The Biden Department of Labor cannot win in court over their use of OSHA to force mandated vaccines. The effort to use an OSHA Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) did not and will not survive judicial scrutiny.
The exemptions alone nullify the claims the ETS is built upon, and the courts are recognizing the brutally obvious political nature of the vaccine mandate effort.
As a result of the Fifth Circuit (New Orleans, LA) order to stay the vaccine requirement {See Here}, OSHA has now announced {SEE HERE} they will not attempt to enforce the rule:
Dept of Labor – “On November 12, 2021, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit granted a motion to stay OSHA’s COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Emergency Temporary Standard, published on November 5, 2021 (86 Fed. Reg. 61402) (“ETS”). The court ordered that OSHA “take no steps to implement or enforce” the ETS “until further court order.” While OSHA remains confident in its authority to protect workers in emergencies, OSHA has suspended activities related to the implementation and enforcement of the ETS pending future developments in the litigation.” (link)
While the 5th circuit case from Louisiana was the first, there are 11 total circuit court cases holding the same challenges. As a result, the cases were consolidated and assigned to one circuit court chosen randomly via lottery.
The 6th Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati, Ohio, won the lottery to hear the legal challenges. “The 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, based in Cincinnati, Ohio, is known to lean conservative, with most of its judges appointed by Republican presidents.” The 6th Circuit will have to decide whether or not to lift or maintain the stay instituted by the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, based in New Orleans.

The most vaccinated population in the world exists on Gibraltar, a British Overseas Territory located at the southern end of Spain. The average number of vaccinations is 2.79 per person for all residents.
However, even with that level of vaccination density, or perhaps –more likely– because of that level of vaccination density, the narrow peninsula is experiencing a massive rise in COVID-19 infections. As a result, the Gibraltar government announced today that all Christmas assemblies must be stopped, and citizens must re-evaluate their intent to gather in celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ.
UK News – […] In a statement released by the Gibraltar government, a spokesperson said: “Given the exponential rise in the number of cases, the Government, for example, intends to cancel a number of its own functions including official Christmas parties, official receptions and similar gatherings.
“The public, at this stage, are ultimately called upon to exercise their own judgement in this respect bearing in mind the current advice given.
“This consideration should include the number of persons, the setting whether indoor or outdoor, the degree of ventilation if indoor and whether those attending are vaccinated, elderly or vulnerable. “In the same way, as has happened in the past, this advice may change going forward. (link)
This outcome in Gibraltar reminds me of the prior warning from Geert Vanden Bossche, a scientist and expert vaccine developer (Belgium) in September.
When Vanden Bossche initially reviewed the high vaccination rates in Israel, Vanden Bossche warned the absence of a natural immunity population to fight the virus would lead to an uncontrollable spread of the virus in the vaccinated community. The higher the vaccination rates, the more serious the spread of the virus amid the population that only carries the immune system protection provided by the vaccine.
I encapsulated his outline here: “The widespread vaccination rate is creating pressure on the virus to mutate into variants with higher levels of contagion. The unvaccinated group has been keeping the pressure down by defeating the virus and carrying natural immunity. However, as the unvaccinated population is increasingly made smaller, the pressure on the virus to mutate increases. Subsequently, these mutations stay at higher or more effective levels of infection.”

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson held a press conference yesterday [Video Here] where he announced the U.K. COVID mitigation policy will now require citizens of the U.K. to undergo booster jabs. The government approved definition of “fully vaccinated” will now require the citizens to take booster shots in order to remain compliant.
Comrades, the collective aspirations of the Ministry of COVID Health, have determined the booster program is the best way to transfer taxpayer funds to the pharmaceutical corporations who are now in control of government. Our community health COVID authorization passport is now contingent upon our obedience to an undetermined number of ongoing jabs.
There are many concerning issues; however, the alarming aspect is to consider that through COVID the government now controls the definitions of “fully vaccinated“, and that definition is what opens newly constructed gates permitting your freedom. Regardless of how you feel about the vaccine, the ability of a government to modify a definition of your physical being – that then permits your freedom, should be beyond alarming.
♦ Big Picture – The COVID Passport, now currently deployed in Europe and Australia, becomes the vector for entry into a digital identification process. At the end of that digital ID process is a centralized database, which, not coincidentally, directly aligns with the capability of the federal government to trigger what the Build Back Better leaders have described as a centralized system to control all financial deposits, transactions and human activity through the digital ID now created.
QUESTION: Hello I think there is something wrong with the pattern when it comes to covid and the vaccines. It just do not add up. If the vaccines are about depopulation, then why does Gates vaccinate the people he would like to keep if he could choose? Why isn´t for example Africa the most vaccinated place instead of the western world and China etc. (look at a vaccination map)? The only way this adds up is if the covid vaccines are meant to protect against something worse that is to come. It would also explain for example why they want to vaccinate children and it would mean many overpopulated countries that do not get the vaccine could be hit very hard in a later stage, together with conservatives… Best regards PR
ANSWER: Your point is interesting, but I do not believe the vaccines will suddenly kill the vaccinated in 2 or 3 years – at least intentionally. They may lower your immunity and make you more susceptible to new strains of viruses yet to appear. There seems to be a greater risk that they will impact fertility intentionally. But the side effects are serious and there are no studies that warn people with certain medical profiles not to take the vaccine as is the case with other vaccines on the CDC website. The MMR vaccine the CDC clearly tells who should not get vaccinated.
There is something VERY VERY VERY wrong here. This is from the CDC’s website, which clearly has a section on the measles vaccine (MMR), warning that those who have these conditions should NOT be vaccinated. That is absent with respect to COVID. Why?
Now here is the page from the CDC on the COVID vaccine. There is no section whatsoever to warn people who should NOT be vaccinated. Why? Once you have had a disease, you do not get vaccinated against that same disease. Politicians disregard that and still demand vaccination. There is something seriously wrong here. Nobody will answer the questions, and you are to be fired if you refuse, and there are no exceptions. For every other vaccine, there are exceptions, but not with COVID. This is no longer medical; it is political. Anyone who thinks the government cares about you is really living in fantasyland.
If we look at the madman of Australia, he has come out and told the people who are vaccinated that if they want to retain any freedom, they much are regularly vaccinated. In Austria, they are imprisoning people who are not vaccinated. Look beyond the United States and you will see this agenda unfolding. It is really to control the population. They know when government fails, there will be an uprising. To prevent civil unrest, they are using these vaccines to control people. In Europe, you cannot travel without a COVID pass. With the situation varying from country to country, in Europe, traveling for the vaccinated across the EU is not entirely possible. What they do not want is resistance gathering from all over Europe into one place. They are reinstating the Nazi protocol – Papers Please!
The United States is different than Europe. Biden does not have the power to order lockdowns nationwide. His attempt to force vaccinations on companies with 100 or more employees is going through federal agencies which do not have such powers. That is why Biden is telling companies to ignore the courts. If that is legal, then likewise ignore all the COVID rules from Washington is also legal.
There will be further mutations of COVID and they are clueless about what they have unleashed. This is Pandora’s Box. They have no way of now knowing the mutations of this virus because it was created in a lab somewhere, probably not even China, and deliberately released for political control. I have been warning that any virus that co-exists in animals can NEVER be cured with a vaccine because it has a vast reservoir to mutate. Even leopards in the zoo have died of COVID. It has been suggested that 40% of the deer population has gotten COVID.
I am NOT a doctor. I was taught that in high school health class. When a virus co-exists in animals, that is why we cannot cure a common cold or the flu. Our greatest risk is that this man-made virus will mutate far beyond what these people thought. Already, the people who are vaccinated are getting new strains of COVID and dying at a faster rate than the UNVACCINATED. This forced Gates to admit his vaccines do not work. He will come out with version 2.0 and the politicians will still use it to carry out their tyranny because they have so mismanaged the economy there is no saving this current version of socialism. In the old days, they would be dragging our politicians out of their fancy offices unto the street and either light them on fire as they did in a revolution in China, or they would behead them and parade their heads on a spike as they would in ancient Rome.
I have warned that they were considering lockdowns for climate change. India has been the first to impose a lockdown in New Delhi all for air pollution. I strongly recommend that if you can, get out of the major urban cities before you find yourself locked in home imprisonment denied all human rights on the basis of climate. This is the New World Order and the end goal is to even eliminate office buildings and commuting.

TrialSite previously reported on the 5th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals’ decision to halt U.S. President Biden’s vaccine mandate: Conservative 5th Circuit Makes Move to Block POTUS COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate. The opinion of the Appeals Court is documented under Docket 21-60845, available for download here. Reading deeper into this court document implicates the true purpose of the vaccine mandate, which applies as well to a long history of vaccine mandates that I have previously written about. For example, in my editorial, Fear and Coercion in Public Health Vaccination Campaigns, I quoted testimony of a U.S. public health official from the early 20th century who admitted using identical workplace coercion policies to drive vaccination rates for smallpox almost 100 years ago.
On page 3 of the recent Appeal Court document, the Circuit Judges wrote that the case involved the “Mandate” issued by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). The mandate required “employees of covered employers to undergo COVID-19 vaccination or take weekly COVID-19 tests and wear a mask.”Subscribe to the Trialsitenews “Vaccine” ChannelNo spam – we promise
On page 15 of the document, the Judges wrote about the “underinclusive” nature of the mandate that didn’t apply to companies with under 100 employees. The Judges questioned why employees of smaller companies would be denied the same safety afforded to larger companies if the mandate’s true purpose was workplace safety during a public health emergency. This caused the Judges to question “the premise that any of this is truly an emergency.”
Moreover, the Judges wrote, “The underinclusive nature of the Mandate implies that the Mandate’s true purpose is not to enhance workplace safety, but instead to ramp up vaccine uptake by any means necessary.”
Furthermore, in a footnote on page 15 of the document, the Judges pointed out that vaccination alone doesn’t prevent employees from spreading the virus, and that weekly testing is insufficient to prevent daily exposures to infections. These points raise additional doubts about the Mandate’s intention to address workplace safety during a true public health emergency.
Covered Employers
Coercion is not a new tactic to “ramp up vaccine uptake.” Coercion can also apply to “deputized” employers who may be threatened with shutdowns for non-compliance. On page 4 of the Appeal Court document, the Judges wrote about the employers covered by the Mandate:
“…the Mandate imposes a financial burden upon them by deputizing their participation in OSHA’s regulatory scheme, exposes them to severe financial risk if they refuse or fail to comply, and threatens to decimate their workforces…”
History shows that these coercion tactics to promote vaccination have been used by public health agencies for at least a hundred years or more. At least we have the courts to step in to halt the damage…temporarily.
It’s up to state legislatures to make it an official crime for public health agencies to issue and enforce coercion policies that threaten workers and employers while under prioritizing workplace safety during a questionable public health emergency.

Somewhere in the upper northeast there must be an economic school or think-tank where leftist graduate students are taught how to verbalize cognitive dissonance using the same 300 words and emojis in a sequential pattern. Two of the most visible alma maters’ of this school are Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, and a fellow named Brian Deese, who is now the White House National Economic Council director.
In his latest exhibition of post-graduate cognitive dissonance, Deese nuts, the primary architect of the JoeBama economic program, appears on NBC to proclaim that massive U.S. inflation is somehow connected to the fact that 5 to 11-year-old children are not yet vaccinated. [Video at 01:30] Once the children are vaccinated, some unknown and difficult to explain metamorphosis will take place amid the American workforce allowing the U.S. economy to stop inflation.

Bill Gates simply cannot be this stupid. He is engaging in pure sophistry to sell his population-climate change agenda. The mistake people are making here is they are judging the third world by our way of life. Gates is claiming that we need to vaccinate everyone in the world so they will have a healthier single child so they will not need more than one child. This scheme will reduce the population by 50%. Gates waves his hands wildly desperately trying to gesture for emphasis to make his claims more declarative. It might be dangerous to sit too close to him. You may be poked in the eye with an elbow. Nevertheless, is this all a complete lie? Is Bill Gates promoting LGB relationships to also reduce population?
Those who have made up these estimates of the world population since the start of recorded history have created a linear progression that is FAKE and never reflected wars or disease. The Black Death reduced the population by 50% in most areas. They estimate the world population between 1200 to 1500 grew from 360 million to 450 million. There is NEVER a single downtick in their estimates. They have totally ignored the history of plagues. The plague of smallpox often wiped out 50% to 70% of the population.
Climate has impacted the population tremendously. Even studies of field mice have revealed that they would produce more offspring when food was abundant and fewer babies when food was scarce. The ebb and flow of the climate have had a huge impact upon population growth as is the case for economic expansion. As empires rose, the birth rate would decline for people did not need children as much to survive and the birth rate declines.
Even in China right now, the newborn population has plummeted by 40% in the past five years (from 18 million in 2016 to 12 million in2020), and authorities are pulling out all the stops to convince people to have children. Back in 2013, China had to pass a law that thechildren must visit their parents. Elderly couples began importing girls from Southeast Asia to take care of them and they would leave them the property. It wasn’t long ago when China had the one-child rule which led to many girls being abandoned to be adopted by Westerners.
The greatest the economic advancement, the greater the decline in the birth rate. We see this trend throughout the industrialized world. The birth rates have declined substantially in Japan, Europe, and America with the rise in the economy. Russia was paying $9,000 for women to have children because the population declines only with economic advancement. Is Gates’ fear of population and climate change all based upon linear projections that ignore reality? Has he been brainwashed by his father’s effort to provide abortions with Planned Parenthood in minority areas?
Abortion was practiced on a regular basis among the poor, slave, merchant, and royal classes in ancient Rome. There was no consideration that abortion was killing a child. There was nothing in Roman law that criminalized such an act. Even if we read Ovid, we find the passage on abortion where his mistress aborted his child and he wished she had died with the child. He wrote:
“She who first essayed to expel from her womb the tender fruit she bore therein, deserved to perish in the struggle she had invited….If in the childhood of the world mothers had followed this wicked custom, the human race would have vanished from the face of the earth…” The Loves 2.14
It was Emperor Augustus (27 BC-14 AD) who banished his daughter Julia for her sex orgies and also banish Ovid to the Black Sea for his encouragement. It was Augustus who passed family laws to force men to marry because the Latin population was declining as economic expansion flourished. Marriages in Roman times were arrangements between two Roman families. The girl would be married soon after puberty to a suitable male generally 10 to 15 years older. The parents would consult with friends to find suitable partners that could improve the family’s wealth or class. In ancient Egypt, one was considered fortunate if they could marry their sister to keep the wealth in the family.
In Rome, there were very specific laws governing marriage. A proper Roman marriage could not take place unless the bride and groom were Roman citizens, or had been granted special permission, called “conubium.” At one point in Roman history, freed slaves had been forbidden to marry citizens. This restriction was lifted by Augustus who passed as part of his family laws in 18BC to increase the population. A freed slave, however, was still prohibited from marrying a senator.
The birth rates have always declined with economic growth throughout history. The higher birth rates in India and Africa that have tormented Bill Gates in his dreams are in agrarian-based economies where they need children for their retirement. The reason is very simple. In an agrarian society, you have more children for they are your retirement and they take care of you in your old age and allow the farm to keep producing. You would typically have several children because also because the mortality rate was high. Even the legal age for a girl in most of the world is 14 years old. The only countries with 18 years old are the United States and Turkey. These lower legal ages outside the United States reflect the ancient tradition of marrying soon after puberty for the life expectancy was also lower and at times in the late 40s. So a girl did not wait until she passed thirty to get married. She would not be there as a mother more often than not when the child reached twenty.
While social security was hailed as a major benefit during the Great Depress, the problem it has introduced was that it fundamentally altered the family structure of responsibility that extended back thousands of years. People would have children and they, in turn, took care of their parents in their old age. Today, few children save for their parents and they assume that it is the government’s job to take care of them in their old age – no longer the children. Then the politicians took the money and used it as a slush fund to fill it with their debt and prohibited it from ever investing in the country.
Historically, the age difference in marriage declined with the industrial revolution to the point it was only 50% older by 1900 and then dropped to perhaps 10-15 years older by 1930. The introduction of social security also altered the entire marriage trend. The man would ask the father for the hand of his daughter and the question was – What do you have? The boy first had to become a man, work hard, get the house and the chickens to prove he could take care of her and their children. With the introduction of socialism, the age collapsed and it was all about love, and no longer did the boy have to become a man. Even the dowry was not a payment to the boy to marry his daughter, it was a payment to her to contribute to her future. It was all about providing for the girl and her children into the future. Therefore, only after the Great Depression did the age difference collapse and divorce skyrocketed because girls naturally matured faster than boys. Money was no longer an issue for the great government replaced family, dowries, and concern about the future.
Gates’ proposition falls apart because these third-world countries are still in the agrarian stage. They lack the economic development that reduces the population. They need the children to run the farm and they need them for retirement for they lack such pension schemes. Gates’ nightmare about population growth in India and Africa can be solved by improving their economies – not vaccinating them so they will have fewer children. That is just absurd. To me, it seems he is just following his father is trying to impose Eugenics on the World. Yet Gates had three children – so it’s Eugenics. Do as I command, but not as I do.
There is absolutely no support whatsoever for his claim that vaccinating children will make them healthier so they will have less. Donate food if that is really the issue – but there is no profit in that. Gates then pretends to be the great philanthropist, but in the next breath refuses to share vaccine technology and lobbies the industrialized rich countries to buy his vaccines and they donate them to the third world. Oh, he has just admitted that they do not work anyhow.
This scheme is clever and the end goal is to make him the richest man in 6,000 years of recorded history. Even the billionaire tax will kill his competition and he will never pay a dime for he stuffed his wealth tax-free in a foundation like Hillary.
It seems that power is like money. Gates shifted his quest for wealth to power. The more he buys, the more he wants.
Forget the UN’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights. All rights are now irrelevant. Austria has now ordered that all unvaccinated are to be imprisoned in their homes. In Britain, reliable sources in London are saying that it may be necessary to impose lockdowns regularly well into 2026. The Netherlands has returned to a partial lockdown. I warned at the WEC that there is a deliberate effort to recreate the Great Depression for force submission to their new Green World Order and to Build Back Better. Britain is headed into a winter of disastercome the first quarter of ’22.
If you are wondering WHY Bill Gates has admitted that the vaccines do not work, he is preparing to bring in a new version with new claims and promises. Like the computer industry, when there was a flaw with the first version of the software, they made you pay for 2.0 which corrected all the mistakes in version 1.0. This is not a victory, but a warning that version 2.0 will come out and then everyone will be forced into another round of vaccines.
Covid is soring in the very countries with the highest vaccinations and whose people have been crushed the most with lockdowns and forced to have COVID passes to even move. Despite the fact that none of this has worked, there was NEVER any intention that these tyrannical sanctions were for the benefit of the people. This has ALWAYS been because the government is collapsing. Their negative interest rates in Europe since 2014 have not just destroyed their bond markets, they have wiped out pension funds and those in power have used this manufactured pandemic to crush human rights in order to usher in a new authoritarian government.
When the CDC was subpoenaed for records proving that the unvaccinated person who had COVID can spread the disease, they replied that they had no such records showing that. Meanwhile, the evidence surfacing from around the world shows that natural immunity is better. The effect of the corona vaccines against infection decreases significantly after a few months. This is the result of a large-scale study from Sweden. Meanwhile, it is shaping up that young men are at greater risk from taking the vaccines. A number of European athletes have been injured. The Brazilian jiu-jitsu world champion, two Olympic gold medalists, an NBA point guard, and the world’s top static breath-hold freediver have all suffered Covid-19 vaccine injuries. Yet governments are pushing these vaccines like drug dealers. Why? Have they just been bribed or ios it just a control mechanism to suppress society to prevent a civil uprising in the face of economic changes?
