It will not come as a surprise to CTH readers to hear the name Judge James Boasberg associated with efforts to protect the institutional interests of a corrupt DC deep state. Boasberg has a long, very long, and well documented history of protecting the DC apparatus {CTH Archives on Boasberg HERE}.
On Saturday, without giving the Trump administration any time to respond, Judge Boasberg issued an immediate temporary restraining order (TRO) blocking DHS, Customs and Border Patrol and ICE from deporting illegal aliens and narcotrafficking gang members belonging to Tren de Aragua (TdA), a designated Foreign Terrorist Organization.
Boasberg ordered the flights of criminal gang members to turn around and immediately bring the criminals back to the USA to enjoy a life of criminal conduct and terrorism in the USA. National security is secondary to the rights of criminal aliens to sell drugs, continue child/sexploitation, murder American citizens and rape their targets.
As I wrote in 2021, Judge James Boasberg has long been severely compromised; there simply is no other way to look at his interception of cases to protect the system, and the depth of his corruption is clearly visible in this set of rulings.
WASHINGTON DC – A federal judge has ordered an immediate hold on efforts by President Donald Trump to quickly deport Venezuelan nationals under rarely used wartime powers intended to resist a foreign invasion — and demanded the return of planes already headed to Central America.
U.S. District Judge James Boasberg on Saturday ordered the Trump administration to immediately halt efforts to remove those Venezuelan migrants until he has more time to consider whether Trump’s use of the Alien Enemies Act was illegal.
[…] “Any plane containing these folks that is going to take off or is in the air needs to be returned to the United States however that is accomplished,” Boasberg announced. “Make sure it’s complied with immediately.”
Two aircraft believed to be carrying Venezuelan deportees took off from an airport in Harlingen, Texas, during a break in a video hearing Boasberg conducted Saturday for the lawsuit filed by immigrant-rights advocates. According to flight tracking databases, one plane was bound for San Salvador, El Salvador, and the other for Comayagua, Honduras, and they were in the air nearing their destinations as Boasberg issued his order. Judge James Boasberg, an ally of SSCI Chairman Mark Warner, has intercepted several cases that brought sunlight upon the corrupt DC system. In each case Boasberg ruled in favor of maintaining the corruption, including his willfully blind support of the FBI searching NSA databases to conduct illegal surveillance of Americans.
This is the same Judge Boasberg who sat as presiding judge on the FISA court. The same Judge Boasberg who gave FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith a slap on the wrist for manufacturing evidence used in the Carter Page FISA application that defrauded the court. The same Judge Boasberg who appointed former DOJ-NSD head Mary McCord as amicus curiae advisor to the court, after she knowingly and fraudulently submitted the FISA application to the court.
This is the same Judge Boasberg gave J6 FBI agent provocateur Ray Epps a sentence of probation. This is the same judge who, on his vacation, went to sit in the DC courtroom to observe defendant President Trump who was forced to appear in DC court. This is the same Boasberg who established a horrible precedent in forcing Vice-President Mike Pence to testify before a DC grand jury about his conversations with President Trump (breaking executive privilege).
Boasberg sits at the epicenter of a thoroughly corrupt and compromised DC court system.
The ‘ah-ha’ moment to understand just how bad James Boasberg was/is, came during his decision to appoint the wife of Chief Justice John Robert’s senior staff Sheldon Snook, Mrs. Mary McCord as amicus to the FISA Court. {GO DEEP}

WASHINGTON – In a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director Kash Patel, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations Chairman Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) made public legally protected whistleblower disclosures showing the FBI, as part of its Arctic Frost investigation, acquired the government cell phones of President Donald Trump and former Vice President Mike Pence, among other government officials. FBI agents used taxpayer dollars to crisscross the country and conduct dozens of interviews in support of the political probe.
The unclassified FBI records convey the alarming scope and speed of the FBI’s 2022 investigation of President Trump, which they dubbed “Operation Arctic Frost.” The investigation – launched by anti-Trump FBI agent Timothy Thibault in a breach of FBI protocol – formed the basis of Special Counsel Jack Smith’s elector case against Trump. Upon opening the investigation, Thibault vowed it would be “prioritized over all others in the Branch” and commented that “it frankly took too long for us to open this [investigation].”
“Sunshine is the best disinfectant,” the chairmen wrote to Bondi and Patel. “The American people deserve to know the complete extent of the corruption within the DOJ and FBI that led to the investigation into President Trump. We are making this information public for purposes of public accountability and to provide specific examples of past behavior at your institutions that must not be repeated. Quite simply, the public has a right to know what happened in Arctic Frost and, based on what we’ve exposed to date, the American public deserves better from its law enforcement agencies. It is important that every individual at your agencies maintains the highest level of professionalism, and does not allow political bias to motivate or guide their investigative work.”

July 11, 1864: The greenback sinks to less than 36 cents (Canadian), an all-time peak for the Canadian dollar, from close to parity in early 1862. It subsequently recovers through the decade and the currencies trade around par until the outbreak of the First World War.
Mid-1950: Canadian dollar depreciates. The federal government cancels fixed parity, putting it at odds with the International Monetary Fund, and the Canadian currency appreciates.
Aug. 20, 1957: The Canadian dollar hits a peak of $1.06 (U.S.).
May 2, 1962: The government establishes a new par for the Canadian dollar, fixing it at 92.50 cents (U.S.) with a fluctuation band of 1 per cent.
May 31, 1970: The government floats the Canadian dollar amid a growing budget surplus and rising inflation.
April 25, 1974: The dollar hits a high of $1.04 (U.S.) against the greenback as global demand boosts the price of raw materials. The strength sparked fear about Canada’s export industries at a time when the unemployment rate was already high.
Nov. 15, 1976: The Parti Québécois is elected, causing markets to “make a major reassessment of the Canadian dollar’s prospects.” At the same time, commodity prices start to soften, inflation picks up. By 1979, the currency slides to 84 cents (U.S.).
August, 1981: The Bank of Canada’s key rate hits 21.2 per cent. By 1982, the dollar traded below 77 cents (U.S.).
Feb. 4, 1986: The Canadian dollar hits a record low of 69.13 cents (U.S.) as falling commodity prices hurt the economy.
1988-1989: The currency rebounds somewhat to close the decade at 86 cents (U.S.).
1990s: The currency weakens again, closing the decade at 69.29 cents (U.S.). Inflation and interest rates fall and commodity prices soften.
1998: The international crisis in emerging markets such as Russia and Latin America causes the dollar to slide as low as 63.11 cents (U.S.).
2002: The currency hits a record low of 61.98 cents (U.S.) on Jan. 18, 2002.
2006: The loonie tops 90 cents (U.S.), prompting calls for parity. It then weakens for much of the balance of the year.
2007: The loonie takes flight again. On May 31, it topped 94 cents (U.S.) – the highest level in 30 years. Later that year it hit parity in September. That fall the loonie hit its modern-day intra-day high of $1.10 (U.S.), and hit its highest closing price of $1.08 (U.S.) on Nov. 6, 2007.
2008: The loonie continued to trade near parity until it dipped below that level on July 21, 2008.
2009: The Canadian dollar closed at a recent low of 76 cents U.S. on March 9, 2009, before restarting a rapid ascent higher against a basket of international currencies.
2010: The loonie touches parity for the first time in 20 months on April 6, 2010.
Over 50,000 people are expected to attend the COP30 climate summit this November in Belém, Brazil, where world leaders will concoct new ways to weaponize carbon usage against the people. Brazil’s president touted that it is historical since it is “a COP in the Amazon, not a COP about the Amazon.” Not only will the event be held in the Amazon, but the government has begun clearing tens of thousands of preserved acres within the Amazon ahead of the event.
The government states it needs to clear a section of the forest to build a new road to accommodate the expected 50,000 attendees. “Everything was destroyed,” one farmer told BBC. “Our harvest has already been cut down. We no longer have that income to support our family.” He is currently living off savings as the government has not compensated him for the loss.
Scientists have voiced concerns that the measure will disrupt the ecosystem and lead to a loss of wildlife. “Land animals will no longer be able to cross to the other side too, reducing the areas where they can live and breed,” one scientist stated.
Adler Silveira, the state government’s infrastructure secretary, admitted the measure is not about providing infrastructure to locals, as “more importantly, serve people for COP30 in the best possible way.”
The federal government will invest over $81 million to expand the nearby airport from “seven to 14 million passengers.” As we know, the climate elite prefer to fly privately, although they believe you should drive an EV or take public transportation. The globalists are the “polluter elites” who want to implement prohibitions on consumption for the masses. The Guardian reported that the top 1% produce more carbon emissions than the poorest 66%. The climate change agenda is purely a control tactic, control over our tax spending, energy and food consumption, and freedom of movement. The very people preaching that we must abandon our way of life to save the world KNOW that it is a hoax.
The conference will mark the 10th anniversary of the Paris Agreement that put nations on a path of economic suicide by suffocating the entire energy sector. It is hard to understand how anyone supports these climate zealots who NEVER follow the rules they impose on the public.
Joe Biden signed Executive Order 13985, “Advancing Equity and Racial Justice Through the Federal Government.” This order “emphasized the enormous human costs of systemic racism” and “other disparities” and became “the first-ever national strategy on gender equity and equality.” Talent and quality were dismissed. Gender, race, and sexual orientation became primary indicators of a candidate’s ability rather than actual talent. How far did Biden and Harris take this order?
The Functional Government Initiative and the Center for Renewing America found 460 DEI programs across 24 US government agencies under the Biden administration. An astounding $1.1 TRILLION in public funds was diverted to these programs. The study said that the $1.1 trillion was the tip of the iceberg as it did not include every program or agency.
“Of the programs identified, 10 are exclusively dedicated to DEI and could be considered for quick elimination; 144 allocate significant resources to DEI initiatives and should be reviewed if those are to be ended; and 306 programs incorporate DEI to varying degrees, though the extent of their DEI focus is indeterminate based on the available documentation,” the study noted.
Researchers were surprised at the “speed” of spending that “shrouded public awareness of the financial burden.” DEI programs were nothing short of radicalized measures that repeatedly failed wherever implemented, and Biden’s people ensured it was implemented absolutely everywhere.
DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) is one of the primary tools used to accelerate the Great Reset transformation. Under the guise of social justice, DEI programs have been weaponized to dismantle free-market principles, undermine meritocracy, and create a system where political and ideological compliance dictates economic survival.
The Department of Education spent around $1 billion on DEI programs. The extent of these programs was a direct assault on America’s children who were forced to question their own sexuality before even reaching puberty. The government became more powerful than parents. Schools did not need to report to parents if a child was performing as a different gender. States like California usurped the power to remove children from their home if their parents did not allow them to transform their gender. Brutal mutilations were performed on CHILDREN. Students were indoctrinated to believe this false reality throughout their education.
These programs attempted to dismantle the nuclear family. Women were not permitted to exist, with even a Supreme Court justice (who was hired because Biden said he wanted to appoint a woman of color) refusing to define the term. “Mother” was deemed an offensive term that was replaced with “birthing person.” Hundreds of genders emerged as the left sought to remove our God given identities. But DEI woke initiatives spread across every facet of the Biden Administration.
The Assistant Secretary for Health at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) was an obese transgender man in a wig. The military underwent DEI training seminars and we flew the rainbow flag alongside the American flag. Every single federal agency was required to adopt DEI. Biden touted that he had the most diverse cabinet in American history, but it certainly was not the best.
Again, the globalist elite uses DEI and the woke agenda to mold the world as they see fit. The Human Rights Campaign (HRC) pushed the CEI (Corporate Equality Index), a company’s social woke credit score. The Open Society Foundation, operated by the Soros family, funds the HRC. The ESG promotes a company’s green social credit score, promoted by BlackRock and the World Economic Forum. ESG ratings have merely been a ploy to force companies to adhere to the Build Back Better agenda by adhering to climate goals. The CEI (Corporate Equality Index) was created by a massive international political lobbying group that pushes the woke agenda aggressively and is funded by Soros.
Why was this executive order signed on DAY ONE of Biden’s presidency? Tolerance and acceptance quickly turned into coercing people to accept an altered reality dictated by a woke government under the thumb of a globalist cabal. It was part of Biden’s mission to BUILD BACK BETTER by burning it all down first. The man spoke out against gay marriage as a senator—he never believed in any of the policies he forced the American public to implement and fund.
Approximately 60 drones were launched from Ukraine overnight to attack the Russian capital city of Moscow. This is the largest escalation of drone/missile attacks into Russia so far.
The attack comes, predictably, as Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Nat Sec Advisor Mike Waltz and President Trump envoy Steve Witkoff arrive in Saudi Arabia for preliminary face-to-face talks with Ukraine officials. The pattern repeats.
Each time President Trump’s diplomatic team are scheduled to meet with Russia or Ukraine officials in their quest to stop the bloodshed, the intelligence apparatus in control of the NATO proxy war triggers an escalating disruption targeting Russia.
Hitting Moscow with a wave of 60 drones is a major escalation, because face-to-face meetings with U.S and Ukraine officials are at a critical inflection point. Each uptick in the offensive action from Ukraine is directly proportional to the increased seriousness of the peace talks.
(VIA AP) – A total of 69 Ukrainian drones targeting the Russian capital were shot down in a massive attack on Tuesday morning, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said.
The attack, the biggest targeting Moscow in months, came as a Ukrainian delegation was set to meet with America’s top diplomat in Saudi Arabia about ending the three-year war with Russia.
At least 11 of the drones were shot down in the Ramensky and Domodedovo districts of the Moscow region surrounding the Russian capital, Sobyanin said on the messaging app Telegram. He didn’t specify where the other drones were shot down, noting only that they were “flying towards Moscow.”
The governor of the Moscow region, Andrei Vorobyov, said that one person was killed and three more wounded as the result of the drone attack. The attack damaged seven apartments in a residential building in the Ramensky district, he said.
Sobyanin said the roof of a building in Moscow also sustained damage, which he described as “insignificant.”
Flights have been restricted in and out of three Moscow airports, including Domodedovo and Zhukovsky to the south and southeast of the city and Sheremetyevo to the north, according to Russian civil aviation authority Rosaviatsia.
Train traffic through the Domodedovo railway station also has been halted, local officials reported. (link)
At first review it seems like the terrain mapping component of the targeting system was not accurate or in place. Hence, unless NATO was intentionally targeting residential buildings, just like the attacks in Kazan some of the drones hit civilian high-rise buildings on the way to Moscow airport.
However, don’t get lost in the weeds on this. 60+ drones launched against Russia’s largest city is intended to draw a major retaliation from Russian President Vladimir Putin, that is what the UK/EU and NATO apparatus want. The Zelenskyy people want Russia to attack Kiev so they can enlarge the scale and scope of U.S. involvement.
I sincerely hope President Trump is on the phone with President Putin, and I hope Trump’s instructions to Rubio, Waltz and Witkoff are to put fierce pressure on Ukraine at the meeting in Saudi Arabia.
Only through strong, extreme and even perhaps vicious diplomacy, is Ukraine going to be brought to heel. The EU and NATO must also suffer strong geopolitical consequences for their efforts to disrupt any effort at peace.
The pretending must stop. Each time the UK/EU/NATO team use Ukraine to escalate the fight, the EU and NATO must pay a price. The American people need to understand what the dynamic really is here, even if it eventually means President Trump calling it out directly.
