Senior Sergeant in Victoria Australia Police Department Quits Because Political Pressure Has Created Brutal, Often Illegal, Police Enforcement

Victoria, Australia holds the record of being the most locked down totalitarian state in the world. The Premier of Victoria, Daniel Andrews, has used the 18,000 member police force as the enforcement storm troopers for his heavy-handed unilateral rules and dictates.  The Victorian Police Commissioner, Shane Patton, has aligned himself with the political needs of Daniel Andrews.  The results are massive conflicts between the police and formerly free citizens now under the boot of the state.

Recently, Acting Senior Sergeant Krystle Mitchell, a sworn member of the Victoria Police in Australia, has announced she can no longer take part inside an organization that has lost its connection to the community it is supposed to serve. Ms. Mitchell has served Victorians for 16 years as a police officer, including 6 years at Professional Standards Command – the division responsible for investigating police misconduct, corruption, discrimination and freedom of information, referring investigations to the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission (IBAC) where appropriate.

Acting Senior Sergeant Mitchell cites ethical conflicts as the reason for speaking publicly about conduct of Victoria Police officers, their Chief Commissioner – Shane Patton, their Minister – the Hon. Lisa Neville MP, and ultimately their Premier – the Hon. Daniel Andrews MP. She feels she can no longer remain silent with the division between police and community growing, and totally ignored by the leadership of both the police and government.

Acting Senior Sergeant Mitchell has witnessed the opposite trajectory during the Covid-19 pandemic, and is reminding her colleagues that ultimately they will individually be held accountable for their actions, and are still subject to s 462A of the Crimes Act 1958 (Vic) which forbids the disproportionate use of force.

Interesting Development – Victoria Australia, Officials Withdraw Vaccination Mandate for Government and Judicial Employees

Citing “jurisdictional issues“, the severe COVID compliance office of Victoria Premier Daniel Andrews has reversed a significant portion of the vaccine mandate.  Details are oddly sketchy to find; however, it appears Victoria State government workers and workers within the judiciary will no longer be mandated to accept the COVID-19 vaccination.

(Sky News) […] All Commonwealth employees as well as people who work in connection with court proceedings will be exempt with a government spokesperson saying the relaxation is an attempt to avoid “jurisdictional limitations”.  The change will apply to judges, lawyers, security guards and police officers. (read more).

It would appear this reversal is due to an issue in a similar vein to ‘separation of powers’.    This sets up an unusual dynamic.  The vaccine mandate still exists for everyone in the private sector; because of course it does.  However, a judge hearing a case that challenges the vaccine mandate would themselves not be subject to the same state-wide mandate argued in their court.

**I’ll keep looking, but if you find anything I’d be interested to see what the official reasoning is.

UPDATE: The mandate guideline is HERE in pdf Form.  But the reason for the distinction between Government and Judicial employees (page 5) is not outlined.

America First Legal Requests IG Investigation of Merrick Garland Use of FBI To Target Parents – Letter Presents Evidence of White House and Education Activists Coordinating To Use DOJ As Weapon in 2022 Mid-Terms

Steven Miller’s legal group, America-First Legal (AFL) has written a very interesting letter [pdf HERE] to the DOJ Office of Inspector General outlining insider information about a coordinated effort by outside education activists, White House officials and DOJ collaborators.

The basic outline is that left-wing activists, steeped in Critical Race Theory, were alarmed at how the grassroots parent groups were organizing so rapidly against the Marxist school curriculum they had spent so much time creating.  The group activists including allies within the NEA (National Education Association) and AFT (American Federation of Teachers) viewed the parent push back as a threat, and requested help from the White House.

Biden Domestic Policy Council officials and White House staff worked through September with the education activists to brainstorm a plan to stop the push back from parents.  According to the internal documents used as evidence by America First Legal, these groups then coordinated “discussions with senior DOJ officials, including at least one political appointee in the department’s Civil Rights Division.”

After a plan was developed, the group then enlisted the National School Boards Association to join the strategy.  According to AFL, “On or about September 29, citing legal authorities including the Patriot Act, the “National School Boards Association” made public a letter demanding federal action against parents citing authorities including the Patriot Act.”

The activist groups already had a close ally to their cause within Merrick Garland’s family.  Garland’s daughter is married to Xan Tanner, the co-founder of Panorama Education, the provider of the source material to use CRT principles of equity to manipulate student views on gender and race.

In support of the White House objective; and in support of the financial position of his family; Attorney General Merrick Garland then triggered his October 4th memo to the FBI to begin launching investigations against the parent groups.

WASHINGTON, DC – Today, America First Legal requested that the Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General (OIG) investigate the circumstances surrounding Attorney General Garland’s October 4th memorandum regarding the use of federal law enforcement against parents opposed to critical race theory, gender ideology, and irrational mask mandates in public schools. 

Among other things, AFL asked OIG to investigate whether the Attorney General’s Memorandum was issued on Biden White House instructions contrary to the department’s standard procedures, and to determine if it was issued for the improper partisan purpose of chilling and deterring parents from exercising their constitutional right to control and direct the education of their children.  (LINK)

Los Angeles Sheriff Says He Will Not Enforce Vaccine Mandate For His Department

This is an interesting situation, because the elected Sheriff is the highest constitutional officer in Los Angeles County.  While city/county administrators can attempt to make life miserable for LA Sheriff Alex Villanueva, the dynamic of enforcement is another kettle of fish entirely.

According to CBS local, “In early August, the L.A. County Board of Supervisors unanimously ratified an executive order requiring all county employees, regardless of department, to be fully vaccinated by Oct. 1, with exemptions only for medical and religious purposes.”

Additionally, a county mandate went into effect midnight Thursday, requiring proof of at least one dose of the vaccine to enter bars, clubs, breweries, and attend events such as concerts, sporting events and theme parks. Proof of full vaccination will take effect Nov. 4, with enforcement mechanisms still not determined.

LA Sheriff Villanueva said, in a Facebook live post on Thursday, he will not enforce the mandate for his department with roughly 18,000 employees. WATCH:

(Los Angeles) […]  “No, I’m not forcing anyone,” he said in response to a question regarding whether he would enforce the mandate for his deputies. The issue has become so politicized. There are entire groups of employees that are willing to be fired and laid off for having to get vaccinated. So, I don’t want to be in a position to lose 5% or 10% of my workforce overnight over a vaccine mandate, while at the same time, I’m barebones with the funding effort. This is like the worst of two worlds right here. So we have to pick and choose.”

The issue of vaccine mandates has proved a divisive one among law enforcement agencies and fire department personnel. Last week, a Los Angeles Times report found that vaccination rates among L.A. police and fire department employees were well behind L.A. County residents. (read more)

Been reading you for a very long time. You are very insightful.

One thing I have to admit is that the Powers That Be (WEF, etc.) did not keep it in the dark of what they were planning. Definitely out there for anyone to find and read. But if you did find it and believed what they were doing, you would be labeled a conspiracy nut.

Turns out all the conspiracies are coming true. Don’t know if I should laugh or cry.

REPLY: People judge others by themselves. I have gone head to head with all of these people. I have traded in billions against all of them. They were trying to manipulate the yen in March 1999. I stood up at our Tokyo conference, warned all our clients what they were doing, and how to defeat them. I believe Soros lost $1 billion on that one.

I stood up and warned our clients that they were going to manipulate the silver market from September 1997 to January 1998 taking it up to $7 and then crash it. Rally the metals and they suck in every goldbug and then slam it. That’s how they make their money.

Phibro walked across the silver ring and showed Buffett’s orders to my guy on the floor and said come on – join us! I knew it was Buffett for he was behind the previous silver manipulation when he took charge of Solomon Brothers. PhiBro convinced him to get involved in trading the metals. I have been head to head against these people for decades. They do not like me very much and assumed that since I was correct and they lost, I just had more minions than they did. They did not think Socrates was real. They always judged me by themselves – I just had more influence than they could buy. Hence, they have ALWAYS tried to get me involved. I’m not interested. I could see where this all ends.

Yes, they are the ones who were behind my case. The government prosecutors are stupid. They said $1 billion was missing and they had no idea where it was. It is physically IMPOSSIBLE to get a billion dollars out of a bank. There has to be a withdrawal slip even if there was that much in cash, or it has to be wired where they would know precisely where it went. In the end, the bank had to pay back all my clients because they stole the money – plain and simple. Neither the press nor the prosecution ever asked how does $1 billion vanish from a bank without a wire transfer? The corruption is unbelievable. They put a gag order on me to prevent me from helping my clients against HSBC. It is just unbelievable how they protect the banks in New York City.

So while others spin conspiracy theories or pretend to have sources with connections, I have been in the middle staring often eye to eye with these people. All I can say is you have to look at yourself in the mirror every morning. You either stick with your own values, and you’ve got to keep putting one foot in front of the other as they say, or you blame everyone else and just say I want my share no matter what. When it’s time to die, it will all flash before your eyes and then it is too late.

They will fail. They are getting desperate now. Their window starts to close in 2022. And since they read everything I write – FU!

The Immigration Crisis is Intended to Change Politics Terminating Republican Opposition

The Biden Administration is deliberately trying to allow illegal aliens in and it is intended to grant them residency and then voting rights before the Nov 2022 election. Biden sent his proposal to Congress in January 2021 he calls the U.S. Citizenship Act of 2021 which includes:

  • Create an earned roadmap to citizenship for undocumented individuals. The bill allows undocumented individuals to apply for temporary legal status, with the ability to apply for green cards after five years if they pass criminal and national security background checks and pay their taxes.
  • Keep families together. 
  • Embrace diversity.  The bill includes the NO BAN Act that prohibits discrimination based on religion and limits presidential authority to issue future bans.
  • Promote immigrant and refugee integration and citizenship. 
  • Grow our economy.
  • Protect workers from exploitation and improve the employment verification process. 

It has been argued that Biden intends to grant 11 million illegal aliens citizenship to tip the balance of power to the Democrats. Some fear that this may be as much as 20 million and the Democrats hope this will end the Republican Party. I have told the story of how I was negotiating for Hong Kong to try to buy land in Australia. I met with former Prine Minister Paul Keating which was Secretary of the Treasury at the time. After much frustration of not being able to get a deal, I asked if this was a racist issue. He replied no. If he let the people from Hong Kong in they would vote conservative and change the balance of political power for he was Labour. I have first-hand knowledge of how they look at immigration solely of the political mix. This is all about wiping out Republicans and creating a welfare-dependent society that gives them the authority to oppress those who actually produce.

Biden is pushing Congress to do this ASAP. Meanwhile, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has already ordered authorities to prioritize illegal immigrants for deportation who “pose a threat to national security, public safety, and border security” — claiming that the government does not have the resources to apprehend every person who has entered the US unlawfully. Thus, ONLY those deemed to be a threat to national security will be deported. This is an open invitation for all of South America to come to the USA and get Guaranteed Basic Income. Skills will no longer be required. Reports are that hundreds of thousands are now headed to the border. Europeans are not welcome – anyone without skills is welcome.

Soros trying to Overthrow the USA?

George Soros is providing money to perhaps overthrow essentially our way of life. He donated $500,000 in Austin Texas to defund the police in order to destabilize society. Why Austin Texas? It is a Republican state and the objective is to destabilize Texas with also all the illegal immigrants to flip it to Democrat. This is outright treason. Money coming from a foreign source into local elections should be prosecuted.

The objective of this entire defund the police movement is to (1) divide the United States on a class and race basis precisely as Hitler did in Germany, and (2) by defunding local police, crime will rise and people will then accept a FEDERAL police force answerable to Pelosi, Schumer, and Biden or the really the people pulling the strings.

We have a very serious political crisis. Not only are elections being stolen, but we have people deliberately trying to destabilize society turning one group against the other so everyone cries for help from Washington

Those who fail to see the truth and constantly call anyone who is anti-mask a conspiracy theorist when all studies show they are “useless” are in serious trouble. They are blind to reality which is precisely what those manipulating societies count on. They are the perfect example of Stanley Milgram’s experiments that discovered they are simply Obedient to Authority and are actually incapable of self-reflection, original thought, or actual unbiased analysis. These are the same people who stress over how many “likes” they get on social media and think the election was really between Trump v Biden.

Silently in the background, the elitist manipulators have succeeded in destroying much of the world economy. It was the bourgeoisie they wanted to destroy (middle-class small business owners), and while claiming the problem is inequality, the real objective was created only to wipe out local businesses to end driving around town to save the planet and you will buy or rent everything from the elite class. They are not concerned about “inequality” for they are creating the GREAT DIVIDE between everyone but them being relegated to what Marx called the proletariat or the universal class — the Great Unwashed. They will be very happy as they say in their predictions is we own nothing but somehow we will be happy as if we are living in the real version of Matrix which perhaps was their inspiration.

This new video from Schwab’s World Economic Forum is already declaring a partial victory showing that the objective of the virus lockdowns was really for the Great Reset and climate change agenda. Make no mistake about it; even Al Gore is on the board of the World Economic Forum. These people have conspired to change the world by crushing the economy, and the police are also so stupid to follow orders blindly. They want everyone to work from home: end offices and small businesses. You will buy everything from the giant retailers, and they will be delivered so ending the need to pollute the world by driving to the store or work.

The press, who calls this a “conspiracy theory,” is part of this agenda.

Pfizer Filed to Vaccinate Kids Over 5 Years Old Today

Pfizer just filed today with the US corrupt Biden Administration to allow the use of its COVID-19 vaccine in children ages 5 to 11 — and if regulators agree, shots could begin by January. The rumor is that Biden will then issue an executive order that schools will be directed to vaccinate children without parental consent. Yet, he has allowed millions of unvaccinated people into the US from South America and is prepared to grant them all permanent residence and hand them welfare. By the 2022 election, he will grant them the right to vote to overturn Texas.

This is very serious. There is absolutely no data to show the long-term effects of these vaccines. Bill Gates is behind this nonsense and is an advocate for depopulating the world. Of course, they call this another “conspiracy theory” when there is a wealth of evidence that it has been his position to reduce the population. But nobody will ever investigate any of this when you buy the politicians, press, and promise BigTech control of banking with FINTECH. This is the very definition of tyranny. You really thought you were free?

Of course, it’s just another coincidence that the two senior people in charge of reviewing vaccines at the FDA quit in protest of what is taking place. Meanwhile. Sweden and Denmark paused vaccines of younger children. Scandinavia has been bucking the trend, including Norway. Are they the only countries that actually care about their people while the rest look at us as the Great Unwashed cattle or sheep?

This is not like a vaccine against measles that you need only one time. This is a vaccine that works only eight months, at best. Gates is forcing medical tyranny upon the world, and he will emerge as the richest man in the history of human civilization. He will then own all the politicians on the planet, creating one more monopoly on health, as he did with Microsoft putting any competition out of business.

This is no longer about medicine. This is political, and we are just the object to force into compliance to separate the mindless from the “troublemakers” they want to exterminate.
