeds will outlive us all.
In the days and weeks after 9/11, citizens of all faiths, backgrounds, colors, and creeds came together, prayed together, mourned together, and rebuilt together.
The song “God Bless America” became a rallying cry for the nation. We were united by our conviction that America was the world’s most exceptional country, blessed with the most incredible heroes, and that this was a land worth defending with our very last breath. It was a unity based on love for our families, care for our neighbors, loyalty to our fellow citizens, pride in our great flag, gratitude for our police and first responders, faith in God, and a refusal to bend our will to the depraved forces of violence, intimidation, oppression, and evil.
In New York, Arlington, and Shanksville, people raced into the suffocating smoke and rubble. At Ground Zero, the world witnessed the miracle of American courage and sacrifice. As ash rained down, police officers, first responders, and firefighters ran into the fires of hell.
On that day, more than 400 first responders gave their lives, including 23 New York City police officers, 37 Port Authority workers, and 343 New York City firefighters. Today, we honor their extraordinary sacrifice and every first responder who keeps America safe.
With us today is David DeMato, a retired Chicago police officer and a current officer of the Navy Reserves. On 9/11, he drove from Chicago to Ground Zero. As David says, “While the sights and smells of working at Ground Zero will forever be etched in my mind, what is more profound is the way this country came together afterwards. The police officers and firemen were revered as the heroes they truly are; the military was appreciated in a manner not seen in decades; and common people found new meaning in values like friendship, kindness, and selflessness.”
Thank you, David. Such beautiful words. And thank you to every member of law enforcement who risks their lives to ensure our safety and uphold our peace.
This morning, we also remember the 183 people who were killed in the attack on the Pentagon and the remarkable service members who crawled straight through the raging blaze to rescue their comrades.
We express our undying loyalty to the nearly 6 million young men and women who have enlisted in the United States armed forces since September 11th, 2001.
More than 7,000 military heroes have laid down their lives since 9/11 to preserve our freedom. No words can express the summit of their glory or the infinite depth of our gratitude. But we will strive every single day to repay our immeasurable debt and prove worthy of their supreme sacrifice.
America will never relent in pursuing terrorists that threaten our people. Less than one year ago, American warriors took out the savage killer and leader of ISIS, Al-Baghdadi. Soon after, our warriors ended the brutal reign of the Iranian butcher who murdered thousands of American service members. The world’s top terrorist, Qasem Soleimani, is dead.
Here in Shanksville, this community locked arms and hearts in the wake of tragedy. With us today is Chuck Wagner, a heavy equipment operator who lives just a few miles away. Very soon after the attack, Chuck helped search for the black box. He was so changed by what he experienced that he joined with several members of his church to become what they call “Ambassadors” for the 40 men and women on Flight 93.
Chuck and his neighbors learned about each person, cared for their families, and each day, rain or shine, they took shifts standing vigil over their final resting place.
Long before this place was a national memorial, back when it was marked by a simple wooden cross, Chuck and his fellow Ambassadors were always here waiting to tell visitors about those we lost. Nineteen years later, Chuck says his life is devoted to three things: his family, his church, and preserving the memory of the men and women of Flight 93.
To Chuck, his wife Jayne — (applause) — thank you very much. Thank you very much. To Chuck and his wife Jayne, thank you so much for being here. And to the over 40 Ambassadors with us today, please stand and receive America’s thanks. And this is a very deep thanks. Please. (Applause.) Thank you very much.
Also with us is Marine veteran Jason Thomas, from Long Island. On September 11th, Jason had just retired from the Marines. But he immediately put back on his uniform and raced into the nightmare of ash and debris. At Ground Zero, he found a fellow Marine, Dave Karnes. Together, they began to call out: “United States Marines! United States Marines! If you can hear us, yell, tap. Do whatever you can do. We’re the United States Marines.” Soon they heard a shout for help. Two police officers were trapped beneath 20 feet of rubble. Jason and Dave dug for hours on end knowing that, at any moment, the wreckage could come down on them, crushing them alive. At one point, someone told Jason to stop. Jason replied, “I’m a Marine. I don’t go back. I go forward.”
That day, Jason helped save the lives of those two officers. For years, Jason said nothing about what he did on 9/11. He did not even tell his five children. But when he saw the rescue recounted on TV, he decided to meet those officers. One of them gave him a gift: a steel cross made from a beam that Jason helped lift to free them from the hell on Earth.
As Jason said about the cross, “It means a lot. It’s a symbol of what we are as Americans. Because that day, we all came together and stood as a nation, as Americans. It didn’t matter what race you were, what religion you were. It didn’t matter. We all came together to help one another. I’d die for this country. I’d die for this country.”
Jason, thank you very much for bearing witness to the character of our nation. Jason, thank you very much. (Applause.) Thank you very much. Thank you, Jason.
The men and women of Flight 93 were mothers and fathers, sons and daughters, husbands and wives. Nothing could have prepared them for the dreadful events of that morning. But when the moment came, when history called, they did not hesitate, they did not waver. Forty towering patriots rose up, took charge, made their stand, turned the tide, and changed the course of history forever.

September 11, 2001, is a date that will forever be known simply as 9-11. As we reflect on the day we think of those we lost in New York, Pennsylvania and Washington DC; and we remember the courage and bravery of the heroic first responders. We will never forget.
Color revolution is a known tactical CIA operation that uses a seemingly spontaneous act as the precipitating event to destabilize a country and effect regime change. Color revolution is what is happening in America, and its front line soldiers are Antifa and Black Lives Matter (BLM).

A 50-day #WhiteHouseSiege in Lafayette Square, Washington, DC is scheduled to begin on Thursday, September 17th, for the main purpose of ramping up the visual anarchy and unrest in our Nation’s Capital, for all the world to witness, as the 2020 presidential election grows closer. But, ostensibly, it is more about getting people used to the concept that President Trump plans to ‘steal’ the election, which is a well-known Alinsky tactic of ‘accusing the other side of what you are, in fact, doing’.
Pursuant to Orwell’s ‘1984’ they apply the ‘Ministry of Truth’ to rewrite historical records to conform to the state’s ever-changing version of what is true and what is not—broadcasted 24/7 to an ignorant populous by a complicit, propaganda-driven-media. It becomes nearly impossible for righteous men to argue against their pompous-high-ground-truisms such as, “We would rather be morally correct than factually correct.”
One thing that is ‘factually correct’ is that more of us are coming to realize Covid-19 is a media-hyped pandemic created solely for political purposes. The coronavirus is a scam—a swindle. It is high time we come to understand that we are in the midst of a global crime of horrific proportions. According to the New World Order planners, stated in a Rockefeller Foundation report, a global pandemic must result in increased controls, where people will gladly surrender their freedoms in order to feel safe.
The Democrats used Covid-19 as a double-edged sword by first taking a sledge hammer to Trump’s MAGA economy, and then used the quarantines, face masks, and social distancing to generate enough pent-up anger amongst the people, after being locked down for three-four months, to easily justify the next phase of their assault. And so, waiting in the wings for the scripted-director’s-call to center stage, came Black Lives Matter and Antifa to create the crucial violence in the streets, where their lawless anarchy was purposely staged to divide and separate the races, identifying all whites as racist, as stipulated in the 1619 project.

And so, with the Democrat’s planned insurrection and treason running in the background, we work our way cautiously toward the November 3rd presidential election, where massive chaos and mayhem will rule the day. And, on that day, there are many who believe President Donald Trump will easily be reelected in a landslide, in what some are referring to as a ‘Red Mirage’. And, therefore, under normal circumstances, President Trump would, on that very night, claim victory.
But, because this Election Night will be anything but under-normal-circumstances, we come to the aforementioned, But Then…
Firstly, the Democrats, the Never-Trump-Republicans, along with all of Washington’s bureaucratic-Obama-loyalists, find themselves again in a most desperate position knowing that the polls with Joe Biden in the lead are fake and know that it will be a physical impossibility for Biden to win—legitimately that is… And, therefore, any and all, even deadly tactics, will be acceptably in-play to make Joe Biden their new president-elect.
Meanwhile, their slow-thinking-candidate, Joe Biden, who absentmindedly included in a recent speech the type written words, “End of Quote” from his teleprompter, has been told by his handlers, ‘You will not concede the election under any circumstances—got it Joe?’
80 million mail-in ballots have been sent out
Which brings us to the reason why all demonic democratic governors have demanded mail-in ballots, which have absolutely nothing to do with Covid-19 safety. No, mail-in ballots are being used in almost all democratic states for the sole purpose of controlling the outcome, aka: stealing, the presidential election. PERIOD!
Historically, a large percentage of Republicans will vote in person while, just like clockwork, an even larger percentage of fearful-Covid-minded-Democrats, will vote by mail-in ballots. In his Labor Day speech, President Trump said that nearly 80 million mail-in ballots have been sent out, making this the largest magnitude of mail-in ballots ever tried in any country before.
Although all states permit mail-in ballots to be received/date-stamped before Election Day, no ballot cast/received/date stamped after November 3rd can be considered constitutionally valid. Which also implies that counting harvested, or un-postmarked ballots, that arrive (un-date-stamped) or are suddenly found after Election Day, would also be unconstitutional.
The question becomes: At the typical polling place, there is a curtain or screen for the purpose of making each vote confidential or giving each the right to a secret ballot, but we lose that right of confidentially where another person opens our mail-in ballot with our name and will know for whom each of us voted, and then potentially posting our names and vote onto a list—which is wrong and should be entirely illegal.
But, even if all mail-in ballots were to be considered completely legit if received before Election Day, there are three swing states—Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania—where no mail-in vote can be counted until after the polls close on Election Day, which based on the potential volume, could take days/weeks to count and certify. A quick look at the mail-in ballot requests of just one of these states may give you even more indigestion.
Will this massive mail-in vote cheating scheme by the Democrats work?
In just the state of Pennsylvania, Democrats have so far requested over 900,000 mail-in ballots, while the Republicans have asked for only 350,000, giving the Dems a 39% advantage. It has been said that both political parties will cheat—the Democrats are just better at it. And, therefore, there will be an untold number of ways in which the better-at-it-Democrats plan to ‘count’ the mail-in vote of this entirely-eccentric-election.
And, as if by design, even after all the mail-in ballots are counted, half the country will not accept the results, leading to a contested election in order to fuel a massive coup attempt, already in play by the ongoing #White House Siege. The violence in the lead up to the election will only become more amplified. Attacks by the BLM on whites will escalate as they are continually encouraged by the likes of Pelosi, Harris, Obama, and others to strike out at anyone who resists them.
So, where does this leave us? In a civil war? No! Not even close. Will this massive mail-in vote cheating scheme by the Democrats work? Doubtfully! But, will President Trump accept their fraudulent results? No! Never! We must keep in mind that Donald J. Trump is a street-fighter and he will not go down or leave the office without using every legal option and power of the Presidency to prove their fraudulent counts/results.
Trump supporters, however, need to realize the danger, always mindful of situational awareness of their surroundings and be prepared to act accordingly. But, know this too will eventually pass.

Hi, yesterday it was reported that the monthly official testing for covid of 2500 randomly selected persons in all of Sweden (totally ca 10 million) showed exactly ZERO covid cases in August. During the peak of the outbreak in April such testing showed merely 0,9% and in May 0,3%. These figures are officially presented to be calculated as statistically safe and sound numbers, thus representing the broad picture of the true situation in the country. Local regional variances or outbreaks may occur, but it will not affect the broad picture statistically.
Additionally, there have been several official testing for anti-bodies of covid randomly within the country’s population. These tests have confirmed that about 1/6 to 1/5 of the population has indeed already anti-bodies of covid, which means in fact that the curiously enough mockered ”herd-immunity” theory works quite well in reality with the spread of this covid virus. This is the natural cycle of all viruses throughout history of mankind, starting long before Bill Gates promoted his investments into vaccines together with WHO, UN, most of the media and the power-grabbing political elite class (while sipping champagne in Davos with some few 007-Specterlike megalomania investors).
Sweden has almost no covid patients in intensive care any more. The intensive care departments for covid are even completely empty in many hospitals. Some main State regional university hospitals start to go back from emergency work mode to normal work mode. Low paid nurses are actually being laid off in significant numbers, after being applauded by the scared public on the balconies and from the windows at 8 pm every day since the middle of March. ”Thank you for the coffee” without being served coffee, as we would say in Sweden with indignation and displeasure.
The total number of deaths in the country this year is very normal, even a bit lower than normal.
The persons who died with (not necessarily because of) covid, including our sparky and strong great-grandmother at 95 rip, had a higher average age of 88 than the average life time in the country being 82 for men and 85 for women.
It must be noted in the light of the above facts, that Sweden never had any Lockdowns nor any mandatory Masks during this virus pandemic (by definition not yet near a real epidemic!).
Restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, hair salons, training facilities and schools etc have been open all the time during the covid scare. The restrictions were really only about crowding of max 50, now 500 but probably increasing further soon, and about the illogical distance learning only in high-schools and universities (exams and tests were funny enough allowed in crowded halls). Seemingly this was just to passify the curious and critical teenagers and young adults from gathering in high schools, universities as well as in and around the soccer stadiums.
Interestingly, we hade many aggressive journalists, especially from Germany and UK, on the Public Health Authority’s press conferences during April-June when Sweden refused Lockdowns and Masks in stark contrast to the US and EU locking down their citizens with police enforcing totalitarian curfews and masks on etc. Now the international media has vanished from these pressers and the aggressive and very insinuating questions about the need of Lockdowns and Masks in Sweden echoes in silience.
The case of Sweden, with 10 million citizens out of 8-9 million living in non-rural areas, has proven that Lockdowns and Mask have been a big scam from the beginning. Covid disappeared during summer without Lockdowns and Mask, as the flu seasonality does every summer. Now it will come to some flu again, maybe covid again because of the World locking down and avoiding herd immunity. But if not covid, so another virus like every year.
Covid in Sweden:
• No more total deaths this year than normal.
• No decrease of the average life time this year.
• Covid herd immunity of 20% with anti-bodies achieved during spring/summer.
• Empty intensive care units.
• No cases in August.
• No Lockdowns.
• No Masks.
Nevertheless, our economy (incl negative GDP growth, blocked imports/exports, broken consumer confidence, paused investments, jobless rates and new Gov debts etc) is also destroyed due to the reckless and coordinated fear-mongering. The lack of Lockdowns and Masks have not been a fact because the elite did not want to enforce such totalitarian restrictions, but they realized at the top rather quickly that Swedes would simply refuse and risk to apply the old ”sacred” tradition of so called ”civil disobedience” in thousands.

REPLY: I do not see these billionaire dropouts winning. People like Klaus Schwab have used their influence to lobby politicians to impose, by force, this Utopian Great Reset. This will only lead to civil unrest and blood in the streets. They will claim they are protecting us from ourselves, so we must surrender all of our freedoms for the sake of Democracy. They are seriously deranged people who sit around talking to each other and never with anyone in the real world, for we are the great unwashed and too stupid to understand what they alone can envision.

If the widespread fires were intentionally set, then one is forced to wonder why. Knowing that many ‘conspiracy theories’ are in fact real conspiracies, I can think of three reasons.
1. The UN Agendas which mandate concentrating people into big cities and out of the countryside continue to be carried out. Last year we saw the town of Paradise completely and quickly burned and there were many indications that it was not natural. Was a special beam used to start the fires?
2. The far left loonies in charge of California (such as Gavin Newsom and Nancy Pelosi) want the the federal government to send their state billions of dollars. Despite over-taxing its citizens, California is broke. Their politicians defied the law by allowing sanctuary cities, but they want the federal government to cover their costs. In other words, California’s Democrats are lawbreakers and treasonous, but they still want the dough. They can easily inflate the cost of the fire damage. Damage they may have caused themselves.
3. The fires were arranged to enhance an atmosphere of crisis, which in turn will be used to damage Trump’s reelection chances. Look for Gavin Newsom to blame it all on the president.
Or it could be the extreme environmentalism in California. Trees were not allowed to be logged and thinned. The buildup of ground detritus was not allowed to be cleared. That’s not a conspiracy theory, but it certainly can lead to rampant conflagration.
Regardless, Smokey Bear is not a happy camper in California and he will become more unhappy when they raise his taxes.
If Trump is to WIN the election, we “should” see a rally to 2022 which then should be a high. As mentioned by you there could be a assassination attempt on Trump, if so will they blame it on China and hence start of a hot war? If i recall correctly the war cycle is coming right up also, therefore this war cycle can be more than just a domestic civil unrest but a possible world war? Given that I am in Hong Kong any war between the US and China will very likely be close to China’s shore, not exactly the place one wants to be during the fight of the titans. Are any of your models showing where one can escape this madness? Thailand used to be high on the list, but the covid hoax has completely destroyed Thailand’s economy and giving rise to civil unrest is rising there also hence it doesn’t look like a good place to flee anymore.

ANSWER: Thailand destroyed its economy listening to the WHO and this COVID hoax. Out of 69 million people, the total number of cases was 3,447 with 3,286 recoveries, and only 58 deaths. What a difference it makes when you do not pay the hospitals more for COVID cases. The destruction of their economy is absurd. The rising civil unrest is to be expected. Thailand should never have listened to the Gates conspiracy.
That said, international war is not now. The rising civil unrest increases the tensions and then politicians point to external forces. That is how international war begins. We are over the old days of empire building and wars of conquest. Today, international war makes no sense. Nobody wants to occupy another’s land. This is a dangerous phase of simple raw retribution. Therefore, it is post-2022. The US share market can still decline into 2022 even with a Trump VICTORY depending on the year-end closings, because the civil unrest will rise. This is really a global coup to adopt Marxism once again. This is also one reason it will not fly in China or Russia — been there, done that.
COMMENT: Here in Palm Beach County Florida, I am beginning to see the sheeple waking up. Friends and neighbors who were in denial or ignorant are expressing their realizations about what they thought was evil is good and visa versa. The FBI spied on the inner circle of candidate Donald Trump’s campaign staff in 2016 and during the first 8 months of his administration. Even though Carter Page was the named target of the search warrant, 2-hop spying allowed the FBI to spy on all the people he contacted. John Spiropoulos explains how:

The Steele Dossier, an outcome of the Fusion contract, contained two purposes: (1) the cover-story and justification for the pre-existing surveillance operation (protect Obama); and (2) facilitate the FBI counterintelligence operation against the Trump campaign (assist Clinton).
An insurance policy would be needed. The Steele Dossier becomes the investigative virus the FBI wanted inside the system. To get the virus into official status, they used the FISA application as the delivery method and injected it into Carter Page.
The FBI already knew Carter Page; essentially Carter Page was irrelevant, what they needed was the FISA warrant and the Dossier in the system {Go Deep}. This also explains all of the issues with the FISA application “Woods File” being created ex post facto.
Senator Johnson’s FISA timeline, citing page 62 of the IG report, states categorically that FBI HQ ordered the New York Field Office to open a Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA) investigation of Carter Page on April 1, 2016, and that the NYFO did so on April 6, 2016.
Since Carter Page’s alleged Russian agent status (“an agent of a foreign government”) is the critical predicate for the original and three renewal FISA applications [core of the Crossfire Hurricane investigation], how can Crossfire Hurricane team maintain they did not open investigation until July 31, 2016?
Carter Page joined the Trump campaign March 21, 2016, eleven days before the order, and ten days after the Buryakov press release identified him to the Russians as the (undercover employee) UCE responsible for burning three of their SVR agents.
Not only is is incredibly unlikely that Page — who was still on the witness list for Buryakov’s prosecution until his sentencing on May 25, 2016 — was thought an appropriate subject for recruitment by the Russians, even after associating with the Trump campaign… but even if he was, the opening of the April 6, 2016, FARA investigation by the NYFO almost four months before Crossfire Hurricane “officially” opened meant the FBI’s investigation into a Trump campaign associate began long before they say it did.
Add to that reality the fact the FARA order likely came from FBI HQ via Bill Priestap, and there is no way the FBI could credibly believe a UCE they knew responsible for burning three SVR agents had been recruited by the same SVR due to his recent association with the Trump campaign. It was all smoke and mirrors.
The Obama intelligence community needed Fusion GPS to give them a plausible justification for already existing Trump surveillance and spy operations. Fusion-GPS gave them that justification and evidence for a FISA warrant with the Steele Dossier. The Dossier was used to create the FISA application. The Dossier was used as a replacement for a valid Woods File.
Ultimately that’s why the Steele Dossier was so important; without it, the FBI would not have a tool that Mueller needed to continue the investigation of President Trump.
In essence by renewing the FISA application, despite them knowing the underlying dossier was junk, the 2017 FBI was keeping the surveillance gateway open for Team Mueller to exploit later on.
