President Trump Participates in the Public Safety Officer Medal of Valor Presentation Ceremony (Video and Transcript)…

President Trump and U.S. Attorney General William Barr participate in the 2019 Public Safety Officer Medal of Valor ceremony at the White House. [Video and Transcript]

[Transcript] East Room – 3:25pm EDT – THE PRESIDENT: Thank you very much, Mr. Attorney General. That’s great. Appreciate it.

I welcome everyone to the White House — a very special place — as we award our very bravest law enforcement officers and firefighters our nation’s highest public safety award: the Medal of Valor. Congratulations. It’s a great award. (Applause.)

Also joining us for the ceremony is Deputy Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen. Jeff. And congratulations. (Applause.) Along with a friend of mine — a great senator — Rob Portman. Rob, thank you. (Applause.) And Representative — and one of the best hockey players you’ll ever see — Pete Stauber. Pete, thank you very much. (Applause.)

To the heroes we honor today: This afternoon, we express the gratitude and pride of our nation for your immortal acts of courage.

To the families who join us: You carry a great burden so that our citizens can live in safety and in peace. We cherish and thank each and every one of you.

Here with us today is Trooper Nicholas Cederberg from Oregon State Police. Where is Nicholas? Good. That’s what I thought. On Christmas night of 2016, Nic was with his family when he got a call that a man in the nearby neighborhood of King City had shot and killed a woman and was now speeding through the city streets very dangerously. Nic raced to find him, and soon located the murderer and chased him into a dead-end road. The suspect made a U-turn, rammed right into Nic’s car, and then immediately opened fire.

Nic thought he had it, but he didn’t, because Nic was shot in the hip — very badly injured. He laid on the ground. Amid a barrage of gunfire, he kept firing back, preventing the shooter from escaping until other officers arrived.

That Christmas night, Nic took 12 bullets. After a very tough recovery, Nic survived. And, Trooper Cederberg, we are very honored to have you with us in the White House. Thank you very much. Great job. (Applause.) He looks awfully good. Twelve bullets. He looks good if he took no bullets, you know? (Laughter.) Some pretty good doctors, I guess. Right?

TROOPER CEDERBERG: I had good doctors.

THE PRESIDENT: Great job.

Also with us today is Officer Alan Horujko of the Ohio State University Police. On November 28, 2016, an ISIS-inspired terrorist sped into a crowd of students at Ohio State. I remember that. He then got out of his car and chased them with a knife.

Alan ran to the scene and yelled at the man to drop his knife. The man charged toward Alan after doing a lot of damage to others, but Alan shot him and killed him immediately. Thanks to Alan’s swift action, not a single innocent person that day died. Some very badly injured people, however. Officer Horujko, we are forever grateful. Thank you very much. (Applause.) Thank you. Great.

This afternoon, we also honor two incredible firefighters: Captain Dustin Moore and Firefighter Andrew Freisner of the Lenexa Fire Department in Kansas. In April of 2016, Dustin and Andrew responded to an apartment fire, where they learned that a family was trapped on the second floor. It was looking very bad.

Dustin and Andrew climbed up a ladder to the balcony of the apartment and raced into a blinding hail of smoke and deadly heat. They found a woman who was unconscious and two small children, and carried them all to safety. Captain Moore and Firefighter Freisner, you made a tremendous difference and you make all Americans proud. It was a great job. Thank you very much. Great job. (Applause.) You saved those lives.

Today, we also recognize eight law enforcement officers from Azusa, California: Tommy Avila, Manuel Campos, Seth Chapman, Carlos Plascencia — I didn’t get that great, Carlos, but not bad. (Laughter.) Where is Carlos? I owe you one. (Laughter.) Andrew Rodriguez, Terry Smith, Xavier Torres, and Rocky Wenrick. Thank you, fellas, that’s fantastic. (Applause.) Fantastic.

These officers responded to a call of a crazed man firing at citizens near a voting site on November 8th, 2016. When they arrived, Carlos and Xavier raced through a hail of bullets to save a woman who had been shot in the head. At the same time, Terry, Andrew, and Seth returned fire. Tommy, Rocky, and Manuel drew the gunman out of his house, enabling their fellow officers to shoot him and bring the rampage to an end. A very dangerous situation.

To each of you: You represent the unity, devotion, teamwork, and swift action that makes America’s law enforcement the best and bravest anywhere in the world. Well done. And I want to thank you all for being here. Thank you very much. Thank you. (Applause.)

And earlier today, in a private ceremony, I was profoundly honored to present the Medal of Valor to the families of two fallen officers who made the supreme sacrifice in the line of duty: Sergeant Verdell Smith and Officer Brent Thompson.

Sergeant Smith was a member of the Memphis Police Department. In June 2016, a gunman was speeding toward a busy intersection downtown. As Sergeant Smith cleared the street, the attacker struck and fatally injured Sergeant Smith.

I want to just thank Sergeant Smith’s family. Where are you? We just left — where are you, Sergeant Smith’s family? Thank you. Thank you very much. Thank you.

On July 7, 2016, Dallas Police Officer Brent Thompson was on duty during a large protest against law enforcement that soon turned violent when a gunman opened fire on the police. Brent charged across the three-lane road and fired on the shooter. Brent was killed instantly in the firefight, but his act of courage saved many lives. Many, many lives.

An attack on our police is an attack upon our entire nation. Through their sacrifice, Sergeant Smith and Officer Thompson defeated evil men with the goodness and bravery of true American heroes. We are eternally grateful in their debt. Thank you very much. It’s really great.

Every officer, firefighter, and first responder who receives this award embodies the highest ideals of service and sacrifice, character and courage, love and loyalty. Your lives of patriotism, your devotion to duty, and your deeds of valor lift up our entire nation.

Today and every day, we thank God that you were there when our communities needed you the most. And we want to thank you all. And God bless you, God bless law enforcement, and God bless the United States of America. Thank you very much. (Applause.) Thank you.

So now I’d like to ask the military aide to come forward and read the citations as I present these incredible and very brave recipients with the Medal of Valor. Thank you.

MILITARY AIDE: Senior Trooper Nicholas Cederberg.

The Medal of Valor is presented to Senior Trooper Nicholas Cederberg of the Oregon State Police for taking brave and decisive action to bring a murderer to justice on Christmas night, 2016. These courageous officers arrived at the deadly and chaotic scene in Azusa, California, and immediately took command, risking their lives to protect innocent civilians and successfully neutralizing the killer.

(The Medal of Valor is presented.) (Applause.)

THE PRESIDENT: These are tremendous people. I want to just congratulate everybody. It’s an amazing honor to have you in the White House. Say hello to your families, and thank you all for being here. Thank you very much. Congratulations.

Thank you everybody. Thank you. (Applause.)

President Trump Delivers Remarks After Meeting With Pelosi and Schumer…

President Trump was scheduled to meet with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer for a discussion over an infrastructure spending bill.  However, after partisan remarks by Nancy Pelosi accusing President Trump of a cover-up, any hope of negotiating an infrastructure bill collapsed.  President Trump is angered:

The Assumption of Dignity

By Tabitha Korol

Rashida Tlaib, the Muslim congresswoman who proclaimed that she feels more Palestinian than American in Congress, and wrapped herself in a Palestinian terrorist flag at her victory party on Friday, May 10, proudly declared, “There’s always kind of a calming feeling, I tell folks, when I think of the Holocaust.”  We were deeply offended but not surprised as she had already revealed her lack of empathy for the tragic suffering of so many millions of innocents because she was  raised in a culture of disrespect, contempt, bloodshed and death. The Hebrew Commandments mandate respect and reciprocity (The Golden Rule), and the Hebrew and Christian Bibles were able to humanize the savages that had existed previously, while the Koran commands that Muslims torment and kill Jews, Christians, and others unless they convert to Islam (2:120; 3:56; 3:85; 3:118; 3:178; 5:14; and more).

Tlaib added, “When I think of the Holocaust, and the tragedy of the Holocaust, and the fact that it was my ancestors — Palestinians — who lost their land and some lost their lives, their livelihood, their ‘human dignity,’ their existence in many ways, have been wiped out, and some people’s passports.”

Clarification is required here.  The “tragedy of the Holocaust,” in her view, is that there were sufficient Jews who survived the Holocaust to re-establish their ancient homeland, Israel!  As for the Arabs who “lost their land and livelihood,” they left their homes based on a hollow promise that they would return when the five Arab armies defeated and eliminated the Jews.  Life presents choices, and the Arabs who chose to leave (fewer than 750,000) not only forfeited their homes but were also treated as outcasts by their own brethren, never being absorbed into the huge Islamic land mass.  They were also held as bargaining pawns, neglected by their own so that the United Nations took on the responsibility of their subsistence.  The Arabs who stayed in Israel are the grandparents of today’s Arab Israeli citizens.  Unlike their Arab counterparts, the Jews (~850,000) who fled persecution in Arab lands were welcomed and absorbed, primarily into Israel, but also into Europe and the US.

So, the “outcast” Jews and the “outcast” Arabs had the same time, land and climatic conditions to create a home where they were, but the difference is “inherent dignity.”  Out of malarial swamp land and desert, the Jews worked tirelessly to build a successful, thriving country, today among the most advanced in the world, whereas the Arabs, now-named “Palestinians,” continue to this day to wallow in victimhood and world pity, teaching their children to do the same, and extending their hands for additional “humanitarian” aid. Dignity is inherent, or it is not.

Let’s correct some intentional misinformation.  The Jews are the indigenous people in what is now Israel.  Israel became a nation in 1312 BCE, two thousand years before the rise of Islam, and two decades after the establishment of the modern Jewish State of Israel (1948).  The Hebrews conquered the land in 1272 BCE and held dominion over it for a thousand years with a continuous presence for the past 3,300 years.  Arab refugees in Israel began identifying themselves as Palestinians in 1967, after losing yet another aggressive war against Israel and needing a fallacious narrative on which to establish a tie with the land.

Arabs dominated the land for only 22 years, their brutality and persecution so severe as to force the Jews to flee.  The Arabs refused to absorb or integrate Tlaib’s people; they desecrated Jewish holy sites and the ancient Jewish cemetery on the Mount of Olives; destroyed 58 Jerusalem synagogues; and enforced an apartheid-like policy against the Jews, until they once again attacked and lost to Jewish determination.

Israel’s area is about 0.18% and its population about 2.5% that of Arab countries.  Had the Palestinians the quality of inherent dignity, the Arabs would have also accepted the Mandate of Palestine with the opportunities of establishing a viable, humane, literate, prosperous, happy country.  They had the same climate, soil, and time that the Jews had, and Israel offered them more opportunities than were ever bestowed on them by an Arab ruler. They chose continuous war instead.  The “Palestinians” didn’t lose dignity; they refused dignity.

Human dignity is defined as the right of a person to be valued and respected for his/her own sake, and to be treated ethically.  It is of significance in morality, ethics, law and politics.  It is also used to describe personal conduct, as in “behaving with dignity,” and it cannot be taken from anyone.  To Tlaib, it means self-absorption; to the Western world, it is moral, ethical conduct.  To Tlaib, it is something that gives one a right to demand one’s own way, regardless of actions; to the other, it is a responsibility that demands appropriate actions.

We see dignity in the Israelis who have to reverently gather body parts after a Palestinian blows himself up in a crowd and in the first responders who rush to help countries deal with natural disasters.  It is found in researchers who dedicate their lives to advances that benefit mankind (of the 900 Nobel prizes awarded, at least 20% were presented to Jews, although Jews comprise a mere 0.2% of the world’s population.) it is found in people who lovingly tend sick animals, and in the Israeli surgeon who performs his best, whether for an Israeli or Palestinian patient.  And it is in the President of the United States, President Trump, who visits or calls to offer condolences and compassion to parents of a victim of terrorism.  Dignity is not the rants of disdain by an ungracious congresswoman against the country that gave her refuge from tyranny and poverty or against its President who was enthusiastically and legally voted into that office.  Authentic dignity cannot be found in shari’a-ruled regimes because the Koran denies full dignity to at least 50% of their population for no other reason than that of gender.

There is no dignity in those who burned acres of land and wild life in Israel; who created the dangerous no-go zones of Paris; who burn cars and destroy property in Malmo, Sweden; who attack Jewish pedestrians and mass-rape girls and women in Germany; who massacred fisherman and farmers in Nigeria; who slaughtered villagers in Chad; who killed Christians in Syria.  There were 133 attacks, 822 killed, 1374 injured, 16 suicide blasts in 24 countries in April alone!  Seventy-five attacks, 348 killed, up to the 14th day of Ramadan; nine hundred sixty million murdered over 14 centuries.  When Tlaib and others demand their right to dignity, they are simply insisting that we respect the Indignity that they feel free to heap upon the rest of us.  No deal.

Islamic contempt for certain groups did not begin with their treatment of non-Muslims, but among their own people.  Girls are forced to undergo Female Genital Mutilation and forced into a marriage with older men; women are treated as having half the value of men, and are subjected to stonings, beatings and acid attacks if they are suspected of “sullying” a man’s “honor” or “dignity.”  Where is the dignity and morality in intentionally positioning women and children at rocket launchers to increase the body count for world pity?  What other culture teaches their young to behead small animals so that they may later behead humans without hesitancy, and sends them on suicide missions?

Rashida Tlaib is a jihada, raised to disrespect all life, and that calming feeling that she feels when she hears of the Holocaust reflects the exposure to violence and criminal behavior inbred since her toddlerhood.  Since the 1970s, researchers have begun reporting that childhood cruelty to animals is the first sign of delinquency, violence and criminal behavior, and Muslims continue the unimaginable torture and cruelty to livestock as the animals are brought to slaughter for the Islamic holiday of Eid al Adha – further proof that their ideology has produced a society that is on the opposite end of the behavioral spectrum to ours.  Apparently, in this case, the dignity of human beings gives them the right to be cruel to animals that, in their philosophy, lack dignity.  For the record, Judaism demands kindness and sensitivity to animals, to prevent suffering, to feed them before we feed ourselves, and to allow them a day of rest in the week (the Sabbath).

The raison d’etre of Palestinians is, in fact, not to have their own state, but to have the entirety of Israel as their own state, with shari’a as the law of the land.  It carries on the conquests of Mohammed, just as we see Muslims gaining control of cities and parcels of land in Southeast Asia, Canada, England, France, Germany, Sweden, and the United  States, aided by the Marxist left.  Tlaib’s purpose, along with Omar and others in office, is to gradually impose shari’a law here, with the not-so-subtle coercion from the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR).  The background of centuries of violence, conquest, beheading, bloodshed, and enslavement is what drives Tlaib’s lack of dignity, empathy, compassion and respect for the suffering of others.  In reality, disrespect is the cornerstone upon which Islam in general, and the Palestinians in particular, have founded their existence.

LAGOM – “Just the Right Amount” & European War

QUESTION: Hi Martin,

The Rome WEC was a real eye-opener for me. Thank you for coming over to Europe. Especially the reports you released in advance of the conference. “The Fate Of Europe” pdf was especially informative. You’re explaining the structural defects of the EU make it clear it really is a doomed project, and just a matter of time before it, helped along by the ECB, descends into chaos.

Upon arriving home in Sweden I noticed this poster for a Swedish MEP candidate.

”Lagom” is the Swedish notion of the middle way. Not too much, not too little. Basically, blending in and being inoffensive. On the one hand, it’s cute, on the other hand, it’s sad. He’s clearly passionate about his political philosophy, but even if elected, there is Juncker, Tusk, and Verhofstadt waiting in Brussels to dictate to him what he has to do, and the structural flaws of the EU that make it all moot anyway.

Rome had this quality of crumbling neglect about it, like nothing had been repaired in 20 years. Unlike Sweden, that dutifully reinvests a lot of the tax revenue it collects back in infrastructure, Rome appeared starved of money and dying.

What does the computer say about civil unrest and war in Europe? I have the gnawing feeling it’s coming.

BIK

P.S. Thank you for Socrates and your life’s work.

ANSWER: Oh yes. I am familiar with Lagom. My interpretation would be “just the right amount,” so he is a skeptic partially. Unfortunately, the tension should begin to become more pronounced starting in 2020 going into 2022. I am not sure it would be a war, but certainly a rising trend toward independence.

All Pretense Dropped – Chairman Xi Calls for Chinese to Support New “Long March” for Trade War…

In a clear signal toward the trade conflict with the United States, Chinese Chairman Xi Jinping is preparing his nation for a protracted trade conflict. Chinese state-run media have been deploying propaganda to shift public opinion toward the U.S. as a direct threat, and the latest developments by Xi showcase that agenda.

(South China Post) Chinese President Xi Jinping has called for the nation to embark on a new Long March and “start all over again”, in the most dramatic sign to date that Beijing has given up hope of reaching a trade deal with the United States in the near term.

Xi is in Jiangxi province for his first domestic tour since the escalation of the trade war two weeks ago. Jiangxi is where China’s defeated Red Army started its fabled Long March in 1934, and Xi’s choice of destination is being viewed as an effort to invoke a spirit of endurance and to rally public spirit amid rising tensions with Washington.

“We are here at the starting point of the Long March to remember the time when the Red Army began its journey,” Xi told cheering crowds on Monday, in footage posted on state broadcaster CCTV’s website on Tuesday. “We are now embarking on a new Long March, and we must start all over again.”

While Xi did not directly mention the trade war or the United States, his remarks are being perceived as clear signals that the Chinese public is being told to prepare for hardships because of the worsening external environment. (read more)

It always appeared that President Trump was fully prepared for this outcome. In hindsight it looks even more obvious how President Trump engaged with China while fully expecting to end-up with a direct and adversarial outcome.

As recently explained to Fox News host Steve Hilton, President Trump is in no hurry to continue conciliatory trade discussions because he has mentally moved into the punishment phase of his geopolitical reset.

The confrontation between China’s communist controlled economy and the U.S. free market system is the most significant geopolitical event since the collapse of the Soviet Union.  The consequences from this reset are far reaching, and extend beyond the tens of trillions of dollars within the combined economies.

The entire system of global trade and supply-chain economics has entered a state of flux.

Within this dynamic there are opportunities for national economies to benefit if they position themselves within a nationalistic free-trade alliance being assembled by President Trump, Secretary Mnuchin, Secretary Ross and USTR Lighthizer.  However, to benefit the political leaders of those nations will have to adjust their outlook.

There are indications within recent political shifts, Poland, Hungary, Italy, Brazil, and Australia as examples, that inherently many nations are aware how global multinational systems -and political leadership- were/are aligned to benefit an elitist few at the expense of the larger population.  The visible signs of populist backlash are extensive.

Dr. Michael Pillsbury appears on Fox Business with Lou Dobbs to discuss the current dynamic.  Great Watch:

“Change Politics For Good”

Fear of Jeremy Corbyn Becoming Prime Minister in UK is a Threat to the Pound

There is a lot going on in Britain. Many fear that Jeremy Corbyn will now win because Theresa May has made a real mess of BREXIT. Consequently, the Telegraph is reporting that Britain’s wealthiest individuals are preparing to leave the country. The fear that Corbyn will take over Britain as the prime minister is rising. He is so left-wing that the #1 question coming from the UK is whether a win for Jeremy Corbyn could be the reason the computer has been projecting the fall of the British pound back to 1985 levels. It is clear that Corbyn just hates the rich. What he preaches has failed, but it does not matter. People like him just feel better hurting others.

Prime Minister May plans to submit another proposal but she is just resubmitting the same ideas rephrased. If she fails this time, the conservatives will ask her to resign. That could take place in June/July giving rise to some very interesting volatility overall.

Steve Bannon Responds To China Labeling Him “Demon”, Arch-Nemesis of Beijing…

Steve Bannon appears on Fox Business news to discuss his new label as global “demon” to Beijing for Bannon’s strategic opposition to the rise of Chinese dragonomics.

.

Mr. Bannon is correct in outlining President Trump’s long term strategy to break the global supply chain and reset structural trade priorities.  There’s a reason why President Trump pours vociferous praise on Xi Jinping while simultaneously executing the most brilliant geopolitical economic reset in history.  President Trump is mirroring Beijing’s approach, a panda mask that hides the dragon…

President Trump has been brutally consistent for more than three decades on his intent and purpose with the Chinese.  President Trump is the first U.S. President to understand how the red dragon hides behind the panda mask.

Additionally, while carrying out the objectives of the confrontation, Secretary Mnuchin, Secretary Ross, Ambassador Lighthizer and adviser Navarro are well aware of Beijing’s panda mask; POTUS Trump will never let them forget about it.

Some call it ‘Globalism vs Nationalism’, at other times it is best described as “Wall Street -vs- Main Street”; however, the overarching bigger picture is a battle over economics and the financial power structures that oppose President Trump.

CTH has often said ‘everything is about the economics’, because it is. Ask the ‘why’ question five times to any issue and you will find the root issue is money.  Power, greed and control, it is all about the money and the economics.

REPORT THIS AD

Opposition to President Trump’s singularly unique and transformational reset of the U.S. economic system boils down to a battle against the ‘Big Club’.

Every political confrontation is a move within this dynamic. The structural battle is not based on party affiliation, it is based on control and ownership of economics. This confrontation represents the biggest challenge; a brief example:

Hundreds of millions were spent on the 2018 election by owners within the ‘Big Club’; at a surface level those expenditures are discussed by punditry thus: “we were outspent” (insert Kevin McCarthy and/or Ronnda McDaniel here). But if you have followed the challenge more closely, over the course of years/decades, you have a more substantive understanding of the dynamic.

Billionaires on one side of the UniParty spend hundreds-of-millions in opposition to the MAGA agenda. That agenda, that economic agenda, is the existential threat to the Big Club’s grip on power.

Here’s the critical aspect: When it comes to the economics, there are no big spending billionaires on the nationalist side of the equation. The interests of Wall Street Democrats and Wall Street Republicans are based on globalism; Wall Street not Main Street.

In the ‘globalist’ multinational, Wall Street dynamic, the Big Club DNC donor base and the Big Club RNC donor base have mutual self interests.  Within this interest, President Trump is their unified opposition.

The only defeating mechanism that can structurally override this dynamic is an independent Billionaire and a massive amount of tax-paying small donors, ordinary middle-Americans, who can supplement the financial arsenal.   Think back to 2015/2016, and you will see the single-successful-reference for this reality at work.

Everything is about the economics.

The Big Club opposition to President Trump is based on financial best-interest.  That opposition is not bound to a political party ideology.  It is an ideology based on economics.  In essence, this is a structural economic battle that is being waged politically.

Decades of financial policy were intentionally structured to the benefit of the BIG CLUB and the multinational Wall Street alliance represented by U.S. Chamber of Commerce President Tom Donohue.  This is not a Republican -vs- Democrat issue; this is a larger confrontation between those who hold financial power and a singular person, President Donald Trump, who is determined to remove that grip.

In headlines: Big Club board member Alan Greenspan declares that President Trump’s tariff policies are “insane” [link].  This expression by Greenspan is directly representative everything noted above.

However, conversely, the outcome of those MAGA tariff policies are EXACTLY what we said they would be.  The BLS released information quantifying inflation across all sectors (emphasis mine).

Food – The food index declined 0.1 percent in October as the index for food at home fell 0.2 percent and the index for food away from home rose 0.1 percent. Three of the six major grocery store food group indexes declined in October. The fruits and vegetables index fell 0.7 percent in October, its third consecutive decline.

The index for fresh fruits fell 1.8 percent, while the fresh vegetables index increased 0.3 percent. The index for cereals and bakery products fell 0.6 percent, and the index for dairy and related products declined 0.4 percent. (link)

Notice how the prices for domestic food products are dropping as the MAGAnomic trade policies of President Trump are being carried out.  Notice how the timing of the decline is directly related to the tariff actions, and the counter-actions, by the targeted countries.

President Trump is fracturing the multinational corporate ‘controlled market’, and his trade policies are beginning to reconstitute supply and demand pricing in a nationalist market.

This inflation data, specifically within the fastest sector to show indicators (most perishable = fastest turnover) highlights what we have been explaining for years:

[…] The biggest lie in modern economics, willingly spread and maintained by corporate media, is that a system of global markets still exists.

It doesn’t.

Every element of global economic trade is controlled and exploited by massive institutions, multinational banks and multinational corporations. Institutions like the World Trade Organization (WTO) and World Bank control trillions of dollars in economic activity. Underneath that economic activity there are people who hold the reigns of power over the outcomes. These individuals and groups are the stakeholders in direct opposition to principles of national economics. (cont.)

The process of charging the U.S. consumer more for a product, that under normal national market conditions would cost less, is a process called exfiltration of wealth.

It is never discussed.

To control the market price some contracted product may even be secured and shipped with the intent to allow it to sit idle (or rot). It’s all about controlling the price and maximizing the profit equation. To gain the same $1 profit a widget multinational might have to sell 20 widgets in El-Salvador (.25¢ each), or two widgets in the U.S. ($2.50/each).

Think of the process like the historic reference of OPEC (Oil Producing Economic Countries). Only in the modern era massive corporations are playing the role of OPEC and it’s not oil being controlled, it’s almost everything, including food.

Yes, President Trump, the man and his policy team, is an existential threat to the elitist hierarchy of things well beyond the borders of the DC Swamp. In the era of explaining the complex it’s a planetary economic reset almost too massive and consequential to encapsulate in words.

There are massive international corporate and financial interests who are inherently at risk from President Trump’s “America-First” economic and trade platform. Believe it or not, President Trump is up against an entire world economic establishment.

Watch Japan.

Watch Shinzo Abe.

Remember, W. Edwards Demming.

Abe knows the key to the golden ticket.

At the apex of the highest levels of finance and business; in a process that extends within both private business and the geopolitical realm of government; a part of every long-term strategic reset requires an alliance.

President Trump Impromptu Presser Departing White House – (Video and Transcript)…

Chopper pressers are the best pressers.  President Trump delivers remarks to media and holds an impromptu presser prior to departing the White House for a campaign rally in Pennsylvania. [Video and Transcript]

[Transcript] 5:51 P.M. EDT – THE PRESIDENT: Okay, so I’m heading to the great state of Pennsylvania, and we’re going to have a rally. A lot of people are outside, as you probably know. Many, many people. And it’s going to be a packed house, as it always is. I don’t know if you’ve ever seen a vacancy for Trump, but I don’t think so. We’re going to have a good time. I don’t know who’s coming, but I hope you come. It’ll be a lot of fun.

Q Why are you asking Don McGahn to defy a Congressional subpoena?

THE PRESIDENT: Well, as I understand it, they’re doing that for the Office of the Presidency, for future Presidents. I think it’s a very important precedent. And the attorneys say that they’re not doing that for me; they’re doing that for the Office of the President. So we’re talking about the future.

Yes, go ahead.

Q What’s your feeling on Judge Mehta’s ruling about your financial records? And do you plan to appeal?

THE PRESIDENT: Well, we disagree with that ruling. It’s crazy — because you look at it; this never happened to any other President. They’re trying to get a redo. They’re trying to get what we used to call in school: a deal — a “do-over.” And if you look, you know, we had no collusion, we had no obstruction. We had no nothing.

The Democrats were very upset with the Mueller report, as perhaps they should be. But, I mean, the country is very happy about it because there was never anything like that. And they’re trying to get a redo, or a do-over, and you can’t do that.

As far as the financials are concerned, we think it’s the wrong — it’s totally the wrong decision by, obviously, an Obama-appointed judge. He was a recent Obama-appointed judge.

Q Mr. President, your reaction to Justin Amash, who says you committed impeachable offenses?

THE PRESIDENT: Well, I’ve known him, and he’s been against Trump from the beginning. He probably wants to run for some other office. I don’t think he’ll do very well. He’s been a loser for a long time. Rarely votes for Republicans. And, you know, personally, I think he’s not much.

Q What do you have to say to Americans who feel that your administration is stonewalling all these investigations up on Capitol Hill? Why not let Don McGahn testify? Are you afraid of what —

THE PRESIDENT: I think we’ve been the most —

Q — he has to say?

THE PRESIDENT: Yeah, I think we’ve been the most transparent administration in the history of our country. We just went through two years of Bob Mueller, with 18 people that hated Donald Trump. They were “Angry Democrats,” as I called them. We’ve been through it for two years, and they spent almost $40 million on it. We had, I think, 500 people testified. We had 1.4 or 1.5 million documents.

At the end of all of that, he said there’s no collusion. Now what happens is the Democrats want a re-do, and we’ve had enough, and the country has had enough. There has never been, ever before, an administration that’s been so open and transparent.

So we want to get on. What we want to do is get on with running the country.

Q Can you clarify your position specifically on the Alabama abortion law? And do you think it goes too far?

THE PRESIDENT: Well, I put out my position on the — on abortion. You’ve known it for a long time. But I put it out the other day. You have it. I feel strongly about it. And all of that is working its way through court, along with the fact that the Democrats are talking about third term and they’re really talking about beyond third term, and that’s a terrible thing.

Q What’s going on with Iran? Are you worried about a war there? Or do you want negotiations or what?

THE PRESIDENT: So, with Iran, we’ll see what happens. But they’ve been very hostile. They’ve truly been the number-one provocateur of terror in this country and in the — you know, representing their country. But certainly, our country has been very much involved because we’re trying to help a lot of people out. And I don’t mind that at all.

We have no indication that anything has happened or will happen. But if it does, it will be met, obviously, with great force. We’ll have no choice.

Q (Inaudible) negotiations with them? Any talks with them?

THE PRESIDENT: Say it?

Q Any negotiations with Iran?

THE PRESIDENT: We have not — we’ve not talked about it. We’ll see what happens. If they called, we would certainly negotiate. But that’s going to be up to them. I’d only want them to call if they’re ready. If they’re not ready, they don’t have to bother.

Q Will you continue to apply economic sanctions to Iran? Or are you going to pause it to try and deescalate tensions right now?

THE PRESIDENT: Well, we’ll see what happens. But right now, we have very strong sanctions. We’ll see what happens.

Q The polls have you losing in Pennsylvania to several Democrats —

THE PRESIDENT: I don’t know. I think we’re doing very well in Pennsylvania. We won it last time. The polls had us losing Pennsylvania last time, and we won. And I expect we’ll win it this time because the coal industry, the steel industry, the car industry — they’re all doing incredibly well.

Pennsylvania now has the best employment they’ve ever had — the best employment record. More people working in Pennsylvania now than ever before, like, in our country. So I think we’ll do very well in Pennsylvania.

Q Will you appeal the judge’s ruling on the — on your financial —

THE PRESIDENT: Yeah. They’ll appeal it.

Q You will appeal it? You will —

THE PRESIDENT: They’ll appeal it. Sure, they’ll appeal it.

Q What about this — there’s another child who has died on the border. Another child migrant, now five.

THE PRESIDENT: Well, I know this: that if you look at the border, and if you look at the fact that the Democrats are really making it very, very dangerous for people by not approving simple, quick, 15-minute legislation, we could have it all worked out. It’d be great for people, great for lives, great for safety.

And the border is a dangerous place. It’s only made that way because the Democrats will not approve any legislation. I mean, they don’t want to approve anything. And it’s making the border very dangerous.

Q What’s being done to make sure these kids don’t die, though? What’s being done to make sure these kids don’t die?

THE PRESIDENT: Well, we’re working very hard. And I’ll tell you, the Border Patrol people and all of law enforcement is working very hard.

I mean, unfortunately, many of them have become doctors and nurses, and they’re taking people that are very, very sick from a long trek up — 2,000 miles — and they’re doing an incredible job.

Honestly, what should happen is the Democrats should sit down and make changes so that we can protect people on the border.

Q Do you mean there is no — you don’t see anything going on right now from the Iranian side? Is that what you just said?

THE PRESIDENT: Say it again?

Q Did you mean, right now, what you said that —

THE PRESIDENT: There are no talks going on with Iran.

Q What Iran might or might not be up to — do you see any threats right now? Do you see any threats?

THE PRESIDENT: I think Iran would be making a very big mistake if they did anything. If they do something, it’ll be met with great force. But we have no indication that they will. Okay?

Q Are you going to approve additional funding for Puerto Rico, for disaster funding, as part of this package?

THE PRESIDENT: So, I’ve given more money to Puerto Rico than, I believe, any President ever.

They’ve gotten $91 billion for the hurricane. Not only that; our military, our law enforcement, and FEMA has done a great job for Puerto Rico. And I think the people of Puerto Rico are very thankful.

We’ll see you in Pennsylvania.
