Déjà vu, Overnight Nancy Pelosi Changes House Rules to Pass Green New Deal $3.5 Trillion Spending Package While Everyone Distracted by Afghanistan

If you remember how Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi forced former Representative Bart Stupak and the 19 Blue Dog democrats to cave on the Obamacare construct in 2010, then you have a solid reference point for what Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi are doing right now.

As you are reading this Nancy Pelosi has pulled together her leadership group overnight to change the House rules for legislative passage of the $3.5 trillion Green New Deal spending package under the auspices of “infrastructure.”

This $3.5 trillion spending bill is in addition to the $1.5 trillion infrastructure bill that came from the Senate, and… she is using the $2 trillion budget package as the carrier for a slick “Deem and Pass” maneuver.

As we have seen before, right now Pelosi is changing the House rules to have a single vote on the current budget proposal which will include a ‘deem and pass’ provision that adds the $3.5 trillion Green New Deal spending package to it.

By voting to pass the omnibus budget bill, all House members will also be voting to authorize as passed the additional $3.5 trillion GND as a wraparound.

This means one single vote passes this massive social engineering project with more than $5.5 trillion in spending in a single bill.  Thereafter the House will vote on the Senate bill separately to add another $1.5 trillion, bringing the total spending by the House before they depart to a whopping $7 trillion; forever changing the American landscape.

After several hours of discussion and conference with a group of 10 ‘moderate’ democrats led by New Jersey Representative Josh Gottheimer, shortly before 1:00am ET Pelosi sent the House Democrats home with a pledge to finish the rules changes and prepare for a vote today, Tuesday.   The House will reconvene at noon and the votes will be whipped.

Politico has a breakdown of some insider details surrounding Pelosi’s negotiations with Gottheimer [SEE HERE].  However, in the final analysis it looks like Gottheimer and his ten moderate colleagues are going to end up doing the same thing as Bart Stupak and the Blue Dogs did with Obamacare.  Which means they will likely cave and approve the bill and procedural changes.

WASHINGTON DC – […] Several of the moderates were particularly incensed by a wonky maneuver that would wrap consideration of the ground rules of debate and the budget resolution itself into one vote, rather than the original plan that required two votes to advance the spending bill. After a few of them balked at Pelosi’s initial offer, Gottheimer returned for his second round of meetings with leadership and then shuttled back to his fellow centrists. (more)

Democrats are by nature totalitarian dictators and just like Bart Stupak, Josh Gottheimer is being threatened by Pelosi and House leadership if he doesn’t go along and get his group to vote in support of Pelosi’s massive scheme.   All indications are this group of moderate democrats will not hold up against the massive onslaught of pressure from the leftists now in control of the party.

In the aftermath of ObamaCare Bart Stupak (Michigan) and the entire 19 member blue-dog caucus were wiped out in the 2010 mid-term election; however, by then ObamaCare was cemented.  Democrats actually lost a total of 63 seats in the U.S. House (biggest crushing defeat since 1938) and lost 6 seats in the Senate.  That was the political cost to Democrats, but they won their government takeover of healthcare and college tuition.

The $3.5 trillion Green New Deal/Socialist takeover plan is tracking along an almost identical path to ObamaCare.   Schemes, rule changes and parliamentarian tricks used to get passage ‘by any means necessary‘.

Taliban Warns U.S. Not to Extend August 31st Withdrawal Deadline “Or There Will Be Consequences”, Pentagon Says No Idea How Many Americans Need Help

A spokesperson for the Taliban in Afghanistan has warned Joe Biden and U.S. military officials not to extend the August 31st withdrawal deadline in an interview with Sky News.

According to the statement from Taliban spokesman Suhail Shaheen:

“It’s a red line. President Biden announced that on ​Aug. 31 they would withdraw all their military forces. So if they extend it, that means they are extending occupation while there is no need for that.  If the US or UK were to seek additional time to continue evacuations — the answer is no. Or there would be consequences​,” Shaheen said, adding that extending the deadline would “create mistrust between us.”​  Prolonging the “occupation will provoke a reaction.”​

Earlier today Pentagon spokesperson John Kirby oddly refused to give an estimate on the number of American citizens still in Afghanistan.  Keep in mind there are scattered Americans all over the country, not just assembled in the area around the capitol city of Kabul.  WATCH this intentional effort at purposeful ambiguity:

A very worrisome picture of the Biden approach to this August 31st deadline issue is emerging.

As long as the Biden administration refuses to put a number on the Americans that need to be rescued; and considering the Taliban have affirmed a deadline date of August 31st with those Biden officials; it becomes possible for the Biden administration to pick an arbitrary number of rescued Americans at the deadline date and then say “mission accomplished.”

It is silly for the administration to continue claiming they have no idea how many Americans are stuck in Afghanistan or in/around the Kabul airport.  They have multiple ways to identify our citizens including those who have reached out to the U.S. Embassy.

Additionally, with the technology available to the military in the region, even identifying the location of the Americans reaching out for help is a simple process of geolocation of their cell phone data.   Go to point “A” at 15:30 and a U.S. retrieval unit will pick you up.  This is not a complex situation.  We have the processes in place to do exactly what is being discussed.  This is not a new challenge being witnessed for the first time.

All of this claimed complexity is transparently false and seemingly designed to obfuscate common sense with a purpose.

The response from Kamala Harris to this exact issue today shows the administration is singularly focused on the political consequences to the Afghanistan crisis.

Silently in the background, the elitist manipulators have succeeded in destroying much of the world economy. It was the bourgeoisie they wanted to destroy (middle-class small business owners), and while claiming the problem is inequality, the real objective was created only to wipe out local businesses to end driving around town to save the planet and you will buy or rent everything from the elite class. They are not concerned about “inequality” for they are creating the GREAT DIVIDE between everyone but them being relegated to what Marx called the proletariat or the universal class — the Great Unwashed. They will be very happy as they say in their predictions is we own nothing but somehow we will be happy as if we are living in the real version of Matrix which perhaps was their inspiration.

This new video from Schwab’s World Economic Forum is already declaring a partial victory showing that the objective of the virus lockdowns was really for the Great Reset and climate change agenda. Make no mistake about it; even Al Gore is on the board of the World Economic Forum. These people have conspired to change the world by crushing the economy, and the police are also so stupid to follow orders blindly. They want everyone to work from home: end offices and small businesses. You will buy everything from the giant retailers, and they will be delivered so ending the need to pollute the world by driving to the store or work.

The press, who calls this a “conspiracy theory,” is part of this agenda.

The Great Divide

The entire COVID agenda has been a pre-staged event; the real agenda has been climate change. Al Gore, who is on the board of the World Economic Forum, ushered in Green Peace’s Jennifer Morgan, who escorted Greta to the Davos meeting to appear in Schwab’s film the Forum, which was intended to push the climate change agenda.

After exploiting Greta, who simply read from prewritten speeches that Morgan probably wrote, their agenda was not catching fire. People were not willing to alter their lives for a problem that was decades from now. They needed something more terrorizing, and that was COVID. They had to threaten people’s lives immediately, not decades in the future.

When we look at Google the news, we do not all get the same results. Big Tech is deliberately not just censoring the news, but they are strategically showing people ONLY what they should read and blocking stories that may be to the contrary. As Julius Caesar once said: people believe what they want to believe. This is dividing the world and causing one side to look at the other side as flaming conspiracy theorists because they are fed different stories that hide the opposition. The AI models being used are feeding people only news that the powers above want them to see. Those who see through the truth are then faced with immediate censorship and banning from mainstream platforms – the cancel culture.

Big Tech is dividing the United States and the entire world. This will only lead to civil wars. Ironically, we will see the US split North v South over the issue of slavery again, but this time the slave owners will be those in government taking orders from the WEF consortium on how to manage the Great Unwashed to further their agenda of the Great Reset.

Conflict in Laws Jacobson violates Human Right to Consent

A lot of people have written in to ask if I would explain my position on the legal outcome of forced vaccines. I will try to be a bit more detailed. I see this as a conflict in law at the Supreme Court and how do we argue against Vaccine Passports. It is true that in the case of smallpox, the court ruled that they could force vaccinations of people in the 1905 case of Jacobson v Massachusetts. Smallpox was UNIQUE to humans and creating a vaccine could eradicate it since it did not simultaneously exist in animals. To this day, the origin of smallpox remains a mystery.

We should look at this not as a vaccine but as a medical treatment. If you look at the CDC, they are clearly on this agenda of terrorizing the public and they take money from Gates. The CDC no longer tracks the flu deaths which they have done for decades. They suddenly merged flu and ammonia with COVID because they cannot actually tell the difference in many cases. The flu epidemic has been cured by COVID and the CDC should be subpoena and the person who made this decision should be deposed.

Now for the conflict in law. In Union Pacific Railway Co. v. Botsford, 141 U.S. 250 (1891) an employee was injured claiming a concussion. The company wanted to subject the employee to a medical examination. The Supreme Court denied the company on the grounds that an individual has a basic right to deny medical treatment. They wrote:

“No right is held more sacred or is more carefully guarded by the common law than the right of every individual to the possession and control of his own person, free from all restraint or interference of others unless by clear and unquestionable authority of law. As well said by Judge Cooley: “The right to one’s person may be said to be a right of complete immunity; to be let alone.” Cooley on Torts 29.”

“Every human being of adult years and sound mind has a right to determine what shall be done with his own body, and a surgeon who performs an operation without his patient’s consent commits an assault, for which he is liable in damages.”

Now, when you go to a doctor, they make you sign a CONSENT form for the medical procedure. We have a right to our own bodies which is in direct CONFLICT with Jacobson. The right to refuse medical treatment is obvious part of the legal requirement that a doctor must have the patient CONSENT. In Cruzan v. Director, Missouri Dept. of Health, 497 U.S. 261 (1990)

The logical corollary of the doctrine of informed consent is that the patient generally possesses the right not to consent, that is, to refuse treatment. Until about 15 years ago and the seminal decision in In re Quinlan, 70 N.J. 10, 355 A.2d 647, cert. denied sub nom. Garger v. New Jersey, 429 U.S. 922 (1976), the number of right-to-refuse-treatment decisions were relatively few. [Footnote 2] Most of the earlier cases involved patients who refused medical treatment forbidden by their religious beliefs, thus implicating First Amendment rights as well as common law rights of self-determination. [Footnote 3] More recently, however, with the advance of medical technology capable of sustaining life well past the point where natural forces would have brought certain death in earlier times, cases involving the right to refuse life-sustaining treatment have burgeoned. See 760 S.W.2d at 412, n. 4 (collecting 54 reported decisions from 1976-1988).

Therefore, it is my OPINION that we have a conflict in law where Jacobson may be what everyone is focusing on because it held you could be forced to take a vaccine, whereas this flies in the face of the established requirement for obtaining CONSENT from a patient to any medical procedure.

As I have said, I am willing to help any lawyer who wants to save the nation from this insanity. If they can force a vaccine to supersede the First Amendment Right to freedom to assembly, then the First Amendment has been repealed. We all know where that will lead and they can create anything and call it a vaccine that is entirely experimental and wipe out the ability to even have children. There is no accountability and we MUST retain our human right to REFUSE any medical procedure.

The Biden Administration is a Joke

The Biden Administration is a complete disaster. As I have said, the Deep State got everything they ever dreamed of — the freedom to do as they like with no president in charge. But there is no position within the Deep State to which any of these agencies need to answer. Therein lies the problem.

The Taliban are religious fanatics. They will NEVER live in harmony with other religions because even on the surface, they do not allow women to be educated, which means no other religious belief will ever be tolerated. This is not much different from the Marxists. They too do not believe in capitalism and demand to regulate what everyone else does. Like the Taliban, the Marxists also cannot sleep at night, as they stay up worrying that someone else may not be doing what they approve.

Both groups are NEVER tolerant of others because they see their own world as threatened by anyone who does not comply. Hence, the Marxists killed probably 200+ million during the Communist revolutions in Russia and China, and they will kill many more this time around thanks to the World Economic Forum that is pushing the same agenda with nice words and empty promises. The Taliban has begun their genocide and will exterminate all who refuse to adopt their view of religion. Their genocide has begun.

The heart-breaking images from Afghanistan show that America does NOT keep its promises. Here is a desperate plea to save their child’s life as a parent hands their infant to a soldier in hopes that they will have a better life.

Anyone who has met Biden can see he is far from being a brilliant leader. There is no light on behind those eyes. Even Osama bin Laden knew that about Biden. Bin Laden previously warned Al Qaeda NOT to target Joe Biden, as the NY Post reports, because he believed that his inheriting the presidency if something were to happen to Barack Obama would “lead the US into a crisis,” a resurfaced letter shows. Of all the people I know, all have a similar opinion that Biden is not a leader and that is not said on a partisan basis. Even Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin openly contradicted Biden within 30 minutes, telling Congress that Americans were beaten by the Taliban.

USA Today reported that the gates at the airport in Kabul were closed. The US Embassy in Kabul warned Americans on Saturday not to travel to the airport without “individual instructions from a US government representative,” because of potential security threats outside the gates. Britain is stunned by Biden’s stupid and “hasty” withdrawal from Afghanistan that has left perhaps more than 20,000 Americans and foreigners trapped in a nation spiraling into civil war. First, Biden said it was 10,000 Americans, which was then revised to 15,000. The sheer incompetency of Biden’s decision will go down in history as the worst probably of any president since 1792.

Yes, two-thirds of Americans wanted out of the war — but not like this. Biden simply looked at the poll and assumed he would be cheered. He told the nation: “I stand squarely behind my decision.” He tried to claim it was Trump’s decision, but Biden has reversed everything Trump decided he could get his hands on. Trump would never have left the country in such a mess with over 20,000 people left behind.

As the news kept getting worse, Biden fled Washington, taking no questions, and ran off to Camp David in hiding. Kamala Harris has remained silent, and sources in Washington are actually talking about impeaching Biden and Harris, but then it would fall to Pelosi. The pessimism in DC is like cancer growing, eating the support for the Biden Administration from within. It is becoming painfully obvious that Biden is incapable of making rational decisions. That is grounds for impeachment. Nobody seems to know what to do from here. Osama bin Laden was correct — Biden would lead the country into chaos. Indeed, now is the time to attack during his watch.

It would be nice if we could write the history of the United States and just end it with Trump’s loss. It is kind of like turning off the TV so the kids don’t watch Old Yeller die in the end. Indeed, even stories with happy endings are sad because they end. Perhaps we have reached that point in history.

Pelosi & the Threat to the Nation

ANSWER: I really think Pelosi is unhinged and is a danger to the country. Her decision to tear up Trump’s State of the Union Speech to this latest version of the Spanish Inquisition is not only hateful, but she is largely responsible for dividing the country. The theory that Trump incited the insurrection of the Capitol “rioters” on January 6 as the basis for this charging him criminally is absurd. There are two major insurmountable problems to indicting him for such a theory. First, Trump’s words were ambiguous at their very best. He urged a march to Capitol Hill, but he also discouraged violence. Pelosi lied to the nation by calling it an armed insurrection when the FBI confirmed they did not confiscate even one gun. Second, Trump could argue that he was seeking to uphold the rule of law by obtaining an accurate count of the election results, not seeking to rebel against the authority of the United States.

Torquemada Tomas de (1420-1498)

The Spanish Inquisition under Tomas de Torquemada (1420-1498), over the objections of the Pope, was used for the confiscation of wealth and personal hatred that served Spain – not the Vatican.

Torquemada usurped the Inquisition from the Church being an advisor to the Spanish Crown, thereby benefiting the state, making it the Spanish Inquisition. Torquemada convinced the Spanish Crown that the Moors and the Jews were threats to the state, and once he usurped the Inquisition, he quickly expanded its subject matter jurisdiction far beyond heresy and apostasy, into witches, sorcery, sodomy, polygamy, blasphemy, usury, and a host of other offenses that he envisioned. This had the impact of causing the economy to decline as people hoarded cash and were afraid of showing too much of anything without political connections.

Pelosi is destroying the US economy and is intentionally taking these extreme actions all for political gain. But she is dividing the nation and is engaging in acts that will contribute to the fall of the USA. In the case of Spain, the expulsion of the Jews led them to flee to Amsterdam, and as a result, this set in motion the decline and fall of Spain. The Jews developed insurance, banking, and the first stock exchange all in Holland. Eventually, it was the merger of the Dutch and English in 1689 that transferred that knowledge to Britain, giving birth to the Bank of England in 1694 and the London Stock Exchange all because the Spanish Inquisition led to a mass migration of the jews to Holland and a decline in entrepreneurship.

The excessive lockdown in New York City has sent the most profitable industries of Wall Street to Florida. Miami is becoming the new Wall Street. The Democrats lost Cuomo, and they are fighting like hell not to lose Newsom in California. President Biden sent an urgent message to keep Gov. Gavin Newsom “on the job.” The Communist destroyer of freedom, Senator Elizabeth Warren, otherwise dubbed Pocahontas, who is the most anti-American among the prominent progressives from Massachusetts, has repeatedly been warning that “Trump Republicans” are “coming to grab power in California.” Once again, all we see are words of hatred dividing the country in the same manner that tore Spain apart at the seams.

This is simply how nations fall. United we stand, divided we fall.

Biden’s Disgraceful Management of Afghanistan

The White House released this photo of Biden’s national security meeting concerning Afghanistan. Anyone who has been forced to work virtually knows one thing — it sucks! A trading room was vibrant because when people work together in a common office, you get far more done than individually. The financial markets would NEVER have developed if they were all virtual. The bidding and offering in a market were always different. You need to catch also the subtle differences in expression that are impossible virtually and even more impossible behind a mask. Someone can say, “What have you been up to?” and it can be in the form of a cordial greeting or an interrogation with respect to what have you produced. Behind a mask, you cannot see if there is a smile or a frown.

In all fairness, as the Taliban were closing in on Kabul, Biden sent a confirmation of US abandonment which was designed to absolve himself of all responsibility, shifting the blame to Trump. That signaled to the Taliban you won — the country is yours. Biden said that Trump “left the Taliban in the strongest position militarily since 2001 and imposed a May 1, 2021 deadline on US forces.”

This will go down in history as the most disgusting announcement perhaps in American history by any Commander in Chief, which was in truth an American retreat.

Jacques Attali is a well-known French economist and social theorist. He has been a political adviser but also a senior civil servant, which is in itself a distorted term for they never see themselves as serving the people. We have simply been a herd of sheep to manage.

Additionally, Attali was a counselor to the French President François Mitterrand from 1981 to 1991 and was the first head of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in 1991-1993 which I use to visit often. The building was outrageously expensive with a huge white marble slab on each floor as you got off the elevator. I had NEVER in all my years ever visited such a decadent public office anywhere in the world.

I use to do a lot of work in France. I was even a Keynote Speaker for the Bank of International Settlements at a luncheon in Paris with all the central bankers of Europe. And I was asked to debate political leaders in Paris on national TV – but they declined. When I say I have worked behind the curtain for decades, I am not making such a statement up out of thin air.

One of the aspects I have always encountered in various meetings is very disturbing in today’s light. There is a French book entitled L’Avenir De La Vie (“The Future of Life”) by Michel Salomon, who is a journalist and doctor back in 1981, he interviewed twenty scientists including seven Nobel Prize winners, and which thus relates his conversation with Jacques Attali, who at the time was the adviser to François Mitterrand. In that interview, it provides a clear warning of how they look down upon us, the great unwashed, which is the blueprint for what they are doing using Covid-19 to change the world economically and politically.

“In the future it will be about finding a way to reduce the population. We will start with the old, because as soon as he is over 60-65 years of age, man lives longer than he produces and costs society dearly. Then the weak and then the useless who do nothing for society because there will be more and more of them, and especially finally the stupid ones.

Euthanasia targeting these groups; euthanasia will have to be an essential instrument of our future societies, in all cases. Of course, we cannot execute people or set up camps. We will get rid of it by making them believe it is for their own good. Too large a population, and for the most part unnecessary, is something economically too expensive.

Socially, it is also much better for the human machine to come to a screeching halt rather than gradually deteriorating. We won’t be able to give intelligence tests to millions and millions of people, you can imagine!

We will find something or cause it, a pandemic that targets certain people, a real economic crisis or not, a virus that will affect the old or the big, it doesn’t matter, the weak will succumb to it, the fearful and the stupid will believe it and ask to be treated.

We will have taken care to have planned the treatment, a treatment that will be the solution. The selection of idiots will thus be done by themselves: they will go to the slaughterhouse on their own. “

This book is currently out of print. Perfect coincidence. This road map to tyranny is well known. The Press will not report the truth nor Big Tech because they all assume that they will be part of those selected to remain. Indeed, society is nothing but a herd of sheep. They know very well that the majority “will go to the slaughterhouse on their own.” Nature will always cull the herd, so to speak. But that is simply how things have worked for thousands of years. Those who see themselves as elitists neither believe in God nor in Nature and simply think they should redesign the world. These ideas have been floating around for a very long time. I have listened to them in meetings for the past 40 years and often asked what was my opinion. While the computer has correctly forecast these dark years, it also clearly shows they will lose. For that, they never liked that forecast but assumed it was just my opinion. Sorry! Wrong again!
