BRICS will not kill Dollar – War Will

QUESTION: Marty, I know you will not say who you advise, but we know you were the only Western analyst called in by China during the Asian Currency Crisis. People have also seen you in India at that famous hotel that the terrorists attacked. China even issued a white paper on how their central bank uses Capital Flow Analysis, which you invented. That said, my question is: The BRICS had everyone expecting a gold-backed currency if that failed. You also said in an interview that the new BRICS currency would not displace the dollar. Would you comment on why a gold-backed BRIC note would fail since they seem to have taken that position from you?

ANSWER: The BRICS currency was created for geopolitical reasons when the Neocons transformed the SWIFT system into an economic weapon and even threatened China that they would do the same to them if they supported Russia. Once that occurred, the Neocons transformed the entire world’s monetary system into a weapon of war. That is why we have the BRICS. It had nothing to do with killing the dollar or backing their currency with gold.

Many hoped for an official announcement regarding a gold-backed currency, which failed to materialize. Look—a gold-backed currency would be massively deflationary. The money supply could not expand with the population or in times of need without new discoveries. Just because a currency is gold does not eliminate inflation or deflation. All the gold discoveries during the 19th century in California, Alaska, and Australia caused havoc economically. Then there were wars. The fact that gold was the currency did not prevent inflation.

Spain defaulted 7 times. All the gold and silver they brought back from the New World caused massive European inflation. Those who preach that a gold standard is the answer know nothing about history.

They blame “fiat currency” as if this will solve all the problems by eliminating it. There were booms and busts throughout ancient times long before there was paper money. ALL currency is fiat, even when it is gold. I have shown that Southern India routinely imitated Roman gold coins because they had a premium over gold – fiat. Northern India and the Kushan Empire did issue their own coinage mainly because they traded more with China. Southern India stuck imitation Roman gold coins for about 250 years.  That confirms that the Roman coinage was worth more than the metal content.

They made the same claims about the Euro. That, too, did not work out well. Why? The value of a currency is the productive capacity of its people—not its gold reserves. Japan and Germany lost the war and rose to the top of the economic food chain because their people were productive. The United States has the largest CONSUMER-BASED economy, so everyone needs to sell their products here. That means that they must sell in dollars. The US is also strong militarily. That also adds to the foundation of the currency.

It is time we abandon all of these old, stupid economic theories, leftovers from the 18th and 19th centuries. The economy has evolved since then. The Neocons are destroying the dollar. They are undermining the future of the United States, and when we lose another one of their endless wars, the financial capital will shift from New York to Beijing. Just as war killed Britain, so will it kill the dollar and the United States.

Kuwait Suspends Services to Thousands for Failing to Submit Biometric Data

Kuwait has forced over one million citizens to hand over their biometric data in one of the most extreme pushes for digital ID. Kuwait introduced a national electronic ID (eID) that they say will assist with identification verification, digital signatures, E-government access, and the secure exchange of data. The deadline to file for this mandatory program was September 30 and the consequences for failing to comply were swift.

On October 1, the Ministry of Interior announced that those who failed to submit their data would be prohibited from all electronic services such as withdrawals, transfers, and account transfers. One cannot even withdraw cash. Around 35,000 people have been blocked out of their bank accounts and are unable to even view the balance. A few weeks later, those in noncompliance has their electronic bank cards deactivated. Visa, MasterCard, and K-Net all abided by the government’s rule.

Beginning on November 1, The Kuwait Banking Association stated it will implement a “complete block” on all accounts, which means one cannot even withdraw funds if they go to the bank in person. Expatriates have until December 31 to submit their biometric registration.

The government has reported an uptick of 6,000 new registrants per day compared to 600 since they began blocking citizens from accessing their own bank accounts. The government called this a “phased approach,” believing they’ve offered leniency to the public.

The issue here is that governments globally are strapped for funds and believe that they can increase revenues by at least 35% if they hunt down their citizens for taxes. Then we have the layer of the Great Reset put forth by Klaus Schwab and the World Economic Forum that is aiming to create a One World Government complete with a global database to track absolutely everyone. Australian journalist Maria Zaric has called it a “digital prison.” Once you’re locked in, you’re locked in. People will be less likely to speak out against the government, protest, or refuse vaccinations if they know their government can immediately exile them from society. This is more than a mere identification as it provides the government with instant access to all of your information and they will track your every movement. This is only the beginning of a massive wave of tyranny. Our computer has been warning that we have been entering into a more authoritarian mode that will reach a head in 2032.

Return Hubs – Brussels Attempts Damage Control Over Migrant Crisis

The European Union is beginning to change its stance on its open border policy. Over 1.14 million sought asylum in the EU last year, a completely unsustainable population spike. European Union Commission President Ursula von der Leyen has faced harsh criticism from member states throughout the bloc who are calling upon Brussels to address the situation. Von der Leyen has now expressed interest in creating “return hubs” to house and deport migrants whose applications are denied.

I reported that Italy saw a 64% reduction in illegal migration under President Giorgia Meloni, who promised to curb immigration once elected. Instead of building shelters to house migrants with taxpayer funds, Meloni sought to build detention centers. Centri di Permanenza per il Rimpatrio (CPRs) or Repatriation Centers were extremely controversial but effective. Thousands of migrants were detained and deported if their application for asylum was denied. Word traveled that conditions in these centers were less desirable, making Italy less desirable for would-be intruders.

Ursula von der Leyen supported Meloni once she realized migrants were spilling into the rest of the bloc from Italy and has pointed to Meloni’s “out of the box thinking” to stop the inflow of newcomers. Specifically, the European Commission president stated that the Italy-Albania protocol proved effective whereby both nations signed a treaty that permitted Italy to send asylum seekers found in international waters back to Albania where they are then held in detention centers. “We should also continue to explore possible ways forward as regards the idea of developing return hubs outside the EU, especially in view of a new legislative proposal on return,” von der Leyen writes. “With the start of operations of the Italy-Albania protocol, we will also be able to draw lessons from this experience in practice.”

Now, 17 members of the EU sent a document to Brussels earlier in the month demanding border reform. “People without the right to stay must be held accountable. A new legal basis must clearly define their obligations and duties,” the members said. “Non-cooperation must have consequences and be sanctioned.” Suddenly, leaders of European nations realized that they were beneath Brussels in terms of power and had lost the ability to secure their own borders.

The 17 member nations are demanding that Brussels implements rules to detain and deport migrants who could be a threat to national security. Furthermore, they want to non-EU nations to accept their own citizens back once they are deported. As with everything, money rules all and these nations are willing to use trade and monetary gifts or aid as leverage, as Italy did with numerous African nations under the Mattei Plan.

Countless EU nations are attempting to control their borders, and in doing so, Brussels is relinquishing its power. Poland even attempted to announce a temporary suspension of asylum seekers the same week that Ursula voiced concern over the migrant crisis. The forced cohesion of the European Union is coming undone.

CB One App

J.D. Vance brought up the topic of the CB One application during his debate with Tim Walz. The majority of Americans were largely unaware that the federal government has been operating a special app to fast-track asylum status to migrants throughout the world.

The app was first launched in October 2020, designated as a single portal to Customer and Border Protection (CBP). However, in January 2023, the Biden-Harris administration repurposed the app to streamline the process of permitting migrants into the country. “So there’s an application called the CBP One app where you can go on as an illegal migrant, apply for asylum or apply for parole and be granted legal status at the wave of a Kamala Harris open border wand. That is not a person coming in applying for a green card and waiting for 10 years. That is the facilitation of illegal immigration,” Vance said on the debate stage.

Between June 2023 and June 2024, over 170,000 migrants accessed CBP One to quickly enter the United States. Haitians, Mexicans, and Venezuelans have been the primary users of this app. The app saw 1,450 appointments per day in June, a 50% uptick from the month prior. Anyone from any nation can simply sign up, enter America, and receive their free taxpayer-subsidized life.

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has not detailed the cost of creating or operating the app, despite questions from politicians like Senator Josh Hawley. “Under your leadership, the Department is marketing a new phone app, called CBP One, that allows unauthorized migrants to reserve a time to cross the border, like making a restaurant reservation. How convenient,” wrote Senator Hawley. He continued, “I imagine there are plenty of Americans who would appreciate this level of service from their government. Your choice to spend untold sums of taxpayer money—you said you had no idea what it cost—on concierge service for illegals is baffling. It is also revealing. It demonstrates your priorities: open borders, no matter the cost to Americans; no matter the jobs lost, the wages lost, the drugs flooding our schools.”

The truth is that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have no budget when it comes to the migrants as they will spend everything and then some to flood America with illegal migrants. Then they turn around and say they’ve run out of funds for their own citizens who have been paying into the system their entire lives. CBP One is like an Open Table reservation app that lets absolutely anyone come to America to leech off our resources.

US Set New Record for Asylum Seekers in 2023

The Department of Homeland Security released a report to gauge the number of asylum seekers who entered the US in 2023. On the low side, the department believes 945,370 people from throughout the world managed to infiltrate America in a one-year period, breaking past all previous records.

“Affirmative asylum case filings with USCIS nearly doubled from 241,280 applications in 2022 to 456,750 in 2023, the highest number on record (and covering 636,380 individuals),” the report notes. Venezuelans composed 22% of all applications, followed by Cuba at 17%, and Colombia at 8.3%. Venezuelans in particular flooded into America over 2023, with 173,190 seeking asylum in the last year compared to 15,000 in 2021. Around 2.6% of asylum seekers were unaccompanied children, thousands of whom are unaccounted for today.

California took on the most affirmative sylum seekers at 23%, followed by Texas (12%), and Virginia (10%). These three states alone saw a 37% uptick in migrants since 2022. As for those granted asylum defensively, California took in 28% on them, followed by New York (27%), and Maryland (4.4%).

About 79% of applicants illegally crossed into America before applying for asylum. They were provided that option under the Biden-Harris open border policy. The CHNV program launched by Biden-Harris in January 2023 helped to streamline these crossings, as did the CBP One app. Around 88% of migrants who applied for Lawful Permanent Residence have been approved. Now these figures are simply those who applied. Border patrol agents reported over 7 million encounters with migrants at the southern border.

Kamala Harris recently confirmed to the American public that she would not have done a single thing differently during her time in the White House, which we can only hope will be limited. She has no intention of curbing the flow migrants or protecting our borders. A vote for Harris is a vote for the deliberate invasion of America.

COMMENT: Mr. Armstrong, I find it incorrigible that everyone now claims recession when they have never predicted a recession before. That was clear from the video you had of Larry Summers, who admitted nobody could do that. It is very strange how you are the only person who has ever forecast recessions and new highs in markets when everyone was called the opposite. Even in August, you had these people clamoring for an emergency rate cut while you said it was a three-day plunge and a new high would follow.

I looked back, and even in your April 25, 2024 post, you said a recession would follow the ECM turn on May 7th. Nobody gives you credit. They all copy you. But without you, they have no forecast. They are stupid, for what you have done is essential for society. These people want to pretend they are something they are not.

They do not even understand what makes a recession unfold.

Thank you so much. I wish people would be honest and give you credit, for that is the only way to hope for what comes after 2032. All they do is plagiarize you.

REPLY: Sadly, what you are describing is human nature. We are a flawed species – tragic in so many ways, like a Greek play. We seem to cling to our expectations of a just and moral world when history records anything but morality. And Thraymachus basically said JUSTICE is always the same – the self-interest of those in power – JUST US is the real spelling.

We have Europe and South America censuring free speech because the LEFT does not believe in civilization; they only see their own self-interest. Their failure in life is caused by the success of others—never themselves. As a species, we seem to believe there is ethical meaning behind everything when we live in an unethical and meaningless world that bathes only in self-interest.

I understand what you mean. Only this model has projected booms, busts, and recessions decades in advance. We have to learn to live with the cycle. Pretending you called a recession from a gut feeling or just looking at US statistics is a joke. We are all in this together. The US cannot withstand a global recession. That is why I say we are all connected. When you have the Neocons threatening war on four fronts, China, Korea, Russia, and Iran, the future is colored with uncertainty. That results in the contraction of spending.

Then, inflation is set in motion by shortages and tax increases. Throw in Kamala’s taxation of unrealized gains and make it only the billionaires. They are then forced to see stock to pay the tax, and you create the biggest crash in history that wipes out people’s pensions. NOTHING takes place in isolation. NEVER do the Democrats ever once question their spending. They are Marxists and must constantly promise more, never less, and that necessitates endless tax increases that always reduce GDP.

When I was in high school history class, I had to read Galbraith’s The Great Crash. It was not until I came across a two-volume set of Herbert Hoover’s Memoirs that my eyes were pulled open. Nowhere in Galbraith’s book was there ever any mention of a 1931 Sovereign Debt Default because he was a Socialist, and the object of his book was to pin all the blame on corporations and the rich. He omitted everything that ever remotely pointed to the government as a cause. We should all own nothing, shut up, and be happy. Speak up, and today, you go to prison for Free Speech.

The conflict surfaced in my mind in high school. As I have said, in physics class they said nothing is random. Then in economics class, they said everything is random so government has the power to manipulate society and prevent recessions. That was a conflict to me that began my questioning of what I was being taught.

It is becoming painfully obvious schools are programming children for political agendas. This is very Stalinistic, for he, too, instructed children that the state was their parent and if their biological parents ever said anything against the state, they were to report them.

It has gotten far worse than when I was a kid. They were trying to brainwash us that the government is good and the corporate world is all evil. Today, that has gone into being gay, changing your gender, and not telling the parents like Stalin for the State is your parent. This is a movement to reduce the population to make Schwab, Gates, and Soros happy.

What does this all say? Today, if I had to start over, I would choose homeschooling.

Pentagon Targets New Threat to National Security

Deputy Secretary of Defense Kathleen Hicks alerted the public to a new threat to national security. No, the threat is not coming from a foreign entity or nation. The threat does not involve terrorism or the rising crime rates across all US cities. Biden’s Pentagon is deeply concerned about policies for nonbinary service members.

“We’ve heard concerns about … policies focused on the needs of nonbinary service members. Please know our commitment is resolute, just as it has been over the past three-and-a-half years, to continue our progress in full alignment with our focus on readiness and our focus on the well-being of our people, on which our readiness depends,” Hicks said. The Pentagon clarified her position to Fox News by stating the highest level of America’s defense intelligence is focused on its “all-volunteer force” to ensure its readiness to mobilize.

Now, the entire transgender agenda has been presented to the public in a way where children and adults who do not identify as their birth gender may become suicidal if we do not show blind compassion. The Pentagon is certainly not concerned about mental health, just look at how they have abandoned American veterans combatting various ailments from the wars the neocons create. I believe the Biden Administration has been obsessed with transgenderism for three reasons.

The first reason is that LGBTQ issues have become the latest trendy topic of divisive politics. We are no longer men and women. Gender must be a wide spectrum with no clear definition. This ties into reason number two where you can simply forget the nuclear family ever existed as the pillar of our culture. Everyone plays the same uniform role in society and there is no need for trust or loyalty to begin in the household. Both parents must work in this economy, as it provides the government with double the taxation. The public schools may indoctrinate and program the children as they see fit. Yet another reason why they are asking kindergarteners to choose their pronouns, read books questioning the nature of “boys” and “girls,” and are implementing laws so that parents cannot know what goes on at school as they work for their paycheck-to-paycheck life.

The third reason is something sinister that will come about after the next election. There are plans behind the curtain to draft women for the first time in American history. They are already asking women in European countries to sign up for military service. A woman who I know in Germany told me that she knows people up to the age of 59 who have been asked to register for armed services.

We are all “equal” so we should all be willing to die in the next war. The public sector will look after the children while the women are gone. Even Justice Jackson on the Supreme Court, Biden’s only appointee, has refused to define the term “woman” as they are being erased from our society under the guise of equality.  The woke movement is not in favor of a subset pocket of individuals in our society. The government has been bashing these terms into our minds under Biden for a reason.
