Australian Tyranny Growing?

Armstrong Economics Blog/Australia & Oceania Re-Posted Jul 30, 2021 by Martin Armstrong

Some readers in Australia are reporting that the government is now trying to block access to our site. You can usually circumvent that with a VPN. I find it very interesting that we are NOT blocked in China or Russia, but in Australia? This is only an indication of the Decline and Fall of the West.

The forecasts of our computer are NOT my personal opinion. Many have written in saying our forecast that the USA will break up and no longer exist post-2032 nor will the EU, which may have seemed unthinkable at our WECs until now. Unfortunately, this is how history is made. Humanity keeps making the same mistakes over and over again and the corruption in government is like cancer that eats away at society to the point it will always turn authoritarian as its respect and power begins to slip away. The more the people turn from government, the worse they respond, and then, in the end, that is what revolution is all about. History repeats because we never learn and thus it is a process of self-referral.

They can block free thought, imprison people that speak out against this tyranny, or have them assassinated. It will not stop the decline and fall they have set in motion. These drastic usurpations of power that are pure EVIL, will not save the day. They will divide and separate the nation and in the end, they will lose all power.

Australia attained independence nation status on January 1, 1901, after the British Parliament approved a law that allowed the six Australian colonies to administer the Commonwealth of Australia exclusively. Like the United States, Australia will also break apart. This is what happens when governments think they can retain power by dividing the people to prevent a unified revolution.

Post-2032, we have to eliminate representative government. It should be a direct democracy where an issue to be voted on must stand alone and they should be a supreme court to determine that any law is constitutionally legal BEFORE it is ever enacted. There should NEVER be any direct form of taxation whatsoever.

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) released their investigative findings of a recent outbreak of COVID-19 in Massachusetts. [Press Release Here] According to their study, 74% of those infected during the regional outbreak were previously vaccinated.

According to the study, 469 cases were tracked from the Provincetown, MA, outbreak July 3rd through 17th.  Of the 469 COVID cases identified, the CDC is claiming 346 (74%) occurred in previously vaccinated people.  Specimens from 133 of the patients showed 90% of those cases were the “Delta variant”.

Five people were hospitalized, no-one died during the outbreak.  [Read Study Here]

(WaPo) […] the study found that vaccinated individuals carried as much virus in their noses as unvaccinated individuals, strongly suggesting that vaccinated people could spread the virus to each other. (link)

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis Promises No Mandates, No Lockdowns, No Restrictions, and No School Closures

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis delivered a statement about the future of Florida today while visiting Cape Coral on the Southwest coast.  During his remarks, the governor highlighted his support for parent’s rights, taking the position that parents should be the ones making decisions for their children on masks, schools and vaccines, not government.

Governor DeSantis promised Florida residents there will be no lockdowns, no mandates, no restrictions and no school closures.  Additionally, the governor urged all local communities to follow common sense science and said he will soon issue an order allowing parents or guardians to choose whether their child wears a mask in schools.

“As of today, very few [school districts] are requiring it. Nevertheless, we have a lot of push from the CDC and others to make every single person, kids and staff have to wear masks all day,” DeSantis said during the event. “That would be a huge mistake.”  WATCH:

The Florida Education Association (FEA), the largest teacher union in the state, said they will fight the Florida governor on all measures.  The teachers union is considering not going back to work with in-person teaching, and has vowed not to give up control of the (k-12) children to the parents. “Governor DeSantis continues to think that Tallahassee knows best what all Floridians need,” FEA President Andrew Spar said in a statement.  “We reject that kind of thinking” Spar continued.

“Instead, we ask Governor DeSantis to allow all Florida’s citizens to have a voice by empowering the elected leaders of cities, counties and school districts to make health and safety decisions locally based on their unique needs and circumstances,” Spar said.  Emphasizing how the union feels they have more power in the blue and leftist urban area, and they have vowed to fight any conservative effort in the state to undermine the teachers financial interests and control over Florida students.

Heads Up, Senate Votes to Advance Unwritten Infrastructure Bill as Biden Hints HR-3684 Will Include Amnesty in Reconciliation Process

Posted originally on the conservative tree house on July 30, 2021 | Sundance | 268 Comments

As the nation is distracted by various COVID-centered discussion and media debate amid headlines of forced vaccinations, mask mandates and various other COVID compliance fiats, there is something rather troubling happening in congress.

Earlier today, the UniParty Senate (Democrats and Republicans) voted to approve cloture on HR-3684 the Senate version of the House infrastructure bill.  The cloture vote now means the bill will be debated and opens the Senate floor for amendments to the bill.  However, this cloture vote is odd….

…. BECAUSE THE D**NED SENATE BILL ISN’T EVEN WRITTEN YET!

That’s right.  The U.S. Senate just voted to invoke cloture and begin debate on a bill that has not even been written.  This is how dysfunctional the legislative branch has become.  Not a single senator has seen the text of the bill they just voted to start debating.

The UniParty exists in both chambers of the legislative branch, but the UniParty in the Senate is absurd in the extreme.  How can a senator approve moving forward to debate the merits of a bill that has not even been written?

This is where the manipulative Senate scheme called reconciliation is surfacing again, circa ObamaCare origin 2010.  Reconciliation is supposed to be a  final process where a budgetary spending bill from the House and a spending bill from the Senate are reconciled.  However, just like the ObamaCare fiasco the Senate is using reconciliation to actually create a bill from the beginning, AND you are not going to like what they are about to put in it.

According to Joe Biden, who tipped his hand earlier today, the UniParty will likely insert “immigration reform”, aka amnesty for illegal aliens (DACA and DAPA), into the infrastructure spending bill.

The Senate Republicans, the right-wing of the UniParty bird, are trying to hide their support for amnesty by using this method to get it passed: (A) while the American public are distracted by COVID; and (B) without the American public knowing they are passing amnesty legislation.  WATCH:

The UniParty, a majority group inside the legislative branch, is the worst possible group of scheming and conniving creatures in DC.

WASHINGTON DC – […] In his opening remarks Friday, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer predicted that the Senate would move quickly on the bill and suggested that the chamber could stay in during the weekend.

“With the cooperation of our Republican colleagues, I believe we can finish the bipartisan infrastructure bill in a matter of days,” Schumer said, adding that the legislation is a “massive down payment towards rebuilding our nation’s infrastructure” that “ will benefit our economy for years and decades.”

But in a sign that the process is nowhere near over, Friday’s vote was briefly interrupted after a draft of the legislation began to circulate that Republicans did not support. Republicans are asking for assurances from Schumer that the text will be based on the agreement by a bipartisan group of 10 negotiators.

Before the vote, Schumer and Portman spoke by phone and the New York Democrat assured him that he would use the bipartisan group’s language, according to sources familiar with the call. Schumer has previously promised a vote on the bipartisan bill text first.

In a statement ahead of the scheduled vote, Sens. Rob Portman (R-Ohio) and Kyrsten Sinema (D-Ariz.) said the text would be released when it was final. (read more)

Here’s a novel idea.  How about you WRITE a bill, letting everyone see what is in it, before you begin to VOTE on it!

Hopefully, America can see what is going on here.  The United States Senate doesn’t want US to see the bill they have agreed to vote on.

They are not hiding the amnesty bill from themselves, they are hiding it from US because they don’t want the immediate backlash from U.S. voters.

Damn, this is infuriating.

A pox on all their houses!

Either Nancy Pelosi has magic and mysterious political power to control the coronavirus, or the mandated mask nonsense is really about raw political power and manipulative control over the American people.  You decide.

Nancy Pelosi showcases how her mask mandate is really nothing more than political theater.  Watch what happens during a ceremonial swearing-in for Congressman-elect Jake Ellzey on 7/30/2021… WATCH:

Biden Asks Congress to Extend Moratorium on Evictions

Armstrong Economics Blog/Tyranny Re-Posted Jul 30, 2021 by Martin Armstrong

There is no question that this entire COVID restriction is being orchestrated to force the Great Reset upon the world. While Australia has barred public gatherings restricting people’s movements beyond 5 km from their residence, Biden is also pushing the same guaranteed basic income scheme to undermine the entire economy. The Treasury Department said in a report last week that about 8.2 million adults were behind on their rent or mortgage as of July 5 and have low confidence they can pay on time next month, a Census Bureau survey showed. They are wiping out rental properties. Maybe BlackRock has a special deal like Gates being paid not to grow food.

The Supreme Court rules that the CDC had no such power to impose a moratorium on rents. This is just the problem we have with the rule of law. They get to do whatever they like and we have the burden to prove it is unconstitutional. Meanwhile, they get to do whatever they desire and we have no power to defend the constitution for the system is skewed against us.

Biden has now asked for Congress to quickly enact legislation to extend the moratorium. The problem we have is that they are defacto taking private property and turning it into public housing. This in itself violates the Fifth Amendment Takings Clause, which states that “private property [shall not] be taken for public use, without just compensation.”

Then, some businesses join the government’s tyranny like Shake Shack, which has shown its true colors where I will never be a customer. Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group will require proof of vaccination against COVID-19 from its staff as well as anyone who wants to eat or drink inside the group’s various restaurants across New York City and Washington, DC.

UK Technical_Briefing_19

Obviously, if you just look at the details you will see in Britain, more people are dying from COVID who are already vaccinated compared to non-vaccinated. (see Page 18). Australia imposed a virtual concentration camp claiming 177 people had covid in Sydney. The population of Syndey Australia is just under 6 million. They have destroyed their freedom for 177 cases?

It is absolutely stunning how such EVIL is allowed to take over the entire world. They are imposing, by sheer force, a new Marxism regime with the end goal being a one-world government ending democracy. The press is cheering this transition and refuses to report the truth. I truly wish I was not still alive to have to watch what these people are doing to destroy civilization as we have known it. I believe they are given a new modern meaning to the same tyranny against which Patrick Henry spoke out.

The 2022 Elections

Armstrong Economics Blog/Politics Re-Posted Jul 30, 2021 by Martin Armstrong

In the USA, there are two upcoming regularly scheduled elections for governor where the Democrats may lose. In New Jersey, Democratic Gov. Phil Murphy is seeking a second term, and in Virginia, Democrat Ralph Northam faces the state’s unique one-consecutive-term limit on governors. Then there is yet a third race in California, which is the recall election of Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom.

Meanwhile, the Democrats, who have barely a 50.4% majority, yet act like dictators with a 100% mandate, know they are in big trouble. The Republicans only need one more seat in the Senate, and Biden’s agenda fails. Clearly, looking ahead to next year, that means every Senate race really matters. The Democrats are eager to launch an attack to gain more seats and their blocking of election audits is not helping the level of confidence that is so vital to maintaining the nation.

The Democrats’ best opportunity to gain one more seat has been focused on Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania Sen. Pat Toomey, a Republican, is not running for reelection, which means it’s up to the GOP to hold this seat without him. The Democrats are looking to take seats in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Florida, and Wisconsin. The Republicans have their eyes on Nevada, Arizona, Georgia, and New Hampshire.

There are rumors that various heads of state realize that they would be voted out of office. There is serious discussion about “suspending” all elections as long as a “pandemic” exists. I reported in June that an actual bill was submitted in Canada calling for precisely that — the end of democracy using COVID as the excuse. This dark period we are entering seems to be laced with not just civil unrest in Europe, but important elections. Germany could be in for a serious wake-up call. Right now, the polls in Germany still claim that Merkel’s party is ahead (CDU) with 28%. That is followed by the Greens 18%, FDP 12%, AfD 11%, and LINKE 7%.

In France, there were elections in June, and Macron’s La République En Marche won only 10.9% of the votes while the far-right National Rally, led by Le Pen, won 19.1%. The right-wing party Les Republicains took 29.3% of the vote, while an unprecedented 68% of the population didn’t bother to vote. This is clearly a warning to Macron that he is lucky this is not the old days with an approval rating of that low. Even Loui XVI, who was beheaded, had a higher approval rating than Macron. With Panic Cycles appearing in 2022 for our election models, this is clearly not just a domestic issue. The last time this took place FDR was elected, but so was Hitler.
