Think About This, Joe Biden Openly Admits He is Attempting to Subvert The U.S. Constitution Regarding Private Property Ownership

During the question and answer session following his remarks yesterday, Joe Biden said something out loud the media are desperately trying to hide.

In this video segment listen carefully to what he says.  As the Supreme Court and lower courts have determined, the CDC has no legal authority to block the rights of property owners from rental income from their tenants.  This is a basic issue in the Constitution about private property rights and the limits of federal government to intervene.

However, think about Joe Biden taking an oath of office “to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States,” and contrast that oath against these public statements.  In his remarks Biden readily admits that all constitutional scholars have advised the White House that a regulatory eviction moratorium will *NOT* pass constitutional scrutiny.  He openly admits that….

….Then, in the very next sentence, after admitting any effort to initiate or extend a federal eviction moratorium violates the U.S. Constitution, he says he is intentionally directing federal agencies to trigger unconstitutional legal action in an effort to “buy time” and create a de-facto unlawful eviction moratorium.

In essence:…  ‘I know this is unconstitutional; and I know we will lose the constitutional legal argument; but we will do this anyway, because ideology’.  WATCH:

Put aside the sympathetic elements for a moment; and think BIG PICTURE.   Think beyond the issue at hand with evictions.  If the installed occupant of the White House can intentionally, and with willful and open intent, violate the United States Constitution; while admitting publicly he is violating the United States Constitution; then what makes you think they will stop at the issue of ‘evictions’.

Either we have a Constitution, or we do not.

Tell me how the willful violation of the Constitution -that is outlined in these public remarks- is not an impeachable offense?

Italy Denying the Right to Vote if Unvaccinated

I have been warning that the end goal here is the pure authoritarian rule. My critics have called me just a Trump supporter and call any notion that this COVID scam is just a conspiracy theory. I have tried to point out that there is a far bigger agenda here and Trump simply had to be removed at all costs.

They prefer rigging the elections rather than assassinating Trump. They might have to look at his face on a $100 bill forever when they take their bribes. That would have also led to another endless investigation that nobody would believe like Kennedy any more than the magic bullet theory of Arlen Spector at the time.

In case you did know that theory, the Warren Commission staffer Arlen Specter (later a United States Senator from Pennsylvania), said that a single bullet, known as “Warren Commission Exhibit 399” (or “CE 399”) caused all the wounds to the governor and the non-fatal wounds to the president, which totals up to seven entry/exit wounds in both men. They have often called me the man who knew too much or the Forest Gump of finance. I also knew Arlen, he had a house 3 doors away from me on the beach.

Point #8 of the World Economic Forum was all about ending democracy with flowery words of retaining checks and balances for human rights. Here we have Mario Draghi showing the world what the real agenda is all about with these COVID restrictions that they are imposing gradually step by step.

IL Tempo.IT in Italy has reported that the Green Pass/COVID Passport is now firmly established by law in Europe. Prime Minister Mario Draghi then took the next tiny step for tyranny. You not only need the COVID Passport to access restaurants and shows, but phase two was also to require it to get on long-distance trains, planes, and ferries. Then phase three is to require a COVID Passport to access the polling stations.

Draghi has already got partial approval from the secretary of the Democratic Party Enrico Letta, who wants ONLY vaccinated candidates on the list. Therefore, nobody can run for office without a COVID Passport and nobody will be allowed to VOTE.

People may lack guns, but they can fight back by other means. The people will not simply lay down and allow their entire lives to be taken away. These leaders are so deranged and detached because they can no longer maintain the image of being in control. They cannot fund their debts and they cannot envision stopping spending – ever.

These COVID Tyrants will have to resort to simply massacring the people and have the media report that they were armed as the Democrats called the January 6th protest an “armed insurrection” over which at least 4 officers there that day have been so ashamed of how people were treated that they have committed suicide.

Phase four will be to end national elections and at best you will be restricted to simply local municipal elections. The Roman Imperial era has allowed us to date the coins to a specific year because the emperors pretended to be elected to office as CONSUL  every year as if there was still the Republic. People were not allowed to vote and this is what led to numerous emperors being overthrown. The people had only one tool – violence. Eliminate democracy and you will cause revolutions and violence. The police are becoming the agents of tyranny. They should realize that when they too reject this tyranny, then the powerful will be stripped naked before the mob as it has always been throughout history.

Influence is More Powerful than Money

COMMENT: Within the world of the most powerful, are Gates, Schwab the most powerful? I have the impression that the Owners of Blackrock and Vanguard are the ones that pull the strings of the world. Where are the Rothschilds and Rockefellers in the world of power?

REPLY: Gates has far more power than BlackRock or Vanguard. Schwab has influence; Gates buys influence. That is why they always attacked me. When they were wrong, they blamed me, not because the model was correct, but claiming I was manipulating the world because I had too much influence. Money alone cannot rule the day. It is all about influence, which is a precious commodity to these people.

I have told the story before, I was invited by Edmon Safra to the IMF dinner in Washington, which he rented the entire National Gallery to host this dinner. Every politician was there including central bankers. I was invited to SHOW ME the “influence” he had, and he kept trying to get me to invest in Russia. They had the IMF on a short-leash.

It is always the influence they seek. Money helps, but it cannot buy everything.

Behind the Curtain

Jennifer Accuri, who had a love affair with Boris Johnson and obviously knows him very well, has also been out talking about what is going on behind the curtain. I have heard that this drive for 100% vaccination has at its core the attempt to whip society into obedient drones. That is the real goal. Whether these vaccines will result in massive deaths in 1 to 2 years as some are claiming, is questionable. I do not believe that is the goal, but that could be an unintended side-effect. I tend to suspect more of impacting fertility. However, I also know that there have been weaponizing viruses behind closed doors to target specific genetic makeup. I am NOT saying that has taken place. I am pointing out that they do have the technology to target specific genes and could have introduced something like that which is impacting some people and not others. Nobody will do a study on the vaccinated who are dying and do a correlation so we know if you have x, y, or z, do not get vaccinated.

They are altering the economy for the Great Reset BECAUSE the system is failing. They lowered interest rates to negative and destroyed their bond market. I do know that there were meeting with central banks before these lockdowns. That was not just in the UK, but also in Europe. There was not such a meet with the Fed on the part of Trump. But the Fed is well aware of what other central banks are doing and this is why the REPO crisis began with the capital flows shifting in August 2019 that our computer picked up and I reported at the WEC that year.

Now we have REVERSE REPOS because US banks are fearful of European banks and everyone prefers to park with the Fed. Behind closed doors, in the US it is known that the Fed is not in the same desperate position as Europe. Despite the US analysis that exclusively only looks at the Fed and nothing outside the USA.

Arizona GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward provides an update on the legal battle between the State Senate and Maricopa County during their ongoing battle over the election audit.  Ms. Ward highlights the recent letter from the Maricopa Board of Supervisors and the State Senate response to it.  Apparently, the State Senate is preparing to go back to court against the county officials.

Andrew Cuomo Releases Prepared and Produced Remarks Defending His Conduct – Hey I’m Old and I’m Italian, We Touch People

The team behind creepy sexual deviant New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, obviously had several days to prepare their defense against allegations of sexual harassment and retaliation against state employees and private citizens.

After the New York AG released the report showing long-term sexual misconduct against young women, including the groping of young staffers private body parts, the office of the New York Governor released their carefully produced justification via a video statement.

Within the video, Governor Andrew Cuomo says the issues outlined against him are a matter of cultural differences. “Hey, I’m Italian”, he says to people defining Cuomo’s expressions of  “warmth” and compassion as inappropriate in the modern-era.  Cuomo’s team put together a picture montage of Cuomo touching and kissing people throughout his career, and the Governor says in hindsight, maybe he was just too nice a guy.

As Cuomo notes in his justification, the victims: “Read into comments that I made, and draw inferences that I never meant. They ascribe motives I never had; and simply put, they heard things that I just didn’t say.” … “I was trying to help, and obviously I didn’t.”  To explain the groping of young women’s breasts and buttocks, the New York Governor said he does it all the time.

Governor Cuomo explains his cultural connection thusly: “Other complainants raised against me questions that have sought to unfairly characterize and weaponize interactions that I have had with any number of New Yorkers” … “I have been making the same gestures in public all my life. I have learned them from my mother and from my father.” … “I do it with everyone, black and white, young and old, straight and LGBTQ.”  … “I do kiss people, I do embrace people, I do hug people.”  “On occasion I do slip and say sweetheart or darling.”

The media is awaiting creepy Joe Biden to talk about creepy Andrew Cuomo.  However, perhaps not coincidentally, the current occupant of the White House does the same inappropriate groping, kissing, sniffing and touching of little girls and young women in public.  Team Biden has a direct attachment to the issues faced by Team Cuomo.  It will be interesting to see what happens….

No Criminal Consequences – New York AG and State Investigators Find Governor Cuomo Sexually Harassed Current and Former Female Employees and Violated State and Federal Harassment Laws

Perverted, creepy, sick, narcissistic, ego-maniacal New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is laughing hysterically right now as the dual-justice system of New York politics is on full display. Infuriating does not scratch the surface.

New York State Attorney General Letitia James specifically said at the beginning of her remarks releasing the investigative findings of a 5 month investigation: “The independent investigation has concluded, and Governor Andrew Cuomo sexually harassed multiple women and in doing so violated federal and state law.”

Moments later one of the investigators, the former federal prosecutor from Manhattan, Joon Kim, said: “We find that the governor, on numerous occasions, engaged in conduct that constitutes unlawful sex based harassment,” as outlined in the extensive investigation [168-page report pdf HERE].

During their press briefing, the investigators Ann Clark and Joon Kim outlined the evidence provided by 11 sexual harassment victims and the 5 month investigation which corroborated those accusations, including the interviews of 179 witnesses.  Yet, despite their words, neither the State Attorney General nor the U.S. Attorneys’ general, will bring any criminal charges against Governor Cuomo.

New York Attorney General Letitia James, said at the conclusion of their press conference:

…”The document is now public, and the matter is civil in nature and does not have any criminal consequences.”

Mainstream media writ large, and CNN specifically, is forced by overwhelming evidence to play the game of optical sadness, visible victim support, pearl-clutching outrage, and solemn face displaying; while simultaneously deflecting, dismissing and downplaying the severity of the issues because, well, after all, this is a major player on the leftist team….

….And despite the overwhelming evidence, the professionally manipulative system of dual-justice never stops protecting their own.  So, move along now.

As the New York AG said at the conclusion of her statement:

…”We were tasked with the responsibility of engaging in an investigation, and we have concluded our investigation, and our work is done!”

Meh, and tomorrow is Wednesday… who cares?!

Our greatest problem has been that Bill Gates has his tentacles deeply involved in the CDC and FDA while he has a major shareholding in the vaccine companies. If I was managing a big public fund or just a big private investor, the Federal Reserve, Treasury, and every other central bank in the world would NEVER be allowed to talk to me. Even when I would go to meetings in Europe, I was not allowed to bring a British staff member as he might be biased toward Britain.

This is EXTREMELY UNETHICAL for the FDA and CDC to be involved with Gates. There is no way government agencies should be allowed to take money from any outside source. We pay more than enough taxes to cover their expenses and now we have a nightmare with Fauci engaging in gain-of-function research. Fauci refuses to reveal that perhaps government money did not flow to Wuhan, but money diverted from Gates did. If that were true, then Gates with his financial interests tied to vaccines created the worst INSIDER TRADING scandal in modern history. The SEC will never investigate for they too are compromised. They will attack Musk for comments, but never Bill Gates who need not swim across the Potomac River when he visits Washington, he need only walk upon the water. CNN would support Gates and say he had no choice but to walk upon the water for he does not know how to swim.

Pension Funds & the New Norm

COMMENT: Well Marty, it’s not so hard to figure out which pension funds are your clients. All we have to do is look at the ones cutting government bond holdings. All the top pensions in Japan were always at all your WEC events. I remember talking to the attendees of Japan’s Government Pension Investment Fund. They just cut their holdings. Big surprise!

ANSWER: Hope things are well for you there. Any pension fund that holds government debt in size and thinks it will return to normal is probably as delusional as those who think it will return to normal after 100% of the world is vaccinated with Gates’ magic potion #19. There will be endless streams of variants for the next 10 years and a virus will evolve to defeat vaccines. That is why they roll the dice each year with the flu shot. They are trying to anticipate the next variant. There will never be a return to normal. This is all about power. They have tasted the lure of power and will never relinquish that power willingly. That is why history is littered with revolutions against tyrants, and I believe Gates is the tyrant of the 21st century who history will remember not so fondly.

Berlin Protest August 1, 2021

There was a massive protest with tens of thousands of people protesting the new lockdowns. The official press claimed there was only 600 and naturally labelled them as Nazis. The previous week, there was a Gay Pride demonstration and the police did nothing. Here the police were beating protestors and a  49-year-old man died after being detained by officers during the protest which the government was forced to admit on Monday.

The protestors have defied orders to disperse. Germany has now established roadblocks so people cannot enter Germany by car demanding proof of COVID vaccine. The police in Germany, as in Australia, are still supporting the tyranny and obviously are the real Nazis who, as in Nuremberg, made the excuse that they were just following orders. Do you really think beating women and children is morally OK as long as the government orders you to do so?

The resistance has not died and the scheme of this Great Reset will lead to violence. Schwab has the audacity to say that the violence will be because the people want his policies of equality. I think they want his policies to end and freedom restored.

Today most industrialized countries boast life expectancy figures of more than 75 years, according to comparisons compiled by the Central Intelligence Agency (U.S. Central Intelligence Agency. Country Comparison: Life Expectancy at Birth. Updated 2017.) This is their real problem – overpopulation and we have enjoyed postwar the best living conditions in human history. They do not like that and want to revise the system not expand it.
