Rule 2.13 – Isolation and Quarantine Procedures

The Appellate Division of the Fourth Judicial Department reversed the Borrello, Lawler, Tague, Uniting NYS v. Hochul ruling. Senator George Borrello, Assemblyman Chris Tague, Assemblyman (now, Congressman) Michael Lawler and the citizens’ organization, Uniting NYS had initially sued New York Governor Kathy Hochul and the New York State Department of Health over Rule 2.13 “Isolation and Quarantine Procedures.” What does this mean? The state can now force ANYONE into quarantine for any reason as this is not limited to the coronavirus.

The government now has legal authority to remove residents from their homes and force them into quarantine camps. There is no age restriction. Children could be removed from their homes without parental consent. They do not need to warn citizens when they are coming or how long they must quarantine. You will be required to take any steps the state mandates, including taking medications against your will. There is no due process, no court hearing, and no rule of law as the government may now abduct citizens in the name of public health.

“This has been a ‘David v. Goliath’ fight from the beginning on many levels, so it is not surprising that the state, with its limitless resources, has effectuated a win this round. We will never stop fighting for New Yorkers against government overreach.  And so, we will be appealing this calamitous decision to the Court of Appeals, our state’s highest court, which is a court of constitutional integrity, and we are confident justice for New Yorkers,” Senator Borrello noted.

You may not even take a test to determine if you are sick — the state has full authority over you and your body. This is one of the most restrictive and oppressive pieces of legislation to pass in US history and nullifies our freedoms. There is one last chance to save New Yorkers – the Court of Appeals. If they can do this in New York, they can do it anywhere. We must raise awareness of what is actually going on before it is too late.

Class-Action Lawsuit Filed on Behalf of US Troops Discharged for Refusing Vaccine

Remember when the US government discharged 100,000 troops who refused to take the vaccine? They did so at a time when recruitment was at an all-time low and effectively prevented many from ever serving the country. Now, discharged troops are suing the Biden Administration for lost wages and benefits.

This has become a class-action lawsuit and anyone who was wrongfully terminated may join by clicking here. “This is the greatest reduction in force since the end of the Cold War and likely the greatest self-inflicted threat to national security and military readiness in our Nation’s history as we face the prospect of war with rival superpowers on multiple fronts around the world,” the case summary states. “Congress saw the damage that this was doing to our military and national security and ordered the military to rescind the mandate in January 2023. Unfortunately, Congress did not explicitly order the military to provide backpay and financial compensation for all the service members and veterans harmed by DoD COVID-19 mandates.”

The lawsuit acknowledges that the vaccine was “unlicensed” and “experimental.” Dale Saran, a retired Marine, and Andy Meyer and Brandon Johnson are joining forces to fight for our service men and women. Saran believes the backpay will cost the government billions. “They were basically [without] the benefit of any due process. No boards were held. They didn’t hold any administrative separation boards; they didn’t hold any hearings. They didn’t do any federal recognition boards; none of the administrative or judicial procedures were used. They just flat-out did it. And then…they got the Coast Guard to follow along, and they got a bunch of Coasties too,” Saran said. He also stated that the defense secretary’s original order only required military members to take licensed vaccinations.

Saran has represented troops who were forced to take the anthrax vaccine in the late 90s and early 2000s. “[H]ere we are, second go around again, 15 years in, and we’re right back at the mass vaccination of unlicensed vaccines like the government didn’t learn last time. So, nothing new under the sun,” he stated.

Yet now the US government is begging troops to return and fight their endless wars. The US Army had the audacity to send letters to former service members who they fired for refusing the poison, begging them to return. “[A]s a result of the rescission of all current COVID-19 vaccination requirements, former Soldiers who were involuntarily separated for refusal to receive the COVID-19 vaccination may request a correction of their military records from either or both the Army Discharge Review Board (ADRB) or the Army Board for Correction of Military Records (ABCMR),” the letter, which was sent a week after Veteran’s Day, noted. The Army has been reduced from 485,000 to 452,000 members, marking the smallest active duty Army since 1940. Only 23% of people aged 17 to 24 qualify to serve, and that is after the military reduced standards for recruitment.

Based on how the government treats our troops, I do not believe they will see any meaningful spike in recruitment. No one feels passionately about these foreign wars that do not aid America. The military will soon be composed of illegal migrants wishing to stay in the US.

The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has announced that it will begin screening travelers at airports for COVID and other viruses. Did you think the governments would actually let go of the power they usurped after COVID? The government turned a blind eye to the MILLIONS of illegals entering America from around the world. No one cared about what illnesses they brought with them. The program is intended to target Americans and international travelers who are here legally. Our freedom of movement is at risk for a variety of reasons, and this is merely another step toward the coming restrictions.

Not only does the government want to restrict our movement, but they also want our biological data. The Traveler-based Genomic Surveillance program collects nasal swab samples from volunteers at six major US international airports. The program began after COVID was released on the population, and they have only expanded their reach. This is not merely a government surveillance program as both Ginkgo Bioworks and XpresSpa Group, which are private and publicly traded organizations, have partnered with the CDC to collect data. The goal? Biosurveillance.

“TGS is a flexible, multimodal platform that consists of three complementary approaches of sample collection from arriving international travelers at U.S. airports, including voluntary nasal swabbing, aircraft wastewater, and airport wastewater sampling to enhance early detection of new SARS-CoV-2 variants and other pathogens, and fills gaps in global surveillance,” the various newsletters states. The government does not care about our drinking water (see: Flint, East Palestine, etc.). They could easily claim contamination and prevent planes from leaving. Also, I don’t know about you, but if I am traveling the last thing I want to do is stop for a medical assessment. This program will only remain voluntary for a limited time.

New York, JFK, San Francisco, Boston, and Washington DC, Dulles will be the first testing zones before this is rolled out to the entire country. “Enhancing surveillance capacity for global mass gathering/migration events,” has been listed as a main goal on the CDC’s website. “Migration events” is an interesting propaganda phrase. We have passports, visas, and other programs in place to track those coming and going. The migration event at the southern border has been of no concern since Biden entered the White House.

In other words, private companies are partnering with the CDC to provide the government with bio data to track everyone who is legally traveling to and from America. They want to keep track of their pawns and will collect our individual bio data to do so. They now have an excuse to prohibit us from traveling or restricting our freedom of movement. Taking it a step further, they believe they can program our DNA like code and control nature, but that is a topic for another time.

Fauci Worried People Won’t Obey Mask Mandates

Masks were ineffective. They forced us to cover half our face to appear in public for years. It had nothing to do with health and everything to do with being a mass social experiment to see how blindly the people would obey their laws. Anthony Fauci realizes that a second round of COVID restrictions will be much more difficult to manage as many have woken up to the fearmongering.

“I am concerned that people will not abide by [masking] recommendations,” Fauci said. “We’re not talking about mandates or forcing anybody, but when you have a situation where the volume of cases in society gets to a reasonably high level, the vulnerable, the elderly, those with underlying conditions, are going to be more susceptible, if they do get infected, of getting severe disease leading to hospitalization. We know that. That’s a fact,” Fauci told reporters at CNN.

Let us recall that Fauci was spotted at a super-spreader event, a baseball game, without a mask. All of those pushing for mandates were spotted breaking those very laws. He knows this is all a show. CNN was not even willing to comply as the reporter read Fauci a study published by the New York Times that discusses how useless masks and mask mandates have been. They even asked Fauci about the inconsistent studies regarding masks and how they should have never been mandated in the first place.

Typical Fauci babbled on about the science. He said that although masks may not protect individuals, they can still protect the public at large. Nothing he says makes sense. They are attempting to prepare us for another mass COVID outbreak. Interestingly, COVID seems to become a problem when we near elections, and some are calling it an “election virus.” Jill Biden has now come down with COVID after receiving every vaccination under the sun. They want the people to begin talking about how it must be spreading. The cat is already out of the bag, and we know the truth — masks do not work. We will not comply.

104 US College Have Not Repealed COVID Vaccine Mandate

“No College Mandates” is a group of parents, doctors, nurses, professors, and students who are working to end COVID-19 vaccination mandates. Many believe that mandates have ended, especially after the overwhelming evidence of the inefficiency of the vaccine. Yet, 104 colleges in the US continue to demand that students provide proof of vaccination to attend.

Some of these colleges have even exempted faculty from receiving the jab. Rules for thee, not for me! Teens are willing to take the jab because they want to go to their desired college. Many are forced to go to in-state schools for financial reasons and their options may be limited. For example, Rutgers University in New Jersey has a Student Immunization Portal where everyone is required to upload their vaccination records. Those who fail to do so are listed as “non-compliant” and cannot attend in-person classes.

There are few exemptions available. One student of Earlham School of Religion had her religious exemption revoked – that’s right, a religious school denied her religious exemption. When they reimplemented the exemption, she faced “increased animosity among classmates and alumni,” and said that two students yelled and spit on her and her mother. Remember, the mass media and politicians told us it was “a pandemic of the unvaccinated,” as Joe says in the video above. This poor girl did not feel safe enough to attend her own graduation, and the school removed her alumni email. She is now suing the school.

College continually seems less appealing. Students go into non-dischargeable debt that they carry for most of their lives. Then they cannot find jobs in their field of study. And now, they must choose between college or possible death from the experimental vaccine.

Don’t Forget That They Wanted You Arrested – No COVID Amnesty

Everyone dismisses the most significant power grab in modern history now. People laugh off the vaccine, knowing it did not prevent infection or transmission. They poke fun at the intense fear felt by the masses for years and chalk up COVID to a bad time. They forget that those of us who rejected the narrative were demonized. In fact, they wanted to take our children away and put us in jail.

A Rasmussen Report study from January 2022, not long ago, reported: “Nearly half (48%) of Democratic voters think federal and state governments should be able to fine or imprison individuals who publicly question the efficacy of the existing COVID-19 vaccines on social media, television, radio, or in online or digital publications.” About 14% of Republicans agreed.

Fifty-nine percent of Democrats wanted to implement a policy “requiring citizens remain confined to their homes at all time, except for emergencies, if they refuse to get a COVID-19 vaccine.” They wanted to completely banish the unvaccinated from society and place us under house arrest for failure to comply. Forty-seven percent of Democrats wanted the government to place digital tracking devices on the unvaccinated to ensure they were confined to a designated area away from society. Worse, 45% of Democrats favored “requiring citizens to temporarily live in designated facilities or locations if they refuse to get a COVID-19 vaccine.” COVID concentration camps were on the table two years ago.

Taking it a step further, 29% of Democrats “would support temporarily removing parents’ custody of their children if parents refuse to take the COVID-19 vaccine.” Yes – they wanted to take our children away because we did not submit to an experimental vaccine.

So go on and make Fauci memes and jokes and pretend COVID was simply a bad few years. People wonder how the Germans allowed the Nazis to gain control while turning a blind eye. A significant portion of our population wanted all dissenters removed from society. Never forget – no COVID amnesty.

This video is circulating the internet that shows RESISTANCE IS NOT FUTILE. Dr. Anthony Fauci goes door to door, pressuring residents of Washington, DC, to take an experimental injection for an experimental virus he likely helped leak. Watch how the people destroy Fauci’s misinformation in a few short minutes. One woman explains to Fauci that his shot does not prevent infection or transmission—what’s the point of taking the vaccine at all? “They’re not doing it because they’re saying they don’t want to do it. They’re Republicans and they don’t like being told what to do,” Fauci stated at the beginning of the video as if this issue were political.

The second man in this video really tells Fauci to Fauci off. They’re still pressuring people to take the vaccine under the pretense that it will protect the public, although even the pharmaceutical companies admit the vaccines provide no such protection. When the gentleman in the video expresses his hesitation with valid points, Fauci attempts to present “the science,” which we have learned is ever-changing based on the agenda. “When you start talking about paying people to get vaccinated…when you start incentivizing people to get vaccinated, there is something going on with that,” the skeptical American said. He then told them that the entire pandemic was about FEAR and inciting terror within the population to force them to behave as ordered.

Nature published an article entitled, “Vaccine incentives do not backfire — policymakers take note.” The study claims that cash incentives for vaccinations do not have negative consequences. “Eager to get vaccines into as many arms as possible, [governments] began to offer unusual incentives: in San Luis, Philippines, vaccinated residents could enter a sweepstake to win a cow; in Hong Kong, the windfall was an apartment; in West Virginia, it was a hunting rifle, among other prizes,” the study notes. They truly think the public is clueless and willing to risk their health for a prize. Other local governments offered marijuana, school scholarship sweepstakes, grocery discounts, free rideshares, vacations, tickets to concerts and sporting events, and even an opportunity to win a family reunion.

The study published by Nature determined that the Great Unwashed could be persuaded:

"However, people and policymakers still worry that such incentives could have unintended negative consequences. People might expect payment for future vaccinations, for instance. Or they might think the payments are compensation for something that isn’t safe or could be unpleasant. Now, the results of two trials published in a paper on 11 January in Nature suggest that simple cash payments have no such unintended effects."

Independent thought is the greatest tool we have against the globalists.

Stuck on Stupid – Biden DHS Denies Visa to Tennis Star Novak Djokovic Due to Vaccination Status

The COVID-19 stupid continues, as the world’s #1 tennis player is denied entry to the United States over his vaccination status.

(Via Fox News) – Novak Djokovic will not participate in the BNP Paribas Open this month after the Biden administration denied his entry to the United States, due to him being unvaccinated against COVID-19.

Djokovic, 35, requested a vaccine waiver, which would have allowed him to enter the U.S. unvaccinated, but it was rejected by the Homeland Security Department.

The 22-time Grand Slam champion subsequently withdrew from the combined ATP-WTA event, which begins Wednesday at Indian Wells Tennis Garden in Indian Wells, California. (read more)

At this point in the COVID-19 era, the decision is more about politics and maintaining a false premise than any effort to mitigate a risk posed by a virus. Ridiculous doesn’t begin to adequately convey the level of frustration seeing this maintained nonsense.

Was COVID Just a Rehearsal for WWIII?

You’ve taught through many historic examples that politicians drag us to war because they need an external enemy to hide their failures.  Wag the dog.  Have you considered this time around the U.S. will enter ww3 to cover up the reveal of the covid vaccine blunder?  Yes, war will still hide the debt crisis of western nations, but maybe the vaccine reveal kicks this thing off.  The barrage of sudden deaths is starting to overwhelm the bullshit.  Our leaders, especially Biden, are incredibly compromised by pushing the shit vaccine.

ANSWER: The COVID lockdowns were created as an exercise in controlling the sheep. This war was set in motion for some time. John McCain ran to Ukraine and he was all exited in December 2016 as soon as Trump was elected. He assumed he could manipulate Trump and promised unlimited funding to wage war against Russia.

I know for a fact, that this war was set in motion in 2014 but it was in the planning stages well before even that. In 2015, McCain was meeting opening with the Nazi movement. COVID was clearly just a rehearsal in their exercise of the abuse of power.
