In a post on his own social media site, Truth Social, Mr. Trump said that their conversation would happen on Monday night and that details would follow.  Representatives for the Trump campaign and for X did not immediately respond to requests for comment on Tuesday. (more)

Oh Noes, Elon Triggered The Speech Police

Within a minute of Elon Musk tweeting our content everyone was happy, except me.  You see, I know the game – and it ain’t what you think it is.

Elon is part of a targeting operation for DHS/Goog.  I know this because the engineers who are told to turn the fine-tuning knobs like us. Let’s just say, we talk.

DHS and Big Tech still control the entirety of the social media ecosphere; given the “trillions at stake” in manipulating public opinion, they kinda have to.  Rather than get angry about it, I just laugh and continue telling everyone what’s going on.

After deplatforming, we built this place to be antifragile. So, as you pull out your portable transponder units, ie cell phones to receive the latest intel, here’s some background on the Musk outcome:

Hello,

I’m writing from NewsGuard Technologies, Inc. You may recall that our company rates news and information websites for credibility and transparency, based on nine objective, nonpartisan criteria.

We are currently writing a Nutrition Label for TheConservativeTreehouse.com, and I have a few questions related to the site’s editorial practices. These largely relate to our list of criteria we use to evaluate websites, found here.

1- We found that the site continues to publish false or egregiously misleading content. For example, a January 2024 article titled “Tucker Carlson Asks if the COVID-19 Genetic Modification Vaccine Changes Your DNA” stated: “four years later questions are being raised about what that mRNA process might actually have done to the human genome.”

The article includes former Fox News host Tucker Carlson’s interview with surgeon general of Florida Dr. Joseph Ladapo, in which Carlson asked, “Could foreign DNA enter your cells through the mRNA COVID vax and change your DNA — and humanity itself — forever?” To which Ladapo said, “Absolutely that could happen.”

COVID-19 mRNA vaccines don’t change human DNA. While mRNA vaccines such as Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines use a small part of an antigen’s genetic code to help a person develop antibodies, rather than small or inactivated doses of the antigen, they cannot change a person’s genetic makeup.

According to the website of the National Institutes of Health’s (NIH) National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI), mRNA COVID-19 vaccines work by injecting cells with synthetic mRNA (molecules that transport genetic material within a cell), which contain instructions for generating the COVID-19 spike protein. (The spike protein is found on the surface of the COVID-19 virus and facilitates entry of the virus into healthy cells.) Production of the protein prompts the body to mount an immune response against COVID-19 without having ever been exposed to the virus.

“There is no risk of an mRNA vaccine changing your DNA because mRNA does not have the ability to alter DNA,” the NHGRI says on its site. “Your cells constantly make their own mRNA. The synthetic mRNA in the vaccine acts like any other mRNA that your cells make.”

A May 2024 article titled “Some People Surprised – The FBI Was Prepared to Use Deadly Force Against Trump Security Detail During Mar-a-Lago Raid to Regain Deep State FBI/DOJ Secrets” stated: “Apparently the FBI was prepared to engage in a gun battle or kill people in Mar-a-Lago in order to retake the evidence against them. I know it sounds scary, but that’s the reality of our modern FBI.”

The article misleadingly states that the FBI was prepared to kill people during the August 2022 raid on former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club in Palm Beach, Florida. This claim is based on misrepresentations of an FBI document, unsealed by U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon in May 2024, that included standard language about the potential use of force during the execution of a search warrant.

The FBI document, known as an “operations order,” did include a clause stating that officers conducting the raid on Mar-a-Lago “may use deadly force only when necessary.” The order defined “necessary” as “when the officer has a reasonable belief that the subject of such force poses an imminent danger of death or serious physical injury to the officer or to another person.”

However, in a legal motion filed in a Florida district court in May 2024, Trump’s lawyers misquoted this language as giving FBI agents permission to “use deadly force when necessary” — omitting both the word “only,” as well as clarifying language stating that agents were permitted to use deadly force only when facing “imminent danger of death or serious physical injury.”

In fact, the language used in the operations order is standard for FBI search warrants and does not constitute an order from President Biden or the U.S. Department of Justice to kill former President Trump. In a statement to The Associated Press in May 2024, the FBI described the language used in its operations order as “standard policy statement limiting the use of deadly force.”

“No one ordered additional steps to be taken and there was no departure from the norm in this matter,” the FBI wrote in the statement.

Seriously folks, this information monitoring is all just a little too funny.  The need for control is a reaction to fear.

…”There is no such thing as “disinformation” or “misinformation”.  There is only information you accept and information you do not accept.  You were not born with a requirement to believe everything you are told; rather, you were born with a brain that allows you to process the information you receive and make independent decisions.”…

BOO!

1 – I stand by everything.  It’s all just information.

2 – I think I made a correction once. Use your spiders to find it. Good luck.

3 – We the People own The Conservative Treehouse. I’m just the steward.

4 – If we didn’t have contact information, how did you contact us?

Lastly, do I need a speech impediment to pronounce “Vashisth”?

Elon Musk Partners with World Economic Forum

Posted Jul 8, 2024 By Martin Armstrong

MuskESG

I like Elon Musk for his innovative mind and willingness to speak out against the establishment. Is he part of the controlled opposition? I did not believe it to be true until his recent dealing with the World Economic Forum. Musk himself deemed the ESG policies of the WEF to be “satanic” only one year ago, but now, he has appointed a WEF board member to act as CEO of X.

GARM

X (formerly Twitter) is now part of the Global Alliance for Responsible Media (GARM). The World Economic Forum states on its website that GARM will help the 3.8 BILLION internet users to sort through real vs fake news through censorship, taking on the role of judge and juror. “Together, [GARM] is collaborating with publishers and platforms to go more to address harmful and misleading media environments; and to develop and deliver against a concrete set of actions, processes and protocols for protecting brands,” the website notes.

Is this purely business? Ad revenue on X has decreased by half since Elon’s acquisition. X has been accused of allowing hate speech on disinformation to reach its 250 million daily active users. Its userbase has not increased in a meaningful way since Elon’s takeover in November 2022, far undermining Musk’s goal of 600 million daily active users by 2025.

X was one of the last social media platforms that did not censor its articles and it had become the number one social media platform used by world leaders to share messages instantaneously. TikTok now seems to be the final frontier for free speech, but the ban is pending, and many wrongly believe China is using it to collect user data. The globalists have ruined the internet, which was once an incredible medium for connecting people and ideas globally. One of my recent interviews with Palisades radio was removed from YouTube for “disinformation” regarding COVID-19, despite the fact that I was speaking from well-sourced content. The establishment does not want us to share the TRUTH. Free speech has been banned from cyberspace.

Elon Musk’s SpaceX Building Global Satellite Surveillance Network for U.S. Intelligence Agency

Posted originally on the CTH on March 16, 2024 | Sundance

According to a recent Reuters report, Elon Musk signed a $1.8 billion contract in 2021 with the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) to launch a system of orbiting surveillance satellites.

According to the report, “if successful, the sources said the program would significantly advance the ability of the U.S. government and military to quickly spot potential targets almost anywhere on the globe.”

Remind me again exactly when Elon Musk bought the Twitter platform.

WASHINGTON, March 16 (Reuters) – SpaceX is building a network of hundreds of spy satellites under a classified contract with a U.S. intelligence agency, five sources familiar with the program said, demonstrating deepening ties between billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk’s space company and national security agencies.

The network is being built by SpaceX’s Starshield business unit under a $1.8 billion contract signed in 2021 with the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), an intelligence agency that manages spy satellites, the sources said.

The plans show the extent of SpaceX’s involvement in U.S. intelligence and military projects and illustrate a deeper Pentagon investment into vast, low-Earth orbiting satellite systems aimed at supporting ground forces.

If successful, the sources said the program would significantly advance the ability of the U.S. government and military to quickly spot potential targets almost anywhere on the globe.

The contract signals growing trust by the intelligence establishment of a company whose owner has clashed with the Biden administration and sparked controversy over the use of Starlink satellite connectivity in the Ukraine war, the sources said.

The Wall Street Journal reported in February the existence of a $1.8 billion classified Starshield contract with an unknown intelligence agency without detailing the purposes of the program.

Reuters reporting discloses for the first time that the SpaceX contract is for a powerful new spy system with hundreds of satellites bearing Earth-imaging capabilities that can operate as a swarm in low orbits, and that the spy agency that Musk’s company is working with is the NRO.

Reuters was unable to determine when the new network of satellites would come online and could not establish what other companies are part of the program with their own contracts. (more)

Knowing that for a period of about ten years beginning in 2012, USG/DHS essentially operated inside the platform of Twitter for the purposes of controlling public opinion, I find it very challenging to believe the relationships with DHS, FBI, HHS and USIC – along with the Pentagon and State Dept, just ended after Musk purchased the platform.

One could make a compelling argument the purchase of Twitter held an ancillary benefit and protected the USIC from revelations that would not be controlled by any other process.     Long before the “Twitter Files” were released under tight controls, the structure of Jack’s Magic Coffee shop was increasingly visible.

Beyond the Twitter Files, the COVID-19 pandemic revealed just how much control the government held over the platform.  A $1.8 billion USG contract buys a lot of symbiosis and influence.

Elon Announces What He’s Not Going to Do

“It’s a big club, and you ain’t in it.”

There’s a certain type of psychology to people who insist on telling you what they are not going to do.  Ordinary, well, stable people, just don’t do things, and they are quiet while they don’t do things.

Then, there are other people….

In related news…. It has been brought to my attention that stable Treehouse people do not announce what they are not doing.  They just live their best life.  Huh, go figure.

Walmart Joins List of Companies that Withdraws Advertising from Twitter – Looming Collapse of Platform Evident

Posted originally on the CTH on December 1, 2023 | Sundance

At dinner last night, I was questioned about Twitter and the recent remarks of Elon Musk.  My opinion is somewhat out of variance with the mainstream considerations.

I believe the demise of Twitter was essentially determined long ago.  Musk stepped into a scenario that was tenuous at best, and the government control of the platform was always the fulcrum issue.  Musk’s prior intent with the platform may be up for debate; however, against his recent remarks, I would argue Musk is presenting the potential collapse of the platform as a martyr scenario.

Musk said recently the platform may collapse without advertisers, but he will not acquiesce to corporate blackmail.  Sounds great, but keep in mind that Musk has known about the fulfillment of the DOJ search warrant for user data since January of this year; we only recently discovered it.  Put that background reality into the overlay of your opinion, given the year of comments about users shared by Musk, and the known lack of platform privacy.

Musk knew as an outcome of the platform fulfillment of the court order, the release of all user metadata who supported, followed, liked, or shared the tweets of Donald Trump, that the government created the “his kind” list earlier this year.   Yet, he never discussed the issue of compromised privacy throughout his commentary; he did exactly the opposite while assuring people the platform would protect users.  [Ex. How did the encrypted DM promise work out?]

Now Musk positions himself as the martyr, the victim of leftist targeting…. and his hired CEO Linda Yaccarino is doing the same thing [SEE HERE].  What better way to guide the platform into a controlled collapse than to be a martyred hero as the Twitter platform potentially disappears.  Just think about it.

Simultaneously, all prior DOJ/FBI/IC datamining and intelligence gathering operations against conservative or liberty-minded Americans becomes legal when contrast against the fulfilled subpoena.  That’s the same DOJ/FBI/IC motive behind the Carter Page FISA application.   All prior surveillance legalized ex-post-facto, history rhymes.

VIA CBS – Walmart said Friday that it is scaling back its advertising on X, the social media company formerly known as Twitter, because “we’ve found some other platforms better for reaching our customers.”

Walmart’s decision has been in the works for a while, according to a person familiar with the move. Yet it comes as X faces an advertiser exodus following billionaire owner Elon Musk’s support for an antisemitic post on the platform.

The retailer spends about $2.7 billion on advertising each year, according to MarketingDive. In an email to CBS MoneyWatch, X’s head of operations, Joe Benarroch, said Walmart still has a large presence on X. He added that the company stopped advertising on X in October, “so this is not a recent pausing.”

“Walmart has a wonderful community of more than a million people on X, and with a half a billion people on X, every year the platform experiences 15 billion impressions about the holidays alone with more than 50% of X users doing most or all of their shopping online,” Benarroch said.

Musk struck a defiant pose earlier this week at the New York Times’ Dealbook Summit, where he cursed out advertisers that had distanced themselves from X, telling them to “go f— yourself.” He also complained that companies are trying to “blackmail me with advertising” by cutting off their spending with the platform, and cautioned that the loss of big advertisers could “kill” X. Twitter has $12.5 billion in debt from the initial investor purchase of the platform.   The debt service costs around $1 billion per year ($100 million/mo).   There was never a viable path to profitability and/or platform solvency; the operating costs when combined with the debt service are just too high.

Now, think carefully…. In late September, Twitter CEO Linda Yaccarino made a bold statement.  Yaccarino stated that from her review of the current status, Twitter would start to turn a profit in the first quarter of 2024 {link}.  However, with $100 million per month in debt service alone, this statement seemed too far of a stretch.  At pre-Musk levels of revenue, maybe; but that $1.5 billion debt service is a heavy nut to carry.

Timing – Remember, in early October the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) gave special regulatory approval to Bill Ackman’s firm, Pershing Square (hedge fund), for a new investment vessel called SPARC, whose purpose is to invest in private companies in order to take them public.  As noted by CNBC, “In a SPARC, investors will know what company the financing vehicle would be used to merge with before they have to pledge their investments.”  The financial mechanism avoids some of the issues with typical IPOs.

•It was October 2023, inflection time.  •Yaccarino says a strategy is underway for profitability in Q1 2024.  •Ackman gets SPARC approval.  If you ask me what was going on, I’d say they were positioning a mechanism to get the debt removed and the investors repaid – sell the debt via Ackman.

Once the new advertising boycott began, the Ackman story disappeared completely.  The debt holders are naked with a platform that is worth less than the original investment.

Was this just naive stupid thinking?  Was the current scenario the result of failed foresight…. or, was this a guided and controlled outcome?   If you ask me, I’d say the latter.

Who wins?  The surveillance state…

….while everyone proclaims Elon Musk a hero for trying.

Brilliant!

Welcome to the 2024 election season.

Elon Musk Tells Boycott Advertisers to “Go F**K Themselves”

Twitter owner Elon Musk went full wolverine earlier today during remarks at the ‘New York TImes’ DealBook Summit’ on a wide-ranging interview including anti-semitism, an advertiser boycott, Tesla, AI and more.

I have been skeptical of Mr. Musk, particularly over the mechanics of his purchase against the backdrop of DHS/FBI control elements; his remarks today are going viral. WATCH:

Despite continued reservations about Mr. Musk, I appreciate and respect his candor.

Elon Musk Files Lawsuit Against Extreme Leftist Media Matters

Media Matters is one of the vilest constructs of the severe left-wing lunacy of David Brock.  For years the leftist group has been manufacturing political attacks against conservatives and centrist websites.

Most recently, Media Matters participates in the demonetization and deplatforming agenda within Big Tech by constructing false stories pushed by their rabid ideologues.  They then take the false information to advertisers and use their rabid supporter files to threaten the companies.  However, finally someone is going to take them to task as Elon Musk is suing them over their malicious and false story about X platform advertising and manufactured adjacencies.

The Twitter Lawsuit is HERE, with the key paragraphs cited below:

Politico – […] Shortly after Musk filed his lawsuit, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, who has in the past aligned himself with the tech mogul, announced that his office would open a probe into “potential fraudulent activity” by Media Matters.  (read more)

Elon Musk, “The Degree to Which Twitter Was an Arm of the Govt, Was Not Well Understood by the Public”…

Posted originally on the CTH on November 1, 2023 | Sundance

Several people have pointed out this conversation between Joe Rogan and Twitter owner Elon Musk.   There are a couple of interesting aspects to the conversation; one of the more interesting is not generally being noticed.

The primary point, raised by many, is how Elon Musk discusses the scale and scope of U.S. government involvement in the operation of Twitter as an information and discussion platform.  Almost all of those making this note are unfamiliar with our multi-year research and outlines long before Elon Musk entered the picture.

As affirmed during the conversation, the FBI and various government agencies, under the auspices of the Dept of Homeland Security (DHS), were in a direct relationship with Twitter offices to control information on the platform.  This is not a surprise to CTH readers.  The instructions on content removal, content moderation, and demands to remove accounts, were part of the DHS broader initiative to control information.  This part of the discussion begins at 05:46, prompted. WATCH:

.

While the govt involvement in the operation of Twitter is interesting, readers here will not be surprised.  However, there is a statement by Joe Rogan, at 11:40, that seems to fly under the radar, even to Elon Musk, that deserves an equal amount of attention.

In response to Musk saying the ratio of censorship on the Twitter platform was a multiple of 10 times greater for “right-wing” or centrist views, Rogan ponders how and why accounts like the Taliban were not removed.   Thus, yet again, the issue that brought me to the political sphere many decades ago surfaces.

The Taliban, as a totalitarian ideology, is not on the right side of the political continuum.  Totalitarianism, or the presence of big oppressive government, falls on the left side of the political continuum.  The far-left is totalitarianism.  The furthest right is the absence of government.  This is an ideological mistake that happens frequently and needs to be addressed when the mistake is made.

When the Chinese Communist Party cracked down on the student activists in Tiananmen Square, China, most of the political analysis and media pundits got it totally wrong in their discussion.  It was not a “hard-right” reaction by the Chinese government, it was an actionable shift to the far-left, toward total government control.

Like the Chinese communist regime, the ideology of Hamas, Hezbollah, al-Qaeda, the Taliban, the Muslim Brotherhood et al, is left-wing extremism.  The government – or controlling, totalitarian, oppressive ruling authority – controls the lives of the people subjected to it.  This is a far-left big government worldview.

Oppressive government is on the left side of the freedom continuum.  That’s why the further left the Democrat Party goes, the more oppressive the government control becomes.  Democrats are leftists, and the leftists believe in socialism (big govt), communism (bigger govt), and eventually totalitarianism (total govt).  Each shift is a move further to the left, further toward oppressive government.

The absence of government, individual liberty and freedom, is on the right side of the continuum.  Federalism (local govt), Republicanism (limited federal govt), Libertarianism (even less govt), and eventually anarchy (no govt or control authority) are on the right side of the freedom continuum.

As noted by the reference point of Joe Rogan, almost every pundit makes this common and fundamental mistake.  That’s why Rogan was having difficulty reconciling the Taliban being allowed on Twitter, when the reality is – the Taliban are on Twitter because they are in alignment with big oppressive, controlling government.  That is their central alignment.

Understanding this core distinction, this fundamental flaw as espoused by so many, is what brought me into the world of politics a long time ago.

When “Republicans” want bigger government, they are “Democrats.”
